The Forgotten Front in Terror War

The forgotten front in the terror war would mean to eradicate yet another group claiming ties to the Islamic State, the same entity of which President Trump promised to rid the world. Of course President Trump meant and everyone understood that this meant from Iraq and Syria, there one so-called rebirth of the Caliphate. He did not mean to also eradicate the Islamic State everywhere some group claimed to be part of the Islamic State. That means the presumed rebirth of the branch originally started by al-Baghdadi in the Sinai Peninsula, let alone the forgotten front which spread across much of Africa in what is termed the Transition Zone. The most likely area which the Islamic State claims to be operating from has shifted to the Sinai Peninsula between Egypt and Israel (see map below). The Islamic State operates at times with the assistance of the Hamas terror rulers of the Gaza who are capable of arming and training members of the Islamic State as Hamas operates in the Sinai Peninsula in order to broaden their border for attacking Israel. Hamas has also cooperated with the Islamic State a few months back in launching rockets into the Israel southern port city of Eilat at the southernmost tip of Israel. Thusfar, the Islamic State has not taken any direct credit for attacks on Israel always allowing Hamas to claim credit. It was the Islamic State which took credit for the planning of an explosive device which downed a Russian air carrier’s Jet this past summer. The flight originated in Sharm el-Sheik and was destined to return to Russia when it crashed into the Sinai Peninsula after the bomb was detonated. The most recent development was Egypt granting Israel permission to overfly the Sinai Peninsula to make airstrikes on the Islamic State. The fact that Egypt sought Israeli assistance in their fight with the Islamic State has not as of yet shown any actual warming of relations, but this was still a step towards perhaps some form of détente which could only benefit relations between these neighboring countries. This may have been something which we will eventually be informed that the hands of President Trump had some amount of massaging. It is very possible that Egypt sought the assistance of the United States and President Trump advised Egyptian President Sisi that he had a very capable neighbor who could assist at a similar level of capabilities as could the United States and perhaps he might seek Israeli assistance and give Prime Minister Netanyahu a call. President Trump has implied heavily that he would prefer for the problems in the Middle East be addressed and solved by the nations of the Middle East. He probably talked with the leaders of the MENA area and likely told them that they need to cooperate more with Israel even if such cooperation were not done openly initially. President Trump has made it clear he desires the Sunni Arab States normalize relations with Israel as a leading step in solving many of the area’s difficulties. Cooperation between Egypt and Israel against the Islamic State and Hamas as well as the other terrorist entitles operating in the Sinai Peninsula and Gaza, as these are a threat to both nations’ stability, and at least their peace of mind. This cooperation in conducting air strikes could be the first step.

Sinai Peninsula

Sinai Peninsula

Islamic State in the Sinai Peninsula and Hamas in Gaza are not the forgotten front in the war against the Islamic State. Perhaps it has slipped everyone’s mind that Boko Haram pledged their loyalty to the Islamic State when it was known as ISIS believing them to be the rising star of Islamic superiority. Despite their failure in Iraq and Syria, Boko Haram has continued to operate spreading terror across Nigeria and many of the neighboring nations including Niger, Chad, Burkina Faso, Benin, Togo, Ghana and beyond (see map below). Some of the reason the world has not intervened more is these nations are just as suspicious of European and American assistance as they are threatened by Boko Haram part of the Islamic State. These nations are very aware of their recent history in the past with European colonialism and fear inviting any return of the Europeans as they fear that doing so would give these nations the opportunity to interfere with more than the assist with the terrorists and they know that already the European industry, and to a lesser extent the Americans as well, grabbing up much of the African raw material wealth such as iron and other ores, coal, oil, lumber and other even more rare and precious materials such as diamonds and other gems and the rare metals such as gold, platinum and silver. These nations though still developing are aware that they will have just as much if not greater need of these raw materials and thus cannot just allow Europe to mine them dry. These suspicions are well founded but also ignore a greater threat, resurgent Islam.

What much of the world has chosen to ignore or may actually be blind and unaware that the one of the greatest colonialist empires of all history second in size only to the Mongol Empire at its height is the Arab-Islamic Empire which reaches from the Atlantic coast of Africa to the Philippine Island of Mindanao in the Pacific. As we have covered repeatedly, the Arab-Islamic conquest came out from the Arabian Peninsula and spread rapidly as the other empires were all in their declining years and collapsing thus leaving a great area of weakness. The Arabs first spread across the entirety of the Arabian Peninsula where they cleansed these lands of its large and prosperous Jewish and Christian merchants, traders, caravan drivers and tradesmen through conversion, exile or death and gave the idolaters the choice of conversion or death thus the vast majority converted, at least outwardly. The next expansion of the Caliphate conquered the last vestiges of the Persian Empire, the Levant which included the Israelite homelands which had the main body of Jewish populations and much of the Hebrew heritage including the permanent capital of the Hebrews, the Jews, Jerusalem plus the center of the religious history in such areas as Hevron, Tiberius, Caesarea, Nazareth, Shechem, Bethlehem, Jericho and Beersheva. This expansion also pushed back the Byzantine Empire to the walls of Constantinople as well as taking Egypt and along the southern Mediterranean Coast. The final expansion reached the outskirts of Tours where The Hammer Martel defeated the Islamic forces ending that advance and the Islamic advanced into India where that conquest dragged to a halt.

Islam had been adopted though altered slightly when taking root in the southern Philippines and in Indonesia and other areas in the Far East. The further expansion of Islam was performed under the rule of the Ottoman Empire which, though greatly contracted, lasted until World War I where they joined Germany and the Austria-Hungarian Empire which lost to the Allied Powers of Britain, France, Italy, Japan and near the end, the United States. This led to the Sykes Picot Agreement, the Mandate System which allowed for the formation of the Jewish Homelands, and the dividing of the rest of the MENA nations by the European powers. The European colonial rule lasted less than a century making it all but irrelevant when compared to the Arab-Islamic and Ottoman-Islamic rule which lasted from approximately 650 until the end of World War I in 1915, which is more than a twelve-hundred-fifty years Islamic rule. Additionally, since the European powers left and even under their rule, the area remained under the influence of Islamic faith. The Islamic ruled world still reaches from the Atlantic Ocean to the Philippine Islands (see map below). Islam is still expanding with some claiming it is in another period of conquest and the main area they claim is under siege is Europe as the Syrian and other refugees pour into Europe arriving by boat and land as they make their way from North Africa, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan and as far as Eritrea and Somalia. What will be the end result of the Islamic advances into Europe is something which will require watching, but still we need speak of the forgotten terror war and Islamic State.

The Islamic State branch called Boko Haram is a threat to the larger western parts of the African Transition Zone (see map below) and has been active for the past three decades if not longer. The war of terror is waged between the northern area under Islam attempting to spread southward and convert or replace the Christians and Animists residing along this belt. France was involved assisting areas which were once French colonies and still have a sizeable French population. The United States has provided Special Forces to assist with training and tactics in Niger and Nigeria. The United States worked largely with the African Army, a group made up of forces from numerous central and southern African nations. These troops are a fine example of nations uniting for their mutual defense and that is the greatest example of mutual assistance we can see today. The problem is that Islam utilizes a tactic which makes defense expensive and eventually Islam will expand until the world either surrenders to Islam or unites to stop their encroachment. Part of the reason for this is the belief that once land has been touched by Islam, then it becomes Islamic permanently and must never be permitted to fall into the hands of others to rule. This is part of what is behind the Islamic refusal to recognize Israel and allow the Jews their ancestral homelands and why in many Islamic texts and maps that Spain is referred to as Andalusia and is claimed to be an Islamic country. The ruler in Spain since 1692 and the reconquest of Spain by King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella who also implemented the Spanish Inquisition to cleanse Spain and return it to Catholicism. Still Islam claims that one day Spain will return to their rule.

The Boko Haram kidnapping of young women and turning them into sex slaves or forced marriages and forced conversion is something which should enrage every free person of the world. The idea that just because this is happening in Africa thus that makes it of less importance is as nefarious an idea as we can find. The people under this threat deserve the complete and total assistance just as much as anywhere else on the planet. The way we treat the least amongst us is how we are to be judged. The spread of Islam is occurring on at least four continents if not across the entirety of the globe at some stage. Central Africa in this Transition Zone is one of the major regions under assault; Europe is another with the influx of Islamic refugees who are surprisingly largely male adults of military age without women or children. The intent is probably to marry and then convert women which will permit the children to be Muslim and prevents these women from marrying a Christian or human secularist and having non-Muslim children. There has also been a definitive increase in violent terrorism largely of Islamic origins. Islam is also pressing into Central Asia though this is a far quitter front. Lastly, Islam is working to make inroads into the United States through the public education systems, the colleges and through the politics as they infiltrate the power structures of the Democrat Party largely and attempting some infiltration of the Republicans as well. So that means that Islam is working to some extent in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and has a large area of control in South America in the Tri-Border Area (see below). About all that leaves are the Island continent of Australia and Antarctica free of Islamic pressures, for now.

One can only wonder what it is going to take for the world to fully realize that it is under assault and has been since 622 when Islam first set out to conquer the world. Then the world was smaller but the more they conquered, the larger the quest became as more and more of the world was revealed. Islam will never stop of its own volition; it will take outside pressures to make it modify its activities. Islam must conquer the world because the Quran dictates that the entirety of the population of Earth must surrender to Allah and follow his laws under Islam and there can be no other religion. That includes Atheists as a religion and secular humanists are considered idolaters and thus to be converted. There is no means around their belief in what Allah demands of them, complete surrender of their will, accept their predetermined lives and conquer the world for Allah. The rest is simple, do exactly as the Imams instruct and Allah will reward you, do not surrender to Allah, then you will be amongst the damned. The Quran claims to be the last and final world from Allah. Muhammad claimed to be the final Prophet and his revelations were to replace all which had come before replacing Christianity and Judaism with Islam and Muhammad was to be the last reformer and after him there would be nothing more. This is the premise in the Quran and it is to be accepted by all on Earth or they are to be put to the sword. One can have no other faith but Islam as long as Islam continues on its current definitions and the rule of Abrogation which places the violent teaching of Medina as the preeminent teaching and the teachings of Mecca which run counter are abrogated and nullified. That means the peaceful parts of the Quran have been replaced. The difficulty is the Quran is arranged for memorization with the shortest verses in the front and the longest verses at the end. It is not in chronological order or any other arrangement which makes sense other than for memorization starting in one’s youth. This is why the words of the Imam in their teaching are so important, change what they teach and Islam is altered. That is the challenge for Islam, the challenge for the remainder of the world is to force such an alteration in their Imams teaching or otherwise force Islam to live peaceably with the rest of the world’s religions.

Of Science, Christianity, Jews, War, Demography and Islam

We can cover the initial item, the war against the Jewish People, with a simple recognition of historical fact which has become so well known and uncontestable, as stated in the Passover Haggadah, “In every generation one rises up against us.” That simple sentence states the minimal condition where there is one person who will rise up and call for our murders. The unstated and unfortunate reality is that one is often a political leader, a leader of a nation, or the dictator of an empire who is the one rising to destroy us. The list is filled with illustrious names of their eras with names such as Pharos Ramses I and Pharos Ramses II, Haman, Nebuchadnezzar, King Ahasuerus, Tsar Nicholas II, Ottoman rulers Sultan Mehmed I, Mehmed II, Suleiman I, Mustafa I, Murad IV, Suleiman II, Mahmud I, Abdülhamid I, Mehmed V, Musa Çelebi and the remainder of the Ottoman leadership throughout the ranks all used the Jews to fund their positions. This continued from invader to invader and foreign rulers and dispersion sent Jews throughout the Roman and later the Ottoman Empires and beyond to every corner of the globe driven most often through the necessity to flee pogroms, rioting or genocidal efforts to destroy the small minority of Jews within almost every border.

Probably the least obvious but greatest surprise was the reaction by the Japanese High Command when visiting Nazi SS officers demanded that the Japanese release their Jews and send them to the German death camps. The Japanese flatly refused the German demands threatening to turn against Germany should these demands persist. The Nazi officers left empty handed and with much challenged authority after having their wings clipped. The Palestinians and their Arab and Iranian backers are the most evident threat to Jews with many others in the background ready to launch into the picture. Anti-Semitism has returned across much of the globe including Europe, Russia, the Arab World and even to include the United States and the rest of the Developed World. The new anti-Semitism includes two new forms, anti-Israelism and anti-Zionism. The sad part is that many far left Jews are what are referred to as Post-Zionists who no longer believe in a Jewish nation and instead call for a joint nation allowing all the Arabs claiming to have been dispossessed to return with full rights. The small problem is that under their solutions, hundreds of thousands of Arabs claiming refugee status would take advantage of the opportunity to move to the area and live in an area where the economy functions. These Arabs would far outnumber the Jews who would soon find Arab rule destroying their efforts and stealing all that has been built leading to their eventual destruction. Israel would be dissolved and the Jews fleeing or dead should such a plan ever be enacted. The problem is the leftist parties already within the Israeli governance who are willing to do whatever it takes to get into power and enact just such a dream under the idea of solving the problems. There are two ways of solving problems, allow the problem to win or to continue the limited immigration rather than opening the floodgates and surrendering to the coming destruction of all which has been built.

All right, so the Jews have been persecuted in both the Muslim and Christian worlds nearly constantly and before by the major idolatrous powers for close to four thousand years should one include the exile in Egypt which was where distrust of the Jews, known then as the Hebrews, first began and has continued unabated ever since. But the Christians have controlled almost half of the world for the past eighteen centuries, how are they now included as persecuted? That is an easy one to answer, there was the remainder of the world which they did not control and sometimes they suffered from Christian upon Christian violence such as the War of the Roses. the Hundred Years’ War, Second Hundred Years’ War (the first lasted 116 years and the second lasted 126 years), the Eighty Years’ War and the entirety of the Catholic-Protestant wars including the Thirty Years’ War and more all of which were ended by the treaties named the Peace of Münster and the Peace of Westphalia. Another war which has taken many forms and been fought on many fronts have been the wars between the ever expanding Islamic forces against Christendom which started as early as 622 AD or 625 AD (see map below) depending on the source, but all sources would agree that Christianity was being conquered by Islam and was well underway by 650 AD (see map below). This war is still being fought today, at least by Islam even if not by Christendom.

Islamic Conquests Under the Caliphs

Christianity has been facing an even more insidious encroachment which has been eating at it from within. This has been the modernization and the growing Secular Humanism belief where there is no longer any reason to believe in a Supreme Being as technology and science have described most of what was originally attributed to the gods or to a Supreme Being. The rest of the reasoning for Secular Humanism claims that humans can act honestly and ethically without any expectations of rewards or punishments from any higher source. The only need is to rely on ourselves, our better inclinations, the laws we write, and the communal expectations and limits which are mutually agreed upon to prevent actions which would be deemed undesirable. Should we have any problems, those can be resolved through government actions and laws which will become the new guides as to how we live our lives. The new guardians of our humanity will be the new anointed ones in long robes, the judiciary, which will act by the cold application of the laws. This revolution has all but stripped the heart out of Christian Europe leaving it without the steadying guidance of a traditional set of moral truths which have been replaced by what one would expect of any faith where mankind is the highest moral judge, hedonism. This hedonistic value system which places the personal freedom and pleasures above any other expectation has led to a precipitous drop in the reproductive rate leaving Europe, including Russia, with a steadily declining population which has an ever increasing average age as in many instances the reproductive rate has fallen to 1.5 births per woman or even lower. Some examples include Moldova and Portugal with 1.2 births per woman; Bosnia-Herzegovina, Greece, Poland and Spain at 1.3 births per woman; Cyprus, Hungary, Italy, Malta and Slovakia at 1.4 births per woman; Austria, Bulgaria, Channel Islands, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Germany, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Switzerland and the Ukraine at 1.5 births per woman. The replacement rate in the developed world is 2.1 births per woman with it reaching as high as 3.4 births per woman in some developing countries with higher infant mortality rates and with the global average being 2.33 births per woman. Modernity and the related influences have also had an effect upon the Islamic world or, as some have theorized, the conditions have grown unbearable to the point that people no longer desire to bring children into this world in these countries which does not explain why their birth rates were so much higher ten, twenty, thirty and fifty years ago. The evidence is the introduction of electricity, television, modern comforts and conveniences have brought the same problems to the Islamic world as it develops as it has the Christian world though in the Islamic world none dare claim they are Secular Humanists for fear of being executed. The other variable is education and literacy. These are related issues and for the majority of MENA nations, they have just started to witness changes in these areas. Below we have a graph of the literacy rates for women aged fifteen to twenty-four years of age in Oman, Iran, Algeria, Egypt and Morocco as these are the prime start of childbearing ages and increased literacy usually leads to higher grade education and even increased college admissions which raise the age of initial childbearing thus lowering the average number of births per woman in a nation.

Literacy in Oman, Iran, Algeria, Egypt and Morocco

Literacy in Oman, Iran, Algeria, Egypt and Morocco

Where this will make a difference in the future is with lower births, Islam will soon approach or possibly equal Christians in reproductive rates and thus an equilibrium will have been met. The main factor which has spurred the recent upsurge in Islamic expansion was a combination of retaining high reproductive rates while experiencing lower infant mortality rates thus leading to a rapid increase in populations which strained the economic growth, or lack thereof, across the MENA states. This was brought on with the introduction of modern medical facilities in many if not most of the major cities thus providing better prenatal and post-birth care resulting in lower infant mortality and better reproductive health for the women as well. But modernity has started to catch up in the form of education and literacy which has provided women with more information and a greater opportunity to work and find economic improvement. These are items which most often have produced dropping reproductive rates in nations worldwide. The MENA nations of the Muslim world are no different. With a more steady population returning, these nations are not going to be likely to feel any need for expansionist policies nor will they be demanding greater ability for their excess population to migrate into Europe and the rest of the developed world. Further, as their world develops they will find the need to retain their populations, especially their now educated population, and this will lessen their pressures on the rest of the world. This will lessen the pressures Islam has been pressing on the Christian world and the lines will remain drawn as they currently are with hopefully a lessening in the levels of violence experienced in these regions, particularly the African Transition Zone (see map below) where some of the greatest Islamic-Christian conflicts have occurred.

African Transition Zone

African Transition Zone

This will still leave the threats posed by the increasing Secular Humanism but there may even be a light in the darkness here as well. The last centuries have seen science remove much of the mysteries in our lives and explain away things we thought mystical removing their magic and cementing explanations. Now the scientists are really getting into the very fabric which our universe consists of and they are finding some things which are changing opinions and the argument. The first item was the realization that had any of numerous constants been different by even less than one single percentage point in relationship with all of the others, then our universe would have been very different or not have existed at all. Even had it simply been different, that would still have made lifeforms, such as ourselves, impossible, and that does put a different look to things. We are now realizing how extremely special and precious our universe actually is and that it appears in many ways to have been designed especially for life to exist. Still, even with such a design we are realizing that intelligent life, if that is what we qualify as being, may not be anywhere near as abundant and actually so special that there may only be a small number of other intelligent species in our galaxy if even one other and even so, they may not exist in our time frame. We are starting to see that we may be the only intelligent life in the Milky Way at this time and as such, we may not find other intelligent life with whom we would have anything in common. It may be that if there is another intelligent lifeform, they have colonized other star systems and are so far advanced from us that we would have nothing in common, and we would be fortunate if they even considered us intelligent. On the other hand, we may be the first and foremost intelligent lifeform and should we reach the point of colonizing other star systems, then when the next intelligent lifeform evolves, we might be so far in advance of them that we would not realize their being intelligent, though we would probably think so much of ourselves that we would posit we would be capable of realizing their intelligence. Our lack of ability to see the abilities of animals on our own planet does place this in danger.

What does any of this have to do with the threats to Christianity and Judaism or belief in a Supreme Being at all? What would be the result of science proving that there was an actual intelligent design to the universe? What happens when science postulates the existence of a Supreme Being which came before and may very well exist currently and will continue existing even after our universe dies? Does that definition sound familiar to anybody? Should science, or a fair number of scientists which has already begun, start to make an argument, then religion, Judaism and Christianity would find their beliefs becoming more aligned with science, actually, it would be science becoming aligned with them, and this could benefit both sides of that equation. There will always be those areas of doubt where science has yet to assign numbers and equations and is still somewhat fuzzy on what is occurring, but we are not referring to using lack of knowledge as the reasoning for Supreme Being. What we are referencing is that science will have found formulations and such proofs and items which point to there being a necessity for an ordering intelligence to the universe and that this creates the need in science for a Supreme Being. Professor Einstein believed in the existence of an ordering logic behind the universe and was a believer in Hashem. His belief may not have fit with your average Rabbi, Priest, Minister or Cleric, but at least he saw a necessary place for such belief. We know that Physicist Stephen Hawking is a doubter who does not believe or find any need for a Supreme Being. But what can you expect for a person who also lends his name to the BDS Israel campaign, which is an attempt to economically cripple the Jewish State. Guess one could say that Stephen Hawking and the Supreme Being are not in agreement, and we know on which side with which we prefer to reside. But, science is growing closer to religion and religion has learned from their mistakes and has left room for science, being assured in their belief that the proof is out there. Christianity can take faith from the fact that the Jews remain a force in the world that there is hope for them to have similar lasting power providing they remain open to ideas and willing to meet facts with reasonable skepticism and sufficient confidence to admit when perhaps they had made an error in their previous position. We can only hope that the world of science can be equally acceptive and honest.

Perhaps the Time is Here to Identify All of Islamic State

President Trump has claimed that the Islamic State has been defeated simply because they have been successfully pushed from Syria and Iraq. Pushing something to relocate to a different hot-spot is not eliminating it. To eliminate the Islamic State, President Trump is going to have to go to places he prefers to ignore or it will come back to bite him in the future. The Islamic State is exactly what one might think about their losses in Syria and Iraq, madder than all get up, we thought better than saying the wording which first came to mind. But they have not been defeated and just like other terror groups which were claimed to be defeated but simply relocated, Islamic State is still a viable threat. The bad news for President Trump is that the Islamic State he claims to have defeated has relocated many of their resources and leading people to the Sinai Peninsula where they are a threat to the Egyptian government as well as to Israel. The good news for Israel is that having the Islamic State in the Sinai threatening Egypt has caused Egypt to close their border with Gaza making arming Hamas more difficult for those wishing to press that front against Israel. Egyptian President Sisi would be wise to ask President Trump to aid Egypt in ridding the Sinai of the Islamic State menace along with numerous other criminal and terrorist entities.

But we want to talk about the forgotten from which belongs to the Islamic State but has been conveniently dismissed as unimportant by the developed world including President Trump. The loss of four Americans in Niger, four Green Berets Special Forces, in an ambush by Islamist terrorists, Boko Haram terrorists, is sad and some have asked why United States forces are in Niger. We ask the opposite question posing why there are but eight-hundred troops stationed there largely as advisors and training officers. All told, six-thousand United States military personnel are deployed in Africa where the majority works on construction projects and in supporting the aerial drone surveillance operations. Why is there not a more substantial support in Niger as the United States had in Syria and Iraq against Islamic State? Perhaps we need refresh memories with two small items. First, Boko Haram swore their allegiance to Islamic State over two year ago in early 2015. President Trump promised to defeat the Islamic State wherever they existed and did not claim only in Syria and Iraq. But maybe President Trump meant he only wanted to destroy the Islamic State where the media was covering the fight as he wished for glory, not results. Islamic State terror must be fought wherever it takes root and everywhere it takes root or that weed has not been pulled. Islamic State is Boko Haram and Boko Haram is Islamic State, the two are wed in ideology and their desire to take their destructive ideology and spread it over the entirety of our planet. This is the reason that they must be eradicated from every corner they have infested, and that includes across the entirety of the continent of Africa.

African Transition Zone

African Transition Zone

To make things easier for President Trump, please allow us to present the above map of the region known as the African Transition Zone where Africa is divided between the areas controlled by Islam and the Christian, Animist and other religious beliefs. North of the zone is Islamic and south is not and the terrorists operating along the entire region intend to push the dotted boundary of Islam ever southward until stopped. Maybe Africa does not have the attention of the Middle East, but it is no less important in this battle for world dominance between Islam and everybody else. This is not the great battle between Communism and Democratic freedom, this is the great battle between Islam and freedom of religion or even freedom from religion if you happen to be a post-modernist European leftist who believes that religion is the opiate of the masses. Trust that Islam will devour your socialist religion free society and force everyone to bow to Allah just as fast as they would a Christian, Buddhist, Hindu, Shinto or other religious nations. The Islamists do not care what religion or lack of religion you worship or refuse to worship, they only care that you do not believe the religion that they hold to and they are willing to kill everybody who refuses to follow Islam if that is what it takes to make the world follow Islam and only Islam. Don’t even think for a moment that you have nothing to fear about the message Islam presents just because you are an Atheist, because the reality is you have the most to fear as they consider Atheists to be idolaters. And yes the continent of Africa is worth saving just as Europe is worth fighting to keep free, Asia is worth retaining as free, and the Americas are worth fighting to keep free and Israel is worth defending despite or because it is in the center of the maelstrom. The fight against Islam, or at least to reform Islam, is the most imperative and important struggle the world faces and the entire world faces this whether they wish to admit such or not.

Currently there are forces who believe they can bait the tiger and come away unscathed because the tiger is devouring others. This is foolish thinking and will only serve to allow the tiger to feast unmolested for so long. Eventually the tiger will desire feasting on something new and that might be when the tiger turns on those befriending it today, as that is what tigers do, they eat by preying on others. Perhaps the tiger is not the best animal to use in the analogy for Islam. Islam is more like locusts or army ants devouring everything in their path and when they finish one area then continue on to the next area. Then, from time to time they cease, and appear to go into hibernation until the wind picks up in just the right direction or the urge to move the next strikes and they fly or march on to new grazing grounds and eat everything in their path along the way. They marched across the Middle East into India and across Northern Africa and into eastern and western Europe between 622A.D. and 750A.D. (see map below) before resting. They then resumed their expansion as the Ottoman Empire before being pushed back and then presumably defeated during World War I. This was a very temporary defeat as we are witnessing today.

Expansion of Islam Across MENA and into Europe before Ottoman Rule

Expansion of Islam Across MENA and into Europe before Ottoman Rule

The victors in World War I colonized the areas where the Arabs and Muslims had conquered with the exception of Iran, Turkey, Albania and a few other places. The only places where Islam has been pushed from largely are Spain (Andalusia) and India though Muslims still live in both nations. Israel is the other place where Islam lost their control but that has been fraught with continuous attempts to rectify the situation; one might say, with the Israelis proving quite a bit stubborn about holding on to their lands, something they had been thousands of years prior as well. Islam slept for close to a thousand years and is once again waking and becoming resurgent. Should this be permitted to continue without some modifications allowing other religions and even no religion to coexist with Islam, then people had best ready their prayer rugs and be prepared to pray facing Mecca five times every day. There currently is no compromise once Islam takes control of an area. There are records of places where Islam permitted non-Muslims to reside as Dhimmi, a form of second-class personage, for as long as they served Islam and remembered their inferiority. Even with good behavior, eventually the Muslims reach a point where they demand everyone convert to Islam or be put to the sword, or of late a knife. This is a reality which the entire world could face should the non-Islamic powers not wake and realize the peril they are actually facing. History is a brutal teacher but as in the West history is not a subject much studied any longer, perhaps those who have studied history might refresh everybody’s memory and grab a few leaders’ attentions. For our American friends, allow us to give them two wars they might wish to study, the First and Second Barbary Wars. The Barbary Pirates were Islamic terrorists of their day and that is the most revealing way to describe them. You see, the United States has been fighting Islamic terrorism since day one. That is a truth and the American people would be well advised to realize what they are facing before it becomes too late.
