The Hidden Trap in UNSC 2334, Israel and Palestine

 

The entirety of United Nations Security Council Resolution 2334 can be found at the end of the article for those willing to suffer through its tedious and tendentious prose and are welcome to peruse the entirety of the document. The one saving grace is it is not that long a read. The first item is that the preface, the longest section of the article, completely undermines the rest of the resolution. Had this in any way been reflective of its claims for reaffirming Res. 242, Res. 338, Res. 446, Res. 452, Res. 465, Res. 476, Res. 478, Res. 1397 and Res. 1515; then it would have called for negotiations to establish borders which would provide Israel with defendable and defined borders. If, when mentioning the settlements, it would have only pressed for limited or no additional settlements and limitation on expansion of existing settlements only to accommodate population increases, there would not have been the attempt to criminalize the settlements nor would it press for their dismantlement as was the seeming intent. Further, there would have been no mention of using the 1949 Armistice Lines, the Green Line, as the basis for any future borders. Finally, the resolution flies in the face, as did all the previous other than Res. 242, of the United Nations Charter as according to Article 80 of said Charter, the United Nations was considered the enforcing power for the Mandate System inherited from the League of Nations along with all other agreements and resolutions produced under the League of Nations which would define Israel’s borders to the east as being the Jordan River, period and end of discussion unless Israel decides to grant any claims of the validity they seek. Let us stress, that is validity they seek, not claim. The truth of the matter and the only decision under International Law any court can reach is that Israel owns all of Judea and Samaria and the Palestinian Authority and any other entity have no valid claim to one inch of the lands west of the Jordan River. This is more than our opinion as it was also the decision of the Court of Appeal of Versailles, France. Then there is the advisory opinion from the Honorable Justice El Araby, an Egyptian who sat as an adjudicator on the International Court of Justice when they were requested to make a ruling on the Israeli security barrier and whether it could be legally placed as designed. He warned the UNGA and others that filing further ran some risks, as he stated,

 

“The international legal status of the Palestinian Territory (paras. 70-71 of the Advisory Opinion), in my view, merits more comprehensive treatment. A historical survey is relevant to the question posed by the General Assembly, for it serves as the background to understanding the legal status of the Palestinian Territory on the one hand and underlines the special and continuing responsibility of the General Assembly on the other. This may appear as academic, without relevance to the present events. The present is however determined by the accumulation of past events and no reasonable and fair concern for the future can possibly disregard a firm grasp of past events. In particular, when on more than one occasion, the rule of law was consistently side-stepped. The point of departure, or one can say in legal jargon, the critical date, is the League of Nations Mandate which was entrusted to Great Britain.”

 

The entire reason for the presage of UNSC 2334 by President Obama and his administration was in order to set up this current Paris conference where his plan is to press for them to advise for the recognition of a state for the Arabs. This would need to be pushed and be ratified and presented officially before noon EST of January 20, 2017 and then taken for a near immediate vote by the UNSC on a resolution recognizing such state, setting its borders as probably the Green Line, President Obama’s wildest dream, and making it a Chapter Seven Resolution which is enforceable by military force. Such a resolution would make any attack upon Israel for the stated purpose of forcing them from the lands that the United Nations gave to the Arabs for their state as legal and fully backed by the nations of the world. Such a resolution would also place any nation aiding Israel is such a war as vulnerable to being brought before the International Courts and sued to cease and desist or face sanction and possibly military force to end their support. Basically, such a resolution would tie the hands of every nation to turn their hand against Israel bringing the Biblical prophecy of the world turning its hand being against Israel and every nation becoming the enemy of the Jewish State. We hope we do not have to remind anyone of what follows as there are four horsemen in the New Testament and the Messiah in the Old Testament and the following is not pretty at all. But that is the direction that the European Union, President Obama, Secretary of State Kerry, other select people from the Administration and many of the Arab World all would like to see become reality. President Obama is in such a rush because first he wants to get even with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu for opposing the Iran treaty and not respecting President Obama and bowing to his desires at every turn and because he realizes that since Hillary Clinton did not win the election as expected, that President Trump is not going to continue the war against Israel and might change things away from the current direction making this the last time in the foreseeable future that forcing this solution and the making of a new Arab state possible. President Obama is aware that such an opportunity to force this issue is now or never and he cannot rest without giving it everything he is able.

 

The reality is that the political winds are changing and are going to blow for a while in a completely different direction and it is very probable that the world’s attentions will be swinging away from the Middle East and become more centered on economies and containment of the troubles plaguing the Middle East to only the Middle East which will also bring the refugee immigration, or should we say invasion, to a quick and unmerciful end. The war in Syria is likely to be brought to a close with whatever agreement is necessary being imposed and likely the nation made into three states; one Alawite under Bashir al-Assad; one Kurdish which may even include some of the lands from northern Iraq included and the state of Kurdistan, which had been a promise that the British made during World War I but found oil more important than their promises, finally brought into fruition; and the final a Sunni state which could very easily be divided between Turkey and central Iraq leaving southern Iraq as either the remnant of Shiite Iraq or merged into Iran. These divisions would respect tribal and ethnic division with the Sunni with the Sunni, the Shia with Shia and the Kurds finally realizing their independence. Such a strategy would also provide the Middle East with much needed ethnic borders and potentially greater security and peace, imagine that.

 

That leaves Libya which could be divided into so many smaller states except that would create the problem of constant wars between the tribes or a larger problem of a neighboring state of terrorist forces taking hold of this dysfunctional area. This is already a problem but even the terrorists found attempting to establish a safe area in Libya to be next to impossible. Sometimes conflict is unavoidable and Libya has been a cauldron of trouble ever since the Romans and Carthage fought their wars there and during the Caliphate and Ottoman eras with the Barbary Pirates and even up to the time Thomas Jefferson sent the United States Marines into Tripoli taking the harbor and forcing an end to the pirating of American vessels, well, until the next time they thought America had been weakened and had to be taught again that they were mistaken. These were the Barbary Wars, 1801–1805 and 1815–1816, bracketed the War of 1812 where the British attempted to retake their former colony and failed. The Barbary Pirates figured such a war had weakened the United States and needed to be shown otherwise. The Italians were given Libya after World War I and the breakup of the Ottoman Empire until 1947, approximately the time many of the European nations resigned from their colonial holdings. Israel, in the meantime, will eventually be granted all that which was and is still promised her. This means that the eastern border will end up being the Jordan River. The only decision the world need make is how much drama, needless suffering, necessary time to undo the damage caused by the broken promises, and the number of lives, both Arab and Israeli, will be wasted getting to the rightful and just fulfillment of promises. For those who are going to challenge about the British promise to the Arabs that they would be granted a state within the British Mandate, that was satisfied when seventy-eight percent of the British Mandate was used to make the Arab state of Jordan. The remainder, as stated in the Churchill White Papers, was to be granted the Jews for their homeland. Those claiming the division suggested under UNGA Res. 181, that division was merely a General Assembly Resolution which are suggestive in their enforcement and as soon as either side refuses such a resolution it becomes null and void and cannot be resurrected no matter how badly one desires to steal as much land and make Israel so vulnerable as to make her defense impossible just to see Jews murdered and Israel destroyed again. The Arab League refused that solution and invaded Israel on May 15, 1948; the very day Israel came into being with the Jordan River as her legal boundary.

 

The problem the world is having over Israel can be simplified to one thing; many, possibly most, of the world do not believe nor desire that the Jews be permitted their homeland. The Western World and much of the remainder of the planet are fully aware of the ancient history of the Jewish People in Israel and their Capital city, eternal Capital city, of Jerusalem. These anti-Semitic views desire the Jew to be the tiny minority which is defenseless and can be beaten, stolen from, demeaned and otherwise simply used as a punching bag by any and every nation at their whim. They want Jews not permitted to own land or have any property of their own beyond a suitcase and whatever they can carry at a moment’s notice. They desire the Jew they abused for the past twenty-five-hundred years with the brief exceptions when they revolted and threw off the yokes of Greek Rule and then Roman Rule. They want the Jew to continue to suffer the intended punishment forced upon them by the Romans with their dispersal which was intended to end the existence of the Jewish People. The Jewish fate was to be the same as every other people the Roman treated thusly such as the Carthaginians and various other tribes whose names have been lost to antiquity and are known only to those who study ancient histories and even they likely miss a good number of peoples who have been defeated by the conquering empires from Egypt, Hittite, Minoan, Persian, Babylonian and on through the ages. The Chinese, Mongols, Japanese and Indian in Asia and the Aztec, Inca and others who ruled before the European colonization in the Americas where people who were erased from history as after conquest they assimilated and disappeared. Even the Jews had their lost tribes when the northern ten tribes were carried off by the Assyrians and were never seen again though there are beliefs that these tribes are now returning to Israel from their varied places around the globe.

 

Some who desire the destruction of Israel believe that it is necessary otherwise their religion is devalued. This was the historic position of numerous Christian religious groups and was even named replacement theology. This form of preaching exists today and was exactly what was preached at the Trinity United Church of Christ in Chicago under the direction and religious teaching of the Reverend Jeremiah Wright and what President Obama listened to during sermons for the twenty years he attended this church. His claim to never have listened or heard these preaching has actually made them even more dangerous as their effect was then subliminal and affecting President Obama’s thoughts through subconscious influences and could have been partly responsible for his determination to destroy Israel and thus the Jewish People, just saying. The damages of replacement theology was based on the supposition that the Jews had been cast off by Hashem and were now under the influence of the devil, except there is no devil or hell in traditional Judaism, and thus were replaced by the Christian Church. With time the Christian Church became the Roman Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Church. Then would come the Protestant Reformation where the protestant churches each replaced the Catholic Church. Somewhere off on another argument is Scientology but that gets way too complicated. The one item which was necessary for all these replacements to remain valid was for the Jews never to return to Israel as once the Jews returned to Israel, then the promise of their eventual return from exile by Hashem would be fulfilled and thus mean they were still the Chosen People and invalidate their replacement as such. Then there is Islam which basically claims to be the final and only valid religion of Hashem, except now they change the name to Allah, and according to Islam the Christians have joined the Jews as having been replaced. This is the ultimate replacement theology because the Muslim took the precaution of claiming there can never be another religion as they are the final rendition of the Abrahamic faiths. Islam also claims that Allah has promised them they will conquer the world and end all these false faiths through whatever means necessary. It all gets messy after a while but everybody agrees that the Jews are not to return except the Muslims in the Quran do accept that Jerusalem and Israel are the homelands of the Jews, just do not tell the Palestinian Arabs as they would get very upset with you. The one agreement of the Western religions is that the Jews must not be allowed to return and set up home in Israel and especially with Jerusalem as their Capital City; well, until sometime in the late 1960s and early 1970s when many decided maybe there was room to permit the Jews to return home. Anyway, apparently that short allowance has worn out and passed it use-by date and been rescinded. Now the United Nations, European Union, United States State Department (the same United States State Department which advised President Harry S. Truman not to recognize Israel but Harry listened to what his mother taught him as a child, go Mom!), numerous European countries, politicians around the globe, the Arab world, the Muslim world and many in Hollywood (where would we be without Hollywood thespians telling us what to think) and who knows who else, maybe Communists and Scientologists (though who knows anything about the Scientologists) all attempting to uproot Israel or weaken her until she cannot defend herself and find some means to eliminate the Jewish State. Did the world learn nothing from the attempts thus far to eliminate Israel and how miracles have saved her to date? In 1948 Israel did not even have a military, no chain of command, the British had taken every weapon they could find, there was no real Israeli Air Force, an Israeli tank was a car with a large caliber gun and a half dozen Arab nations and seven militias attacked within hours of the sun rising on Israel for the first time in nearly two thousand years and somehow Israel survived. In 1967 Israel was outgunned and outmanned by approximately hundreds-to-one and in Six Days took the Golan Heights, liberated Judea and Samaria from Jordanian occupation (yes, you read that right, Jordanian occupation) and conquered the entirety of the Sinai Peninsula surrounding the Egyptian Third Army. Miracle, come on, you can say it, miracle. The miracles have continued since then as in a recent Gaza conflict where there was one such event as here is one of the many articles documenting this miracle, praise Hashem. Here is what was reported by the actual Iron Dome commanding officer who related the story.

 

“A missile was fired from Gaza. Iron Dome precisely calculated [its trajectory]. We know where these missiles are going to land down to a radius of 200 meters. This particular missile was going to hit either the Azrieli Towers, the Kirya (Israel’s equivalent of the Pentagon) or [a central Tel Aviv railway station]. Hundreds could have died.”

“We fired the first [interceptor]. It missed. Second [interceptor]. It missed. This is very rare. I was in shock. At this point we had just four seconds until the missile lands. We had already notified emergency services to converge on the target location and had warned of a mass-casualty incident.”

“Suddenly, Iron Dome (which calculates wind speeds, among other things) shows a major wind coming from the east, a strong wind that…sends the missile into the sea. We were all stunned. I stood up and shouted, ‘There is a G0d!’ I witnessed this miracle with my own eyes. It was not told or reported to me. I saw the hand of G0d send that missile into the sea.”

 

The truth is Israel cannot surrender a single inch of the land the world demands she grant to those sworn to her destruction. Read yesterday’s article and view the pictures there and at the look provided and you can see how if Israel gives the Arabs the Judean Hills all of Tel Aviv to the Mediterranean Sea is visible. The same goes for Haifa and Ashdod and Netanya. The entirety of the central Israeli coastal plain would become uninhabitable as shoulder fired wire guided anti-tank rockets which are guidable could be utilized to target individual structures up to half way across Israel. Rocket and artillery fire could be sight adjusted targeting central downtown Tel Aviv. Jerusalem would be completely cut off from the remainder of Israel and West Jerusalem could be starved into submission. Ben Gurion International Airport would become a shooting gallery and no plane could land or take off with any degree of safety. All of Israel could be brought to a standstill at the mere whim of Mahmoud Abbas, assuming he remained in power. The chance that Hamas or Islamic State would replace the Palestinian Authority would be more than probable; the only question would be which one would move first as that would be the reality Israel would face within months of such an eventuality as is being considered in Paris. Finally, there is one saving grace for as long as the world does not force Mahmoud Abbas or anybody who would follow him as leader of the Palestinian Authority to accept such a peace, they would have to turn down any offer which left anything of Israel intact and should the world manage to remove the Jews, then they would flee from such a situation. The reality is that once Israel is removed from having the IDF provide security in all of Judea and Samaria, then whoever leads the Palestinian authority and the rest of the security and leadership would be dead within six months as whichever terror group replaced them just as what happened in Gaza. Abbas knows this and that is why he may talk of peace but he will never accept any peace as he has enriched himself and plans to live well and spend the stolen funds as do the rest of the Palestinian authority kleptocrats. Ridiculous as it may seem, but Mahmoud Abbas is an ace in the hole as he will never accept peace whether it comes from the European Union, United Nations or whatever council the future provides, and that is something Israel has counted on in the past though few will admit such.

Obama and Kerry Were not the First

 

President Obama, Secretary of State Kerry and the fourteen collaborators of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) in the now infamous UNSRC 2334 were not those things which have murdered any hope in peace between the Arabs and Jews nor the Palestinians and Israelis. This was done by the Arab League in November 1947; the founding of the PLO initiated by the Arab League with great assistance from the KGB at their Cairo summit on January 13–16 followed by meetings in Moscow forming their Charter calling for the destruction of Israel formally declaring the PLO on June 2, 1964; the Khartoum Conference and the Three No’s, no peace with Israel, no negotiations with Israel, no recognition of Israel; other steps through the years even unto each month, each week, often every hour of every day; and the refusal of Arafat and Abbas to negotiate demanding all or nothing; in the end they will have their wish, nothing. What Secretary of State Kerry and President Obama have done is merely write the opening stanza for the closing chapter on a very long story stretching back beyond written history and kept by the wolds of mouths in careful retellings until finally formalized in the writings of Torah and the Bible.

 

It was once the book which drove many including Egyptologists and Biblical archeologists to find ancient places which were unearthed and celebrated. Eventually the science is for science and should never be used to corroborate the fictitious writing in the Old Testament but if used properly will refute that old book of cautionary tales and fictitious tales more akin to Aesop than any formal study of real history. Every reputable archeologist would walk from digs in Israel, particularly Jerusalem, Hevron, Shechem, Jericho or any of the other Biblical cities and towns as if one found objects dating to and verifying any writings from the ancient Jewish texts was immediately cast as a Bibliologist and cast from the ranks of virtually every righteous and honorable archeological society and organization. Thus there have been credited archeology disproving Biblical records and discredited archeology which concurred with the biblical record, how absolutely predictable in our current age of science as a deity and religion as a blend of superstition mixed with mumbo-jumbo and archaic rituals all used to control the masses which now are under the thumb of the new false gods, the bureaucrats, politicians and their elitist masters. Times change but society little does.

 

Like many things when it comes to the Bible, Israel, religion and the Jews in particular, archeology too has its third rail, and the Bible is one such rail holding some of the highest voltages. The same can be said for modern politics. It has an irresistible allure which draws in those it will ensnare and draw down, even the mightiest fail and have missteps when coming abut the ancient promises, warnings and powers defined by its history and defined in deeds and legacy. The greatest of these admonitions, warnings, and protestations are the ones pertaining to the Promised Lands and particularly Jerusalem. The oft quoted lines derive from Zechariah Chapter 12 and read:

1) The prophecy of the word of the Lord concerning Israel: Says the Lord, Who stretches out the heavens and founds the earth and forms the spirit of man within him:
2) Behold! I am making Jerusalem a cup of weakness for all the peoples around, and also on Judah, [that he] shall be in the siege against Jerusalem.
3) And it shall come to pass on that day that I will make Jerusalem a stone of burden for all peoples; all who bear it shall be gashed, and all the nations of the earth shall gather about it.
4) On that day, says the Lord, I will smite every horse with bewilderment, and its rider with madness. And upon the house of Judah I will open My eyes, and all the horses of the peoples I will smite with blindness.
5) And the princes of Judah shall say to themselves, “The inhabitants of Jerusalem were my strength through the Lord of Hosts, their God.”
6) On that day I will make the princes of Judah as a fiery stove among wood, and as a brand of fire among sheaves. And they shall consume on the right and on the left all the nations round about, and Jerusalem shall still stay in its place in Jerusalem.
7) And the Lord shall first save the tents of Judah, so that the boasting of the house of David and the boasting of the inhabitants of Jerusalem shall not increase over Judah.
8) On that day the Lord shall protect the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and the weakest of them shall be, on that day, like David. And the house of David shall be like angels, like the angel of the Lord before them.
9) And it shall come to pass on that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come upon Jerusalem.
10) And I will pour out upon the house of David and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplications. And they shall look to me because of those who have been thrust through [with swords], and they shall mourn over it as one mourns over an only son and shall be in bitterness, therefore, as one is embittered over a firstborn son.
11) On that day there shall be great mourning in Jerusalem, like the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the Valley of Megiddon.
12) And the land shall mourn, every family apart: The family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart.
13) The family of the house of Levi apart, and their wives apart; the family of the Shimeites apart, and their wives apart.
14) All the remaining families-every family apart, and their wives apart.

The only way such a warning could be ignored was by claiming that the Bible, despite any and all evidences, is a storybook which contains moralistic stories embedded within a story of a mythical history which was just as fanciful as the Arthurian Legend, the gods of ancient Greece and Rome, the ancient holy books from Indian legends (which may also contain truths which modern science soaked culture refuses to accept), Chinese ancestral books describing the early Dynasties, Egyptian pictographs throughout the Egyptian ancient sites and numerous other histories from ancient peoples throughout the world on every continent and even every island group. No amount of archeological verification corroborating the Jewish Bible and its telling of history will change the “open” minds of the scientific community as such a change of mind, more of a change of heart, would shake many of their most precious held tenets with which they filter all incoming information. If those in power would accept the Biblical realities and truths it would need to cause a change in policies in favor of the Jewish claims to the land of Israel, even the greater areas which is defined as the tribal lands for the Twelve Tribes (see map below). Even if they would accept a smaller Israel as defined by the lands defined by the San Remo Conference and the Churchill White Paper with the caveats for respecting religious, social and financial, but with an exception of political rights such as only allowed very limited self-rule but not necessarily allowed the vote which can be legally restricted by the Jewish State under these agreements, then the world, including the United Nations (UN) due to their obligations under Article 80 of the UN Charter, would have to accept the Jordan River as the Israeli eastern border with a line continuing down to Eilat on the Red Sea and drop any claims of necessity for another Arab State within the borders of Israel. The world would need accept that during the Six Day War in June of 1967 liberated Judea and Samaria and that in 1948 the vast majority of the Arabs who became refugees left on their own volition responding to the Mufti of Jerusalem and the commanding generals of the combined Arab armies massed against the nascent state of Israel who promised a quick war which would annihilate every last Jew and they would return and share in the spoils of Jewish wealth and have been kept in suspension, they and their descendants, an arrangement making them different with special magical claims which would span all of time and space which are denied every other refugee throughout history, simply to be a political bludgeon to use to destroy Israel, the true indigenous people. We in Israel do not expect the world to alter their position and rather mostly to reach ever greater extremes of anti-Zionism, anti-Semitism and especially anti-Israelism, though President Trump may prove a relief from this trend it is also feared that relief will be all too temporary which is evidenced by the rising anti-Semitism, anti-Zionism, anti-Israelism and growing Boycott, Divestment and Sanction Movement on college campuses across the United States, until the prophecies such as the one above become yet one more chapter in history proving Hashem and the absolute power and validity of every single last one of the promises Hashem gave to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph and Moses.

 

The list of predecessors is a long, and some might say who’s who, of others who believed they had squashed the dream of Israel and the Jewish People. Just to name a few, there were the Egyptians, the Babylonians, and the Persians, Alexander the Great, the Polemic Greeks, the Assyrian Greeks, and the Romans. After the Romans the world thought they had finished the Jews and they were to be lost to history but they refused to disappear. The persecutions continued with pogroms, inquisitions, crusades, and the Holocaust. Israel was already in the works as after World War I as a part of the decolonization by the Europeans returning lands to the presumed aboriginal people. They ran into a problem across much of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) as the aboriginal people were gone, destroyed. The Egyptians, Berbers, the Babylonians, and tribe after tribe except for one tiny strip of line along the eastern edge of the Mediterranean Sea. The Jews were still around and so the British started something and the League of Nations adopted their initial moves and verified the reestablishment of the state of Israel and the Jews began returning home. The British got cold feet and did everything in their power to prevent the finalization of the Jewish state but after World War II there was a moral imperative to finally get out of the way. Finally, after their longest exile the Jews had their homeland again. There are some who believe that their claims from fourteen-hundred years ago as the last conquerors that they were there before the Jews because the Jews only got there in 1948. These people also believe that history only exists once they have conquered some lands and there was never any history before them. How cute is that? There have been Jews in Jerusalem and Israel constantly for almost three thousand years. Those Jews remained through thick and thin remaining despite everything that threatened them. Whenever Jerusalem changed hands between conquerors, the Jews were murdered right along with the conquered. When it changed hands again, more of the same. For three thousand years and they refused to leave and refused to be eliminated and now some from half that time think they will push the Jews off.

 

There are only two things that can remove the Jews from Israel, all of Israel. The one guaranteed power is Hashem except he promised this return would be forever and that settles that. The other are the Jews themselves and never will all of us go and the rest would not go against Hashem, any others are not really Jewish or when they discover they actually are, will return as fast and as permanently as they are able. People ask why we had not attempted to return before we did. Truth be told, many did try and getting to the Promised Land when you are stuck thousands of miles away and must walk and the peoples inbetween you and your goal desire to kill you on sight, well, it makes things a bit difficult. Then others faced countries which refused to give the Jews rights but also refused to allow them to leave under pain of death. Those were our love/hate friends of a moment. The highs and the lows were countless. The contribution of Jews in philosophy and other sciences throughout the ages in every land was beyond imagination from a people so few in numbers. One would think that a people who were learned and worked diligently would have been treasured, we were not. No matter our accomplishments, we were the ones blamed for every failure. The Czar, the Kaiser, the Kings, Queens, Princes, Barons, Dukes and Sultans all found faults with their Jews at every turn. Despite this we survived and finally Hashem is bringing us home and here we are remaining, period. We are home and should anyone care to visit you will see a multi-ethnic society celebrating life and sharing joy wherever we can find it. We celebrate life every day and despite an enemy claiming their love of death is more powerful than our love for life, we know that life wins over death as long as life never loses hope. Our love of life has helped us survive until now and it will lead us into a future as bright as our best of times with one exception, our best remains ahead as we have always held as our main belief. We celebrate life and pass that love to the next generation as that is central to Judaism, and central for Israel.

 

We need to address a few things from Secretary of state Kerry stated as facts which were direct lies or misuse of statistics through selective or creative definitions. His biggest lie was that UNSC Res. 2334 was balanced. The resolution which demands Israel deconstruct “settlements” and basically remove all impediments that he and President Obama feel are impediments on the ground against asking the Palestinians to tone down their anti-Israel rhetoric and no longer glorify terrorism is as balanced as a see-saw with a duck on one side and a ton of bricks on the other and claiming the duck was given a balanced opportunity to keep its feet on the ground. Kerry lied that Israel has built settlements as there has not been any additional housing placed by Israel beyond the Green Line. The only structures Israel has built were replacements for houses destroyed. Kerry and Obama define increased settlement activity is any increase in population. Under this definition if a Jewish family has a child they must leave and return west of the Green Line because they have produced a new “settler” with that child. The fact is that there are numerous two and even three generations of families residing in single homes as Israel has refused to add housing in any sufficient rate to accommodate the growth of the population. Perhaps it is that the United States and Europe cannot understand a nation whose population produces more children than the absolute minimum to maintain population or not meet that number. Kerry said that they were supporting a solution when the parties were ready by redefining the borders as basing them on the green Line and that the Saudi Initiative be the base which he did not address the little point that the Saudi Initiative also includes the return of the Arab refugees into Israel, not the Palestinian state but into Israel making for a vast Arab majority for the Israeli population which would vote the Jews into the Mediterranean Sea at the following election. Kerry restated in closing the need to recognize and acknowledgement of the rights of the Palestinian refugees. He stated that the solution would be supported financially and implied that the absolute integrity of Israel resulting from that resettlement. His wording was as vague as one could expect. He stressed joint operations between Israel and their Arab neighbors and it gave us an idea, perhaps he had been smoking a lot of those joints while drafting that speech, a speech as balanced as UNSC Res. 2334 and all the resolutions approved over the years by the General Assembly. I had to be forced to listen to the entire speech and will forever regret relenting and not turning his droning off.

Trump Transition, President Obama and Israel

 

Just as President elect Donald Trump and his transition team will need to formulate a Middle East and North Africa (MENA) policy approach, intent and set goals as part and parcel of an entirely Trump’s American view of the world and Israel too need prepare to work with the President elect and on into the Trump first one hundred days teams, both also will necessitate a joint approach in preventing or having the means of mitigating any further actions which President Obama may plan or execute which would further poison the waters and lands of the MENA neighborhood. Making sure that President Obama makes the transition to the Trump Presidency as smooth and trouble-free as is humanly possible, especially when it comes to foreign policies must be an emphasis made understood by the current White House team. Such a message need be backed by the majority leaders currently in place, and any future one if there is a change in the works, visibly by letter to whatever means is required, even going to the media with a demand to be part of any Obama moves in the greater arena of world politics, particularly at the United Nations. As far as Israel is concerned, they are not out of the woods yet but they can see the break in the trees and the fields and a return from exile ahead. Still, they are in the woods and dangers are always lurking even this close to having survived. This is why Israel need setup an interface with Transition Team Trump through which they can give Trump and his MENA advisors any intelligence required to fill in the gaps which may exist. This line of communication must also advise Trump and his Transition Team of any rumored moves which President Obama appears ready to make particularly when it comes to Israel directly. Further, Israel need be informed of exactly where a Trump Presidency sees Israel and to attempt to sway their positions to a more friendly and giving future by making them aware of what Israel would prefer to see vis-à-vis Israeli freedoms to act in the coming years.

 

All of this means that the leadership of Israel absolutely must get their act together fast and iron out their intents and expectation for a Trump White House and establish solid, direct and cordial relations with fast, easy and accurate communications between Jerusalem and Washington D. C. which will make as sure as possible that Jerusalem is in the loop and understands what may be expected from them to reach any and all mutual goals. This especially refers to the first hundred days committee who need understand any necessary requirements vis-à-vis Israel particularly such that these requirements are built into the MENA policies as a whole going forward. Still, Israel need be concerned right up until President Trump officially takes control over all White House functions. Donald Trump must be made aware that it is imperative that he name his expected Ambassador to the United Nations and to Israel and have each head the transition thus being able to advise concerning the expectations for no further damage be done anywhere on the globe by team Obama in their final two months. It would also be in the future’s favor as should be envisioned by Israeli leadership to communicate with President elect Trump exactly what Israel would like to include with action on the front lines such that there is a smooth and amiable relationship in actions and hopes going forward. This is the best time for Israel to act responsibly and with targeted goals set in their sites and actually to act to accomplish their stated goals. This will require Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu to understand what an opportunity Hashem has placed before him. This is a sign that our prayers, those of Jews and Zionists around the world, have been answered and relief from the recent tyrannical acts which Israel and her friends have had to endure. This begs the question as to what are the greatest desires of the Zionist camp and how can these be best provided to Team Trump and be validated by the Israeli leadership. What is potentially sad is that arranging the participation and backing of such an agenda by the Israeli leadership will probably be the most difficult part of the path. Israeli leaders need to lead this new line of actions choosing carefully how to communicate and be heard in truth by the people with whom they are tasked to deal. The Israeli liaison team need be given an Israeli wish list for the first two-hundred day plan, if for no other reason than to indicate that Israel will not likely to be found sitting idly about and not ready and willing to press the frontiers of what is possible. Such is the onus upon Israeli leadership as there is not likely to come a more opportune time for realizing the Zionist dreams as a whole and complete Israel as originally promised in the Balfour Declaration and further ratified by the San Remo Conference, Treaty of Lausanne and set in stone by the, Treaty of Sèvres (see map below). Backed by these treaties and their affects upon established International Law and further confirmed applicable by Article 80 of the United Nations Charter, any Israeli team has sufficient backing to invalidate any claim for an independent Arab state further encroaching on lands promised the Zionists and set in stone by the entirety of world leadership as a whole.

This time is the time when Israel not only needs but must act, imperatively so, and for what we Zionists were promised by a world set on restoring native homelands to their rightful owners who resided and had the reigning cultures present before Grecian, Roman, Byzantine and finally Islamic Jihadist Arabs denying and enslaving native populations taking what were then simply the spoils of conquest. The Ottoman Empire, the final form of the Caliphate, was to survive a million, two million, indefinitely into the future for all time expanding to impose Islamic law and rule over all the Earth was instead humbled and conquered by the Allied powers and thus was then capable of being returned to its indigenous owners or granted freedom to rule themselves. In the areas west of the Jordan River was an expanse of lands which remained uncultivated, devoid of irrigation and fresh water so sparsely populated that travelers wrote of the empty lands where people could ride for a day and meet but a few wandering people and perhaps a flock of goats, nothing more. Jerusalem was described as a ghost town except for its population of Jews who were ambitious sort unlike the others who appeared to depend on the kindnesses of the rare travelers for their fare which their outstretched hands appeared to demand. It was this barren and rocky landscape with the south consumed by the Negev Desert that the Jewish State was to be established while east of the Jordan under the rule of the Hashemite Dynasty the Arab State of Transjordan (today simply Jordan) many times the size was designed to be built. The proper time for the Israelis to finally and permanently claim all the lands promised them is now setting up everything as a part of the first hundred days. All that is actually required from President Trump is his recognition of Israeli claims and borders and to make good immediately on his pledge to move the United States Embassy to Jerusalem, even to western areas of Jerusalem though placing the United States Embassy to Israel in the Old City would carry significant meaning and be a very constructive move.

 

The main onus though, is upon the leadership of Israel. The requirement is for the leadership to, imagine this, lead. We understand that this is a new experience for them but it is of vital importance that this opportunity not only be grasped but ridden hard to forge everything which the Israeli people desire and to finally assure that all of Israel be made whole and under a singular governance. Anyone reading the Mandate System and the treaties mentioned above will immediately realize is all of these treaties and agreement include within them references or direct phrases demanding that the Jewish State protect and defend the property rights of those residing in the lands, the religious rights and grant these people a form of resident legalities which was to respect all their human rights but they were not necessarily to be granted political rights, they were not granted any right to self-rule in their own state or the right to vote in Israeli elections unless granted citizenship via whatever means the Jewish State would set. That understood, Israel could mitigate their not receiving a state of their own, could still set a semiautonomous region where the existing would be permitted local rule in each district but not permitted to partake in national elections until fully vetted and having passed a course preparing them for citizenship, and then each application would need to be given an interview and then be considered whether to grant them citizen status. Such an allowance for specific self-rule would be a first such arrangement for a newly established nation and Israel will also be within their rights to deport anybody who is tied to terrorist activities and disallow their reentry ever, period and end of that story. Whatever Israel believes is in their best and final interest is exactly what must now become the government’s reason d’etre. This is the time for action and not simply dreaming as this is that moment that those dreams can be realized.

 

Transition times have proven to be Israel’s time of misfortune in the past as the Islamic forces from the numerous and varied nation all demand that Israel be impeded and prevented from reaching any final deal in which Israel is permitted to continue as a Jewish state as their designs are for Israel to be subsumed by the Arabs who surround them. These nations operate under the concept that anywhere that an Arab or Muslim had trodden is and must forever remain a holy Islamic state where Arabs rule with absolute power and all non-Muslims reside as Dhimmi until the day when they will be demanded to convert or die, and both is not ruled out. This has been the demand actually made by the Arab Palestinians which is easily verifiable, just check the maps incorporated in their geography and history books and the truth becomes plainly evident (see images below). The means by which the Arab Muslims plan on destroying Israel can be divided between two approaches, direct and indirect. The direct approach is obvious, gain as much land as possible, increase terrorism and rocket firing and should Israel respond simply claim it would all end if Israel just return some area which is claimed to have been stolen. Repeat this and take Israel apart one piece at a time. The indirect method relies on inundating Israel with five to eight million so-called refugees of Apartheid. This claim of being dispossessed by Israel is as false as can be as over 90% of the refugees have never even seen Israel except on a map and certainly have never set foot on the lands they claim. Only, from amongst all the refugee populations of the world, is the status of refugee handed down generation to generation. Only the Arab refugees under UNRWA forbidden from taking on any other citizenship as they are to be denied peoplehood only if used to destroy Israeli democracy by inundating the tiny nation with sufficient refugees who will demand to vote Israel into an Arab state after which the Jews will need flee or be wiped from the face of the earth. That is the plan in a nutshell. What makes all of this so absurd is that the gest as well as the vast majority of these “Palestinian refugee camps” are located within areas under Hamas (Gaza City and other camps) rule or Palestinian Authority (PA) rule and many have relatives who reside within the towns in which the camp resides and the two sides of the family are kept separated just to destroy Israel. For this reason as their numbers grew from approximately six-hundred-fifty-thousand to seven-hundred-thousand refugees to today over five millions, a seven fold increase, these Arabs have been kept in camps which are actually apartment buildings very similar to those outside the camp with the main difference being the side of the barbed wire fencing they were built and the lack of opportunity for those within the barbed wire held there by Arab guards imprisoned by their fellow Arabs.

 

 

Meanwhile, the nearly eight-hundred-thousand Jews expelled from Arab lands and almost all came to Israel make up half the population and have played an intricate part in Making Israel all she is today. There is also an Arab population in Israel comprising approximately twenty percent who trace their parentage back to those Arabs who remained and chose to become Israelis rather than run and join the Mufti’s ill-fated army. These Arabs are full citizens, vote, worship, work, drive, play and live as they please. There are Israeli Arabs in the government both elected to the Knesset (Parliament) as well as working in the government offices. They are judges, physicians, lawyers, businesspeople, sheepherders, truck drivers, entrepreneurs, mayors, police, firefighters and serve in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) if they choose to enlist and are enlisted and officers alike. Some Arabs work for Jews and some employ Jews or are placed in management above Jew and Arab alike. To state it as plain as possible, the Arab citizens in Israel are every bit a part and accepted members of Israeli society and can be as much a member as they choose. When claims are made that the Palestinians have not voted in Israeli elections, there is a good reason, they are not Israelis and many could have chosen such but were instead caught and imprisoned by their Arab brothers under the orders of the Mufti of Jerusalem back in 1949. This was to be their punishment and new utilization in the destruction of the Jewish State. That is the final item which need be communicated to the Trump advisors and others, that the Arab-Israeli conflict is not about land, it is about whether Jews are to be permitted to rule themselves or even to live at all on this planet. The original PLO charter and the Hamas charter both called for the eradication of the Jews, not the Israeli Jews but the Jews just as Hitler had desired. Hitler very likely was given the “Final Solution” as the manner of dealing with the Jews by the Mufti of Jerusalem who resided in Berlin during World War II and was an invitee, at his own insistence, to the Wannsee Conference where the Final Solution was drawn up and approved. The Mufti is rumored to have demanded the Nazis assist with the extermination of the Jews in the Middle East so he could rule an area free of the Jew. The Mufti probably initiated the Jews being made to wear the yellow star which had been the practice of an early sultan during the first Caliphate. The idea that the Arabs learned their anti-Semitism from the Nazis and the Europeans themselves is ridiculous as the Arab hatred of the Jews started in Arabia and was best exemplified in the Battle of Khyber where an entire town was murdered with the only exceptions being birthing age women and the trainable aged youth and it was this battle which set anti-Semitism, the unnatural hatred of the Jews, as one of the added pillars of Islam which has lasted to the modern times. This is why the pro-Palestinian often chant, “Khaybar, Khaybar, ya yahud, jaish Muhammad sayud.” The threat of Khaybar is the threat of extermination, harkening back to Muhammad’s annihilation of an entire tribe of Jews, the Qurayzah.

 

 

 

And here from Hezballah who are a terror group operating out of Lebanon claiming that Israel is occupying part of Lebanon which they claim that the Galilee belongs to them, these are all lands south of the Armistice Line between Israel and Lebanon and the internationally recognized border between the two nations.
