Omar and the Dithering Delegates of the House

 

The recent dithering by the Democrats in the House of Representatives over the overt anti-Semitism spouting almost incessantly from the mouth of Ilhan Omar, Representative from Minnesota’s 5th congressional district, as well as pouring from her fingertips onto Twitter and heaven knows where else was nothing short of disgusting. Their claim that they would denounce such unequivocally turned into a gigantic lie. The resulting statement was a pathetic denunciation of all forms of racism thus taking her statements of anti-Semitism as just a small matter and as such could be swept under the carpet with their great rebuke of all forms of hate as a generic bromide. The weak attempt at an apology rankled Congressman Lee Zeldin, Republican from New York first district, ranking member of the House Foreign Affairs Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations, co-chair of the House Republican Israel Caucus, who rose to give a scathing explanation as to why he was forced to vote against their poor excuse of denouncing the invectives against Jews and Israel by Ms. Omar (video below). The resolution was so watered down that it did not even bother to mention Representative Ilhan Omar while many Democrats went to the mat making reasons and excuses for her diatribes and epithets against one people and a single nation in the most derogatory and hurtful means possible. Her comments have been lauded by David Duke with his claiming that Ms. Omar is one of “the most important members” of Congress. Were she a Republican member of Congress, the knives and pitchforks would have been out with the tar brought to an uncomfortably hot temperature and the feathers ready with a car on the rails to send them out of town and off of any position they held. Instead, the Democrats equivocated, hemmed and hawed with the result that Ilhan Omar retains her position on one of the most coveted committees in the Congress, the House Foreign Affairs Committee. That is probably the deepest cut of them all.

 

 

 

 

Leaving her on a committee where the foreign policies of the United States are discussed and either approved or rejected with her hatred against a solid and faithful American ally is revolting. But this is not the worst of things. The Foreign Affairs Committee is often briefed by elite and high ranking members of the military and others from intelligence agencies where top secret and sensitive information is revealed. Ms. Omar has shown little allegiance or love for the United States and there have been mention that she may have had connections with groups diametrically opposed to the foreign allegiances of the United States. Her past made her appointment to this committee as a freshman congressperson questionable from the start. With her actions and statements since, her remaining on this committee is simply an abomination as well as a risk to the security of the nation. Ms. Pelosi’s explanations that Ms. Omar does not understand the implications of her statements and the other excuses put forward claiming her ignorance or coming from a different culture would be better made arguments for her removal from the Foreign Affairs Committee than means of pardoning her spewed hatreds. The weakness and complete lack of proper leadership only goes to reveal that Ms. Pelosi no longer, if she ever did, has the spinal fortitude to be Speaker of the House and is no longer up to making the leadership decisions as well as being too weak to stand behind what necessarily needs to be done to retain the proper respect of the rest of the House of Representatives. As Speaker, Ms. Pelosi is not just the person who leads the Democrats, that would be the next in line, the whip, but she is supposed to be the leader of the entire House of Representatives and as such, she has left that position sorely lacking. As far as we can tell, Representative Lee Zeldin was extremely gentle and kind in his remarks which could have been for more pointed and accusarial. What is telling is that not a single Democrat found anything questionable about the equivocation presented as a rebuke for Ms. Omar’s slights and downright slurs against Jews and Israel. Leaving her on the Foreign Affairs Committee is simply adding insult to injury.

But the problem with the Democrats and their relationships with Jews and Israel go far deeper than simply the outspoken and obvious anti-Semitism of Ilhan Omar, and that was what came to the fore with the lack of proper censuring of Ms. Omar. We must also add the fact that Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) sent a fundraising email recently suggesting that AIPAC was coming after her and that the U.S.-Israeli relationship should be severed. This paranoia that the “Jews” are coming after her with animosity and abuse of their power is simply alluding to another anti-Semitic trope claiming the Jews have inordinate power over the government. The fundraising e-mail stated, “It’s official — AIPAC is coming after Alexandria, Ilhan, and Rashida. Rashida, Ilhan, and Alexandria have times dated to questions out foreign policy, and the influence of money in our political system. And now, lobbying groups across the board are working to punish them.” It then went on to ask for funding to “keep up the fight against lobbying and special interests of all forms in Washington.” One would beg to ask why was the only singled out lobby the one which is most closely allied with Israel and Jewish causes and none of the others were mentioned. There was no mention of the lobbying by Saudi Arabia which outspends AIPAC almost, if not more, than ten to one. Perhaps that is acceptable and supporting only Israel is the evil which must be fought. We chose Saudi Arabia as they are the most obvious lobbying force in Washington but we could have chosen any number of other nations even to include the European Union, Britain, Mexico, Canada or any of a host of other lobbyists. There are also the NRA, Exxon Mobil, AARP and a whole slew of companies and specific interest groups with a list of the top fifty which AIPAC is most obvious by their absence. I guess Ms. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has her work cut out for her if she is interested in ridding Washington on moneyed interest and desires reaching all the way down on the list to wherever it is that AIPAC is found in order to protect herself, Ilhan, and Rashida from the clutch of the Jewish claws of AIPAC. And just to make this short and all-inclusive, remember one vital thing history teaches and oft repeated by the former Chief Rabbi of Britain, Lord Rabbi Jonathan Sacks would state, “We have learned that the hate that begins with Jews never ends with Jews.” For this reason alone, the people of the United States need to wake up and rout out the anti-Semitism in their midst before it has sufficient time to metastasize permeating throughout the society because anti-Semitism has a way of becoming something viral, to use familiar language, and once it does, it is near impossible to stop as its speed outpaces any efforts to restrain it and the spillover always takes many other innocents with it. This disease must be curbed before it has an opportunity to break past any ability to prevent the spread of the contagion. Take that as a warning of the fate which waits should America fail to fight this while it can be fought and before it takes over the power of the government. Already there is a blatant and hateful anti-Semite on one of the most sensitive and important committees of the House of Representatives, how much more of a warning is necessary?

AIPAC Suffers Disoriented Moments

 

Perhaps it was a case of mass dementia or some fast spreading contagion caused derangement. We are unsure what caused so many speakers of repute including Avi Gabbay who leads the Zionist Union and is the Labor Party candidate for Prime Minister who expects to replace Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu. Of course, this is immediately after he is forced to resign over some cigars and champagne which he received as gifts from dinner guests who passed up giving him a nice set of matching glass crystal ashtrays. Then there was newly appointed American Israel Public Affairs Committee CEO Howard Kohr in his coming out appearance he agrees with Gabbay that for peace to be found for Israel, it will require granting the Arabs a new state (see video below) peopled by the citizens of the Palestinian Authority (PA), the fun group who reward terrorists commensurate on the number of Israelis they are able to murder and this payment continues for life. These men honestly believe that rewarding the group of people who pay terrorists for murdering Israelis, try and overthrow governments in almost every nation they find themselves, backed Saddam Hussein in his takeover of Kuwait, invented hijacking aircraft and holding the passengers hostage, invented suicide bombing and invented nearly every single terrorist act which are not spreading to the remainder of the world with their own nations overlooking Tel Aviv and the heart of Israel by using the Green Line* as the border and splitting Jerusalem in half once more. They believe that the United Nations would be able to control the holy spaces which would be within this newly created Arab nation and thus permit universal visitation. Such a nation would be able to look westward from the Judean highlands overlooking the nine mile wide (see map below) waist of Israel seeing downtown Tel Aviv and beyond the Mediterranean Sea and the entirety of the heartland of Israel where three-quarters of Israeli population and economy is located as well as energy production and desalination producing needed water.

 

 

 

The PA uses as one of their plans for the eventual destruction of Israel is to do so in stages. This plan was to take the best offer they are capable of negotiating and appearing to permit peace to break out. Then, after a period of quiet, there would be a massive series of terror attacks followed by demands that if only some more of the occupied lands were ceded to them, then there would be true peace. Once Israel relents and cedes these demanded lands, another period of quiet would be sustained. This quiet would soon be broken leading to the eventual point when they would finally have attained regaining the borders lost by Jordan in the Six Day War. Well, these two men spoke of simply giving all of the lands which had been occupied by Jordan before the Six Day War in one fell swoop. This would give the Palestinian Arabs everything they had once believed would take them years of intermittent periods of quiet and intense terrorism to achieve. This would grant them that view described above of downtown Tel Aviv and direct rocket fire ability where they could adjust their targeting simply by sight. This would result in a terrifying potential scenario where there would be little if any warning to a rocket attack on central Tel Aviv with the largest of buildings in the heart of its business district completely vulnerable. For an idea of what the Arab rocketeers would be able to see from their firing positions in two pictures below depicting their ability to use such a vantage point.

As noted, this was the intent of UNSC Res 2334 which was allowed to pass by President Obama in the closing days of his second term. There are many, ourselves included, that believe this UNSC Resolution, which could have been so completely devastating to the life of Israel, was actually written with the knowledge and final approval of President Obama personally. The UNSC Res 2334 was mostly diluted by President Trump having recognized Jerusalem as the capital city of Israel and moving the American Embassy to Jerusalem, an opening ceremony of this fact scheduled for middle of the coming May of 2018. This was the best possible means of showing that there was a new reality in the Middle East with a pro-Israel administration in Washington D.C. and a very strong defender of Israel in American Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley. Unfortunately, we are also witnessing strong evidence that the Deep State retains near universal control over the State Department which has also suggested that the Two State solution is still alive and well. The State Department also claims the 1967 borders are the panacea for peace in the Middle East claiming that should such a plan be implemented, then all wars including Yemen, Syria, Libya, Nigeria and everywhere where terrorism is a problem will be resolved by the very implementing of peace between Israel and the Arabs. The one saving grace is that the PA has sold their most violent and fanatical professional terrorist that they will accept nothing less than the complete and total destruction of Israel. Settling for anything less, would result very likely in an immediate coup to overthrow the ineffective fools who would accept a peace where Israel remains as the Zionist entity.

Giving the Palestinian Arabs and their PA government their own state is rewarding seventy plus years of terrorism. It also sends the message that terrorism will be rewarded providing you never let up. It will tell Boko Haram, Islamic State, Hezballah, Iran’s IRGC and every other terrorist group in the world to simply stick to their plan until they are given everything they demand. Further, it will be seen as backing for the Quranic verses commanding the followers of Islam to commit to terror as a tactic. Quran 8:12:16 “I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them.” Quran 3:151:6 “We will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve for what they have associated with Allah of which He had not sent down [any] authority. And their refuge will be the Fire, and wretched is the residence of the wrongdoers.” Quran 33:26 “And He brought down those who supported them among the People of the Scripture from their fortresses and cast terror into their hearts [so that] a party you killed, and you took captive a party.” Quran 59:2 “It is He who expelled the ones who disbelieved among the People of the Scripture from their homes at the first gathering. You did not think they would leave, and they thought that their fortresses would protect them from Allah ; but [the decree of] Allah came upon them from where they had not expected, and He cast terror into their hearts [so] they destroyed their houses by their [own] hands and the hands of the believers. So take warning, O people of vision.” These verses from the Quran will be validated and have renewed meaning. The Islamists who believe that terror is the means by which they will conquer the weak-willed West will take this as a badge of glory and with this victory, they will act with new heart. Terrorism will be vindicated as the weapon to use against the civilized West as if it worked to destroy Israel, it will destroy the other nations just as readily.

 

As we noted in our article yesterday, Leaked “Deal of the Century” Isn’t, the PA will reject even this peace offering by the State Department. They will believe that their terrorism will soon give them all of Israel, as they will drive the Jews from these lands as they did the Byzantines, the Crusaders, and the British. They believe that like those former conquerors that the Jews have no actual attachment to these lands and that the Jews are but colonists placed here to hold the lands as long as they are able and then to flee back to their natural homes. The Arabs honestly believe that the Jews are simply members of a faith like Christians who reside wherever and everywhere with no real attachment to any lands through their religion. They believe their own propaganda that the Jews all came from Poland, Russia, France, Germany, the United States and the rest of Europe and North America. They do not even remember the Jews which were driven from the Arab lands across MENA** and that most of which ended up in Israel and these Jews make up a fair percentage of the Israeli population.

 

The Arabs will need to come to grips with a new reality which is fast approaching where the Jews are no longer welcomed in Europe. These Jews will end up half in Israel and the rest in North America. What will really bring the reality of the Jews and their ancient homelands of Israel will be after the Jews of Canada are forced to move south into the United States which will simply serve to expedite the Jews being forced from the United States. The influx of over three-hundred-fifty-thousand Jews arriving from Canada will result in bringing to an end the welcome for the Jews in the United States. It will take a while but still result in a severe rise in what has thusfar been an undercurrent of anti-Semitism. The current state of anti-Semitism in the United States is well behind that in Europe where much of it has been kept under wraps existing in the shadows and in whispers. The whispers are slowly becoming murmurs which are a step louder and closer to becoming evident within numerous areas of the culture. From there it is a much shorter step which only requires some new strain or change in reality such as one-third of a million Jews appearing on your doorstep from Canada after nearly half-million European Jews already fled to the United States. Such stress will result in steadily ramping friction with imagined slights and actual slights taken with some more invented and soon you have real problems in areas with few Jews, leading shortly to greater problems where the Jewish population is more significant. Eventually, the Jews from the United States will be heading for Israel with the only question is how many will leave comfortably on their own before they start being pressed to leave. Eventually, the remaining Jews will be fleeing leaving most of their belongings behind and there will always be those few who never catch that their welcome has worn out. Many in the United States will take offense at these estimates of what is likely in the near future, but perhaps if they were to read more of the commentary made on articles concerning Israel or the Jews generally and they might see something to alter their perception.

What Good is Bipartisanship if One Side Supports Your Demise?

 

The AIPAC convention ended last week and the eighteen-thousand plus attendees returned home hopefully more invigorated, excited and informed about Israel, the challenges facing the Jewish State and the means by which they can best support the State of Israel. Unfortunately that may not be the case. One of the goals of AIPAC over the years has been to continue to be nonpartisan leading to bipartisan support for Israel. This has worked admirably well since 1967 when the United States took an interest in pursuing an actively supportive roll with Israel yet still continued its arms embargo which had been in effect almost immediately after granting Israel recognition in May of 1948 until 1968 when, with strong support from Congress, President Lyndon Baines Johnson approved the sale of Phantom fighters to Israel, establishing the precedent for US support for Israel’s qualitative military edge over its neighbors. This has little effect though on American support for the militaries of several allied Arab nations who potentially could have been Israeli enemies in future hostilities. Since 1968 Israel had received bipartisan support with politicians from both sides of the aisle in the Congress acting and voting favorably in matters concerning Israel. There have been some individual actions which placed this support into something conditional on Israel committing herself in a manner which the United States required for their support.

The most famous came during the Yom Kippur War when President Nixon, under urging and pressure from Secretary of State Kissinger claiming that this action would force the Israelis to be more malleable and easily controlled, initially denied resupply of desperately needed armaments by the Israeli Defense Forces. When Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir called President Nixon and informed him that Israel without resupply might necessarily have to fall onto the Samson Option, a suspected but never actually defined last ditch effort if facing being overrun, expressed the desperate need that President Nixon released the needed armaments. This led to another problem as numerous European nations refused United States requests to allow the resupply planes landing and refueling rights as they also were refusing to assist Israel and were refusing to assist the United States in assisting Israel. Still, the planes did get through and Israel survived the surprise attack on Yom Kippur which almost resulted in an Israeli defeat. It need be pointed out that one Israeli defeat and there will be no Israel and the resulting toll of Jewish deaths would be unprecedented as today there are over six-million Jews living in Israel. There were rumors that another reason Nixon sent the arms was that Israel had opened the silo covers from their missiles and this was picked up by a geosynchronous spy satellite stationed over the war zone, otherwise meaning over Israel as she was attacked by Egypt and Syria with additional support by expeditionary forces from Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Cuba, and Morocco and additional air support from Libya as well as a North Korean deployed MiG-21 squadron to Bir Arida to protect Egypt’s south.

Israel continued to receive bipartisan support from the Congress and a good amount of such remains to this day. There have been times when the Republicans wavered especially during the late 1980’s and into much of the 1990’s as a response to tepid at best Jewish support for Republicans. With the rise of the Evangelical Christian support for Israel, the Republican support has returned to a robust level. The weakening support currently lies with the Democrats who have come to figure basically who are the Jews going to support as the vast majority of American Jews are liberal to far leftists. There are exceptions mostly amongst the Orthodox and religious Zionist Jews who are supportive of the Republicans. So the Democrats simply take their seventy-five plus percent support by the Jews as a given for which they actually need not support Israel and these Jews will continue to support them. This is further proven by the wavering of Leftist Jews in their support for Israel, many have actively become supporters of the Palestinians at the cost of Israel. They have come to view Israel to be a right wing governed stronghold and are against Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, Jewish Home Chairman Naftali Bennett, the Justice Minister and second chair in Jewish Home Ayelet Shaked as well as the remainder of the Likud Party, the religious parties and the Zionist parties as opposed to their preferred solution of removing all Jews from Judea and Samaria as well as much of Jerusalem and giving all this for a Palestinian Arab state and not necessarily an unarmed Arab State. They view Israel as too religious, too Jewish and Torah observant and are extremely disgruntled over Israeli insistence on recognizing Torah observant Jewishness and not accepting Reform, Reconstructionist, Alternative Orthodox and some Conservative Rabbis’ conversions because they do not meet the more stringent Israeli requirements for conversions within Israel. These Jews have decided if Israel refuses to allow American Jews to dictate policy and what government they can have, then they refuse to support these ungrateful Israeli Jews; sad but it is true.

 

This wavering by the Democrat Party in many instances not being supportive of the Israeli government and the lack of support from a large segment of Jewish Democrats, there are some who question if this bipartisanship is working. This came particularly to the fore when President Obama challenged AIPAC and demanded they choose between the Israeli position and that of the Obama Administration pushing that support for Israel could hinge on their accepting the President’s position on the solution which favored the Palestinian Arab position and placed all the onus on Israel to bend over backwards and make all the concessions receiving nothing in return. AIPAC buckled to the pressure from the White House and in the process sacrificed their Zionist beliefs placing them on the altar of political correctness and then making a fire sacrifice burning them up as the President demanded. It was a sad thing to watch and to behold what was pledged to be a pro-Israel group turns on their pledges to Israel in the name of bipartisanship as they feared losing Democrat support. One could ask is Democrat support actually necessary if it requires forsaking your guiding principles? That is where the ZOA (Zionist Organization of America) and its President, Morton A. Klein, did Israel and Zionism proud when the ZOA faced similar pressures and simply stood as Zionist and let the consequences be what they may. Sometimes this is what supporting a cause requires, stating your principles and standing by them as without a principled core, what does an organization have to show, bipartisanship without a core, that is meaningless.

AIPAC will soon face a crisis and it is rushing towards them as if it were a runaway train without any brakes or anyone in the cab. The leftists and liberals, especially those in the Democrat Party, are going to press for AIPAC to stand with them against President Trump and his Administration with their Israeli policies. This will be a do or die decision for the leadership in AIPAC. The Democrats are basically going to give them an, either you are with us or against us, proposition. This will put bipartisanship completely out of the equation as they will be facing a choice as to which side they are going to support, President Trump and Israel or the Democrat Party, its leftists who have run off with the party and the Palestinian Arabs. This will be a one or the other and as the vast majority of Jews currently are Democrats, this will be an even more difficult choice as much of their finances come from these Jews and their support for many will hinge on AIPAC’s choice. The true Zionists who still remain in the Democrat Party, likely because their Congressperson still supports Israel and they refuse to see the truth of the heart of the part having turned against Israel, will remain loyal to AIPAC no matter which way they decide. What is actually in the balance will be possibly the depth of Trump and his Administration to their pledged support for Israel. After all, if AIPAC stands against what President Trump and his people are hoping to accomplish vis-à-vis Israel, would that not point to the fact that maybe they are going about things all wrong? AIPAC represents presumably the pro-Israel position and if they are opposing your actions, well, what does that say. Additionally, what kind of signals are sent when the two presumably most pro-Israel groups stand in opposition to one another with ZOA supporting Trump and all he is attempting to accomplish while AIPAC stand in opposition. We will see what happens but there is one last warning we must present AIPAC with, this is one decision that not deciding is deciding because as far as these leftist Democrats and their Jewish compatriots, either you are actively with them or you are their enemy, there are no half measures and no bipartisan positions, you have to choose or they will choose for you. Further, even if you choose and even one of your ranking members steps out of the strict lines these people will place around you, then you will be called to answer because they will not couch any discrepancies from their approved positions. Once in, you have to be all the way in and no hedging your position or backtracking will be permitted and anyone dissenting in the slightest will, you will be demanded to reprimand and depart their company.

 

Some final thoughts on this subject as a whole and independent of any AIPAC, ZOA or other political actions type lobbying groups. The far left has made their choice. They have decided, as they historically always have, that they want an end to the Judeo-Christian ethic and what Hitler referred to as the Jew Conscience and Jew Morality which he promised to free the world from. This is why initially, before Germany declared war on the United States, people like Charles Lindbergh, William Randolph Hearst, Joseph Kennedy, John Rockefeller, Andrew Mellon, Allen Dulles as well as Vice President of General Motors Graeme K. Howard supported Adolf Hitler as well as Generalissimo Francisco Franco and Benito Mussolini as it appeared that their fascist methods were working extremely well for business and manufacturing. What they may or may not have known was that much of the success was making the tools and weapons of war which became evident later in the 1930’s as World War II started. When this resolute means for ridding society and the governance of Judeo-Christian ties, their next great love affair was with the Communists. Interestingly enough the Communists also were promising an end to the Judeo-Christian ethic and the strangling influence it had on their plans. The leftists have always been kindly favorable of hedonism which runs afoul of the Judeo-Christian lifestyle of staunch conservatism and a religious and proper restriction on one’s personal actions. The Communists also failed to rid the world, especially the West, of the Judeo-Christian ethos and it too fell by the wayside. Well, not to be left without a champion who can rid them of the Judeo-Christian ethos; the leftists of today have allied with Islam. They are of the belief that once Islam has rid the world of Judeo-Christianity as a driving force and has put in place a dictatorial governance, another item the leftists find attractive and also another reason they loved Fascism and Communist and their centralized power in the government, the leftists reason that they can simply take control of the levers of power and transform Islam to fit their ideal and ideas. They believe that their “superior education” and “superior experience in governance” and their “general superiority in all things” will allow them to simply transform Islam into adopting their leftist principles and morals (or lack thereof) thus finally establishing their new world order. What they are missing in their plan is exactly how they will take over Islam and change a religion and its principles and strict moral code which have resisted change for much of its fourteen hundred years of existence. Granted that Islam had a period where it had settled from constant war and conquest and was quite agreeable and accepting of non-Muslims, especially Jews and Christians. There was the Golden Age of Islam (725 – 1260 approx.) where a liberated view of Islam permitted a pluralistic society and free exchange of information and a general acceptance of science and knowledge from outside of the Quran. This liberalism and the permitting of extra-Quranic knowledge came crashing to an end with two distinct and distant events. The first was the arrival of the Mongols from the east and the final was the rise of the Spanish under King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella and the purification of Spain. With the military defeats came the belief that Islam must return to the very roots which carried it forth originally from the Arabian Peninsula and a strict following of the teachings of Muhammad as portrayed in the Quranic texts and the Hadiths. This has continued ever since with the repeated expectation that this solution will work, Allah willing. They may finally be correct as Europe is being gifted to the purveyors of Islam on a golden platter. The leftists will allow the invasion and conquest without use of actual military but simply by replacement and superiority of numbers. The unfortunate thing for the Europeans will be that the Muslims may prove to be impatient and resort to civil warfare to speed the process rather than waiting for the inevitable to simply occur. This may prove to be their undoing as it may awaken the entirety of Europe before the Muslims have sufficient numbers to win outright and thus lead to a horrific conflict as Europe either saves itself from Islam and rediscovers having children in the process or Islam succeeds in speeding the process and the infidel are purged in the process. Either resolution will not benefit the leftists as their plan is extremely flawed for any number of reasons, but that has always been the case.
