France’s Misconception and a Look at Palestinian Refugees

 

There has been the conference in Paris which claimed that it would arrive at the perfect solution that would restart the ‘Peace Process’ and lead to a final resolution based on fairness and recognition of both people’s desires and claims and settle all disputes over property based on the 1967 Lines, a term for the 1949 Armistice Lines, with the shared capital of Jerusalem which could become an international zone, another term for briefly protected and kept by United Nations or the European Union until the first terrorist attack kills some of their forces and then it would be surrendered to whoever could get there first. This was such a lovely idea and the fact that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu was explicitly informed that his presence was not required or desired and that he was basically persona non grata might make one just a tad suspicious. On the other hand there was an open slot for Mahmoud Abbas who surprisingly decided he preferred not to attend as such a conference had the possibility of recognizing the Jewish State and Abbas refuses to admit that the Jewish People have a right to a state or even the right to live anywhere in his Palestine which extends from the River to the Sea and all of it is what he demands for free. The French had invited numerous Foreign Ministers and a collection of around a couple of dozen met for the conference in Paris, who doesn’t want to spend a week all expenses paid in Paris? At the end of the week they issued their groundbreaking decision, they would try and meet again before the end of the year as they understand how whatever they plan to do will require that President Obama be in office and as the Americans are not able to reelect this great man whose stature garnered him a Nobel Peace Prize and he has been seeking a reason ever since. But why the great panic in Paris which drives the French and their desire to be the ones seen as the great friends of the Palestinian cause?

 

Well, some believe they might be driven as a response to a few minor disturbances such as the events in Toulouse, Paris, Hypercacher, Charlie Hebdo, the Batkalan Pub, Stade de France Stadium and three restaurants. In case you are still confused think crazies with guns shooting people and threatening further violence and screaming ‘Allahu Akbar’ between firing entire clips through their fully automatic unlicensed firearms. Yep, they are pushing this in a response to the terror attacks which have been ramping up and happening more frequently. This also represents the growing immigrant population from mostly the Middle East and North Africa. The theory is that by forcing Israel to grant a Palestinian State and the formation of two states for two people side by side in an area about the size of New Jersey they will codify the terrorists leading the Frenchies to be left alone. There is a small problem to this theory, the French never bothered to check with the terrorists, especially those from the Islamic State which appears to be the newest source for terror, and they did not fully check with Mahmoud Abbas and the Palestinian population to see if their theory had any validity or possibility of resolving their problem. What they would have found might have shocked them.

 

The first thing the French would have learned is that the Islamic State and most other terrorists today could not care less about the Palestinians and especially Mahmoud Abbas and the Palestinian Authority and the PLO. The Islamic State and the Salafists from where the main body of terror originates are Islamists and strongly religious and follow strict Sharia while the Palestinian Authority is a nationalist and secular organization which is only mildly concerned with Islam and thus hated by the Islamic State and the Salafists. The going driving forces in the Muslim world currently are Islamist religious forces which strive to establish a world Caliphate under Sharia and would just as soon replace the Palestinian Authority and would be more likely to murder Mahmoud Abbas. These groups would fit far more comfortably with Hamas and Islamic Jihad with Islamic Jihad being the preferred as Hamas is allied with the Muslim Brotherhood and off/on with Iran. So, the French idea that they could pacify and ameliorate the Islamic terrorist entities was simply wrongheaded and virtually counter-productive. What France is actually broadcasting is that they are weak and pliable and will offer up compliance, even if wrong-headed attempts, and are ready and willing to roll-over and play submissive in response to terror attacks. The French are signaling that they are incapable of fighting and will not act aggressively no matter how violent the threat they face. They have basically lit up a flashing neon sign claiming their target status with it saying, “Terror attacks will be treated with submissive behavior and coddling of any Islamist demands even if we are so ignorant that we will sometimes, possibly often, support the wrong cause, we are trying, trust us.”

 

What the French have not observed are the real rulers of the people in the Palestinian Arab areas. Their last election, and it will apparently remain their last election, the winning candidates were all Hamas representatives who took over 60% of the vote and even higher in Judea and Samaria (West Bank) and that Mahmoud Abbas assumed the office of President after the death of Yasser Arafat and won a questionable election with his four year term ended in 2009 and immediately before the election which he was obviously going to lose to Hamas whose candidate was not even able to campaign as Abbas refused to allow anyone from Hamas in the Palestinian Authority controlled areas after they lost Gaza to Hamas in a coup in June 2007. So the election was cancelled and all subsequent elections cancelled means that there is no legal governance and Abbas is an assumed dictator who has taken all power to himself denying the people their vote and representatives in government. So, the French were attempting to mollify Mahmoud Abbas in the hope that the Islamists, who would just as soon kill him as speak with him, would attack elsewhere. One has to wonder who the brains behind such wrongheaded thinking are. On the other hand, who really cares? What would be more interesting is what the latest direction the Palestinian planners have decided to take their exploits.

 

The latest intentions are not decisively different still aiming for the same goal of replacing Israel and taking over everything from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea and eradicating the Jewish population and then the Christian and then any other non-Muslim populations. Of course they do not use that language when speaking English, that would be counterproductive. In English they are all about fairness, democracy and egalitarian acceptance of all people, races and religions. They do talk about genocidal intentions and ethnic cleansing as well as accusations of an Apartheid government and other such crimes against humanity which are presumably being waged by the Israelis. They claim that the Jew settlers are stealing lands and changing realities on the ground and moving into areas which are forbidden because the lands are reserved for Arabs and Muslims only. They also speak of equality for all Palestinians no matter their current residence whether they are living in the Palestinian areas or the refugee camps in the Palestinian areas or in the diaspora or anywhere else in the world. They comment how the Palestinians in the diaspora refuse to live outside of small compounds where they retain their identity. Then there are their comments that they demand full and equal election where all are permitted to vote on the future of the land no matter their current residence. But there are some minor areas of disinformation in the Palestinian presentations; actually all of it is disinformation of one sort or another. So, what is the truth, the reality?

 

The first problem is their accusations made against the Israelis. There has been no Apartheid governments since the one imposed by the Jordanians after they invaded and conquered Judea and Samaria, renamed it West Bank and ejected or murdered every Jew stealing their properties and giving them to Arabs granting them deeds for the properties and these are the deeds they claim Israel is dispossessing when the properties were returned to the Jewish families who had owned the land before the Jordanian invasion in 1948. The same goes for the residences in the Jewish Section of Jerusalem, a name the area has had since before the Crusades and ever since the Muslim invasion stole most of the city for themselves in the seventh century. They stole Christian lands which had been owned for over five hundred years by these Christians and Jewish homes which had belonged to their Jewish owners in many cased for fifteen hundred years since King David conquered Jerusalem in the tenth or eleventh century BCE. The lands Jordan took and Egypt took were cleansed of all Jews and the vast majority of Christians and theirs was an Apartheid governance. The war in 1948 was not a Jewish invasion stealing the lands as the morning of May 15, 1948 before the first shot was fired the Jewish State of Israel’s borders were the Jordan River, the Mediterranean Sea, the Sinai/Negev, the Golan Heights and the Lebanon/Israel Blue Line. The lands which were taken by force were Judea and Samaria to Jordan along with the Golan Heights to Syria and the Gaza to Egypt. The war had armies from Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Yemen all attacking the newly formed and recognized by the United Nations State of Israel. The Naqba, their catastrophe was that they were, with these forces and massive number and arms advantage, unable of defeating and destroying the Jewish Zionist nation of Israel.

 

Their claim that the refugees remain in their communities refusing to integrate into the nations in which they are held is not because they do not wish to integrate but rather they are contained within the refugee camps under guard and denied entry except for limited numbers to do jobs nobody in their camp location desire to perform. They are held prisoner by their fellow Arabs because the few times they have been permitted incorporation into the population they abused their freedoms and attempted to overthrow governments succeeding in one after a long and sustained effort through subversions and threat. When permitted freedom and rights in Jordan the forces of the PLO soon drove to overthrow the monarchy as they had lost taking the government in an election. The King of Jordan loosed his military and drove them out when they then fled to Lebanon and began a civil war in Lebanon. This brought Syria into Lebanon and in defense of the Christians in southern Lebanon who pleaded for Israeli protection which Israel provided. For the story of survival in these contentious situation of war, read Bridget Gabriel’s autobiography of her life during this period titled Because They Hate. This is a story of life and death and a transitional trip of awakening that changed the author’s life. This was her look back and the realizations she experienced, including crawling with her mother on their stomachs in order to reach a small stream to fetch water as, if they stuck their heads up, the PLO forces would have shot them as they resided in the Christian section of what was left of their town. And that was how her entire teenage life was not a time of self-awakening but one of perpetual terror. The book is a riveting read. Eventually the Israelis drove out the PLO and were closing in on Beirut and capturing Yasser Arafat but were warned not to enter Beirut by the Americans who threatened repercussions if the Israelis touched Arafat who the Americans plucked off a rooftop in Beirut along with his top staff including Mahmoud Abbas and moved them to a safe house in Tunis, Tunisia.

 

They accuse the Israelis ethnic cleansing and genocidal murdering of the Palestinian population. This is despite the fact that the Palestinian population had gone from approximately 650,000 to 800,000 in 1948 to over 5,000,000 today. If the Israelis are committing genocide or ethnic cleansing they must be the worst perpetrators of such policies. Their most recent claim along these lines had to do with the knife intifada, also called the third intifada and the car intifada. These names cover the two main weapons, knives and cars with knives used to stab Israelis at bus stops, the light rail stations or just out on the street and the cars were used to run-over Israelis or ram them into crowds at bus and light rail stops or other places where Israelis might congregate. These attacks were almost without exception suicidal martyrdom attacks where the terrorist would continue stabbing. If attacking with a vehicle, they would continue targeting with the vehicle until the car was crashed or otherwise disabled. Then they would continue attacking on foot with knives or even hatchets and axes until stopped by force. This led to many of the perpetrators being shot with many killed to prevent further attacks. The Palestinians refer to these defensive actions as street assassinations of innocent Palestinians who have committed no crime other than using the streets and minding their own business. To the Palestinians it is a natural thing for them to walk down the street, or run as was often the case, stabbing every person they pass indiscriminately and qualifies as walking innocently down the street. Should any of these stabbers be shot, then it is an assassinations, a genocidal attack on an innocent. 0Killing Israelis is considered a natural state of action and considered innocent and perfectly natural thing for them to do and any act to prevent or stop such an assault is an injustice as defending Israelis is a criminal act in their society; it is a form of denying them their natural rights. If the media would ever take the time to translate any of their leaders speaking in Arabic or translate their school books and children’s shows and report on them this would surprise nobody. Many such television shows and other news stories of all varieties from print to radio to television are provided with translations on the web through sites like MEMRI and Palestinian Media Watch and Committee for Accuracy in Middle East Reporting in America.

 

The talk of desiring a free and open democracy with equal rights without restriction and acceptance of all religions and inclusivity in all things in a single unified state where Arab and Israeli can live in freedom and all the Palestinians can join in ruling the lands together with the Jews is a crock pot of simmering falsehoods. The catch here is their demand that all the Palestinians wherever they currently resided and especially from their “voluntary” refugee camps, the ones where the foreign governments refuse to permit them outside the camps and ring these camps with concertina wire and with armed guards tell the story better than anything we could claim. This is another way of calling for the ‘right of return’ where another five to eight million refugees, nobody knows how many and with the ‘Syria refugees’ flooding into Europe and the news now reporting that the refugees outnumber the numbers of refugees from Syria as it is now known that these refugees include refugees and immigrants from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Turkey, and even Jordan, Yemen, Sudan, Egypt, Libya, Saudi Arabia and further nations as far as Bangladesh. If Israel were opened up to ‘Palestinian refugees’ the untold millions which would flood into Israel would be criminal, literally, just as Europe is being flooded even from across the Mediterranean Sea from Northern Africa and even the Horn of Africa. Does anybody believe Israel would be any different? And once this single state was established with who knows how many Arab refugees including Islamic State infiltrators and then there was an election with close to eight to ten million Arabs mostly refugees and Islamist infiltrators and five million to six million Jews and other than Muslim and a government was elected, can anybody guess what the result would be? How long before the Jews were being hunted down and shot on sight? The election would be the equivalent of five hundred ducks and one thousand wolves voting on what’s for dinner. Of course Israel is being called names by these Palestinian one state supporters claiming that the Jews are racists and refuse to permit the Palestinians the right to vote for their own government even. The person preventing any election is Mahmoud Abbas as he is completely aware that Hamas would win or possibly Islamic State, either way he would be dead as soon as they took over as would many of the PLO and Palestinian Authority elite. This is why they have such a large security force including a special core simply to protect them and keep order. These were independent of Israel and they could hold some version of an election whenever Abbas decides it is safe, don’t hold your breath.

Further, these camps are not what one thinks when you hear refugee camps as these camps are cement construction apartment buildings and other than being fenced off they appear exactly the same as the buildings outside the camps(see above). Another item which boggles logic is why are there Palestinian refugee camps in Gaza and the Palestinian Authority areas in Judea and Samaria? Are these Palestinians not permitted to be free even in their own controlled and ruled areas? Why does Mahmoud Abbas force Palestinians he claims should be freed from the camps to remain as refugees in camps walking distance from his office? Somehow this makes no sense. Why is there a refugee camp for Palestinians inside Jenin and bordering Gaza City? Anyone have an answer? There is no answer beyond the fact that having the maximum numbers in refugee camps fuels their propaganda and they do not have jobs for them and they get millions of dollars and euros through UNRWA which they and Hamas use for weapons and feeding their Swiss bank accounts. Explain how the five top men in Hamas live in palaces in Qatar and are worth close to or over one billion dollars with the leader, Khaled Mashaal, “Estimates around the world are that Mashaal is currently worth $2.6 billion.” Add that Abbas is building himself a pleasure palace in Ramallah (see below) which will also house troops to defend the house and its owner. Who said that terrorism doesn’t pay?

 

 

The end result of anything from the Palestinians always includes the same end result, they get from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea and their land must be cleansed of all Jews. They claim that every refugee gets to return and is given the lands they claim to have lost. The children are given assigned names of cities inside Israel where they claim they were born. This starts in preschool and each child and their matched city is registered in their school paperwork and that assigned city goes with them for the rest of their lives and it has the effect of convincing them they should be living in some beautiful house inside Israel and when the great day comes they can go claim their new home once the Jews are all gone. And they wonder why the Israelis do not trust them. Imagine that.

What is Really Behind Hamas Executions and UN Complaint

 

Here is the story which you will hear. Nickolay Mladenov, the United Nations Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, has gone before the United Nations Security Council to report on Hamas and to formally file a complaint against the intent by Hamas, a terrorist entity recognized by the United Nations and much of the world, to publically execute numerous criminals. This is unacceptable and illegal and Nickolay Mladenov is hopping mad and demands Hamas reconsider this drastic and dire intent. Further you will hear how these executions are being carried out without the approval of Mahmoud Abbas as required under the Palestinian Authority charter which requires that Abbas approve any execution, thus these executions are doubly illegal and ill-advised. You will be informed that Hamas has gone rogue and is intentionally ignoring Abbas who is recognized responsibile for Gaza under United Nations authority. Then there will be the commentary on how Abbas, in whose mouth butter would not melt, is just so civil and calm and level headed and would never resort to such extremes as Hamas. It will be stressed how Hamas and the Palestinian Authority do not cooperate or get along or have absolutely anything in common. There may or may not be included in any report, depending on the length they desire to go and whether this information will make Abbas look more sympathetic or pathetic in the eyes and minds of the readers of this news, that Abbas lost Gaza after being granted self-rule in Gaza by a cruel and merciless coup and by force of arms Hamas took over all of Gaza. This makes Abbas look weak but also engenders sympathy for him as well. Further, it may reopen the Israeli claim that should Abbas be granted full authority in Judea and Samaria it would result in Hamas taking these areas as well in much the same manner without the IDF keeping order and preventing such a coup.

 

Where will these complaints lead and what good are they. This is where it gets interesting and the area between what they will say and reality gets further blurred. The very first thing they will claim you must understand is that there is absolutely animus and no cooperation between the Arab Palestinian Authority (PA) and Mahmoud Abbas and Hamas. Hamas and the PA are polar opposites and Hamas killed dozens of PA security soldiers in the coup where Hamas illegally took control of Gaza. Hamas has been provoking Israel which might renew the warfare between the two so Hamas is on notice. And then comes the big lie, Netanyahu, the Israeli Prime Minister who just brought in Avigdor Lieberman and his Yisrael Beytenu Party into the coalition, is making the government more right leaning. Further is that Lieberman was given the Defense Minister position replacing the outgoing Moshe Ya’alon who was a force for moderation and a real moderate force in the government and would even take risks for peace. Lieberman could be characterized as the Israeli version of Donald Trump. It is always great if you can malign two people with a piece of superfluous information which has little if any validity or grounding in reality. Further, it will be intimated that Netanyahu had best make overtures and sacrifices for peace with Abbas for a number of reasons. First is that he would not want Hamas to come to power in Judea and Samaria (West Bank is the term they will use as the other actual names are too Jewish, especially Judea). This threat ignored the fact that making sacrifices for peace and granting Abbas rule over Gaza and removing the IDF completely from Gaza is exactly how Hamas came to power in Gaza. The reports will also omit that Hamas won the last elections for Arab Palestinian election for their Parliament and Abbas cancelled all further elections knowing that his position would also go to Hamas in any fair election or at best would remain with his Fatah Party but would elect Marwan Barghouti in his stead despite, or because of, Barghouti being imprisoned in Israel serving five life terms for his part in the murder by terror attack of five Jews out of the numerous murdered in his planned and carried out bombing and other terror strikes and not to mention the scores upon scores injured, many scarred and disabled for life.

 

Then, once Hamas has actually publically executed a small number of those whose executions are planned and while Hamas holds the remainder still subject for public execution, there will be European and United States State Department and President Obama all in coordination with the French initiative which will come from a French planned extravaganza presumably for restarting the “Peace Process” which have remained shattered from the last futile attempt. There will be no mention of the recognition and unity attempts between Hamas, Fatah, Abbas and the PA which forced the termination of the last initiatives. There will be no mention of all the offers for an Arab state that have been turned down since the Arab refusal to accept half the lands and share them with Israel from back in 1948 where instead Arab nations banded together to crush the newly formed Jewish State before they could assemble and arm a military force. The Arabs gained some territories, namely Gaza and Judea and Samaria, but failed to crush Israel who miraculously not only survived but also managed to keep parts of Jerusalem. This was made all the more miraculous when one realizes that the British left almost every fortified position of theirs fully armed and operational throughout much of what was to become Israel in Arab hands weighting the situation so far out of balance favoring the Arabs that it truly was a miracle that Israel managed to survive at all. Further, in their final few months the British attempted to find every “illegal” arms cache the Jews had been hiding using rifles and small arms they had manufactured and after confiscating these weapons and munitions such as bullets they were given to the Arab militias to use in the coming war against the Jews. In some ways this is more of the same reaching for any straw to destroy Israel.

 

The demands will come from Paris and be echoed at the United Nations headquarters in New York City and their Human Rights Council from Geneva as well as from numerous European governments and the European Union for Israel to immediately pull their IDF forces and all the “settlers” from beyond the Green Line and from East Jerusalem, an area where Israel had annexed into their capital city and granted a path to full citizenship to the Arabs residing within these areas, allowing for the formation of Palestine which is about to be formally recognized by the French, the European Union, the United Nations, a dozen or two European governments, Russia, China, almost every Arab and Muslim nation and almost every nation of the world with few exceptions making Israeli refusal tantamount to Israel declaring war on the world at large. This ultimatum is not only the world impinging on Israeli right to govern itself but also the world is reneging on every promise made at Oslo and numerous other peace efforts as the Israeli position was eroded on the international stage inch by infernal inch as the world continuously demanded concession after concession from Israel never demanding even a minimal compromise from Abbas all the while claiming it was Israel who would not sacrifice for peace despite the only side which ever sacrificed was Israel. There will be no mention that the BDS Movement (boycott, divestment, and sanction Israel) was invented and is run and financed out of Ramallah and the PA governance along with Fatah and the PLO (Palestinian Liberation Organization, another terror entity which is very similar in tactics and desires but is secular rather than religious based) with additional financial support from numerous Arab governments but disguised as a western grassroots pro-peace movement attempting to persuade Israel to return to the negotiating table and surrender totally to Abbas and the PA. They will claim that even if the Arabs were granted their right of return and took over Israel in an election due to sheer numbers that since Israel is now a multi-ethnic free nation with free speech, freedom of religion, free political actions, free and fair elections, freedom of the media and in every way an open society that the Jews would have nothing to fear should the Islamists take power as they would be restrained by Israeli law. Any bets on how fast Israeli law would become Sharia and every Jew rounded up and murdered where they stood? Still, there will be demands made for Israel to make a deal with Abbas before Hamas manages to replace him like Hamas could not replace him once Israel gives him rule over Judea and Samaria and pulls out completely just as was done in Gaza in August of 2005.

 

Then there will be the demands and counter points that Abbas is the only sane person and thus Israel must deal with him. Israel need choose immediately between Abbas and the PA or Hamas and it will be stressed how the two entities are at odds and would never cooperate even to kill every Israeli likely to include a large segment of the Arab population as they are viewed as apostates for remaining in, living in, voting in, working in, enjoying citizenship in, and enjoying every freedom in Israel and having more rights than any Arab has in any Arab nation while a full citizen of Israel. Another recent event that will also not be making these news reports is the story where “Israel intercepts weapons transfer from Judea to Gaza Strip”< the very day that Nickolay Mladenov, the United Nations Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process, has gone before the United Nations Security Council to report on the planned Hamas public executions setting in motion the next pressure Israel to surrender just a little more campaign to follow.

The reality is that Abbas and Hamas are playing good terrorist-bad terrorist against Israel with a full supporting cast of thousands if not millions. There has been an entire industry built up around forcing Israel to ever continuously surrender piece by piece to the Arabs. These nations could not care one whit about the conditions and freedoms for the Arabs because if they cared one shred there would have been no prolonged war destroying Syria. If anybody honestly cared about Arabs there would have been troops safeguarding Sunni from Shia and Shia from Sunni and the Kurds and Druze from the rest of Islam and lastly protections for the Sufi Muslims. The truth is that the only reason that there are any being concerned with the Palestinians is because they are the bludgeon with which the world will erase what they see as their largest of all errors, allowing the Jews, the Hebrews, returning and reclaiming their ancestral lands and from which to set up a nation which will lead the world in acts of moral fortitude and live as an example and a light unto the nations of the world. No, no, no, no, no, the world does not want to have any return of Israel as she has always been and will always be, the people who brought morality and freedom and the vital worth of the human being into the world starting with Abraham not sacrificing his son Isaac and being told that human sacrifice was immoral and unacceptable before Hashem. From that beginning began the greatest moral play the world had ever known and through the Hebrews and their relations with the Almighty, Hashem gave the world the Ten Commandments and a moral code upon which much of human civilization rests. The world has realized they have brought to fruition another of the prophetic promises that the Children of Israel would return home after near two thousand years of living at the whim and fancy of every world leader throughout human history. They became no longer Hebrews with a land to tend and preserve according to their covenant with Hashem, a covenant they disregarded with the most dire and severely tortuous punishments which would have destroyed a normal people. The Hebrews now cast to the winds by the Roman Empire and spread across the globe were rejected by nearly every nation in which they resided and were often hunted down, burned at the stake as heretics against the chosen religion of the lands in which they would reside, forced to convert or die practicing their religion in quiet solitude secretively, were imprisoned for learning Hebrew with which to read their holy Torah. The Jews became a people who were no longer bound by a land as all others remained a nation but instead were a nation bound by their law, Torah, and a longing that it would be next year in Jerusalem. The Jews are returning to their lands but still the world tries to renege on the promise of inviolable lands from the Jordan River all the lands to the Mediterranean Sea, a mere 22% of the promised Mandate exchanging the other 78% for the right to remain in that 22% which was placed as a guarantee by the British Crown, the League of Nations and by the United Nations in their Article 80 of the United Nations Charter.

The world is currently using Hamas to force Israeli hands into making further acts of contrition and sacrifices for a peace which Abbas cannot provide even had he so desired as he has built his right to office on the total destruction of Israel and the founding of Palestine only on the graves of the Jews and others in Israel. There is little which separates Abbas from Hamas. While Hamas is Islamist religious fanaticism, Fatah and thus the PA are nationalist Islamic fanaticism. They are as different as International Socialism and National Socialism and despite the European cleaving to the supposed vast difference between Fascism and Communism, they are in fact simply two forms of the same socialism with the sole difference being one portends to be the classless society ruled by the world at large while the other believes in a classless society sworn in its allegiance to the state with the power to transcend to ruling the world instead of their little corner which they were unfairly restricted. Either way you end up with a classless world society and the sole difference is who gets to be in the government and thus steal everything not nailed down from the classless people beneath their feet. The same is true of the two forces, Hamas in Gaza and Abbas in Judea and Samaria. The reality is that as soon as the PA can have the world force Israel to surrender all the lands east of the Green Line including East Jerusalem, Hamas will forcibly take over all of Judea and Samaria from Abbas who will immediately fortify himself in East Jerusalem, the reason here is why he insists that East Jerusalem be his capital city, and demand IDF protection before Hamas takes over East Jerusalem as well. Then, with East Jerusalem secured by the IDF from Hamas and with the entirety of former PA lands in Hamas’s hold, the terror war of rockets throughout Israel will soon begin. In the meantime, Abbas will begin agitating that it is completely unfair that he was cheated from representing the Arab Palestinians who are now languishing under Hamas rule. Well we will have to give him that one as that is true not that life under the PA is that much better. Now Abbas will start to claim that he is the rightful leader of the Arab population inside of Israel and will start demanding a state with guaranteed exchanges of Arab populations through Israel as if they do not have the right to travel from one Arab village to the next currently. There will be the next BDS and demands Israel forfeit lands to this new Arab entity which has been suppressed. The Europeans will immediately hold emergency sessions to recognize Abbas and his claim to be the true leader of Israeli Arabs. There will be demands that Israel allow parallel governing giving Abbas equal power to the Israeli Prime Minister and that can only end one way, a final war for the right to all the lands between the River and the Sea. That will be a horrific day in the history of Arab and Jew alike and neither will be the winner as both will lose and lose badly. The end result will depend on whether the Arab world is in any shape to come and join in the struggle to destroy the Jewish State. With sufficient support and all these places where troops can be positioned throughout Israel herself, there will be slaughters upon slaughters until the IDF takes control of the lands within the Green Line with the possible loss of Jerusalem initially. If the IDF does succeed in gaining their foothold on the heart and coast of Israel, then expect Israel to ignore the admonitions and condemnations which will assuredly be leveled against her and simply take that which is rightfully belonging to the Jewish State, the Jordan River to the Sea Israel will finally be free. Should the Arab world jump to support Hamas, as the PA will have ceased as an entity and their relations as the front group for Hamas will finally be revealed and the lies will finally be out in the open. That is where this latest good terrorist-bad terrorist is heading and Hamas are bad and Abbas is good, or is it Abbas is bad and Hamas is, no, that…

Obama and Abbas to Start Israel Concessions Drive

 

Now that President Obama has cowed Congressional Senators and a fair number of Representatives into not opposing the Iran deal which was already forced down the throat of all Americans from President Obama taking an end run around Congress by using the Security Council as his enforcer drone making any opposition by Congress a mute matter. Once President Obama had his Chapter Seven United Nations Security Council Resolution giving a huge “Amen” to the Iran deal and side deals making them ‘Kosher’ and imposed upon a largely sleeping and uncaring world, Congress, even if they stopped the deal presumably by overriding a Presidential veto, was powerless to prevent the Iran deal being enforced on the United States. Even if Congress were to impeach President Obama for going to the United Nations as a get around on Congress, the Chapter Seven Resolution would still be enforceable and even with a willing President in the White House, without another repealing vote by the Security Council, the Iran deal is the law of the land as all Chapter Seven Resolutions are enforceable on United Nations members as long as they remain in the United Nations and enforceable even on those who are not members by force of arms by the permanent members of the Security Council and whichever nations they can get to join them. This is one of the fears Israel faces which are the arguments for their remaining in the United Nations as that gives them some influence just for being a part of the discussion and might make some nations to think twice before condemning Israel.

 

With Mahmoud Abbas basically remaining silent while he has had a number of subordinates trot out the idea that the Palestinian Authority (PA) is about to announce at the United Nations Opening Session Ceremonies that they are disbanding the PA and rejecting the Oslo Accords as unproductive and simply going to announce that the nation of Palestine, thanks to gifts which keep on giving from the United Nations General Assembly and NGOs, is declaring themselves as an occupied nation and petitioning the world to assist them in forcing the occupier from their lands. This threat will be leveraged by President Obama in any meeting he can force between now and then, even if he has to phone Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu twice a day, and three times on Sabbath, either forcing a meeting or simply announcing that he has discussed how Israel would be best served by reinitiating the Peace Process and will be required to make a grand sacrifice in order to get the Palestinians to reenter negotiations as the Palestinian Arab leadership has lost all hope in negotiations. This has been the scene which has played out every off-election year in the United States and the result has been exactly identical under Prime Minister Netanyahu as it has under every other Prime Minister (all of which were Labor leftists except for Prime Minister Sharon who already had collapsed before pressures and disengaged from Gaza which ultimately led to rocket madness with Hamas taking those lands) since the 1993 Oslo Accords were signed. So, in the interest of history remembered possibly being history not repeated, let’s take a look at what these grand sacrifices have produced for Israel since 1993.

 

The most obvious change since 1993 was the formalizing of the treacherous concept that Israel could trade “Land for Peace” and that this concept was also the way to reach a final accord with the Palestinians Arabs. So every time there were new talks or rumblings of Arabs going to the United Nations, where the Arab League and Unaligned Nations hold a majority in the General Assembly, it has resulted in a minimum of one-hundred out of one-hundred-ninety-three votes against Israel and supporting Arab Palestinian causes, which is why Israel has been denounced by the General Assembly and has been so willing to take steps to appease this “Land for Peace” threat in order to presumably give cover for the United States in the Security Council to fight against any Chapter Seven Resolutions from forcing Israel into a corner or facing military force used by the permanent members by using their veto if required. This had been the latest additional Sword of Damocles hanging over Israel held by President Obama who has more than any President, even George H. W. Bush (Bush Sr.), threatening to withhold the Security Council Veto and allowing the full weight of the United Nations from striking at Israel and forcing them to defend their entire nation from an assault by the remainder of the world, including the United States and the other four permanent members of the Security Council (Russia, China, France, and Britain) from invading with whatever Arabs felt like getting in on the fun and presumed defeat of the ‘Zionist Entity’ by the world at large. So we are now entering the Obama-Abbas Threatening Zone where anything can be demanded and every potential sacrifice threateningly paraded as potential demands eventually weakening the will of the Israeli Prime Minister and the Knesset allowing for grand sacrifices to be extracted.

 

 

 

One has to wonder what an Israeli Prime Minister might be capable of doing in order to counter such a unified threat coming with all sides, even Israeli (quote) friends (unquote) urging that Israel make some grand sacrifice as it is for peace. Somehow they always seem to get Israel when it is for Peace. One will note that they seldom claim it is do this or face complete annihilation. No, they always couch it as for peace. Even the Israelis who fought to have Oslo Accords implemented promised peace. They scream and promise peace, peace, yet there is no peace. And why is there no peace if Israel has regularly backed further into an indefensible corner for peace has peace not developed? Well, because the Arab Palestinians do not desire peace, they desire and will only accept a dead corpse of Israel with six million plus dead Jews as the cherry on top. The Palestinians have refused every offer even one which had been proposed under what Arafat, remember their arch terror leader, Arafat had stipulated the Arabs would accept only to have Arafat stomp indignantly from the next morning’s talks in Paris when President Clinton stated that the Israelis had agreed to release almost ninety-five percent of Judea and Samaria (the West Bank), all of Gaza and even split Jerusalem in half allowing for the Eastern portion of Jerusalem to serve as the Palestinian Capital City just as Arafat had demanded the night before to President Clinton as acceptable. So, we have seen the truth of the hand the Arab Palestinians are demanding, even if Israel meets their demands they will walk away and instigate another intifada and blame it on Israel for not making peace. So, what is Israel to do, especially looking down the threats of an adversarial America President?

 

This is where Israel needs to look at past performances and what those brought. Even with George W. Bush (Bush Jr.) and Bill Clinton in the White House, two of the most pro-Israel Presidents if we are to believe history, and see what working with these brought. Under the assistance of President Clinton the Israelis were steered from the signing of Oslo Accords which defined Area A as Arab, Area C as Israeli and Area B as to be determined and divided as acceptable to each side, where now we have reached the point where Area A and Area B are now Arab, ninety percent of Area C is Arab including east Jerusalem and that is considered a starting point for more concessions and still is insufficient to make peace. One might look at that and believe that President Clinton was the Israelis greatest enemy yet in Israel he was seen as a misguided fool no worse than the Israeli Prime Ministers he worked with, or against as when he worked desperately through all channels to get one Israeli Prime Minister defeated in order to be the one who forged the peace and even after replacing Netanyahu with Ehud Barak, he could not force Arafat to make peace. Israel was not the problem here. Then under President Bush, Prime Minister Sharon gave away the entirety of Gaza so that the Arabs could prove they could live in peace besides Israel. All it proved was that the Arabs were not willing to live in peace next to Israel but such was still ignored and the United States basically claimed that if Israel were to now surrender all of Judea, Samaria and half of Jerusalem then there would be peace and an end to rockets falling on Israeli communities. Does anybody honestly believe this tripe?

 

Where all this is leading is obvious even to the most casual observer, yet all ignore the obvious and press forever onward. The problem is there are no casual observers. The United States leadership want to be the ones to have made peace no matter the cost, the Arabs want Israel destroyed no matter how long it takes, and the Israelis just want peace and to get on with their lives without the constant threat of war and terrorism. The problem is that there is no break in this viscous cycle which goes like this, the Arabs demand concessions of Israel to restart talks, the Americans force an Israeli sacrifice, the talks start, the Palestinians demand more and more concessions until everything breaks down, the Americans demand more and more until they realize they are demanding too much and they stop and the Arabs walk out or Israel meets some demand completely and the Arabs walk away or Israel finally says no and the Arabs scream foul and walk away demanding the world punish Israel and then the world punishes Israel, if only they would not do so with such zeal. The constants are the Arabs demanding more and the Arabs eventually walking away when the world refuses to completely destroy Israel for them. Eventually the world will tire of this stupid game and simply decide that it is not worth any more efforts on their behalf and demand that Israel surrenders. What, you’re surprised? Remember that Israel simply desires to live at peace, make wondrous discoveries and inventions in agriculture, medicine, physics, chemistry and every other field of human endeavor except one, violence against their fellow man while the Arabs are proficient in one thing above all else, and this is not a slam against the vast majority of Arabs who prefer to live their lives in peace and at peace with their fellow man, is threats and acts of violence. Eighty percent or more of the current wars on earth have as at least one of the sides as an Arab nation or Arab terrorism being the driving force. The greatest conflagrations currently is in Syria where Arabs and their allies have flocked from the world over to engage in a multifaceted war where there are at a minimum five groups engaged in mutual destruction including but not limited to, Bashir al-Assad and the remnants of the Syrian military, Hezballah, ISIS, al-Qaeda, Iran and Russia. Violence continues across Iraq, in Yemen, in the Sinai Peninsula, between the two sides in Sudan despite the presumed settling of that conflict with the establishing of South Sudan, in Nigeria, Mali, Cameroon and their neighbors falling within the violence by Boko Haram and one could continue on.

 

So, how will Israel extricate themselves from this viscous circle of destruction? The only answer is strength. We look at the one consistent item which should convince Israel that they must break free of this is that even those presumably acting in concert with Israel to produce peace only end up demanding more from Israel and delivering nothing ever in return except more demands. Israel must stand and scream out, “No more!” Israel must set what is in her best interest, even if taking all of Judea and Samaria and annexing them and finalizing the annexation of the Golan Heights, Judea and Samaria (West Bank) and all of Jerusalem and declare Jerusalem as it one and only Capital City and invite all nations to join in building an international zone where they will all build new embassies and a grand meeting place where all nations can come and participate in forging peace elsewhere in the world as Israel has always been and remains the nation that had sought peace even to their own detriment. The Arabs residing in Judea and Samaria should be given semiautonomous governance over their cities where they already hold such under the condition that all holy places as recognized by the Israeli government must be respected, remain open to all visitors and all who wish to pray at these sites can do so without any fears of violence. The Israeli security forces will see that such is the case and will act to prevent any act of violence by whatever means are required. The Arabs may become Israeli citizens with full rights and responsibilities through an established series of requirements beginning with their signing a loyalty oath with the understanding that any abrogation of this oath will result in their facing either a minimum ten years in prison or exile from Israel never to be permitted to return under threat of double the ten years in prison followed by exile. Any Arab caught in an act of terror will also face the same punishment as their loyalty oath will be judged to have been taken in bad faith and under the guise of deceit. The school systems will come under Israeli education department with the application of the same expectations and curriculum as any other Israeli academy. Islamic schools will be permitted and treated equally as are Yeshiva Jewish schools when it comes to curriculum and requirements. There will be some period of adjustment but with time and patient efforts and with proof of receiving equality before the law and equality and acceptance as time passes and wounds heal these lands and people will be accepted as full citizens with full and equal rights, some might even claim superior rights than they were afforded under the rule of the PA as the PA ceased having elections as soon as Abbas realized he could no longer control the outcome. Israel has no other manner to end the constant attempts at terrorism, rocket firing, stabbing, rock attacks and worse.

 

There is another reason which, unless one watches the media with great enthusiasm even including numerous Israeli sources, will pass unnoticed but the horrific effects will still be inflicted as the levels of violence and terrorist strikes will ramp up heading through the month and will be used by the Arabs and Americans as the reason that Israel must capitulate and make a grand concessions which will include but not be limited to any and all expectations the Arabs believed were theirs for the taking plus a complete new set of demands which they offer as the opening salvo in this year’s let’s see what the American fools will work with us to force Israelis to surrender in the name of the peace we will never make. Maybe this will be the year and the right leader in the White House to grant us final victory and defeat the Zionist Entity for us as we are unable of doing these ourselves. For this reason and as a stance taken for peace and the end of the farcical set of ruses which are passed off as the Oslo Accords and the path to peace, Israel must bring this circus to an end and take its own path to peace. When the world screams that Israel must return such of the lands they occupied after the Sex Day War, Israel must reply, “We have returned the vast majority of the lands we occupied. As far as Judea and Samaria, these we liberated from Jordanian occupation from the 1948-9 War of Annihilation which the Arabs gained these lands through their aggressions and held illegally. The Jordan River is our rightful and legal border and those Jordanian citizens who were moved into these lands are here illegally but we will grant them the same offers we offer the indigenous Arabs as Israeli is more than fair. As for what we will keep to assure our ability to defend our borders, we will keep the Golan Heights. Remember this above all else, we held the Sinai Peninsula and for some years the border of Egypt and Israel was the Red Sea and the Suez Canal, so do not even begin with Israel must surrender most of the occupied lands as we did so when we reached our peace with Egypt. This we do in the name of peace and if allowed to work through some difficulties we will have a peace that makes all satisfied and equality will reign within our borders for all our citizens and we will even grant better conditions for those who choose to remain as foreign residents within our borders as Israel is an open and equal society. But as Oslo Accords were used purely as a bludgeon, a cudgel to attempt to beat the life from Israel’s borders and crush the spirit of the Israeli people and to which we say, this weapon that used the name of peace in a blasphemous manner is no more and instead truth will be the weapon with which Israel will enforce a new peace, a workable peace while demanding no more and no less than was promised us through treaty and International Law, so be warned that this is the end and the rightfulness of this end. That is what Israel need do and anything less will result in an eventual war where too many will die needlessly as this option remains open and the only other option the Arabs have offered up is a great conflagration where either the Jews are mercilessly slaughtered or the world finally grants Israel her peace and secured borders as we now define such.
