Let’s make one thing clear right up front; the National Security Advisor is appointed by the President and does not require confirmation by the Senate. Simply put, the United States National Security Advisor is John Bolton and those reacting as if the world will end tomorrow cannot even hope the Senate will deny Mr. Bolton the position as they did to his appointment as ambassador to the United Nations. The treatment he got during that attempt to be promoted as the permanent Ambassador to the United Nations we would not wish upon our most leftist appointee of any Democrat appointee. He was treated with such vile and hate beyond what was even required to show disapproval and refuse to confirm John Bolton when he was nominated. Some of those on the left and even some conservatives, bordered on reveling in torturing and taking cheap shots at Mr. Bolton ridiculing his honest answers treating him as one of the most despicable of people and not as an honest man who was giving forthright responses treating the Senators with respect. His appointment had been strongly opposed by many Democrats, who cited allegations that Mr. Bolton was a “serial bully” who intimidated junior members of staff. To translate that from political partisan jargon to regular language, they were upset that he had strong convictions with which they did not agree and thus felt threatened by his certainty in his views which challenged their certainty in their certainty. Finally John Bolton has been placed into a position where he will not be stymied by Senate partisanship or the fears of weak and insecure individuals and allowed to serve the country he loves. There can be no doubt of that love as he has shown it with sincerity and honesty in answering freely any and all question on the political, national and international landscapes without hesitation and in the most simple and understandable language.
Now he will need to be more guarded as his advice just became the property of the President. He has been given the vitally important job of advising President Trump including giving him alternatives and even more important, all the information, applicable histories and every angle for potential consideration. What many may not fully understand is that John Bolton will not be making the decisions unless President Trump allows such. John Bolton will only be providing the background and different choices allowing President Trump to make the most informed decisions with all of the foreseeable consequences laid out before he actually makes the actual choice. Of course we are at the leading edge of what will be a tsunami of frightening predictions of the United States solving problems with bombs, rockets, troops, military interference and leaving negotiations for the other people and how Bolton will be bringing the world to an end in a nuclear conflagration likely started by John Bolton. At least there may be some who will now believe that President Trump is the more rational when compared to John Bolton though do not hold your breath waiting for this. Imagine that, President Trump may have found somebody whose ideas and decision-making ability might be more questionable for the far left with John Bolton.

We can guarantee that there will be fireworks and we can hardly wait for the initial reaction to Mr. Bolton’s nomination from the administration’s and President Trump’s number one impeachment fan, Maxine Waters. We should be able to construct a range of reactions from our leftist friends from quiet acceptance to reasoned criticism to lose the mind crazy to Maxine Waters at the top of the crazy department. The other scorecard people might want to keep is how many times particular phrases are used by those in sheer panic over the choice of John Bolton as National Security Advisor. We will suggest a few choice terms for your counting pleasure. There will be World War III, nuclear holocaust, warmonger, right wing extremist, war hawk, fascist and of course Nazi. Eventually there comes the commentary which will include secondary terms which will include Islamophobe, racist, anti-Palestinian, pro-Israel, anti-Russia, anti-China and uncompromising extremist. The eruption over Bolton’s appointment should take about three weeks to settle down to a mere roiling boil on social media as Bolton will be just as criticized as President Trump is criticized. There will be second-guessing as to whether unpopular policy choices, especially in foreign policy, are the result of Trump being Trump or Trump being controlled by Bolton and the real fun will be when those accusations split evenly between commentators.
This may prove to be a very good choice by President Trump because John Bolton will give advice which will be free of any taint and will be lacking hesitation as John Bolton is one of those who is very well versed in the security situation and will digest the additional information which he will have the privilege of perusing over the next few weeks as he settles in. The President has chosen an advisor in Bolton who is not swayed by any passing breezes and can resist the entanglements which Washington D.C. presents. John Bolton will not be worried about his reputation or whether he is liked or even appreciated as long as the President is satisfies with his decisions and advice. This will very probably be an enjoyable relationship between President Trump and John Bolton as Bolton has the traits President Trump desires in his advisors, straight and honest advice backed with reasoned facts and alternatives ready and handy should the President demand such when not completely satisfied with the first information or simply checking out his options. Bolton is intelligent and straight talking people of integrity though do not expect such praise to come from most of the mainstream media who will be seeking anything they can use to bring Bolton down low. The only advice we might have for John Bolton is to staff his office with people who are much like himself and people whose integrity he can vouch for personally as he will only be as good as his own advisors and researchers. All we can say now is let the histrionics begin.
There is an easy view of the world where there is relative peace throughout the globe except for the distinct possibility that there could start some additional violence if the United States vile and despised President, Donald Trump, and his overly zealous Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, are permitted to continue to provoke the world in such manner as to recognize Jerusalem as the Capital City for the State of Israel. Everybody knows that Jerusalem is the Holy City of the Muslims replacing Constantinople for that role, which is interesting as it is claimed that Constantinople was an errant name for Istanbul, what that city has been named since it was incorporated into the recognized world. As a matter of fact, it is that same world map which denoted Jerusalem as a purely Muslim city with no real place in history before being conquered by the Arabian raiders somewhere around 636-7 when Jerusalem fell to the Arab siege. The world was being discovered back in those days as it was revealed to the enlightenment of Islam. Before Islam, there was nothing but chaos and confusion which changed as Islam tamed the world. This is real history according to UNESCO* and their New World History, a work in progress. This is the world according to the Quran and thus must become the sole reality of the world and UNESCO and the rest of the United Nations establishments are all in accordance with these efforts. Just so everybody understands, the position of third holiest city in all of Islam changes, as needs produce whatever city is to be targeted next. For the longest time, Constantinople was the third holiest city in all Islam until it was conquered. Before Constantinople, Alexandria, and before that Cairo were also third holiest cities in Islam. The first two are set in stone, in a large black box, in the southeastern corner is that stone, the stone in the Kaaba, that sets Mecca as the preeminent city in Islam followed my Medina where the Islamic armies were born. So, how does a city become the third holiest city in Islam? That is easy, simply be the city in question when discussing Islamic intentions for adding said city as Islamic and erasing all former mentions of the city which cannot be woven into the ever changing, set in stone story of the life and times of Muhammad. If one is talking about France in general, then Paris becomes the third holies city but if you are talking on invading France, then Marseilles becomes the third holiest city, as one requires its ports to land any force and keep them supplied.

Both the Islamic worshipers today and throughout history, ever since Muhammad reportedly placed the sacred stone in its resting place, and the previous worshipers who owned the Black Box with its stone intact were worshiping their idolatry. The Kaaba existed as a shrine before being co-opted by the Muslims and repurposed as their holy site, a practice they continue to this day. Proof of this practice becomes obvious when one observes the holy men throughout history whom it is claimed were Muslims. These include but are not limited to Abraham, Moses, Jesus, Noah, King David, King Solomon, Adam (and Eve), and numerous other people from Jewish and Christian history. Any individual from the Bible who can be co-opted into the story of Islam is thus stolen and there is no list of people co-opted in this manner than to reveal their presumed roles in Islam. Presumably, in the Islamic end-times, there will be chaos and the Muslims will have just finished removing every Jew from planet Earth when Gabriel arrives and announces that the time for the messiah has almost arrived. The war Islam is fighting will be the final battle where all the remainder of the world will fall to them and evils such as Jews have been eradicated. Once Gabriel has blown his horn, this will bring the purifier to Earth, and that will be Jesus who will assist Mohammad once he has brought him whole from Heaven. Mohammad holds a host of positions in Islam. He is its founder and the person who dictated the entirety of the Quranic verses, was the first Caliph leading them to their initial victories, and will return as the predicted savior of mankind in the end-times. Islam is close to being a solo act once all the stories are told. Islam treats city ranking as a relative rank depending on where on the target list it lies. If any city is a high priority city and one mentions their area, then it becomes required to name that main objective as the third holiest city in Islam. With the mention Israel, it becomes Jerusalem, but when speaking of Italy, it is Rome while France, it becomes Paris and England, it becomes London. This practice has been very successful, as all too often people will sacrifice the named third holiest city in Islam making the error of believing that the city was all Islam desired. They will then reveal their end game where they pressure existing religions to surrender their people for Islam. Total conversion becomes the true and real end as the survivors are captured in the end. There are stages non-Muslims will be forced to endure once they are captured by Islam. Eventually the captive is approached and they are requested to choose to become a follower of Islam and surrendered to Allah. Should they not get the hint they will soon be given a second opportunity to get the answer correct as they are then given the choice, convert or die.
Currently there are twenty-some wars or conflicts which are hot and taking lives of soldiers and civilians alike. Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Libya and the civil war between the Sudan and South Sudan and yet the last major considerations, first in the Security Council where fourteen Countries voted in favor and only the United States opposed and utilized her Veto powers to end the consideration except this was now taken to the next problem point, the General Assembly where there is no veto power for any state and the passage only gives the measure suggestive powers and no teeth for enforcement. The vote was a close one, almost a cliffhanger having us on the edge of our seats to see if it would pass, and the vote came back with 128-9 in favor and with 35 abstentions. This is far from a surprising result as it almost mirrors the General Assembly vote on Palestinian statehood made in the General Assembly each time that vote has been held. Some things are simply predictable. These last two votes, the Security Council and the General Assembly, were a triple whammy which explains the perfect score of 14 to 1, the one having absolute veto power, in the Security Council and the 128 to 9 with 35 abstentions in the General Assembly, as how often does one get to defame Israel, contradict the United States and denounce a conservative leader of a democratically governed nation. Each one by itself is enough to make the average dictator’s dream of feeling a little taller having done the dastardly deal for the day, but putting Israel in its place, telling off an American President and doing a dump on Trump is the cherry atop the ice cream Sunday with whipped cream and nuts.
The almost amusing part of this whole fiasco is that it was so much action accomplishing so little and President Trump used minimal action with tremendous ramifications. Think about it, which is going to have a greater influence on the future, the United Nations doubling down on forbidding President Trump and the United States from moving their embassy to Jerusalem or the United States actually moving the embassy to Jerusalem. That is, of course, providing President Trump can even get the State Department to ever get around to actually moving the embassy. Secretary of State Tillerson stated in Paris (see below) and quoted by CNN that the embassy will not be moved this year or probably even next year, probably meaning not in 2018 or 9 and possibly not in 2020 either. If we know the State Department, they will try to find some planning delays such that President Trump will be really fortunate to get the embassy moved by the end of his first term, even by the end of his second term, should he be reelected. We trust the State Department and its anti-Zionist, anti-Israel, and some might include anti-Semitic, attitude and specific hatred and distress concerning Israel that they will find some way of outlasting President Trump so that the next President can put the Jerusalem embassy back on permanent six-month waiver of the Congressional order for relocation. The State Department, like much of the Washington self-proclaimed elites, also known as the swamp, see President Trump as a temporary, as well as threateningly dangerous, interruption to their business as usual which will soon be gone and all they have to do to minimize his interruption of their smooth running of the world, or at least the Washington bureaucracy. That is, providing President Trump does not manage to drain the swamp, the one promise the President made which will probably be bigger than his ego.
What the United Nations hoped to accomplish was to force a confrontation and somehow get around any United States veto thus making President Trump impotent when it comes to foreign policy, well, at least concerning Israel and moving the embassy to Jerusalem. The United Nations has been making a concerted effort to separate Israel from Jerusalem as well as the entirety of her Biblical history. The United Nations believes that they can reverse the reality contained in their own charter under Article 80 which validates the Mandate System in its entirety. They actually believe they can vote Israel out of existence without any need for tanks, aircraft, and men in arms simply by voting it away. That, in and of itself, is sufficient and honest enough provocation that Israel would be justified in cancelling her membership with that organization. The vast majority of nations are not going to suddenly take the side of Israel no matter how much Israel does or how many acts of generosity, kindness and saving graces rescuing people, granting people a new life with discoveries in medicine, emergency services after natural disasters and other generally beneficent acts which Israel can perform that would ever result in a favorable General Assembly vote or favorable responses from UNESCO or other United Nations organizations. The world desires turning Israel into the twenty-second Arab state and undoing their decision to establish Israel in the first place. Truthfully, once the British announced a date on which they would be leaving the remaining 22% of the British Mandate which remained after the formation of TransJordan (now Jordan) as the home for the Palestinian Arabs, the Zionist Congress was going to declare Israel on the next day. The British announced May 14, 1948 and Israel was declared on May 15, 1948 and immediately invaded by several Arab armies with the intention of destroying the nascent state of Israel and the genocidal eradication of her Jewish population.
Well, the United Nations and their delusions of grandeur thinking that they can supercede the decision of the President of the United States is simply absurd. There would be no United Nations without United States funding. One can only wonder what would happen if the United States decided that having an international institute as corrupted as the United Nations operating against the interests of the American people and attempting to counter their elected government and its dealings with an allied government from within its borders operating on American taxpayer dollars was no longer tolerable. One can only imagine how much swamp clearing would be accomplished freeing up the prime real estate along the East River in Manhattan in New York City and sending the United Nations packing to say Paris or Geneva or Brussels or Abu Dhabi or whatever nation and city would accept the United Nations within their borders. After the way it has treated its current host, the United States, why would any government permit them to operate within their border, but then there are those for whom the United Nations is an ally and close confidant if not a disreputable ally ready to do whatever dastardly deed is required. The United States should spread the wealth and honor of having the United Nations newest and greatest headquarters in their nation for a change. Whatever comes next, if President Trump really desires draining swamps, the United Nations is one on an international scale which could really use draining. As for the State Department, to drain that swamp one would need to fire everybody and place every name on a list as ineligible to work at the State Department ever again and start from scratch using a different placement company, the present one either works for the enemy or are completely incompetent.

With the appointment by President Obama of Samantha Power to replace Susan Rice as the United States Ambassador to the United Nations; the Israeli leadership has been put on notice that they no longer have a friend in the leadership of the United States. There is no reason for anybody who supports Israel to be comfortable with this appointment. Ms. Samantha Power has been quoted responding on the Israeli-Palestinian conflict that it may necessitate using armed military forces, “a mammoth protection force” and an “external intervention”, to impose a settlement between Israel and the Palestinians. This was to be implemented even if it would result in “alienating a domestic constituency of tremendous political and financial import…or investing…billions of dollars, not in servicing Israel’s military, but actually investing in the new State of Palestine.” Where Samantha Power has not actually called directly for the use of troops to force Israel to remit their control and forcefully remove all Jewish influences from the West Bank in order to fully complete founding of a Palestinian state, this has been the heavily implied and many have taken the collective body of her commentary on this subject and concluded she would be supportive of such a policy and be pleased with such an outcome. This appointment of Samantha Power as United Nations Ambassador is a perfect complement to having John Kerry as Secretary of State and tasking him to mold a final settlement of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict by any means necessary. It has been made perfectly clear that President Obama and his entire Administration favors the formation of a Palestinian State utilizing all of the West Bank as the basis for the State’s borders with Eastern Jerusalem, including the entirety of the Old City and Temple Mount, to serve as the Capital City for said State. The recent moves, appointments, press releases and comments by President Obama and members of the foreign policy departments of his Administration with the new changes made for his second term should give the Israeli leadership sufficient warning that they will need to take actions to resolve the impasse with the Palestinians using whatever political force and capital necessary.
There will be those who will support Samantha Power explaining that she is not anti-Semitic, anti-Zionist or anti-Israel but simply stands up for the Palestinians’ rights to their own State and respect for their human rights. Ms. Power is a well-respected human rights activist and a leader in that movement. As such she takes the ‘human rights record’ of Israel as a habitual offender as factual. This goes a long way to explaining why after the United States had withdrawn most of its diplomatic participation from the noxious United Nations’ World Conference Against Racism in Durban, South Africa, better known as Durban I, Ms. Power remained to participate in the discussions. This was the conference which transformed from a conference to discuss and address problems relating to racism, xenophobia, and hatred but almost immediately broke down and wallowed in the fetid swamps of anti-Zionist, anti-Israel anti-Semitic blood libels and hatreds while ignoring every other human rights ills anywhere else in the world. The conference was chaired by Samantha Power’s friend Mary Robinson who had no difficulty allowing the laser focus on the purported human rights violations by Israel on the Palestinians, Arabs, and all non-Jews worldwide. With her background and track record displaying such a deep seated disdain and contempt for the State of Israel, how is it going to be possible for the United States to continue to support the Israelis in the United Nations Security Council when a United States veto is politically desired, or even convince Israeli leadership that the United States still presents a credible supporter? The new reality taking shape in President Obama’s second term administration should give Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and his coalition pause and question exactly what steps Israel needs to initiate to avoid being overrun by an adjusted, pro-Palestinian United States Middle East policy.
There will most certainly be some who profess to be pro-Israel and pro-Zionist who will claim that Ms. Power’s promotion gives Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu the perfect opportunity to finally prove that Israel truly wishes for peace. They will point out that should Netanyahu make some unilateral compromises that then President Obama along with Secretary Kerry and Ambassador Power would work with him to bring Palestinian President Abbas to the negotiation’s table and the Two State Solution would finally be achieved. One group which is suspected to take such a position would be J Street. Backing them in the media one might expect that Tom Friedman of the New York Times and Jeffrey Goldberg of The Atlantic would pen flowing and glowing editorials exclaiming that a Palestinian-Israeli peace is at hand if Prime Minister Netanyahu would just grab the opportunity that would bring Secretary Kerry and Ambassador Power to Israel’s side and force Palestinian President Abbas to finally negotiate honestly yielding a resultant Two State Solution with peace and security guaranteed for both peoples. Unfortunately, such optimism ignores the one truth which nobody seems willing to identify; the truth that President Abbas cannot make peace. The Palestinian population, especially those under thirty years of age, has been raised on a visceral hatred for Israelis and Jews. They have been finely tuned to accept only a one Palestinian State solution in which the Jews are either second class Dhimmis or killed. Should Abbas ever sign a peace treaty with Israel which does not include a complete Israeli surrender his life would be forfeit in less time than Egyptian President Sadat lived after making peace before being assassinated by one of his military guard. Further, as long as the world continues to demand that Israel and Israel alone must continuously make unilateral sacrifices and surrender territory and other negotiation points, why would Abbas ever make any move towards negotiating a real peace as all he needs to do is agree to appear once every few years before the media cameras with the Israeli Prime Minister, whomever it may be, and then refuse to return to negotiate and wait for the world to force Israel to surrender everything piecemeal one unilateral concession at a time.
There is another path that would actually be productive and make Abbas and the Palestinians anxious and truly eager to negotiate and make a real and possibly lasting peace. This path demands that Israel make unilateral moves but not giving anything, especially land, to the Palestinians to bribe them to come and negotiate but to take concessions they might desire from the Palestinians, especially territory. Perhaps the first step Prime Minister Netanyahu might take to signal with a minor move would be to replace the Muslim Waqf from their supervisory role over the Temple Mount and limit their jurisdiction to the actual Islamic buildings while placing the Israeli Antiquities Authority to supervise the everyday activities and visitation to the Temple Mount. The Israeli Antiquities Authority could be tasked to form a Temple Mount Security Force in conjunction with the Shin Bet and new rules would need to be enacted allowing freedom to pray and freedom to wear religious symbols and universal access for all peoples of all religions to the Temple Mount with allowances made for major religious holy days. This would end the odious limitations currently enforced which limit prayers or other actions deemed to be of a suspected religious nature forbidden to all except Muslims. This condemnable religious stranglehold by Islam and the Waqf has been tolerated and accepted as equal religious rights under the current arrangement. Cancelling this oppressive and hateful arrangement would bring a fresh and liberating transformation to a place that is of primary religious importance to three of the world’s major religions and should never have been allowed to be restricted such that only one sole religion had rights to these holy grounds.
Should this reassignment of responsibility over policing the Temple Mount and granting equality to all to visit, pray and enjoy these hallowed grounds and religious shrines not get President Abbas and the rest of the Palestinian leadership’s undivided attention, then Israel should take a second step towards further limiting what Israel would be willing to consider to be negotiable. Annexing permanently a half dozen of the major and closest to the Green Line Jewish residential communities and the industrial, commercial, educational areasetc. would hopefully awaken the Palestinian leadership to realize that the rules have changed and they can negotiate in good faith or find Israel eventually annexing Area C and whatever locations in Area B or even Area A that are desired. Eventually Israel could inform the Palestinian leadership that Israel has annexed all the areas Israel wishes to retain as part of Israel and they have two choices, either form a demilitarized state on what remains or if they still refuse to negotiate then Israel will consider the remaining areas to be under Israeli security control while allowing it to be a semi-autonomous area within which the Palestinians living there have limited self-rule but they will not be granted Israeli citizenship. Meanwhile, whenever Israel annexed lands they would grant the Palestinians residing within a temporary status placing them on a path towards full Israeli citizenship. They would receive new identification cards which would be different from Israeli or Palestinian identification cards currently in use. They would be eligible for full citizenship in five years provided they did not support, participate, harbor, commit or allow the occurrence of any terror related activities. It has become obvious that as long as Israel is forced to give concessions there will be no peace so perhaps it is time to attempt a new approach where Israel no longer surrenders in small unilateral steps but rather takes a positive step establishing a new pro-Israel fact on the ground one annexation at a time. When you are running out of carrots and it has become obvious that carrots are not working, then it is time to try a few sticks and save whatever remaining carrots you have for when the other side truly and honestly desires to negotiate a permanent peace with security and tranquility for both peoples living side-by-side or together in the lands between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea.
