Election Run-Up Potential Coalition Building and a System Gone Awry

There are a number of crucial events and societal revelations all holding a great propensity to go awry traveling astray of their reputed paths and expectations. Yesterday a full-page advertisement was placed in the New York Times by a political non-governmental organization (NGO) called the National Iranian American Council (NIAC). This advertisement likely cost them upwards of $200,000 unless the New York Times welcomed the advertisement to such a degree as to offer NIAC a discounted price, something we are unable to prove such actually transpired but decided it was worth mentioning the possibility. The NIAC nonprofit NGO has been perceived to represent the Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Hosseini Khamenei (Persian: علی حسینی خامنه‌ای‎) being his spokesman in the United States using whatever medium they feel will achieve the most influence reaching the targeted people be they in the White House, members of Congress, the public in general or even a targeted audience. The audiences targeted by this advertisement were the people in the United States government, influential people from the public and even the public in generally or at least those who read the New York Times. This advertisement attacked Israeli Prime Minister coming to speak before a joint session of the United States Congress, and accused Speaker of the House John Boehner of “siding with a foreign leader” against the elected leader of the United States, President Obama, whose efforts have placed the P5+1 on the “verge of a diplomatic victory that will prevent war and prevent a nuclear-armed Iran.” This advertisement targeted the growing divide between President Obama with the Republicans as represented by Speaker of the House Boehner and by association with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu with whom the President has huge disagreements over the Iranian nuclear weapons program. This disagreement is merely the latest uproar between President Obama and Prime Minister Netanyahu. It was this split between the President and Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and the American people’s expressed exhaustion with having American troops fighting what appear to be senseless wars all across the Middle East and gaining no advantage nor reaching a more peaceable relations that NIAC President Trita Parsi stated in a press release that, “The U.S. and its closest allies are on the brink of a historic deal that will both prevent an Iranian bomb and war with Iran, and Congressional hawks are orchestrating political stunts with foreign leaders to try to kill it. The American people do not want another senseless military adventure and certainly don’t consider Benjamin Netanyahu to be their commander in chief.” This was added in order to take aim at the suspicions that the Islamic world believes the rest of the world also suspects the Jews generally and the Israelis in particular of possessing far too much influence over the United States governance.

 

One day earlier, on Saturday , a senior figure in the Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC), Mujtabi Du Al-Nour, threatened that Tel Aviv could be destroyed “in ten minutes” if Israel attacked Iran’s nuclear facilities. He further claimed that the Iranian rockets can reach the heart of Tel Aviv within six or seven minutes, “even before the rockets of the Zionists reach us.” This was simply additional bluster by Iranian military leadership from within the IRGC elite units touting weapons superiority over the Israeli weaponry. As much of the Iranian systems are produced by them and within Iranian borders, this makes assessing the effectiveness of their weapon systems impossible; but if previous records and ability to produce systems with equal or superior abilities against Israeli weapon systems, such attempts are next to impossible. Often these type statements are made with the intention of impressing their own people just as much if not more than it is to be taken as an actual threat from the Iranians. That Iran has thousands of missiles and nearly countless rockets capable of being launched and reaching Tel Aviv is a valid threat and not any different from Israeli estimates of the Iranian capabilities. Israel has been made aware of the extent of their level of competence and expertise. The question is whether or not the Iranians would place weapons of mass destruction (WMD) atop these weapons and if so how many such warheads they would utilize and if so exactly which variety and in what numbers. Of course such determination is only important if Israel would resort to replying with weapons of mass destruction in return and if Israel has decided to answer chemical weapons, biological weapons and nuclear weapons using same kind of weapons. Should the Israeli plan be to simply respond to any attack utilizing WMDs of any variety, be it chemical, biological or nuclear, the Israeli response would come in the form of a nuclear response. Such a response should be made known before there is any such assault from Iran and thus after an exchange of fire the Iranians cannot claim they did not understand how Israel might respond.

 

Then there are the coming Israeli elections and the forming of a coalition and thereby name the Prime Minister and set government policies. The fact that the likelihood that current Prime Minister Netanyahu will be called upon to make the next ruling coalition is only disputed by the polls being touted by the media which continues to depict the race as close between Netanyahu’s Likud Party and the combined ticket of Labor with Hatnua and having a shared Prime Ministership between Tzipi Livni and Yitzhak Hertzog. The media has claimed there is the threat of horrific evils should Netanyahu and the Likud win and the combined ticket of Hertzog and Livni ended up in the opposition. There was a report which claims that a senior source in an article in Arutz Sheva titled Senior Source: Bibi Plans Gov’t with Labor, Haredim has informed the media that Prime Minister Netanyahu plans on forming a Unity Government with his initial coalition by inviting the Labor/Hatnua parties along with Shas to form the government and lock out Jewish Home and the other religious Zionist parties. Such a coalition would result in the complete capitulation to whatever President Obama would demand of Israel concerning the formation of an Arab state using the 1949 Armistice Lines as the new borders and a sharing of Jerusalem. This would be accepted by Netanyahu as a result of making such a coalition as not accepting the formation of an Arab state utilizing whatever President Obama would demand as the main parties forming the coalition would be Labor/Hatnua which would hold the coalition to fulfilling their main concern, the forming of an Arab state as President Obama desires and along the Green Line, also called the 1967 lines or the 1949 ceasefire armistice lines and named by Israeli United Nations Abba Eban as the Auschwitz Borders as he predicted that Israel returning to the borders as defined before the Six Day War would leave Israel indefensible against another combined Arab assault. This, if it proves true, will mean that Bibi Netanyahu, another IDF veteran from an elite group and as well respected for his military service as was former Prime Minister Sharon very well might be heading to making another unilateral disengagement just as was performed by Sharon with Gaza except this time the area to be gifted to the Arab terrorist groups will have easy ability from the overlooking Judean Hills to launch rockets directly into Tel Aviv and the heart of Israeli society targeting well over three-quarters of Israeli population, business, industry, power generation and virtually everything else one might imagine including the nuclear reactor at Dimona. The only reason which we have been able to put together as to why Prime Minister Netanyahu would form such a government is in order to attack Iran with the backing of the entire government and the people as such an assault may be required once Israel reads and fully understands the ramification and realities of the world once President Obama with the backing of the P5+1 default giving Iran a green light to attain breakout existence and making Iran a threshold nuclear state capable of producing nuclear weapons at their choosing with merely a two or three week period to reactivate the hardware required to make the ninety percent enriched uranium and producing two bombs a week within eight to ten weeks. In order to prevent Iran from having such ability in the present time Israel would be required to destroy the nuclear sites within Iran and to do so and repeat doing so each time Iran rebuilds their nuclear weapons production stations. This would mean that information which Israeli intelligence has gathered is so convincing of how dire the situation is as a result of the feckless negotiating by President Obama such that even Tzipi Livni would realize that before returning to negotiations with Mahmoud Abbas about the formation of a poisonous state in Judea and Samaria the situation with Iran will need to be defused otherwise that threat would make any concessions impossible. Benyamin Netanyahu making such a broad and diverse coalition would only make such reasonable if a combined and unified nation is required for the situation Israel is facing and both Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Rivlin have seen and discussed the situation and already reached their conclusions and planned for the making of a Unity Government. That Prime Minister is considering forming a unity government with Labor can only mean we are on the verge of an existential war which will require a united nation and all-inclusive governance.

 

The final event is the finalizing whatever agreement is in the workings between the P5+1 and Iran over the Iranian uranium enrichment and nuclear weapons system. President Obama has been working on finding some slight of language which will permit him to sign a treaty for the United States and enforce said treaty without receiving the approval by the Senate. President Obama has had his advisors, czars and other appointees assisting in the making and signing of a treaty putting it into effect establishing the international application without fulfilling the requirements for making a treaty or agreement between the United States. Such an agreement very well may force Israel’s hand and have Israel leading a coalition of the willing which would possibly include Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, and other Arab states all of whom are petrified with fear and very well may be willing to even join an organized resistance against Iran and even allow said alliance to be organized around and led by Israel. This may be the near future should Iran be permitted to retain assembled and not required to disassemble her nineteen-thousand centrifuges of which a sizeable number of these centrifuges are their latest version and they are six times more capable than their older models. It is very likely possible that Iran is simply waiting for the end of negotiations and likely to blow off reaching any agreement and immediately start their dash to produce a nuclear arsenal. Once the negotiations have been permitted and accepted as the manner of addressing the limitation of Iran thus preventing the Iranian governance and military from attaining nuclear breakout, that allows Iran to easily start making nuclear bombs and stocking an entire arsenal. The guarantee being proffered by the United States that they would be capable of detecting any moves by Iran in time to prevent their making nuclear devices is on shaky ground as proven by the United States having missed catching the Soviet Union, China, India, Pakistan, North Korea and South Africa from reaching nuclear breakout becoming a nuclear armed power and a member of the nuclear club, a club which is steadily losing its exclusivity.

 

The near future is appearing to be exciting enough to give even the most optimistic of us reason to pause and even to stumble before regaining our balance while observing the earth losing its balance. Meanwhile anti-Semitism is once again spreading across Europe and the call is once again blaming the Jews for the world’s ills. The difference this time is the Jew is the state of Israel. The Middle East is heating towards a boiling point and may explode very soon. Iran is still financing and arming terrorists worldwide. Iran has even gotten into the business of arming and financing Sunni terrorists such as Hamas. Talking about Sunni terrorists, there is a new Sunni terrorist group called ISIS (or IS) which is gaining recruits from the world over and also is being reinforced by other treacherous Sunni terror groups joining their front including one of the larger terror groups in Libya and from Nigeria, Cameroon, Chad and along the Muslim/Christian divide in western Africa, Boko Haram. Meanwhile Iraq has split into three states, the Shiite south being protected by a loose alliance of the United States and Iran while the north is becoming a Kurdish run and protected state which is also receiving some aid from the United States and even being further armed by Iran as well and between them in the Center of Iraq and slowly expanding is ISIS. The United States is also assisting in the fight against ISIS in Syria where the government of Bashir Assad is fighting for its life with aid coming from Hezballah, Iran and air support from the United States who are also presumably attempting to remove Assad. Confused enough yet? Well, try this on for size, Israel is loosely allied with Saudi Arabia and Egypt against ISIS and also may be developing an above the table alliance against ISIS with Jordan. Will wonders ever cease? Add to this the fact that the United States President is working against Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and definitely Israel. The final relationship has deteriorated to the point that President Obama had begun to attack the Prime Minister of Israel claiming that he is attempting to disrupt the negotiations with Iran just as President Obama has almost completed the terms of the United States surrender which Europe appears to be satisfied will not destroy Europe immediately. Obama Promises Kept and Cashed by Iran

“We will extend a hand if you are unwilling to unclench your fist” President Obama proclaimed in his inaugural address in January 2009. Iran heeded these words and now that President Obama had run the entire gamete and though he won the White House twice, he managed to lose the Congress entirely and the Republicans now hold both houses. That probably is the least of the tactical problems facing President Obama in completing his desired handshake with Iran forging a relationship he sees as lasting into eternity as the two powers divide the world between them. The problem is that Iran never has unclenched their fist. But even this is of no concern as Iran has done the next best thing. Iran has used that clenched fist and pummeled President Obama so severely that he now sees that clenched fist as a hand extended for a warm, friendly handshake as the two nations appear to have reached a surrender scheduled for announcement on or before March 24. This agreement will probably allow Iran to retain at least twelve-thousand operative centrifuges and retain the remaining seven-thousand as spares to replace any that fail. Further, Iran will be permitted to replace these centrifuges in use for newer and faster centrifuges as they develop them. All inspections will be placed in the hands of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) who will set an inspection schedule in cooperation with Iran. That should work out really well.

 

The big question for President Obama is will he be able to salvage even the slightest victory from this deal. The potential would be better if he had any cards to play and even knew how to play them. Still, he still had hope as the Iranians may very well see allowing the United States to return and reopen their embassy in Tehran to be to their advantage. Such a move would allow President Obama to at last claim his big legacy building event with his signing an agreement for the return of the United States embassy and opening relations with Iran and declaring the possibilities for how together the United States and Iran could work and stabilize the Middle East. Such an alliance would turn the entire current Middle East structure on its head. Such a move would place the United States in Iran’s corner against Israel and Saudi Arabia. Such an alliance would probably include Turkey as Erdogan will bend in whichever direction best serves him while still working behind everyone’s back to serve his own purposes, just as he has aided the American efforts against ISIS allowing their use of the airfield in Turkey while also allowing ISIS to run recruitment efforts and resupply efforts crossing into Syria from within Turkey. The real question is whether the rest of the Middle East and potentially beyond can stomach such a deal as President Obama is obviously ready and willing to grant the Iranians pertaining to their nuclear program. Facing what can only be described as President Obama rolling over for Iran, it is no wonder that Israeli Prime Minister has been willing to face the blitz of forces turning against him in blatant support of President Obama.

 

The real problem and the possible fate that all efforts are already too little, too late is what is facing Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu as he will be speaking to the combined houses of the United States Congress sometime early in March presenting any information which Israeli intelligence is willing to share and probably even more intelligence later in private meetings before committees and probably some individual meetings which might be requested. The strife and scorn being unloaded on the Prime Minister with the fraudulent claim that he blindsided the President by accepting the invitation by Speaker of the House Boehner before the White House had been notified must be unbearable and only made worse as the New York Times noted that both the Speaker of the House and Prime Minister Netanyahu had spoken with the White House before the invitation was offered and before the Prime Minister agreed to speak. President Obama has spared nothing to try and discredit everybody and anybody in an effort to make the speech of secondary importance to the insult thus voiding anything presented. That leaves the question of what can anybody do to blunt the overt display attempting to make the entire affair, the speech included, disregarded and relegated to the trash bin of irrelevancy, making it all about insulting the President and otherwise meaningless. Meanwhile in Israel, the leftist media and the ill named pairing of Hatnua with Labor as the ‘Zionist Camp,’ two far leftist, post-Zionist, post-modernist, anti-capitalist, redistributionist parties are only exceeded in their leaning by the communists and in a close tie to the far leftist Meretz.

 

I have rolled ideas around in my head and nothing, absolutely nothing came to mind, until I got a flash which has to be one of the most ridiculous lines the Prime Minister might use at the start of his speech and then hope he gets either a fair amount of laughter or at least some meager appreciation from what will potentially be a rough house; he might try saying, “I have not come here to bury President Obama but to praise him.” After that, should he not get a response, then the only thing left is the old Henny Youngman line which was later used to great fanfare by Rodney Dangerfield, “I don’t get no respect, I tell ya.” After that the Prime Minister will need to rely on the facts and a somber telling of the potentially dire results if Iran is permitted to reach breakout level as before they could be prevented from going fully nuclear they could easily make their breakout by building ten, twelve or even more devices, all of which would be deliverable on their ballistic missiles including their newest ICBM capable of striking anywhere on the globe. The numbers of weapons they might originally make is dependent only on the amount of LEU (lowly enriched uranium) at about 3% they had accumulated which they would be permitted to enrich under current agreements and would very likely continue with only the amount under debate, providing the monitoring could actually track the amount and none was stashed beyond inspection sites. It is believed that the latest centrifuges Iran is currently putting into service they can reach HEU (highly enriched uranium) of above 90%, which is easily made into weapons without further enrichment, in one cascade easily within their current capabilities. What the United States also needs to consider is that the Iranians have also launched suborbital devices which traversed an orbital vector from Iran which would place their satellite if placed on a more powerful launch system, such as the one recently pictured by Israeli surveillance satellites, would approach the United States mainland from the south and taking it on the perfect trajectory to avoid the United States antimissile systems and at a height perfect to deploy a nuclear EMP device, one similar to the device tested by the North Koreans and suspected of being a test carried out on an Iranian device to test its yield and potential as an EMP device. The device in question was detected and assessed to have reached a yield of approximately 16 kilotons, a higher range EMP capable measurement. This piece of information need not be interjected by the Prime Minister as these facts have been readily available and suspected though unprovable for quite some time.

 

The presentation and reception for Prime Minister Netanyahu will define the options and possibly the necessities of Israeli actions in the near future and beyond. It is probably already too late to prevent Iran from having the wherewithal and the technology mastered to produce nuclear weapons, the only debate left is how to minimize their abilities to actually produce such weapons. Everything being debated and covered is performed assuming that Iran did not manage to produce and stash any nuclear devices already and are also being pursued without any knowledge of how far and how deep the cooperation and collaboration between North Korea and Iran has developed not to mention potential assistance from China or Russia, all of which would not be beyond question. Perhaps the only thing that is in question is not whether or not Iran will break into the nuclear armed nations club uninvited or invited, depending on your assessment of President Obama and the P5+1 negotiations actual aim, but how soon and how they will be received. Much of that will depend on the Iranians themselves. If they continue their rhetoric calling for the annihilation of Israel and of every Jew on the planet and holding annual conventions titled, “A World Without Zionism and America” and continue to be the largest terror facilitating nation on Earth, then there will be great trepidation and uncertainty. Many nations will be looking for somebody else to take whatever intervention which will end the Iranian threat before Iran decides the time is right to force their hand and hegemony over the Middle East.

 

The question everybody will be asking themselves and discussing in hushed tones in back rooms and with quick furtive glances and knowing winks and nods, nervously pondering when will the first shoe drop knowing that after that the second shoe will fall right behind. The debates will be where the first Iranian move will be, Israel, Saudi Arabia, the United States? Who will they empower to possibly utilize nuclear terrorism and where would such terror strike? Will it be Hezballah, the Houthis tribal fighters, or providing some assignment in the Americas deployed out of the Tristate Area in South America where a terror city sits adjoining the borders of Paraguay, Brazil, and Argentina and none of the three security forces dare intervene? It was from here that the attacks in Buenos Aries in 1992 where the Israeli Embassy was struck by a pickup truck driven by a suicide bomber and loaded with explosives destroyed the Israeli Embassy, a Catholic church, and a nearby school building killing four Israelis and twenty-five Argentinian civilians making it the worst terror attack in Argentinian history until when a second terrorist attack was launched on the AMIA (Argentine Israelite Mutual Association) which murdered eighty-five people making it the worst terror attack in Argentina and over which the prosecutor Alberto Nisman was recently murdered (More can be read about his murder in the articles, The Death of Alberto Nisman, Prosecutor’s Fate Mirrors Western Culture and Hezballah Cross Border Attack Threatens to Elevate Conflict). There have been intelligence reports which claim that Hezballah from the Tristate Area have made agreements arranging for gaining access into the United States with the aid of the drug cartels. These reports also claim that this agreement has allowed terror cells to have already been implanted within the United States who would be ready to assist in any plans communicated to them and would even be capable of assisting any new force and weapons provided such as explosives or worse. Whatever the choice a nuclear armed Iran chooses, even should they decide to use conventional weapons likely in a terror bombing attack relying on their nuclear threat to prevent any retaliation against their terror interests such as Hezballah or other forces even including the IRGC (Iranian Revolutionary Guards Corps), in what they decide to do once they have attained nuclear weapons capability and production they will have an entire new set of avenues, as other nations, if not nuclear armed, will have little recourse against Iranian hegemony.

 

This will very likely press the rest of the Middle East and other Muslim nations to research and produce their own nuclear weapons armaments in order to even the military leverage thus removing the Iranian advantage as soon as possible. Once the Iranians gain nuclear weapons production, the amount of time that Iran will be capable of forcing their will due to their nuclear threat will be short as Saudi Arabian wealth and agreement with Pakistan would result in their attaining nuclear capability within weeks, not years. Egypt and Turkey would also not take an extended amount of time to reach nuclear weapons capability and Jordan might do the unthinkable, reach an agreement with Israel in the form of a mutual defense pact, and if Israel was not willing, then Jordan would definitely seek admission to the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) seeking the protection of Saudi Arabia. A fully nuclear armed Middle East and North Africa would present a certainty of an eventual nuclear exchange, the sole question being between which two nations initiate the conflagration and what the further conflicts and spread of nuclear fallout would be spawned by such aggressions. Whatever the future holds, a nuclear armed extended Middle East would be the most dangerous situation ever seen in Earth’s history, a very dangerous situation which would be playing the most dangerous standoff of nuclear armed nations who have little knowledge or history of the destructive and horrifying nature of nuclear warfare and its aftermath. Some of the leaders of these newly nuclear capable nations have no concern of consequences and only their victory by any means necessary, the most dangerous kind of nation to have nuclear capability. The world will be looking at an unknown but dangerous future which all but guarantees a holocaust of unpredictable numbers and incalculable ramifications should oil fields be made unusable, maritime channels made unpassable or simply carnage and ramifications unthinkable and unknown in all of history until that fateful date. Perhaps the question which needs to be asked of us for consideration is what happens in the immediate aftermath and on into the future, if there is a future?

It’s not the Humidity it is the HUMINT

 

Often in places I have lived where the summers are hot and the humidity rivals the temperatures with both in the mid to upper nineties you often hear the phrase, “It’s not the heat, it is the humidity.” Well, when it comes to the heat being generated out of Washington D.C. and particularly out of the White House the high temperature of positions and equally heated debates and accusations we can only point out that this time that phrase would read, “It’s not the Humidity it is the HUMINT.” If anything the humidity, if there is any, it would be the result of the cold water being thrown at the invitation to Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu to speak before a joint session of Congress by Speaker of House Boehner by President Obama and his faithful helpers from his echo chamber of Czars and other sycophantic advisors along with the mainstream media, the liberal punditry and much of the self-professed Jewish Israeli supporters who choose to support only those Israelis who cower at even the softest of whispers from on high in Washington D.C. and who bow and claim before any Democrat President, “We obey and we listen.” The real reason that the White House and their hordes of supporters and the President in particular do not want to have Prime Minister Netanyahu to speak before the Congress and the media is that he might say some truths which the White House and particularly the President are hoping the Congress and the people, especially the people, prefer they never hear about the point at which the Iranian nuclear weapons program has attained, how so very close they are to the breakout point and potentially actually have passed that and need but six to ten short weeks to become a nuclear power with multiple warheads perched atop ICBMs capable of striking anywhere in the globe. Further, the White House is completely aware that the Israelis have something the United States does not possess, HUMINT which stands for Human Intelligence or people who have infiltrated the target system or units to a point where they are able to gather data, information and specifics which are impossible to ascertain with satellites, aircraft, drones, or any other form of externally controlled intelligence systems. Israel very likely has people within some of if not most of the Iranian nuclear and military research facilities and units who have full knowledge of every last detail including what the nuclear scientists had with their morning coffee. There is very likely tangible hands-on information which the Israeli Prime Minister would be capable of giving the United States Congressional members in closed sessions or in one-on-one meetings. Of course such HUMINT cannot and will not be spoken of in public or before the media unless it is so important to making the Israeli case and the urgency so viscerally understood even by a casual observer that it is central to the reasons that The Israeli Prime Minister is suffering the sling and arrows of outrageous fortune, or to take arms against a sea of troubles, and by opposing, end them. Thank you Mr. William Shakespeare who said it years ago and it is so opportune to this situation where Netanyahu likely did debate to himself, “To be or not to be.” He has chosen to be and to face the ridiculous and outrageous slanders because he also knows that he is among the few who know what must be said and that from amongst those knowing these facts, that he alone has the credibility and standing to state these truths as these truths are not self-evident.

 

Israel has spent years, nay, decades slowly working intelligence officers up through the ranks and often having to commit acts they found abhorrent but do them they had to in order to remain a viable agent. Dead agents only mean that the information that often is so vital will not be able to be witnessed and passed along until another agent, possibly one already planted within, can work their way to a post with access to the desired secrets. There was a story of an Israeli agent who eventually paid for his love of country with his life about whom this take has been related. The Mossad spy, Eli Cohen, who had attained high rank in the Syrian army, I believe he reached the rank of Colonel, was reviewing the new concealed emplacements for artillery on the Golan Heights when he noted the unnecessary stress and heated conditions the Syrian soldiers were being forced to sustain being in the sun during the hot summer days and suggested that a tree be planted to provide them with shade. During the Six Day War the Israelis simply targeted the base of the trees and presto, no more artillery emplacements on the Golan Heights to target their advancing armor and ground forces. I can personally attest for the two separate people who relayed this story to me with one having been in those units charging the Golan Heights and possibly alive to retell the tale thanks to Eli Cohen, the one part of the story I am relying on Wikia as the story I remembered, the name, well, not so much.

 

I told you that true story so I could show the solid benefit of people in place to influence decisions as well as to report items they were privileged to hear or learn through their positions and report those things directly which are important enough to risk such communications or to use less urgent and more secretive methods which are the more usual routes for reporting items. In rare cases such intelligence operatives may break their cover and flee in order to report something so urgent that there is no other way in which to report their hot information. The truth and reality is that a person within the enemies military or other sensitive departments can learn so much more than even the most technically advanced surveillance as high tech surveillance cannot build relations by which to gain secreted information normally hidden deep within the layers of government, especially items such as the most clandestine nuclear facilities which Iran is operating unknown and thus not under satellite surveillance and such can be built if care is taken to avoid leaving evidence viewable by satellites during their regularly scheduled overpass. Human within the walls, so to speak, also are privileged to rumors and can take advantage of other foibles such as weak links or somebody known to brag about their placement or other intangibles which only exist on a personal level. These are the avenues which the United States surrendered when they brought to an end their HUMINT branches being permitted to employ people whose personal character may be seen to be compromised or unsavory. This was part of the Church Commission demands made to make the CIA and other intelligence collection agencies and departments more respectable. The most egregious demand made was for all agents to have clean records and ending the use of people with any criminal background. Back when this was discussed I thought to myself that wouldn’t there be a number of criminal activities which would be preferable on an application to be a spy living in the enemy lands and operating within their enemy’s government and possibly their military or even their intelligence agency. Being able to break into a locked and secured office or other building, being able to lie convincingly and numerous other abilities which any normal person would find objectionable would be assets for a clandestine operations officer. But the Church Commission would have nothing of that, no sir, none. With little human assets within Iran, if any, the United States intelligence community has had to rely completely upon satellites and electronic eavesdropping and wiretapping along with electronic intelligence using communications monitoring ships and other assets to listen to the entire spectrum of RF electronics signals and other high tech means for grabbing information and other data which can permit making intelligent assessments of the state and degree of the Iranian nuclear program. Using these systems to their utmost capabilities, the United States was able to detect the Iranian nuclear weapons program about fifteen years after its inception in which time Iran already had a number of enrichment sites and was building a heavy water reactor to produce plutonium for another route to nuclear weaponry.

 

They had little if any information on the nuclear sites, researchers, developments, military operations and other related items such as rocket research including missile development, arming systems, guidance systems, interceptor avoidance software, missile propellant research, missile ranges, mobile systems, missile silos, anti-missile systems, and various other research and development areas and deployments. It is information such as this which is the driving force behind Speaker of the House Boehner inviting Prime Minister Netanyahu and the reason the Israeli Prime Minister accepted the invitation while this had little if anything to do with insulting the White House or President, making a campaign plea to the Israeli people or any other political ploy affecting either the United States or Israel other than providing the United States Congress with access to intelligence and to ask questions as to the fears and needs of Israel, an indispensable ally of the United States no matter what the mainstream leftist media has tried to spin things and nothing more. Prime Minister Netanyahu would probably have been better served by campaigning in Israel than he will be served giving meetings and closed briefings relating intelligence information and other things which by their very nature are not conducted before the cameras or in any way which can be divulged to the general population, the worst venue for campaigning is any venue which is held secretly for the reasons of security precautions. The only person making this a political affair has been the White House who, had they simply remained silent, would have allowed for Prime Minister Netanyahu to speak to the combined session of Congress, meet with those members of Congress requesting such meetings or whose committee had questions for the Prime Minister or those who will travel with the Prime Minister to answer questions for the members of Congress directly.

 

The Prime Minister will make a bigger campaign splash with his address to the AIPAC Conference for which he was likely to have been attending in person even if he was not speaking to Congress, especially to use it as a campaign speech as well as speaking to American Jews and others at the convention where there will be far more Israeli media coverage than will cover his speech to Congress and there will be no media at any meetings and private briefings the Prime Minister gives leading to absolutely no gain for his campaign. President Obama is the one using this as a campaign setting if anybody is and President Obama is campaigning as hard as he is able and in every way possible including deploying his national campaign director from the 2012 Presidential campaign to advise and utilize the same blanketing targeted areas to get the votes out and influence as many as can be reached knocking on doors with thousands of volunteers, potentially some from the United States but that remains to be seen, in an effort which they refer to as the campaign for Israeli government change. It sounds almost to be hope and change, well, I guess it is Hope to Change the Israeli government, but those working on these efforts are calling their efforts the “Anyone but Bibi” removing any doubt as to what the President directed them to work to accomplish. With their announced nonpartisan campaign, as they claim not to be supporting any candidate, which is true in a warped way, they simply want to prevent a single candidate from winning and my bet there are others they would also oppose. Can one be said to be supporting a candidate if they oppose all of their competing candidates? V2015 would claim the answer is ‘no.’ V2015 is attached to two groups in the United States, one goes under the name of V2015 or V15 for short and the other is One Voice. One Voice receives funding from the United States State Department and numerous other sources outside of Israel which are planned to be transferred to V2015 in Israel just before the actual election to allow them to pay off their debts and leave a minimum amount of time for any legal recourse to be deployed and acted upon, which was covered and reported by Haaretz, but solely in their Hebrew edition for reasons that are unfathomable, well, except that any Israelis from the United States or other English speaking nation might react smelling something rotten and not from Denmark. Something is definitely giving off some strong aromas that might not be pleasant and that hint of a smell of election fraud despite the decision thus far by the Israeli Attorney General’s initial decision. We will see what the Israeli electorate will think of such American presence stomping loudly trampling their elections for their government this March 17.
