Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Wants Environmental Opponents Imprisoned

 

Thankfully, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has repeatedly decided not to run or accept appointment to political office where he might be able to submit such laws regarding, establish regulations limiting or interpret statutes to use to arrest anybody who disagrees or calls for debate the indisputable facts regarding anthropomorphic climate change as he claims that those denying his beliefs deserve incarceration after being tried for crimes of a similar degree as laws against those who commit war crimes. In a Climate Depot Exclusive Interview, they were quite proud and excited to have the actual Robert F. Kennedy Jr. interviewing with them, he stated, “I wish there were a law you could punish them with. I don’t think there is a law that you can punish those politicians under.” He lamented and accused skeptical politicians of “selling out the public trust.” But Robert F. Kennedy Jr. saved his most vile vitriol for those favorite punching bags of every extreme leftist progressive viciously tearing into them spitting, “Those guys are doing the Koch Brothers bidding and are against all the evidence of the rational mind, saying global warming does not exit. They are contemptible human beings. I wish there were a law you could punish them with.” Robert F. Kennedy Jr. continued his rant complaining, “I think it’s treason. Do I think the Koch Brothers are treasonous, yes I do. They are enjoying making themselves billionaires by impoverishing the rest of us. Do I think they should be in jail, I think they should be enjoying three hots and a cot at The Hague with all the other war criminals. Do I think the Koch brothers should be tried for reckless endangerment? Absolutely, that is a criminal offence and they ought to be serving time for it.” But you should not have to take my word for it, not when you can hear it from the mouth of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. himself in the video below.

 

 

 

 

Well, where to start, there are so many ripe targets and the most glaring is not even about climate change whether anthropomorphic, caused by the sun or just warming normally after a severe ice age has ended and the next one has yet to arrive, you know, the ice age from global cooling which was the climactic horror being sold back in the 1970’s. horror being sold back in the 1970’s. </a>Perhaps I’ll start with Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s economic comment that the Koch brothers deserved to be incarcerated because, “They are enjoying making themselves billionaires by impoverishing the rest of us.” First off, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. degrading anybody for gaining wealth is disgusting when one realized the wealth and privilege he was born into, but I do not hold any animosities to him for his wealth and wish him only more riches as he is able to earn them. The problem is his claim that the Koch brothers coming into wealth and working hard and investing wisely to gain additional wealth makes the rest of the society poorer as their wealth comes at the expense of the rest of the population. This is the classic myth in which there is a set pie which represents all wealth and it never changes so if somebody receives an increase in their wealth then somebody else will have their wealth diminished. So, according to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. the economic pie never increases in size and the economic pie is, will be and always has been exactly one size unchanged and stagnant through all of time. None of the gold, silver, copper and other ores pulled from the ground; none of the vast wealth manufactured since the start of the industrial revolution; all the labor intensive production through all of history; all the crops grown, harvested, and processed or cooked and fed to people; and all the advancements, ideas, inventions, exploration and other efforts of humankind has not produced one iota of increased wealth thus resulting in a situation where any person gaining wealth must take it from another person. We have exactly the same total wealth as did the first humanoid who climbed down from the trees and took up a different direction eventually leading to modern society, they had the same total wealth as is available to modern man. This representation of the economic dynamics is so pitifully flawed and disregard by almost every economist that it is difficult to believe that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. ever took an economics course or actually took all of his economics courses from some luddite who believes there is no such thing as manufactured wealth or additional wealth generated over time. I hope he was just repeating the leftist socialist canard used to generate further class hatreds and class envy in order to castigate the wealthy, which actually includes his entire family.

 

As far as debating anthropomorphic global climate change (or whatever the term it is currently referred to as I have not kept up on the always adapting name fashioned to facilitate rejecting and arguing against the latest scientific data which disproves their last set of claims) that is part of freedom of speech, one of the five rights protected by the First Amendment. People even have the right in the United States to be wrong and even to disagree with the President, going dogma and societal perception, and even with Robert F. Kennedy Jr. My problem with Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s argument other than under the First Amendment is not the part that the Earth has been warming over the past few centuries, even though it has stalled for the past decade or so as the average temperatures have been unmoved when the global averages are considered. I have a problem with the anthropomorphic part of his rant. Natural sources such as volcanos, lava vents, carbon dioxide released by the oceans, carbon dioxide emitted from animals and, in certain conditions, plants all together easily exceed human carbon footprint. But even if the human race produces an excessive amount of carbon dioxide, the United States has made such strides since the middle of the 1960s that demanding the United States address their carbon footprint while excusing nations such as China, Brazil and numerous other developing nations whose reliance on coal and other high carbon fuels pumps far more carbon into the atmosphere than the United States or even all the advanced nations. If the ecological environmentalists really were interested in reducing the carbon footprint of humankind, they should be calling and demonstrating for the United States and the advanced nations of the world to assist the developing and third world nations in addressing their energy requirements and industrial methods by making advanced power production and clean manufacturing systems rather than ignoring their needs and resorting to the cheapest and most available sources of fuel which is usually coal. There are reports that China has put at least one new carbon burning electrical plant online every month. Imagine if they were provided with just scrubbers and modern methods of cleaning these coal plants bringing them up to the standards available in the United States, Canada, Europe, Argentina, Japan, Israel and the rest of the modern advanced nations. By assisting with cleaning the energy production where the most carbon is being placed into the atmosphere instead of trying to destroy the economy of the advanced nations by requiring they shut down all fossil fueled energy plants and rely solely on renewable energy, perhaps we could share some energy technologies which developing nations could easily adapt to their energy plants to reduce carbon emissions. I understood the ideals that the ecology advocates when they demanded that scrubbers and other reduction methods be utilized by coal plants and for their being refitted and modernized but when they called for the shuttering of those very same coal plants after the investments of millions of dollars and efforts to meet the new requirements and then proceeded to demand that hydroelectric generating dams because the rivers must be returned to their natural state, as nature must not be violated or harnessed if such disturbs it in any way, that was one insanity too many. The most absurd protest came as the initial plans were presented for the cleaning of the legendary pollution in the Boston harbor. There was a group of ecological environmentalists protesters who called for leaving the harbor polluted in order to save an organism unique to the polluted waters which thrived on the pollution and any change to the various kinds and levels of pollutants would result in this unique organism’s death. They lost their fight but they did prove that there are those who will protest any cause no matter how absurd.

 

Back to Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s demand that disagreeing with his views on global climate change and gaining wealth rather than being born into wealth be punished, especially if the ones gaining wealth do so in a manner or have beliefs with which Robert F. Kennedy Jr. disagrees. The idea by anybody, especially one from one of the families who have so generously benefited from the blessing of their great nation, demands that debate be closed down and that having an opinion which differs, even if, or more especially, should that opinion be held only by one, that it be made illegal and the holder of that idea incarcerated, that would signal the end of freedom and honor in America. The ease with which so many self-important political and social activists demand that all debate be silenced and those who do not agree be squelched if not arrested for their audacity to hold a different opinion and refusing to wilt before their arrogant anger would be amusing if it were not such a threat to freedom of thought and freedom of speech. May these people never be granted the power to enact laws enforcing their tyranny bringing fascism to the fore destroying all that the founding fathers crafted so carefully. Perhaps that is the greatest insult I felt at the pontifications and imperatives which dotted Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s excerpted interview. Perhaps I am being unfair being so critical as I was not able to find the entire interview though I doubt anything additional which might have been contained in the remainder of the interview would have mitigated the unacceptable parts made public. One has to realize that these excerpts and the quotes available were from a group which supports Robert F. Kennedy Jr’s positions and would most likely use the parts which they believed would reflect best the content of the interview. I pray for the sake of debate and what has historically been referred to as American fairness that Robert F. Kennedy Jr. never ever hold public office, especially in a position where he has the opportunity to formulate laws or interpret and enforce them as such would be a danger to the nation and its people.

Why Palestinian Israeli Conflict Appears Open-Ended

The recent flaring of violence between the terror groups of Gaza, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and others, with the seemingly weekly ceasefires almost all of which broken within hours by rockets flying over the Gaza border onto Israeli farms, towns and cities usually to minimal damage is just the latest flare-up in the series of Arab attempts to prevent or destroy the Jewish state which dates back to before the beginning of the last century. The exception recently was the tragic death of Daniel Tregerman, an innocent four year old who had as one of his idols the Argentine soccer star Lionel Messi. Then there was a set of somewhat baffling events in which the Israeli Shin Bet security agency along with an assist from the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) where their actions over the previous few days in arresting over ninety Palestinians and uncovering and confiscating a large cache of weapons, explosives, grenades and other tools of war all while uncovering a coup plot by Hamas to topple Mahmoud Abbas and the Palestinian Authority through a series of terror attacks and performing the actual coup during the ensuing confusion similarly to the coup by Hamas in Gaza over five days of June 2007. People were surprised and even shocked when the different anti-Bashir Assad groups began fighting each other almost more regularly than they did the Syrian military. This should not have been such a surprise as the same differences defined the rift between the nationalist Palestinian Authority and the religious jihadist Hamas and allied groups such as Islamic Jihad. The difference is simply their motivational driving force, secular nationalism which can have religious overtones but religious purity is not demanded or a high priority while the jihadist places adherence to Islam as paramount and as the central driving force it inevitably drives those who lead these jihadist groups to take their Islamic adherence to such extremes that they have earned a special label of Islamist extremists. The jihadist becomes such a purist adherent to Islam that they classify the nationalists as heretics, disbelievers or apostates; all of which are to be punished by the sword. This is the driving force behind Hamas needing to destroy and replace the Palestinian Authority; it is all a matter or religious purity versus the unbelievers or those whose belief does not meet the jihadist standards.

 

Fatah was the originating organization which bridged Mahmoud Abbas, Yasser Arafat and the rest of the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) terrorists into recognized, by the United States and Europe, acceptable peace partners for Israel to now be able to find some common ground. This provided the basis for the two state solution and the heart of its theories being the canard of land for peace. After this transformation Yasser Arafat and Mahmoud Abbas were no longer defined as terrorists and instead became men who represented the epitome of peace and compromise, or at least that has been the mantra repeated religiously by Western national leaders and the concept shoved down Israeli throats requiring ever more force as time has removed the layers of lies which have clouded the entirety of the Palestinian-Israel peace process, something which has as its origins the Arab-Israeli conflict which was simply rebranded to make Israel no longer the victim of the larger Arab world into the oppressor and occupier against the helpless Palestinian people. The war is still between the Arab world and Israel but the name was changed to dupe willing Western leaders from supporters of Israel, a position which was growing more difficult as Israel proved capable of defending herself, to mediators who could be fair and even-handed or even Palestinian sympathizers with growing animosity towards Israel. This devious plan worked to perfection and the fruits can be viewed around the Western world where anti-Semitism had grown right along with anti-Zionism and anti-Israel hatreds with the same old canards and blood libels being reinvented and given a twenty-first century face and told and accepted around the world. The most repeated accusations revolve around that Jews control the world’s governments making them do their bidding, control the media, control the banks, and steal the blood or organs of non-Jews to give to Jews or to use in the making of Matzos. In numerous Arab and Muslim nations the slanderous hoax perpetrated by the Czars in a publication they had authored and printed called “The Protocols of the Elders of Zion” which purports to detail the plan whereby the Jews, all 0. 2% of the globe’s population, will take complete control over the world is only outsold by the Quran and Mein Kampf, which says even more about the Arab world and its preoccupation with eradicating the World’s Jewry.

 

The root source of the problem can be traced to the positions taken by the separate Palestinian groups. Islamic Jihad and Hamas have near identical views and definitions of their goals in fighting Israel and the Jews. Both groups believe in liberating Palestine from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea which means destroying all of Israel. The place where these two groups have a degree of difference is when it comes to what to do after destroying Israel and murdering the Jews of Israel. Hamas believes that immediately after murdering all the Jews of Israel they must proceed to murder the remaining Jews worldwide, while Islamic Jihad places that task as a future event to be completed as part of making Islam the sole religion in the world. The Palestinian Authority also believes that all of Israel is occupied Palestine and that Palestine stretches from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea but they believe that initially the Jews could be permitted to live as long as they were under Muslim rule, paid the Jiyza tax and accepted their Dhimmi status and acted sufficiently cowed and subservient. All of the Palestinian leadership aims for a one state solution all the while some will agree to support a two state solution. This is their use of taqiyya which permits a Muslim to lie to an infidel for the cause of advancing Islam, thus agreeing they want a two state solution. Their acceptance of the two state solution is simply a way station on their way to their way to their preferred one state solution and the complete destruction of Israel. The Palestinian Authority, the group which falsely claims to adhere to the general ideas of the two state solution aim to maximize their gains before accepting the final borders and settlement. As they will forever believe they can force more concessions out of the Israelis, especially with the assistance by the anti-Israel Western NGOs and governments. They see such things as the Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) movement as proof that they have the support to push Israel to the cusp of economic ruin with the extensive assistance of the West’s useful idiots and their invaluable assistance. Add a hostile set of politicians who speak loud and proud of their hatred and denunciations of Israel from around the world, Mr. George Galloway who recently declared, “We have declared Bradford an Israel-free zone. We don’t want any Israeli goods. We don’t want any Israeli services. We don’t want any Israeli academics, coming to the university or the college. We don’t even want any Israeli tourists to come to Bradford, if any of them had thought of doing so. We reject this illegal, barbarous, savage state that calls itself Israel. And you have to do the same.”

 

Despite the fact that the Palestinian and Arab representatives will not cease their animosities and violence against Israel, Israelis and Jews particularly; the real reason this conflicts appears destined to remain into the foreseeable future revolves around much of the current Israeli leadership. There is a sizeable segment of the Israeli leadership who willingly believe the platitudes and lies which Mahmoud and others speak in English to the Western mainstream media and who ignore the loud, brash and hateful rhetoric spoken by these very same Palestinian leaders when they speak in Arabic, their native language. It is an apparently virulent condition which has infected the reporting and agendas of many Western nations and national leaders. Despite glaringly contradictory evidence and actions any casual observer would be able to perceive, these useful idiots demand that the two state solution has not been given sufficient effort, sufficient time, sufficient investments, sufficient candy canes and chocolate bunnies. These fools remain blind and tear into an uncontrollable rage whenever anybody dares speak against their beloved negotiations to find the magic sacrifice that Israel must finally make that will seal the deal on that ever elusive two state solution. Their overriding obsession drives them to castigate other Israelis as being those who have destroyed the atmosphere and poisoned the wells which are necessary to nurture the environment such that the perfect two state solution can be grown and tended lovingly bring a period of Messianic tranquility and harmony where the lamb will lie with the lion and their Kalashnikov AK-47s will be ground into fine dinnerware, and their mortars into knitting hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore.

 

Even these delusional peace-blinded fools are not the final resting place for the blame or for not ending this perpetual cycle of violence, a cycle that at this immediate juncture is the closest it has ever been to being solvable. The most frustrating and simultaneously infuriating item about all of this is that the three people who could bring all these impasses and frustration to a close if only they would open their eyes and see. There are a select few who are calling for the necessary first step to reaching the solution even if their visions may fall a little short of a complete solution, they perceive the new path and at least desire to take a bold new approach. Those at the very top, the ones most essential to break with the past are the one’s listening and fearing the most blinded in their midst while demeaning and attempting to silence the ones who bear the message and the path to peace, real and palpable long term peace. The main culprit, as most have probably ascertained, is Prime Minister Netanyahu who is backed in this misadventure by Minister of Defense Moshe Ya’alon. Both of these politicians have the inbuilt fear which will eventually cower even the strongest of politicians while blunting and softening their initial rough edges, those pronouncements which are often only existant within the young or inexperienced in the political arena, making them docile and fearful of again going boldly beyond the lines drawn by the not so loyal opposition. Additionally is the IDF Chief of Staff General Benny Gantz who commands an IDF which has displayed the greatest unity and spirited enthusiasm to complete their mission and surpass expectations with a willingness to answer any challenge with what is known in military circles as ‘can do’ yet his main driving idea is to end the current mission Defensive Edge before it becomes once again necessary to reenter Gaza and face the potential additional losses such an eventuality would entail. Saving his men’s lives and health have to be one of a commander’s highest concerns and it should be a driving consideration in their every decision, but it also must not become such an obsession that it paralyzes their ability to apply force when appropriate out of a desire to avoid further casualties. The protection of the IDF weighs on each of these Israeli leaders but is hopefully not acting as a paralyzing element; there exist too many other such forces which need no additional help.

 

The final puzzle piece, which makes the inability of the very top of the chain of command to act even more unbelievable, is the unity of the people of Israel. There is a unity beyond that anyone has witnessed since decades ago. The Israelis are fully behind their leadership doing whatever it might take to bring peace and security to the south of Israel and the ever widening areas which have come under the striking range of the Hamas rockets. They have witnessed miracles which have shown even the biggest skeptics that G0d is on their side and with their efforts. The three misses by the Iron Dome battery protecting Tel Aviv had its crew, especially the commanding officer, beside themselves with concern as the rocket’s trajectory according to all the data provided by their equipment placed it delivering its deadly explosive warhead on central Tel Aviv where it could have killed thousands of innocent Israelis, Jews, Arabs, Muslims, Christians, Druze and others. Perhaps the description given by that unit commander best tells of their shock and awe experience. His report, anonymous, as to reveal his name might endanger him or his family, stated, “A missile was fired from Gaza. Iron Dome precisely calculated [its trajectory]. We know where these missiles are going to land down to a radius of 200 meters. This particular missile was going to hit either the Azrieli Towers, the Kirya (Israel’s equivalent of the Pentagon) or a central Tel Aviv railway station. Hundreds could have died. We fired the first [interceptor]. It missed. Second [interceptor]. It missed. This is very rare. I was in shock. At this point we had just four seconds until the missile lands. We had already notified emergency services to converge on the target location and had warned of a mass-casualty incident. Suddenly, Iron Dome (which calculates wind speeds, among other things) shows a major wind coming from the east, a strong wind that…sends the missile into the sea. We were all stunned. I stood up and shouted, ‘There is a God!’ I witnessed this miracle with my own eyes. It was not told or reported to me. I saw the hand of God send that missile into the sea.” What more can be said except finish the job and do that which is right and would benefit the people of Gaza as much as the people of southern Israel, both of which are living under the threat of Hamas violence, the Israelis to rockets, the Gazan people to random murders for the sake of retaining control over the people by violent oppression. Free Gaza and Israel from the brutalities and terrorism of Hamas, Islamic Jihad and those others who would act to continue to persecute both of these peoples.

A Question for the Catholic Hierarchy

The idea that the Catholic Church in particular and religious people and institutions in general have come under direct assault by institutions within and outside governments by Secular Humanists throughout the public sphere is not an illusion but a truism. There have been those, including Glenn Beck, who have claimed that we all need to back the Catholic Church in this fight as this assault needs to be halted before it spreads on to the religious generally. I agree with the urgency to stand against threats to religious freedoms especially in the relatively few countries where it exists as a universal and guaranteed governing principle, as they are in truth a small minority. Where I stand in support of religious freedoms and will oppose any and all attempts to squelch the vitality and lifeblood of freedoms for religious observances and practices, I do have one simple question, or is it a request, to ask of the Catholic Church which I would like to announce and share on this space.

 

I will begin by offering thanks to the Catholic Church for their liberalization and reset of their relationship with the Jewish people. In an edict issued from the Vatican during the Second Vatican Council, which met from 1962 through 1965, the Catholic Church changed its definitions of relations and definition of Judaism from Replacement Theology to a friendlier acceptance along with forgiveness of what had been defined as cultural and actual guilt and sins for endless centuries. There have been claims of backsliding on this decision, especially when it comes to matters concerning Israel. My challenge to the Catholic Church is whether they will support Israel in their struggle for survival against the forces which aim to erase Judaism, not only from the face of the Earth, but from all of history as well. One would expect the Catholic Church to have stood with Israel and the Jewish People against those forces who have declared war against all religions other than their own which eventually will include the Catholic Church. These forces include the Islamists and the Secular Humanists which have formed an informal alliance, each intending to discard the other when they are no longer useful or necessary. One of these two is grossly underestimating the power of the other and it really does not matter for Jews, Christians, Buddhists, Hindus, Mormon or other religious groups who will all have been marginalized or destroyed by that time. Will the Catholic Church recognize their need to ally with the Jewish People and with Israel or will they continue to be lukewarm fair-weather-friends picking and choosing when to smile and when to cast aspersions when the mood and subject suits their ends.

 

I fully understand the Catholic Church is in an unenviable position when it comes to the Islam-Israel conflict as many Catholics live within the Muslim World and the Catholic Church believes supporting Israel will cause great harms to befall their members living within the influences of Islam. I have a little piece of news for the Catholic Church, if the Muslims and Islamic forces which make up the radical Islamist forces win out, after they rid themselves of Israel the Catholics are very likely next on their target list. Feeding this alligator the Jews will serve only to whet its appetite for a continued feeding frenzy feasting upon the World’s Christians. If you have doubts about this, remember Spain from the period of the early 700s until 1492 when King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella initiated the Spanish Inquisition after the war to liberate Spain from Islam to rid themselves of the Islamic Moorish remnants, oh, and of their Jewish population as well. Ask those who have studied the history of Vienna which was twice barely saved from the relentless spread of Islam. Search your modern World map and find Constantinople, a once great Christian city which is now named Istanbul and once held a grand monument called the Hagia Sophia which was transformed into a Mosque and all of the beautiful mosaics were plastered over as their subject was an insult to Allah and his Prophet. Do you really need prompting to remember your own early history of the last two times Islam turned to their goal of World conquest, the same style of conquest that many feel they have rediscovered with their third attempt is currently beginning.

 

We are on the cusp of two World movements which are both making their push for dominance. As mentioned earlier in this article, one is Islam and the other is State promoting and deifying Secular Humanism. Both of these forces are antithetical to Catholics just as much as they abhor Judaism. Both influences will spell the end for all Catholics just as they will Jews and those of many other religions as well. Plain and simple, putting this in the most basic terms I am able, both of these ideologies detest Catholicism almost equally as they do Judaism and the difference will not matter if in the end either one is allowed to become dominant. This is a war of civilizations and of ideologies. Trust when I say that Catholics and Jews have more in common with each other than with either of these destructive forces which are now ascendant. Christians and Jews will be stronger together than separate, let alone in opposition. So, I ask the Catholic Church, where do you stand in this critical time and day, with the Jews and Israel or on the sidelines or with those who wish the end of the Jews and Israel, and do not pretend there is a difference. Should Israel fall and half of the World’s Jews face extinction, rest assured the rest will wither and die the slow death of assimilation. Israel and the Jewish faith are one and the same for all intents and purposes. Choose carefully, our Father watches.
