Germany, Breaking the Silence, and the Lies Europe Sells

 

A few days ago we wrote about the German Foreign Minister deciding insulting Israel was more important than meeting Prime Minister Netanyahu while in Israel. The end result was he met with the leadership of the NGO Breaking the Silence when given the choice of them or the Prime Minister. This was not a slight taken lightly as Chancellor Angela Merkel backed up the German Foreign Minister’s choice making it the choice of the German government. This insult should weight heavily on the campaign for the position of Chancellor of Germany allowing the people of Germany to hold Angela Merkel, her party and all the parties who remain in her coalition as supporters of her administration intentionally rebuking Israel through intentional insult and actions which are above and beyond just this insult alone. Germany is also the main financial supporter of Breaking the Silence, an NGO dedicated in making false claims about Israeli Defense Force (IDF) actions even to include their humanitarian activities but more about that soon. What need be added is that Germany is far from alone amongst European governments supporting NGO’s working to defame Israel by all and any means possible usually largely through lies and inference. That includes everyone from Sweden to Britain to Italy and everywhere inbetween. They disguise these NGO’s by abusing the open and unrestrictive free speech laws Israel applies to NGO’s and their ability to register themselves as Israeli NGO’s. That’s right, Breaking the Silence is registered as an Israeli NGO’s despite getting a plurality of their funds from Germany and according to NGO Monitor, European governments cover 65 percent of this NGO’s funds, but when Israel attempted to correct this foreign financing of Israeli NGO’s by changing the laws such that any NGO which received a majority of their funds from foreign sources would be required to register as a foreign NGO, Europeans erupted with indignation claiming that if this law passed then Israel would no longer be a democracy. When Israel was discussing this change the European Union and numerous European governments went absolutely orbital in their threats and sheer furious outrage claiming that Israeli democracy was under threat by this law. Did we mention that every European nation requires NGO’s registered by their governments be financed by a majority of their funds from within the nation, some place a higher than fifty percent requirement for NGO financing to be recognized as indigenous.

 

Now to give you a taste of the bile odium with which Breaking the Silence attempts to paint the IDF’s actions. The IDF sent a rapid response search and rescue teams and were the first nation to have a working complete field hospital complete with an entire diagnostic department, neonatal, OBGYN, surgical wards and other medical services all even before the United States arrived in Haiti after their devastating earthquake. One of the Israeli acts which received international acclaim was their going the extra steps to restore dancer George Exantus such that he was able to return to the love of his life, dancing, despite having lost his leg from the knee. Also, there are videos with British Colonel Richard Kemp who was an international observer during the War with Hamas, Islamic Jihad and other terrorists in Gaza including his report given to the United Nations Human Rights Council. We doubt that his report made many of those sitting in the chamber overly happy. Breaking the Silence regularly claims that the IDF has its soldiers harvesting organs from the Palestinians. Breaking the Silence was caught by nationalist group Ad Kan, as reported here by Arutz Sheva, spying on the IDF, or people they believe are IDF veterans, in attempts to gather internal secrets and planning by the IDF along the GAZA border. What Breaking the Silence did with the information and there are fears that they were working for Hamas, Islamic Jihad or possibly even Iran, is unknown and may constitute as espionage, a criminal act. We would be very grateful to any powers that be that actually would prove in a court, military or civilian, within Israel that Breaking the Silence has conducted espionage so that they could be delegitimized completely and made to disband. But, the problem is not just Breaking the Silence, they have allies who similarly are largely financed out of Europe with some financed by the European Union, others by individual nations, and some, in order to hide their financial origins, use other NGO’s through which they receive their funding.

 

One of the main NGO’s through which funds are channeled is called the New Israel Fund (NIF). By funneling through the NIF, they can claim that most of their funding comes from within Israel. We suspect but have yet to find sufficient evidence that there is the funneling of funds in both directions such that many of the NGO’s be sharing the same funds and repeatedly can show a higher percentage of funding from within Israel. For example one NGO receives a million Euros from any European source and then slide one third to two other NGO’s who then in return send the same amount back to the initial NGO. After doing this again with two other NGO’s they will have received one and one-third million Euros from other Israeli NGO’s and one million Euros from a European source and thus claim they received approximately fifty-seven percent funding from within Israel while actually only receiving one million Euros from a European source. They can then continue in using the one million Euros in efforts against Israel and still claim to be an Israeli funded NGO with holy credentials to prove such. Further, all European funding of the NIF immediately becomes Israeli funding when granted to other NGO’s in Israel and this is considered to be one of the main endeavors of the NIF. What is truly astounding are the number of NGO’s and intragovernmental agencies mostly attached to the United Nations which have as their main agenda the criticizing and denouncing of Israel. The German Foreign Minister also met with B’Tselem, another anti-Israel NGO. B’Tselem was founded as a Human Rights organization and has published over a hundred reports on various issues such as torture, fatal shootings by security forces, restrictions on movement, expropriation of land and discrimination in planning and building in East Jerusalem, administrative detention, house demolitions, violence by Israeli settlers and Palestinians, and Israeli operations in the occupied territories. Hiding behind a claimed Human Rights platform is a popular ruse used by numerous other organizations and most famously by the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC). The UNHRC got to a point where they would open their biannual meetings with resolutions to criticize Israel for human rights abuses. They would fill in the particulars at a later time likely given to one of their staff to enter the desired accusations.

 

Beyond B’Tselem, NIF, UNHRC, and Breaking the Silence there are leagues of other anti-Israel NGO’s and committees. A short list would include but not be limited to Boycott Divestment and Sanctions (BDS), Sabeel, Badil, Christ at the Checkpoint, Zochrot (research on these by NGO Monitor can be read here, plus financing by the European Union for BDS supporting groups such as Applied Research Institute Jerusalem (ARIJ), Land Research Center, The Culture and Free Thought Association (CFTA), Edward Said National Conservatory and Music Association, Popular Art Center, Cooperazione per lo Sviluppo dei Paesi Emergenti (COSPE), Palestinian Medical Relief Society (PMRS), Palestinian Centre for Democracy and Conflict Resolution (PCDCR), Arab Youth Against ‘Honour Killings’, and a number of others also researched by NGO Monitor with the report here, and for a little extra, here is a report by JewishPress.com. Granted, one day the headline might read that North Korean missile launch went poorly and exploded upon takeoff. The next day the headline might read about a chemical attack in Syria against civilians. The day after that we might read about the launching of Tomahawk Cruise Missiles at a Syria airfield and a Mother of all Bombs (MOAB or GBU-43/B Massive Ordnance Air Blast) being dropped on Islamic State cave complex in Afghanistan. But, before any two-week period is up you will likely find at least one front-page headline reporting on Israel. It may only take a week and far less if anything even minor should occur. We have a President in Turkey not only taking over all the power and centralizing it in the Presidency that he holds but also declaring his intent to take Aleppo and Mosul as the southern borders for the new Turkey, there is the continuing five year long Syrian civil war and all that entails, there is the massive refugee and immigrant influx into much of Europe, terrorism around the globe, the slow disintegration of the European Union, Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin, North Korea’s Kin Jong Un and his dwindling family size, weather anomalies, Voyager I reaching the Heliosphere and so many other monumental news items not all of which are terrifying and yet the news inevitably returns to a nation the size of New Jersey that is not currently fighting a war with any of her neighbors, Israel. How can anybody explain this? NGO Monitor has a partial explanation in that many nations and organizations around the world invest large sums of cash, often money they do not really have to spend, all on denigrating Israel. This is why the news always turns back to Israel, the world is investing huge sums of money in attempts to destroy Israel and they must have the news constantly screaming about Israel has done this or that or the other and it is terrible. The Arab Palestinians all originated in Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and even Turkey, the Sudan and Yemen; and these nations stopped accepting their countrymen back at the demands of Yasser Arafat and the Arab League such that they would have the refugee weapon to wield against Israel. The Arab Palestinians, and here is the dirty little secret, do not desire their own nations, they wish to return to where the rest of their families reside, but they are set on destroying Israel first and are willing to live forever in these camps because Israel must be destroyed. The Europeans agree with the Arab world on this point which is why they spend so much time, energy and money in efforts to discredit and demean Israel. The destruction of Israel has become the dream of the leftists who, it should be no surprise, are the modern fascists. The reason everybody has the desire to be rid of Israel is very simple and was given by Adolph Hitler as the reason for the Final Solution; he was going to rid the world of the “Jewish Conscience” which meant he also wanted to destroy all of the Judeo-Christian world. We have discussed this and shown how the left has been against the Judeo-Christian ethics for at least the past century. This was why they supported the Nazis up until Poland was invaded and they felt threatened, further one can simply research Charles Lindbergh and the Eugenicists of his era and their support for Hitler and Mousseline until the start of World War II and the attack on Pearl Harbor. During and for a while after World War II the left fell in love with Communism for the same reason and now are admiring Islam and see it as the savior from the Judeo-Christian ethic which they see as the bane of civilization. The only conclusion which can come from this is even leftist Jews who mostly have left their faith mostly outside their lives with special exception for their loved holiday parties such as dress-up costumes for Purim, jelly donuts on Chanukah and really dressing up for the High Holiday services, have joined in the anti-Semitic hatred for Israel. The hatred for Israel is largely fueled by anti-Semitism which is easily proven by simply asking those anti-Israel demonstrators what other nation they hold to a similar standard as Israel. Mostly they will sputter or perhaps be honest before they check themselves and name the United States. Hatred of the Judeo-Christian ethic is both anti-Semitism and anti-Christianity and often couched as anti-Western culture. The weird thing is the most ardent advocates of these particular poisonous hatreds are people living in Western Society. Why the natives of Western Society and the people who benefit the most from the Judeo-Christian ethics from which we get such niceties as private property rights, civility, polite culture, the Ten Commandments and nearly everything they find pleasant about their life all of which is kept safe due to the legal systems which were derived from Torah and the teachings of the Rabbis (Jesus was a Rabbi) and the philosophies which followed from their leads. Of course, the leftists will claim that religion has murdered more people than anything else in history. What they are doing is repeating a lie which by its repetition has become accepted truth, but it is still a lie. The first thing they need to take in is that World War I was not started over religion but by treaties, World War II and the Holocaust had nothing to do with religion, at least not Judeo-Christianity as the Nazis were anti-Christian and, need we add, anti-Semitic and then we have the Stalin Purges and then the disastrous policies of Mao which murdered more people than anyone has ever been able to estimate and that alone accounts for over three-quarters of the deaths due to war and governments. Only one killer even approaches these counts, disease. The current war against Israel is simply a continuation of a hatred which has existed for over four-thousand years and if only it could end and Israel be given the lands promised her in 1922, well before the Holocaust thus not having such as the reason, and allowed to live in peace, then everything discovered by Israeli scientists and physicians and engineers would be shared with the world and used for the benefit of the world. If you think cherry tomatoes are cool, imagine what other things Israel could invent.

Israel Only Able To Prevent Suicide by Withdrawal from World Bodies

 

The rumor mill has once again sounded the warning that France will be presenting a motion to the Security Council condemning Israel as an occupier of the lands which were liberated from Jordanian occupation in the Six Day War in June of 1967. The formation of the homeland for the Jewish people came in three easy to understand steps. The first step was the proposal for the lands to be divided into one state for the Jews and a second Arab Palestinian state complimenting the already existing Arab Palestinian state cut from the British Mandate lands called Jordan, originally Transjordan. The San Remo Conference put forth that the lands turned over to British control under the title of British Mandate Lands was for the formation of the Jewish state. This meant that all of the Mandate lands under British control were to form the Jewish state. While the British were doing all within their power to guarantee that there would never be sufficient Jews allowing for their state to be founded they ‘requested’ with likely some degree of ominous foreboding that the Zionist Congress allow for the using of the Mandate lands east of the Jordan River, that is seventy-eight percent of the lands, be given for forming an Arab Palestinian State which would be ruled by the Hashemite Royal Family and in return the British Crown and nation would guarantee that the remaining twenty-two percent of the Mandate lands west of the Jordan River would remain inviolately usable for the Jewish homelands. That was the first dividing of the lands presumably reserved for the homeland for the Jewish People for which we have nobody to blame but ourselves for agreeing and that die has been cast.

The British, true to their word, to the Arab leaders, restricted the number of Jews permitted to enter the British Mandate lands, even throughout World War II when having a place to emigrate to would have saved millions of Jewish lives, and had refused an offer by the Germans before they invaded Poland for the British to allow Germany to deport their Jewish population to the British Mandate lands thus sealing the fate of German and European Jewry and setting the final segments in place for the Holocaust. Even after World War II and the gruesome realities of the Holocaust became known where figures estimate that over six million Jews and millions of Roma, Serbians, Poles, Homosexuals, mentally unstable and other disabled persons were all liquidated as there was no room in the Reich for inferior humans such as those persecuted minorities, the British were still holding out against the formation of Israel and continued to refuse to allow the remainder of European Jews to emigrate to the British controlled areas even going as far as to take some of the Jews who were caught attempting to land in Haifa, Tel Aviv and other ports and place them right back into the concentration camps under British control in Germany. This was the fate of the real ship Exodus which was portrayed in the movie by the same name except the real Exodus was intercepted by the British, boarded and the Jews taken around Europe and up the Rhine and the Jews were incarcerated in ‘Displaced Persons Camps’ which for the survivors of the Concentration Camps this was a particularly trying and distressing imposition. They had believed and hoped with all the fiber left in them that they were going to be in Eretz Yisroel and instead the British had taken them back to Germany and basically incarcerated them in a holding camp for displaced persons. History is full of ironies and events which defy logic or explanation as to why and how people could be so heartless or unthinking as to incarcerate Jews in camps after their having survived the concentration camps but then again they might have been spared the concentration camps had Britain or any other nation agreed to take them in or allow them refuge in one of their colonial possessions of the period but none were offered. The Exodus was simply one ship out of many which had sailed for Israel only to be intercepted and placed in camps only to finally release them allowing their immigration to Israel after the recognition on May 15, 1948.

Finally the United Nations on November 29, 1947 held their vote in the General Assembly on whether or not to offer a partition plan which would establish another Arab Palestinian State additional to Jordan and Israel for the Jews and even proposed a set of boarders which would have maximized the two sides to be constantly at each other’s throats with constant complaints of border transgressions. As this was a General Assembly Resolution it had absolutely no binding powers and held only the power of suggesting one possible solution and could have led to negotiations or other method of settling any disputes or claims from either party. The one thing it could not do was survive either side refusing to accept the offer of two states for two peoples living side by side in peace and security or in any form what-so-ever. Thus was General Assembly Resolution 181 born with the map below depicting the borders proposed by the United Nations which was sent to the Zionist Congress and the Arab League for their respective approvals. Should both parties have accepted the proposal there would have been two states formed in the lands between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea. The Zionist Congress and all Jewish Agencies agreed to the proposal almost immediately. The Arab League held a vote where it was almost unanimously refused claiming that no size Arab state was acceptable if it did not include all of the land and that no Jewish state was acceptable in any form, size or other consideration and that the Jews must not be permitted a state on what was pure Arab lands. The refusal by the Arab League meant that General Assembly Resolution 181 offer for two states died at that moment and the United Nations decided with the agreement of the British, as the British desired to be rid of the entire tangled mess and all the problems their remaining would entail, so Israel was born with the borders being the entirety of the British Mandate lands from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea. The rejection by the Arab League left all the land in the map below to become Israel, the entirety including both the orange and green plus the white area depicting Jerusalem as the Arabs gave up their claims and that made void the divisions proffered in Resolution 181 so when the British still insisted they were leaving as of sundown May 14, 1948, then at that point the Jewish state of Israel came into being which was the next day as in Judaism sundown is the start of the next day which is why though the British surrendered their control at sundown on May 14 that Israel declared their independence day to correspond with May 15, 1948 which was 5th of Iyyar, 5708 on the Hebrew calendar.

 

 

UN Palestine Partition Versions of 1947 and included within UN General Assembly Resolution 181 which was rejected by the Arab League negating the UN Resolution as if either side rejects such a UN Resolution which is non-binding, it invalidates the entire agreement rendering it mute from that point forward. Jerusalem was to be managed by a corpus separatum (Latin: “separate entity”) set up consisting of an international groups most likely to be rotated. This offer was accepted by the Zionist Congress but having any General Assembly Resolution accepted by one side and rejected by the other is simply one hand clapping, useless.

 

 

That morning seven national armies crossed into the nascent state of Israel in an invasion having the full intent of murdering every last Jew; every man, woman and child. This war continued off and on for over a year and became known as the Israeli War of Independence. The problem with that name is it is a misrepresentation of what occurred. Israel did not win this war; they just did not completely lose this war. Israel survived a war intent on their annihilation but lost lands to Jordan, Syria and Egypt. Israel did fight a war for independence which ended on November 29, 1947 when the date was set for Israeli independence and the departure of the British Mandate forces. From that date on Israel was fighting a war with the Arab population led by the Mufti of Jerusalem Amin al-Husseini and these guerilla forces were joined by armies from Iraq, Syria, Egypt, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, Arab Liberation Army (Arabic جيش الإنقاذ العربي‎) commanded by Fawzi al-Qawuqji, Army of the Holy War (Arabic جيش الجهاد المقدس) commanded by Abd al-Qadir al-Husayni and Hasan Salama, and volunteers from Muslim Brotherhood, Yemen, Pakistan and Sudan. Additionally both Britain and the United States had official policy of an arms embargo on all sides though there was some British help provided the Arab forces as the British turned over much of their arms and equipment to the Arab forces as they departed in the weeks leading up to May 14, 1948. Israel very well might not have persevered if not for one nation which understood being the victim of British ignobly when they were sacrificed to Germany and Hitler in order to avoid any potential conflict over such a trivial matter such as was Czechoslovakia to the powers such as Britain in the period immediately before the invasion of Poland began World War II officially. Czechoslovakia bravely ignored the major powers embargo and basically all but dared them to say something, anything about what they had chosen to do. Israel owes them a debt of gratitude and more to the Czech Republic and to Slovakia so as to return the favor of life which they provided Israel in their time of greatest need and challenge.

 

By the end of the war the Egyptians held the Gaza Strip which they gained from Israel, the Syrians had gained control over the whole of the Golan Heights which previously were divided at their highest point and Jordan had gained much of Judea, Benyamin, Samaria and half of Jerusalem which included the entirety of the Old City as well as the Temple Mount and many of the oldest and most historic and important cities and towns from ancient Israeli and Jewish history. These lands gained by these aggressors were the true occupied lands and were presumably part of Israel and were lost when Israel managed to survive the war of Jewish annihilation by over a dozen Arab armies but still Israel lost lands and the world has done everything possible to enforce that loss despite Israel liberating these lands when forced into war by another attempt at annihilation when Gamal Abdel Nasser commanding the Syrian and Egyptian armies declared they would “drive the Jews into the Sea.” Jordan did not join in this war in early June of 1967 and Israeli leaders begged Jordan not to join the war and not to believe the broadcasts on Syrian and Egyptian news telling of their advances and imminent capture of Tel Aviv, but Jordan wanted their slice of the corpse of the Jewish State and the Jews trying to tell them that they were actually winning was just a ploy by the Jews who had to be lying so Jordan jumped in on the second day of the Six Day War and lost the occupied lands as Israel liberated Judea, Samaria, Benyamin and most of all the Old City and Temple Mount in Jerusalem. The world has never forgiven Israel for winning these wars and surviving because they cannot accept the Jews as being confident, armed and proficient at defending themselves. But just because Israel has not lost the fight does not mean they have to win the peace. The aim is to force Israel back to the presumably undefendable borders of pre Six Day War 1967 so that the Arab armies can have another go at Israel and maybe this time they will succeed and Israel will be destroyed and the Jews will be back to begging from every nation to please permit us our little corner and we will promise not to make any trouble and will live at your kindnesses.

 

Now the French are next up to introduce another Security Council Resolution declaring that Israel has no rights to “occupy” Arab Palestinian lands in the West Bank, the name which Jordan gave to Judea, Samaria, Benyamin and eastern Jerusalem including the entire old city and the Temple Mount. The reason given for this emergency resolution is the dangerous rioting in Old City Jerusalem and particularly the Temple Mount for which these lands must be immediately rewarded to the Arab Palestinians so that the rioting will end as the Israelis are the reason for the rioting and the terrorism. If only the Arab Palestinians are granted their historic lands, historic lands for a terminology used first by Yasser Arafat with the assistance of his Soviet KGB masters who invented Palestinians to mean the Arabs who are no different than the people in Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Egypt and the other Arab nations in the Middle East. What is being glossed over is that the rioters are the Arabs and if the solution to Arab rioting is to give them the lands then what is to be done with the Arab violence in Tel Aviv, Ashdod, Ashkelon and the future Arab violence which will break out in almost every corner of what is today Israel? I think I can guess at the European solution and that would be to give all of Israel to the Arabs and let them do as they wish with the Jews just as long as they do not send them to Europe. The question is are these miscreant youths who you really wish to reward encouraging their behavior, especially when there are thousands of potentially like-minded youths residing in and currently entering Europe? Think about this carefully, really carefully.

 

 

 

Perhaps the Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations should place a sister resolution to the Security Council which will reward the Arabs rioting across Europe by giving them the cities and nations where the Arabs are rioting to the Arab rioters as if it is the right solution to Arab rioting them; it must work the same wherever there exists Arab rioting. I have a suggestion for the French; take care of the Islamic violence in your own nation such as the horrific murders at Charlie Hebdo and the Hyper Cacher kosher market, the terrorist murders of three young children and a rabbi at the Ozar Hatorah School in the north-east part of Toulouse before throwing barbs at Israel. There are sufficient problems in every nation at some level which others could throw the stones of indignance at, but throwing such stones from your own glass house at somebody else’s glass house results in two very smashed glass houses with no benefit to either house owner. If for one moment the world would read the San Remo Conference results and they would know almost instantaneously that the lands from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea all belongs to Israel and technically so does all of Jordan, but the Zionist Congress made a sacrifice to please the native Arab population and allowed the British to make good on their promises and this is the repayment, the attempt to take the remaining twenty-two percent of the lands promised the Jews and reward those who would destroy everything the Jews have built and murder every Jew given half the chance. Let us all hope that the French will prepare for their own problems because if the reward for Arabs rioting is to give them the lands, we can expect a world full of Arab rioting and demands they be rewarded the lands in which they rioted just as the precedent the European and United Nations demanded from Israel as why should Europe be any different than Israel? Time will tell but be careful on the precedents set as they have a nasty habit of growing bolder and more voracious with their appetite only growing after they swallow another morsel surrendered under duress, a lot more appetite.

The Same Old Gangs Blaming Israel

Today the typical situation which is used by Israel’s nefarious enemies will use to cast Israel as the evil force continuing the cycle of violence. Once they start pointing to the fact that Israel has not ceased their attacks despite the Palestinians agreeing to a new three day ceasefire then their supporters and their useful idiots and their cohorts in hating all things Israel which includes extremist right wing nationalists, far leftist anti-capitalists, plain old anti-Semites and others who simply are looking for something to protest or hate will all come flying out of the woodwork with the ready-made signs and chants anxious to excoriate Israel contending that the Israelis are viscous barbarians who live to murder innocent Palestinians. The way this operates is one of the plethora of terrorist groups, or some combination; agree to a ceasefire such as this weekend when the Palestinian Authority, Hamas and Islamic Jihad all agreed to renew a seventy-two hour ceasefire but when the time to execute came Hamas continued firing rockets into Israel forcing the IAF to respond to defend the Israeli civilians with an attempt to silence the Hamas rocket launching terrorists. Meanwhile both the Palestinian Authority and Islamic Jihad are claiming that Israel has refused the ceasefire and are continuing to bomb Gaza despite their ceasefire agreement. They know that the mainstream media will transmit their plaintiff lament of deception word for word and then add their own commentary forcing the deceit to another level. Next thing you know there are protests across North America, Europe and the rest of the Western world. These demonstrations will instantly appear whenever Israel comes under attack and is forced to defend her citizens. It is a unique occurrence reserved solely for the Israelis.

There has been a viscous war ravaging all of Syria going into its third year and yet there has been nary the major demonstration. The violent land dispute between Russian President Putin and the Ukraine had its share of demonstrations in the news, mostly from within the Ukraine but only limited play-time around the rest of the world. There is ISIS who is crowning their announcement of their forming the next Caliphate with the blood of thousands of Christians which one would expect at least some protests, but mostly silence as their slaughter of innocents continues. Since President Obama had ordered airstrikes against ISIS we just might see some protests now, against those airstrikes, not ISIS. Mind you, the violent abduction of over two-hundred school girls in Nigeria by the Boko Haram terrorist group did manage a hashtag demonstration on Twitter which even got a determined angry First Lady but limited street demonstrations, very limited. The sporadic cross-border violence between Afghanistan and Pakistan has been completely ignored by the protest anything groups. All of the various nations in South and Central America which have spurred the child emigration into the United States as desperate parents shipped their children off hoping they would find the promise of a decent future has gained some demonstrations, against the children illegally entering the United States, not against the misery and violence which spurred these children’s parents to such desperation. Spin a globe while blindfolded, stop it and point randomly until you hit a nation and the odds are fairly even that you will be pointing to one of the numerous hot spots of violence, almost all of them unprotested by the perpetually perturbed who usually are ready to protest for any cause. But have Israel come under attack and launch a retaliatory strike and then you would think the world had caught fire by the immediate throngs demonstrating across the globe.

The truth is that the terrorist groups starting with Hamas and Islamic Jihad as the big two and numerous smaller outfits which include but are not limited to al-Qaeda in Gaza, ISIS, small groups attached to Fatah, and PFLP will all combine their efforts to cast Israel in the worst possible light. Hamas and Islamic Jihad are known for their willingness to sacrifice as many innocents as necessary to make it appear Israel is slaughtering these civilian victims of this horrific propaganda ruse. They have also learned that by dressing their fighters in civilian clothing that when a terrorist falls in combat they simply need remove his firearm and any other military gear and now they have another civilian ready for the cameras. Often the media are brought to the place where there had been terrorists struck in an Israeli airstrike who had been sanitized and then shown and photographed by the media. Some of the media who work Gaza as their assigned beat have been induced into providing support for the terrorist interests while others are simply intimidated into assisting in the terrorist rouses presenting exactly what Hamas, Islamic Jihad and the others wish for the world to witness. Any media operating in Gaza or the West Bank area under complete Palestinian Authority rule are required to have their reports approved before they are permitted to transmit or file their story. Any media personnel who report stories or file pictures or videos which cast the terrorist as, say, terrorists, those filing such reports, videos, or pictures are refused any further ability or access to Gaza or other terrorist controlled areas. In Israel the media has the advantage of freedom of the press and are permitted to report everything as they see fit. This even includes reporters and others who are known Israel bashers or even outright anti-Semites, anti-Zionists or reporters for Al-Jazeera. Is it any wonder why Israel receives critical media that actually questions and challenges Israel on their every reason and action while Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Palestinian Authority and other terrorist groups receive such supportive reporting hiding the horrors and illegal actions such as their firing their rockets and mortars from amongst civilian homes, storing military stores such as rockets and explosives in Mosques and UNRWA schools, surrounding their fighters during firefights with children, using their children to explode suicide belts in public places inside Israel and aiming their rockets and mortars toward Israeli civilians rather than military targets. And this ignores the entire misinformation campaign which had become known as “Pallywood” which I will leave to your search engine to provide the evidence.

Once one takes the time to actually inspect and research the truth and discard the hyperbole and propaganda and a whole new picture and reality appears before your eyes and in one’s mind. Once you cast off the misinformation and group-think, researching the kernels of truth which often are reported in more remote and less popular news sources Israel takes on a whole new perspective and her struggle becomes one with which is at the forefront of the oncoming battle between modern progressive society and regressive barbarism. Doubt this at your own peril but there are reports of ISIS making plans to ally with Hamas and Islamic Jihad joining their terror war to destroy Israel and cleans it of its non-Muslim population. The further you dig into the real news the more you will realize that there is no difference between ISIS and Hamas, Boko Haram and Fatah, Hezballah and al-Qaeda or any of the other pairings of Islamic terrorism. Hamas is supported by Turkey, Qatar and Iran while ISIS is supported by Turkey, while Hezballah is an arm of Iran but ISIS and Hezballah are warring against one another inside the Syrian civil war. The alliances are confusing until one realizes that the Muslim infighting will disappear tomorrow if any Muslim force gained an ability to defeat the Western nations in one great conflagration. Until that one preeminent Islamic entity rises above the rest and shows that capability, the many different power bases within Islam will beck the wide array of terrorist forces as they pose the greatest destructive capabilities currently able for Islam to wage against the Western advanced nations. That is where Israel’s part in this struggle is apparent; Israel is the test case for the rest of the advanced Western nations. Should the Islamic forces ever destroy Israel the rest of Islam will take the lessons learned and apply them to conquer the remainder of the world bringing the entire world under their control; an unavoidable set of events they foresee are coming near to fruition. We hear reports and predictions that Islamic influence is rising to a tipping point in much of Europe, yet outside the Islamic nations of Turkey, Azerbaijan, Kosovo, Albania, Herzegovina, Macedonia which has a historically large Muslim population, and Cyprus which consists of a population which is half of Greek origin and half Turkish origin; the rest of Europe averages well under ten percent indigenous Muslim populations with the majority of nations well below five percent. Many leading military tacticians have claimed that Israel acts much like the cork in a champagne bottle which once removed would open the proverbial floodgates of Muslims into Europe, and some claiming that such an influx might be at the head of an attacking army hoping to initiate the new and their hoped for final expansion of Islam to take what they believe is its rightful place ruling the entirety of planet Earth. Whether these predictions are valid is something I would just as soon not test. Unfortunately, if you go by much of the media coverage of this latest conflict initiated by Hamas by abducting three Israeli teenage boys and murdering them then firing over a thousand rockets into Israeli over the ensuing three weeks before Israel retaliated, then one would believe that much of the Western world would desire such a test, including many European nations. Go figure.
