What the IAEA Closure of Their Iran Investigations Really Meant

Perhaps we should be starting with the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) Director General Yukiya Amano statements which pertained to the IAEA’s verification of Iranian nuclear research and development including answers to previous questionable activities and current activities including possible secretive research into weapons production.

We realize that you played that ten, fifteen, thirty times and still he said almost nothing other than we wash our hands of the Iran issue and give them a clean bill of health and for more read our nice, dry and hard to read report, if he said that much. So, you ask hoping we have read the report and you will not need to read the report, all sixteen pages, what did it all say? Well, we could answer off the top of our heads, as probably all of you could, it will say Iran is clean now though they may not have been completely honest in the past; we believe them completely now and there is almost nothing to worry about unless they are lying; but we don’t think they are lying, like we would admit we did even if we were sure they were lying, but you will have to trust that we trusted them. Oh, you really want us to go through the report and take out the pertinent parts, FINE! We’ll do so! Trust there is more article after the summary which can wait until you have the time and nothing more interesting to do. Scroll down and we’ll put a nice picture separating the final writings there to flag you down, so look for the flags.

The following were the actual quotes which may or may not clarify their findings and positions, but we figured that was their intentions.

“From 2002 onwards, the Agency became increasingly concerned about the possible existence in Iran of undisclosed nuclear related activities involving military related organizations, including activities related to the development of a nuclear payload for a missile. Reports by the Director General identified outstanding issues related to possible military dimensions to Iran’s nuclear programme and the actions required of Iran to resolve these.”
The information indicated that Iran had carried out activities relevant to the development of a nuclear explosive device. The information also indicated that prior to the end of 2003, these activities took place under a structured programme, and that some activities may still have been ongoing.

There was mention that their information came from a wide number of sources, another way of saying not to blame them, but just in case there was anything brilliant in the report they said that some came from their own efforts, and then another disclaimer which has to be quoted, “from a number of Member States, including Iran itself.” From here on it is quotes unless in {} or obvious commentary by us. And it will be obvious.
“Between January 2012 and May 2013, the Agency and Iran held ten rounds of talks in Vienna and Tehran, aimed at reaching agreement on a ‘structured approach’…no concrete results were achieved during those talks. …”

Framework for Cooperation

On 11 November 2013, the Agency and Iran signed a ‘Joint Statement on a Framework for Cooperation.’
{We could now quote a whole load of legalese describing their agreement and all the trust and measures and validations and verifications and our eyes started crossing and glazing over.}

Security Council Resolution 2231

On 20 July 2015, the Security Council adopted resolution 2231 (2015), in which, inter alia, it reaffirmed that Iran “shall cooperate fully as the IAEA requests to be able to resolve all outstanding issues, as identified in IAEA reports.”

Area Assessments

Gobbled-y-Goop but here it is in case it might be important, like FoR ReAL!

As previously reported, the Agency has focused its analysis of Iran’s nuclear programme on an acquisition path involving high enriched uranium (HEU). Based on indicators observed by the Agency in connection with Iran’s nuclear activities, the Agency’s work has concentrated on an analysis pertinent to the development of an HEU implosion device.

Past Resolutions of the Board of Governors and the Security Council

The United Nations Security Council has affirmed that the steps required by the Board of Governors in its resolutions are binding on Iran. Between 2006 and 2010, six Security Council resolutions… In particular, in its resolution of June 2010…concerns about the possible military dimensions to Iran’s nuclear programme… all sites, equipment, persons and documents requested by the Agency.

Following the issuance of… essential for Iran and the Agency to intensify their dialogue… providing clarifications regarding those issues.
Further to the Director General’s report of August 2012, the Board of Governors, in its resolution of September 2012… restore international confidence in the exclusively peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear programme.

Efforts to address the Agency’s concerns since November 2011

Structured Approach

Between January 2012 and May 2013, the Agency and Iran held ten rounds of talks in Vienna and Tehran… a new approach aimed at ensuring the exclusively peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear programme should be developed.

Framework for Cooperation

On 11 November 2013, the Agency and Iran signed a ‘Joint Statement on a Framework for Cooperation’… proceed with such activities in a step by step manner.

Within the Framework for Cooperation… practical measures and technical discussions had been held with the Agency concerning the other two.
On 14 July 2015, the Director General and the Vice-President of Iran and President of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran… strengthen their cooperation and dialogue aimed at the resolution, by the end of 2015, of all past and present outstanding issues that had not already been resolved by the Agency and Iran. The actions agreed under the Road-map are listed in Annex I. {Great, now we need to read Annex I}
Security Council Resolution 2231

On 20 July 2015, the Security Council adopted resolution 2231 (2015), in which, inter alia, it reaffirmed that Iran “shall cooperate fully as the IAEA requests to be able to resolve all outstanding issues, as identified in IAEA reports.”

Implementation of the Road-map

In the Road-map, the Agency and Iran agreed to aim to…the Agency had assessed to be “overall, credible”, as well as information received…which further contributed to the analysis contained in that Annex.

As agreed in the Road-map, on 15 August 2015, Iran provided to the Agency its explanations in writing and related documents, on past and present outstanding issues. On 8 September 2015, the Agency submitted questions to Iran on ambiguities regarding the information provided…as a basis for seeking clarification; the Agency’s review of information available…any implications regarding the indicators; and the Agency’s questions.
To remove the ambiguities regarding the information…particular locations of interest to the Agency…15 October 2015.

On 20 September 2015, the Director General and Deputy Director General and Head of the Department of Safeguards visited the particular location at the Parchin site of interest to the Agency.

All the activities in the Road-map were implemented in accordance with the agreed schedule and, on 24 November 2015, the Agency and Iran held a “wrap up technical meeting” in Vienna.

Methodology

In November 2011, the Agency provided its “analysis of the information available to it in the context of relevant indicators of the existence or development of processes associated with nuclear-related activities, including weaponization.” Since November 2011, the Agency has acquired more information through activities under the Framework for cooperation, including the Road-map and the JPA, through the Agency’s own efforts, and from Member States, including Iran. As additional information has become available to the Agency, the Agency has been able to refine its analysis of possible military dimensions to Iran’s nuclear programme.

In order to perform the final assessment, the Agency has analyzed all the information available to it in relation to each of the 12 areas, as set out in the 2011 Annex. The Agency has also used the same information to gain an understanding of the whole picture through consideration of the nature, amount and coherence of the information over time.

Area Assessments

As previously reported…concentrated on an analysis pertinent to the development of an HEU implosion device.

Programme management structure

{Iran was using multiple agencies and departments and other subterfuges to conceal their real purposes which we recognized sort of; spread over four tedious paragraphs}

Procurement activities

As previously reported, Iran has stated that the AEOI encountered difficulties with procurement… {poor babies} …Ministry of Defence Armed Forces Logistics (MODAFL), thereby disguising the final user.

The Agency also had indications of instances of procurements and attempted procurements of items with relevance, inter alia, to the development of a nuclear explosive device. The Agency does not have information regarding any such procurement attempts after 2007.

During discussions with the Agency…Iran confirmed its earlier statements that…made a procurement enquiry about a specific high speed camera, the camera had been for a conventional purpose and, ultimately, Iran had not purchased it. Iran also reiterated its earlier denial that a named company had attempted to acquire high-speed switches.

The Agency has not received additional information on this topic since the 2011 Annex.

Much of the reports have centered on that the IAEA has found no indications of diversions or of extraordinary mining in or near known uranium mines and that there probably has been no developmental steps taken beyond feasibility and assuring of having acquired the technical ability to produce nuclear weaponry of the nature and suitability the Iranians desired, whatever all that really means. Anyone who expected an arm of the United Nations run largely by third world officials and nuclear physicists whose highest desire was to travel around the world either inspecting third world nuclear sites or attempting to inspect nuclear weapons programs of nations who would just as soon kill as look upon their own people, so you can guess what the worth of an IAEA inspector is worth. The IAEA is also heavily political and not exactly all that enamored with the Western States or Israel and likely more guided by the membership of the General Assembly than the five permanent members in the Security Council. Further, if the people working for the average large city are fairly incompetent and state officials make the city workers look like geniuses, while Federal employees are legendary for their lack of ability, of course all of these have exceptions such as any government worker reading BTC, so you can imagine what any world employees can be in the competence department. The one thing which can be said is the United Nations workers for all of their agencies have some of the most difficult and dangerous jobs when working out in the world as they are often not exactly appreciated by the governments of the nations where they are assigned and often face threats of death simply for attempting to serve others unselfishly and many probably get abuses which they do not deserve. Imagine attempting to distribute aid and food and other sustenance to the people under a dictator who would just as soon see them dead and wants to steal the food supplies and distribute it to his security forces and army which keep him in power and then it becomes no surprise that often the aid is simply unloaded from the ship or aircraft and then left for the dictator to distribute as he desires because it is not worth being murdered in a futile effort. There are reasons that the United States sends troops with their aid shipments. It is true that the United States military should not be used for meals on wheels but sometimes they may be necessary for those performing the meals on wheels distribution to be allowed to actually move the aid. The world is a far from perfect place, something many of us forget or would rather not face as long as it does not affect us and may we continue to live where life is not endangered just because we hold an opinion which others are willing to kill us over.

Going to another set of thoughts, something we do here often and what else can be said about an IAEA report we all knew would be a whitewash of the Iranian nuclear program anyways and that is what we likely got. The hope now is that we never reap the ill rewards which are possible should Iran produce and use nuclear weapons or that ever there should come a nuclear war which encompasses a number of nuclear armed nations and a general exchange of nuclear weapons causes a runaway ecological disaster having planetary effects which could only result in consequences too horrid to imagine. Such an event would make most of those post apocalypse movies appear optimistic with the likely exception of “On the Beach” depicted. That was presumably what the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT) was designed to prevent and the reason for the IAEA was originally enacted and initiated, but that was when the United Nations member nations were restricted.

That was before the fateful decision to allow all nations to enter the United Nations as all nations were equal and should have an equal vote in such a body and the General Assembly was opened to every nation and dictator who desired equal footing with every other nation. Fortunately the original nations who were tasked with fashioning the United Nations kept veto power in the Security Council for the five nuclear powers of the time, or their closest allies thus the United States, Russia, China, Britain, and France were given veto power in the Security Council, the only body which could order the use of military force. That too will soon be surrendered as the world will decide there is nothing special about those five nations and everybody has to be equal. Once the veto for the permanent members has been erased then the seats on the Security Council will be expanded and the fixed memberships will either be expanded beyond reason or abolished making all nations equal in all things and then the United Nations will devolve into chaos and soon will disintegrate under its own equality as the more equal numbers of dictators vote the democracies out of existence under threat of war, of course, after they have demanded and received nuclear technology including weaponization because all nations are of equal value so they should have equal military power and technologies. We will learn that merit has value but it will probably be learned too late. Equality only works between nations who agree on the sanctity of life, have similar value systems and have a free and open society; otherwise you end up with almost two hundred nations who agree on nothing except that there are well over one hundred who wish to drag the wealth from the most wealthy nations even if it destroys the geese with the golden eggs because they want all the golden eggs for themselves in the name of equality. Such a United Nations will be the igniter for a terrible conflagration. Let us pray that the nations with dignity of the human spirit to protect realize their special place and realize it is not rubbing elbows in equality in the putrid bog where leaders disregard or enslave their populations as in such a swamp all sink into the teeming cauldron of inhumanity and such can only work to the detriment of the world as there is enough heartlessness in the world that without freedom loving nations mutually protecting those values all human value will be lost. That is the number one reason for the free world to realize their precious gift and the value of going to whatever lengths required to protect the freedoms from those who would denigrate all human life trampling underfoot the freedoms which by the grace of all that is holy came from the values which have flourished in the Western World and a limited set of other nations who must remain free at all costs. Freedom once lost is almost never regained and especially if it dissolves from the entire planet in a swarming over the free world of a demographic explosion initially necessitated due to a demographic implosion largely fueled by a loss of faith in Hashem.

The one-hundred-fifty-billion dollars of unfrozen funds which will near instantly over-fill the coffers beyond their capacity and even beyond Iran’s wildest imaginations. Oil and pistachio sales will assist in keeping those coffers healthy with a steady influx of monies. Proof of the extents to which this sudden wealth has provided Iran becomes obvious with the sales of arms made viable to Iran even before the ink dried on the papers. The set of sales, when taken at their entirety, reveals that Iran has just purchased the equivalence of an entire Air Force minus pilots. This set of deals comes replete with one-hundred tanker aerial refueling aircraft, one-hundred-fifty sophisticated air-combat jet fighters with Israeli avionics and finally the two-hundred-fifty highly-advanced heavy-fighter-bombers already set for delivery to Iran by Russia and China. Yemen, Iraq, Syria and Iran herself will suffer from the results of this deal. All the predictions of gloom and doom are purported to be in this deal come from the publically released deal. As horrific as the realities of the publically declared sections of this deal have proven to be as their ramifications are flushed out and deciphered may be, these predicted disasters are simply the results of the publically released Iran Nuclear Agreement 7/14/2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, yet there exists another wholly secreted away part of the Iranian deal made without Secretary of State Kerry’s knowledge or participation and has been secreted from review yet will be put into enforcement simply as a result of the signatures placed on the publically revealed deal. How many more disastrous consequences will come into review as our focus becomes fixated on the inferences, implications and machinations resultant on the secreted deal which for all we know will include as yet undetermined and yet to be decided terms left to be fulfilled as the needs arise and simply left to Iran or the IAEA to make future decisions independent of review. If we are to be honest, the reality is that we have absolutely no idea of exactly the deal made with Iran defines and what restrictions on inspections or implications which make even developing nuclear weapons immediately and while remaining a member of the NPT (Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons) as the secret deal might even permit Iran to have their determination altered and defined as a Recognized Nuclear Weapon State Acceders, with equal or potentially superior rights to China or France, within the framework of the NPT definitions pertaining to nuclear powers.

The reality is that the revealed and awful deal we and even the members of Congress, the Ambassadors of the nations in the Security Council of the United Nations, the other sitting members of the P5+1, and even the negotiating team from the United States including the Secretary of State, very likely the State Department and everybody other than the selected leadership of Iran and whoever was the negotiator of the secret treaty and a remote possibility President Obama actually know what is included in the super-secret deal made with Iran. Now for our little bit of conjecture; this editorialist, if forced to make a guess, suspects that United States Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power, Presidential Security Advisor Susan Rice and Special Advisor to the President Valerie Jarrett whose assistance in such matters is unmeasurable as she was Iran born and speaks Farsi and thus may be the only people from the United States Administration of President Obama and only person outside of Iran and the top members of the IAEA, if even them, who knows what was included in what we suspect is a massive giveaway super-secret agreement with Iran which will remain concealed with portions becoming known as their results are felt. Beyond altering the standings of Iran pertaining to the NPT there is likely little which could have further reaching ramifications, but that prediction too is made while in complete ignorance of the actual terms which are hidden within this ancillary section of the treaty which the world is discussing despite the unknowns of the hidden agendas and stipulations. It is entirely possible that the secretive parts of the agreement actually nullify the publically released portions and that the only knowledge Secretary of State Kerry has about the treaty equals yours or mine. The briefing that Secretary Kerry received may have been simply telling him he would be better off not knowing and that he had no determined need and that for security reasons he was not to be trusted with such knowledge and Secretary Kerry would interpret that as being an in depth discussion of the secret treaty of which he knows little to nothing.

General Amano, IAEA Secretariat, Iran Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei, President Rouhani aka Smiling Cheshire Man, Lead Negotiator Zarif and Da Bomb from Dr Strangelove

In all honesty, the unknown and concealed dealings between some Administration official or team who have President Obama’s complete trust, some official or officials from the IAEA and the Iranian leadership reached and somehow is tied to and included in its entirety to the P5+1, Iran deal thus receiving ratification alongside the P5+1, Iran nuclear agreement. All of this is performed despite being without any discussion except for those discussions before the United States Senate where its secrecy and existence were stated, and nothing more, with Presidential Security Advisor Susan Rice, who testified to have read, if not assisted in shaping, and Secretary Kerry, who claims he has been told of its existence and has been briefed but is either unable or unwilling to share his extent of knowledge on the secret agreement. The concept of secretive agreements in which most of either government and next to none of the nations’ peoples have any knowledge or are thought to even have the need to know or right to know is anything but an original concept. This situation was the norm in all the history of nations where the people even having rights without title was also unknown until quite recent times. Most of the world today lives under governments which operate in just this manner and it is appearing that none exist where such is not the case.

What sets the United States apart is that the people have the right to insist to be included and be knowledgeable of all the workings which take place within the government with the exception of those limited items deemed so sensitive that the people may be kept in the dark for the time being but even those items come into the light eventually. What may be found distressing is that the United States, the supposed bastion of freedom and citizens’ rights has slowly but inexorably been sliding down that slippery slope to the bottom where all the dealings of the government beyond the dictates of laws imposed on the people are kept in secret as the people are deemed of such limited capabilities that they are better off allowing their bettors, those in the government and working as enforcement officers for the government to run things and take care of the weighty issues that the government and only the government is permitted to be privileged. Should this be continued to progress and the United States fall into the darkness of tyrannical governance, then what hope does the rest of the world have where tyrannical governance has been the norm for as long as history had been written and before? There is one simple reason such a state of affairs takes hold of governance, and that is size of government. Apparently when any government reaches a certain size it then expands its scope and domain, often at the expense of lower decentralized governances such as the individual states of the United States. As the central government grows and assumes more and more powers the state, municipal, and local governments suffer and eventually become enforcers for the central government and nothing more. This is where the every size fits all governance becomes the norm and anybody who has resided in one of the major metropolises such as Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Dallas or the others and also lived in a small, and I do mean small town such as Paw Paw, Mich; Emmetsburg, MD; Loveland, Colo; or any of the hundreds of thousands spread blanketing the United States knows, one size never works well in the smallest of places where some of the best and nicest people live and where most people actually know their neighbors. We can only hope that the flame which when it shines brightest allows the individual person to have rights and the government to be at their beck-and-call and never looming over the ‘little people’ as in a true and good governance there are no little people, only little government, as little as proves to be absolutely necessary. Nowhere has such existed successfully where there are sufficient people spread over an area such that they know not those who run their governance and many have become so dejected and separated from their governance and believe it to be beyond any real and actual control that they do not participate or care who their representatives may be. There were stipulations in the original government set up by the constitution of the United States which need being returned as with this modern age such is actually and finally doable and perhaps such could be an article coming to you soon right here at Beyond the Cusp. Until them, hang in there friends.

One has to wonder what is behind President Obama and his closest advisors and all of the other Administration personnel within the Iran negotiations teams that is causing them to take every possible step in avoiding allowing for a straight up or down majority opinion in a nonbinding resolution by Congress. The fact that the agreement being fashioned has been classified as a military arms control agreement which is not required to be ratified as would a treaty; one might be confused as to the difference between a treaty and an arms controls agreement. Apparently the major differences are down to not requiring Congressional approval and are not as binding as would be a treaty thus the enforcement and inspections criteria must be included within the framework of the agreement as well as any punishment or avenues of redress should either party stray from the criteria listed in such a military arms control treaties. Personally, I see these differences as using the invention of a new category which grants certain agreements which would have been included in the general definition of a treaty and thus requiring Congressional ratification, instead are referred to by any word in a thesaurus for treaty which are not separately mentioned in the Constitution are therefore not actually treaties and thus are not required to pass the same tests and standards as the same item if actually referred to as a treaty. So, Secretary of State Kerry and his team are working with the Iranians to set up an agreement, an arms control mutual military arms control scenario defined as anything but a treaty, an itinerary of permissible acts along with forbidden territories placing structurally defined restrictions and limitations upon the Iranian nuclear program with an intent to prevent them from circumventing any provisions of the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty (NPT) and becoming a nuclear armed nation, all of this twisting and mangling of words and terminologies simply to not require Congressional approval as would the identical document if the word Agreement were changed to the word treaty. That is parsing things a little fine, wouldn’t you think?

All of this rigmarole and dancing around terminology seems to be a futile attempt to put something in place so that when Iran does declare themselves, either through testing of a nuclear device, simply declaring they have built such a device, or worst case scenario of actually using such a device in an attack upon another nation allowing for President Obama to hold up the United States’ very own copy with actual signatures of a piece of paper and declare that Iran had blindsided the Administration as they have an agreement, accord, understanding, convention, deal, settlement, pact, mutual correspondence, anything but an actual use of the word ‘treaty’ which promised that Iran would not develop any nuclear weaponized devices for ten years and now they went and broke their word, their promise. Then, with tears running down his face, President Obama could sobbingly continue sniffing and puffin between each and every word stuttering while claiming, they promised and were so sincere and President Rouhani shook my hand and his smile was so warm and reassuring and showed his sincerity and he seemed so honest. How could such a betrayal have happened? I am sure there must be an explanation and I will go to any length to get to the bottom of this even if it takes the rest of my time as President, and you can be assured of that. The media will play up how absolutely hurt and taking this as an insult to his person and that President Obama never suspected that the Iranians would be so duplicitous and dishonest and the first he heard of any possibility of this deception was when he, like everybody else, read it in this morning’s Washington Post front page headlines, but be assured that the President is on the case and will find out what went wrong.

Meanwhile, as the President only ever finds out about these items concerning national security and any other contentious issue, allow me to direct his attention to the numerous articles from recent reports that according to the Iranian opposition group, the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), the complex, called Lavizan-3 located right outside Tehran and is an enrichments center designed to produce weaponized uranium in secret. The entire enrichment plant is buried deep underground and can only be accessed through an elevator which takes on three stories underground where one then proceeds along a downward sloping corridor and then enters through massive lead-lined vault-like doors into the actual facility which has been designed such that it will not permit any trace elements of radioactive material to be detected from outside the facility. These revelations were unveiled during a Washington D.C. news conference by the NCRI who were also the first to expose the elements of Iran’s covert nuclear program back in 2002. Speaking to Fox News the deputy director of the NCRI’s Washington bureau, Alireza Jafarzadeh stated, “This site must be inspected. There is no way in the world you can assure Tehran is not developing nuclear weapons if you can’t inspect those sites, especially if you are talking about a regime that has over two decades of a track record of lying and cheating and deceiving the whole world.”

The report released by NCRI tells of an expansive enrichment facility consisting of three distinct corridors which house the centrifuge cascades each one separate from the others to minimize any effects of a mishap or sabotage endangering the other two cascades. The entire construction is over one-hundred-fifty and as deep as two-hundred feet below the surface. There was a photograph of the foot thick lead-lined door and noted the factory was soundproofed and steps had been taken to prevent any leakage being detected of the uranium radiation. This report, if verified, would be evidence that Iran has absolutely no intentions to allow their quest for nuclear weapons to be thwarted by a piece of paper full of signatures, even should such paper be signed on the grounds of the White House, in the Oval Office or in Tehran.

We had claimed that Iran likely had other hidden and highly restricted facilities for uranium enrichment and other nuclear weapons facilities mostly placed deep underground and shielded from satellite and other detection methods and accessible only through hidden entrances possibly disguised by placing the entrances within existing structures thus concealing the entrance from any suspicions. It would be as pleasant as it would be dishonest or surprising to claim that this news of a parallel nuclear weapons system was an unexpected revelation. We had been more favoring that Iran would simply refuse to reach a deal and walk away with no limitations on their nuclear weapons program and completely intact. This one enrichment site is probably just the tip of the iceberg and we can expect as time passes for news to surface that Iran has expanded their mining for raw uranium ore from their mines in the northern mountains and that there was suspicious building in that area as well. It might even be possible for the Iranians to conceal an enrichment plant within their mining locations as long as it was sufficiently removed that vibrations from the mining operations would not affect the centrifuges as they are quite delicate and only capable of surviving minor vibrations which might offset their balance. Still, there is very little that we suspect the Iranians to be incapable of accomplishing. Their advances in centrifuge design are a testament to their engineering prowess and their manufacturing abilities. Super-high-speed centrifuges are delicate enough to produce, but their latest centrifuges could be considered to be hyper-high-speed centrifuges as they spin at speeds six times the capable output per centrifuge meaning what with their previous centrifuge cascades they might have required as many as twenty in a single cascade to accomplish what a cascade of three or possibly four of the newest centrifuges, that is a humongous accomplishment in engineering and manufacturing and should be taken by the West as proof the Iranians have the ability, expertise and knowledge necessary to manufacture any form of nuclear device they desire even to include anything from a high-yield thermonuclear device to a low yield EMP producing device and everything in between including weaponized miniature systems every bit as sophisticated of the Western nations’ nuclear devices. Combine these capabilities with the refusal to allow full inspections by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the release by the NCRI of the Lavizan-3 clandestine uranium enrichment construction and its location just outside Tehran and you have the perfect recipe for the secretive, clandestine nuclear weapons device production and a far higher propensity to actually use such a device while continuing to profess their innocence and compliance to the nuclear deal being hammered out in Geneva all while using all means of blocking and postponing inspections indefinitely just as they are currently operating.

I mean they can be such deconstructionist while in the midst of negotiations for future inspection, that displays the total contempt that Iran has for the negotiations and the Western nations because they are allowing Iran all the time it required and then some, sitting at a table in a room of a five star hotel in the mountains overlooking Geneva and enjoying the amenities and scenery while writing everything off on their expense account or paying with a government issued credit card. It’s a rough life to be forced to negotiate in such hardship, where do I sign up for such a position as, after all, I doubt my efforts would be any less effective than those currently taking up the issues pretending that Iran has halted all their ambitions placing their centrifugal cascades in lockdown. The new European Union’s Foreign Policy Chief Federica Mogherini just announced, “We cannot miss this opportunity. A good deal is at hand if the parties will keep cooperating as they did so far and if we have enough political will from all sides to agree on a good deal and sell it domestically. We have a series of internal domestic political dynamics we have to handle with care.” After referring to “tensions” which exist in the United States Congress, as well as the upcoming Israeli elections and Sunni-Shiite rivalry in the Gulf region she concluded, “A comprehensive agreement would be mutually beneficial for all sides.” Secretary of State John Kerry was cautiously optimistic claiming, “We expect to know soon whether or not Iran is willing to put together an acceptable, verifiable plan.” Secretary of State Kerry also took the opportunity to insult Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu casting doubts over the veracity and his ability to address the Iranian situation, claiming those voicing their opposition to the deal being negotiated with Iran over its nuclear program are “uninformed.” This was probably an oblique reference to the rumored cutting of Israel from the loop including those given current and up to the minute briefings on the discussions at hand. If I may be presumptuous, allow me to comment on Secretary of State Kerry’s comments with a simple question, is your policy of presenting single elements of the preferred text of an agreement before Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and should he balk you simply discard that term and move on to the next? If so, I predict that at the signing ceremony you will end up with everybody signing a blank piece of paper which will include all the accepted restrictions on Iran which Mr. Zarif accepted, nothing, absolutely nothing. Such a deal Iran has for you, Secretary Kerry. But these negotiations have never been about preventing a nuclear armed Iran but instead assisting Iran to obtain nuclear weapons arsenal under the disguise of nuclear negotiations. This has probably been your assignment from the Oval Office and the Presidential Teleprompter in Chief, also known as President Barack Obama, Ditherer in Chief.
