The Jordan Death Penalty Conundrum and Israel

 

Jordanian law has a very strict, irreversible, strident punishment for any Arab or Muslim who dares to sell land of any sort to a Jew. The punishment for committing such an act of daring-do is death. Where Palestinian courts have sentenced an unknown number of Arabs for selling land to a Jew, also referred to as ‘the enemy’ in another law; there are the Jordanian laws, which change usually becoming more stringent, as well as laws passed by the Palestinian legislators who have made any number of laws which have referenced selling lands, homes, apartments, facilities, and other references to properties which all carry a sentence of death. Often an Arab brought to trial for selling land to a Jew, the enemy, a middle man making a purchase for a Jew, any non-Palestinian and whatever other laws they can find even to accuse them of blaspheme guarantees that a death penalty will be sentenced for multiple offenses. The catch is that even after the courts have sentenced an individual to death, the penalty cannot be legally carried out until the President, currently Mahmoud Abbas who is serving in the eleventh or twelfth year of his four year term, has to approve the execution. Thus far it is assumed that President Abbas has never approved an execution though the BBC claims that he has approved three executions. What is beyond ridiculous is that Israel has refused to apply Israeli civil law and has left the areas of Judea and Samaria under military law but has at least annexed and applied Israeli law to East Jerusalem. The Palestinian Authority has, along with many in the international community even beyond the Arab and Muslim worlds including many European nations, the European Union and beyond, refuses to recognize Israeli annexation of East Jerusalem. This means that in East Jerusalem Jordanian laws no longer applies and an Arab is permitted to sell land, an apartment or any property to anybody they choose. The drawback is that the Palestinian Courts will still hold a trial and convict you sentencing you to death and send that order to Abbas for his approval. The truth is that once one is even suspected of selling property to a Jew, even if only because an investigation has been opened, they are at a much higher risk of non-judicial execution, often at the hands of the Palestinian Security Forces who in many ways are the police as well as the supervising authority. We here at BTC have no doubt that at some point, should things continue as they have over the past fifty years, then soon the Palestinian courts will be convicting Arabs who have lived in Israel and are and have been Israeli citizens all their lives as the Palestinian Authority does claim that all the lands between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea belongs to them, the entirety of the 22% of the British Mandate lands which were not granted to Jordan for the initial Arab state in the Palestinian territories under the British Mandate. Why does Israel allow the continued application of such prejudicial law which targets Jews solely for exclusion from property transactions?

 

The entirety of this discussion and the institutionalized bigotry at the United Nations, within the European Union and many of its individual nations and throughout the NGO’s professing to be human rights enforcers extreme who have found that all of human suffering and every single human rights violations are perpetrated by Israel depends on a single premise, that being that before November 29, 1947, nothing existed and the world as we know it and all the nations of the Earth came into being at that time just as the United Nations was violating Article 80 of their own Charter and all the laws, treaties, conventions and other international forums which it recognized and made inclusive within the United Nations framework and took the proclamations made by the League of Nations resolving the results from World War I and identifying national borders throughout Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Northern Africa. The reason that the world has to begin on November 29, 1947, is because on that date the United Nations took the remaining 22% of British Mandate lands and divided it in what they called an even patrician with half for the Jews and half for the next Arab State carved from the original British Mandate after the 78% land grab where the British issued the Churchill White Paper which tore that land from what would have been the Jewish State to satisfy a promise to the Arab Hashemites to a homeland in return for their assistance in World War I. The White Paper left the Jewish State to be founded on the lands west of the Jordan River but that was unfair cried the Arabs. The Jews are taking all of our lands, we demand more. So the United Nations took a strong stand and insisted that the Arabs settle for half of the remaining land and allow the Jews the remainder which was divided so the Jewish lands was predominantly Negev Desert (see map below). The Arabs took one look at this United Nations General Assembly Resolution, a suggestion which is only valid if accepted by both parties, and immediately rejected it protesting that it was unfair, they wanted it all, period. They swore they would annihilate the Jewish State the moment dawn broke on its first day of existence.

if either side rejects such a UN Resolution which is non-binding, it invalidates the entire
agreement rendering it mute from that point forward. Jerusalem was to be managed by a
corpus separatum (Latin: “separate entity”) set up consisting of an international groups
most likely to be rotated. This offer was accepted by the Zionist Congress but having
any General Assembly Resolution accepted by one side and rejected by the other is
simply one hand clapping, useless.

 

Their threat was real and over half a dozen Arab armies and militias invaded Israel the morning of May 15, 1948, at dawn, the first sunrise over the Jewish State. Because the Arab League and all representatives for the Arab people rejected the compromise put forward by the United Nations General Assembly, Resolution 181 was voided as if it had never existed. The above map is now always flashed by Arab League members as the actual borders and that Israel attacked the Arabs and gained lands in 1948. The reality is that the World War I decisions which were validated and made enforceable by the United Nations, an obligation and not a suggestion, are the rules which apply and have applied since the start in the 1920’s and is the reason everybody starts in 1947 or even 1948 proposing a lie. The reality is Israel was the Jewish State west of the Jordan River and Jordan was the Arab State east of the Jordan River (see map below). This made the Gaza Strip captured by Egypt as well as Judea and Samaria (West Bank) captured by Jordan were both illegally held lands as they were gained by a war of aggression. Israel responded to the massing of armies on her border by Egypt and Syria in late May and into June of 1967 by attacking a day before intelligence reported the attack was scheduled by President Nasser. Lebanon joined almost immediately and Jordan began a debate and mobilized their forces while Israeli leaders pleaded for them to reconsider telling them the reports on television and radio by Egypt and Syria of great advances towards Tel Aviv were false, lies, and propaganda and that they were being decimated on all fronts. Jordan ignored and assaulted Western Jerusalem forcing Israel respond by diverting troops headed for the Sinai Peninsula and Jordan was pushed back beyond the Jordan River. Israel had liberated the Gaza Strip as well as Judea and Samaria (West Bank) while also gaining the Golan Heights and the entirety of the Sinai Peninsula gaining one bank for the Suez Canal. As these territories were gained in a defensive reaction to impending massive attacks on three borders, the lands gained could be legally retained or a good amount retained providing a case can be made that the new borders would provide greater defense for the nation. Israel used this to annex the Golan Heights from which Syria used to train snipers by having them shoot farmers working in their fields in the Israeli Galilee north. Israel could have retained the entire Sinai Peninsula as the Suez Canal would make for a good defensive front or they could have retained half the Sinai Peninsula holding the mountains and the passes through them. Instead, Israel returned the Sinai Peninsula in its entirety in exchange for a peace treaty with Egypt while Egypt refused to request the Gaza Strip. Israel offered Judea and Samaria to Jordan who refused the area ceding it to Israel. That should have been the end and the map below would have been the result but the world demand that Israel be made to fall all the way back to the original 1949 Armistice Lines which were the line defining Israeli borders before the June 1967 Six Day War. This is unheard of for any nation other than the United States in the latter half of the Twentieth Century. Somehow it is doubtful the United States would want to keep the areas of Europe and the Pacific and Asia they fought within during World War II. Israel would be well served in retaining the lands up to the banks of the Jordan River.

The first cry which comes from every front is to repeat the big lie that Israel retaining all of Judea and Samaria is impossible because then Israel will have to choose between being Jewish or being Democratic. The added population would only become a threat in twenty to forty years depending on growth rate of populations which you choose, and if you take the most recent and have trends continue one finds that Israel remains Jewish into the foreseeable future. Some claim that this creates a problem because the Arab refugees in the camps who have languished there since 1948 would be left in these camps indefinitely and must be relocated into Israel. This is the reason these Arabs have been kept in these camps which resemble apartment blocks more than refugee camps with tents. These unfortunate people have been retained in the camps for the reason of overwhelming Israel with these refugees and their descendants. The Palestinian Arab refugees are the sole refugees in the world whose status is passed on to their children and their children and their children presumably forever. What has been forgotten is that there were almost one-million Jews forced from the Arab and Muslim world between the founding of Israel and 1960 who relocated into Israel where they were moved into the general population as rapidly as was possible. These Jews now make up close to half the population of Israel and makes another claim a lie. We hear the Jews need to return to Russia and Europe where they all came from. Well, what about the other half who came from Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Algeria, Tunisia, Yemen, Qatar, Kuwait and other Arab and Muslim nations. Does anybody honestly believe that these nations would take their Jews back? When they refuse, then where do the Jews they rejected and their children go? And those Israelis who have one parent from European or Russian lineage and the other from the Middle East or North Africa? Have a lottery sending half to Europe and the other half to where when the Arab and Muslims refuse them? The Palestinian Arab refugees were being absorbed by the nations where the camps are located but when the PLO was founded in 1964, Yasser Arafat and Mahmoud Abbas with the rest of the leaders as well as the Soviet Union all demanded these Arabs be returned to and kept in camps so they could be used to inundate Israel and vote the Jews into the sea.

 

The last item that everyone ignores is that the terms of the Mandates and all the other treaties, conferences et. al. demand that while the Jewish State, Israel, must respect the property rights, the right to work, education civil and religious rights of their Arab peoples, they do not have to extend political rights to the Arab population. That means they do not have to make them full Israeli citizens and could allow the Arabs to have semi-autonomous regions where they rule themselves but Israel retains the right and responsibility for security and defending those lands. The Arabs could be given rights in places to participate in local elections but not in national elections. There are numerous solutions all of which start with applying Israeli law over all the lands and put an end to using Jordanian laws. This would allow Arabs to sell their land and seek a new life possibly with relatives in Canada or relatives in Egypt or anywhere between. This would bring to an end the enslavement of the Palestinian Arabs by threatening their lives if they wish to sell their lands and move. As things stand now, every Palestinian Arab can and many are being forced to remain despite desiring to sell their lands, even if they were to sell to another Arab as the Palestinian Authority and Hamas both desire having as many Arabs remain within what might eventually become Israel as a deterrent against Israeli efforts to purchase much of the lands from Arabs eager and willing to sell and start a new life elsewhere. This freedom to relocate is denied them by leaders who are stealing their future in every way conceivable. Spread fair laws, allow people to use their lands to their best advantage and get the terror fronts off their necks. The worst deprivation in the Arab world outside Syria and the war zones is the life-crippling internment of Arab Palestinians just to spite Israel and their leadership’s willingness to deprive them of a better and free future through imprisoning them in camps or in neighborhoods where cronyism and embezzlement are standards of governance. Even with these problems, the Palestinian Arabs have one of the highest standards of living in the Arab world, though their standard of living is far below that of Israeli Arabs. How often have you heard those truths? You do not hear that the Israeli Arabs have a good life and the Palestinians are all but enslaved by their own people and their own dictatorial leaders. In Syria Bashir al-Assad first used nerve gas on a Palestinian camp and first used barrel bombs on that same Palestinian camp. The Palestinian camps in Syria were bombarded for week after week and in most cases little was left standing. These camps which consisted of cement apartment blocks were levelled almost to the ground and made Aleppo look like a nice place to live at those times. Now nowhere in Syria seems like a nice place to live outside some Druze mountain villages. Even the Kurdish regions have become an intolerable war zone with the Turkish Air Force and Army doing everything in their power to murder even the youngest of the children and destroy all of the Kurdish lands. That is how Turkey is fighting in Syria, telling the world they are fighting the Islamic State when they are making the world safe for the Islamic State as the Kurds were one of the most effective groups fighting the Islamic State. Just another little black and white lie printed in your morning newspapers. Just another brick knocked from in the wall.

Leadership and More Media Lies

 

There was a period in European and World history when Kings led their forces into battle. One such ruler became a legend in his time and on the silver screen, such was El Cid, actually named Rodrigo Díaz de Vivar, Prince of Valencia. In legends and screen play and perhaps reality El Cid led his troops nobly even into death. In battle after battle with the invading and conquering Moors he charged at the enemy taking arrows and other blows which would have felled a mere mortal, yet again he would ride to lead the charge day after day. Well, eventually the Moors figure if they would simply once and for all murder El Cid the day would be won. Such was his stature and the fable of his immortality. That day in battle he took sufficient arrow strike to resemble a pin cushion upon a bleeding steed, yet he hobbled back within the city wall and into the castle’s battlements. As he lie dying, in the movie, it was deemed he must lead the troops the next day to give them courage and win the battle, the war was to be lost, but that is mere history. They placed the cleaned and shining armor, likely a new suit as there were no arrow holes in this armor, upon the corpse of El Cid and attached him firmly upon his saddle and he led the troops out one last time onto the field of battle and it did give the Spanish troops high valor and broke the Moors who now too believed El Cid to be an immortal enemy they would never defeat. One would believe that such leadership is simply for Hollywood and legendary fighters but there are still such leaders in modern day recent history.

 

One such leader was Queen Elizabeth II (Elizabeth Alexandra Mary) of England. Then there was her husband, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh. Good Prince Philip claimed that merry old England would suffer interminably should their monarch die in the bombing of London and fled to a northern Scottish castle beyond German bomber range for the duration, but we are not interested in this character. Queen Elizabeth II (Queen Elizabeth from here on) did not retreat with her husband believing firmly that the people needed their leadership, their royalty, to be with them, share their threats, stand against the same dangers and live and lead by example and giving them hope and heart. Just an aside mention, it is rumored that indirectly Queen Elizabeth supported Prime Minister Winston Churchill when some believed a more reasonable leader could admit defeat and work a deal, as had France, with Heir Hitler and were planning to replace Churchill Parliamentary style, stabbing him in the back, and the good Queen Elizabeth subtly spoke of her admiration for the job Winston was doing in leading the people and the war effort, just in passing, to one of those insipid media types thirsting for something juicy, and what a juicy tidbit he received. This is all hearsay and this person in question let what he had heard be known and the buzz saved Winston, the war effort and perhaps the world from defeat. But that is not the high point; the high point was a Queen doing lowly things. After some of the worst bombing of London where the south end, the poorer section of town, were left ruined and still burning and the people were sifting through the rubble for good and unbroken bricks with which to rebuild and possible survivors as well as the dead. Then something remarkable, unbelievable was rumored to occur, Queen Elizabeth rode to view the damage and had her carriage stopped and she, the Queen herself, dismounted and joined combing the rubble for useable bricks and all that included right along next to these poorer and considered most common folk. Rumor has it this was far from a one off and that Queen Elizabeth had aided such efforts on a regular basis though not daily as rank has privilege and Royalty takes such privilege up a few rungs. We will have more on this later but now to the lies.

 

You have heard of the wild-fires striking across Israel burning down forests and possibly a few homes, or that is how friends outside Israel have claimed the coverage has been. There has barely been any hint at acts of violence starting these fires; it is as if Israel has suddenly erupted in many dozens of fires all started in places where the winds would carry then into towns and cities. There has only been one thing wild about these fires, and that has been the wildlings who have started them. These entities who would burn down the natural beauty of the forests and destroy people’s homes through forest fire knowing full-well that the world media would pick-up on the story line being fed the media by leftist, post-Zionists and Arab media that these are all natural events and run with the Israel caught fire and the winds have carried the flames to and fro across Israel lighting thus far dozens of ignition points over close to the entirety of the past week. Nobody elsewhere in the grand world ever appeared to give a passing thought to these fires being arson and most certainly not terrorism. The saddest thing is that there are leftists within Israel demanding we not use terminology which might be provocative, instigative, or in any way suggestive that this is what it really is, a new round in the annual “Fire Intifada” which springs up at the beginning of, you’re going to love this, our winter and the rainy season. The reason is because it is every fall and spring when the winds in Israel blow with a ferocity which spreads fires easily and with such directional and steadily strong and gusting wind one can start a fire and be assured of the path it will take. Below is a map and picture which together tell the story despite it does not quite have all of the fires started in the past few weeks. Looking at the map and it becomes rather apparent that these are not just forest fires as each one is started just eastward of a town, city or other community which are considered by pro-Palestinian Arabs to be Jewish areas (see map below). The truth is some of these communities, Haifa as a particular example where fires have been set (see picture which was just taken of an apartment community on the outskirts of Haifa) are communities which have a mix of Arabs and Jews residing as neighbors working, living and thriving together equally. To the terrorists starting these incidents of the Fire Intifada these are not their fellow Arabs because these Arabs are not out to murder Jews, destroy Jewish property and thus are to be considered Jews and if they end up targeted by these fires they deserve it and brought it on themselves. Please, for the sake of accuracy and honesty, when referring to the wave of wildling fire starts across most of Israel and continuing, though the news is unlikely to spend any additional time reporting on this, refer to this as what it is, an assault, attacks, terrorism, simply it is the Fire Intifada.

Threatening Towns, Cities and Communities

 

Thusfar there have been over a dozen arsonist arrests in conjunction with these fires and more are expected should they continue, which is likely as the winds have yet to abate. Below is a map of all the fires in Israel since this past April through July (see map below) which does not include any of the most recent fires. These were both the natural occurring fires, yes we admit such do occur, as well as the spring version of the Fire Intifada as the winds do blow twice a year strongest during the seasonal change from cool and wet to hot and drier as there is a short rain season during the summers known as the late rain in biblical texts. These attacks using fires have been used to attack Israel for many years and until the most recent years to year and a half these fires had been set to destroy mostly woodlands and crops making the nation less beautiful and destroying livelihoods more-so than attempts to take lives. But as with most other terrorist activities, the scope and lethality increases every season and this has been the most focused attempt to destroy actual cities and communities even including areas where other Arabs reside as residing amongst the Jews apparently makes one a target for the arson terrorists as well as do the stabbing and vehicle rammings at bus and metro stops. Yes, believe it or not the Jews and Arabs who live in Israel and are neighbors use the same rapid transit to get to and from work and ride the same trains and busses together, Arabs and Jews. When these general assaults which includes bombing restaurants, stabbing attacks of the patrons eating at an open air Tel Aviv area eatery targets Arabs as well as Jews with a one in five chance the person attacked is an Arab and not necessarily a Jew as twenty-percent of Israeli population consists of Arabs.

 

 

Further, the Israeli Arabs live under the same rules, face the same threats, and live and work amongst Jews with the exception that there are a number of Arab towns and cities which have had almost if not all Arab populations, Bedouin towns and cities which have had almost if not all Bedouin populations and they do not permit others to reside within these areas; just as certain religious Jewish and other religious sects which buy entire areas of towns or have their own Kibbutz or community which they only allow their own to live such as some Haredi religious groups. In most of Israel where there are no residence restrictions Jews, Arabs, Druze, Bedouin and all other racial groups plus Muslims, Christians, Jews, Hindus, Buddhists, Baha’I and others all live in mixed neighborhoods. When walking our dog, cutest little thing, but sorry, no pictures, we often see Arabs wearing traditional garments, Yemeni Jews who wear a different Kippah, Ethiopian Jews and Christians we have met and we all live in the central area of town in relative harmony and all buy fruits and vegetables at the same shuk and shop the same stores, share the same beaches and generally respect our differences and treasure our similarities. While we made Aliyah, we have cousins who are Sabra, native born Israelis. In all candor, these fires threaten all of Israelis lives and especially those living in eastern Haifa as that has appeared to be especially targeted.

 

The message behind these attacks is a simple one. They scream that these are individuals willing to totally destroy every structure, every home, market, shuk, store, hospital, school; everything if that is what is necessary to force the Jews out or murder every last Jew no matter who gets caught in the fires. That is the message and the counter message is we will continue to build, rebuild and live peaceably with those willing to live peaceably besides and with us. There will be no more living in the shadows without a nation of our own which we can call home and know it is a place where we will make it safe and open to other Jews and our friends. Friends are those who wish and desire to build and craft a society which leads the world in medical discoveries, technical innovations, agricultural sciences and any area including living by example. We want a land where there is freedom for all and Torah is respected and kept as the preciousness that it is and where there is freedom of religion, freedom of actions within the laws, fair and decent laws for all to follow and civility which permeates every facet of life.

 

What is strange is that in the Torah it actually stated what we were to offer the people Canaan when we made the exodus to live here from the east and west sides of the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea and from the Litany River to the Sinai Negev border, a border not well defined in those times as it was not the most fertile of lands (see map below). We were to tell the Canaanites that they were to choose from three alternatives; first they could live amongst us and follow the Noahic Code (the Seven Laws of Noah) , they could take all their possessions and depart and we would not make chase after them and would wish them the best wherever they move (and land was not fully settled and there would have been places they could travel and start again) or they could choose to war with us and should they so choose we would wipe all trace of their existence from the Earth killing even their cattle and all else. Simply put, they could live under the basic civil code for establishing just governance, they could leave freely and continue as they saw fit elsewhere, but if they chose war it would be a total war. Three Canaanite tribes chose to stay and follow the Noahic Code which required giving up idolatry, made murder, theft and other criminal acts against person and property punishable. This instituted the most basic legal codes, plus required courts of law where bribery was a serious offense as the justice was to be blind. Three tribes chose to leave and they went off and settled elsewhere and are not followed further other than they left with their wealth intact. The rest, a majority, decided they would war with the Israelites and they did leading to a long series of wars which were finally ended during the reigns of King David and King Solomon.

 

 

Assistance for fighting the flames consuming the land has come from places which make things quite interesting as the Palestinian Authority has assisted and aircraft have been sent on loan from Russia, Cyprus, Turkey, Croatia and Greece while Egypt and Jordan have sent firefighting vehicles. There has also been a Supertanker Fire Suppression aircraft from the United States which had to be hired privately as rumor has it while President Barack Obama has had no comment nor taken any action in a situation which can only be described as an emergency and dire threat. Times like these one sees who their true friends are and we are not discounting the love of the American people, it is the man living his final weeks at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington D.C. who we are referencing. The fact that Prime Minister Netanyahu went out of his way to assure that something which could be labeled as help from America was found in this time of need and we thank those in the United States for the lease of this vital piece of equipment. One simple defining factor of these fires has been the destruction to homes and structures where many fires are set just up-wind from Yeshivas, residential communities, Synagogues, Churches, fire stations, schools, hospitals and other high value places. The worst hit has been Haifa where the evacuation of 75,000 citizens from their homes, businesses and lives was necessitated thus far. Reuters’ Bureau Chief in Israel reportedly tweeted a sensationalist Palestinian claim that the fires were set by Jewish settlers trying “to destroy as much as possible of the Palestinian agricultural land.” This report itself remains unsubstantiated. There is good news, thus far, ‘Bless Hashem’ there has been no deaths but one-hundred-twenty-two people were treated for injuries, mainly smoke inhalation at last count.

 

There has been no United Nations special assembly meetings called and none of the United Nations organizations or NGOs appears to have noticed the fires raging across Israel. As noted previously, President Obama has been remarkably silent on the entire issue. The President’s silence sounds deafening as the lengths of condemnation he would have if a Jewish family in Judea or Samaria had the audacity to build a permanent brick bar-b-que outside off their patio or other insignificant structure. But let seven-hundred homes be destroyed and thousands of acres of forests and farmlands be burned, torched by arson and the victims almost universally appear to be Israelis and not a sound, not a lifted pen or spoken in phone to offer assistance or even condemn the criminal acts. There has been an excess of silence from European Union (EU) leadership, particularly EU Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini. Similarly, the vast majority of European national leadership leading the way in complete silence and that continues on to the Vatican and much of the rest of the world. The news coverage around the world has been equally stressful as they refuse to name the arson behind the fires. The news would have you believe that the thousands who were forced to flee before the flames in Haifa alone went shopping or something, or that it is normal for flames fed by high winds ripped through thousands of acres of farmlands and forests and that everything in Israel is just fine. The one side that is also obvious by the coverage thus far is we can rest assured that there have been no arson threats against Palestinian Arab farms and structures as had that been the case there would have been declarations, denunciations, demands for an inquiry and calls for Prime Minister Netanyahu and various other Israeli leaders heads on pike polls by the end of the day. Still, it must be said that we are very thankful to the aid sent by the nations mentioned above and will remember to pay these voluntary offers and assistance should the time ever arise that such is required. Some we have already proven to be that sort of friend and we will continue as that is part of being Israel, doing what is correct despite what others may choose to do or not do.

 

What might surprise people is that after Katrina struck; Israel, through the government and aid agencies, offered field hospitals and hundreds of doctors, nurses, technicians and other experts in trauma, natural disasters and public health. Further, Magen David Adom (Israeli version of the Red Cross) began “United Brotherhood Operation,” which sent a plane-load of supplies and financial assistance; Israel sent airlift arrived in Little Rock, Arkansas with an eighty-ton shipment of humanitarian aid, including baby food, diapers, water, ready-to-eat meals, clothes, tents, blankets, mattresses, stretchers, first aid kits, wheelchairs, and other medical supplies; IsraAid sent a delegation of medical personnel, psychologists, and experienced search-and-rescue divers. The 18-member team – which included physicians, mental health professionals, trauma specialists, logistics experts and a special unit of Israeli police divers – arrived in St. Bernard Parish and Plaquemines Parish on September 10 and spent a week and a half assisting fire department search-and-rescue squads and sitting in on daily planning meetings that included local leadership and a complement of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), police, military, fire representatives and medical team, five universities in Israel welcomed displaced American students from the affected areas and invited both undergraduate and graduate students to continue their studies in Israel.[32] In particular, medical students unable to attend the Tulane University in New Orleans can attend Tel Aviv University’s Sackler School of Medicine. Israeli aid to Haiti earthquake victims, the Philippines after a typhoon struck, relief to cyclone victims in Myanmar, long term aid programs for starving communities in Malawi, rehabilitation and relief in South East Asia following the devastating tsunami, psycho-social programs for Darfur refugees on the Chad-Sudan border, and aid to Somali war refugees in Kenya, Japan after the devastating double-hit of earthquake and tsunami which caused the malfunction and devastating leakage of an entire nuclear power facility, and the list almost appears endless as you go back through tragedies worldwide, Israel is there if permitted by governments. To assist without the government’s permission is called an invasion, just for the record of why approval is so vital. With hope and prayers these fires will pass and we will continue with building a better home and a better nation through simply trying to do what is right even if many nations wish to see us fail and be destroyed. Our world is in a state of flux with only one driving force determining the future and that future is a bleak one. The greatest force being exerted is one which demands of all they surrender their will and simply follow a strict set of rules enforced at the will of self-appointed learned ones. The definition in this future of a learned one is one versed in The Book which was compiled approximately twelve-hundred years ago and derived its base ideals and ideas from two centuries earlier. The most revered figure in this book was a man of conquest who eradicated his enemies, not simply vanquishing them and ruling over them. Those he fought were less than human simply because they fought against his armies and refused to accept him as the voice of the deity he imagined from visions in a cave. This conquest is being accomplished through infiltration and upon attaining a sizeable percent of any population demanding equal rights and the exalting of their law over any law in place. Their intention is the replacement of Judeo-Christian culture with Islam and the eradication of liberal societies replacing them with a retrograde society ruled under a political system which they pass off as a religion, it is nothing of the kind, it is a ruling ideology which suppresses human emotions, thoughts, will, imagination and freedoms. This is the future which is winning the day simply because those who should resist and demand their rights are too passive and have completely lost any respect for their founding principles and their former religious teachings which exalted mankind as a reasoning, rational thinking entity, not a slave surrendered to drudgery of an existence. Look wherever Islam rules and ask yourselves, do I desire to have my society mirror that of those nations? Do I want to live in New Saudi Arabia or New Egypt or New Turkey? These are actually the more ordered of the Islamic societies. Others include Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq or Iran. There is even the possibility that there might be a disagreement over which version of Islam that should be followed and then you end up with something resembling Yemen, Libya or Syria. There are alternatives but they require effort.

 

The first thing which must be stated is we have no problem with Islam as one religion amongst other religions and ideologies. Islam would be welcome as a coequal partner in our society with Judaism, Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism, Shinto, Confucianism, and even Secular Humanism. We would welcome those who believe in Allah as long as also included in the society is freedom to believe in Hashem, Jesus, Confucius, Buddha or no deity at all and follow rationalism or other philosophies and religions all accepted on equal grounds. This is acceptable and as soon as Islam can agree to such an arrangement then they are welcome but as long as Islamics, Muslims that demand their rules be superior to all others and theirs be the preferred religion on the way to being the only religion enforced initially through coercion and in the end by the sword, then Islam must be fought as would any other fascist imperialist dominance seeking force. Should Islam continue to be determined on world conquest, just as is and was Communism and were Nazism and a multitude of others before including even Christianity at an earlier point before the Reformation, they will sooner or later run into opposition which will stiffen as their pressuring increases resulting in an unimaginable conflagration if they insist on world domination. Islam is capable of being pluralistic if only they would apply elements from the Mecca Quranic writings from earlier in the life and preaching of Muhammad and replace the later texts which were granted preeminence by a later interpretation so as to further the conquests across North Africa and into Western Europe as Islam conquered much of the Iberian Peninsula (see map below). Subsequent expansions by Islamic forces reached the Philippines, Indonesia, as far as Tours, France before being turned back by Charles “The Hammer” Martel and took Constantinople which fell in 1453 and continued on laying siege to Vienna which was relieved when Polish King Jan Sobieski III (Depicted Below) took command of his entire army aided by troops from the Holy Roman Empire and Hungarian forces in the year 1683.

These were the active conquests by the Arab Islamic Empire followed by the Ottoman Empire which was defeated finally during World War I. The Arab expansive colonialist conquests have colonized and all but eradicated through totalitarian subjugation and intermarriage similar to the Spanish influence in their colonial expansions. These conquests persisted even during and throughout outlasting the European colonialist holdings which began after World War I in 1918 to 1921 and almost all were released to local rule by the end of the 1950s while the Arab’s conquest and colonial empire still exists and has existed for anywhere from a thousand years to twelve-hundred-fifty years. Theirs is the longest colonial empire in history with the sole exceptions being Russia and China which some claim are empires due to the sheer size of the nation of Russia and the size and population of China despite neither actually conquered their peoples and lands as much as congealed rule. So, the claims by Arabs of suffering from their European conquest and colonialism, this is an empty accusation when one compares the Arab conquest and colonialist empire which spread from the Arabic Peninsula across an area greater in size than Russia and rivalling China in population. The Arab Islamic colonial expansionism is now once again surging in an attempt to complete the commands from the Quran to spread Islam over the entire globe converting every inhabitant to Islam by coercion or by the sword only coming to a conclusion once all follow Islam as commanded by the Quran. One more forceful faction calls for terrorism as a form of intimidation also following the command in the Quran to terrorize the enemy which in this case is all of the infidel living in the decadent Western World. There is another driving force behind terrorism which is money. Yes, there is a lot of money to be made conducting terrorism providing you terrorize the correct target and for an approved cause. One of the apparently favored causes is the replacement of the State of Israel and the home of the Jews into a terror state ruled most likely by Hamas called Palestine where a second Holocaust would be perpetrated by Muslims who do not believe there was a first Holocaust but are prepared to commit a second. Their conquest of Israel would be complete once they have murdered every Jews residing in Israel and according to the Hamas charter going on to conquer the world for Hamas and its leadership and finish killing the Jews the world over. As far as the monies, well, that comes from the United Nations, the European Union, the United States, and many of the European nations. Many of the nations sending millions of dollars and Euros to the “Palestinian cause” are seriously in debt and actually have no real funds to send, but send they do. Think terrorism does not pay? Some of the more prescient commentaries included in the article are truisms which have historic proof that they have held true throughout history and can be counted upon to make predictions in the world today. Unfortunately for the world, when evils are visited upon the Jews, it spreads to the rest of those in the affected area with an undeniable and certain and immediate future. The Holocaust murdered six-million Jews and at least nine-million additional who were Roma, mentally challenged, physically deficient, unwanted, Polish poor, Russian soldiers and more (see graph below). Then there were the military and civilian deaths from the war itself which spanned the entirety of the globe (see graph below). This was the ultimate in carnage by mankind thusfar, but the coming apocalypse will dwarf World War II civilian deaths just as World War II surpassed World War I civilian deaths when compared against military deaths (see graph below). This is what the world is facing if a new force does not emerge to stabilize and resist the coming Islamic rewriting of the history and future of the world allowing only the definition of the world which allows only for Islam and must erase all else. The claims of world conquest and the remaking of the world in the image of how Muhammad remade the Mecca-Medina area and the areas conquered by him and those following related in our above video are a real and valid threat. This coming push intends to finish what was started in our first map first conquering the Western World as once they have conquered the West, the Muslim leaders rightfully believe that the remainder of the world will succumb or be destroyed in a cleansing fire brought on by the use of nuclear weapons as the Islamic leaders have no fear or hesitation of implementing whatever weapon is available as they have proven throughout their history. It is necessary that there be a force which forces the Muslim leadership to understand that the West will not just lie down and allow them to cut our throats as they intend.

Much of this is ominous to say the least, but nothing is set in stone thus the reality can always be altered providing the right moves are made. The Nazis appeared unstoppable but between errors in judgment and tactics and the stubborn resolution of one Winston Churchill and the bombing of Pearl Harbor bringing the United States and its manufacturing power into the war on the side of Churchill, Russia and the allies, the end of Nazi and Japanese imperialism was doomed. Napoléon was another who appeared unstoppable but he was stuck fighting in Russia during the winter and the battle of Waterloo and that was all for Napoléon. The Soviet Union ran aground when the United States under Ronald Reagan instigated a project known as Star Wars but was simply the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI) which literally spent the Soviet Union into bankruptcy. Ronald Reagan believed that the Soviet Union was on shaky foundations financially and vulnerable due to that weakness and he twisted that wound until they broke. He was not in office when the end came, but he was definitely the causal effect and his Vice President George H. W. Bush was elected and continued Reagan’s initiatives bringing the end to the Cold War. Similar walls have been struck by every empire which attempted to conquer the world. What remains to be seen is whether a force will arise which will force, or enable, the alteration of Islamic Quranic interpretation such that the Mecca moderation becomes preeminent over the more violent and imperial Medina verses. This is what is necessary for the world to continue to live in peace and with progress and freedom and human rights. The cries from Muslims that they are demanding their human rights are deceit with which they are applying their initial push and foothold from which they will usurp the entirety of the Western World through subversion. In a free society it is the public who are ultimately responsible and the votes in coming elections and the reporting by the media will tell what the future will hold and not necessarily what is desired. If these forces refuse to address the immediacy of the situation it is up to the people to demand a change in priorities. The coming United States and European elections will be telling and all we can do is vote, wait and pray.
