And It Starts Once Again

 

United States Vice President Pence flew into Egypt on Tuesday and following will visit Israel. What remains to be seen is whether the royal Palestinian High Mucky-Muck Mahmoud Abbas will deem it worth his while to allow the United States Vice President to meet with him. Just after President Trump made his monumental recognition of the historically obvious, Jerusalem is the Capital City of the Jewish State of Israel, Palestinian Authority (PA) President, PLO Chairman, Fatah Party Chairman and chief swindler Mahmoud Abbas announced that he determined that the United States could no longer be acceptable as a just and impartial arbiter in the Arab-Israeli conflict. Abbas refused to give any reason beyond the recognition of Jerusalem as Israeli Capital despite the critical mention in that speech which stated a number of qualifiers which included the following:

“In making these announcements, I also want to make one point very clear: This decision is not intended, in any way, to reflect a departure from our strong commitment to facilitate a lasting peace agreement. We want an agreement that is a great deal for the Israelis and a great deal for the Palestinians. We are not taking a position of any final status issues, including the specific boundaries of the Israeli sovereignty in Jerusalem, or the resolution of contested borders. Those questions are up to the parties involved.
“The United States remains deeply committed to helping facilitate a peace agreement that is acceptable to both sides.
“I intend to do everything in my power to help forge such an agreement. Without question, Jerusalem is one of the most sensitive issues in those talks. The United States would support a two-state solution if agreed to by both sides.
“In the meantime, I call on all parties to maintain the status quo at Jerusalem’s holy sites, including the Temple Mount, also known as Haram al-Sharif.
“Above all, our greatest hope is for peace, the universal yearning in every human soul. With today’s action, I reaffirm my administration’s longstanding commitment to a future of peace and security for the region. There will, of course, be disagreement and dissent regarding this announcement. But we are confident that ultimately, as we work through these disagreements, we will arrive at a peace and a place far greater in understanding and cooperation.
“This sacred city should call forth the best in humanity, lifting our sights to what it is possible; not pulling us back and down to the old fights that have become so totally predictable. Peace is never beyond the grasp of those willing to reach.
“So today, we call for calm, for moderation, and for the voices of tolerance to prevail over the purveyors of hate. Our children should inherit our love, not our conflicts.”

 

Our bet is the Mahmoud Abbas may not have listened to the entire speech as with his keen sense of observation and knowledge of human nature and political insight that after the words, “Thank you. When I came into office, I promised to look…” he stopped listening already having figured out the remainder of the speech thus not needing to wait for the actual speech itself. He had judged that with just these words that everything had changed. He was partially correct. What is most interesting is that when, back in April of this year, President Putin announced that Russia was recognizing Jerusalem, West Jerusalem, as the Capital City of Israel Mahmoud Abbas saw nothing wrong with that announcement. After reading all, and we obviously mean all, of President Trump’s Jerusalem speech and making sure to see and fathom the meanings of every phrase, we see little difference in the actual recognitions. The measurable difference is that as long as the future does not alter things as they currently stand, then the default position is that all of Jerusalem, united and whole, will forever be the Capital City of Israel, but that is only if nothing changes. Should there come a peace between the Arabs and Israelis establishes a Palestinian State with its capital in East Jerusalem with the Temple Mount under “international” United Nations protection, then we will return to the situation from before 1967 within six weeks as the United Nations guardians of the Temple Mount flee to Tel Aviv and then back to wherever they came from while Israel will be forced to once again place a tall cement barricade between the two halves of the city. This wall will not be an apartheid Wall but a bullet stopper just as was necessary for nineteen years from 1948 through June of 1967 and the fateful six days that changed the world. Should their be a peace agreement with someplace other than East Jerusalem as the capital, then Jerusalem as a whole will be the Israeli Capital. Any negotiation result in the world attempting to impose an Arab state with all of Jerusalem as the capital, then that would be the equivalent of giving away sovereign Israeli soil and a casus belli for war.

 

Now to the reality of the threats from Mahmoud Abbas and his official echo chamber of underlings, they sent their usual threat to break relations with the United States and refuse the United States as a mediator and rely on the United Nations, European Union and other world bodies to find a suitable settlement. Well, it was nice of Mahmoud Abbas to all but list the groups which must never be permitted to mediate anything in the Middle East, not the European Union, not the United Nations, which in this case they means the General Assembly, Human Rights Commission, UNESCO and other pro-Palestinian NGO’s and not the remainder of those referenced do-goodies of the world. Mahmoud Abbas is not really going to break relations with the United States and the PA will continue to sit comfortably in their New York and Washington D.C. offices and retain their chair in the General Assembly Hall and their open back door at the United States State Department. What they are demanding is that the United States now proves their impartiality by forcing some concession out of the Israelis. They already have forced the cessation of any further construction by the Israelis with small allowances within the approved communities (settlements) as well as limitations on further destruction of illegal Arab structures with a special emphasis on those built by their friends at the European Union who even leave their flag on each structure just so the Israelis know who is placing these facts on the ground in Area C, where the Palestinian are not permitted to build and is completely under Israeli jurisdictions by the Oslo Accords, strategically placed to surround Jerusalem cutting it off from the other Israeli communities. These are the people Mahmoud Abbas trusts as impartial as truly impartial mediators favor Israel because they actually want peace allowing both sides to exist. Abbas defines impartial as anybody who agrees that all the land belongs to the Arabs and the Jews are not entitled to anything. So, now we will see what happens when, despite encouragement from the State Department to force further Israeli concession, President Trump actually dares to ignore the desire and threats from Mahmoud Abbas and simply leaves well enough alone and waits to see what develops.

 

For this, President Trump is taking a different tactic compared to his predecessors. Where President William Jefferson Clinton attempted to cajole and use friendly good-old-boy country charm to persuade an agreement out of the two sides and came close when he pushed and extracted from Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak to meet every last demand which he had somehow extracted through negotiations as the minimal demands which would satisfy Yasser Arafat. The next morning Yasser Arafat realized he had been snookered into actually making a deal, so he walked right past the gathered American and Israeli delegations, got into his limousine, drove to the airport, boarded his plane, returned to Nablus via Jordan and a short while later loosed the Second Intifada on Israel blaming it on the fact that Prime Minister elect Sharon had the audacity to take a walk through the Temple Mount which Arafat defined as entering the al-Aqsa Mosque setting the precedent that the Arabs consider the entirety of the Temple Mount to be the al-Aqsa Mosque.

 

This definition has been used in order to claim that the Jews who enter the Temple Mount are transgressing into the al-Aqsa Mosque and thus profaning its purity. This is what is used to justify and instigate the Temple Mount rioting which is used regularly whenever the Arabs feel like heightening tensions and raising a ruckus in the media. This is the means by which the Arabs force the closure of the Temple Mount to Jews by demanding such a closure to end the rioting, which still takes at least a week to wane to a safe level. The Israelis, should they ever choose, could end the rioting within a few minutes by using less measure force. The reality is the Israelis attempt to keep injuries on both sides to a minimum and avoid fatalities as much as possible. The Arabs see this as a sign of Israeli weakness and not as respect for human life. It is this supposed weakness which also makes the Arabs believe that they will win and that time is on their side. They believe they can out-wait the patience of the Israeli People; they can out-wait the Jewish People who have waited for two thousand years for their return to their ancestral homelands, that is almost one and a half times the length of time Islam has existed which is under fourteen hundred years.

 

Mahmoud Abbas will still rely on the United States to be the suckers using shuttle diplomacy flying between Washington D.C. and the Middle East from Jerusalem to Nablus and once around the capital cities of a number of Arab and even European cities so as to make the trips not entirely about the Arab-Israeli conflict. Perhaps there might be a trip which includes Moscow as getting Putin to back a proposed peace might make it more difficult for Abbas to simply refuse outright. The truth is that as long as any agreement permits even Tel Aviv metropolis to be considered the Jewish State, Abbas will either refuse or depend on the coming war to eradicate even that shred of Jewish land from continuing to exist. From the Khartoum Resolution and the “Three No’s”: “no peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel, no negotiations with Israel,” Yasser Arafat pledged the PLO’s continuing allegiance to the heart and soul of the Khartoum Resolution and guaranteed that there would be no permanent peace with Israel and that the resistance, code for terrorism, would continue after any agreement and that was how they would destroy Israel in stages. Mahmoud Abbas was beside Arafat as his second in command and fully invested in his mentor’s vision. This is the reality and it has supporters outside of the Arab world as has become obvious from many points across Europe, the European Union, the United Nations and its appendages such as UNESCO and numerous other NGO’s and individual nations. Sampling the college and university campuses, we see the future leaders of the developed world to be a frightening prospect with the anti-Israeli and accompanying anti-Semitism which has become pervasive at many of the leading schools.

 

Zechariah’s Jerusalem

 

The Biblical story could be taken from Zechariah, Chapter 12, which reads,

Zechariah – Chapter 12
1) The prophecy of the word of the Lord concerning Israel: Says the Lord, Who stretches out the heavens and founds the earth and forms the spirit of man within him:
2) Behold! I am making Jerusalem a cup of weakness for all the peoples around, and also on Judah, [that he] shall be in the siege against Jerusalem.
3) And it shall come to pass on that day that I will make Jerusalem a stone of burden for all peoples; all who bear it shall be gashed, and all the nations of the earth shall gather about it.
4) On that day, says the Lord, I will smite every horse with bewilderment, and its rider with madness. And upon the house of Judah I will open My eyes, and all the horses of the peoples I will smite with blindness.
5) And the princes of Judah shall say to themselves, “The inhabitants of Jerusalem were my strength through the Lord of Hosts, their God.”
6) On that day I will make the princes of Judah as a fiery stove among wood, and as a brand of fire among sheaves. And they shall consume on the right and on the left all the nations round about, and Jerusalem shall still stay in its place in Jerusalem.
7) And the Lord shall first save the tents of Judah, so that the boasting of the house of David and the boasting of the inhabitants of Jerusalem shall not increase over Judah.
8) On that day the Lord shall protect the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and the weakest of them shall be, on that day, like David. And the house of David shall be like angels, like the angel of the Lord before them.
9) And it shall come to pass on that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come upon Jerusalem.
10) And I will pour out upon the house of David and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem a spirit of grace and supplications. And they shall look to me because of those who have been thrust through [with swords], and they shall mourn over it as one mourns over an only son and shall be in bitterness, therefore, as one is embittered over a firstborn son.
11) On that day there shall be great mourning in Jerusalem, like the mourning of Hadadrimmon in the Valley of Megiddon.

Temple Mount Show and Tell the Truth

 

Three Arab terrorists entered the Temple Mount followed briefly later carrying a satchel with fully automatic weapons and one pistol (see video below). They use al-Aqsa Mosque to exchange the weapons and then another mosque in which they change clothing making themselves ready for their attack. When entering the Temple Mount they wear light clothing so as not to raise suspicions wearing heavy clothing. The jackets used to conceal the weapons were likely in the same satchel as the weapons. They put on their jackets used to conceal their weapons until they launch their attack, their design was to murder Jews, to commit Arab terror (no longer will BTC use the term Palestinian in reference to these murderous terror prone groups and will reserve it for the true Palestinian Arabs of the Jordan Opposition Coalition (JOC) headed by Mudar Zahran).

 

 

The next video is what followed, the Arab terror assault on two police guarding one of the areas just off the Temple Mount, a relatively narrow passage with little room to move to escape the automatic fire. The attack murders two police and injures a third police officer (see video below). The two police officers were Druze, not Jews as the terrorists were hoping to murder, and are just as mourned as any Jewish officer for they are also our brave youth. This was the reality faced by Israel and the people desired, demanded, action from their government. The ability to use the Temple Mount for terrorist attacks and infiltration with weapons had to be prevented as such actions threaten every Jew throughout Israel and all feel the possible threats.

 

 

This was what brought the instillation of magnetometers at the entrances in order to prevent anyone from taking weapons up onto the Temple Mount. These scanners were placed outside the Temple Mount entrances, not inside so as not to change the atmosphere on the Temple Mount. The Arabs rioted because they demand to have the right to carry weaponry onto their sacred grounds and possibly stash arms in numbers inside al-Aqsa. This would simply be an escalation as not that long ago the Arabs stored rocks of throwing size and other objects including Molotov Cocktails which used to be employed to attack police on the Temple Mount in the last round of riots (see image below). This is the inside of the precious and most holy of places for Muslims in Jerusalem, presumably the third holiest city in Islam currently (that denotation changes as history unfolds), the al-Aqsa Mosque. This is a place that the Arabs demand that Israeli police must never be permitted to enter, as that would defile the sanctity. The pile of rocks apparently does nothing to the sanctity.

That was the picture inside the al-Aqsa Mosque a few year ago after Mahmoud Abbas demanded that Arabs protect the sanctity of the al-Aqsa Mosque when he first used the video he made, the same video which was released again just over two weeks ago on July 19 in our article Rebroadcast of Abbas is Declaration of War where we warned that another round of violence was being readied. The murder of the two police and the murder of three members of a family and the severe wounding of a fourth attacked while having a celebratory Shabbat dinner after the birth of a grandson discussed by us in our article It is a War and the War Claimed Four More Victims. Now we would like to do a thought experiment. No, don’t fret, we promise that it will be an easy thought experiment. Remember the picture above of the weapons, the throwing rocks, in the al-Aqsa Mosque. Replace each rock with one of the items below which were the new weapons smuggled onto the Temple Mount, into the al-Aqsa Mosque and then used to murder the two Israeli police officers (see picture below). Imagine what would happen with a riot breaking out on the Temple Mount and hundreds of Arab young men and women storming out from the al-Aqsa Mosque into Jerusalem murdering as they swarm across the city’s western business districts. Perhaps Prime Minister Netanyahu desires preventing just such a result by placing the detectors outside the entrances to the Temple Mount. Should something like this actually happen and the Israelis manage to prevent a worsening situation resulting in close to or over one hundred Arab deaths, the world media would run headlines which would resemble this, “Israeli Response Kills Hundreds of Arabs in Jerusalem,” and you would read until the fourth or fifth paragraph out of seven, eight or at most nine before you would find reporting that it was a response to Arabs attacking Israelis. The words which would never make it into their reporting would include, but not be limited to, Israeli defenders, Arab terror, or anything else which would clear the picture and illustrate that it was not an Israeli attack where the Arabs were on the defensive but actually the opposite, an Arab mass terror attack initiated from the al-Aqsa Mosque with hundreds of armed Arabs storming the western end of Jerusalem murdering all they encounter until stopped by the Israeli emergency response. Why the world, especially leftists in the media, will blame Israel, as they have in every previous such event, is a question which can have only one answer, anti-Semitism.

Now we can proceed to discuss briefly the reason the riots in Jerusalem, Hevron, in Judea and Samaria as well as in Amman, Jordan around the Israeli Embassy where a Jordanian worker stabbed an Israeli embassy guard with a screwdriver and was shot dead. The guard who shot the attacking workman was arrested by Jordan and then the real threats began. King Abdullah II then contacted the ever-ready Europeans and United States State Department claiming, that should the situation with Israel destroy the sanctity of the Temple Mount with their equipment, metal detectors and all the cameras, his kingdom might erupt and overthrow him; and he asked that they assist him in restoring the peace Israel was threatening both in Jordan and the Arab areas in Judea and Samaria. He added an addendum for the United States claiming that Jordan, under his rule and only his rule, is vital and necessary for the Trump Doctrine against terrorism will fail with devastating consequences should he be overthrown and the rioting threatened just such a consequence. Europe does not require all that much to demand Israel surrender to the Arabs at every turn. Proof comes in the buildings built for the Arabs, which all have European Union flags placed in an emblem detailing their construction and purpose, to change realities on the ground in Area C and force Israel to surrender all the lands liberated in the Six Day War. The State Department of the United States used the threat to President Trump and his efforts started in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as their reason for pressuring Israel. Israel folded; there is nothing more to say about the result, Israel simply folded before world pressure.

 

We really hope that the Temple Mount does not become the central point and supply cache for a general revolt where arms and explosives smuggled onto the Temple Mount and stored in the al-Aqsa Mosque and other Islamic buildings spread throughout the Temple Mount. The work such as the attack which took the lives of the two police officers and the other which took the lives of three members of the Salomon family (Yosef Salomon age 70, his daughter Chaya Salomon age 46, and son Elad Salomon age 36) was that of a small group and of limited scope not expected to destroy the nation of Israel. What would be far worse would be a planned assault with grand and devastating objectives. We do not desire placing ideas in anybody’s head, but the Temple Mount had been utilized before to smuggle arms and explosives but fortunately, there has never been an organized use of such smuggling to arm an uprising with the intent of overthrowing the Israeli governance since the Second Intifada. What is unfortunate is another intifada is exactly what we expect unless security measures are returned to the entrances, every entrance, of the Temple Mount. We fear that the murders of the Salomon family and the police officers and the ensuing rioting against increased security, the metal detectors may not have even been foreseen and ended up being an added and obvious alteration around which to rally the Arab protests. Now all surveillance has been removed and that, we believe, was the intent of the riots both in Israel and in Jordan and now the Waqf will likely try to harass the remaining Israeli police forcing them from manning the entrances at least every Friday.

 

Friday may become the critical day used by the Arabs to smuggle their provisions for whatever they are planning and the world will attempt to force Israel to remain as vulnerable as possible. What will be so devastating is another intifada will very possibly be a final straw and the end of Arab hopes to force Israel to surrender even an inch of land for them to make anything. Friday is the day when the greatest numbers of Muslims attend services around mid-day, hear a riveting and stirring sermon often about supremacy of Islam, the messiah (the Mahdi) will only come when Muslims kill the Jews and often the immediacy for individual Muslims to work to bring the Mahdi as their acts may prove vital to their savior’s arrival. Friday has been the day of the week when offensives are often began which has often been the case in many of the Arab Spring revolts which toppled a number of Arab leaders and started the Syrian multifaceted warfare. It was a Friday when Saudi Arabian forces stood firm preventing an uprising in their nation. It was Friday, March 14, 2011, when those same Saudi Arabian Troops put down the uprising which had started earlier that day after services in Bahrain intending to overthrow the Saudi friendly Monarch. It was Friday, September 29, 2000, on which day the Second Intifada began with rioting on the Temple Mount replete with rocks, rods, bats and other handheld weapons which eventually led to, according to B’Tselem reports, one-thousand-fifty-three Israelis were killed and many reports claim tens of thousands of Israelis being injured with many receiving life-altering injuries. Magnetometers could prevent virtually all weapons from reaching the Temple Mount and cameras could warn of potential gathering of groups which could be a sign of impending troubles allowing for timely intervention. These were logical reactions to a situation which would be intolerable in any other civilized nation and should their leadership take similar measures after the murder of two police officers and three members of a family in their home at their dinner table. Israel, for some reason, taking the same steps which were taken internationally at virtually every international airport after the 9/11 terror strike in New York and Washington D.C. is not permitted the same response as the entire world demanded Israel leave her nation unprotected and vulnerable to terrorism and the murder of their innocents. No, Israel should take the courage and place these devices back where they will do the most good to protect their citizens and tell the world that her citizens, each and every one of them, be they Arab, Jew, Druze, Baha’I, Christian, Muslim or anything else, these individuals are more important than the opinions of every leader of every nation and Israel will serve to protect these precious denizens of Israel and they may as well not bother to say a word and just save their breath.

 

What Israel should do quietly and through political maneuvering would be to promote Jordan Opposition Coalition and a compromise that will permit King Abdullah II to remain with a nation while the Palestinians in Jordan are permitted to establish what the British denied them by forcing the Hashemite Family over them. Once the true Palestinian Arab State, which was supposed to be the reason for Jordan, has been established, they will be able to give their fellow Arabs the homeland in which to have self-rule. Mudar Zahran, the chairman of the JOC, has promised democracy and a home for all Arabs who wish to come and live in the new Palestine, the name he intends to give his new nation. Israel and President Trump would be wise to assist Mudar Zahran while guaranteeing King Abdullah II that there will be a nation of Jordan where he will remain the monarch, which is better than his uncle did in Iraq, and allow him to separate from a disgruntled majority of his people before there is an Arab Spring style revolt against his rule. This would be the smart route to ending the strife between the Arab populations of two nations and provide peace, even if it will come at the price of the dethroning of Mahmoud Abbas, a President in the twelfth year of his four-year term. Perhaps his retirement is well overdue.

Israel Overreacting as Usual

 

We just figured out we might as well use the same title as the mainstream media. They will claim that the Arab Palestinians rioted because Israel, for no perceivable reason, decided out of the blue to install metal detectors at the entrances of the Temple Mount. The Israelis must have simply decided to do whatever they could to make it impossible for the Arab Palestinians to go up to the al-Aqsa Mosque whenever they needed to do one of their five times a day prayers as demanded by the Quran. The metal detectors were installed just as an inconvenience to the Arab Palestinians just to increase wait times during peak hours for entering onto the Temple Mount in any style or form, as they were accustomed to doing. Well, we guess we are going to just have to plead guilty as charged. The metal detectors were placed at the entrances to the Temple Mount to prevent: Below are two videos; the first details how three Arab Palestinian gunmen entered the Temple Mount and shows their bag-man, who carried their weapons concealed in a backpack, also simply walked onto the Temple Mount as was their operating procedure, so they all entered unhindered and the second shows the resultant attack which murdered two Israeli Druze police officers and injured a third. Placing metal detectors at the entrances to the Temple Mount would do absolutely nothing to prevent the three gunmen from entering the Temple Mount but their bag-man would never make it there with the weapons. This is what the Arab Palestinians are rioting even to the point of having shot at police and throwing Molotov Cocktails. You will hear that over the weekend three Arabs and three Israelis died during these confrontations. Well, that is not exactly accurate. Three Israelis were knifed to death in their home while the family, three generations, gathered for Shabbat dinner and to celebrate the birth of a grandchild. The grandfather in his seventy’s, his daughter in her forties, and his son in his thirties were murdered and the grandmother was injured and required emergency surgery upon arrival at the hospital and will survive. The son’s wife gathered the children into a bedroom and locked the door calling police and screaming they were under attack. A neighbor, an IDF off-duty soldier heard the screams and responded shooting and wounding the terrorist through a window. Despite injuries, when first responders arrived to treat the wounded he managed to get back on his feet and attack the medics upon which he was subdued again. The terrorist was treated at the hospital and was released to authorities. The three Arabs died during the rioting with one falling to his Molotov Cocktail which prematurely exploded in his hands spilling its liquid upon him and immolating him.

 

 

 

Egypt and Jordan, two nations who have signed peace agreements with Israel, graciously insisted that Israel remove the metal detectors, as their presence is an anathema to the Arabs who only wish to enter the Temple Mount for prayers. Apparently, from reports, numerous Arabs who decided not to riot but instead walked past the rioting Arab Palestinians and went right through the metal detectors onto the Temple Mount where they could pray, hold picnics or play soccer, all of which are regular occurrences on the Temple Mount and were all apparently not impeded by the metal detectors in the slightest. Thus far there have been no attempts to enter the Temple Mount with a backpack full of firearms (see first video above for reminder if necessary) but we can expect that such an attempt will definitively display the impediment that Mahmoud Abbas, the Fatah, PA and PLO leadership and the rioters are all screamingly upset will no longer be permitted to carry out their favorite pastime of murdering Israelis including but not limited to Police, IDF soldiers, Border Police and Jews having Shabbat dinner. There have been too many times in which weapons have been brought into Jerusalem and taken further even to Tel Aviv and further by utilizing the liberal “no checks” policy previously used by Israel for the Temple Mount. For the record, there has been one entrance to the Temple Mount at which there has always been a metal detector and most of the people passing through this one small entrance tucked into a corner of the Temple Mount are searched for contraband, especially contraband of a religious nature. This entrance is the only entrance where Jews, Christians and other non-Muslims are permitted to access the Temple Mount and people are subjected to rigorous review in order to assure the purity of the Islamic nature of the Temple Mount as defined by the Jordanian Waqf who control the Temple Mount and have progressively over the years tightened restrictions until they have even made prayer by non-Muslims a criminal event and have included whispering, moving of the lips without speaking, clasping of hands together, or any suspicious movement or uttering to be considered prayer forcing the eviction of the transgressor and often the placing of them under arrest and held over for summary sentencing. To be accused of religious insensitivity by the Waqf is considered sufficient for a guilty finding by the Israeli legal system reserved for such cases. Apparently, praying by non-Muslims is criminal and preventing Muslims from bringing weapons onto the Temple Mount is also a criminal action which Israel will be condemned for in the international media and forums.

 

Let’s return to the world, especially European and American liberal and leftist media, which includes the vast majority of the news you can find, whether or not it is truly usable is another matter all together. Let us just say that the credibility of much of their reporting has become questionable. Israel may be one of the subjects upon which they have become most questionable. We have found that much of the media represents the elitist political leftist of Europe and the United States Department of State line on thinking when it comes to Israel and it being the Jewish State. This slanted coverage is why the Jewish family who were murdered in their home while having a celebratory Shabbat dinner will be reported as equal and having occurred in the same manner as the three Arab Palestinians who died in the Temple Mount rioting. The family and the rioting are all in response to an event we covered in our article “Rebroadcast of Abbas is Declaration of War” as this simple broadcasting repeatedly and posting to the Fatah Facebook page was a call to arms. The response came in the form of rioting and the murder of a family which would have been far worse if not for the saving acts of a neighbor off-duty IDF soldier responding to the screaming. The violence has not been called off and is continuing, but do not expect to hear any reports about the provocateurs. Arab Palestinian violence is not considered news as it occurs with too high a factor of repetition and thus is simply considered something normal and commonplace. Israeli responses are equally disregarded unless an Arab is severely hurt or dies during the rioting, then there is news which will read all about Israeli police or army kill or murder, depending on which coverage you read, hear or watch, and always for no decent or understandable reason. One must remember that rioting Arab Palestinians throwing rocks, Molotov Cocktails, using slings, or even shooting are all considered permissible and Israel is supposed to simply absorb whatever punishment is dealt them, they are the world’s Jews replacing the former Jews.

 

The anti-Semitism which used to be used in Europe to murder Jews was in response to any misfortune, be it plague, famine, assassination or other misunderstood calamity and then they were thrown from the lands as further punishment which sent the Jews off into an uncertain future roaming until they could find some nation or ruler over a region who would permit them to settle. They would be barred from owning land, farming, trades and numerous other means of self-support through gainful employment and thus often became merchants, tavern owners, moneylenders or other permissible occupation. In the Arab and Muslim world the Jews would face the Jizya, the amount of the tax would depend on the momentary situation. Should too many Jews become to be considered overly wealthy, their Jiyza would be increased in measure to their newly acquired wealth or if the local Amir were raising an army the Jiyza would be increased. Jews were Dhimmis and as such were not permitted equal status under the law or within society. Their lot was often not far different from that of the Jew in Europe or Russia with the one difference being under Islamic rulers they were considered protected property and as such were seldom sent fleeing to any other city as that would cause the ruler of the region a loss of a source of income. The Jew, whether under Muslim or Christian rule, was an inferior who took the blame for every misfortune and could be made to pay with their life and no justice under which to find protection. The rumors that one group or the other gave the Jew a better life are rumor, not fact, and the Jew did find relief from time to time, but such never lasted.

 

Today, the world has a new Jew and they do not even reside amongst others, as the new Jew is a nation, the Jewish State, Israel. Israel had her grace period when everybody believed the Jewish State faced the entirety of the Arab world across MENA (Middle East and North Africa) as they were vastly outnumbered. After Israel won the Six Day War and survived and then proved victorious in the Yom Kippur War, Israel was seen as the mega-power in the region. The Arabs also saw that they had a media problem, so they devised a poor and wretched people who would be the victims of the Jews, of Israel. Thus, the Arab Palestinians were given greater importance and became the perpetual victims. The Western media took the bait hook, line and sinker and enjoyed it as if it were a juicy steak. They relished this great opportunity to make the Jew the problem and demand the Jew be brought low. Israel became the new Jew and as such had to be destroyed. The Jewish State was now guilty of the worst crime possible, it was the independent Jew who was capable of standing on their own feet and would protect themselves from any adversaries and do so with great proficiency. This was a situation the world revolted against as the Jew had not had their own nation for over two-thousand years. Israel also meant something else which the leftists cannot fathom or permit. The return of the Jews to their ancient homeland and the founding of the State of Israel meant that Hashem had kept his promise to bring the Jews back to their lands after a very prolonged exile. This gave additional weight to the entire Judeo-Christian ethic and the Bible, especially the Old Testament, Torah and the Ten Commandments. The left does not desire such things, as they are hedonistic in their beliefs and belong to those who no longer put any honest belief in Hashem. This means that Israel must be destroyed and the Jews scattered or completely destroyed as any belief in the Devine must be erased from all relevance. The return of the Jew to their homeland gave renewed strength to the entire basis of the Western culture and Western ethics. This too is an anathema to the leftists. Their desire, whether stated or kept silent, is a return to barbarity and the worship of man or even idols.

 

The reestablishing of Israel means that in time, the Third Temple will be built and Jerusalem will become a religious center for both Judaism and Christianity and will also return to having Jerusalem as its central pillar. The majority of the Evangelical Christians realizes, and with great faith and support, this sign that Hashem does exist and keeps every bit of every promise given. This makes the leftists very angry because they believed they were going to win the culture war and bring an end to Christianity. The leftists were not concerned with the Jews for many Jews they knew believed as they did, that religion was a social clique with traditions and ceremonies which were steeped in antiquity and had as much relevance in their lives as did anything else from antiquity. They performed these rituals because they were simply a tribute to their parents or their parents’ parents or however as generations they needed to remember that once upon a time their ancestors performed and believed in these rituals and the promises from Hashem. Israel is a reminder of the meaning of those very rituals and the fact that many in Israel believe in Hashem and these rituals they find so empty are the lifeblood of the religious residing in Israel and whose ranks are growing. This, to these leftists is problematic.

There are a number of Jews, mostly conservatives, who are believers and many are hoping to return to Israel, but because of their obligations and their age, they are planning on making Aliyah when they retire. They will attempt to learn Hebrew but will largely rely on knowing a number of fellow English speakers in the stores where they shop and at the Synagogues where they worship and find a new life in Israel where being a religious Jew is the norm, except in some areas in or around Tel Aviv, and even there the majority believe in Hashem and the miracle that is Israel. There will be the unbelievers; there have always been the unbelievers even amongst those who were there to witness the dividing of the Red Sea and the giving of the Ten Commandments. At times, there have been more unbelievers than believers, but in the end, there has been and always will be a core of believers and in the good times, they will flourish as the majority. The one unifying belief in Israel is Zionism and the belief that this is our land as promised or not, but Israel is ours and we will not forget or allow others to steal her from us ever again. Yes, we have become the target of the hatred for being the Jewish State. All we desire is that which was promised and nothing more or less, and allow us our land and peace, blessed peace, shalom.

 

Those maintaining that all creeds and all beliefs are equal and none are superior to any other are mistaken. They will invite those who they believe will come and live amongst them peacefully and will demand nothing because they demand nothing of these foreigners. They are going to receive a great surprise when their plan delivers far more than they ever bargained for. These leftists have surrendered their religious past and think that once anyone sees the modernity in which they live with all the technical marvels that they too will forget their religious past and join in the leftist brotherhood of man. There is a surprise coming to Europe and the only hope many in Europe will have is as the slaves of that which they are bringing into their bosom. Israel showed them the warning signs and their response was that Israel should resign themselves to their enemies and then they would have peace. They believe that these same forces when brought into Europe will give them peace. In the end there will be peace, the question is whose peace and how many will survive to see any peace other than the final peace. The biggest question is how will all of this play out, the foolish leadership, the unfortunates who elected these fools repeatedly even after their failures became too obvious to be ignored and which nations will find their history worthy of protecting or has all of Europe fallen to the slovenly ways of the leftists who lead them? We know of a few places which have decided their national ethics are worth rescue Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Macedonia, Croatia, Serbia and Slovenia with Britain and the United States taking a cautious approach to further refugees. What this will mean down the road and whether this will become the turning point where Europe decides that European culture might just be worth more than they have been giving it credit for and worthy of saving. Boy, won’t that be a surprise to the leftist elites. The nationalists just might win in the end over the internationalists who believe that nothing is worth fighting for as it all makes no difference.
