Some Truths About Palestinians’ Condition and Israel in General

 

Some days one just feels the need to use others to tell the story. Sometimes it is best to just find videos aids in relating what one wished to convey. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then what price can one assign to videos which have hundreds if not thousands or hundreds of thousands of frames, how many words would that equal? Well if we simply treat each video as five pictures, here are tens of thousands of words interspersed with actual words which number far less for expressing our thoughts as well.

 

Nobody who is being honest will claim that all is a bed of roses for the average Palestinian, especially in the refugee camps located in the Gaza Strip and the semi-autonomous zones in Judea and Samaria (West Bank). These camps are kept impoverished as a photo op primarily for Western media and the occasional Middle East reports. These camps are Palestinians who it is claimed all came from within Israel in 1948. With the average age of residents in these camps somewhere in the mid-twenties or lower, it is painfully obvious that a very small number of the ‘refugees from the Great Naqba’ were actually alive in 1948. These descendants, some third, fourth and even fifth generation refugees are kept in the camps solely to continue the myth of suffering, and their Arab keepers make sure they do indeed suffer as they are not permitted to work, own a home, or leave the camps and go live with relatives just as the camps in Lebanon and Jordan are also kept nationless and impoverished dependent on UNRWA aid and other charitable institutions many established for just that purpose. Another truth not often mentioned is that these camps receive the majority of their aid funding from the Western nations with the Arab world often making pledges which they rarely keep after an initial token payment. Perhaps a video from a Lebanese news report could shed some light that covers some of the opulence, the changing loyalties and where much of the aid originates, might shed some light.

 

 

 

 

 

The ironies in Gaza alone are enough to boggle the mind. Western and especially European news stories stick to the political line of the evil Israelis, read Jews, keep all the wealth for themselves and the Palestinians are left scrounging for food and clothing, that there is no electricity much of the time and the water supply is tainted. The Gazans are presumably largely living in the streets as Israel has destroyed their residences. There is a measure of truth to this as Hamas made sure that many apartment buildings were damaged, some severely, by using them as placements for their rockets. Meanwhile, almost all of the cement allowed into Gaza had been diverted to build tunnels which when completed will infiltrate into Israel allowing for terror attacks intent on abduction of Israeli civilians to be ransomed for terror prisoners from mostly Hamas and Islamic Jihad who rule Gaza jointly with Hamas having the majority position. Perhaps a revealing video on Gaza and the reality as there are very plush neighborhoods where Hamas is not permitted their use for attacks on Israel as these are the beautiful people of Gaza, some assuredly gaining their wealth as a result of their positions within the terror structure. The video ends with a broadcast recording of a youth repeating what he has been fed in his education as part of the political fight to assure that every child receiving their education from UNRWA or a Hamas or Islamic Jihad school will continue the war against the Jew. Note the youth does not mention Israel as Hamas has as its intent right within their charter the murder of every Jew and the conquest of the entire world. Nobody ever claimed they did not aim for lofty and high goals as for that they have it covered. After the youth’s tirade there is a nice ending shot of the other reality which comes from Gaza, see if you can catch it.

 

 

 

 

 

Agriculture is a staple industry for both Arabs and Jews. One difficulty is the division of lands claimed by both sides. The settlement often comes from the courts and is enforced by the IDF which always causes friction and claims of thievery and denials of any wrongdoing on all sides. These claims are most fierce in Areas where both Arabs and Jews have lands bordering or in close proximity to each other. In many instances the dividing lines are well known and there is even an amount of cooperation in getting both Arab and Jewish harvests picked in time and taken to markets. Often the problems are instigated by European ‘peace activists’ whose primary raison d’être is to instigate conflict. They have been known to arrive with counterfeit maps and deeds which they use to provide Arabs with ‘proof’ that the Jewish village has stolen their lands and their olive trees and that the trees raised by the Jews are actually their trees and this eventually with the assistance of Fatah and other terror influences leads to confrontations. Are there actual opposing claims which are valid? Of course there are as sometimes land is purchased from a charlatan whose deed may appear authentic but proves to be a forgery that does not hold up in court. Where a Jew or an Arab has preceding legal claim and no bill of sale can be produced proving change of ownership, the court rules justly in favor of the deed holder. But the court is more than fair with Arab claims as their claims are more often rewarded and recognized than that of Jews. Part of the problem for Jews is getting the lands transferred as for an Arab to sell land or property to a Jew and the Ramallah Palestinian Authority government finds out the person may or may not receive a trial before they are publically hung as an example of what happens if you are caught selling to a Jew. Thus for such transactions to be verified in Israeli courts, the authority for legal challenges, the Arab needs to appear before the land office and verify that in deed he has sold the land and only then is a new deed drawn up legally showing Jewish ownership of the land in question. There will not be any record as from whom the land was purchased so as to protect the Arab from being murdered for his horrific sin against the people. The media is always able to find witnesses from both sides of the argument on land and crop ownership and even a bad harvest is often blamed on the other side stealing water or whatever the complaint du jour might be. There is always the question of what to do when you are at a wedding and the bride and groom are inside about to come and greet their friends and nobody remembered to bring any rice to throw. But wait, we all have plenty of ammunition and what the, who will mind a little rifle salute. Of course little concern is expended in worrying where the bullets will fall back to the ground, well, not as long as everybody remembers not to shoot straight up in the air as that may end poorly and really kill the festive mood of the celebration. There are indeed hardships in Gaza including the destruction of a large investment and business designed to entertain and provide some relief from what is otherwise a hot, long and boring summer with nothing to do. One might reason that a water park might be just the ticket for the youth to enjoy some carefree time screaming and giggling as they use the slides and other attractions. Music might even brighten spirits and make the fun time even more memorable and enjoyed just that much more. Hold on to those memories the all too few who spent some time enjoying the water park and whatever you do, do not discuss or admit you ever frequented that evil, Zionist corruptive influence as the modesty police are apparently everywhere lying in wait for some unsuspecting youth to admit they had even a glimmer of fun in their life. The water park, what happened to the water park? Well, those destroyers of all that is fun and bright in Gaza destroyed the water park and the real source is quite revealing and potentially coming as a great surprise to many.

 

 

 

 

 

No coverage could be complete without the obligatory commentary done with a proper British accent which can be used by those wishing to claim this was simply a politically motivated, ‘hate’ piece of propaganda being sold as actual evidence that there does exist an other side, another opinion to the mainstream media Pablum fed endlessly to the mass media and used throughout Europe as the bludgeon to hammer Israel into submission. Never mind that it has been largely Arab controlled areas and nations which hold the refugee camps and refuse to allow the occupants, many of whom have close relatives living virtually within walking distance of the camp and they are refused permission to go live with or often even to visit with these relatives. These are largely not the original refugees from 1948 otherwise there would not be estimated upwards of over five-million refugees as the original numbers were under three-quarters of a million refugees who mostly answered the call of the Mufti of Jerusalem Amin al-Husseini’s call to leave their residences and take a safe position behind the glorious armies of the Arab world which were going to slaughter and erase every single Jew and any corroborative Arabs, defined as those Arabs not actively murdering Jews, and they would be permitted back to their homes and given a part of the spoils of the war, a war the Arab armies were assured of winning and doing so easily. The one promise the Arab leadership has kept is that they will be allowed out of their refugee status as soon as the Arab armies destroy Israel and kill every Israeli whatever their identity be they Jew, Arab, Druze, Bedouin, Kurds, or any other nationality present within Israel currently. The promise still stands that upon the defeat of the Jews and Israel the refugees will be permitted to leave the camps, the very camps which is all the majority have ever known having been born and raised and then having and raised their children where their children’s children were raised and then their children and then on and on henceforth and potentially forever. To be fair, here is another British accent this time reporting on the high costs for automobiles in Gaza along with some comments on the hardships the Gazans suffer and actually has a moment of honest criticism on why the vehicles still are unable to be imported despite Israeli blessings for the Gazan to do so but that would require the unity government to actually agree on some arrangement so that those who get paid no matter what or who is buying and selling, these people in the hierarchy must get their pound of flesh no matter what.

The Cancelling of Israel

 

The Leftists of the World have united with a fair number amongst their ranks and strewn widely within their leadership including well paid traitors in Israel itself. Their operations have led to the demolitions of Jewish residences across Judea and Samaria. Making matters worse, they have succeeded in removing any claims to Jerusalem by bending governments to make all babies born in any part of Jerusalem to be denied having the nation of their birth as Israel, even should they have been born in Western Jerusalem well inside the Green Line, the 1949 armistice line which it was Yasser Arafat’s wildest dream to alter that truce line and move it inexorably westward starting with Jerusalem and its surrounding area. Arafat knew that without Jerusalem, and particularly the Temple Mount, the Jews would have no claim to any of the lands known as Israel. This concept of a free zone in Israel within the Green Line a child can be born and if on their birth certificate it states legally and honestly that they were born in Jerusalem, Israel they cannot get passports from the United States or now from Brazil. This is presumably uncontested lands which have been a part of Israel since its founding and at all times after the Armistice Lines had been defined. But that is no longer sufficient and we can bet as sure as this has become the policy by the Brazilian government and the United States government thanks to some fancy footwork by none other than the Arabist, Islamist, Communist infested Department of State that it will soon sweep across Europe including the European Union as well as the individual national governments until the entirety of the West will no longer recognize Western Jerusalem or any part of Jerusalem to be used officially as part of Israel. Thus far there has not been any child born in Eastern Jerusalem to apply for a passport from either Brazil or the United States requesting their place of birth be Jerusalem, Palestine. I am even willing to bet they could have been born in West Jerusalem in the Hadassah Hospital Ein Kerem and received passports stating place of birth as Jerusalem, Palestine; but not Israel.

 

The plan is very simply, if the property in question is east of the Green Line all any leftist NGO needs to do is find an Arab who is willing to claim that the lands in question were a part of his or her family’s lands and sign a petition claiming the lands belonged to their family and then the NGO need not show deeds or any other document beyond that claim and the land becomes contested. The Arab claimant need never appear in court, produce any further documentation for the court and the NGO only need to sue the court with the document recognized formally by the courts and the Jews on that land are forced from their residences and even should they produce actual deeds and receipt for payment of the lands they will still have an uphill battle and often the destruction order is carried out before they are able to churn the wheels of justice. Once the property had been razed of any buildings and the residents or businesses have been relocated, even if the relocation is to storage containers, the courts then consider the matter closed as they have carried out their legal standings in these fraudulent proceedings. This has been the procedure followed in Beit El where small sections are stolen through the courts and the structures on them torn down.

 

This is currently occurring in the community the Givat Ze’ev where their Synagogue is currently scheduled for destruction in just under a week on August 17 unless the court can be convinced that the deed and sale of the land was procured legally and from the person currently petitioning or their family or the actual legal owner. This is a Synagogue which has served the community of Givat Ze’ev for the past twenty years. The court order screams of scandal as the community has a deed and bill of sale and only after an intervention by Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu was the demolition put off for a week and prevented from being carried out before the community can produce their presumed legal bill of sale and other accompanying documents they may have showing legal ownership. Meanwhile, the current state of affairs can be viewed below depicting the preparations for the destruction of their Synagogue of twenty years. Such an act tears the heart from a community and renders a major bonding element torn asunder and destroyed. One can only pray for their petition to be honored by the court otherwise their removal of the Torah scrolls this week may be the sign that the community’s heart will be destroyed and finding a proper place at which to build its replacement will start immediately. The presumed owner for whom the petition was filed has refused a generous monetary offer to buy the lands from them as well as having bought the land from another presumed owner who actually possessed and produced the deed for the land over twenty years ago. This petition was not filed for the presumed Arab owner of the lands to use it for any purpose; the sole reason is to destroy the Synagogue and hopefully the community’s disintegration will follow. This has been the modus operandi used by NGOs which either are rooted in Europe to operate as the agent of the government in many instances or as the legal arm of a European NGO. Even the registered Israeli NGOs which are engaged in filing such petitions receive the majority, even the vast majority or complete funding, from European and North American donors almost exclusively. Many of these NGOs attempting to operate in any other nation would be required to register as what they truly are, foreign agents, and thus be limited in their legal ability to use the courts as has been done in too many instances in Israel. The aim of this legal offensive is not to restore land to rightful owners and not even to destroy Jewish ownership of these lands as some times Jewish ownership was restored after long struggles in the courts where actual deeds are required to prove ownership. But what actual good does it do if your Synagogue, your home, your place of business even if it is your entire business is destroyed. Who had the ready monies to rebuild their lost structures that the courts, particularly the Supreme Court which, unlike nearly all other nations, can hear any complaint and there is no requirement that the petitioner go through the lower courts to be heard before the Supreme Court which can and often will issue destruction orders without any evidence of actual ownership as that is only required in the lower courts where the actual ownership will subsequently be determined.

 

The battle to erase the Jewish presence centimeter by centimeter continues apace with no defense being provided by the government to require these cases be heard in a lower court where deeds and other ‘insignificant’ ideas such as actual ownership and holder of a legal deed and bill of sale which names the price and from whom the lands were purchased. The reason the Supreme Court intervenes in this manner is based on the fact that should a bill of sale be produced that whomever sold the lands might be tried for such a blasphemous act against the people and imagined state of Palestine and once found guilty, that takes about two minutes, hung from a crane in the middle of town for all to witness and heed the warning, The Supreme Court hearing the case removes the potential possibility that the person selling the lands originally does not have their name appear on the order for destruction and remains anonymous and unstated in the destruction order thus protected from the courts in Ramallah. For the presumed safety of a person who would face trial and capital punishment for selling their lands legally to another who was Jewish allows the very left leaning Supreme Court to adjudicate the matters directly and order the destruction without naming any names of who may have originally legally or as a scam sold the lands to Jews.

 

An entire community will have their Synagogue of twenty years torn asunder will need to find a place and the funding to build for them a new Synagogue and restore the heart of their community and like any transplant surgeon will attest, the new organ, the new Synagogue will never quite have the same feel as their old Synagogue even though they will soon learn to love the new one once it gets built. All of this destruction may only be the beginning as very possibly the rest of their community, including their residences of twenty years and more in many cases, in groups or twos and threes or even entire sections as once a single piece of the community’s lands, or any community’s lands, have been used to set the precedent, the procedure is repeated with new or the same petitioner making the claims and the Supreme Court following their precedent set in place which, if attempted to be struck down by the Knesset, the Supreme Court simply ignores the pronouncement declaring the Knesset irrelevant in changing this procedure as the Supreme Court is operating under the presumption that whichever Arab originally sold lands to Jews are threatened by their semi-autonomous government’s own laws and courts which will provide them with a very quick trial before hanging them from a crane, ala Iran, and let them serve as a proper cautionary threat as the personification of the threat for selling lands to the Jews.

 

Such disasters have almost become commonplace and often smaller destructions of a single home or two or possibly as many as four or five appears to make a tripping point where the news travels outside the community and makes its way into the Zionist, Nationalist and some of the balanced media. The reason likely has to do more with the numbers of protesters any such destruction draws. An example which we covered of a destruction ordered by the courts in Beit El even before the structures were even completed was in an article titled Beit El a Case of Promises Against Facts contains much information with pictures, a video and a link to further coverage by Arutz Sheva. Those buildings were to be apartments for Israelis, potentially Jews or Arabs, bordering on frantic and desperate to locate an affordable residence within half hour to hour commute into Tel Aviv and its expanded work environment. Despite the facts detailing Beit El as a sufficiently large metropolis where there are ample jobs within the community, though not sufficient to employ everybody, the loss of these buildings will impact the community and leave many living under the roof of the family leaving everything cramped and uncomfortable and which was intended to be temporary. This misfortune has played out over and over most significantly after the Disengagement from Gaza and Northern Samaria ordered by the government under Prime Minister Sharon which included amongst other demolitions the destructions of Gush Katif. This was a bloc of twenty-one Israeli settlements in the southern Gaza Strip which also served as the prevention and defense from rockets being fired into Israel and the development of larger and more destructive rockets being designed and built as these communities permitted the IDF a base for operations within Gaza which also ended with the disengagement.

 

Temple Institute concept for what building the Third Temple in modern day Jerusalem would appear like from a distance with modern buildings of Jerusalem in the background. May their vision and this concept figure become fact and fulfill our desires for unity and a single Temple and House for Hashem in our midst. May this dream be fulfilled before the next Ninth of Av so our lament will be lessened.

 

 

These orders are made by Judges and brought before them by NGOs all of which have the same interpretation of the situation where they agree with the Europeans’ and leftist Israelis’ view that if only Israel would return to within the Green Line and gave into the demands of Mahmoud Abbas and the Arabs then peace would break out and the lands between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea would be greeted the very next morning after the signing ceremony on the White House lawn with flowers and rose pedals falling from the sky and soothing and joyous music on the soft and warm winds. If such were possible every last Israeli would be engaged in providing the refugees from beyond the Green Line into our homes in the name of peace, but that is not what will occur and we know this from history and from the words which come from Abbas and the rest of the Fatah leadership’s mouths. The reality is the Israelis could expect within a few weeks, months at the most, that Mahmoud Abbas would be begging Israel to grant him asylum as Hamas or ISIS will have taken control of Judea and Samaria (West Bank) and were planning on putting him on trial for treason for signing the agreement and thus basically selling land to the Jews. The United Nations, the European Union, the Vatican, the United States (especially the State Department) and countless others from NGOs to human rights groups to University Professors and celebrities when approached to give him a place to settle down where he might feel safe, all these entities would suddenly go mum. At the same moment any Jew found at the Western Wall (Wailing Wall) would be shot and the entirety of the lands beyond the line in Jerusalem would be a no man’s land for Jews. Within days anybody living with windows facing any hill in East Jerusalem would need to relocate, as snipers with .50 caliber heavy-machineguns would be placing bullets through the rooms and hallway almost making it out the far wall, placing anybody living in the house endangered. How can we predict this? This was exactly the case up until June 8th or 9th 1967 as the Jordanians insisted on sharing the spoils of war as the radio reported the Egyptian and Syrian troops were swarming across Israel and for two days were at most three hours from taking Tel Aviv. The Israelis begged Jordan to heed the warning that the Egyptian and Syrian communications were false and they were being readily defeated. The rest will make the history but as of yet it is still being written. May it be written that the foolish and the brave both found peace with each other as well as with Hashem for without Hashem Israel has no heart.

Israeli Supreme Court Needs Constraint by Constitution

The Israeli Supreme Court is rewriting laws to represent their progressive far leftist opinions by claiming any law they dislike to be unconstitutional despite Israel not even having a Constitution. You read that correctly, Israel does not have an actual, real, defined Constitution and in its place they have what they refer to as the Basic Laws which can be changed by a simple majority and many are often poorly limited in how they can be applied. The latest ruling will have deleterious effects especially for working class Israelis whose neighborhoods will be ravaged and plagued with threats of higher crimes, assaults, increase in attempted and committed rapes and general lawlessness caused by the illegal infiltrators which the Supreme Court ruled cannot be kept in custody awaiting deportation for up to three years as was detailed in the 2012 law passed to address the problem. These illegal infiltrators came from the Horn of Africa, South Sudan, Kenya, and from across northern and sub-Saharan Africa passing through numerous countries all passing finally through the length and breadth of Egypt and then the Sinai Peninsula entering Israel on the Negev border. These illegal entrants are mostly economic refugees with only a very small number actually qualifying for political refugee status or other classification which would allow them to seek permanent residence in Israel by International Law. These are simply victims of severe poverty who have left their homeland and crossed many borders all the way risking being murdered if caught in any of the foreign nations through which they pass with the danger of meeting such an end climaxing in the Sinai Peninsula as the Egyptian border guards and military and police units which keep order in the area simply shoot them with great prejudice. Once they arrive in Israel they live often dozens in an apartment and attempt to collect welfare and other support payments and augment their income by theft, robbery, and often intimidation threatening to impart great harm if not given sufficient cash, and G0d help the unfortunate who does not have what they expect as sufficient payment, roaming in bands preying on Jews living in the same neighborhoods. One of the largest concentrations of such illegal refugees is South Tel Aviv, far from the residences of the wealthy Supreme Court Justices.

This has actually become an aggravating habit where the Supremes, probably a better description that of their attitude than calling them respected Judges on the Supreme Court, decide to negate laws with which they disagree, an overruling of the Knesset which seems to occur with greater regularity when the nationalists or more religious or conservatives make up the ruling coalition. Another trend that is noticeable indicating similar actions by the Supremes is they are wholly supported by the European Union, European governments, and the plethora of NGOs financed by the New Israel Fund, European Union, European governments and foreign NGOs and liberal entities. It sometimes begins to appear that Israel is waging a war with the liberal influences, governments, NGOs and other such interests often from Europe who attempt to influence and rule Israel through decrees handed down by the Supremes very often overruling the elected members of the Knesset and against the will of the majority of Israelis. There is only one way this will be righted and the power to decide the laws of the land back with the elected members of the Knesset and not with self-appointed judicial kings who rule by mere edict and personal whim; that is to form an Israeli Constitution where the judicial branch is no longer a power onto itself where its positions are self-appointed completely independent from the elected representatives of the people. The appointment for Supremes currently in use in Israel is slanted giving the sitting Supremes, the State Attorney (who is also chosen from the judicial hierarchy) and members chosen from a body made up of “respected lawyers” (respected by the judicial branch of course) and just sufficient members of the Knesset so it cannot be said they have no input but not so many as their input truly matters, especially since some of the Knesset Ministers prefer rule by judicial fiat. Since the Knesset will never likely decide to draft a Constitution and the Supremes will very likely do everything in their power to claim that any such Constitution is unconstitutional as it will negate the Basic Laws which empower those self-serving Supremes.

The time has come to end this insult to the rule by the people and make a Constitution which will lead to the judicial appointments being made by perhaps the Prime Minister for the highest of the courts and the Knesset having the right to advise and consent such appointments. The lower courts should be relegated to the local governance such as the city, town, kibbutzim or other appropriate body. The tyranny of the robes must be brought to an end and the people empowered to at least elect those who ratify judicial appointments. While Israel is writing a Constitution, at long last, perhaps there can be a second ruling house which represents the many individual local governments such that they have a direct influence to influence the items under which they are forced to operate and make the Knesset members and Prime Minister be directly elected using direct representation to replace the current system which rewards obedient little politicos who know how to take orders and are not at all representative of the people but merely representatives of the political machines. Obviously the Knesset will also be up in arms against such changes as will the political party elites who have grown comfortable doing as they please as they are not in any way owing to the people for their Ministerial positions, they owe the party leaders which results in a Knesset made to order by the Prime Minister and a few other party elites, not the people. The current ruling between the unrepresentative Knesset Ministers, Prime Minister, and the overriding by edict Supreme Court Justices is so foreign and contrary to the guidance in Torah which demands that those who rule to be humble before the people, the current system does nothing to humble and everything to promote effete leadership who believe they are above the little people and know so much more and better than those little people. Time for us little people to wake them to an idea, the idea that rulers must be brought to be humble before the people just as G0d directed.
