But it is All Relative These Days

What if I told you that a one dollar bill and a hundred dollar bill were all the same? You would likely call to arrange psychological help for me for my own good thinking I had a screw loose or you might try to trade as many one dollar bills for any hundred dollar bills I might have. But the reality is that the difference is all relative, the hundred dollar bill is worth, relatively, one-hundred one dollar bills. How about something a little less obvious for our second try? What if I told you there really is no difference between worshiping G-d and worshiping the Devil and that the two have basically equal effect on our society as you do all of your worship alone or with fellow worshipers thus it really does not matter. Again, it is all relative. Let us try that there is actually little difference between same sex marriages and hetero-gendered marriages. It is basically the same, relatively. Or what if we claim that a person should be permitted to behave as whatever gender they feel they are and that whatever biological gender they are born is of no real consequence because it is all about being comfortable with your identity. Further, we have to accept that people who believe they were born the wrong gender must be permitted to use the bathroom of the gender they choose to be and not the one their birth gender dictates because, once again, it is all about their being comfortable with their choices. What does it matter to you if some woman believes they’re a man and use the men’s room or a man who believes they should have been born a woman uses the women’s room? It is all relative and no business of anybody else and who are any of us to decide what is normal and right. To make any deal of such things just proves how narrow minded so many people in our society happen to be and it is a kind of gender-fascism to deny these people the right to act as they choose. We all need to adjust and make room for people of choice, for that is what these people are, people of choice. And who’s to say if they might choose tomorrow to be their birth gender for a couple of hours and then switch back and forth depending on their mood every morning, it’s none of our business, right? These are the latest demands the progressive gender police are now demanding, whatever anyone chooses, gay, straight or bi-sexual, male as female or female as male or one who likes to be both by the whim of the moment and any other gender, racial, nationality, religion or whatever else is selectable, we must all simply accept whatever we are presented with as a choice and ignore the facts right in front of us. Nothing is beyond the norm and there is no normal any longer and those who decide the right and wrong of everything are insisting that we just get used to it and learn to live with these new realities.

Well, pardon me but I am having just a little more difficulty with these demands as they continue to get more and more ridiculous. I was able to accept the sexual preference with the ever-growing sexual deviances which I believe are somewhere around LGBTQ and perhaps tonight there will be a couple more letters added before dawn. That was all something which we all might be capable of living with as it had little to do with our everyday lives and it never hurts being polite and unquestioning and accepting people as they were in their private life. But things could not be left like this and instead things, as usual, had to be pressed further and further. Many people, and probably rightfully so, got all bent out of shape about the anybody can use whatever bathroom they feel like using simply because that is how they feel that moment. This means that some three-hundred-seventy-seven-pound man can feel dainty some morning so he can just cruise on into the local gym and use the women’s locker-room and shower with the ladies, no problem, because that is just how he feels that morning. OK, so that is the example everyone uses. Let us try a different one. Your sixteen-year-old daughter has a fight with her boyfriend and in a fit of pique, she decides she will get him good so she decides to be a boy today and goes to gym with the boys and bares it all in the shower just because she felt rejected. That is a little different, isn’t it? But it was her right to choose and we are not supposed to question these things. That bring us to the question, how in all that is unholy did things get this absolutely bat crazy? Whose idea was all of this and why did society allow this to get where it is? The answer is anything but friendly because the reason is ourselves. Some of this was the mainline story in the recent PBS special event titled “Real Boy” about a female who desired to be a boy and how we must support those we know who might have such thoughts. Reason with them, counseling them, anything other than total support for their delusions are all but a criminal act punishable by societal casting one out.

We the people have been asleep far too long. While we were complacent, another word for asleep, those whose desire to change our entire civilization and leave nothing which has been valued by the culture most of us live with and only desires to continue living with, but that was not good enough for these people. They have some design where they wish to take our society which required the destruction of all the world held holy. These people have this hatred for the history and the morality it carried with it. Their hatred includes all that aligned with Judeo-Christianity. I know that a number of my readers are rolling their eyes saying here we go again. Well, unfortunately, a little and only as much as necessary. It is not us who are the problem, but the people whose desire is to transform the society because they despise everything which normal members of society stands for and they insist that everything must go. They have ever since been holding a fire sale where all morals must go and be replaced with an any and every thing goes society simply because that is what they demand. Where did they get the standards for their “new morality,” you inquire. Well, let me take a guess here. I think it might have been in their anthropology course on ancient societal norms and religious rites. They were likely fond of the freedom allowed by these ancient idolatrous societies and perhaps became enamored by the entirety of the lifestyle.

Whatever, perhaps it was the professors who decided that they wanted to have this and put an end to the tyranny of the Church. That was the wording I remember from the comparative societal evolution course or some other garbage. I was a mathematics major and needed what I thought was an easy elective to boost my GPA. Well, the course was easy enough once I realized all I had to do was compromise every principle of normalcy and repeat the mantra that modern religious morality was the worst development of humankind which ruined everything good that the world had going. Free love and the ability to use human sacrifice to get rid of anybody who was not with the program was the theme of the course. The professor really believed that Christianity was an evil and that G-d was a corrupt concept and that morality was a choke collar placed there by the first pope and it needed to be removed and this could be performed through societal revolution. What was frightening was the number of students who lapped up every word of how the natural state of humankind was hedonism with as few rules as possible, and with people like the professor in charge. The problem is now those students are the professors and they are stoking a revolution and it is traveling at light speed and invading Western society. This is not the first generation to try and replace Judeo-Christian society with barbarism; there were many previous attempts through the ages. One such person can be seen stating this obvious idea that humankind was not supposed to live morally but free from morals and this man was going to free humankind from Jewish conscience and Christian morality (see video below).

Yes, that was kind of unexpected by many, but this is the ideals that too many of the social science professors are pushing to their charges in those colleges and universities which parents are spiting out and wasting ten upon tens if not hundreds of thousands of dollars so their innocent children can become productive members of society. Instead they are being indoctrinated to be revolutionaries who are going to change society and return humankind to their proper place freed from the new immorality, normalcy. They are being taught that everything which was right and proper for their parents’ generation is wrong and that they are to be the new societal leaders and are to bring the new morality to the people. They are to be the liberators freeing humankind from false prophets and the immoral conscience which has burdened Western society for the last two-thousand years. They are being told that the wave of the new normal has made great strides in the past fifty years and that now is their time to finish what their predecessors, their professors have started. This is the propaganda which has been the food for thought in far too many college and university classrooms in the humanities and soft-sciences. Where this will eventually end up is anybody’s guess. The truth is that all the gains made by society since Abraham broke the idols in his families’ store before leaving his homeland and moving to what would become the Promised Land are being destroyed by those who are driving with all the thought and tools at their disposal to return humankind to the worship of Baal. Where will it end?

Truth of the World Against Israel

Probably one of the most perfect examples of how the Europeans felt about the prospect of Israel being driven into the sea by Arab forces during the October 1973 Yom Kippur War was their response to the United States even before any request had been sought to refuel the aircraft which were to be used to airlift resupply of munitions and other supplies for which they were running dangerously short and without which they would have soon been fighting the Arabs without armaments for their aircraft, bullets for their rifles, shells for their armor and artillery or fuel for their planes, tanks and vehicles. The refusal was unanimous as every United States ally from NATO and Europe declined to permit refueling of any planes used to resupply Israel and was sent to Washington D.C. even before the White House or Pentagon had even made any request. In time, Portugal was convinced to permit refueling to take place at the Lajes Field in the Azores Islands. This deplorable treatment of the United States effort to assist Israel completely outstrips their votes in the United Nations General Assembly and explains fully their votes, or abstentions, in votes by UNESCO, the United Nations Security Council, the United Nations Human Rights Council and numerous other international bodies. Simply stated, most of Europe would like nothing better than for Israel to disappear as long as all that is required of them is to sit on the sidelines and refuse to lift a finger. But how much further does this hatred of Israel reach? And do not get this wrong, hatred of Israel, the only Jewish State, is the new anti-Semitism, especially when these nations and individuals who refuse to support Israel and go to extremes to injure or destroy anything to do with Israel show no such hatred and spite towards any other nation in the world. This becomes even more obvious when one compares the voting habits and statements of nations and politicians and others towards anything Israel and their lack of such vindictiveness when considering nations whose actions are honestly contemptible compared to those of Israel when judged by an honest broker, and we are not trying to suggest that we would be such a broker, and we admit that we obviously support Israel though not to a fault as we have pointed out errors and missteps when they occur.

In the Arab, and most of the Muslim world, hatred for Israel is universal and all but goes without saying. Of the Muslim world outside the Arab nations, Iran and Pakistan are likely the most hateful countries with Iran having demonstrations where “Death to Israel” is the theme that the gathered chant. What might surprise many not familiar with the Middle East is that of the nations which repeatedly top the list of most anti-Semitic nations, one of them is a nation which actually has a peace treaty with Israel, Jordan. The top ten most anti-Israel locations according to Times of Israel are as follows;

1) The Palestinian Territories (West Bank and Gaza) 93% overall index score
2) Iraq 92% overall index score
3) Yemen 88% overall index score
4) Algeria 87% overall index score
5) Libya 87% overall index score
6) Tunisia 86% overall index score
7) Kuwait 82% overall index score
8) Bahrain 81% overall index score
9) Jordan 81% overall index score
10) Morocco/Qatar/UAE tied at 80% overall index score

One does not have to go any further than the General Assembly and the votes taken in that body over the years concerning Israel to get a general idea. Looking just slightly deeper one can find a similar bias in the United Nations Human Rights Council, UNESCO and the Security Council where without the veto of the United States, the Security Council would likely even vote to declare Israel a non-entity and persona non-grata at the United Nations. Of course, one might see such a move as an advantage for Israel as the United Nations has not exactly been the most supportive body over the past number of decades. The saving grace for Israel is that the International Court System is composed of judges who are sworn to decide cases strictly by the letter of the law. This restriction takes out much of the politics but even this has not been completely indemnifying. Still, the fact that the World Courts are presumed to be confined by the letter of the law has prevented the Palestinians or Arab League from bringing Israel before the courts attempting to accomplish there what they have failed to do on the battlefield in their numerous attempts to erase the Jewish State by military force. While it is true that the United Nations provided the impetus under which the State of Israel received world recognition, had the British not pressed that they were leaving no matter the situation that vote would never have taken place. The world was content as was the United Nations to wait forever if that was what it took to end any chance for a Jewish State as long as the British remained in place preventing such. When pressed to act the United Nations reversed against their own Charter Article 80 which placed them as responsible for holding up the promise to grant the Jewish state the remainder of the British Mandate, that 22% which remained after the Arab State for Arab Palestinians had been established, namely Jordan which comprised 78% of the British Mandate lands. The United Nations did not have the authority to try and split that sliver of land in half establishing a second Arab Palestinian state and this should remain as the law enforced by the World today.

Do not hold your breathe waiting for the world to act as promised when their real desire is the elimination of Israel. What is sad is that Israel is one of the first nations to be on scene at any natural disaster worldwide with a hospital, search and rescue teams, and trained personnel to handle whatever the emergency might be. Israel also sends teams of their experts in medicine, agriculture and other fields to developing nations to assist them in furthering their development and assisting with establishing infrastructure and even assisting in setting up new departments within hospitals such as their Save and Child’s Heart campaign. There was one time where the United Nations worked with and approved of Israeli assistance to the world with assisting nations with agriculture and leading new technologies to be spread to the world saving water and growing greater plant yields voting for the Israeli motion on these efforts. Another time the United Nations World Health Organization recognized the Israeli army’s field hospital, classifying it as its first and only “Type 3” field hospital, recognizing it as the “the number one in the world.” If only all the United Nations organizations could operate without the anti-Israel and anti-Semitic blinders we might actually find a path to a better world.

Still with the direction the world has been drifting, as represented in the last Anti-Defamation League Index of Anti-Semitism which reported there being approximately 1.1 billion people worldwide holding predominant anti-Semitic feelings or ideas out of just over 4.16 billion surveyed. That is a total of 26% of those surveyed expressing anti-Semitic biases of a measurably significant basis (see map below for breakdown by regions). Making things detected even further disturbing was the fact that this trend has been growing annually across many regions. This past year proved to have been the worst year on record. This is something we can back in our own experiences as we mostly resided in areas outside the typical Jewish neighborhood. We found that support for Israel depended on religious observance with those most likely to stand approvingly and appreciably with Israel being the most observant attending services as well. As depicted in the study of worldwide anti-Semitism, such beliefs are rising often in greater percentages than the national increases in numbers of Muslims. Traditional anti-Semitism was found to be rising disturbingly fastest amongst Europeans. Another idea that was validated was the fact that many places where a Jew was not known to have resided also often had high relative anti-Semitism amongst those who reportedly had never encountered a Jewish person.

Another disturbing revelation of late has been the change in the demographic of the kind of person most likely to hate Jews and detest Israel with the right becoming less anti-Israel with the main remnant of such hate relegated to the farthest extremes while on the left the amount of anti-Semitic and anti-Israel feelings on the rise. This has been particularly true amongst the colleges and universities, especially in the United States and Europe. Much of this has had the blame placed on the rise of the Palestinian Arab sympathy and support movements. These include the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions on Israel Movement (BDS) and the anti-Israel organized events played out on North American and European campuses such as the Apartheid Wall, Israel Apartheid Day or Week or even Month and other various events meant to demean Israel as an oppressive, colonialist regime worthy of scorn. When one traces the beginnings of such events one finds that behind them are a plethora of leftist organizations and groups such as American Muslims for Palestine (AMP), Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP), the Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP), BDS Movement and other left-leaning to overt left-wing groups; what one finds is that the majority are either ancillary groups which sprung up in sympathy and the Islamic based groups almost all come from the Arab League boycott of Israel which was best made public back in the September 1967 Khartoum Resolution with its “Three No’s” which were “no peace with Israel, no negotiations with Israel, no recognition of Israel.” The other birthing place for many Islamic based or Arab based groups was the Muslim Brotherhood and often with roots in Hamas. The newest origin of such feelings comes from Iran and is instigated and directed often by arms of the al-Quds Brigades division of the IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps). These efforts are backed by Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and the other oil rich Arab states and have been a concerted effort through propaganda and subversive activities, which had some assistance and guidance early on by the KGB. The reasoning for the KGB assistance was that these groups were seen as recruitment arms for KGB sympathizers and as another way to disrupt the United States further dividing it and turning American against American and weakening American resolve in the Middle East providing openings for the Soviet Union.

Campus and Other Anti-Israel Demonstrations

Campus and Other Anti-Israel Demonstrations

The last subject which requires coverage is the means testing by which one determines if any anti-Israel demonstration or event is anti-Semitism or legitimate criticism of Israel. One of the most used means is through the application of Natan Sharansky’s “Three-D’s Test for Anti-Semitism and discerning such from honest and legitimate criticism of Israel. These three D’s are Demonization, Delegitimization and Double Standards which are defined more in depth here. To give a short overview these are readily applicable to much of today’s anti-Israel near hysteria. Demonization takes a little knowledge of history and traditional and historic anti-Semitic canards. One which easily translates was the “blood libel” that the “Jews murdered Jesus” where the anti-Israel incarnation would be any picture of an Israeli Defense Force (IDF) soldier pointing a gun at a Palestinian, usually an innocent looking youth who is particularly photogenic, with the message of “You are killing me all over again.” Another is the “blood libel” that the “Jews murder and use the blood of Christian children to bake the special matzah” with the replacement of Christian with Muslim or Palestinian you have an instant message which is anti-Semitic. Any use of Nazi propaganda or Christian “blood libels” or Islamic denouncing of Jews from the Caliphate times, the Quran, Hadiths and the Sīra. Some have begun to use the term Judaeophobia to describe all actions or forms of anti-Semitism and anti-Israelism. This allows one who has crossed the lines of proper and useful opposition or accusations against Israel as being a Judeophobe, a word of similar nature to Homophobe or Islamophobe. Using this wording often clarifies the situation such that you simply place Israel into a phraseology which is of a similar vein to the Islamophobic or Homophobic hate speech or action and instead place Israel or Israelis into such text and you have entered the realm of anti-Semitism. Below is a video by Caroline Glick’s explanation for the constant thread of anti-Semitism and its symptoms in a brief fifteen-minute talk followed by Richard Littlejohn and his coverage of British anti-Semitism which includes some anti-Israel views all from 2007 era in a forty-five-minute video of a special broadcast we believe was from the BBC and finally a full-hour by Rabbi Ken Spiro who covers many aspects and has some very unique insights and historical references which prove how modern and new the current anti-Semitism gripping the world actually is and how much of its roots are in the last few hundred years with most in the last century.

It Can Get Worse But Why Wait?

The articles and editorials all point to the same truths. It is painful to read about but we read it anyways. Those who read here regularly know the feeling and most made of sterner mettle read on if for no other reason than the hope that in the story there will at the least be a single ray of hope. The stories from the last few days held no such light. Stories from across Europe and back again, from the campuses of the United Kingdom to across the Ukraine to Paris, the capital city of France, the stories are all too similar. The names of the victims change and all too often the perpetrators remain unidentified and probably without remorse. The only time these beasts feel remorse is before the television cameras and the media and even then the discerning realize their remorse is that they will face legal proceedings. Then there are the few defiant who cannot understand that they had committed any crime and demand to have explained what they did that was wrong, after all, they had merely beaten the life out of a Jew. And these miscreants often come in small groups up to a half dozen or so and attack as a mob again a singular target or perhaps two Jews both teens or old men. They rarely take their vengeance and hate out on any Jew physically capable of dealing harm to at least one or two before numbers take their toll. These stories rise out of Europe and one of the rare voices reporting on these heinous acts has been the Italian journalist Giulio Meotti. His most recent article ”Welcome to Europe’s Four Capitals of anti-Semitism” was one of a series of articles over the past week which served as the impetus for this article.

There has been one ray of light we have kept in mind when reading these stories, and that is that more and more European Jews are choosing Aliyah to Israel as the solution to the growing menace in Europe. The information we have seen indicates that Israel is the number one choice followed by the United States with a small number choosing elsewhere such as South America and Canada or even Asia. The main group we would like to speak with directly, and to anyone knowing of such people, are those deciding that the United States, and by inference anywhere other than Israel, as their destination where they can restart their lives anew and be safe. We are not trying to imply that currently the problems for Jews in the United States is something dire and that it is a reckless choice which places them in nearly the same level of danger as that is definitely not the situation. But on the other end of the scale, we are speaking as amongst those who made Aliyah to Israel from the United States. The main reason is that one of us had promised themselves at an early age that they would retire in Israel when the opportunity arrived. We lost a great deal of financial security by doing so having now to rent at a far higher price than the mortgage we paid on our home in Oklahoma. We can tell you that the sacrifice was more than worth it. That leaves the question as to why we would make such a move and that gets to the crux of why we recommend that the United States not be at the top of any Jew’s list of safe destinations. If your reason is that you have relatives in the United States and you are moving near them, then by all means go to the United States as having supportive relatives of close friends should always be amongst the highest priorities. But, if the choice is purely which destination would be best, then choose Israel.

First, we can give a couple of startling facts comparing Israel and the United States. Taking in all types of criminal acts even including terrorism, one is more likely to have a violent crime committed against their person in the United States than they are in Israel. The best means of avoiding such a fate is identical in Israel as it is in the United States; simply avoid areas where criminal acts are most often perpetrated. Do not visit certain places or at least minimize visiting such places to daylight hours and one severely diminishes the probability that they will fall victim to violence. We will grant that there is a definitive difference in the likelihood of a military attack on the nation between the United States and Israel. Mitigating this problem is that the Israeli government has made a great deal of effort into protecting the people, particularly the children, from the ravages of war. There are shelters throughout the country and should the sirens sound, simply follow the flow of people to reach the closest shelter. During the last Gaza war the seeming biggest question on virtually every Western journalists’ list came across asking, “Where are all the dead Jews to match the Palestinian losses?” Of course, it was not phrased so clumsily, well except one journalist who said almost exactly that, but they were all seemingly fascinated in the fact that more Gazan civilians appeared to be dying than Israel civilians. Now we must point out that these very same journalists were following the crowds of Israelis heading for the shelters when the sirens sounded and they marveled, as did we all, at the unbelievable accuracy and kill rate of the Iron Dome batteries. But, despite witnessing the exact reasons for the disparity, they were not making a comparison as much as a political statement which basically could have been read, what makes the lives of Israelis more important than the lives of Gazans. They were asking the wrong side, that is what they should have queried the Hamas and Islamic Jihad leaders as to why they too had not permitted their civilians the protections they reserved for their fighters. But that was a lesson that Israel will spend just as much if not more, fifty-thousand dollars a missile cost for Iron Dome to prevent a rocket costing a few hundred dollars if that, preserving the lives of her citizens, all her citizens. Israel has recently completed fortifying every school roof and structure to withstand the majority of rocket strikes and further enforced the kindergartens and many daycare facilities. Israel requires that all new residences come equipped with a shelter which will withstand rocket attacks up to a certain level. Basically, Israel is a nation with bomb shelters spread across every city, town, kibbutz and community and invests in the best intercepting systems all in the name of keeping the people safe.

Israel can offer one guarantee; she will not enter into any conflict which can be avoided by negotiations or other means to mitigate the necessity of war. The same cannot be stated about her neighbors, especially Hamas, Hezballah, the terrorists in the Sinai Peninsula (who are fortunately busy fighting one another), Syria (which is also engaged with internal struggles), Jordan, Egypt or Iran. What is interesting about Jordan and Egypt is that the nation’s leaders in both countries are less inclined in fighting with Israel than are the people, with the Jordanian people actually having the highest and most deeply ingrained hatreds for Israel largely due to their listening to Palestinian Authority radio and television, stations Israel licenses and permits to broadcast. That is largely financed by the European Union, United Nations, many individual European governments and likely the United States funds are also used for these broadcasts and at least the first three would all be up in arms should Israel shutter these incitive voices of hatreds. Some claim that Israel is high upon the list of the Islamic State as a target to attack should the opportunity present itself. This was revealed to be untrue when one of the commanders in the areas closest to the Golan Heights was asked if striking Israel was a priority to which he responded that striking Israel was not even on their to do list as they would incur serious and irreparable damage resulting from such a foolhardy move. If only all our enemies thought so clearheaded and logically. The main thing is Israel will do everything possible to refrain from engaging in a war, often going further than the majority of the population in such efforts. Once such conditions exist, the safety of the population becomes of paramount concern. Israel is a nation which stocks her shelters regularly and such activity being hastily performed nationwide would be a greater sign of potential for coming conflict than the opening of weapons bays and other such readying which other nations take as a sign of impending conflict.

So, even in worst-case scenario, one would be equally safe residing in the United States as in Israel. We must grant that residing in Israel would decrease the numbers of holidays one could celebrate as other than the Jewish celebrations, the other communities mostly celebrate on their own and theirs are not national holidays. On the other hand, with Synagogues plentiful and the vast majority of food retailers selling only Kosher foods and many restaurants also serving kosher food, it is far easier to be a practicing Jew here in Israel. Outside of certain neighborhoods in the United States, the same is not the case and it would be next to impossible in large swaths of the United States or at the least most difficult. In some areas, one would need look far and wide and likely further just to find sufficient men for a Minion for morning prayers forcing one to recite them alone, not a conducive setting for remaining religious. Assimilation in Israel means becoming more Jewish aware if not Jewish while assimilation in the United States makes one more secular Christian where you are either secular or Christian, both is difficult. So, should your concern be remaining a practicing Jew or becoming a practicing Jew, Israel should be your destination. If within you is even just an ember, a mere spark, of being a practicing Jew, Israel will nurture that spark until it lights the fire and from there you decide. In the United States, such an ember would be doused with ample water unless one was to protect it with great effort. So in Israel such an ember is given to lighting the passion of being a religious Jew and this is made much easier in Israel while in the United States the driving force is to make one a secular humanist and possibly a leftist who discards Hashem as they believe only those things they can see, touch and explain with formulae.

The final reason to choose Israel is the most difficult for people to accept, the growing anti-Semitism in the United States. For much of the last seventy-five years, anti-Semitism in the United States has been swept under the carpet. Much of this has been accomplished by those wishing to hide the brutal truth so as to make the United States appear moral. They also wished to deny that any trace of anti-Semitism was existent within their great nation. The problem is that despite these efforts, anti-Semitism has been measurably rising. The often-strange property of this rise in anti-Semitism is its tendency to rise fastest in those communities with the fewest or no Jews. All too often acts of anti-Semitism were perpetrated by people living outside of the neighborhood or even the city or town where the incident occurred. This has permitted the explanation that the act was a one-out or rare occurrence which poses no threat to the Jewish population. Such thinking is desperately erroneous. It is exactly this sort of anti-Semitism which is most dangerous because beneath such an act is a seething anti-Semitism which will only be furthered by the punishment of the miscreant. This will be interpreted as the Jew victimizing one member of their community and punishing them to an extreme for some minor act. My fortune was to, more often than not, live in an area where there was some distance, often more than five or even fifty miles, between me and the next Jewish family. Of course as I have resided in Wyoming; there in one town if there were not a person matching some description, it was at least fifty miles to the next town with maybe three homes between the two, so we are talking fair sized towns of at least seventy-thousand. Yes, that included where I resided in Wyoming.

While growing up as a youth anti-Semitism decreased hitting a low mark somewhere near or soon after the Six Day War as that made many in the United States feel as if they were a little bit Israel for that one week. Nevertheless, within a few short years, anti-Semitism began to grow, and in a most peculiar place, the far-left wing of the political spectrum. The far-right, today called the alt-right, actually remained relatively constant and more of a nuisance than an actual threat. The far-left had a simple problem with Jews, and that was Judaism and little ideas such as the Ten Commandments, the Torah and the entire Bible (Old Testament) and the morality within these documents. Adolph Hitler spoke of this hatred of a Jewish morality when he declared, “The Ten Commandments have lost their validity. Conscience is a Jewish invention; it is a blemish like circumcision.” And “…the personification of the devil as the symbol of all evil assumes the living shape of the Jew.” Hitler included Christianity as another of the items which prevented mankind from reaching its glorious heights he envisioned once Judeo-Christianity was dead. That is the overriding side of anti-Semitism left from many discussions, that what is the target is not as much the Jews as the Torah and the rules Judaism gave to human civilization. Judaism is the root from which Christianity grew and set at the core the Jewish morality which Christianity accepted as was with minor alterations making the practice more suitable for their target audience, the Roman pagans. Christianity kept many of the basics upon which Judaism is based, including but not limited to, the Ten Commandments, Love the stranger, treat others how you wish to be treated, and numerous other teachings which were gleaned from the words of Jesus. One item which remains in the backgrounds about Jesus was that he lived and died as a Jew, taught Judaic laws, preached from Torah and everything he said and performed he did so as Judaism taught and within the moral and legal codes of Judaism.

Conscience is a Jewish invention

Since the early to middle 1970’s anti-Semitism has grown regularly. This has been in part due to money flowing to anti-Semitic organizations with a great deal of this money invested on college-aged youth across the nation’s campuses. Many of these organizations and entities are under the collective arm of the Muslim Brotherhood often through multiple channels making direct tracing near impossible. Some of these organizations were recently linked to the Hamas terrorist group during the Holy Land Foundation trial which included amongst the numerous named co-conspirators Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). There was found numerous links from Palestinian Arab aligned groups especially the Students for Palestinian Justice (SJP) and the Boycott Divestment and Sanctions Movement (BDS), all of which come together for a singular cause, the destruction of the Jewish State followed by the systematic eradication of the Jews worldwide as called for in the Hamas Charter. The destruction of the Jewish State is also included in the Palestinian Authority Charter. These groups use far left tactics of intimidation, harassment, and ridicule targeting anybody who might give an even and unbiased review of anything to do with Israel. There are a growing group of colleges and universities which Jewish parents oppose sending their children there for further education and many of the names are as amazing as it would appear to many as unbelievable. This list on its own would be sufficient to prove that a serious problem exists at many of the leading liberal arts colleges and universities across the United States. What makes this even more threatening is that it is exactly these institutions which are producing the national leaders of the next generation and the generation beyond. These colleges have become central places of indoctrination of a curriculum and faculty fiercely anti-Israel, anti-Zionist and anti-Semitic. There will be those who claim that being anti-Israel is not against the Jews but the nation and its policies. They will also claim that Zionism is a form of racism and that they are against racism so of course they are not again the Jews. Yet the only nation these people demand be removed from the community of nations is Israel, the sole Jewish State. The only nativist group they call out as racist is the Jewish Israelite nativist calling. They have no problem with China basically destroying the Tibetan culture step by step removing forcefully Tibetan people moving them thousands of miles away into China and replacing them with Chinese peasants from rural areas of China. These groups have no problem with North Korea, Syria, Turkey, Canada and their indigenous people of the Inuit and other native tribes or a plethora of other nations and peoples we could name. Oh, many also have a problem with one other nation, the United States, where many will point to the problem that Jews have disproportionate power over the government. When pressed to explain, they basically just repeat that the Jews have too much influence and point out that President choose too many Jews for Cabinet posts and other important positions. If these are the most qualified people for these positions, we wonder why they should not be chosen. They always get to the same point, too many Jews alive and working hard and getting ahead. The simple answer is to come home now before the deluge starts, as it is coming. Some point in the near, far too near, future the United States will reach a critical point and past that point Jews will not be safe in the United States. This will signal the end for Jews in Europe as well and who knows where else. The Jews have already been wiped from the Arab World and pretty much from Russia. Europe will be next and when the United States pushes out her Jews, the end will have arrived. On that day, Israel has best be prepared because she will have no friends in the world and a mere half dozen nations remaining on talking terms. What comes after that, we are afraid to guess, really afraid to guess.

The end of this story brings us full circle. Most anti-Semitism in much of the world generates the hatred for Jews in the baby’s milk. They are all but born with it permeating the conversation throughout their childhood. It is introduced as something as natural and normal as love for Mom and Dad. Life includes anti-Semitism is felt to be as normal as anything else in life and children are reared with anti-Semitism as if it were the right thing to do. Such hate simply is something that far too many children the world over are taught anti-Semitism just as they are taught their A, B, C’s and addition and subtraction. There is nothing strange or abnormal about such hatreds. That is the saddest of truths which the world must face.
