Now it is weeks, though it seems like years, since the government was dissolved and it is March 16, 2015, the day before elections. When these elections were called by then Prime Minister Netanyahu and the right wing Likud and Jewish Home voting with the opposition to dissolve the Knesset, the going media commentary reported the coming floodgates being opened and the guarantee that Likud and a coalition of purely right wing parties would win well over the necessary sixty-one mandates and not need to include what had proved to be the troublesome egoistic parties of Tzipi Livni’s Hatnua (The Party) or Yair Lapid’s Yesh Atid (There is a Future) in the coalition. This was presumed to permit the formed right wing, nationalist and Zionist coalition free of the attempts to form a coalition cutting out Likud, Jewish Home and including Labor and other parties finding a coalition to assume power without any elections, an unprecedented virtual coup by Lapid and possibly Livni. The tenor of the campaigns has revealed the designs on power and the Prime Minister’s seat by Livni and Lapid have been thoroughly revealed beyond any doubt. Tzipi Livni forged a coalition with Labor in order to guarantee her Hatnua Party inclusion in the next government despite it polling beneath threshold and has even finagled to share the Prime Ministership with Yitzhak Hertzog despite not having the backing from the public warranting her attaining such an importance while Lapid made some commentary that should he garner the support he dreams his Yesh Atid Party will garner then he had already figured how he could form a coalition as well placing him in the Prime Minister’s chair. The biggest change since the new elections were called has been the media’s slanted coverage and misrepresenting positions and using questionable polling have potentially drawn the results of the election into question and currently the leftist media have placed the Labor Hatnua misnamed “Zionist Camp” as having a comfortable lead and claiming that Likud and Netanyahu are sinking and soon to be thrown from power. The truth be told, the future of Israel will rest on the next government coalition’s ability to hold the line and resist the growing pressures and demands from United States President Obama and his administration’s attempts to require Israel to return to the pre-Six Day War lines leaving half of Jerusalem and all of Gaza, Judea and Samaria presumably under the rule of the unity Fatah-Hamas-Islamic Jihad governance. Such would place virtually all Jewish holy sites beyond Israeli borders and thus not only beyond the reach of any Jew to visit but also likely to be just as destroyed and razed as if these holy sites were surrendered to ISIS. But the real question is what exactly are the Israeli elections being held tomorrow actually addressing beyond who becomes Prime Minister and who would make the best Prime Minister from those who actually might have sufficient mandates to form a coalition, Tzipi Livni/Yitzhak Hertzog power sharing of two years each, Benyamin Netanyahu, Yair Lapid, the leaders of what is referred to as the Arab Block or Naftali Bennett?

Before anything can be considered, we need to define the greatest challenge which the new incoming Prime Minister will face once a coalition has been formed. Oddly enough the greatest challenges the next Prime Minister will face will not come out of Europe, from the Unity Government of Fatah/Hamas/Islamic Jihad, from the BDS (Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions) movement, nor from the United Nations. The challenge will come from what many, including many who desire to be the next Prime Minister, believe to be the closest of Israeli allies, the United States. The good news is that the threat coming from the United States does not have universal acceptance as the Congress remains strongly allied and friendly and supportive of Israel though a few too many actually still believe in the two state solution and the Oslo Accords, nor does the threat come from the majority of Americans where Israel still received support by over a ratio of two to one and still approaching three to one. The menacing threats against Israel are formidable and very adept at arousing support from thousands who will be available to man the parapets and be bussed all the way across the country when called upon. These forces came out from coast to coast and north to south to protest presumably racist police presumably having targeted and murdered a gentle giant in Ferguson, Missouri and then in another confrontation in New York City and these demonstrations have been sustained for months even despite the murder of two police sitting in their cruiser in New York and the shooting and severely injured two police standing in front of the Ferguson police station monitoring the protest taking place across the street. The grand juries in both cases found the police not to be at fault and to have acted within the guidelines of their departments and not to have committed any criminal acts. So, we have already witnessed the ability of President Obama and the assistance by Attorney General Holder generating protests despite the innocence of the police even after the evidence being combed through with a very fine toothed comb and still not establishing any culpability of the police. The only accusation they were able to uncover was what was referred to as “Disparate Impact” of arrests and traffic stops, a statistical fact which would very probably be true in virtually every police department with more than twelve officers. Read the article on >a href=http://jewishworldreview.com/cols/sowell031015.php3 target=blank>“Disparate Impact” by Thomas Sowell>/a> for some depth and truths as only he is able to explain and so far better than my modest attempts.

The ability of the Community Organizer in Chief and his Attorney Instigator along with such supporting advisors such as Samantha Power, Susan Rice, new Middle East National Security Council appointment, Robert Malley, are all known for their antipathy towards Israel and have other fellow travelers with some of them even being Jews who are more close with their progressive politics than they are to supporting Israel will present a formidable assault team just waiting for the new Israeli government before they launch their broadsides. The appointment of new Middle East National Security Council Advisor Robert Malley was the final straw which removed all doubt of where President Obama was intending to head concerning all things Israel. Looking back all the way to 2008 and Senator Obama’s initial run for the Presidency and we find his appointing Robert Malley to his foreign advisory team and then firing him shortly thereafter due to protestations from numerous Jewish organizations. When Robert Malley was appointed subsequently to head the foreign relations with Iraq and Iran President Obama made assurances to numerous progressive but still pro-Israel organizations and groups that Malley would be restrained from and never deal with anything concerning Israel. Now that the Jewish vote cannot affect President Obama as all elections are gone and he is in the home stretch so is free to do as he pleases and no longer care whose toes he treads or even stomps on while he finally can act to take out those he wishes to destroy but was unable before to act too overtly. Israel is at the head of that list and is also partially behind the leniency being shown the Iranian nuclear program as President Obama has been supportive the leader of the Shiite world and plans on crowning Iran as the new hegemonic power in the Middle East supplanting both Egypt and Saudi Arabia as well as allowing Iran to be the nuclear balance against Israel. This is behind his plans to make any agreement with Iran as an executive agreement which will be considered a guideline which will be considered to be advisory and not binding thus not a treaty as much as an understanding such that President Obama will claim he can bypass Senate ratification as this is not a treaty or any other binding agreement covered by the Constitution of the United States. This was the advisory out of Iran in response to Arkansas Senator Tom Cotton’s open letter to Iran’s leaders signed by forty-six Senate Republicans where they basically echoed exactly the points made by President Obama about why the Congress, even the Senate or especially the Senate, will have absolutely no say in what is agreed upon in the P5+1 and Iran talks. President Obama has now not only gone to the extreme in his desire to remove Congress from any actions he desires to take but has dived into the deep end in challenging the Constitutional restraints presumably limiting President Obama in his final two years. This bodes poorly for Israel as no matter whom Israel elects and President Reuven Rivlin chooses to form a coalition and succeeds in doing so.

President Obama announced his intentions almost as soon as he took office when he stated that the solution of the Arab-Israeli conflict would be the forming of an Arab State using the Green Line, the 1949 Armistice line, as the border. President Obama then forced a building freeze on Prime Minister Netanyahu which officially lasted for ten months but has unofficially continued ever since with announcements for tenders to build but somehow the required documents or authorizations always manage to get hung-up and the structures never get built. There has been little if any delay in the destruction of Jewish buildings ordered by the Supreme Court though Arab buildings with similar orders seldom have the demolitions carried out. During the war in Gaza against Hamas and Islamic Jihad, which was brought on by the kidnapping and murder of three Israeli youths followed soon thereafter by daily increased rocket and mortar attacks on the Israeli southern towns and kibbutzim closest to Gaza with the range of attacks growing daily as well until they struck Tel Aviv, then began the war as such attacks had to be halted, President Obama decided that a single ground-to-ground rocket which landed approximately half a mile south of Ben Gurion International Airport was sufficient a threat to cancel all flights by United States carriers from entering Israeli airspace thus closing the airport. A number of European nations also forbid their airlines from using Ben Gurion International Airport. These shuttering of Israeli airspace was despite the knowledge that there was an Iron Dome placed south of the airport plus two other Iron Dome units in the proximity guarding Tel Aviv and Jerusalem which made it next to impossible for anything launched from Gaza of threatening any airliners. There was also the additional requirement inserted between the United States and Israeli militaries which under war conditions are by treaty allowed to resupply Israeli needs straight military to military without need of further validation then being required to receive State Department approval which prevented any resupply of Israel during the conflict in Gaza. This was a breach of treaty and an illegal act which President Obama simply ignored the law of the land as treaties take on once ratified. This exhibits that President Obama has no regard for treaties, agreements, requirements of the United States Constitution or the need to include Congress in any action where such is required by that same Constitution and thus is ruling as if he were Emperor Imperialist of the United States and placing himself above the law. These acts by President Obama are setting precedents should he be permitted such and allowed to trample the Constitution and its limitations on Presidential power that will in the future allow for the destruction of the rule of law and replace it with an imperial presidency which will further take the United States into being under the rule of man, a very dangerous place. This is exactly how President Obama plans on acting, with complete contempt for Congress and with impunity when it comes to empowering Iran and destroying Israel in every way possible and simply daring the Congress to stop his actions.

President Obama will also make it known to Arab leadership that should they desire to take Israel before the Security Council that the United States is prepared to abstain from and vote and will withhold its veto whenever able and that they may count on such being the default position of the United States for the remainder of his term in office. This leads Israel to a very dangerous place where if those who have made it their campaign promise and predicated their every statement to promising to repair any supposed damage which Prime Minister Netanyahu may have caused between the Israeli government and the administration of President Barack Obama and by working with President Obama in establishing the two state solution by whatever means are required. These statements have been issued by many who are referred to most often as centrists or center left but not any referred to as far right wing or nationalist backers of the settlements causing an impediment of peace. One must wonder as to what those supporting the two state solution plan on doing should Mahmoud Abbas refuse to make peace unless a complete return to the Green Line with no swaps and a total right of return as well, will they grant the whole set of demands when President Obama advises that they accept these terms as it will be worth doing so as it will finally bring peace. There have been a few statements from Yitzhak Hertzog where he parroted the answers given by Benyamin Netanyahu when they appeared to a debate between them just this weekend, but I have doubts that Hertzog would really stick to such a position if President Obama demanded he surrender all of East Jerusalem as well as Judea and Samaria while accepting five or more million refugees from all the refugee camps and probably beyond as any Syrian refugee who might find an opening to claim refugee status not from Syria but from the Palestinian refugee centers which were in Syria before the civil war. Such an opening if permitted could add near countless refugees being foist upon Israel drowning Israel with Arab refugees who would vote Israel out of being a Jewish state at the very next elections. Probably the best Prime Minister Israel might elect would be a brick wall or whoever comes closest to resembling a brick wall when it comes to surrender to the whims and wiles of President Obama. The unfortunate truth is that the President of the United States would allow Israel’s complete and utter destruction as to it being the homeland of the Jews, and as such, a Jewish State. As to who might be such a person, well, that will be left to the Israeli voters tomorrow and the one promise is that, whoever is chosen to form a coalition will be forming the fate of Israel and the Jewish people in their hands, may they be capable hands guided by G0d and may they be girded with the truth, that by International Law and treaty the lands from the west bank of the Jordan River to the beaches on the Mediterranean Sea, every square millimeter of lands belong to Israel and though all other rights are granted to the inhabitants, the Israeli government is empowered to decide who is granted political power and thus may vote in Israeli elections. This was decided by the fifty-two nations unanimously, the entirety of the League of Nations, in 1921 with the ratification of the San Remo Conference which was further validated by the United Nations Charter Article 80 which recognized the Mandates and all other standing treaties and conferences from the League of Nations remained valid and fully applicable and backed by the United Nations as if enacted by that body as well. Perhaps whoever becomes the next Prime Minister of Israel when standing before the United Nations General Assembly next fall, assuming the next government makes it that far, can read to the assembled the contents of the San Remo Conference and remind them of Article 80 of the United Nations Charter and thus put an end to this futile debate which is invalid simply due to International Law which so many claim to desire. Perhaps it is time to give them the truths about International Law and how it may not be the friend they think it be.

There is one very basic and simple question which nobody dares to ask and if asked the answer is drowned out by the bellicose cries of Israeli Apartheid is the reason and the debate is settled. How dare you challenge the accepted narrative! Well, when the quiet truth goes orphaned from the conversation, how in all that is holy and logical falls to the side and gets discarded as useless to the discussion. The problem is that the discarded realities are the sole reason that there is an Arab-Israeli conflict today and the truth is so simple and easily validated that it surprises almost every curious individual who inspects the historical records. So, what exactly occurred that spawned the modern discontent which threatens peace and tranquility and has been the source of casualties of a terror war for almost a century. The history goes back to the 1917 Balfour Declaration which declared the existing Jewish rights and claims to the lands on both sides of the Jordan River and on to the Mediterranean Sea just as described in the Old Testament and also recorded by the Persian Empire, the Greek Empire and the Roman Empire as well as written of by the Crusaders, Mark Twain wrote of the area in his treasured work describing life in the Holy Lands and other historic writings and records from the Ottoman Empire and the British Mandate records. The Jews had always resided in this area even if only a remnant of the entirety of the Jewish peoples. They had almost exclusively made up the majority of the population of Jerusalem and a large proportion of the population of Hevron. The return of the Jews to their ancient and historic homelands began about the midpoint of the 1800’s and continued throughout the decades that followed independent of any outside forces. During World War I there was a Palestinian Brigade which was completely made up of Jews from the Holy Lands. These Jews and their bravery were much of the impetus for the Balfour Declaration. Contrary to popular myths, Lord Balfour was not Jewish. The Balfour Declaration was adopted by the winning nations of World War I at a conference named after the city where it was held, the San Remo Conference of 1922. Immediately after the Balfour Declaration and kicking into a higher gear after the San Remo Conference, Arab unrest threatened even the British troops charged with facilitating the conclusions of these two treaties. In an attempt to placate the Arab demands for their own state on the same lands as those reserved by the aforementioned treaties the British made a deal with the Jewish Zionists. They guaranteed that all of the lands of the British Mandate west of the Jordan River would be preserved into perpetuity for the Jewish State guaranteed by the British Crown in exchange for permitting a state for the Arab residents of the British Mandate, also referred to as the Palestine Mandate, for the Arabs in over seventy-five percent of the lands which covered all the lands east of the Jordan River to the Iraqi border. Thus was Jordan born initially called Transjordan. The Jewish State was not initially declared as it was presumed that over time Jews would eventually become a majority. Reacting to Arab pressures the British placed one difficulty after a blocking of Jewish immigration on and on assuring all the time that an Arab majority remained preventing the declaration of the Jewish State. Eventually came World War II and once again there was a Palestinian brigade which was constituted of Jews from the Holy Lands. Once again the British promised to form the Jewish State immediately after the war. Again they broke their promises to the Jews and did everything in their powers to prevent the Jews from Europe, the refugees of the concentration camps, from reaching Israel instead herding them into what could be called concentration camps without the crematorium. Eventually, even the British were unable of preventing the Jews from making their way to Israel, to what they believed to be the only salvation which would provide for Jewish freedom and a future.

At long last the United Nations in its formation took on the promise for founding a Jewish State when they internalized the edicts from the San Remo Conference and the Mandate System when under Article 80 of the United Nations Charter took those specifics under the auspices of the United Nations to finalize the ideals and ideas of these historic treaties. This is where the real sources for the problems today became inevitable despite any and all efforts to mediate an equitable resolution, the one thing the Arab world could not accept. The United Nations General Assembly on November 29, 1947 made a nonbinding resolution proposing an even division between Arab and Jewish States within the lands remaining from the British Mandate west of the Jordan River. The Arab League simply need only accept the offer and the Arabs within these lands would have gained their nation on the vast majority of the choicest lands west of the Jordan River. The Jewish relegated lands would consist half being the Negev Desert, a coastal strip from Tel Aviv to Haifa and a small section in the northern ridges of Judea and Samaria leaving the entire farmlands of the Galilee as part of the Arab declared state. The Arab League met and issued their response to this proposition. They refused to accept the formation of a Jewish State no matter how segmented, no matter how much was wastelands and desert, no matter any area as they refused to recognize any size of Jewish State. The Arab League refused to accept half of the lands simply because they refused to accept a Jewish States of any dimensions or size. The Zionist Jews agreed anxiously and willing to accept anything as their own lands from where they could begin to build and make a future for themselves and to form a state in which all Jews could eventually come to and make their homes as a people. From the declaration from the General Assembly of the United Nations the Arabs living in the lands west of the Jordan River began a series of pogroms attempting to destroy any chance for the formation of a Jewish State. This was the beginning of the Arab war efforts to destroy the Jewish State both before it was founded and ever since. Despite the Arab riots of Hevron where Jewish businesses and homes were set to the torch and dozens of Jews were murdered and scores injured. In response to the violence the British took harsh actions and relocated the Jews to Jerusalem gifting Hevron to the Arab rioters. This led inexorably to the Arab riotous pogroms in Jerusalem where the British again stood aside initially only intervening when the Arab rioters threatened the British troops themselves.

Finally came May 15, 1948 and Israel declared her independence and was invaded by the armies of more than a half dozen Arab nations and numerous independent militias including the one fanatical group led by the Mufti of Jerusalem who had recently returned after spending almost the entirety of World War II as a guest of the Nazis and supervising the Muslim troops who were left to cleanse the Balkan States and did so with efficiency and a great zeal pitted in hatred leading to brutality that even shocked the Nazi troops in the area to the point that they attempted to distance themselves from those troops under the Mufti’s command. By the eventual end of the conflict which continued off and on for almost two years only coming to an end in 1949, this led to Israel holding the borders referred to as the Green Line, the 1967 Lines. These were actually formed as the 1949 Armistice Lines which the Arab League demanded they be denoted as simply Armistice Lines and never to be used as a border as to allow them to be a border would mean they had recognized the existence of the Jewish State of Israel. From 1949 through to June of 1967 Jordan had control of Judea and Samaria, renamed the West Bank, and Egypt held the Gaza Strip. During that entirety of near eighteen years there was absolutely no attempt made to form an Arab state by any name as Muslims already held the lands so all was as they perceive it should be. The PLO was founded with the assistance of the Soviet Union and the KGB in 1964 with the called for in its charter the liberation of Palestine by which they meant all of Israel as there was no occupied lands before 1967 unless Israel is the lands you consider occupied. That is the dirty little secret, Israel is the occupied land at any size, be it including Judea and Samaria, the West Bank, or be it before June 1967 and Israel inside the Green Line without Judea or Samaria, the West Bank, and without Gaza.

Across Europe countries are recognizing an Arab state without any declared border being declared by Mahmoud Abbas or any other Arab leader. The one constant that is known is that should Abbas and the Arabs be granted a state and its borders are restricted to the areas of Gaza, Judea and Samaria outside of the 1967 Lines that they refuse to consider such recognition as being a reason to end the conflict with Israel. Mahmoud Abbas has made a point as part of his refusals of offers which included as much as ninety-five percent of Judea and Samaria and all of Gaza with land swaps to make up all differences, he has refused these offers because they include the end of hostilities. The problem with the making of an Arab state west of the Jordan River by any name is meaningless as far as ending the conflict as long as it allows for the remaining existence of a Jewish State. As long as Israel continues to exist the Arabs will continue to make claims that the Jews are occupying their land. The problem has never been the lack of an Arab homeland; it has been the existence of the Jewish lands. All one need do to realize this truth is to peruse MEMRI, the Middle East Media Research Institute, translations of speeches made by Abbas and his fellow Arab leaders as well as the speeches of leading Arabs from throughout the Arab world and one will realize the reality that it is the existence of Israel that infuriates the Arabs and the destruction of Israel is their sole raison d’être. Perhaps the European governments might ask Abbas and the rest of the Arab leadership exactly what borders they are willing to accept to end the violence and terror war before they decide to grant them a state which is undefined and left to their wildest hopes to define after the fact. The response would likely be informative and potentially surprising. But the Europeans are simply attempting to feed the alligator hoping they will be eaten last and they would gladly sacrifice Israel for fifteen minutes reprieve from their eventual self-imposed coming fate. Israel does not plan on accepting the role of sacrificial lamb for the continued existence of Europe for an extra few months or so. Perhaps Europe and the whole world would be better served to repair their own houses rather than attempt to sacrifice Israeli homes. Israeli homes are not up for being sacrificed no matter what the eventual desires of the rest of the world may decide. Israel was before, Israel is now, and Israel will remain after.

Israel Should Simply Apply the San Remo Conference Agreement

Contrary to the stories which many believe about the birth of the Jewish nation of Israel, it has absolutely nothing to do with the Holocaust and was set into International Law back in the Villa Devachan in Sanremo, Italy, from 19 to 26 April 1920. The document which was resolved at this conference was the San Remo Conference which was formulated by representatives from the four principle victorious allies from World War I; Britain, France, Italy and Japan. The nations were represented by Britain by Prime Minister David Lloyd George and Lord Curzon (Lord Balfour also was present as his authored Balfour Declaration played a part in the discussions and final decisions of the conference), France by Prime Minister Alexandre Millerand, Italy by Prime Minister Francesco Nitti and by Japan by Ambassador K. Matsui. This agreement set up the Mandate system for the aftermath of the breakup of the Ottoman Empire. Additionally, the United States attended as a neutral observer as they had joined the fighting well into the years of fighting in World War I. The final agreements of the San Remo Conference were given the weight of an allocation of Class “A” League of Nations mandates for administration of the respective lands from the defunct Ottoman Empire. These agreements led to the formation of the nations of Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Israel. The French were tasked with managing the northern Mandate lands and setting the borders for the states to be included within while the British were tasked with the same responsibility for the southern Mandate lands.

The French made a distinction when setting their Mandate lands dividing the lands between a Christian state named Lebanon and an Arab state named Syria. The British formed an Arab state named Transjordan, which later became simply Jordan, and a Jewish state named Israel. When the British divided off the lands east of the Jordan River to form Transjordan they requested the approval of the Zionist leaders who had yet to receive their own state which the British were presumed to establish. The promise guaranteed by the British for not establishing the Jewish state at that time was that all of the lands which remained west of the Jordan River would remain inviolate into perpetuity reserved solely for the establishment of the Jewish state which would become known as Israel. This guarantee is known by the European nations and the entirety of the members of the United Nations can reference these validations as the United Nations included these agreements when they revalidated all of the treaties including the Mandate System along with numerous other League of Nations agreements and treaties as part of Article 80 of the United Nations Charter. This too is public record and can be verified by any person desiring to chase down the truth. But the European Union and numerous member nations are all aware of these agreements yet they continue to fund NGOs in Israel to attempt to represent the European desire to destroy Israel while forcing the founding a Palestinian nation replacing the Jewish state and to counter the majority views of Israeli citizens. The Europeans are currently financing directly the building without filing for permits for houses and structures within areas which are not under Palestinian control and are by treaty, including the Oslo Accords, are under Israeli control in order to change the facts on the ground and be able to gain additional lands for the Palestinians to claim they have the overriding interest and investment. They are intentionally working against the Jewish state of Israel despite being members of the United Nations and are working to destroy another member state of the United Nations which is a violation of their obligation as members of the United Nations. These nations leaders and other political operators and their NGOs which they finance and operate in Israel; actual European national governments finance directly and give directions, orders and write their charters and operating priorities of these NGOs in Israel; and finance supporting operations within the Palestinian Authority and Hamas run Gaza including textbooks in which maps of the Middle East show the Palestinian state in place of Israel and youth camps which operate as miniature military training centers and also indoctrinate the children to believe that their actual place of birth was within Israel, within the Green Line which demarks pre 1967 Israel free of any presumed occupied lands which are nonexistent according to the San Remo Conference and various other operations which are concerned and aiming to replace the Jewish state of Israel with an Arab state free of Jews called Palestine.

The world is playing make-believe ignoring their promise to the Jewish People originating with the Balfour Declaration of November 2, 1917 and reconfirmed with the San Remo Conference and further confirmed with the United Nations Charter Article 80 which every member signed and agreed to enforce upon joining the United Nations. Apparently there is one truth which still in this modern age has refused to die despite the claims of civility and having joined the world of civilized nations by joining the United Nations, the greatest and final hope for honesty and trust between nations setting all interactions under the light of enlightened thought and interaction, that any promise made to the leaders of the Jews dies as soon as it becomes uncomfortable or inconvenient. The latest escalation and shrillness of insanity of universal charges against Israel during the Gaza conflict which was started by Hamas abduction and murder of three Israeli teens and then the escalating firing of rockets into Israel but somehow is now being referred to as a conflict which proved Israeli aggressions and use of unnecessary force and the claims that the Palestinian Unity government is deserving of trust and their own nation at last has all taken by governments and people who are aware and understand that their efforts directly contravene legally decided and established international law. Yet the charge that is always heard is that Israel is always contravening international law when Israel lays claim to Jerusalem or decides to build new homes for Jews, Arabs, Christians, Muslims, Buddhists, Atheists, Hindus or anybody living in Israel can purchase or rent. What part of all lands west of the Jordan River did you forget about that allows you this perfidy. It is all about the problem the modern world has with the existence of a Jewish state as the world has grown comfortable with homeless Jews, the wandering Jew constantly running from one persecution into the next. But a Jewish nation, they will then lie and claim that no such thing has ever existed in all of time. Never mind the Bible and the archeological evidence that there was a Jewish nation before written history had officially begun and that land was the home of the Jews for almost fifteen hundred years. That area is from the Jordan River to same of the Mediterranean Sea and granted did not include Gaza which Israel has completely withdrawn all Jewish and Israeli influence including almost ten thousand civilians living there and all of the IDF bases and troops. The original lands even included two tribes whose lands were completely east of the Jordan River as well as part of a third tribe, look up ancient Israel and the tribal lands. Still, the Israelis are not even seeking those lands and would be content with simply the world living up to their promises and guarantees which they enacted into International Law. Is that really too much, apparently anything remaining in our hands is too much for far too many. Where are those who prize honesty and the fulfillment of promises made in good faith by the nations and the community of nations both as part of the League of Nations and then guaranteed once again by the United Nations? Let those who value honor and truth check what I have put forth here and once validated then please stand for truth and the words and promises given and ratified by the body of nations repeatedly since World War I and the reconfigurations which came from that great struggle. Nothing was enacted on lands outside of the nations who were aggressors from one side or the other in these agreements, accords, conferences, charters and other documents and treaties, all was enacted over the lands owned by the defeated nations and borders were drawn in Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. The other big lie is that the Europeans redrew the Middle East and North Africa alone but that is far from true as they also redrew the lands of central and Eastern Europe. Check the truth and look at the maps before World War I and after the World War I and before there is the Austro-Hungarian Empire and after it has been drawn into individual states and other states gained or lost lands as borders were redrawn through much of Europe. All that aside, the time has come to give Israel the lands they were promised and end this drive to eradicate the Jewish state; or are the promises of nations worth so little?
