Why the World Refuses to Believe Israel

It does not often matter what statement, claim or observation comes from Israel, the world will turn everything inside-out, upside-down, twist and torture, spindle and mutilate and then complain that everything is unintelligible. Shakespeare’s sonnets could not survive such treatment without coming back sounding like something from Chaucer. If Israel were to claim that daytime is bright and sunny and the nights dark and mysterious, the UN and EU would get together, work with the Arab League and appoint a committee to study the Israeli commentary. Their assignment would not be to verify its veracity but to find some ulterior motive hidden inside with which to reject the entire commentary. When Israel argued that the Temple Mount rules were being altered and Jews were being denied rights to go upon one of their holy sites, the UN through UNESCO decided that the Temple Mount had no connection to Judaism and threw in the rest of Jerusalem for good measure and then stated they only belonged and were attached to Islam. This probably came as a bit of a shock to the world’s Christians because if the Temple Mount was never in the hands of the Jewish People, then Jesus would not have had any moneychangers’ tables to overturn amongst numerous other items. This was the same thing concerning Rachel’s Tomb and the Tomb of the Patriarchs along with Shiloh and Hevron. Currently the EU is building cities and communities across Area C, the region supposedly under complete Israeli control, placing EU emblems and Palestinian Arab deeds of ownership. These communities are being positioned such that they cut off all of the Shomron from Jerusalem and the rest of Israel. One can only predict that eventually the EU, along with whomever they can wrestle up, will build structures for the Palestinian Arabs around the Tel Aviv city limits so they can claim even Tel Aviv.

But the world will not listen as they do not see how any of this relates to their problems. This is where it starts to get stranger than weird. Israelis have been telling the world that the Arabs do not desire an actual state for the Palestinian Arabs, they want Israel destroyed by the Palestinian Arabs. The entire idea is to terrorize and attack Jews until they get tired of the difficulties and leave. There are a few holes in their theory. First and foremost, we Jews do not desire to leave and are not the slightest way interested in departing our ancestral lands. The world thinks that means we are packing and will be leaving soon if only they continue to apply pressure. We warn the world that the Arabs main goal is not building anything but the tearing down of Israel destroying everything and either driving the Jews into the Sea or murdering them on the land. To this we are told we are overreacting and need to calm down. Even when translated documents and videos are displayed where they are caught saying these exact things in Arabic, the world becomes too frozen in ignorance to translate these for themselves while dismissing every translation as pro-Israel no matter what researchers provide. It often appears as if the intent of the world’s actions are intended to remove the Jewish State no matter the cost to humanity. Such is the foolishness Zionists face when attempting to explain the Jewish People’s love for their Jerusalem and all of Eretz Yisroel, all of Eretz Yisroel.

Israel primarily is the one place on the planet where a Jew is accepted and taken at face value and granted safety. The safety is not yet perfect, but neither is the world, and that is something which requires additional efforts. Jews have not had a singular place which they could call home with complete certainty. After the Roman Dispersion, the Jews never had assured safety whether they resided in Europe, Africa or the Middle East. Things were not necessarily improved with the discovery of the new world, the Americas. Even the presumed security Jews felt with the United States has developed some serious flaws. Synagogue shootings, attacks on streets even in New York City area, hate on many college campuses, academia turning against Israel and that is becoming simply anti-Semitism. Even the halls of Congress have been breached and contaminated with anti-Semitism. Europe is not any better with a distinct possibility that an anti-Zionist, anti-Israel, anti-Semitic candidate will be elected as Prime Minister of Britain in the coming elections. Should Jeremy Corbyn become the next Prime Minister, will there remain anything which the Jews could claim as a reason for remaining within Britain? Many believe that the answer is a definitive, no. Other nations within Europe have outlawed shechita and some have outlawed circumcision claiming any variation of reasons for these actions. Some of the reasons include gaining the child’s permission, humanitarian reasons, kindness for animals and anything other than making Jews unwelcome. These actions are historic in their precedence and have been used with the same excuses to drive Jews from nations since the beginning of history and even before. The Greeks, Babylonians, Persians and Romans all forbade circumcision and many forbade reading of Torah or saying the Shema, all in the aim of wiping out Judaism and the practice thereof. There is nothing new under the sun, if we may quote King Solomon.

The world desires not to believe that the Jewish People have begun to return to their ancestral homelands fulfilling prophesy. This stands in direct opposition to the modernist secular humanist view of the world. Secular humanism refutes the existence of a supreme being and places everything as under some discipline of science, either physics, mathematics, biology, philosophy and the rest of the hard and soft sciences. There are no mysteries, only things not yet discovered. This is strange as many a physicist and other practical scientific discipline are starting to believe that the universe could not have occurred by accident. This has led some to believe there was a creator while others believe there are infinite universes and this one just happened to turn out just right which explains our existence. The one problem with secular humanism is that it gives life no meaning beyond the physical aspects of life which leads one to believe that there are no universal rules or ultimate entity and thus ultimate goodness or evilness. Life becomes but a series of acts without any meaning beyond what the person felt. This leads quickly to the, if it feels good-do it, philosophy of life. Should the Jews really establish Israel, then the Bible is again validated and thus there are actual principles and reality has good and evil and they have definitions. Life is meant to pursue goodness and to improve oneself and thus make the world a better place. The Jews reestablishing their ancestral homelands just as put forth in scripture fulfills that prophecy which told of the redemption in some future where Jerusalem and the Jewish homelands became the central location for these events. Just as the people found the means through which they were returning to their former lifestyle where there was only the morality of the moment and nothing had any real meaning beyond that which one assigned it. Gender was variable, not defined biologically. Pleasure was the ultimate goal, not virtue. Now the return of Israel means that there is a Supreme Being and thus a moral code meant for mankind. If one believes in Israel, then they believe in Hashem and thus there exists morality and self-discipline becomes expected of every human being. This is the same fight the Jews have faced since the days when their opposition was Baal and the evil was child sacrifice. Today that same fight is facing Planned Parenthood and the remainder of the meat market which is the abortion industry. The new priests wear the garb of a physician but is no different than the priests of Baal.

Israel is equated to mean the Jews. The Jews are equated with morality, self-control, limitations upon actions, kindness between one another and the golden rule. The one item people have which is a misconception is that the Jews demand that the world live by their strict standards. That is not true. The only thing we expect is for anyone living within Israel to follow at a minimum the Noahic Code, the Seven Noahide Laws. The commandments of the Torah and other Jewish doctrines are for the Jews and are not expected of non-Jews. What we hope is through our following Torah we will have an enviable life which will cause others to act more nobly, more kindly and attempt to attain a righteous life emulating the success of the Jews. We hope our actions and interactions lead people to find our ways pleasing and inviting and thus people will improve but only if we, as Jews, get our act together and follow the life dictated in Torah. Have the Jewish People yet attained such a standard? Unfortunately, not yet but many are trying and with any success their actions will lead to others also improving themselves and living a more righteous life. This is why so many want Israel to disappear, to fail, to be destroyed once and for all and the Jewish People with it such that the Torah and the Bible can be said to be false. It is the morality which accompanies Judaism and the humane laws of the Torah which the refounding of Israel affirms and this means that the Biblical morality is real, Hashem is real and secular humanism is simply another blind alley leading mankind nowhere positive. Israel reaffirms the Jews and everything which that entails. Conscience is a Jewish invention was once stated by one of the most hateful towards the Jews and responsible for the murder of over six-million Jews and of an equal number of Roma, Polish, Russians and others Hitler found undesirable. That is the end which godlessness leads to and it has with every godless society ever established by mankind.

Conscience is a Jewish invention

The return of Israel has far deeper implications and mankind can only hope that they all come to fruition so that the human race can advance around a moral core. Israel can be the hope of mankind and a source of inspiration as well as a spring which whets one’s appetite to work for mutual advancement bringing people together harmoniously. Morality leads to love while immorality feeds one’s lusts leaving them lacking any real or honest emotions. That is the difference of living to meet a standard set high so aspiring to fulfill these expectations make one grow swelling with a sense of purposeful accomplishment. Judaism, the child nestled as Israel, is a cradle filled with potential and a granted set of guidelines through which to develop a sentient and compassionate person who is capable of imparting a message of Torah as their guiding light even in a world of darkness. Torah is what kept the Jews during their prolonged dispersion which spanned two millennia and is only now in the past century and a half started coming to an end. The spreading anti-Semitism will only act as an accelerant in bringing the Jewish People back home. Sure, there will be Jews who never do return and may even refute their Jewishness. We have lost family such as these before and will lose others as the future unfolds, but we retain a central core which demands we remain true to the original words from Hashem to Moses. Those words Moses taught the Israelites to be their Torah, their law, is the same as the Torah found in any synagogue. These are the unaltered words spoken at Mount Sinai during the Exodus to the best of any recollections. This is what all the fuming and fussing is over, who has the proper definition for the world to follow. The Jews do not demand or even request that others need follow Torah and its six-hundred-thirteen Commandments, or even the Seven Noahide Laws as outside of Israel is your world and you can do with it as you please. We only demand or expect certain actions for our fellow Jews and for those who choose to reside amongst us. If anyone desires to be free of living with the Jews, just avoid Jerusalem and the rest of Israel and then do as you wish, we only wish to serve as an example of one more meaningful way to live. Our aim is to inspire and encourage, and the world finds that to be annoying to such a level as to desire the destruction of all things Jewish beginning with Israel. It should be obvious that one refuses to believe those they desire to destroy.

Is it Time to Replace Netanyahu?

The inability of Bibi Netanyahu to find the right formula to form a government was the result of his own doings. His craving for vengeance costed him a coalition yet much of Israel is resigned to his being Prime Minister despite his vengeful animus which threw away the chance for a solid religious Zionist right wing nationalist coalition. I hear many now demanding to know what we are referencing. Well, it comes down simply as the Bibi demanding that it is good to be the king and he plans on deciding who will be the king now and who will be the king of the future. In case you might be wondering who would be the future king, Bibi of course. Had Bibi not decided just two days before the election to promise everything which the New Right led by Naftali Bennett were using as the base for their campaign, then Likud might have lost two or three mandates and the New Right would have crossed threshold and resulted in a gain of four or more likely five mandates. This would have resulted in Bibi having sixty-three seats even without Avigdor Lieberman and Yisrael Beiteinu. But Bibi was determined to cause as much humiliation and heaped scorn on Bennett and Shaked for their betrayal of leaving Likud in order to seek more productive support. This has been further represented by Bibi fighting the prevailing mood within Likud to bring Ayelet Shaked into Likud with a high position on their list and a guaranteed Ministerial position. Many, if not most, of Likud members and those who hold positions within Likud desire bringing Ayelet Shaked back into their fold and may even see her as the heir apparent to Bibi. This has been the problem, Bibi does not desire having an heir apparent as he has no desire, despite what has been reported, of ever giving up his spot at the top of the list and as Prime Minister as a result.

BTC Israeli Election Banner

Since Naftali Bennett has made it very clear that he sees himself as the heir apparent and thought that any party he headed would give Likud a run for their money. Instead, he departed Jewish Home in a manner which left a bad taste throughout the party, and made his own party with Shaked as his number two. Initially, it appeared that his new party would receive over ten mandates, though we warned people that leaving Jewish Home for Bennett’s New Right was a mistake as he would be fortunate to clear threshold, he polled lower and lower and on election day did not pass threshold. The new election might breathe some fresh air into Bennett’s New Right Party but that is only if he retains Ayelet Shaked, which is starting to look very iffy as Jewish Home would also take her back, though Bennett is a wholly different matter. The real problem is because Bibi wanted to extract revenge on Naftali Bennett, and secondarily Ayelet Shaked, the New Right crumbled along with the hopes for a true religious Zionist coalition. Of course, Bibi will deny to the day he retires that this was not of his making and will blame Bennett pointing to his departure from Jewish Home as the reason, not Bibi taking the wind out of their sails.

Now we are looking at having no real governance until after the middle of September and also risk the left winning the election and getting first chance for putting together a coalition. Fortunately, such will be next to impossible should the Israeli voting public remain true to form. The best they could hope to patch together is possibly fifty-seven mandates, four short of a majority. This is largely due to the left requiring the Arab blocks to join them in order to even come close to reaching a viable coalition. Even should they find a means of incorporating the Arab lists into their coalition, such an unsteady group would fall apart and require new elections within the first four months. But even to make such a coalition, the Arab parties have proven to be difficult to bring on board as they simply refuse to be part of any ruling coalition where they are not the ones given total control. The simply way of stating this is that the Arab parties will make unreasonable demands and once these are met, they will demand more and more and even more. Eventually, one realizes that nothing will ever be sufficient to bring them into the government and thus making it impossible for the left to form a government at this time. That brings us back to forming a working coalition from the right.

There actually could be arguments made for choosing a different party leader from the right leaning parties to form a coalition. The difficulty here is that Bibi Netanyahu would refuse to permit the Likud from joining such a venture. Thus, the only means by which this could work would be through the removal of Bibi from leading Likud. Did I hear somebody say, “impossible?” That is why it is a problem. Bibi would tear the Likud Party into pieces taking a large chunk of the party with him in order to allow him to continue as Prime Minister indefinitely. There was a similar problem during the lead-up to the Gaza withdrawal when Arik Sharon was felled by American pressure to cede Gaza to the Palestinian Authority (PA) so they could prove their ability to form a functioning governance and state. Well, within two years the PA lost their grip on Gaza to Hamas and Islamic Jihad (controlled and provisioned by Iran) who have made war on Israel ever since their 2007 takeover. Erik Sharon was unable to convince the majority of the Likud Party to go along with the plan presented by Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and President George W. Bush to permit the PA to rule Gaza unhindered. This caused him to form the Kadima Party which also included many people from leftist parties such as the Labor Party, and resulted in a coalition made up of strange bedfellows. He kept a coalition and gave away Gaza and the rest is history. The promise that Israel could simply reestablish control if things went wrong itself went wrong and now Hamas and Islamic Jihad control Gaza and threaten Israel representing Iran in the process.

We would not be surprised if things went awry, that Bibi would form his own party out of the remnants of Likud and whomever he could bring aboard and make a run at a centrist unity government, taking the same path as Arik Sharon. He could include the Blue-White Party, or whatever might be left after they separate from Yair Lapid and he take the most faithful of his Yesh Atid people with him. Add to this a few sprinklings from both extremes including people who decide that this is the best bet for their future. We can only issue them the same warning we gave those leaving to joining Bennett, be very careful where you cast your lot as things tend to lose their luster once revealed to the sunlight.

Still, we have three months plus to the September elections in which time much can come to pass. The attempts by Naftali Bennett to bring the religious-Zionist parties together to run with him leading the ticket are doomed to failure. What does he believe he has to offer after his recent defeat? This is his final push to find his path to being Prime Minister. We long ago told friends that all Naftali Bennett was is Yair Lapid with a yarmulke, nothing more. Bennett believes that he is owed the Prime Minister position on any ticket which he joins. He probably left Likud realizing that he was not going to replace Bibi from within. He left Jewish Home because he believed he was their star attraction and as such he could simply make his own party and people would flock to him and Jewish Home would be decimated. Jewish Home was in complete disarray immediately after he left partially because Bennett had refused to seat the new Central Committee and refused to allow the Central Committee to meet for over a year before he split taking the number two and another Minister along with him. Jewish Home (we) rather than collapse found a new leader, and what a great leader he is, and proceeded to form a small coalition with two other parties and broke threshold. As long as Jewish Home can retain the other parties, all looks bright. There is also the possibility that Jewish Home might pick up Zehut and in the process placing Moshe Feiglin within the top ten positions on the party ballot. Such a move would unite the religious-Zionist parties forming a block which could reach the necessary sixty-one mandates along with Likud in September. The problem will not be incorporating the New Right former Jewish Home party members into the coalition as most never officially resigned from Jewish Home and as such are still members in good standing. Those who did renounce their membership will have a more difficult road back, but will still be welcomed and might even return receiving everything they may have formerly held. These past elections were a disaster waiting to happen and Bibi gave that disaster the push it needed to squelch the New Right and their platform bringing their efforts to a premature end. It was a classic case of cutting one’s nose to spite their face.

So, is it time to replace Bibi Netanyahu? Even so, it remains improbable that he can be replaced. He has carefully destroyed every person who came even close to presenting him with a challenge. He did so to Moshe Feiglin and most recently to Naftali Bennett and Ayelet Shaked and has done similarly to every individual who posed a realistic challenge to his primacy. We have watched this time and again. That presents a huge difficulty in replacing Netanyahu as he controls Likud ruling it with an iron glove on one hand and silk glove on the other. Those who bed their will to his and serve to increase his power get the silk glove and those who rise to challenge him are struck cold by the other glove. This means that there are only two paths to the position of Prime Minister, one with blessings from Bibi and the other as his opposition. Thus far there has not been one who has curried Bibi’s favor to become heir apparent to his rule and perhaps none sufficiently qualified to challenge him from without. Part of the problem is that Bibi completely controls Likud and has not chosen an heir apparent thus leaving only the adversarial method for defeating him. Thus, one must look at the opponents and their likelihood for challenging Bibi.

The Blue-White Party with their presumed impressive list of notable people such as Yair Lapid and the four generals has a problem. The problem is that at least three, if not all four, of the generals hold to the position that some form of the Gaza withdrawal mixed with the IDF remaining in southern Lebanon as the solution they back giving the PA another chance at forming a workable society. Their leading candidate, General Benny Ganz initially spoke of how he learned from Gaza and believed if handled differently it could be applied to the settlements with slight adjustments largely consisting of leaving the IDF behind to monitor and prevent terrorism. So, he would pull back to the Security Barrier, very close to the Green Line (see map below), giving the lands beyond to the PA and declaring the conflict over and expecting the Arabs to concur. The IDF would presumably be left in place while all Israeli civilians would be uprooted and forced to find new residence within the remainder of Israel. Their claim that this time it will work is based on their intent on literally forming these borders by fiat and presenting this as the solution to the PA and expecting them to be happy about this. That will fail and do so miserably.

Green Line versus Separation Fence Borders

Green Line versus
Separation Fence Borders

The problem with this solution is the same as it has been with every solution, that being that as long as any piece of Israel remains with the Jews permitted self-rule, this will be totally unacceptable to the Arab side. The world and far too many Israelis actually honestly believe that when the Arabs refer to their demand that they be given the entirety of the 22% of the mandate, they are not speaking about some piece of land west of the Jordan River, they are talking about all the lands west of the Jordan River. The basic question is that when they chant, From the River to the Sea Palestine must be free,” what does anyone believe that would leave as the Jewish State. The 22% they are demanding has nothing to do with West Bank or Gaza or any other division of the lands, they are referring to the remaining 22% which is not Jordan which took 78% of the British Mandate. The Palestinian Arabs demand for 22% is from the British Mandate and correspond to all the lands set aside for the Jewish state between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea, the River to the Sea. Their demand is for all of Israel and they demand that this land be Judenrein, and should any Jews remain, they have a solution, a final solution. From all we have seen, Bibi has no actionable solution to this overly-extended problem. So, who might be capable of mounting a drive and replacing Bibi?

This depends completely and totally upon the people of Israel. There is no lack of people who could replace Bibi Netanyahu and serve as Prime Minister of Israel. The going argument the people backing Bibi always claim is that nobody has the experience of being Prime Minister as does Bibi. That is no wonder as he will soon be the longest serving Prime Minister and is already the longest serving living Prime Minister. By this argument, Bibi can never be replaced which just might inevitably run into a problem, either his retirement voluntarily or forced by Mother Nature. We may as well face facts, the next Prime Minister after Bibi will have far less experience than does Bibi. Everyone upon being elected to lead their nation for the first time has zero job experience, but they figure out what the buttons on their phones mean and find the button for calling meetings or their aid to come take a letter, or e-mail. So, pushing such a weak argument aside as superfluous, let us move on. Yair Lapid consistently claims he is the man with a plan and if only he were Prime Minister, all the Israeli problems would disappear as he can fix everything. Well, first off, please let us not fix anything which is not broken. Simply stated, leave the economy alone unless you plan on reducing taxes. The real problem is that Yair Lapid is one of those who believes that there is a solution which can be reached if only the perfect concession of land were proffered the Arabs. Of course, he does not mean all the Jews moving to California and giving all the lands to the Arabs, so, as we have explained, whatever his proposal, the Arabs will refuse it as not sufficient. The Generals from the Blue-White Party also suffer from the same ailment. Their solution takes the worst of the Gaza disengagement, pulling the Jews from their homes, and combines this with the worst of the disaster of Southern Lebanon where Israel left the IDF in a region she had surrendered any claim which eventually led to a hasty retreat executed by one of the generals (another of the generals was responsible for the Gaza disengagement). So, their solution to the problems with the PA is to combine the Gaza disengagement with the disaster of southern Lebanon and pretend it is something which has a viable chance at success. There is a single saving grace in their plan, Mahmoud Abbas and his terrorists will refuse this as a solution as Israel will not have gone far enough to find a solution, their problem is that Israel remains. This problem only becomes worse as one would go further left, thus any replacement for Bibi is not to be found on the left.

This leaves a problem as Bibi has ruled the right for approaching a decade. His Likud Party has cemented the lion’s share in every election only a few times having anything approaching a problem from the left. This means that any real and viable threat to replace Bibi has to come from Likud or a surprise from another of the right leaning parties. As far as somebody rising from within Likud to challenge Bibi, such in the past has proven to be fateful and immediately followed by being placed far down the Likud list thereafter followed by their burial as a viable candidate. Some such people include Moshe Feiglin and Naftali Bennett; both of whom have been relegated to the scrap heap of parties missing threshold. The best Naftali Bennett ever did was actually provide Bibi a challenge but as the election appeared as if it might slide to the left of Likud or Bennett’s party, Jewish Home at the time, received the lion’s share of the right wing votes so one of the two needed to fall on his sword, which Bennett did and that may have proven to be the last time he posed a threat to Bibi. Currently, there is no obvious threat to Bibi though there has been a development very recently which may provide insight of a potential challenger in the near future. The news of Bennett attempting to head a coalition of right wing-religious-Zionist parties was met with an interesting response from the current leader of the United Right and head of Jewish Home, MK Rabbi Rafi Peretz, who stated that joining their block by Naftali Bennett and the remains of his New Right Party would be welcomed but would not result in any alteration of the party hierarchy. Rafi Peretz made one thing clear, as he has come from a quiet retirement where he had no desires to enter politics or the public spotlight, his decision to lead the United Right was a casting of the dice and he will be putting forth the same efforts he has given to everything else he has undertaken. When an individual who was once a combat helicopter pilot, in and of itself an impressive challenge, and going further in the IDF to become a Brigadier General and to be the IDF Chief Rabbi and then becoming head of the Otzem Pre-Military Academy in Yated, which was relocated from Bnei Atzmon after the Gaza disengagement, this is not somebody to take lightly. Once the Israeli public becomes introduced to this man of great talents, his straight talking and meaning what he says and saying what he means, there is a definitive possibility that Rafi Peretz could become the Prime Minister after Bibi and do so while Bibi is still in contention. There are two people currently who could either pose a direct challenge running against Bibi to lead the right of center coalition or becoming heir apparent. The heir apparent would be Ayelet Shaked providing she manages to rejoin Likud and Rafi Peretz under any circumstance as he gains in notoriety and thus popularity. The positive vibes we received from numerous fronts when Rafi Peretz was named as the new leader for Jewish Home was just the tip of the iceberg of the potential for him going forward. Israel would be well served having a man of such integrity and forceful character as Prime Minister and would gain even more due to his politics and love for his country. Time will tell who replaces Bibi and when, but that time is coming and who knows how much longer Bibi can retain his monopoly on the Prime Minister’s spot.

Unraveling Gaza and What it Means to Israel and Beyond

Hamas and Islamic Jihad, whether on orders from Iran or their own volition, will continue to escalate the situation making life, potentially existence, near impossible. Israel must not permit paralysis over what the world will think, we already have seen that answer countless times, and protect her people and her land. They will not stop escalating the situation because every Israeli response which permits their continuation is their victory. There is now and always will be only one answer to this conflict, either we get the lands between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea or they get the lands between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea. There can and will be no other end result, and that is by choice as this is between two people who claim the same land, only one can persist and the other be caused or enticed to depart. The world is fully aware that under legal treaties, with numerous nations, namely the United Nations under Article 80 of their own Charter, signatories to provide for a Jewish State between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea. The ruling Arabs of the time signed this treaty at the League of Nations which is what is held as still legal through the United Nations. This is why it has never been contested at any of the various World Courts, because Israel would win. Israel must be forced into signing away her claims for the land to belong to any other. That is why the pressure for Israel to recognize Palestine with defined borders. The problem here is the Arabs do not want borders as that would make Israel a real nation. Israel must not have defined borders, so the Palestinians can never make peace.

Should the Palestinian conundrum ever be solved, that would only serve to transfer the problem to the north of the country. Should, by some unseen way, the Palestinian problem reached a definitive solution, then Hezballah would claim the Galilee as their ancestral lands stolen by Israel. This, once recognized by the world media and then governments and the General Assembly, without a doubt, it will simply have shifted the focal point for the challenge that Israel must not exist. Nothing Israel can offer, no amount of compromise, nothing is sufficient and thus there is only the shifting of the claims which will follow one another. The Khartoum Conference stated it clearly, “No peace with Israel, No recognition of Israel, No negotiations with Israel.” What part of this declaration is unclear to anyone? There is a huge difference between friends and allies. Allies are nations with a similar view of the world and face the same threats but all is fluid as things change. The one constant is change. The ultimate change is harmony, but things will change. Even harmony cannot last, things will continue to change leading to cacophonic accusations as to who spoiled the harmony when it was merely time and always inevitable. That has played very large in the case of Israel for which much discredit must be thrust at Great Britain and their Judeophobic activities while presumably keeping the Mandate. Since then, the open Arab Judeophobia has been sufficient to force countless altercations for well over the last century.

Eventually, the question comes, do you mean that there can be no Arabs in Israel? To that we have to ask if you are blind as well as insulting. There are Arabs throughout Israel. Maybe not in every community, and there are communities where one would not find Jews. Arabs will be serving in the next Knesset, whenever that occurs. There are Arab judges, doctors, nurses, teachers, police and every other occupation one could imagine. The best way to put the entire situation is simply follow the traditional ways. If they wish to reside with us in peace and with mutual respect as defined under the Noahic Code, then we have no problem. If this is too much or something you refuse to permit, then there is a problem. This problem has two solutions, you may leave with your belongings and a fair price for your properties and we will not pursue you or you may choose war, it is your choice. Back to Hamas, they have chosen war and there will be no appeasing them nor any pathway to peaceful existence, they demand war. Perhaps the sane act would be to warn the population that soon there will be a final war between Israel and Hamas and Islamic Jihad, so please leave for your continued safety. But no Israeli leader in modern, or possibly post-modern, day Israel would say that as we are too refined for such a solution no matter the provocation. There is that word, the crucial and critical word, “provocation.” As stated early-on, Hamas and Islamic Jihad will continue to ramp up the violence, havoc and destruction of the lands they claim they love just so the Jews cannot use it.

Initially, the Palestinians would shoot, bomb and suicide bomb Israel into submission. Now Israelis likely go through four to seven checkpoints each day and more if they ride the trains. This was the price for safety which we still pay. Then came rockets which led to the Iron Dome which still makes for a financial burden. Often, for each rocket intercepted, they launched two interceptors. Each interceptor costs approximately fifty-thousand-dollars while the Hamas rocket costs mere hundreds or even less. Then came the kites and balloons with incendiary devices setting fire to the countryside and destroying croplands, wildlife preserves, forests, and associated buildings. Meanwhile, the recent rocket launch was complimented by mortars. This is important as mortars are an indirect fire aimed device where a ground target is chosen rather than random fire of the rockets. When mortar rounds which misfired are found in kindergartens, playgrounds and similar targets, there becomes little doubt who their intended target happen to be. The aim is to maximize the terror, but the Jews have the toughest of people who are determined to keep the lands and fulfill a destiny Islam cannot even begin to imagine. They claim they are desert people. We are the original desert people who were tested for forty years in the harshest of deserts, one the Arabs avoid.

The anti has been upped by the recent advent of using drones. They even attempted to strike an Israeli tank (see video below). Actually, their targeting a military vehicle is far more in-line with the rules of modern warfare. When fighting a supposed occupier, you target their military. But that is where reasoning has gone astray, as this is not about occupation, it is about existence. Sure, the claim is that Hamas rewrote their charter, but they never gave up that charter and it is what drives them today, the complete eradication of the Jews worldwide. Were Hamas and Islamic Jihad ever get control of the land of Israel, they would systematically murder every Jewish man, woman and child. They would emulate the treatment dealt to the Banu Qurayza Tribe as described in the Quran. This would be the best that could be expected, and this is why Israel can never lose as that is the end, one loss and it is all over. The remainder of Judaism would evaporate except for a few small close-knit communities. Israel is also fighting for the continued existence of the Jewish people, religion and everything which goes with Judaism.

Read the Torah and it perfectly describes the lands which we were to inhabit, we ask no more and desire no less. One can trace our doing what every nation which desired to continue did four-thousand years ago, we conquered our homelands. This is where people again go wrong claiming that we must have taken the land from the Arab Palestinians. The Arab tribes of the time were warring with one another in the Arabian Peninsula with the tribe of Moab between them and the Israelites. The Arabs know this but are counting on the rest of the world not knowing or caring and simply doing what has been done for centuries, believing every accusation leveled at the Jews. The Arabs did not even reach the Levant (the region surrounding Israel and Lebanon) until the Seventh Century, and arrived then as conquerors. This is why the Arab world claims lands from the Iranian border to the Atlantic Sea in Morocco. These lands were fought over between the European Christians and the Arabian Muslims for centuries with Jerusalem changing hands more than once. Each time it changed hands, the Jews were accused of being spies for the other side, and that was because there were Jews residing in Jerusalem continuously since David made it the eternal capital city of Israel. Jerusalem has never been the capital city of any other peoples since David declared it for the Jewish People.

History of Jews from 2000BCE to 1CE

We are simply coming home after a prolonged vacation from sanity. The land has bloomed and far more since the onset of our returning back in the mid to late eighteen-hundreds. Swamps drained and cleared and boulders removed with water provided for crops and the lands tilled soon to be followed by more modern industrial base all the way into the digital age. Israel should be the model for the Arab nations to emulate, not destroy. In many ways, Israel is the golden goose who lays gold eggs. This ends once you kill the goose as the eggs stop being laid. Israel is the little marvel which was viewed as impossible for almost two-thousand years and she has been reborn more wonderous than ever. One can only wonder what things could come out of Israel in the future. Well, for such to ever come to fruition, first Israel needs to exist. The Arabs stated, when they first realized that the Jews really intended to return, that they would take their (the Jews) land and everything they ever build and destroy everything. They predicted a slaughter which would bring the memory of the Crusades and the Mongols, the two main adversaries the Arabs have faced, with the eradication of the Jews back in 1948 on the eve of the first Arab attempt to erase the Jewish state, often mistakenly called the Israeli War of Independence. They made two more such attempts in 1967 and 1973 and then resorted to using terror and propaganda employing the tool they had hatched in 1964 working closely with the KGB, the PLO where the idea of an Arab Palestinian nationalism using terrorism could liberate the lands from the Jews. Hamas was a later group which split from the PLO as they were not sufficiently Islamic. Islamic Jihad is the IRGC contingent in Gaza. Well, of course they chose a new name as Iran is not stupid enough to station IRGC in GAZA and call then IRGC, they simply adopted a name that trended well in some poll. That brings us to what the world faces now.

There is one thing that the world should realize and awaken to. The powers of Islam are not going to be satisfied with just Israel and they are not going to wait for the defeat of Israel before they begin to infiltrate other lands. Europe has been amongst the latest as are the United States, Canada, Australia and the rest of the western world. As time continues and more and more “refugees” from the Arab and Muslim world, there will be an increase in terrorist attacks, first against Jewish targets and then Christian targets and then taking over the government and forcing Shariah replacing their democratic form of governance. That will be the death cry in the western world if their leaders do not awaken to the threat they have imported with their foolishness. Nations are not to be used as social experimentation if you cherish the society you currently possess. In any repair business, there is a maxim which goes, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.” The western society was not broken and it had systems in place to sustain it and the people believed they found a better way. This better way was not just under the standards of Judeo-Christianity, this brave new world was not even under the standards of the Noahic Code. These social experimenters are going to wake up one morning, hopefully before it is too late but that is in question currently, and realize that everything which they took for granted has become forbidden or severely restricted. There is a new religion coming to town and it does not play well with others, especially with those who have forsaken Hashem. The best hope which Israel wishes is for the world to realize that we need to live with understanding, sympathy and respect for all such that all may have respect for us. But respect does not mean surrender or allow one’s entire civilization be pulled crashing down around them. That is what is at risk and Israel was simply the initial front line and the diversion which will be used to distract as the western world is slowly digested and conquered. For another view on this discussion, please do read this article by Giulio Meotti as it is well written and quite interesting.
