Are You Truly Pro-Choice?

 

One of the most misleading labels in all of American politics is the “Pro-Choice” label. These people are often the least in favor of you making any choice in your life ever. They are the people, especially the politicians, who demand to make almost every decision facing an individual in their life, and especially the most important decisions. Broadly defined, they believe that you and everybody like you without an Ivy League education and a doctorate in an “approved major field” which again is another example of taking away your choice of colleges down to less than two dozen and your choice of majors to the social and other soft sciences, are far too stupid and unaware of the world and how everything works to be permitted the right to decide for yourself. Heavens forbid you get to make any rational choice from your view point; you would most definitely damage yourself and society and upset their ability to sculpt that perfect world they are constantly attempting to carve out of our society.

 

Oh, you would like some examples. First, we define these Pro-Choice politicians and people as the supporters of Planned Parenthood and abortions on demand any-time, any-place, any-where, and for any-reason or even no reason and that is their big claim to being Pro-Choice. Well, here it comes as you asked for it. Let us look at the choice of how to best protect your home, family and everything you hold dear. Can you, according to the Pro-Choice politicians purchase a firearm, a rifle or handgun or even a scary-looking semi-automatic rifle which resembles some military styled weapon? Of course not and that is why all the red tape, forms and everything else including waiting periods and the occasional threat of being outed as owning a firearm in a public posting often by one of those from the Pro-Choice groups of people. So we now know you may not purchase a firearm to protect your house though it is legal thanks to the Constitution but don’t mention at the weekend services in many congregations that you own firearms as that could make you into some kind of pariah. The professed Pro-Choice class which is all knowing will inform you that you should buy a good alarm system and if it should sound that your house had been breached, then you should dial 911 and hide in a closet until a nice officer finds you to tell you all is clear or the intruder finds you and ends all that ails you after possible tortures such as, well, we will let you imagine the what, just realize it would be cruel, unusual and designed to be physically or mentally hurtful or both. The Pro-Choice will add that for an additional fee you can have the alarm system hooked up to a monitoring service who will call you and if you do not answer or use a code-word they will call the police presumably cutting down on your wait time. The Pro-Choice might even inform you of a service which hooks your alarm directly up to the police and this gets the fastest response but places the onus on you to prove there was a trespass or you can be charged a heavy fine for the false alarm response making this a less than perfect system. Hey, they are wealthy recipients of a doctoral degree from an Ivy League college which you should have found some way of achieving so you could be like them. You see they have a monitoring service with all the most high tech alarm systems and other means of detecting and even spotlighting, literal spotlights, the intruder as soon as they step across their property line. Also, their service includes anywhere from one to a platoon of well-trained and highly-armed professionals who will torture the intruder until you arrive to identify if this was a real trespass or just the neighbor kid trying to toss a few pebbles at your daughter’s window. Wait, to the Pro-Choice group that would be a trespass. They will point out incessantly how it is they see no need for guns in the house except in the hands of trained professionals and even if you are one of these trained professionals you may not have your firearm from your work kept in your house as there is safety in the fact that at their house you are monitored while at home you might go crazy because in unsupervised areas guns cause forms of insanity. If I ever get desperate and hold-up a convenience store, I will plea to the judge that the gun dragged me from bed to pull-off the heist which was why I was dressed in my pajamas.

 

 

Moving on to the next choice you might think of taking. Let us say your industrious pre-teen child decides to do simple gardening and lawn mowing and charges rates which come to less than the minimum hourly wage. As this is not a professional and recognized area such as waitpersons in restaurants, then the minimum wage laws apply without exceptions. This would mean that your child would be required to raise the charges for his services despite their selling them for a fair price and exactly what they believe their efforts are worth. You are not permitted to estimate for yourself what your efforts are worth nor may you charge less than your competition who is charging the minimum wage set and thus gain additional business. Even more important, your pre-teen is not permitted to even fathom such an enterprise as they are not even old enough to receive a work permit with your signature permitting them to work before reaching eighteen as they are not fifteen or sixteen depending on the location. There is an exception for family farms and other recognized family businesses where the child may be permitted to work at any age and may even not receive any wages if the parent does not desire to pay the minor child, and that is more fair than them working on their own for less than the minimum wage, free choice and all that you know.

 

There is an ever lengthening list of professions one may not freely choose. Presumably, in a totally free society anybody may choose any profession they desire and if they perform well people will pay them accordingly and if they fail they are free to try something more their style and fitting their ability or fail until they luck into such a profession. Nobody would pay a hairstylist whose only style is a crewcut unless that is what they desired and they were inexpensive. But to be a hairstylist today one must take courses and then apprentice and finally get a license. The claim is to protect the public from health hazards. Truth be told, individual demands of decent ability in their choice of hairstylists would take care of such a problem just as well. The problem is by allowing the public to control such through the demand of the market would take away thousands of bureaucratic jobs, put an end to most of the beauty schools which are more diploma mills teaching the average student all stuff they probably already knew simple by styling their hair and their friends’ hair growing up. It would also take away the licensing fees for running a beauty salon and that is additional yearly funds for the government and another level of government control taking away your free choice. This also applies to cab drivers only to a much higher degree as this has become a protection racket between government and the existing cab companies and thus the big furor over Uber and other Internet ride-share apps. There are quite a number of ways around the government using apps and the Internet which is one of the reasons that government desires control over the Internet and thus these types of free enterprises which circumvents the government assisting with your free choice. Government licensing is but one limitation of your free choice but is supported heavily by the Pro-Choice people, especially the Pro-Choice politicians.

 

Taxes are another idea which the Pro-Choice politicians and, as long as they are heavily progressive and only on salaries. Many Pro-Choice individuals think taxes are a necessity and often require taxes to be raised on some and lowered on others or eliminated altogether on a select group who are determined not to earn sufficient amounts to contribute to the functioning of the government. These Pro-Choice individuals also support giving refunds to people who did not actually pay any taxes and refunds of more than what was paid in for select others. These are done all in the name of equality and altruism. Altruism used to be voluntary as was charity of giving of your funds to the less fortunate. Taxes doing this for you are another stolen choice from your long list of choices. Further, the government chooses which charitable organizations it will support and which ones it will not and the amount for each. Chalk up another stolen free choice. But the government was just getting started; there are so many more choices the government has removed from the public square in the name of your own safety. Some argue that it also weakens the gene pool as it allows idiots to proliferate. Such limits would require motorcycle riders wear helmets, car passengers wear seat-belts, natural gas include a chemical giving it its odor, toilets to flush exact or less amounts of water per flush and many other things even one which does help, it enforces the standardized measures and sizes in tools and fasteners and of course money.

 

Children’s education is probably the most regimented and least Pro-Choice industry in the United States. This is sad as education would appear to be one industry which could benefit most from competition and a great variety in opportunities and different paths leading to different results. The current public schools system is dictated from Washington D.C. with requirements such as multi-cultural sensitivity, sexual education and a plethora of the latest educational theories including but not limited to new math, whole word recognition (a theory which was first proposed as a means of limiting the words included in people’s vocabularies by removing phonics making new words impossible to “sound out” as had been taught for the last centuries to great success), racially sensitive history, and dropped little things such as civics requirement, spelling as a requirement claiming that each student be permitted the freedom to use alternate spelling (whatever that is), and math such that attempts are more important than the correct answer (no wonder many students require remedial writing, reading and mathematics when entering college with some wasting their first semester and others their entire first year learning what should have been taught adequately in the public school system). While most of the Pro-Choice use private schools and claim that if you are unsatisfied with the public school system you can also send your child to a private school. Of course these same Pro-Choice people and politicians work to limit or exclude charter schools despite their having proven often to produce superior children with a far better and broader educational experience and they are working to strangle home-schooling with regulations and requirements making the home-schooled children and their families under greater stresses and heavy burdens forcing them in some locations into using the public school curriculum including the educational requirements often from Washington D.C. and also the exact reasons the families demand their right to educate their own child as they see fit. Apparently the one size fits all education of the public school system despite it failing in every testable means simply now is claiming that testing produces stresses which rob the child of self-esteem and thus should be limited or eradicated completely.

 

These are but a select few of the limitations the Pro-Choice elite have placed upon your lives, often without anybody realizing this as they are too busy attempting to survive and make a living while not going out of their minds every April filing forms which make no sense even to the IRS as if you call for assistance and do not like the result, wait and call ten hours later and get a different person who will likely give you an entirely different set of directions and then choose which one you like the best. Well, maybe there is some Pro-Choice in the government after all and in the least suspected place possible. Imagine that.

Western societies’ great experiment into free love and if it feels good do it will die of their corollary, love free of responsibility. That is love free of entanglements, love free of responsibilities, love free of children and love leading to no future. The free love generation which started with the baby boomers and though it altered its likes, it never really gave up on the main point; it is about the I, the me, what I want, what it does for me, where I want to, when I want to, it’s all my and mine and all without responsibility and without any downers, a bummer free life and anything getting in the way must be discarded, relationships, jobs, anything and maybe everything including babies as life must continue hassle free without any potholes. That is the problem because it is also all about now with no concern for the future because all the future has to be is trouble free. This has led to the lowest marriage rate in Western history. This led to a whole new way of employer-employee relations such that even the rules changed that there was even a new rule, a new law that certain recognized conditions are no longer reasons for termination. The most outlandish of these new conditions was if an employee was late to work more than three times each week then that employee has a disability which is defined as chronic time disability which was the act of not being able to keep a schedule and thus often being late for appointments including for work. The law was the Americans with Disability Act which basically if one could find a physician to write up that you had some chronic quirk which was beyond your ability to control, then you now were disabled and an employer had to make allowances for your disability. Granted, that liberal interpretation was eventually narrowed but the damage had been done and employment was now more of a loose agreement which was often in constant flux between employers and employees. Granted that in most cases the employer still held the upper hand but if one was willing to push it the employer often figured that it would be less trouble to simply accommodate the employee and try to make the best of it. Just the last straw in the hassle free lifestyle which had become the new normal, heck, even dress codes went the way of the rotary phone.

 

The greatest disability that has permeated the new society which the Western World had accepted has been that the future will take care of itself and we have no obligation to fashion or sacrifice to make a better future because our lives are defined in the now and leave the future to tomorrow. Of course Western society does not exactly admit their careless treatment of the future though they do enjoy their carefree lifestyles and claim that this is the way things should be and everything will work out. Well, after all the future has always worked out up to now and our parents didn’t seem to be all that different. Well, sure, they were usually more serious but they always said that our happiness was the most important thing and why they did everything they did. That’s what we are doing, everything is for our happiness because that is the most important thing on earth, our parents drilled that into us from before since we could remember.

 

It is obvious that not everyone born after around the middle of the last century is living totally in the now with no regard for tomorrow, but the end results of current Western society and culture is having exactly that effect. Couples both have high stress careers and put off starting a family and time slips away leading to them simply never getting around to having that family. Others simply figure they will get around to marriage and everything which goes with it and end up with the same result. Then there are the frightening abortion figures where in some communities the number of aborted pregnancies far outnumbers the pregnancies which go full term. Since Roe vs. Wade was decided and abortion became legally and socially acceptable in 1973, abortions have reached approximately sixty-thousand in the United States alone. Worldwide pregnancies resulting in an abortion since 1980 are approaching one and a half billion.

Europe, as can be noted above, has a real problem as their birthrates for most nations has fallen below replacement levels which is a large part of why they are allowing increasing immigration from wherever they can find them. There will be reports to try and belay the concerns claiming that the number of abortions has been decreasing in recent years, which is true. What they will not report is the percentage of pregnancies ending in an abortion have remained at a steady thirty to thirty-five percent and part of the reason for the lower numbers is due to less women of childbearing age. In America the reason that the replacement level is being met is twofold, first is the higher percentage of non-European ancestral origins with a growing Hispanic community and a higher percentage of religious population which has also been growing and are anti-abortion and having larger families. The end result of the higher abortion levels and also much higher use of preventive measure such as birth control pills and other measures has resulted in a dropping population level amongst European Caucasians with some predicting a dire future where the numbers may reach a level where their influence politically will dwindle and become inconsequential. This will become very evident in Europe as the continent will slowly but inexorably become Islamic as the refugees continue to pour into the continent. Perhaps the reasoning by the European Union for their expansion into the Middle East and Northern Africa is not to subsume and take control of these areas as much as they are surrendering to them and seeking the best terms as the writing is on the wall. Europe is joining the Middle East and North African society. However one looks at the article we recently posted about the European Union planning on entering and merging the Middle East and North Africa and possibly somewhat further into central Asia and central Africa as they see an expansive Islam on the rise and are simply surrendering to what they see as unavoidable. The move by German Chancellor Angela Merkel to offer for Germany to accept 800,000 Syrian refugees which started the flood of Middle Eastern and North African refugees, both escaping warfare or economic difficulties, entering Europe was a tactical move to make transitions to join the Islamic realm of influence easier and make it so fast that the native population will be unable to prevent the surrender, and that is what is occurring, a surrender. The Brexit vote may save Britain from such a fate and once again the world may see a British holdout against threats from a fascist and threatening European Continent. Some in Britain may be groaning “not again” in the not too distant future and once again holding the line until the United States awakens to a dire situation where some disaster brings them rapidly into the worsening situation.

 

Some have looked at the abortion and the live for the moment and the future will take care of itself attitude in Western civilization and wondered and worried where it might lead. Many are starting to realize that things have gotten out of hand and may soon turn beyond any reason to control their future. It is somewhat more dire in Europe as their influx is almost completely Islamic while in the United States their influx is from south of the border which is largely Hispanic and Catholic or Christian and thus compatible with the United States Judeo-Christian history and ethics. The future of Europe, Britain and the United States will all be determined within the next twenty-five to fifty years and perhaps even sooner in the case of Europe. The slide from a functional culture to a faltering crisis started soon after World War II when after two world wars within a quarter of a century the Europeans tired of fighting for anything that they are largely exhausted and primed to surrender, or at least their political class appears ready to hand the keys to a new culture believing as multiculturalists that there really is not much difference between one culture and the next. They will soon realize how completely erroneous and empty that belief truly is. The highest turn out for any vote in the history of the British Isles has definitively proven in the end the British population, by a slim margin, wanted their nation back. Meanwhile, many will watch with their own measure of horror or sickness as Europe’s Judeo-Christian Culture faces a crisis as it is subsumed and then extinguished by Islam revealing to the remainder of the world exactly the true face of Islam. May those who desire to retain their culture awaken in time to make their way to safety before it is too late. The last time the continent fell into the darkness of Hitler’s Nazis and their anti-Judeo-Christian ethos and culture of death too many waited far too long and the world came to witness what horrors mankind can afflict their fellow human beings. May the world not permit a similar darkness to envelop and destroy a civilian population once again. Sometimes one looks at the leadership of their company or citizens’ committee or even their political class and cannot fathom what they are thinking knowing their ideas will lead only to ruin but remain silent believing others will make things right. May such not be the coming fate in the continent of Europe.

One Simple Statistic Defines the Termination of the Culture War

 

When editorialists, columnists and reporters cover the culture war they almost always look at Europe and explain that compromises and accommodations will be required as Europe must rely on immigration to continue the engines of the economy to pay for the aging indigenous populations. Recently a study in Germany flat stated this but nobody dared to discuss the reality which would follow. The report stated that Germany would need two million new workers annually to continue to pay for the retirement of the older German population. What was not explained was why Germany would need to turn to immigrants to provide the manpower for the production machinery. The same would be presented in France, Britain, Netherlands, Poland and everywhere else in Europe. The same is true in the United States but in America their immigrants bring a different mindset while in Europe the immigrants bring an antisocial culture which relies on supremacism, and there lies the main problem though it is not the cause but rather the main symptom of a far bigger problem. The one simple statistic came from a study of the black minority population in New York City. The report found that over fifty-percent of all pregnancies in the black neighborhoods resulted not in a new hope for the future but instead an abortive end to any hope for the future. More Black pregnancies amongst the black population were terminated voluntarily than were brought to term producing a baby. This results in only one truth going forward; there will be a reduction in the number of individuals and a slow death in any culture where there is not growth. This has been the case in all of the formerly Judeo-Christian areas which have adopted multi-culturalism and try so hard to believe that all cultures are equal and no one culture has a right to succeed or triumph over other cultures. The demographics are telling another story.

 

When multiculturalism takes hold in a society it replaces the society as there is no longer any reason to procreate in order to continue the indigenous culture as there is none, there is a void where the indigenous peoples claim that there is equality of all cultures and that all cultures are welcome and given equal acceptance and allowances. This is a noble but really ignorant idea. All Europe need do is look to its own past, and not all that far back into its past, and see that there was a culture under the Nazis which needed eradication before its evil, and back then the people believed in evil as they saw its grim face every day, before its evil snuffed out the light of hope and freedom in Europe and potentially the world. Looking back a little further and one could see what happens when a belligerent and proselytizing culture meets one which is either passive or simply not as advanced militarily in the spread of Christianity throughout the Americas by the Spanish, Dutch, British, French, Portuguese and other Europeans. Oddly enough, it was as a result of the death of the colonization that was the initial result of the loss of purpose and the cultural stagnation of Western civilizations. No longer was there a belief in a higher and greater meaning to life, life just was and the aim of life was to gather as many pleasures as one could as well as the best and largest collection of toys, you know, Mercedes, Porches, Lamborghinis, Bang and Olufsen stereos and flat screen monster TVs. There is one very important item which does not make the list in a society where there is no defining culture, children. There is a reason children do not make the list of essentials in such a hedonistic society, children are hard work and a kind of work that does not produce great amounts of fun, at least not from the perspective where the real ethos of your society is to party till the wheels fall off. Well, in Europe and Western civilization itself the wheels have come off and your culture will not continue into the future because you refuse to procreate and instead choose birth control or abortive procedure; they are not murdering a fetus, they are abortive procedures, that sounds so clinically inoffensive making it acceptable.

 

 

Culture War New Normal versus Old Normal Future determined by Tradition or Radical Change

 

 

The result of this New Age cultural malaise, whose number one symptom is the death of that society and the end of all it holds as dear. This New Age culture claims that all cultures are equal and in this advanced age must all be as accepting as are the Europeans and other Western cultures which have reached this ultimate point. The problem is the lack of desire to press forward and produce the next generation of New Age culturalists leaves a growing void which requires that the society import replacements in place of producing offspring. The problem with offspring is that they require a lot of our time which could be spent seeking pleasures and collecting toys which enhance our never ending party. Children also require standards, an antiquated concept which we have done away with in our New Age society. We are so advanced and all that because we have discarded Judeo-Christian ideals for pleasure pots. I know; it seemed like a good idea at the time. Well, the price of such is coming due and it is coming due very rapidly. You see, it really does matter what your culture is because if it is not worthy of imparting to your children, then there is no need for children and your culture is doomed. Well Europe, Western way of life, meet your replacement. Europe will inherit Islam and the United States the question remains unanswered at this time but it may be that the United States will import Christianity, or even more specific, Catholicism. Time will tell and it will not take long to do so. Meanwhile, what is in the future for Europe?

 

Well, initially the demographics do not favor Europe going forward. This new culture Europe is taking in has two distinct drawbacks, first is they are untrained which means more of them will be required to meet production quotas, and second they bring a primitive tribalism which is contemptuous of all other cultures including your beloved multiculturalism where all cultures are equal. You see; the main problem with multiculturalism and the concept that all cultures are equal only works when everybody accepts that critical thought which is the central core of your society. When all cultures are created equal and no one culture deserves to be dominant over others meets a tribal people who believe that their culture must be dominant, well, take a guess whose culture comes out the future. Yep, you guessed it; their tribal and domination culture will simply gobble up your multicultural accepting culture, and eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

 

There is one thing else that Europeans have mastered over the past few thousand years; Europe has mastered dealing in death. When pushed to the wall Europeans regress to a more primeval attitude which can be basically defined as it is an us or them and we choose us over them attitude. Once this attitude starts to spread as more and more Europeans come face-to-face with an Islam that demands that all bow with them or else, Europeans in numbers will choose else and therein lies the problem. You see, the Europeans will reach a point where somebody will start taking over political powers which will leave them in charge of the laws and their enforcement. This will result in the implementation of Sharia and that is where the conflict arises. Sharia does not permit certain items as drinking, dancing, the cinema, plays, European culture as a whole, and this will be brought down like a ton of bricks. This will be a principle being snapped by the immigrants which have been working to reach numbers to implement this end and this will be their declaration that not all cultures are equal and that theirs is vastly superior to yours and that is final. That is when a rebirth of a previous European culture will also come into play, the European culture of ‘you wouldn’t like to bet on that now, would you?’ And of course they will be all ready to discuss that just as the Europeans will be ready to destroy that which is messing with his calm, his peaceable contemplation on is there a Higgs Field and do poppies grow in a Higgs Field, and if not, why?

 

 

 

This will turn real ugly, real fast and the fur will fly. The immigrants who believed that this European all acceptance policy would mean they could walk in and make it now that all cultures are created equal but Islam developed into a superior culture. They will then double down when challenged with the, ‘What the H-E- double-hockey sticks do you mean we have to suffer you a position culturally superior and we need to bend to your culture? What part of equal did you misunderstand?’ Equal means that as long as you do not upset our apple cart we will get along real good and the minute that changes, so does all cultures are equal and we choose ours and so will you. After this the gloves come off and it is every culture for itself. Our prediction sticks with the Europeans as they can bring a whole load of culture to the fight. The truth will finally have awakened the Europeans to the necessity to procreate in order to continue to have an acceptive all-inclusive culture otherwise you will eventually import those who are willing to spill blood to impose their culture over your all-inclusiveness. That is the problem; when an all-inclusive society meets another which believes itself to be stronger because of their aura of cultural strength meaning they can force their beliefs upon what they view as the weaker societal structure, they are likely to find a sudden and completely different societal willingness to use whatever it takes to continue to be that all-inclusive society, even at the cost of destroying any society refusing to play by the rules.

 

Fortunately for the Europeans, they have not lost their core principled people who actually have society based on equality and have the spine to enforce such a societal structure. The really good things about Europeans is often they do not take themselves all that serious much of the time but that does not extend to others making fun of the European ability to go forth and completely obliterate any society which disturbs their so equal and tranquil society. This do what it takes had in the past often required American might in order to continue their all-inclusiveness, and they will fight to make all equal or else. Perhaps these rules should have been explained at the outset as they are apparently not as understandable by simple observations as first thought. Maybe a sign on some form declaring that the immigrant accepts and understands that all are equal means exactly that and it will not be tolerated that proselytizing or pretenses of superiority will be dealt with forthwith. Where such is not likely to produce any difference, at least then they could not claim they had not known or realized that the Europeans will fight and fight quite hard to continue to believe in nothing. Well, not exactly nothing, they believe in science cosmology and physicists who claim they can prove that the universe was not created by Hashem because before the big bang there was nothing and that is what Stephen Hawking had told them on the Discovery Channel and that ends the discussion, period. Stephen Hawking also believes in the rightfulness of the anti-Zionist, anti-Semitic and anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement which just goes to show you how when you believe in nothing (Hashem or another supreme being) then you will fall for anything.
