Hamas Appointments Signal Coming Conflict

 

The appointment by Hamas of 55 year old Yehya al-Sinwar, released from Israeli prisons after serving a mere twenty-two years of his four lifetime sentence as part of the Gilad Shalit exchange, as the new political leader of Hamas with his deputy Khalil Alhia, both coming out of the Izz a-Din al-Kassam terror group with links to the extreme Islamic Salafist movement promises future conflict. Yehya al-Sinwar gained fame for killing of Palestinians who he called “collaborators” including one senior Hamas commander without the bother of a trial because he perceived him to be a potential rival and thus he just had to be a traitor. Sinwar is well known by Israeli intelligence agencies who reveal that his dreams are for the founding of the two state solution as he knows full well that Hamas will take control of the Palestinian entity from Fatah and the Palestinian Authority and Mahmoud Abbas “either through the ballot box” if elections are held “or by the bullet,” Sinwar’s actual phrasing, and “have Israel subject to rockets from all directions.” He dreams of a final glorious battle where he will scatter the Jews back to the far corners of the world as predicted by the Quran from the Seventh Century. He fully believes in Jihad exactly as laid out in the Quran. He intends to force the world through the BDS Movement to estrange Israel from the body of nations. If need be he will implement plans to buy the necessary political, media and academic leaders in crucial position to attain this end. He intends to first separate Jerusalem completely from Israel having the world proclaim Jerusalem as the capital of Palestine and have Hamas force Israel completely from the entirety of the city believing that Israel cannot survive once Jerusalem has been taken. History actually backs this prediction which makes him all the more dangerous. Yehya al-Sinwar and Khalil Alhia being placed at the top of Hamas portends a coming war likely starting this spring and continuing into the summer. The question is of when, not if, the violence will begin. The recent launching of four rockets at Eilat may be the signal of the start of rocket launches ever couple of weeks eventually becoming more common building into a full assault with hundreds of rockets each day or more just as the last two wars. We can also expect that the world media will wait until Israel responds to report anything and then to lead their reporting with Israel attacked Gaza, or Gaza City, and only later in the article mention that the Israeli actions was in response to weeks of rocket attacks by Hamas, if they even admit that Hamas initiated the attacks.

 

This situation signals that Hamas has decided that total war and perpetual Jihad is the path they need to implement going forward. There are certain things which Israel has available to perform in reaction to these obvious moves by Hamas towards a more violent path. Israel currently provides Gaza much of their electricity, water, natural gas and other petroleum products. These take a deal of effort to keep operating, especially when the difficulty is within sniper range from Gaza as Hamas and Islamic Jihad will often shoot the repair personnel who are working to repair and return electric power to Gaza. Hamas and the residents of Gaza do not pay for the provided power and the United Nations, European Union and many nations demand that Israel not deduct the costs from funding for Gaza as that is collective punishment. These entities and nation do not care that the nonpayment for services is a collective lack of payment and there is no concern for the collective punishment of Israelis who pay additional rates to cover the costs of power and water and other provisions which Israel provides both Gaza and the Palestinian Authority, both entities which refuse to pay their power and water bills. This is collective punishment on Israel and the world shrugs and claims that Israelis can afford to pay for the very people’s power and water who are attempting to kill them on a regular basis. Where else is such a situation forced on a people, nowhere. Only Israel is subjected to being forced to provide power, fuel, water and even medical provisions and even often provide medical treatment all for people who support the murder of Israelis, many often giving active support. There are numerous stories of Palestinian Arabs attempting to bomb the very hospital or clinical care facility which has treated them and often saved their lives. So, let’s talk common sense and what Israel ought to do in order to persuade Hamas that attacking Israel will not be in their better interest and that if they expect to live in a modern society with nice homes and facilities and shopping centers, then they need to act civilly with Israel, recognize Israel’s right to exist, and recognize Israel in every way if they expect Israel to continue to provide them with essentials.

 

The first promise Israel should make the leadership of Hamas, both political and military, that Israel knows the location of their homes and if a new war is waged, their homes will be amongst the initial targets which will be destroyed. Israel should promise the most prominent people in Gaza that their homes will be targeted one house at random for every rocket position which has to be destroyed which is placed on apartment buildings in the less well-off neighborhoods. No longer will only the poor lose their homes and have their lives destroyed by Hamas violence, the wealthy will now also be targeted and pay a similar price. The wealthy who hold the money and thus influence and power are going to be targeted and more. The malls and fine restaurants and theaters and other pleasure palaces the wealthy enjoy will be destroyed at night when they are empty to decrease the loss of life but not the loss of property and convenience. When violence breaks out there will be a similar cutting off of water, electricity, gas and less gasoline and diesel fuel provided. The higher the violence the lower the provided fuels, electricity, water, gas and other provisions which Israel provides. Perhaps Hamas had better make deals with Egypt to provide these essentials before they start a war with Israel and have to go without. But Egyptian President Sisi is not exactly enamored with Hamas so that too may prove difficult. Another war from Hamas and Islamic Jihad will have ramification on the nice lives lived by the leadership of these terror groups and continued violence will result in ramifications for the leadership and wealthy of the whole of Gaza and not just the poor people, the unfortunates which the wealthy are more than willing to sacrifice and whose homes do not matter to the wealthy, well, that should change and the leaders of Hamas and Islamic Jihad and their wealthy friends should be made to know this.

 

Israel has to get serious about demanding the right of a nation to peace and secure borders and this should start with making a deal with Jordan and Jordan Opposition Coalition (JOC الائتلاف الاردني للمعارضة) who have offered a solution to the Arab Palestinian situation and desire peaceful coexistence and cooperation with Israel to their mutual benefit. They desire to build a democratic style governance in Jordan for all the Palestinian Arab population and recognize the Israeli right to the lands west of the Jordan River as defined by the British Mandate, San Remo Conference, Treaty of Sèvres and backed by Article 80 of the United Nations Charter and all of International Law. Such a deal would finally bring the Arab-Israeli conflict to a sustainable resolution which also would recognize the agreements made after World War I and the dissolution of the Ottoman Empire which happened in parallel with the dissolution of the Austrian-Hungarian Empire in Eastern Europe. Israel has every bit as much legitimacy as Egypt, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Algeria, Jordan and the rest of the nations defined by the series of treaties reached settling the disagreements and other considerations at the end of World War I and affecting all the nations and empires which fought in that war even including Japan and the United States which both were members or observers to every agreement, conference and treaty. It is finally time for the world to make good on their promises to the Zionist Congress and other interests which finally resulted in the formation of the State of Israel on May 15, 1948 with the borders as pictured below which were immediately invaded on all sides at the first light of dawn. Israel survived but did not come out as the victor in any means other than survival. Instead Israel lost the Gaza Strip to Egypt and Judea and Samaria lands and Eastern Jerusalem (West Bank) to Jordan. In the Six Day War of June 1967 Israel liberated these lost lands and took the Sinai Peninsula from Egypt, which has since been returned, the Golan Heights from Syria, which has been annexed to prevent the return of Syrian snipers shooting Israeli farmers and others and provide a more stable and defendable border which has been a blessing with the current situation in Syria. Gaza will remain with Hamas as Israel released those lands in a treaty though a revolution all but immediately replaced the Palestinian Authority government.

The time and situation have reached a critical mass where Israel must exercise her rights to her full border promised, the border which the world is fully aware includes everything west of the Jordan River including all of Judea and Samaria and Eastern Jerusalem. The Palestinian Arab, those are the non-Israeli Arabs, may have Jordanian citizenship where the group mentioned above desire forming a self-rule governance, either without their current King or with the King having a ceremonial position at his preference as he spends much of his time away from Jordan and not particularly ruling, has promised to accept them as citizens even arranging with Israel to allow those desiring to remain in their current location to have voting rights in Jordan and resident alien status with Israel as long as they remain law abiding, and make a deal, where Israel would provide those who would desire moving to Jordan a generous buyout of their homes and business as well as a relocation bonus all for a limited time. The Palestinian Arab leadership would likely relocate somewhere in Europe or the Arab world as the Jordanians remember the revolution attempted by Yasser Arafat and would probably not be willing to risk their presence again. There would need be a limit to the time in which the new Jordanian Arabs could receive the buyout and relocation bonus of maybe as much as three years and perhaps even an offer to Israeli Arabs who have relatives living in Jordan and other cases on a case by case basis all considering the benefit to Jordan as well as Israel. It would be unlikely that the Palestinian Arabs would be offered Israeli citizenship, especially when they were being offered citizenship by the Arab nations of Jordan which was originally intended to be the Arab state formed from the British Mandate. The idea of the Hashemite Kingship was a British idea to satisfy their World War I promise to the Hashemites who lost their lands which included Mecca and Medina when the Saudis took the lands by force around World War I and the Hashemites also aided the British against the Turkish Ottomans during World War I. None of these complications in Jordan should ever have had any influence on Israel other than the Jordanian illegal occupation of Judea and Samaria and Eastern Jerusalem for nineteen years. Just because Jordan occupied the lands of Judea and Samaria and Eastern Jerusalem does not translate into any rights for them to give it as a present to the Arabs which resided there or were transferred there by Jordan against International Law, especially when their claims to have given the areas to Yasser Arafat’s PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organization) terrorist group came in July 1988, twenty-one-years and one month after the loss of the lands in June of 1967. First, one cannot give away land which was occupied and not legally theirs to begin with and most definitely cannot give those lands away over twenty-one-years after the rightful owner liberates them.

 

The reason there need be a solution to the problem in Judea and Samaria, which includes Eastern Jerusalem, such that Israel retains full rights over the lands with the Arabs only permitted, at most, self-rule in either a semiautonomous region or as resident aliens with Jordanian citizenship granted self-rule potentially in selected cities is so the IDF retaining full operational rights throughout the areas prevents any opportunity for Hamas to establish an operational base from which to attack Israel. Simply stated, the two state solution already exists with Gaza and Israel and a three state solution must be put to rest and buried never to resurface even in a horror film. It is hoped that this was stressed with President Trump and needs be discussed with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping (习近平) and whichever other international leaders who might be sympathetic or require being informed for other considerations. Israel must start making the process that she will retain all the lands other than Gaza and that there is no such thing as another Arab nation being carved from the body, the legal body, of Israel and that Israel will be retaining control over all the lands which were and still are promised her under all of international law, United Nations Security Council Chapter Six Resolution 2334 included as that particular resolution must be voided by the United Nations due to it breaking Article 80 of the United Nations Charter and thus cannot stand if the United Nations desires to continue to have relevancy and any degree of credibility. If this resolution stands then the United Nations Charter is invalidated and thus the entire credibility of the United Nations is sunk and nothing the United Nations ever does can be considered as permanent if it is unable to observe its own charter. Stating it in easy to understand English, “No Charter, No Credibility.” As for the European Union and the other NGO’s and countries which decide they really desire to back carving up Israel further, we all know what is driving that desire and such hatred will be at best ignored and if too persistent should be acted against with Israeli sanctions enforced and even joined by other nations who side with Israel. The time has come for Israel to stand definitively and take an active stand stating with strong enforcement that Israel will retain all the lands promised by the world, the League of Nations, the United Nations and every nation which recognized Israel in the United Nations vote in November 1947. Any nation wishing to renege on their promise can decide to risk Israeli sanction if they so choose and with so many applications for computers, cell phones and so many other developments, discoveries and inventions, how many nations really wish to do without Israeli discoveries or goods, that is the risk they are entitled to take. Boycotts, Divestments and Sanctions can work both ways, something to remember and consider going forward, think hard.

The Lie, the Temple, the Temple Mount and the Future After Jerusalem

 

The violence on the Temple Mount and much of Jerusalem is the result of the wrong-headed action of Israeli leadership and governance. The original Oslo Accords never intended for Jerusalem to ever come into the discussion as Israel had reclaimed her rightful claim to Jerusalem, Hevron and all that is within the closest areas to Jerusalem and had even extended the first stages for citizenship of the Arab population of Jerusalem. Little facts not revealed in the media include that the Arabs in Eastern Jerusalem can and do vote in city elections and were well on their way to fully becoming members of Israel until the recent warfare over Eastern Jerusalem began. Judging from the news articles the violence in Jerusalem is going to continue to increase until the world demands that Israel surrender all claims to beyond the Green Line, the 1967 pre Six Day War armistice lines which had Jordan occupying Eastern Jerusalem and all the lands west of the Jordan River up to the Green Line. Let me repeat the most pertinent and important part of that sentence; Jordan occupying Eastern Jerusalem and all the lands west of the Jordan River up to the Green Line. And the rightful nation holding claim to these lands which Jordan was occupying was Israel. The actual border at the beginning of the 1948-9 war was the Jordan River and Israel held the central area of the Golan Heights at the beginning of that war. We could go into this in detail but it would be far better explained in our earlier article The War Israel Lost the War Israel Must Win where everything was explained and is where the rest of this article continues. Without reading or at least referencing that article much in the rest of this article will be confusing and possibly confounding.

 

Let’s continue. Israel has little power to end the violence currently erupting on the Temple Mount, in Eastern Jerusalem even west of what was the Green Line, and from the Jordan River and including all of Samaria and much of Judea up to and also beyond the Green Line. The violence on the Temple Mount and the remainder of Jerusalem was given a booster shot from Mahmoud Abbas demanding a week ago on September 17, 2015, that the Arabs continue their violence campaign as part of the greater war to destroy all Israel. Abbas declared, “The Al-Aqsa (Mosque) is ours, the Church of the Holy Sepulchre is ours, and they (Jews) have no right to defile it with their filthy feet. We will not allow them to, and we will do everything in our power to protect Jerusalem.” He had even more to add with his demanding, “We bless every drop of blood that has been spilled for Jerusalem, which is clean and pure blood, blood spilled for Allah, Allah willing. Every martyr will reach Paradise, and everyone wounded will be rewarded by Allah.” Going back to October of last year, 2014, Abbas initiated this war to oust the Jews from Jerusalem and the Temple Mount in particular when he insisted, “It is not enough to say the settlers came, but they must be barred from entering the compound by any means. This is our Aqsa… and they have no right to enter it and desecrate it.” Abbas defined defending “Al-Aqsa” as tantamount to defending Jerusalem, which the Palestinians demand as the Capital of a future state. He stated, “Jerusalem is the jewel in the crown and it is the eternal capital of the Palestinian state. Without it, there will not be a state. It is important for the Palestinians to be united in order to protect Jerusalem.” Back then as Abbas is threatening now there was the threat of this leading to another Intifada if Israel did not retreat and allow Abbas and the Arab Palestinian Authority (PA), which actually means Fatah which was the renaming of the PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organization, an entity with its origins in 1964 pre-occupied by Israel lands from war of 1967 and founded to replace Israel with Palestine and some things do remain the same) to make an additional entity from which Arafat and now Abbas could use so as to be able to claim he never made certain statements by claiming his innocence of claiming he called for Temple Mount violence as the Chairman of the PA and if called on such he would claim he was speaking at the Fatah Party directors meeting and did not say that as the Chairman of the PA. After claiming, clarifying, the authoring of the statement as from another position, he would from that point forward deny ever saying that as Chairman of the PA, a technically accurate statement not too dissimilar to having Prime Minister Cameron claim he did not make a statement as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom because he made the statement at the London meeting of the heads of his party and thus he could not be claimed to have stated those words as he never said them as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. The interesting implication is added that the Arabs are also fighting to free from Israeli and Jewish control the Christian sites implying that the restriction on any non-Muslim from entering the Temple Mount is caused by Israel and not the Jordanian Waqf or the Arab rioting when he adds, “The al-Aqsa is ours and so is the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.” He thus also claims this Christian holy site as belonging to the Muslims and thus under their protection as a place of worship of the Dhimmi, in this case the Christians within PA territory and this also enforces the status the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and all Christians will have should Abbas win this war.

 

 

 

 

Continuing on from there it is important to point out when Mahmoud Abbas refers to the al-Aqsa Mosque, he is not speaking of simply the building that is the Mosque but to the grounds which the Mosque stands upon. When the al-Aqsa Mosque is claimed as belonging to the Arabs and thus the PA, he means literally the entirety of the Temple Mount to include the Western Wall which he has already threatened will come under barrages from the heaven(s) if the Jews continue to defile that sacred wall where Mohammad tie his magical flying steed before mounting an even more powerful magic steed to ride to heaven and have his audience with Allah and also met Moses, Abraham, Ishmael, Noah and others that night returning to Mecca by sunrise of the next day to make the call to prayer. This is claimed because the Quran states that Mohammad traveled in his dream to the farthest Mosque, the al-Aqsa Mosque which at that time would have meant less than a hundred miles north of Medina where the original al-Aqsa Mosque stands but one was purposely built in Jerusalem to claim that the Quran states that Mohammad visited Jerusalem and thus it is a Muslim city for all time. Thus the claim to al-Aqsa is a claim to the entirety of the Temple Mount and the rioting of Muslims at the direction, planning and insistence of Mahmoud Abbas can only be ended by Israel. How, you might query, can Israel end the rioting? Is Abbas calling for Israeli police to mount an assault and force the rioters from the Temple Mount or to resort to heavier tactics such as arresting the rioters? Nothing of the sort, Abbas has defined the steps Israel must make before the rioting can end, and this too was an Abbas statement made before some body which has nothing to do with the PA thus he never stated such, as leaving the Temple Mount under Waqf control and then the Waqf and the PA will work together and the rioting will end. Nice and neat as all Israel need do is surrender the Temple Mount, and soon thereafter the rest of Eastern Jerusalem followed by the Western Wall and eventually all of Jerusalem.

 

The claim Abbas has made was that all of Jerusalem belongs to the Muslims by Islamic law, Sharia, because Islam was conquered and ruled by Islamic rulers and thus must always be an Islamic city. This is a diabolical argument because it can be used to claim all of Israel which is the final aim of the Palestinian terror leadership. Their aim is to tear Israel apart piece by piece and to swallow up the land in small bites if necessary. Mahmoud Abbas, and Yasser Arafat before him, have stated the aim was to gain as much lands as was possible using the world governments and channels and accept the lands at some point when it appeared that the world was possibly going to finally say that enough is enough and the Arabs cannot claim all of Israel. Initially Abbas would query why can’t they claim all of Israel as he had done so long ago and that all of Israel is occupied Palestine which every school child is aware, referring to school children in the PA propaganda induction centers where good little terrorists are raised to hate the Jews. This is another important piece of the puzzle, the PA schools do not limit the teaching of hate to Israelis, they teach the hatred of all Jews and that Christians are lesser people who rely on Muslims for their protection from those Jews who rule everything and is why the PA Arabs are so poor, the Jews took their money while Abbas is building himself a really nice house. To quote the article from the The Times of Israel, “Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas is leading the construction of a luxurious presidential palace near Ramallah at a cost of $13 million, despite the PA being mired in a debilitating financial crisis. The goal of this project is to establish the Presidential Guest Palace in Surda, Ramallah within an area of 4,700 square meters, along with a building for the Presidential Administration and Guards with an area of 4,000 square meters, the construction process includes also preparing the surrounding area and two helipads, the project will be constructed over a land area of 27,000 square meters.” (See picture of plans below.)

 

 

 

 

After Mahmoud Abbas and the rest of the Arab Palestinian Authority finish their power play of calling for riots and then demanding that Israel quell the rioting but scream bloody murder if the Israeli police as much as scream at one of the so sensitive teenage and young adult rioters. This was the demand made to force Israelis out of Hevron costing the IDF a brave soul which the PA armed forces simply sat and guarded his body for hours allowing him to bleed to death from wounds which even basic first aid would have permitted recovery. That was a simple act of inhuman and needless suffering forced on the young man simply for being an Israeli. This will be the modus operandi for the rest of Jerusalem block by block if necessary. The rioting will continue to advance into the areas just beyond any new armistice or peace line. Each new assault will be permitted to build slowly with once a week riots turning into three times a week and eventually every morning to some full day and finally an all-out continuous rioting, another intifada to match the current Temple Mount intifada which was declared a year ago or more. Over the year Mahmoud Abbas has called for calm which lasted almost three days before he again made the accusation that Israel was attempting to destroy the al-Aqsa Mosque. There were claims that the Israelis wanted to make the al-Aqsa Mosque into a Synagogue and steal this Muslim holy site just as the Jews have done to other Moslem holy sites. Then there were claims that Israel was going to demolish the al-Aqsa Mosque and all the other religious buildings and sites on the Temple Mount in order to build a Temple. It needs to be pointed out that Abbas is very careful when speaking of the Temple as he will not recognize the First and Second Temples were ever built on the Temple Mount or within Israel as the Arab Palestinians who have resided in all of Israel for as much as nine-thousand years and there has been no record of any Israelite or Jewish temple or any other such building on the Temple Mount which was also built by Muslims to hold the Dome of the Rock and the al-Aqsa Mosque. What is also strange is that there has been no reference to the Arabs, be they Palestinian or Jordanian or Egyptian or any descriptor one prefers and the record of their migration from the Arabian Peninsula did not begin before the Seventh Century, a simple fourteen-hundred years ago. Adding that the Arabs did not actually arrive in the Jerusalem area until well after the Babylonians who destroyed the First Temple in the year 586 BCE and the end of Roman rule as they destroyed the Second Temple in 70 CE does not dampen the zeal and hate-filled rhetoric from Mahmoud Abbas. The Arab Palestinians are fighting on the Temple Mount according, to Mahmoud Abbas, in order to save the holy Islam protected sites which include the Christian sites as well as the Islamic sites and that if they are not successful the Jews will destroy every holy site on the Temple Mount and build their Temple which will fill the entire Temple Mount and Muslims and Christians will be banned from entering the Temple Mount forever. They are told that any denial by the Jews is a deception because Jews only know how to lie and unlike Muslims, who never deceive and tell only the truth, the Jews deal in deceits which is proven by the fact that the Israelis lost the wars in 1967 and 1973 and only because the world stepped in to save the Jews did they not get destroyed. We could relate the Muslim strong Jew weak and a million, OK, a little short of a million, other examples of what is taught to instigate hatred and start the rioting when they deem the time is right.

 

 

Third Temple placed on Temple Mount adjacent to the Dome of the Rock in space that is currently open areas leaving more than sufficient room for tourism and worshippers of all faiths to visit and enjoy every religious building. It will; however, leave far less room for youth to play soccer which many might claim is a good thing.

 

 

These tactics are beginning to be used in the Galilee as groundwork for the general strife which is hoped will chase the Jews completely from all of Israel which is being prepared at this time. There are Imams and other Islamic authorities who are working in the Arab towns and areas in the Galilee to stir up discontent mostly amongst the youth. They claim that the Jews have all the wealth and are living in better conditions because they have stolen the land and the riches from the Arabs. The reason they are not aware of this is because their parents and other people have been cowed by Israel and are afraid to speak against the Jews. This lie is insidious and corrupting of the Arab society as it tells the children that their own parents are withholding the truth as they are scared, they are frightened and surrendered to the Jewish powers and that only through strong Islamic belief can this terrorism by the Jews be fought. They are told that the only way to fight the Jewish terrorism is through Arab terrorism which is even stronger than the Jews as proven by their conquest in much of Judea and Samaria (West Bank) and the glorious defeat of the Israeli war machine which freed Gaza. They point out that every time Israel invaded Gaza they were unable to conquer it and that brave Palestinian resistance forced the Jews from those holy Islamic lands and will push them from these holy lands in the Galilee and return it to its rightful Islamic control. In Gaza in the schools run by Hamas or Islamic Jihad or even UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East) run schools teach the children that they used to live in a randomly chosen city within Israel such as Ashdod, Nahariya, Akko, Beersheba or even Tel Aviv. Some are told they come from villages which no longer exist but that the lands still belong to them and the Jews stole their lands. Each child is given such a place and it is recorded and that child will have this origin within Israel infused into their reality and in many cases the parents cooperate with this falsehood at home either out of loyalty to the cause or sheer fear of retribution should their child ever report they were subverting the child’s proper education. These children will become the cause celeb when the time comes for rioting and other violence committed with the intent of driving the Jews into the sea one square millimeter at a time.

 

The recent push at the Temple Mount will likely be a central target depicting the evils of colonialism by the Jews subjugating their destitute and suffering Muslims, both those in Israel and the Arab Palestinians in Gaza, Judea and Samaria. The Temple Mount will receive special attention as there is the safety of the al-Aqsa Mosque which the world must defend if they ever hope to prove they are not Islamophobic. Israel will be denounced by speaker after speaker and may even be ignobly knighted as the harbinger of hatreds by Pope Francis himself, a self-appointed anointer of knights of peace and angels of harmony as he was accredited with having bestowed upon the head of Mahmoud Abbas as part of the ceremonies which were designed to place Israel as the attestation of hardship and violence. The Pope prayed for the anti-terror wall to be cut asunder as it was a harbinger of Apartheid state and was all the argument necessary to prove the guilt of Israel and simply the Jews returning to the ways of their original sin against all Christianity. This was simply another outbreak of Christian replacement theology and further proof that Pope Francis did not abide by the absolution of the Jewish People for their part in the deicide of Jesus. Adding onto the Papal visit, these past few weeks since Abbas demanded that the rioting be ramped to a higher and more violent level claiming this was necessary to prevent the Jews from continuing to “defile it with their filthy feet” referencing the al-Aqsa Mosque depicting the entirety of the Temple Mount. This was done ahead of Abbas meeting with French President Francois Hollande who called for “peace, calm and the respect of principles” adding after his meeting with Abbas, “I expressed our attachment to the status quo over the mosque compound.” In a conversation with Jordanian King Abdullah II the French President restated his support for the maintaining the ban on Jewish prayers on the Temple Mount. Since then numerous spokespersons have added their voices to the chorus of Amen with all demanding that Jewish prayers not be permitted on the Temple Mount. Jewish prayers on the Temple Mount existed well before the existence of any of the structures currently occupying the space. There is sufficient room to place the Third Temple on the Temple Mount and refusing to permit such will speak loudly and clearly enough that every Jew will hear and understand. Such a proclamation from the world will fall on deaf ears because long before we could hear and understand the hatreds voiced in these days we made a far more important vow when we answered at Mount Sinai on the eve of the Giving of the Torah, מתן תורה. The people of Israel collectively cried out, “We obey and we will listen” נעשה ונשמע –by which it was meant we accept any commandment God gives us and we commit to keeping them even before we have heard what they are.

 

 

The entire idea of forbidding Jews to pray on the Temple Mount was granted to end rioting on the Temple Mount coming into the Islamic holy month of Ramadan and Islamic leaders including Jordanian King Abdullah II demanded that all Jewish praying be banned for that month in exchange for relative calm. There was a period of relative calm for a week to ten days and then the rioting continued and has only escalated ever since. The expressed aim is to push the Jews from the Temple Mount, the surrounding neighborhoods and from having access to the Western Wall. Should the Arab Palestinians receive the support they seek from world figures, as has flowed freely over the past month and is about to reach tsunamic proportions with the opening ceremonies for the General Assembly approaching where there will be an orgy of hate Israel denounce the Jews coming in speech after speech. Europeans and potentially the United States will largely give some form of recognition for the status quo to be maintained on the Temple Mount which is tantamount to forbidding Jews the right to say any form of gratitude or supplication to Hashem on what is the holiest of all places on earth to the Jews. Such demands are another manner of acclaiming the Islamic designs that their holy sites cannot and will not be shared with any other religion and that if a place is holy to another faith and any Islamic structure is built at the same location that the other religion must be banned from giving their prayers and supplication from that day on. Such a demand will preclude any possibility for the Temple to be rebuilt on the Temple Mount even should Israel enlarge the area in order to guarantee there will be no damage or lessening of the appearance of any existing structure by building at a respectable distance. This is not what the forces led by Mahmoud Abbas desire; they demand a Temple Mount eventually free of all structures not Islamic in their intention which means that the churches on the Temple Mount are also endangered by these demands. Today it is Jews may not pray and already they enforce against Christian prayer and have demanded that any Prayers given in the churches on the Temple Mount must take care so as not to be heard beyond their doors and they are not permitted by order of the Waqf not to ring their chimes, their bells which have been silent for far too long. This rioting is the front lines of a terror war and Abbas threats of another intifada is no threat as the third intifada began over a year ago and has been ramped up slowly bringing the water to a boil while the unfortunate frog keeps being told by the rest of the animals watching that it is not that hot, just stay the course. Who Will Pope Francis Blame When ISIS Slaughters in Jerusalem?

 

Pope Francis, during his visitation to the Holy Lands, was sure to make a very public statement over the plight of the Palestinian Arabs as he made a highly publicized stop at the exact section of the security barrier where Pope Francis claimed to make a prayer for a unified Arab Palestinian State emphasizing the proposed relationship to, as scrawled on that very section of the barrier, the similarity of the Warsaw Ghetto’s walls and the Israeli built security barrier, a separation object that is largely a fence but along certain stretches is required to be an actual wall such as within heavily built up areas so that it also keeps bullets and explosives from being easily launched into Israeli areas safeguarding both Arabs and Jews of all religions and all others from terrorist assaults on their lives and which has resulted in a highly effective tool in preventing homicide/suicide bombers, homicidal vehicle attacks and sniper attacks of various varieties bringing such attacks down to becoming a rarity compared to previous attacks before the barrier was constructed. Further, Pope Francis made it publically emphasized that his trip began with meetings with Mahmoud Abbas and the Arab Palestinians which he made sure to enter from Jordan flying initially into the Jordanian capital city of Amman specifically to avoid any possible meeting with Israeli officials. The Pope went further as he make a long procession, almost a victory parade, accompanied by numerous Arab Palestinian leadership from Bethlehem to Jerusalem emphasizing in his remarks the plight and flight from Bethlehem of its once predominant Christian population making heavy implications that such a sorry state of affairs had everything to do with Israeli ‘occupation’ and the hardships caused by the Israeli government, meaning the Jewish People, completely absolving the Arab Palestinians and their history of antagonism and persecution of the Christians causing the massive flight in fear for their lives from threats and actual terrorist aggressions.

 

This was followed by a visit to Israel where Pope Francis had a totally different persona becoming somewhat aggressive and antagonistic demanding the Catholic Church be granted their inalienable rights to ownership of large areas of Jerusalem with special emphasis on newly made claims to the building which houses the gravesite of King David claiming the room above King David’s tomb was a possible Christian Holy Site where the Last Supper had recently been claimed to have taken place moving it from the previous traditional spot where there were no contentious claims to this aggressively contentious place where it placed this Christian site above and over a highly Jewish site and further the Pope demanded rights to offer prayer services, a privilege granted and almost immediately abused by attempting to hold such prayers specifically on days where Jews had particularly offered up prayers from the site and taking assurances to hold these prayer before the scheduled Jewish services thus intentionally making the site void for Jewish prayer. The Pope was far from done with his assault on Judaism as well as launching additional assaults on Israel and Israeli claims within the Holy Lands in general at times appearing to insinuate obliquely that the Jews were without any religious claims as they were no longer recognized as having any religious rights having been supplanted and superseded making void any Jewish religiously made claims having been replaced by Christianity.

 

This particular claim made by the Pontiff has ramifications beyond the replacement theology where it is postulated that the Jews have become damned as replaced as the chosen people by the Christians, the Pope would claim the Catholic Church, and no longer favored by the L0rd and cast forth from Jerusalem specifically and without claims throughout the Holy Lands. Pope Francis has, by renewing the replacement theology of the past, set the precedent that Hashem can and has broken vows and promises made to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, King David and others which identified the Jewish People as those chosen to carry His Message to the rest of the world has been abrogated and transferred to the Catholic Church which makes the supersessions claimed by Islam claiming that the Christians have themselves been cast off as were the Jews making the Muslims not only the replacement in eyes of Hashem but also the final chosen peoples to carry forth the messages of Hashem and, going one step further, the ones chosen to rule all of humanity going even further afield of a similar claim indigenous to the Christian faith as Judaism never held that the world would be their inheritance, they claimed only a rather insignificant measure of land strategic only in its central location to Europe, Africa and Asia being the region where the three continents converge and having ports which can connect the two main trade routes which have since been serviced by the Suez Canal.

 

The reassertion of the policy of the Catholic Church having replaced the Jews as those having a covenant with Hashem has left the Catholic Church also subjected to being replaced as the chosen of Hashem which is exactly the claim made by Islam. Carrying the replacement and the sole holy religion has also seen both Catholicism, in the more native guise of Christianity, and Islam to thus interpret such to authorize their sovereignty over the entire planet in order for them to properly prepare for the return of Jesus which had been carried one step further by the Islamic extremists claim that their religion being the sole religion Divinely inspired as the replacement, the final replacement of both Judaism and Christianity not only should rule over all of Earth but also be the sole religion practiced by all mankind. This has been carried out to the letter by ISIS as well as being the stated end goal by Iran, Hamas, Hezballah and various other claimants to being the sole pure remaining practitioners of Islam as defined by Muhammad and is behind a very real threat being made by ISIS and a number of their adherents. The agents for ISIS in Judea and Samaria (West Bank), why that redundancy is required by all that is politically correct makes me really desire to cease the practice, and I shall endeavor to do so going forth, are requesting for a list of all the Christians residing in (East) Jerusalem and their addresses to be given to those ISIS representatives by the faithful of Muhammad, note that not all are claiming faithful to ISIS following the practice of deference when outnumbered and until gaining sufficient numbers, somewhere around twenty percent, before becoming more forceful and soon thereafter, around thirty-five percent, taking rule by force and demanding total and complete allegiance followed by choice of becoming part of the faithful as defined by ISIS to the sword, otherwise death. They want these lists as soon as possible such that they can make the necessary plans and make sure they have the necessary power and people to carry out an ethnic cleansing of the Christians residing in Eastern Jerusalem. They have not requested such a list of the Jews residing within the area as they likely believe that those entire neighborhoods are easily known and identifiable.

 

This list will necessarily be assembled with an assault plan in mind by which the vast majority of the Christians residing in Eastern Jerusalem will be forced from the area implied by the sword and not by choice but such will probably be a logistics driven decision. The ISIS planners will take the precaution of having sufficient deployment of forces such that each unit will have a flanking unit on either side or at a close proximity allowing the massing of forces should any resistance be mounted such that they can quickly and without sacrificing their intended missions gather sufficient force to swarm any resistance counting on numbers to turn the tide of battle. Such has been the tactic used by ISIS as well as preparing the area for their assault before-hand. Not possessing sufficient artillery ISIS instead uses vehicle bombs and homicide/suicide bombers to soften their intended targets instilling confusion and disorganization amongst their intended target before they follow-up with swarming the target neutralizing any recovery minimizing their target any time to regroup and form a coordinated counterattacks or even an organized defense with overlapping fields of fire and the other considerations usually carried out well in advance and practiced including tactics of the enemy being interjected at unannounced times to test procedures for just such scenarios. The target in this instance is basically a cleansing operation intended to either clear an area of any opposition or make clear that certain types residing within an area should necessarily depart before they too face the determined business end of an ISIS representative’s weapon. Their announced target date for this cleansing of the population for Allah is the final day of Ramadan which falls in July 16, 2015.

 

The first determination which must be realized by Israeli police and military forces is whether to act as an intervention in force early on and prevent the organization of ISIS forces, wait until they have gathered so as to maximize arrests, intervene as soon as the assembled ISIS forces pose a threat or to simply ignore the threat and only respond to calls in an usual manner leaving the Arab Palestinians pretty much to their own ability. The final option is actually an option not supported by Torah and Jewish Law as we are directed to protect human life as even the lowest amongst us, the beggar, the infirm, the stranger and others we might normally divert our attentions from are still lives we are commanded to care for and keep safe. The concept that each life is potentially an entire nation thus if one saves one life it is as if one has saved a world. That basically means that Israeli defense and law enforcement forces must be prepared for and the one which is most feasible resulting in there being no loss of life be the ones sent for further considerations. Another consideration should be by which of the tactics that prevents any innocent casualties would allow for the most ruinous of setbacks for ISIS and at the same time making their claims of bringing the reincarnation of the Caliphate into question. There needs to be one more principled consideration, the threat to Israeli personnel and citizens, not to claim that any one life is of greater importance than another as that is beyond our ability to reason and is best left to the Creator who knows all things, Hashem. There is one consideration which must be made initially; which is whether or not this threat posed is valid and thus worthy of making and practicing for such an eventuality. Most ISIS threats issued have proven to be real and worthy of notice, but that does not necessarily mean that this attack threat must automatically be considered valid. This threat might be being presented to gauge the level of Israeli response to threats in order to more closely study the anatomy of such a response. Whatever the reasoning behind such a threat, Israeli leadership can be assured they will be held totally responsible for any casualties outside Israeli personnel. Any other nation would be the recipient of sympathy and offers of assistance with the aftermath with support in repairing any damage, aid money to augment responses training in preparation as if there is a singular attack response which would be universally applied to every attack and resolve all problems and serious planning for special situations such as a visit and speech by another head of state.

 

The importance of responding both effectively and forcefully against any initial attack while not going to an overboard approach cannot be overestimated in this instance. Should Israel present an overly cautious and overt response to this particular threat, then ISIS planners would have an effective but simple approach to fomenting fear within Israel by simply pretending to plan an attack and allow the overt, heavy-handed Israeli ramping-up of security measures. Fortunately, for actual events such as parades, speeches and other events or places where people congregate such as train and bus stations and malls; Israel does a fabulous and renowned level of successful security to meet the requirement necessary for each location and expected crowd. Since all ISIS would need to do to estimate the Israeli response to any situation would be to go study any previous similar situation and view the control of the threat level caused and they would have their answer. Pushing a threat against Israel on her own soil and thus giving her home field advantage will simply make everything that much more difficult for ISIS. In this instance Israel will be required to bring to the table an actual threat assessment and response plan as should ISIS actually follow through on a mission to slaughter as many civilian innocents, almost especially any of the numerous minority populations, as Israel is held to the highest expectation of levels possible in the world. Israel is the only nation expected to be capable of providing on a consistent and near universal level security superior to any European nation, any Western nation and even particularly the United States. Israeli security is expected to match when provided for the most insignificant of those amongst us a level of public security roughly the equivalent of that provided the Queen of England, and Israel has thus far throughout her brief but situation filled history met that challenge almost universally; Baruch Hashem. Anybody wishing an actual example of similar situations and the difference between Israeli response and another nation with proper expectations of being capable in a security situation such as a hostage crisis, simply compare the handling of the 1972 Olympic Games abduction of the Israeli team in Munich where most of the Israeli team consisting of six Israeli coaches and five Israeli athletes were taken hostage and ended up murdered along with one German police officer while five Black September members were eliminated in the regrettable failed rescue attempt where the plans for the rescue operation were poorly executed and all of the requested aid did not arrive on scene until two hours after the stand-off and siege began leading to the conflagration that murdered most of the Israelis tied up in the helicopter which was detonated with a grenade thrown by one of the terrorists compared to the Entebbe raid by an elite IDF unit responding to the hijacking of an Air France flight and the holding of Israeli and Jewish passengers and crew numbering over one hundred victims at Entebbe International Airport in Uganda, a distance of over 2,500 miles (4,000 km) in Operation Entebbe, as it came to be known, on July 4, 1976 (giving Israelis a reason to celebrate on as high a level as the people in the United States could on that nation’s bicentennial celebrations) where all but four of the one-hundred-six hostages were rescued with the IDF team suffering five injured and a sole fatality of one of the team commanders and older brother to a future Israeli Prime Minister, Lt. Col. Yonatan Netanyahu, and all of the terrorists either killed or injured along with almost half of the approximately one hundred Ugandan military troops providing security for the terrorists. Israel had offered assistance and even to handle a rescue attempt with the German government who not only refused the Israeli offer but informed Israeli government officials that any Israelis sent to Germany would be refused entry at the airport and returned to Israel as this was a German operation and Israel had no right to interfere. Perhaps the Germans should have turned it over to the Israelis and thus make Israel responsible for the results.

 

But what is it they say about history, it is what it is and physics has not yet figured out how to alter history, only politicians and the media have such power. That is why when the history is written about the July 16, 2015 ISIS Ramadan assault intending to murder every Christian possible throughout Eastern Jerusalem the only credit or blame for this intended catastrophe in the manner of the cleansing of Mosul, the destruction of the two-thousand-eight-hundred-year-old capital of the Assyrian empire, Khorsabad, including its seven gates and the city with its most highly regarded sixty-four foot wall erected around 713 BCE by King Sargon II during his reign and nearly completely demolished in the beginning of the twenty-first century (or the fifteenth century on the Islamic calendar), parts of which have been preserved in museums in Baghdad, Paris, London and Chicago; destroyed thousands of books in libraries across the lands they have savagely rampaged with some of the books such as the rare books in Mosul are irreplaceable and singular remnants of wisdom and writings from ancient to the modern times; reintroduced slavery on a massive scale and especially the selling of woman as sexual slaves to the highest bidder, some women have been returned for receipt of a percentage of her resale price; burned, drowned, prisoners alive; shot, and beheaded people sentenced to death for even minor offences or taken prisoner; crucified Christians; blown apart prisoners shoved into a car with anti-tank missile; taken sledge hammers to ancient sculptures, vases, pottery destroying ancient displays in museums; and promised to bring this parade of horrors to every corner of the globe should they be allowed that possibility. This is the assembly of monsters across continents with fellow travelers identifying and subjugating their will all in a similar vein such as Boko Haram in Nigeria, Cameroon and Chad; and other equally offensive and revolting acts all threatening to replace the comfortable lives of the decadent Western world should they be given that chance. That is their promise and where is the response from the supposed civilized world? They are either leading from behind or covering the back of the leader leading from behind all in all leaving Israel to fight the world’s war and stop the advance of those who desire a return to the tenth century, a backwards jolt on either calendar, especially the Jewish calendar which is in the fifty-eighth century.
