If Only We Had President Hillary, Just Imagine

 

Think about it, just for a moment. Try and imagine how quiet the world would be. Imagine Facebook full of kitten and puppy videos and situational bloopers from some unfortunate’s life caught by cellphone, no calls for impeachment, no screaming day and night, a President who is being Presidential, professionally run signing ceremonies, a President working in the White House and no trips to Mar-A-Lago every weekend, the world at peace and everything nice and quiet with all wonderful reports in the media, well, except for those malcontents at Fox News. That is what we would have if only we had President Hillary Clinton who won the popular vote, did we mention she won the popular vote? Instead of the unprofessional circus being presented by team Trump we would have professionals appointed to the Cabinet and a real progressive and rationally tempered and modernistic viewing judge instead of this anachronistic Judge Gorsuch all tied up in originalist interpretations making decisions pretending he’s with John Adams in a powdered wig. We would have a polished, modern, professional administration and the media would be in step and the United States would appear to be functioning smoothly just as it had for the eight years under President Barack Hussein Obama. That would be so great to have the United States going along with all the European nations in sync with the plans and no threatening our friends and demanding they spend their monies as we demand of them. The government spending our taxes as we wish funding those so proper and feel-good projects such as Planned Parenthood, Meals on Wheels and the rest of the progressive collection. Wouldn’t that be wonderful not having all those ugly demonstrations because with President Hillary Clinton who would want to protest and those who might have better things to do such as earn and pay taxes so we can do all those wonderful things which are not getting done under President Trump.

 

There are many who would cheer making the above the new reality claiming that things really would be so much greater if only… The Trumpettes would have heart failure just thinking about a President Hillary. There is a difference though, with a President Hillary Clinton there is one truth, there would not be demonstrations because the Trump supporters would have accepted that the election went the other way and would have returned back to their lives working and waiting for the next election hoping to find a new candidate to carry the message. That is what happened after Senator McCain lost, that is what happened after Senator and Governor Romney. That is what would have happened had Trump lost. The one thing the Republicans and conservatives have learned to be very good at is accepting losses. The Democrats and especially the progressives and the leftists, refuse to accept losses and revolt at any reality that they dislike. They rise into the streets, well, not all, but enough of these types revolt at not getting their way. Some will run and repeat every rumor of a crack in the Trump Administration. Many have jobs and are not all that different from their conservative counterparts. They continue their lives after every election and go home to their families and continue soldiering on. But there are legions whose jobs are agitation, demonstration, disturbance, turmoil, upheaval and whatever it takes to force their revolution and agenda with no regards for anyone else. They are backed, backed, and backed even deeper by organization and funding. Many of these disruptors who were marching on Washington D.C. and numerous other left leaning, liberal major cities are not part of any organizations but are the numbers who show for the correct causes, the correct candidates, the correct reasons and for anything labeled the correct. Then there are those who organize, the community organizers just like President Obama where he started, the ones who seed the crowds with their specialists who scream the right words to start a chant, start the screaming yelling down some right winger so nobody can hear anything they have to say, start the crowd moving in the needed direction, the ignition point for executing the necessary plans. Then there are the real agitators who initiate violence when instructed to do so and then duck before the arrests are made as you cannot agitate if you are not there.

 

There are organizations high and low and everything between which work for the same ends though their methods are at times diametrically opposites. As there are some who are revolted by violence of any sort and others who live by the principle that eggs must be broken when making an omelet and are determined to make their omelet regardless of any consequences. Some are gentle and kind while others rough and some are brilliant while others are mindless followers. The one binding cement holding these disparate groups together is their thirst for what they believe is correct and true and that is their place in the halls of power. The majority of liberals accepted their loss in the last Presidential election. The ones running wild in the streets and on campuses across the United States demanding their rightful place simply because their cause is right and their demands are just and it is their right to be in power and to rule justly, rightly and instill their world whether the people desire their causes or not. Anything other than those ideals they pledge to have any say in making the decisions of the government is an anathema which they find completely unacceptable. In their world there is only one reality and it must match their beliefs and grant them everything they believe should be and anything which does not support their reality needs to be changed, corrected. The demonstrations witnessed after the elections and into the New Year through the Inauguration and through most of February finally petering out with small demonstrations reaching into March but the mass demonstrations have ended.

 

There is still a great demonstration continuing on Facebook and the rest of the social media. The fires of rage and the determined undermining of the President Trump, his administration and the Republican control of the two houses of Congress are still being stoked and standing in the ready. Many have a deep hatred of President Trump for his having the audacity to have stolen the Presidency from Hillary Clinton as it was her right to ascend to the Oval Office and continue the Obama policies and the cementing of the progressive agenda. After all, that was the natural order of things as far as every leftist, progressive, liberal and Democrat believed. The demographics depicted a nation where no Republican would ever again climb into the White House except to take the tour. The maps all depicted a red-blue divide which would elevate Hillary Clinton into the White House without a second thought. The vote was a matter of formality and it was only to be necessary to take the ballets and counting was not even to be necessary. But the law required counting. The media was all ready to attend Hillary Clinton’s coronation and the popular count made that all the more expected. But something was amiss and somehow Donald Trump, a real estate magnet who was nowhere near as successful as he claimed and a neophyte as a politician. This joke of a Republican candidate for President should not be taken seriously yet was gaining the electoral votes from states which were Hillary’s. What was happening? The world must have been spinning out of its natural orbit. The universe was experiencing some dark mystery which was beyond description and states like Pennsylvania and Ohio, Michigan and Wisconsin were going to Donald Trump, even Florida and that did it, he trounced the unopposable woman and became the next President. This rocked their world even more because the media had spent the entire two previous years talking about how Hillary Clinton was a lock to win the Presidency.

 

The media did waver in the last few weeks showing Donald Trump climbing slowly but inexorably gaining until a few days before the election when he and Hillary Clinton appeared tied. Impossible as it may have seemed, the election became a contest but surely Hillary Clinton still held the keys to the Electoral College even if Trump managed to win the popular vote. Before Election Day we heard from the leftists, progressives, liberals and Democrats how the popular vote was meaningless and Trump could win all the votes he wanted, the Electoral College would decide the election and surely Hillary had that all locked up. Well, not exactly as it turned out to be the opposite was true. Hillary Clinton won the popular vote by a safe margin but Donald Trump won the Electoral College handily. Suddenly the message from the Hillary supporters were screaming that the Electoral College was a backwards and outdated idea which was denying the real winner of the election, Hillary Clinton, who took the popular vote by a fairly sizeable margin from her deserved office. They totally switched their tune as soon as the music conflicted with the facts and their new tune now swirled around the exact opposite of the one from the day before and they were demanding that what they wished for the Republicans now be the reality as it now favored their candidate. All of a sudden there were comparisons between California and Wyoming claiming that Wyoming was unfairly represented. If it had happened in the opposite and Trump received the popular vote but Hillary won the election would arguments comparing Texas to Washington D.C. claiming Washington D.C. was unfairly represented have been acceptable? Honestly, no, it would have been seen as a sour grapes argument and laughed at and ridiculed on social media, but the California against Wyoming comparison is given the respect of being amongst one of the smartest and most respected arguments possible all but revered by the Hillary Clinton supporters.

 

So, what is coming in the future? The initial move challenging the vote and demanding recounts came immediately after the election and quickly failed. Then came the more long term plan of mounting a series of investigations until one can be rallied around and bring about the impeachment of President Donald Trump. But as we have pointed out previously, this would not accomplish the desired goal of placing Hillary Clinton or any other leftist, progressive, liberal or Democrat into the Presidency. There have been those who have described also impeaching Mike Pence and then Paul Ryan but even this would fail to place any leftists, progressives, liberals and Democrats into the Oval Office. One could go down the United States Presidential line of succession comes in and the first fifteen positions all would present another Republican either from the Congress or the Cabinet. Nowhere in the conceivable line of succession can one find a single Democrat or even a non-conservative Republican. Well, until a new person receives Senate approval, then Secretary of Agriculture Mike Young who is a leftover from the Obama administration is a Democrat but he still sits in position nine thus highly unlikely to ascend even under the most optimistic impeachment dreams. Impeachment, despite being the wildest dream of many online posters, had about a zero percent chance of achieving their desired goal, a progressive liberal into the Oval Office.

 

So, where does this leave the most determined leftists who demand that they take their place as the rightful leaders of the United States as they are the true and real intelligent people who are understanding and sensitive enough to rule over any modern and proper society? What series of events can possibly lead to their ascendance into the positions of power and give them their rightful promise of permanent leadership over the United States and eventually the planet. The first thing we need to understand is that a large number, if not the vast majority, of true leftists, the revolutionary leftists refuse to wait four years and allow for the grand advances made under President Obama to be walked back and undone. They demand power and they demand it now. Anything else is an anathema to them and completely outside the realm of acceptable. These are dangerous thoughts and ideas. We can pray that these people do not decide to act on the only means by which they can actually take power, revolution. The fearful thing is that leftists sufficient numbers rather than sufficiently close to majority of the percentage of the population, simply enough of a percentage that they can count on the needful support, then they will take power by means of deceit, trickery or brute force. All of these can be credited as being a coup even if through deceit and trickery they take command of the country.

Hitler and the Nazis used deceit and compromise which they offered never expecting to meet their side once they received the powers they craved. The emperors of Rome took power through deceit and use of power taking control of the military forces closest to Rome and bringing them illegally into the city to seize the Senate and force their idea of a compromise. Napoleon simply offered the French order and an end to the near constant state of revolution since the disastrous French Revolution did not present the kind of stable governance and ordered society with relief from the poverty and desperation which existed in the final years of the monarchy. Mussolini promised order and making the trains run on time, which he succeeded in doing by executing train crews who arrived late from their schedules. The governance which in modern times which has been produced by such coups, such forced changes from democracies, has been some form of fascism be it Nazis, Communism, or straight Fascism as in Italy and Spain. The problem is should there ever be a revolution in the United States, the world would fall into a darkness which would necessitate likely thousands of years before freedom and liberty would shine their light on planet Earth. This would truly be a sad state of affairs for the foreseeable future. We pray that such will not befall the world, especially with much of the world facing crises in varying degrees and from disparate threats which could only worsen with no promise of an intervention from the United States.

 

The problem is without a great and long-lasting surge, an economic explosion whose effects continue for decades, preferably centuries, allowing for the United States to climb from its current state of ever-growing debt and actually become debt-free, then the United States will eventually fall becoming insolvent and beyond any ability to pay off her debt even with her entirety of resources. If this should be accomplished it would be for the first time since the Presidency of Andrew Jackson, the only President to leave office with the United States debt-free. Even George Washington was unable to make that statement nor was Thomas Jefferson, another President who decried debt, and only the debt hating President Andrew Jackson who probably hated the debt beyond all other efforts he would accept as his challenge. The great day was January 8, 1835, when the debt was retired and Washington D.C. gathered with everyone who was anyone and celebrated this monumental accomplishment, a truly monumental accomplishment. One wonders if this can be accomplished ever again. One truly wonders.

What Good is Bipartisanship if One Side Supports Your Demise?

 

The AIPAC convention ended last week and the eighteen-thousand plus attendees returned home hopefully more invigorated, excited and informed about Israel, the challenges facing the Jewish State and the means by which they can best support the State of Israel. Unfortunately that may not be the case. One of the goals of AIPAC over the years has been to continue to be nonpartisan leading to bipartisan support for Israel. This has worked admirably well since 1967 when the United States took an interest in pursuing an actively supportive roll with Israel yet still continued its arms embargo which had been in effect almost immediately after granting Israel recognition in May of 1948 until 1968 when, with strong support from Congress, President Lyndon Baines Johnson approved the sale of Phantom fighters to Israel, establishing the precedent for US support for Israel’s qualitative military edge over its neighbors. This has little effect though on American support for the militaries of several allied Arab nations who potentially could have been Israeli enemies in future hostilities. Since 1968 Israel had received bipartisan support with politicians from both sides of the aisle in the Congress acting and voting favorably in matters concerning Israel. There have been some individual actions which placed this support into something conditional on Israel committing herself in a manner which the United States required for their support.

The most famous came during the Yom Kippur War when President Nixon, under urging and pressure from Secretary of State Kissinger claiming that this action would force the Israelis to be more malleable and easily controlled, initially denied resupply of desperately needed armaments by the Israeli Defense Forces. When Israeli Prime Minister Golda Meir called President Nixon and informed him that Israel without resupply might necessarily have to fall onto the Samson Option, a suspected but never actually defined last ditch effort if facing being overrun, expressed the desperate need that President Nixon released the needed armaments. This led to another problem as numerous European nations refused United States requests to allow the resupply planes landing and refueling rights as they also were refusing to assist Israel and were refusing to assist the United States in assisting Israel. Still, the planes did get through and Israel survived the surprise attack on Yom Kippur which almost resulted in an Israeli defeat. It need be pointed out that one Israeli defeat and there will be no Israel and the resulting toll of Jewish deaths would be unprecedented as today there are over six-million Jews living in Israel. There were rumors that another reason Nixon sent the arms was that Israel had opened the silo covers from their missiles and this was picked up by a geosynchronous spy satellite stationed over the war zone, otherwise meaning over Israel as she was attacked by Egypt and Syria with additional support by expeditionary forces from Iraq, Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Cuba, and Morocco and additional air support from Libya as well as a North Korean deployed MiG-21 squadron to Bir Arida to protect Egypt’s south.

Israel continued to receive bipartisan support from the Congress and a good amount of such remains to this day. There have been times when the Republicans wavered especially during the late 1980’s and into much of the 1990’s as a response to tepid at best Jewish support for Republicans. With the rise of the Evangelical Christian support for Israel, the Republican support has returned to a robust level. The weakening support currently lies with the Democrats who have come to figure basically who are the Jews going to support as the vast majority of American Jews are liberal to far leftists. There are exceptions mostly amongst the Orthodox and religious Zionist Jews who are supportive of the Republicans. So the Democrats simply take their seventy-five plus percent support by the Jews as a given for which they actually need not support Israel and these Jews will continue to support them. This is further proven by the wavering of Leftist Jews in their support for Israel, many have actively become supporters of the Palestinians at the cost of Israel. They have come to view Israel to be a right wing governed stronghold and are against Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu, Jewish Home Chairman Naftali Bennett, the Justice Minister and second chair in Jewish Home Ayelet Shaked as well as the remainder of the Likud Party, the religious parties and the Zionist parties as opposed to their preferred solution of removing all Jews from Judea and Samaria as well as much of Jerusalem and giving all this for a Palestinian Arab state and not necessarily an unarmed Arab State. They view Israel as too religious, too Jewish and Torah observant and are extremely disgruntled over Israeli insistence on recognizing Torah observant Jewishness and not accepting Reform, Reconstructionist, Alternative Orthodox and some Conservative Rabbis’ conversions because they do not meet the more stringent Israeli requirements for conversions within Israel. These Jews have decided if Israel refuses to allow American Jews to dictate policy and what government they can have, then they refuse to support these ungrateful Israeli Jews; sad but it is true.

 

This wavering by the Democrat Party in many instances not being supportive of the Israeli government and the lack of support from a large segment of Jewish Democrats, there are some who question if this bipartisanship is working. This came particularly to the fore when President Obama challenged AIPAC and demanded they choose between the Israeli position and that of the Obama Administration pushing that support for Israel could hinge on their accepting the President’s position on the solution which favored the Palestinian Arab position and placed all the onus on Israel to bend over backwards and make all the concessions receiving nothing in return. AIPAC buckled to the pressure from the White House and in the process sacrificed their Zionist beliefs placing them on the altar of political correctness and then making a fire sacrifice burning them up as the President demanded. It was a sad thing to watch and to behold what was pledged to be a pro-Israel group turns on their pledges to Israel in the name of bipartisanship as they feared losing Democrat support. One could ask is Democrat support actually necessary if it requires forsaking your guiding principles? That is where the ZOA (Zionist Organization of America) and its President, Morton A. Klein, did Israel and Zionism proud when the ZOA faced similar pressures and simply stood as Zionist and let the consequences be what they may. Sometimes this is what supporting a cause requires, stating your principles and standing by them as without a principled core, what does an organization have to show, bipartisanship without a core, that is meaningless.

AIPAC will soon face a crisis and it is rushing towards them as if it were a runaway train without any brakes or anyone in the cab. The leftists and liberals, especially those in the Democrat Party, are going to press for AIPAC to stand with them against President Trump and his Administration with their Israeli policies. This will be a do or die decision for the leadership in AIPAC. The Democrats are basically going to give them an, either you are with us or against us, proposition. This will put bipartisanship completely out of the equation as they will be facing a choice as to which side they are going to support, President Trump and Israel or the Democrat Party, its leftists who have run off with the party and the Palestinian Arabs. This will be a one or the other and as the vast majority of Jews currently are Democrats, this will be an even more difficult choice as much of their finances come from these Jews and their support for many will hinge on AIPAC’s choice. The true Zionists who still remain in the Democrat Party, likely because their Congressperson still supports Israel and they refuse to see the truth of the heart of the part having turned against Israel, will remain loyal to AIPAC no matter which way they decide. What is actually in the balance will be possibly the depth of Trump and his Administration to their pledged support for Israel. After all, if AIPAC stands against what President Trump and his people are hoping to accomplish vis-à-vis Israel, would that not point to the fact that maybe they are going about things all wrong? AIPAC represents presumably the pro-Israel position and if they are opposing your actions, well, what does that say. Additionally, what kind of signals are sent when the two presumably most pro-Israel groups stand in opposition to one another with ZOA supporting Trump and all he is attempting to accomplish while AIPAC stand in opposition. We will see what happens but there is one last warning we must present AIPAC with, this is one decision that not deciding is deciding because as far as these leftist Democrats and their Jewish compatriots, either you are actively with them or you are their enemy, there are no half measures and no bipartisan positions, you have to choose or they will choose for you. Further, even if you choose and even one of your ranking members steps out of the strict lines these people will place around you, then you will be called to answer because they will not couch any discrepancies from their approved positions. Once in, you have to be all the way in and no hedging your position or backtracking will be permitted and anyone dissenting in the slightest will, you will be demanded to reprimand and depart their company.

 

Some final thoughts on this subject as a whole and independent of any AIPAC, ZOA or other political actions type lobbying groups. The far left has made their choice. They have decided, as they historically always have, that they want an end to the Judeo-Christian ethic and what Hitler referred to as the Jew Conscience and Jew Morality which he promised to free the world from. This is why initially, before Germany declared war on the United States, people like Charles Lindbergh, William Randolph Hearst, Joseph Kennedy, John Rockefeller, Andrew Mellon, Allen Dulles as well as Vice President of General Motors Graeme K. Howard supported Adolf Hitler as well as Generalissimo Francisco Franco and Benito Mussolini as it appeared that their fascist methods were working extremely well for business and manufacturing. What they may or may not have known was that much of the success was making the tools and weapons of war which became evident later in the 1930’s as World War II started. When this resolute means for ridding society and the governance of Judeo-Christian ties, their next great love affair was with the Communists. Interestingly enough the Communists also were promising an end to the Judeo-Christian ethic and the strangling influence it had on their plans. The leftists have always been kindly favorable of hedonism which runs afoul of the Judeo-Christian lifestyle of staunch conservatism and a religious and proper restriction on one’s personal actions. The Communists also failed to rid the world, especially the West, of the Judeo-Christian ethos and it too fell by the wayside. Well, not to be left without a champion who can rid them of the Judeo-Christian ethos; the leftists of today have allied with Islam. They are of the belief that once Islam has rid the world of Judeo-Christianity as a driving force and has put in place a dictatorial governance, another item the leftists find attractive and also another reason they loved Fascism and Communist and their centralized power in the government, the leftists reason that they can simply take control of the levers of power and transform Islam to fit their ideal and ideas. They believe that their “superior education” and “superior experience in governance” and their “general superiority in all things” will allow them to simply transform Islam into adopting their leftist principles and morals (or lack thereof) thus finally establishing their new world order. What they are missing in their plan is exactly how they will take over Islam and change a religion and its principles and strict moral code which have resisted change for much of its fourteen hundred years of existence. Granted that Islam had a period where it had settled from constant war and conquest and was quite agreeable and accepting of non-Muslims, especially Jews and Christians. There was the Golden Age of Islam (725 – 1260 approx.) where a liberated view of Islam permitted a pluralistic society and free exchange of information and a general acceptance of science and knowledge from outside of the Quran. This liberalism and the permitting of extra-Quranic knowledge came crashing to an end with two distinct and distant events. The first was the arrival of the Mongols from the east and the final was the rise of the Spanish under King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella and the purification of Spain. With the military defeats came the belief that Islam must return to the very roots which carried it forth originally from the Arabian Peninsula and a strict following of the teachings of Muhammad as portrayed in the Quranic texts and the Hadiths. This has continued ever since with the repeated expectation that this solution will work, Allah willing. They may finally be correct as Europe is being gifted to the purveyors of Islam on a golden platter. The leftists will allow the invasion and conquest without use of actual military but simply by replacement and superiority of numbers. The unfortunate thing for the Europeans will be that the Muslims may prove to be impatient and resort to civil warfare to speed the process rather than waiting for the inevitable to simply occur. This may prove to be their undoing as it may awaken the entirety of Europe before the Muslims have sufficient numbers to win outright and thus lead to a horrific conflict as Europe either saves itself from Islam and rediscovers having children in the process or Islam succeeds in speeding the process and the infidel are purged in the process. Either resolution will not benefit the leftists as their plan is extremely flawed for any number of reasons, but that has always been the case.

Countdown to Impeachment

 

President Trump just made another major misstep; he failed to fight for his health care legislation empowering his enemies. Sure the media have been playing up each and every Tweet as if it were the crime of the century, but that has been hype, all hype. That is the job the media has in this attempt to overthrow democratically elected governance in the United States. The media are the shock troops playing the game as those infected with the screaming heebie jeebies. Their job is to foment the atmosphere of mistrust, suspicion and general mayhem so that anything which follows appears to have validity. When President Trump pulled the healthcare legislation admitting defeat, he opened the door to his downfall. His blaming the Democrats will only serve to instill in them more hate and spite leading them to become even more entrenched seeking his downfall. They were going to head in this direction anyways and this was inevitable, but now they will feel empowered and capable of blocking any and all attempts by the President to govern effectively. That always was the first step, take out President Trump’s ability to govern effectively.

 

The next step is already in motion and is being headed by the leading man of the disloyal progressive opposition, Senator McCain. McCain still believes he should be the leading figure in the Republican Party and has always felt they let him down and were the reason he lost in 2008. It has never occurred to him that the reason he lost in 2008 was that John McCain was completely outclassed and defeated by the media and his complete inability to excite the Republican base. John McCain actually believes he is a staunch and true conservative just because he opposes three or four extreme leftist ideas and otherwise is just as left wing as Hillary Clinton once those few ideas are removed from the equation. John McCain sees the election of Donald Trump not as a sign that he actually earned the election by getting the Republican base excited but because he got exactly who the media claim elected him, rabble and uneducated morons easily led off by Donald the Pied Piper Trump. McCain sees his position of fighting Trump as the Republican knight in shining armor saving the party from oblivion. McCain just cannot accept that his wing of Republicans are the lost sheep with nowhere to go and unable to ever win any national election and that the Republican Party has become truly conservative and originalist in their holding and understanding of the Constitution. The mainstream Republicans are now almost literally Tea Party Republicans who enforce the Constitution and its Amendments precisely as written to save the United States because anything less will allow the Progressives their eventual victory and the end of America. It matters not if that view is valid, it is where the base and the votes lie and McCain will never excite these people and they would rather stay home than vote for a phony conservative, a right leaning progressive.

 

So, now that the Democrats have been placed in the position of defending Obamacare which they see as the logical step to destroy heath care insurance and force single payer government healthcare as the saving grace along with the rest of their progressive pro-government programs which will lead to only one conclusion, they will rally and draw even tighter and any Democrat who was even considering not standing with the most radical of their party will be put on notice, stand with us or you will face defeat in the next primary election. The Democrats see the election of Donald Trump as their now or never position as they know that their cover has been blown and the “silent majority” has seen them for who they truly are. What is so sad is that many of their supporters still have their blinders in place and do not realize these monsters for who they really are. They still view the likes of Elizabeth Warren, Chuck Schumer, Maxine Waters and the rest for loyal liberals fighting the good fight for the cause. If only this were true, there would be hope; but a full third to forty percent of the voting public are firmly supporting the people who wish to place government as the board of directors over every major employer and while leaving private ownership and the belief that freedom exists, their reality would have government dictating almost everything even to production demands and buying habits to government through over-regulation to simple direct control. The Democrats who have taken control of the Democrat Party are full behind this central control and have the voters fully behind their ideas and reasoning which include such fronts as Global Climate Change, Corporate Greed is Evil, the Police are Fascist Shock Troops and the like. The Police are Fascist Shock Troops actually is one of the most ridiculous of these claims as it was under President Obama that enormous amounts of military vehicles and hardware were transferred to police forces across the United States at prices that I could have afforded one of those heavy armored vehicles that the police have at their disposal had I been permitted to purchase one and likely you could have as well. These were priced just slightly more expensive than two squad cars and were heavily financed by the Federal Government making even Mayberry Police able to buy one for officer Fife (there’s a joke there if you are old enough to remember Barney Fife and his bullet in his pocket so he wouldn’t shoot his foot again).

 

The plan is to continue to play hardball and allow John McCain to run interference on the right and when sufficient Republicans are convinced that Trump is simply incompetent and unable to accomplish anything, then they will strike. The claim will be he is and always was a phony businessman and never built anything in his life, accomplishing everything with his Daddy’s money and name. They will play up the incompetency of his presidency and that the nation deserves better. There will be moves to paint Pence and Ryan as well as people unable to rule effectively as they are just as bad as Trump. The entire idea is to get sufficient numbers of the population, 15% to 20% is all it takes with all centered in the major cities, believing that the only path to good and steady leadership is the Democrat Party, the moderate Democrats who even John McCain claims can be reasoned with and worked with. The entire Republican Party leadership and most of its truly conservative base Representatives and Senators will all be painted as subversive elements who are trying to destroy the nation supporting this losing child-President Trump. Then there will be the placing of the impeachment charges which will be all formal and will find an actual plausible reason, one the rabble can latch onto as a cause celeb. Once the votes are secured, the charge is irrelevant as in order to impeach a President you only need the votes in the House of Representatives and then to remove the President you need the votes in the Senate. The Constitution lays out the reasons of which one is malfeasance or the ill-defined “high crimes and misdemeanors” which could include anything from impropriety to murder to tax evasion to jaywalking, it all depends on what the media can sell and sufficient numbers of people accept. Understand that once charges of impeachment have been leveled against President Trump we can expect that the opposition will have the votes necessary with a comfortable extra few in numbers in case some get cold feet and shrink from the idea. The idea will be to have governance handed to those adults in the room who know how to govern and in order to prevent such a disaster as another President Trump from ever occurring again, the Electoral College will be thrown out along with all the other parts of an obsolete and useless piece of parchment that the Constitution has become, after all it was written by angry, old, slave owning, anti-woman, white men who did not understand what the world has become, after all they probably thought man should not fly because they do not have wings and such things. They had muzzle loading rifles, what could they have understood about machineguns? They are as outdated as powdered wigs and their Constitution; it’s the Twenty-First Century already, time to modernize America. The new rallying cry will be something just like that, Time to Modernize America for the Modern Times. With this they will restructure governance in the United States and America will be born and the entire concept of the United States as individual states in a federal government will die and Europe will welcome the new America to their failing ways which are failing as we were watching and will then be joining. You will know the fix is in should the new form of government be parliamentary.

 

 

The push is coming to make America a nation run by its major cities under Democrat Party control with the rest of the nation dragged along for the ride. The name bandied around and used against President Trump will never be applied to the new America as they could never be fascist, even if fascism is defined as the government taking control of the steering wheel and dictating to industry and big businesses how they can and will run their companies while permitting private ownership. The new government will rule absolutely not permitting even a scintilla of opposition to their ideas and demands on the people. Forget freedom as that is such an antiquated and quaint idea which does not permit the government to do what is right and correct for the people. The people are not as wise and worldly as are their betters in the government who all went to the correct schools and majored in how to rule over a nation. What could the peasants possibly know about how to run a successful country with the responsibility for directing all the industrial and managerial giants and be so astute to every nuanced concept; after all it was exactly this which brought every advancement since the bicycle. There will be posters and they will be Yuge and Wondrous and everybody will feel like saluting the posters, after all that is what the man on the corner with the big gun expects and we would not want him reporting our lack of enthusiasm. The poster, if it were honest, would look a lot like the one above, admit it, you wanted to straighten up in your seat and look good as if the poster was looking back through your monitor, didn’t you. Don’t let little slogans bother you because as long as you’re a good citizen, do your assigned job, oh yes, that’s right, the job your chose or were chosen for from first grade, and as long as you are happy, then you have nothing to fear. And just to make this Brave New World be a little happier, you did take your allotment of Soma today, we would not want to skip our Soma after work, after all it is for the nation to keep and stay happy. There you go, be a happy citizen.
