End the Charade and Keep Your Promises

For all too many people there exists so much confusion and misinformation about Israel and whose lands are whose and what are facts and what are fictions. We hear about facts on the ground and some very positive and definitive facts have been found in the grounds as well as on them throughout the lands between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea. What might surprise some is that further facts similar to these have been unearthed but either destroyed or left buried once identified east of the Jordan River, throughout the Golan Heights, in Lebanon south of the Litani River and in a swath cutting across Syria all the way to the Euphrates River. These facts exist in a simple but nearly permanent form of artwork known to exist throughout history, mosaics, in particular, mosaic floors. These stones, unless intentionally shifted and scrambled, can be restored to near their former beauty simply through cleaning the stones and perhaps some restoration around the edges or along a seam where the earth itself cracked during an earthquake or similar disruption. These mosaics mostly date back well before the Persians or the Greeks and definitely the Romans conquered these lands and existed during the Biblical times and represent the historic events immediately after their happening and representing them exactly as told when these legends were the facts of their day.

Most of these mosaics represent Biblical stories which are familiar to virtually any person who attended religious school where the Old Testament was studied even in a cursory fashion as these were the stories that struck awe and let little imaginations run wild and these were the types of heroes that a child would remember throughout their lives.

The story of Samson, whose strength was in proportion to the length of his hair, who can forget such a story, would have resonated today. Here we have a single mother put down and in the lowest caste of society praying not for herself but for her son to be a great leader. She promises to obey Hashem and never cut his hair and Hashem will favor her son with strength as his hair is long. She desires her son do well by the family name and bring it honor and this single mother thus sacrifices of herself to help all Israel with her son becoming a success. Everything she could have ever dreamt would come to be the story of her son. Just as promised, Hashem would accept Samson as a servant and Samson would free the Jews from Philistine rule.

Hashem blessed Samson with inhuman strength which he used against the Philistines, that is when he was not chasing Philistine women and marrying them, a failing which was his downfall. After Dalila cut his hair and turned the weakened Samson over to the Philistines they gouged his eyes blinding him and they mocked him but somebody grew lax and his hair grew long again. Then there was his final command performance before the Philistine King and Queen and every important Philistine in a grand spectacle where they were to marvel over the captured Jew whose strength they had all so feared back when he could use the jaw bone of a donkey and it would be as effective as any sword in his hands and he slew Philistines with such a weapon. The ending is that Samson pulled the supporting pillars of the arena collapsing the viewing stands bringing the house down, what a performance, and he slew the entire Philistine leadership that day and gave his life to free Israel of Philistine rule. A mosaic with ancient Hebrew letters telling the story was found dating from immediately after the Israelites regained their lands from the attacking Philistines.

This Mosaic was found in an area known as the Galilee which was very prevalent in ancient Israel and was the farmlands which supported the Israelite state. As important as were these lower relatively flat lands to the continued existence of the state of Israel as a people need to eat, the hills to the east were the tactical lands which also were used for shepherds as they tended their sheep. These hills were where the Israelites preferred to meet their enemies as the lands made infantry and chariots all but impossible to wield and heavy infantry would quickly tire chasing light infantry, slingers and archers up and down the slopes and across rocky terrain features. Further, the Israelite were very familiar with the lands and knew its hiding places, its tactically important ridges where one would be well above on a steep slope, and areas of concealment such as caves with small or hidden entrances. These were the lands where the Israelite light infantry was successful in repulsing enemies and dispatching even the Roman Legions on the uprisings which were successful in winning independence from Roman Rule, even if only temporarily as the Romans had far greater manpower and could send sufficient Legions such that the Roman men in arms outnumbered the Israelite population including women and children. Still, from time to time the Romans were chased from Israelite lands as the Israelite forces made it simply not economically prudent to continue the war. When the time came to retake the trade routes which passed through the lands and often through Jerusalem, the Israelite capital, the Romans, Greeks, Persians and others through history would arrive on the Israelite borders in numbers which put fear into the bravest of hearts.

This would include the Wars of 1948, 1967 and 1973 (War for Independence, Six Day War, and Yom Kippur War) which were all fought in response to acts of war and Israel defending her lands. In Israel’s War of Independence she faced a half dozen national armies which assaulted on her first day as a nation and in this war Israel lost territory including Gaza, and section of Judea and Samaria which Jordan renamed West Bank but their three thousand year old names cannot be erased thus the names of Judea and Samaria better define these lands than any invented name to conceal their natural histories. These same lands were liberated in the Six Day War as well as conquering the Golan Heights and Sinai Peninsula. Israel returned the Sinai Peninsula to Egypt who refused to resume their claims to Gaza returning these lands to Israeli rule. Likewise, Israel even offered to return the lands originally lost in 1948 and liberated in 1967 to Jordan as under Jordanian rule the Jews were expelled from their lands under threat of extermination and fled into Israel in the weeks after the Jordanians expelled them from their land and thus the area had become mostly Arab and many Jordanians but Jordan refused the land and the Arabs remain on the land as the Jews were not the Jordanians and did not expel the conquered people but permitted them remain and work their lands. These Arabs eventually were granted independent autonomy within Israel and thus led to the Palestinian Arabs demand for a homeland invented in 1964 and initially defined as Israel not claiming the West Bank then owned by Jordan but as soon as Jordan lost these lands then the entirety of the lands between the River and the Sea became their rallying demand, replace Israel, not share land with the Jews as the goal was to exterminate the Jews which was expounded by the Mufti of Jerusalem and has been the intent of the Palestinian Arab cause ever since. They do not want two lands for two people, they want simply one people and the Jews slaughtered.

Not every mosaic was of biblical events as told in the Jewish bible but then not every Renaissance painting depicted the Trinity, the Holy Mother or other New Testament stories. The war elephant was still somewhat of a surprise as there was no mention of their being utilized in Israel or Judea by the Greeks or Romans as such forces would have had the same difficulties as had cavalry and chariots in the Judean Hills in eastern Israel. Still such a mosaic was unearthed in the excavations at the site and simply adds to the wonder and gives new insights into the lives of the Israelite Jews who remained in their natural lands after the Roman Dispersals which were inflicted as punishment for their temporarily successful revolts against Roman rule. The First Jewish–Roman War took place starting with Judean Israelites gaining independence in 66 CE only to be overwhelmed by Two Roman Legions in 73 CE. The siege of Masada was the most memorable of the final events of this First Jewish–Roman War. The Bar Kokhba revolt removed Roman rule with successes beginning in 132 CE only to be put down by some research claimed was six Roman Legions with a similar number of supporting troops in 134 to 136 CE. This revolt once put down added one last horror as a lesson for the rebellious Jews with the torturous execution of the Ten Rabbis where some claim all ten at one spectacle while others claim two had been executed earlier but the Talmud tells of the martyrdom of the Ten Rabbis: Rabbi Shimon ben Gamliel and Rabbi Yishmael ben Elisha ha-Kohen Gadol who were reportedly executed earlier with the following eight who were Rabbi Akiva; Rabbi Hanania ben Teradion; the interpreter of the Sanhedrin, Rabbi Huspith; Rabbi Eliezer ben Shamua; Rabbi Hanina ben Hakinai; Rabbi Jeshbab the Scribe; Rabbi Yehuda ben Dama; and Rabbi Yehuda ben Baba comprising the Ten Rabbis martyred in total.

Such Mosaics are found throughout the areas of ancient Israel often depicting Roman and Greek reliefs as these themes represented the time and place realistically. Other mosaics depicted Jewish religious and historical themes and some mosaics unearthed have been dated back to antiquity. These oldest mosaics universally depict scenes from Torah (Five Books of Moses) as well as other Biblical themes from the Jewish Bible (Old Testament) even including reliefs showing Noah’s ark receiving the animals with herds and numerous animals depicted throughout the scene, the Crossing of the Red Sea, Jonah being swallowed by a large fish (it was historically just a large fish as the depiction of whale was not relevant to early life at the eastern end of the Mediterranean Sea), the giving of the Ten Commandments by Moses at Mount Sinai, the Ten Plagues and other stories. The quality of the stones and resolutions varied often depicting the wealth of an individual or community as the use of smaller stones (the ancient form of pixels) was a sign of wealth and additional time and efforts invested in locating, cutting and sorting the stones before use and the care with which the stones were placed. These mosaics told much about the wealthier individuals and community efforts but surprisingly mosaics have been found in modest dwellings of various qualities, which were more often than not rendered by the owner of the dwelling done as a statement of their pride and anyway one did need a floor so why not take the time and tile it artistically. The one thing was that once you laid your floor it would likely remain with the building marking where the building had existed before the walls collapsed. Floors, as any archeologist will tell you, are the one remain of a dwelling which often is all they have to go by as nothing else remains but the floor with time and once covered that floor will remain to be discovered and dated by the level in which it is discovered, the deeper the earlier the floor and the represented dwelling. Indigenous peoples floors either was the bedrock or rested upon that bedrock.

The telling thing is as Jewish themed and Judean and Israelite themes have been found throughout all of history in these lands between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea; Christian themes arrived in the middle Roman times while the first mosaics depicting Arab themes were not found until after 700 CE. The arrival of such themes dates to when these cultures appeared just as mosaics depicting Greek scenes predated Roman and Persian predated Greek and Jewish themes predated everyone. The earliest mosaics were universally of Judaic origin with an influence from Egypt and an occasional Minoan influence. Hittite artwork as well as Assyrian and earliest Greek including Philistine artwork had a lesser if any effect on Israelite artwork as these other civilizations sculpted as they were idolaters so stone carving was a prized skill while the Israelites were forbidden from worshiping other gods than Hashem and idolatry was a most serious offense against Torah and Hashem thus stone carvings were less desirable while scenes of Biblical history and nature scenes were appreciated as artwork and were thus not in any manner seen as being idolatrous thus against Torah. This likely explains the Israelite preference for mosaics over other art forms such as sculpted stone.

The final piece of the puzzle can be easily shown by simply looking at a few maps. This first map is of the original twelve tribes of Israel, the lands the Israelites were instructed to conquer and carve out their homelands. These lands were not completely conquered until King David and were superseded with additional conquest by Kings David and Solomon but the additional lands were soon lost and the original Twelve Tribes were to be what was historically considered Israel existed from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea and from the Negev-Sinai (Egypt) border to the Litany River in the north.

Here is a map depicting the conquest of the Holy Lands by Joshua as recounted in the books of Joshua and Kings:

Cities Conquered by Joshua As Recounted in Kings In the Hebrew Bible The Old Testament

This map depicts the original Twelve Tribes of Israel as defined in the Jewish Bible, the Old Testament both in Torah (Five Books of Moses) and later in Kings and Judges.

Eretz Yisroel from back in the time immediately after Exodus and before the additional conquest by King David and King Solomon with the original division of the lands between the Tribes covering both sides of the Jordan River. The Israelis and Jews in general could attempt to demand that Eretz Yisroel, the Land of Israel be made whole as was First Apportioned by Hashem.

This map depicts the areas conquered by Kings David and Solomon and from which comes the reference to a Greater Israel which defines such as reaching from the Euphrates River to the Nile River. The Jewish State in any of its manifestations never reached the Nile River not even after the Six Day War and not after David and Solomon. The only time the Israelites had anything to do referencing the Nile River was the story of baby Moses and then the Ten Plagues where the plagues refer to the Nile River in numerous plagues of the Ten Plagues from Hashem upon Egypt because Pharaoh had a hard heart and believed not in the supreme powers of Hashem. The use of a Greater Israel as proof that the Jews desire to conquer the world is further nonsense as we would be very content to have exactly what was promised us in the results of the 1920 San Remo Conference plus the Golan Heights as they are required for having a secure border.

Below is the promised borders for the State of Israel as determined by San Remo Conference of April 1920, almost twenty years before the holocaust putting to lie that false claim that Israel was established as compensation for the Holocaust as the idea of a Jewish homelands stretches back in modern eras to around 1850 leading to the formation of the Zionist Conference. After World War I as the empires of the Middle East and North Africa along with the Empires within eastern Europe were being broken into smaller and independent States was where Israel was denoted to be formed under the British supervision and presumably with British assistance, hindrance was the only assistance the Jews received from the British once the Mandate plans were placed into effect. Below is the Jewish desire for our homelands including the Golan Heights, Galilee, Negev, Judea, Samaria and we will magnanimously leave Gaza to Hamas and any other Arab Palestinian desiring a homeland in Gaza which was released to Arab Palestinian control where they elected Hamas, and Gaza was the test case for any state of Palestine living beside Israel in peace. We now have our answer from their actions and their words. Their only desire is our death and destruction and we will depart no additional lands to a people so ardently desiring our destruction and wholesale genocidal murders. This is what should be being discussed, how best to care for the interests of those claiming nationality other than Israeli, especially those known to be members of any of the Palestinian Authority (PA) or other terrorist groups sword to the destruction of the Jewish State once the world fulfills their promise to the Jewish People. Here is the map with final comments below.

Definitive Map of Israel

Definitive Map of Israel

The Arabs remaining in Judea and Samaria would necessarily be broken down into five main groups with residing sub-groups under the following criteria:

The first group would be known terrorists with blood on their hands whether they be incarcerated or not in restrictive containment facilities. These would be expelled and where they would go is not an Israeli problem. If they have any worthy properties they would receive compensation provided they never return and they should have made clear that any return within Israeli borders will lead to immediate rescinding of any probation and immediate incarceration.

The second group would be known ranking officers in the PA and members of any terrorist entity whether aligned with Hamas, Muslim Brotherhood, al-Qaeda, Fatah, PLO, Islamic State, al-Qaeda or any other known terror outfit would be permitted to transfer to Gaza or be expelled as those above with similar compensation for both groups.

The third group would be any Arab desiring to reside in Gaza or other nation be it Arab or other as long as that nation would be accepting of these refugees. They would be given transportation and be compensated fairly for any properties they would be unable to take with them.

The fourth group would be Arabs desiring to remain living even under Israeli rule but not work towards receiving citizenship at this time. At six months and one year they would be offered the opportunity to leave and seek a new life elsewhere including Gaza. If such decided to depart, they would receive compensation for what they leave behind.

The final group is those desiring Israeli citizenship. These individuals would receive free citizenship instructions and be required to pass a test centered on Biblical Israel and the complete history of the Jewish People in both European and Islamic rulers. Further, upon proving to have tested for acceptable level of deep understanding of Israeli and Jewish history, the fact that Jews prize Jerusalem above all else and understand Israeli laws, they would then be permitted to proceed to the rest of their path to citizenship. Such path could take as little as five years and as long as ten years. Failure to attain citizenship would place them in the fourth group and would not require their expulsion.

Finally, any act of terror would result in the perpetrator and all family members who were knowledgeable about the act of terror beforehand would be expelled treated as if they were in the first group. If implementing such a plan resulted in some form of migration which shocks the wider world, or simply defined as Israel even defining such a plan, we would like to remind everybody about the migrations of Muslims and Hindus and Buddhists who were massively forced either into Pakistan or leaving Pakistan and these people received little if any support from governments or humanitarian organizations by and large. There was the forced repatriation of Tibetan Buddhists including monks from Tibet to the far corners of China and the forced repopulation of Tibet with poor Chinese farmers without anybody even risking a papercut in order to protest that injustice. There was not even the slightest gasp as hundreds of thousands of Jews forced from their lands by their Arab leaders without even allowed but to carry a single small suitcase. Little was uttered when it was found that Jewish survivors of the death and work camps returned home they were thrust out of their own home city as all their belongings, stores, homes had long since given to others presumably in need making any surviving Jews doubly unwanted as the British were doing almost everything possible preventing Jews from returning to their ancestral homelands. Every day since 1920 and the recognition of a homeland for the Jewish People are established in their historical and documentable homelands the world has been evidently biased and could be said to have actively opposed any form of Jewish State. Fortunately for the Jewish People and people everywhere we have taken possession of our natural neighbors who have thus far proven to be just as approving and so very sweet and loveable as had been our ancient neighbors. The one closing idea all should take from all in this article, we are here and here we will remain as long as we have the breath with which to operate our daily lives. This will in turn assist all as we try to use our land and our gifts of the mind and provide miracles every day, even those that would normally be fatal as we bounce back as if we were professionals, which we are at so many things.

France Excursion Again Into Folly

One might reason that after the terror attack last November 13, 2015, which claimed one-hundred-thirty lives and wounded, many horrifically, another three-hundred-fifty-two others from across all sectors of Paris that France would choose to have nothing to do with Arabs, yet this is exactly what they are planning to do. After combinations of suicide bombers and assault teams with automatic fire assault rifles striking numerous locations where Parisians gathered at various events such as the Bataclan Theatre, Café Bonne Bière, La Casa Nostra, La Belle Équipe, Stade de France among other locations would have been sufficient for France to wash their hands of all conflicts between the Arabs and the rest of the world and taken a low profile, but not a chance. The French are planning on launching an offensive to drag the Palestinian Authority leader Mahmoud Abbas back to negotiations with Israel and Prime Minister Netanyahu. They have set the date as May 30, 2016, for a Paris meeting of Foreign Ministers from twenty countries as a preliminary planning session to bring the peace process back to life, according to Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault. Why not simply paste a bullseye on the meeting location inviting the Islamic State to strike here. Foreign Minister Ayrault spoke to four newspapers, including Israel’s Haaretz and the pan-Arab daily Al Quds Al-Arabi, where he specified Israel and the Palestinian Authority (PA) would not be invited to the meeting in Paris. Well, thanks to Hashem for little favors as this removes the necessity for Israel to decline the invitation. Ayrault did recognize that, “The two sides are further apart than ever,” but unfortunately further stated, “We cannot do nothing. We have to act before it’s too late.” Ayrault was not finished as he continued, “In Israel, the government is more and more ambiguous on the issue of a two-state solution and the Palestinians are more and more divided. We have to explain to the Israelis that settlement activity is a dangerous process and that it puts their own security in danger.” Please stop, you’re killing me here. What? You have more. Fine, what is it? “I am not naive,” Foreign Minister Ayrault added further exclaiming, “I am perfectly sincere. There is no alternative; the other option is fatalism and I reject that.” One can only guess what French President Francois Hollande is reacting to this. Oh no, you’re joking. No, you’re not, see below? This may be more than we can bear at such a time.

The one bright spot is one we reported on earlier in our article Presidents Barack Hussein Obama and François Hollande Next Cooperative where the new French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault backtracked on the threat last month, saying France would not “automatically” recognize a Palestinian state if its initiative fails. Israeli Prime Minister along with numerous other Ministers both from his Cabinet and the Knesset all rejected the original plan by former French Foreign Minister Laurent Fabius, whose full support of all things Palestinian is well known, who had officially insisted that had the negotiations failed the French were ready to recognize the State of Palestine with its borders along the Green Line and all of East Jerusalem as their Capital City. Such a move would have placed over three-quarters of a million Israeli Jews, Arabs and others at the mercies of the PA, as if there were such a thing. Anyone who had followed issues in the Middle East, especially regarding the PA and Hamas as well as the Islamic State realized that without the IDF to protect both these Israeli citizens and even the rulers of the PA, all would end up murdered including Mahmoud Abbas as either Hamas or Islamic State would assuredly immediately move in and enact a violent and hostile coup to remove the PA and place the entire area under the most severe form of Sharia murdering any from the PA who they perceived not in agreement with their rule as well as any non-Muslim residing in the areas. This would include the few Arab Christians largely residing in Bethlehem and Jerusalem. That plan would have proven unworkable, unenforceable and hopefully rejected by all concerned but cool heads and common sense are not things expected in large quantities when it comes to addressing the Arab-Israeli conflict.

French Foreign Minister Ayrault has reportedly declared that the discussions being sought would be based on the 2002 Saudi peace initiative, a proposal which has been approved by the Arab League but has not been accepted by Israel as it exchanges promises to discuss peace in the future for complete concessions to the Arab League and Saudi Arabian idea of a final solution of the Green Line and East Jerusalem being the interim recognized border acceded before any actual peace agreement. Such a solution would simply be a reset to the borders of 1967 before the June Six Day War setting up the opportunity for another go round and renewed open hostilities and terror war brought once again to the heart of Jerusalem where Arab marksmen would sit atop the walls of the Old City or any high structure and shoot Israelis when they were presented as a potential target making much of western Jerusalem a “no man’s land” where crossing the street in daylight hours was suicide and now with night scopes even the night becomes a potentially fateful choice to cross a street. Additionally, it would place Israeli areas in range of even the most rudimentary Hamas rockets not to mention what the more powerful and accurate Iranian missiles could strike as depicted on the map below. This would become completely untenable within days as all Israeli business, production, distribution and life would grind to a halt with the entirety of the nation outside the IDF would be forced into the underground shelters as any above ground shelter would be instantly vulnerable and only ten feet or more of earth would be capable of withstanding more than three days of strikes. The map highlights the main area where well over three-quarters of Israeli power structures, residences, manufacturing and a number of nuclear power generating plants and the area under direct line-of-sight threat which would allow for spotters to give corrective instructions from well concealed positions would include everything up to and including Haifa, possibly even to Akko. Ramat David Airbase, Ben Gurion International Airport, Hatzerim Airbase, Nevatim Airbase, Dimona Nuclear Research Center, Beer Sheva and much of the Negev Desert with additional spotting which could be provided with good binoculars to assist the aiming of rockets fired from Gaza, which would readily cover the remainder of southern Israel leaving only the smallest of areas outside line-of-sight by those occupying the Judean Ridges overlooking central Israel, potentially assured of relative safety. That would leave areas such as Nahariya, Safed, Ma’alot, Karmiel and other areas in the Northern and Western Galilee.

The Real Truth About Israel in Stark Relief and Graphically Displayed

The Real Truth About Israel in Stark Relief and Graphically Displayed

When questioned about what steps France would take if and when these talks fail to materialize or fail to reach an acceptable agreement, Ayrault stated, “To speak now about what France will do or not do in the case of failure would not be productive. In the case of failure, France will act according to its responsibility.” As is usual, this initiative was meant to placate the PA and mitigate the necessity of Mahmoud Abbas presenting ultimatums at the United Nations (UN) and especially having Arab States file motions with the Security Council as any items brought before the Security Council require votes and more often than not receive a veto from a minimum of one of the five permanent member, Britain, France, Russia, China and the United States. The French initiative also allowed for the PA to appear reasonable as PA Foreign Minister Riyad al-Malki announced their retraction of plans to file papers for an UN resolution demanding an end to “Israeli settlement expansion” placing such a move on hold in order to focus instead on the upcoming French proposal for a peace conference. Al-Malki further stated “We should really sail smoothly in a way that the French initiative will continue.” He further postulated the position that the Palestinians would decide on formally presenting the draft text at a later time. The most interesting uncontested but unconfirmed rumor claimed that France, Egypt and Saudi Arabia had discouraged the Palestinians from moving ahead with the proposed measure as that would have put pressure on the United States to once again use their veto, even though there were reports United States President Barack Obama would buck longstanding policy and allow it to pass which could have placed the pressure on the French and/or British to use their veto to kill the measure, something they would not be overly joyful but would have done that which was necessary.

The fact is that Israel has not added so much as a single brick or erected as much as an awning, let alone built or expanded the “settlements,” which are all within Area C where Israel is permitted full rights and control both militarily and civilly while the PA is presumably forbidden to build in the area. Despite that ban, European government, especially Sweden, the Netherlands, France and others along with the European Union (EU), have been purchasing land and constructing housing and shops and then gifting them to PA Arab in order to prevent any Israeli claims to these lands. These efforts have been carefully aimed at the E-1 area where the EU threatened UN sanctions should Israel have built as planned and did so after the land was graded to allow erecting structures which could have linked the major Israeli cities in Judea with Jerusalem and now these cities will be separated from Israeli lands and thus allow for the PA to claim them with full European backing. These “Arab Settlements” also ring the outside of East Jerusalem which the EU and European governments demand be made the Capital City of any Palestinian state refusing to recognize Israeli annexation and granting citizenship with a path to full Israeli rights and already permitting their voting in local and city elections, a right they already availed themselves of in the last citywide elections. The EU and European governments wish to strip these Arabs of their Israeli citizenship and place them back under the PA, a move not discussed with the residents of East Jerusalem by the Ministers of the EU, the numerous members meeting in Paris, their Arab League leaders and especially France who may be viewed as the leading Islamist state explaining why they are taking the lead, because had they been approached they just might have informed even the French that many of them have made plans to flee into Western Jerusalem and further into the rest of Israel before allowing themselves to be placed back under PA rule. They likely would even not wish to see the Eifel Tower and its newest lighting arrangement.

Now allow for us to give predictions of the outcome resulting from this grand show of futility. The first stipulation will be a longwinded press release, hopefully we will only need to read a transcript as who desires listening to another Foreign Minister with long faced and austere looking men crowded in behind the speaker most holding their hands politely before them or clutching a folder for the record and appearance. The statement will begin congratulating all assembled for their efforts for peace and for giving this initiative the best chance of not completely falling on its face. Then there will be grand and eloquent words about the desirability for peace and how great efforts and compromise will be required. With any luck he will bite the bullet and even claim that these sacrifices must come from both sides. Be all that as it may; there will be a special desire for a grand and sweeping measure undertaken in order to initiate dialogue which the world so desperately realizes is the necessary first step to a solution. Then they lower the boom, a demand that Israel release Marwan Barghouti as he is the popular Palestinian people’s choice to succeed Mahmoud Abbas and they demand that he be permitted to take the next in line position and start to work with Abbas as Mahmoud Abbas had understudied Yasser Arafat. There will be no reference as to why he is currently in an Israeli detention facility (these are too close to a club med vacation than a prison as they have picnics with their families, conjugal visits, and so many other privileges that there have been cases of PA citizens walking calmly up to a checkpoint and pulling out a knife and politely asking to be arrested as they cannot find work in Nablus or wherever and they want to go live in jail as that would be a step up for them and at least they will eat three meals a day). There will be more demanded as an initial investment for peace and Israel will be pressed to additionally release anywhere from one-thousand to five-thousand and even empty their prisons of all PA, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, ISIS, Hezballah, al-Qaeda and other terrorists. Never mind how many Israelis they may have murdered and maimed for life, some horrifically. With Marwan Barghouti his sentencing to five life terms to be served sequentially, not all at once such that if he was ever granted release on the current prison term there would be four more waiting and he would remain incarcerated, or at least that was the plan. Allow us to quote directly from the “American-Israeli Cooperative Enterprise” (AICE) on their Jewish Virtual Library entries on Marwan Barghouti.

Marwan Barghouti is a Palestinian terrorist currently in jail for murdering Israelis. He is one of the most popular figures of the Palestinian uprising and has been repeatedly called on to run for Palestinian leadership position, despite his current jailing.
Barghouti is a senior Fatah leader in the West Bank. Schooled in Hebrew during his time in Israeli jails, Barghouti was a field Fatah leader during the first intifada of 1987, when he was deported by Israel. Barghouti, 42, has struck a chord with ordinary Palestinians. The son of a West Bank farmer, he has appeared frequently at demonstrations, funerals and in the Arab press. Israel asked that the Palestinian Authority extradite Barghouti for questioning in connection with a number of West Bank shootings, but the PA refused. Israel arrested him in 2002 and put him on trial for his role in terrorist attacks against Israelis.
On May 20, 2004, the Tel Aviv District Court convicted Barghouti of three terror attacks in which five Israelis were murdered, and also of attempted murder, membership in a terror organization and conspiring to commit a crime. He was acquitted of 33 other murders with which he was charged, because of a lack of evidence. On June 6, 2004, Barghouti was sentenced to five consecutive life terms and 40 years.
The court said in its verdict that “Barghouti was responsible for providing the field units with money and arms….” The judges said that the attacks were sometimes “based on instructions” from Yasser Arafat.
The court found Barghouti responsible for a June 2001 attack in Maale Adumim, in which a Greek monk was murdered, a January 2002 terror attack on a gas station in Givat Ze’ev, a March 2002 attack at Tel Aviv’s Seafood Market restaurant, in which three people were murdered, and a car bomb attack in Jerusalem.
David Saranga, a spokesman for Foreign Minister Silvan Shalom said, “The five people who were killed in these attacks that he ordered will not return to life. The widows and orphans will not get their loved ones back. But at least justice was done.

They list their source material in their Page on Marwan Barghouti. Their description of the crimes he was associated with as providing materials, transportation, weapons, explosive devices including bomb-belts for a number of suicidal-homicide-bombers, technical planning and other support for deadly attacks. He has also carried out what are termed cleansing operations within the PA controlled areas against Arabs who were suspected of dealing with Israelis such as passing information or even simple selling a small patch of land to an Israeli which is punishable by death. He carried out such sentences which never really required a trial and some cleansings later were seen to have been the method for settling differences of opinions and such personal issues. Of course Marwan Barghouti will be presented as the victim of Israeli mean-spiritedness as they will with the other terrorists which the French and twenty friends will demand Israel release for the grandest of all commitments from Mahmoud Abbas, he will allow a photo-op where he is shaking Prime Minister Netanyahu’s hand and after that the negotiations will go south and end with Israel being blamed by the Europeans and their friends in the Arab League and the UN and various aligned Human Rights Groups and NGOs. We have all seen this movie before and it will end with the majority of those released returning to their trade of murdering Jews as that is what they do. A select few will be given high ranking positions in the PA protective services where they will be given a machinegun and be responsible for training new recruits and planning their attacks. Marwan Barghouti would be given the desired position and as soon as it appeared that he might be ready to replace Abbas and work with Hamas, ISIS or Iran, he will end up back in Israeli custody set up for the fall if he is fortunate or otherwise he will turn up dead, shot multiple times and the IDF will be blamed, or should we say credited. It will not prove to be the IDF and the PA will never submit or allow any real investigation; he will just be dead and no threat to Abbas. If we are all lucky the French will awaken from their stupor and figure out that two plus two is four and not five.

Time for Israel to Be for Israel

The time has more than come for Israel to be for Israel and simply do that which will best serve Israelis and the nation of Israel. We know full well what the Arabs will not rest until they have attained, and that is the destruction of Israel and either the subjugation and oppression of the Jews of Israel or possibly a second Shoah, a second Holocaust. We further understand that should Israel fail that it would likely be the death knell tolling for Judaism worldwide. There is no solution to the Arab problem that will result in an end to their terrorism and constant assaults on our people. We have witnessed this from their actions. We have witnessed it by reading the material they use to educate their children to continue the war without end. We have witnessed it through their claims on all of our holy sites which in fact predate Islam but they attempt to claim them as Islamic sites. We have witnessed the willingness of the United Nations to coddle and accept that the eventuality they must support is the subjugation or elimination of the Jewish People and of our national homeland of Eretz Yisroel, of Israel for those demanding the vernacular reference. There being no compromise which would satisfy the Arabs, the only satisfactory result then is to comply with their wish that all the rest of what remains of our recognized and rightful claims to our legal and defined by treaty and reinforced by our Biblical defined lands be kept as a single nation; we simply need to take complete control over these lands.

The first and biggest challenge to the formal implementation of claiming that which is defined by the San Remo Conference and all ensuing guarantees and final determinations accepted by the world through the League of Nations and by that through the United Nations, we will be tasked and challenged to come up with a satisfactory plan for the Arabs who claim to be an independent nation of Palestine. The offer we should allow is the gifting of the areas defined as their lands under both political and presumably all other manners as indisputably their lands; Area A and the attached areas from Area B should be proportioned as a semi-autonomous region which will remain as the Palestinian territory under semi-autonomous self-rule and defended against any infiltration or act of war against their semi-autonomous lands by the IDF. These lands are theirs for as long as they take no action against Israel or allow for terror strikes to be coming from their semi-autonomous region; otherwise, they will have forsaken their claim to live peaceably with the people of Israel and at such time that our living together has been proven by acts of terror to be impossible, then impossible it is.

Once this has become the proof, then Israel will do that which Israel must do and we will terminate the state of allowing any semi-autonomous regions within our lands and reestablish our rightful claims to the lands of Judea and Samaria and the Arabs who claim “Palestinian Identity” will be given an offer of accepting a fair price for their lands and a generous additional stipulation as a resettlement award and free airfare for them and the shipping by most expedient manner of their personal possessions and they will have forfeit any claims to a connection of the lands within the nation of Israel. Should the Arabs desire to remain and live within the nation of Israel, we will welcome them much the same as any nation would accept a number of people living within their borders and are dead set to destroy your nation would do, expel those who refuse to live peaceably despite it being a monstrous act. And as far as it being an inhospitable solution, by doing so we are making the land safe for everyone else. That is the sole acceptable behavior as the representatives of those blessed to reestablishment of the nation of Israel. We would likely, as a nation and responsible People, grant the Arabs some manner of acceptance and admittance to the nation of Israel.

The Israelis and Jews in general could attempt to demand that Eretz Yisroel, the Land of Israel be made whole as was First Apportioned by Hashem.

Needless to point out that we would not be accepting them as an enemy within our borders dead set on the destruction of our nation, but we could be accepting of granting them a home. We would instead accept them as Israeli citizens with all the rights as Israeli citizens once they have completed the required courses in our People’s history and the righteousness of our claims to these lands. Upon completing such an education and proving their having understood and accepted our ownership of the lands of Israel, they will be rewarded a trial citizenship status which will permit their voting in regional elections for the towns designated as regions permitted them within Israel. They would be informed that any act against the nation and the peoples of Israel could and very likely would result in their entire family being deported. We must make it understood that we as the proper and legal nation in these lands have taken control of our entire lands and they have forfeit any claims for self-rule. Should they refuse such an offer we would have little choice but to grant them one last opportunity to live within the lands of Israel as an alien national residing within our borders. As such, these alien nationals residing within our borders would have legal restrictions under which the one thing we could and would not be capable of countenance and that would be any acts against the State of Israel or her peoples. Any acts of terror would result in the deporting of the offending individual and a legally defined settlement offered their immediate family if they desire joining their family member and be expelled with their family member. Any such choices would be considered final and any deported person would be dealt with by imprisonment for the sentence announced and having been deported merely as an alternative to prison thus any return would result in their imprisonment.

Those who had passed their citizenship course and been accepted for a trial citizenship would have a defined manner through which to attain full citizenship. The first requirement would be the swearing of allegiance and faithful service to the nation of Israel and the denouncing of any other allegiance. Then they would need to serve a period where they would have local vote and would be granted regional vote and within a decade be granted full citizenship provided they and no member of their family had committed any actions against the nation or its laws during the decade of trial and stepped implementation aiming for the incorporation of full rights as a citizen of Israel. Israel would make every attempt to accept as many Arabs as desired to live within Israel and under her rule of law and meet the criteria set forth at the time of reincorporation as full citizens of the nation of Israel.

Israel would need take over the education of all Arab children teaching them about the lands and the history of these lands during the times under Jewish rule up until the final Roman dispersion and the end of our direct control of the Jewish homelands and resulted in our becoming strangers in lands controlled by an alien people who would enforce an alien culture upon the People of Israel residing within their borders. This exile was the reason we were instructed to adapt and obey the rule of law of the lands within which our exiled Peoples found themselves. This gives us a special understanding of being a people within lands where you are not understood or completely accepted. We understand people’s desires when residing in a foreign land with a foreign culture and would try our best to grant accommodation and respect of the cultures of these people just as we desired when we were the strangers and because we are told to treat the stranger amongst us as if they were full citizens as we were strangers in the land of Egypt. This would not mean that Israel would suffer from granting peoples residing within our borders freedom to attempt to destroy our nation and would apply our laws to all within our borders.

Those who were involved in the Arab terror attacks and ruling and commanders over these terrorist activities would be expelled along with their families. Such would be final unless these people were able to convince the citizenship board by reasonable actions and assurances as to why their remaining would serve Israeli purposes. Their claim to be the rightful people to rule the Arabs within Israel would definitely not be an acceptable reason as their previous role as leaders were rogue terror units or the government which turned a blind eye to these acts against the People of Israel. As for those serving sentences in Israeli prisons, they will be expected to complete their sentence and then they would be evaluated in much the same standards as were the other Arabs before them during the annexation and liberation of the remaining lands. Those serving life sentences would be made an offer of serving twenty years followed by expulsion or remain in prison for the remainder of their lives. Such an offer is more than fair and likely never before permitted by any nation; but then Israel set new boundaries for such tolerance from the very first hours of her existence when every Arab residing within Israeli borders were to be granted to be treated as a full citizen within the nascent State of Israel, those accepting that offer and their children and their children’s children for all times are now Israeli citizens with the full rights which come with citizenship. The Druze, Bedouin, those practicing Judaism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam and the Bahá’í Faith who were residing within Israel are today amongst her citizens. There are no restrictions by ethnicity or religion within Israel permitting that the individual is a law abiding person willing to accept citizenship in Israel placing such above any others and accept the sovereignty of the State of Israel.

Will there be a backlash from amongst the other nations of the world? You bet there will be and prepare for it to be loud and ferocious in as far as verbal noise will go. There will likely be very few challenging the move legally as the nations all realize the legality backed by agreements and treaty. There is a distinct probability that some nations in and around our neighborhood who might threaten a violent action; but that too will prove to be simply louder noise. Then there will be the filing of complaints against Israel in the International Courts which will bear a distinct resemblance to others which have been refused previously. If they suddenly become acceptable then we will produce the necessary records, deliberations, treaties, agreements, conferences and even the United Nations Charter, so let them file away. Should the General Assembly demand that Israel make her case and explain these actions we have stood before General Assembly sanction before and survived. Should the Security Council even murmur about our legal acts and decide they desire sanction against Israel then so be it, but they should prepare to be without all that Israel invented and produces, then so be it. Should the Security Council even hint at revoking Israeli membership at the United Nations, then so be it. The United Nations has served its purpose and the dye has been cast and we who are the people of Israel can and will accept whatever decision made by the United Nations. Should there be any murmurings calling into doubt the legality of Israel, we will grant them all the importance they deserve all but ignoring them. Instead Israeli leadership should join the protest in favor of redrawing the set-up of the Security Council. We should demand Israeli inclusion as the sole representative of a nation without a region and promise to be the voice of the smallest island nations of the Pacific as many have been kind with us. Additionally, India, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Australia, Azerbaijan and the Czech Republic should be added as permanent members to the Security Council for good measure. Further, the laws covering vetoes must be changed such that four of the permanent nations must cast a veto for any measure to be automatically vetoed by the Security Council, all because such alterations have been a bone of contention for some time. Any way the world would desire to slice things, Israel need to simply ignore there inanities and have a healthy laugh at their desperate antics. This is especially if Israel were forced to take any overt measures to establish her rightful borders and place amongst the nations. Israel, with a three thousand year history before most of these nations even had been populated by civilizations need not suffer the chaotic prattles and unbearable cacophonous objections as we finalize that which should have been restored long ago. Israel, of course, will show mercy and not demand an apology for the two millennial delay of our recognition and will simply allow it to pass as a necessity demanded by Hashem in all His wisdom.
