Palestinian-EU War on Israel

How long the European Union (EU) will continue financing the Arab Palestinian projects remains to be seen. One can only assume that they are in this to the very end. We have spoken about the illegal Arab settlements before and the EU-Arab ventures, which are nothing short of land theft of Israeli land and informal declarations of war, here, here, here, here, here, here, here and here. The European Union in concert with numerous NGO’s, largely supported by European countries, and with direct monies from several European nations and often the United Nations, the Arab Palestinians have invaded Area C and thus destroyed the last vestige remaining of the Oslo Accords. The Oslo Accords divided the formerly illegally held lands by Jordan and liberated by Israel in the Six Day War into three partitions, Area A, Area B and Area C. These were defined as follows, Area A was under Arab Palestinian political and security control, Area B was under Arab Palestinian political control and mutual Arab Palestinian and Israeli security control and Area C under Israeli political and security control. Israeli forces and people were forbidden entry into Area A without first receiving Arab Palestinian permission while Arab Palestinians and efforts on their behalf were forbidden from Area C without first receiving Israeli permission. Mahmoud Abbas invited Israeli security forces, specifically their intelligence operations, into Area A in order for them to identify and neutralize Hamas, Islamic Jihad and other terrorist forces who were a threat to the future continued rule by Mahmoud Abbas. This arrangement allowed for Mahmoud Abbas to be rid of those pesky little things such as another Hamas coup except in his neighborhood and not Gaza. But just because Mahmoud Abbas permits Israeli intelligence to operate in conjunction with the Palestinian Protective Force within Area A, that does not keep Mahmoud Abbas and especially the European Union from encroaching upon Area C which is legal Israeli lands and thus institutes, technically, an act of war, an invasion of Israel.

Illegal European Union Structures in Area C Encroaching Upon Israeli Sovereign Lands

Illegal European Union Structures in Area C
Encroaching Upon Israeli Sovereign Lands

There are a pair of other problems, one internal to Israel and the other international in its nature where large roles are played by the Europeans, both its Union and numerous of her independent nations, as well as the rest of the world centered often in the United Nations General Assembly where any and every condemnation of Israel is guaranteed overwhelming passage. We will get past the internal Israeli problem and then proceed to the more problematic and threatening problem posed by the Arab Palestinian intentions going forward with apparent complete and total backing the entire way by the European Union. The Israeli problem is caused by the severe and crippling timidity displayed by her political leaders who have reason to display such an overly cautious approach. The reasons behind their inactions start with a Supreme Court which acts as if it were enforcing the international efforts to destroy Israel than it does as the Supreme Court of the nation of Israel. The Supreme Court in Israel has consisted of not just left-leaning justices, but justices whose politics are so far left as to become an absolute threat to the existence of the State of Israel. The Israeli Supreme Court has often demanded the destruction of entire Jewish neighborhoods on the claim presented by a leftist NGO which had no deed, no Arab owner in court, no proof whatsoever beyond the word of the representatives of an anti-Israel NGO. The same Supreme Court would pressure the politicians forcing the ordered destruction of Jewish homes sometimes before the residents have time to remove their belongings which are destroyed with the house. The Israeli Supreme Court all but refuses to order the destruction of illegal Arab structures, both those built by Arabs, Bedouins and others and those built under the auspices of the European Union. Even when they finally do order the destruction of an illegal Arab house or groups of homes, the politicians show their true timidity and order the case reconsidered or simply hem and haw while not complying with the orders of the Supreme Court and when one adds in the General Staff of the IDF who are equal culprits in this dancing around but never touching any Arab Palestinian structures all in fear of being cast as the horrible meanie who committed an act of such offence against the world’s darlings. The perfect example of the paralysis rampant in the entire Israeli government is perfectly on display when it comes to the illegal Arab and Bedouin outpost Khan al-Ahmar. The Supreme Court ruled it to be destroyed over twenty years ago and between postponements by the Prime Minister or other Ministers or the reluctance of the IDF to actually act if even a puppy-dog would stand in defiance, has left this illegal and abandoned, except when the IDF comes to actually destroy it, outpost which is unsupported by any and all utilities and unlivable in our modern world, standing continued to the time of this writing. All too often, Israel stands as the greatest threat against Israel, and this almost always is the result of being irresolute and insecure always worrying what the rest of the world will think and say.

The interesting thing is the coming and inevitable result of the current European Union building of Arab Palestinian structures, and they have signs printed by the European Union replete with their little circle of stars emblem stating these structures are the property of the European Union and the Palestinian Authority and Arab Palestinians, will lead to a critical point where war will become the sole means to resolve the predicament. We can predict the exact scenario under which such a conflict will be instigated. The world will lay almost the entirety of the blame on the far-right-wing government and specifically the Israeli Prime Minister, referred to as being of the right-wing politically, but also he will be described as a Zionist who, even worse, is a religious man who believes the Bible and is in charge of a religious Zionist right-wing fascist obsessive government which some will go the additional step claiming the Prime Minister envisions establishing a Greater Israel by the Jews carrying this war to its ultimate intended resolution. Any time Israel is forced to defend herself, the reaction is as if Israel massed troops on her borders with her neighbors, broadcast speeches by the Prime Minister threatening to drive the Arabs into Arabia, and united with other nations in the region which share that view, oh, wait, there are no such nations though these same nations uniting to destroy Israel had already occurred three times in history, May of 1948, June of 1967 and October of 1973, all of which failed fortunately. In each of these wars, Israel was either physically attacked by her neighbors or a casus belli for war was committed such as blocking of international seaways to Israeli shipping, more specifically the Straight of Tiran in the Red Sea. Still, the world labels all of these conflicts with names which appear to make the belligerent part Israel and not her Arab neighbors who are sworn to her destruction. But how can building a few structures in Area C lead to a wider war?

The European Union, in concert with European governances, began the building of ‘facts on the ground’ building in Area B which, as mentioned above, was partially controlled by the Palestinian Authority with security being the responsibility of them with Israel providing security and law enforcement. These structures were built without the agreement of Israeli authorities. Most of Area B is now all but completely controlled by the Palestinian Authority with Israel only permitted legal control as it serves to protect the Palestinian Authority from being overthrown as they were in Gaza, much the same as Area A is ruled unofficially. With the predominance of the Arab Palestinians well established now in Area B, the European Union and its facilitators have turned their efforts to Area C, the region belonging to Israel according to the Oslo Accords. These are the same Oslo Accords which these entities use to berate Israel for building Israeli communities in Area C despite their condoning Israeli efforts solely in the region defined as Area C. Much of the efforts by the European Union and friends has been designed to surround Eastern Jerusalem with Arab structures as well as cutting off the roadways upon which the Jewish communities require to have access to the remainder of Israel. The tactics being employed have but one goal in mind, driving the Jews and other Israelis from Eastern Jerusalem and the entirety of the contested lands. We really hate the term contested lands because according to all international law, which has little if anything in common with the views of much of the world towards these regions, all belong completely and totally to Israel. International Law, which is dependent upon such treaties and compacts as the San Remo Conference, the Mandate System, Article 80 of the United Nations Charter, the agreements under the auspices of the League of Nations, the Treaty of Sèvres and other post World War I compacts of international law, all define the easternmost border for Israel with Jordan as the Jordan River (see map below). The Golan Heights also belong to Israel as United Nations Security Council Resolution 242 passed in response to the Six Day War stated two conditions placed upon Israel and her neighbors. The first was that Israel had to return land, not the land, all the land or any other reference demanding Israel return to the pre-June 1967 borders. This document also listed that Israel is entitled to defendable borders. Israel returning the Sinai Peninsula to Egypt fulfilled the land return and did so in spades. The remaining lands actually being debated are the exact lands which provide Israel with defendable borders, the Golan Heights with Syria (what remains of Syria) and the Jordan River with the Jordan River Valley providing one of the most formidable and defendable pieces of land on the planet. This valley could be referred to as the Israel Grand Canyon between her and the Arab world to her east. But the world, except for Donald Trump as far as we know, is hard pressed to permit Israel the retention of lands defined by international law as belonging to Israel and instead is insisting that Israel be forced back to the starting-point for the Six Day War, a prescription for another war if ever there existed such.

A map of Israel should any of the nations of the world actually be honest and truly be seeking peace which can only be attained should Israel have the most defensive borders imaginable.

A map of Israel should any of the nations of the world actually be honest
and truly be seeking peace which can only be attained should Israel
have the most defensive borders imaginable.

So, why are so many of the European nations in concert with the European Union and United Nations General Assembly along with numerous NGOs and United Nations Agencies so insistent that Israel be forced back to what Abba Eban referred to as the Auschwitz Borders and in denying Israel her proper and agreed upon borders according to many numerous agreements reached after World War I, and that is the truth, World War I and not having anything to do with World War II and the Holocaust? Much of the impetus behind these efforts is to push Israel back to where her middle would be a mere nine to fifteen miles wide making it all but impossible for Israel to prevent a thrust at this vulnerable midsection cutting Israel in half and dividing her forces making their coordination nearly impossible. The other reason is geography and preventing Israel from having her given border where the Jordan River Valley would be her natural border preventing invasion. The Jordan River boundary and Golan Heights provide exactly such protection against invasions from the east as is made obvious by the two images below. The strange fact is that these efforts are far from the first efforts to deny Israel her promised lands. Much of the effort to prevent Israel from her rightful borders began almost at the outset of the establishment of Israel after World War I. The main thrust preventing the Jewish State was initially committed by the British in cooperation with the Arab League whereby they continuously denied Jews entry to the lands and encouraged and even forced Arabs to relocate into what would become Israel preventing the Jews from ever attaining a majority. This would have worked if the Mufti of Jerusalem Mohammed Amin al-Husseini had not called for the Arabs to leave Israel such that the invading seven Arab armies on May 15, 1948, could simply wash across the region murdering every person they found as none would be Arab or Muslim. This led to the initial six to seven hundred thousand Arab refugees as when the Arabs failed to destroy Israel, they trapped the Arabs, who obeyed the Mufti’s call, into refugee camps where they and their children on to the fourth generation and counting have been confined ever since breading them on their eventual return to their homes and the slaughter of the Jews upon whose wealth they would be allowed to feed. UNRWA reinforces this and numerous anti-Semitic, anti-Zionist and anti-Israel propaganda in their schools, across their media and further instilled by propaganda posters and murals placed around the camps. We wish to interject one point virtually forgotten by the world, namely, there were over eight-hundred-thousand Jews forced from their homes across the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) world which is controlled by Arab and Muslim leadership.

Jordan Valley and Golan Heights Provide Obviously Defensible Borders of Israel

Jordan Valley and Golan Heights Provide Obviously Defensible Borders of Israel

These efforts in Area C by the European Union and European nations often gains support from the United Nations and its various agencies. UNESCO has declared that all of Jerusalem is an Arab holy site and has no religious or other connection to the Jews. Such a statement predicates on history starting in any region immediately after Arab and Muslim forces conquer that region. This is a very handy way the Arab and much of the Muslim world define history. The only history which accounts for a region is that written by the Arab or Muslim forces and historians. Such a view discounts the history contained in the Bible, negates all of Christianity in the MENA region and not just Judaism. This version of history is the result of the Supersessionism practiced initially by Christians to permit their replacing Judaism as the chosen people’s religion and then practiced by the Islamic conquerors of the MENA region and into Spain, Portugal and on into Southeastern Europe with one added point, that Muhammad would be the final prophet of Allah. Jewish prophesy lasted during the earliest periods through Kings Saul, David and Solomon before coming to a close. Those were the prophets of Hashem according to the Old Testament. The Quran decided that tens of centuries later there would be another prophet, this time from Allah. The videos below are of two sessions of the United Nations Human Rights Council featuring the address by the representative of United Nations Watch, Hillel Neuer, one year apart concerning the targeting of Israel and only Israel by the commission.

Perhaps it is time to reach the inevitable conclusion of where the European Union building program will end. It did not end where they might have had legal rights to aid in Arab construction of Area B and instead continued right on into Area C impinging on Israeli lands as defined in the Oslo Accords. This is the same Oslo Accords which are constantly used to define as the sole solution to the Arab-Israeli (Jewish) problem as being the ‘Two State Solution’ ignoring that this has already been enacted, Jordan was the Arab State and Israel the Jewish State. The problem with that solution, as far as these efforts prove, is that it included the Jewish State, the one nation in the world which has its borders ignored and existence continuously threatened. When the same documents define the prevention against Arab building reserving areas for Israeli use, which would include Jews, Arab, Bedouins, Druze and all Israelis without regard to any restrictions, suddenly the Oslo Accords do not prevent expanding constructions as long as they are Arab. When a Jew would add a simple patio to their backyard, some NGO would go to the Israeli Supreme Court to get such an expansion of Jewish construction destroyed and even attempt to have the house destroyed as additional punishment for crossing the edicts in the Oslo Accords. Meanwhile, the European Union is establishing these Arab structures which until recently were not provided with utilities or roads, but the European Union has wizened up and now paves roads and attempts to provide at least some basic utilities. The Palestinian Authority has forced some of their citizens to relocate into the homes being built by the European Union even when they lack some or even all utilities. This is done so they can prevent the destruction of these facilities as they know their enemy, Israel, is actually compassionate and would try not to destroy homes of innocents with no ties to terrorism. The question becomes, what will happen once they have established complete hegemony of Area C?

If the past is any reference to future actions, then it is obvious what will ensue. The European Union and its supporting states will recognize Palestine with its capital in Eastern Jerusalem but without denoting its border with Israel. This is because the European Union and far too many others recognize the Palestinian Arab claim to all of Israel and only begrudgingly recognize Israel if at all. Slowly but inexorably, the European Union would begin to build outside the Green Line but within the Security Barrier. With time, the European Union building would require the dismantling of the Security Barrier anywhere it is beyond the Green Line. This would lead to the continued demolition of the Security Barrier section by section. In its place would be further construction which would slowly encroach upon what is presumably universally recognized Israel proper. This building process would continue reaching further and further into Israel likely headed in two directions, one across the Negev towards Gaza and the other into the Galilee taking the rich farmlands which lie there. This would start slowly taking baby steps so as not to alarm the majority of Israelis living in the larger cities and thus unaffected. With time the lack of protest beyond that of formal complaints by the Israeli government and Prime Minister, two items one is free to ignore as far as the United Nations is concerned and supported by dozens if not hundreds of NGOs, the rate of illegal land acquisition would start to increase to the point where it would become a main point of the religious-Zionist political wing. This would be an issue which once it became obvious that the object was the end of Israel which would gain traction in the Israeli populous. The problem is that even should the Supreme Court, even International Courts, decide to address the European Union and Palestinian Authority land theft, the destruction of a single building would result in such a tumult on the world stage that it would be slowed to the point of ineffectiveness against what would by then be rampant European Union and Palestinian Authority construction.

That leads to the final question, how could Israel prevent the complete erasure of her as a nation facing such a formidable threat? The unfortunate answer is not very appetizing nor a solution one could easily order. Still, eventually, the Israeli Prime Minister and his Security Cabinet would have their hand forced and the European Union would be informed that should their activities continue, they would be prevented and pealed back by active interventions conducted by the IDF and other enforcement agencies of the Israeli government. There might even be sufficient indignation throughout much of the population that a complete claiming of the rightful borders might be demanded by the voting populace at the next election. This would include either forcing all the Arabs across the Jordan River or over the Golan Heights, their choice between Jordan or Syria, and all the lands up to the Jordan River and half way across being returned to its rightful owner, Israel. The Jordan River was the eastern border for the State of Israel at dawn of May 15, 1948 until more than six Arab armies (Jordan, Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Yemen) captured regions which belonged rightfully to the Jewish State. These were Gaza illegally occupied by Egypt, Judea and Samaria (West Bank) occupied by Jordan and the western face of the Golan Heights illegally occupied by Syria. Israel liberated these lands while also gaining the entirety of the Sinai Peninsula during the Six Day War. Should the European Union building continue apace and extend, as it appears they will actually plan to do, into Israel proper and begin to uproot Israelis from their lands and residences, the only solution would be to threaten the European Union and Palestinian Authority that they are placing themselves in danger of facing an active front which could easily turn into warfare. We expect that neither the European Union nor Palestinian Authority will take the cautionary message and will continue to press their illegal land acquisition until forcibly prevented from continuing. Pressing things too far until they become tantamount to an invasion and require being treated as such. Where it might be considered insane for Israel to threaten taking on the entirety of the European Union, one need remember that the European Union is largely a trade union which also sets currency rates and not a military outfit completely dependent upon voluntary provisional troops from its member states. The European Union has never declared war, never fought a war and never had war declared against it. The European Union is completely dependent upon NATO and the decisions made by NATO for their protection and NATO is largely the United States. This might not be in the favor of Israel in the not too distant future as half the American populace are supportive of a party which does not favor Israel. Such a conflict, should the European Union attempt to garner allies to assist their erasure of Israel, would most surely escalate and, at what point it might be halted by the relatively sane individuals left in the world being unknown, very well lead to another devastating world at war where all the weapons of mankind would assuredly be launched. This would be a war of truly beyond Biblical proportions and the end results are described in both the New Testament and Old Testament and even in the Quran, Viking legends, Indian Hindu texts and possibly in Buddhist texts and beyond. Even the Native American tribes included such scenarios in their records as have virtually all races, religions and other groups universally. One might wisely take such texts as describing a series of recently passed events or resulting from the writings and traditions handed down through the ages referring to these events where an advanced society tore itself asunder with weapons and needless acrimony resulting in a reset of humankind. Some believe such has happened repeatedly in human history and we would hope we might skip the destroy the world period in our future, but that is dependent upon everyone realizing what could result from another world at war eating its technology and infrastructure apart to the point that merely a few hundred thousand humans survive the final battle worldwide. Maybe, but no one can be completely sure what will come, but why tempt fate directly when simply living up to your word as recorded in historic documents adequately define, like the Jordan River being the eastern border of Israel. Would that be so difficult? We know the answer for the European Union and so many who back them is a resounding, of course it is difficult, as doing so provides the Jews with a nation, and as we all know, the Jews are the world’s conscience and must be destroyed. Then we all can live unbothered by them.

Why the World Concentrates on Israel

We will limit this discussion to the modern Israel leaving out the three-thousand plus years since Avraham, the forefather of the Jewish People who are descended from the Hebrews who were brought out of Egypt with Moses. Zionism has much to do with the rebirth of Israel and where as the Zionist Movement was something new, Zionism defined as the desire by the Jewish People to return to their native homelands as defined in Tanach, the Torah, as the lands between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea, has existed from when Joseph was taken to Egypt until Moses led the people to the Promised Land and again from the start of the Babylonian Exile until Cyrus the Great permitted the Jewish People to return and rebuild the Temple and again starting with the Roman dispersions, the first dispersion around the year 70 A.D. and the second dispersion around the year 130 A.D. causing the Jews to become the Diaspora. Modern Zionism was driven by a long held desire for Hashem to do again what he had already done twice in the history of the Jewish People, send a savior. The first savior was well known, Moses, the man who also gave the Jews their law, the Ten Commandments and the entire Torah. The second savior came from an unexpected place, a conqueror who vanquished the Babylonian Empire bringing in its place the Persian Empire; yet Cyrus saw to allow the Jews to run their lives as an autonomous region for as long as they paid their tribute. Then for century after century which became millennia, almost two millennia and still no savior.

Then the idea came and was championed by a few very strong and determined individuals. For a list of these impassioned men and women one can go here. They wrote, petitioned, bargained and finally found a great ally in Lord Balfour, the British Foreign Secretary and author of the Balfour Declaration. This came after World War I as part of a great reestablishing of indigenous rights and a redrawing of the maps of Europe, the Middle East and North Africa would come the San Remo Conference, the Treaty of Sèvres, the Versailles Treaty and the Mandate System. Part of this resulted in the defining once again of a Jewish homeland between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea. The League of Nations placed the name of that world body behind the Mandate System and this was further endorsed as enforceable by the United Nations which recognized it as still valid in Article 80 of the United Nations Charter. Finally, on May 15, 1948 the nation of Israel was declared and came into being. Within hours, Arab armies of six nations and several militias attacked the new nation of Israel pouring over every border. Nearly two years later an Armistice was signed with the expressed insistence by the Arab parties that none of the lines drawn could ever be used to define any border with Israel, their idea. The Jewish People lost Gaza to Egypt as well as Judea and Samaria to Jordan. When peace was reached with Egypt, they relinquished their possession of Gaza and when peace was reached with Jordan, they relinquished any claims to what they renamed the West Bank, the original Judea and Samaria.

The world had a slow change of heart concerning the Jewish State which steadily attempted to assure there were always more Arabs than Jews in the lands designated to become Israel, something which prevented the Jews being murdered by the Nazis from having anyplace to which to run. There was a connection between the Holocaust and the founding of Israel, but it was never a direct connection. The connection was simply that the Europeans and the allied powers from World War II were so shocked and filled with guilt by the horrifying findings in the concentration camps that they were silenced and anti-Semitism took a brief holiday. There were claims made by hopeful and overly optimistic Jews and Christians alike that the horrors of the concentration camps would vanquish anti-Semitism permanently. Unfortunately, that was not the case, as anti-Semitism was never even dented by the events of World War II in the Islamic world. That anti-Semitism of the Islamic world, specifically the Arab and the Persian Islamic worlds, the hearts of the Shiite and Sunni Islamic centers in the world has grown through several defeats as they smashed into Israel in attempts to destroy what they consider the accursed Zionist entity which has stolen Islamic lands, what they call an Islamic Waqf, a holy defined area which having once belonged to Islam must never be permitted to leave the domains of Islam. Spain shares this curse, as it was once Andalusia and a part of the Caliphate. The same is true of the Balkans and certain regions of China, India, Russia and the Philippines as they were once a part of the Islamic conquests.

The British never lost their anti-Semitism and as the holders of the Mandate attempted to prevent Israel from ever coming into existence through forcing Arabs to be relocated into the area which was to be Israel preventing any Jewish majority. But between Arabs revolting against British rule and the Jews revolting against British rule, the British decided that enough was enough, satisfied that once they had left the Arabs would solve their Jewish problem and deny the Jews ever successfully making their nation. There were even British working assisting the Arab forces. What was somewhat astonishing were the Nazis working together with the Arabs to erase the Jewish State. The desire to bring an end to the State of Israel has grown in Europe since day one and now reached a point where the European Union is building substandard communities with improper plumbing, limited water, no waste management and all in a concerted effort to deny the Jews the lands promised them by international law. Any claim that the Jewish State and the Jewish People do not have clear and complete claim to the lands between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea are lies used to attempt to bring down and destroy the Jewish State.

Military experts have all agreed that should Israel be forced from Judea and Samaria that the nation will become indefensible and that it will mean that the Jews will be forced from the central area including Tel Aviv, as rockets will be able to be poured down with directly observable adjustment of trajectories making the entire area uninhabitable. This will cut the nation into halves which will be able to be defeated easily. Further, all of the Israeli airports, civilian and military will be within easy range for artillery should the lands of Judea and Samaria, also known as the West Bank, be turned over to Arab Palestinians. Further, once Iran or any other hostile Arab country acquires nuclear weapons, then Israel will be facing threat of nuclear annihilation should they respond to such Arab attacks from these lands militarily. Only having the entirety of the lands between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea can Israel use the Jordan Valley (see image below) as a defensive barrier against land attack and make direct threat to the population sufficiently difficult that any nations attempting such would be in obvious violation of Israeli borders and thus having committed an act of war by all definitions.

Cutaway View of Tactical Advantage and Necessity of the Jordan Valley and Judean Hills for Defending Coastal Plains and Israel Alongside the Mediterranean Sea

Cutaway View of Tactical Advantage and Necessity
of the Jordan Valley and Judean Hills for Defending
Coastal Plains and Israel Alongside the Mediterranean Sea

Israel today is facing two opposing movements throughout the world. What is truly astonishing is that these opposing forces exist in numerous nations. The developed world is very interested in the Israeli hi-tech sector and the discoveries and inventions of what is known as Start-Up Nation. Medical institutions and physicians worldwide depend on Israeli breakthroughs, surgical techniques, breakthrough drugs and other medical advances. In Africa, a number of communities are dependent upon Israeli technologies for their clean water and agricultural developments and techniques for increased crop yields not to mention the medical assistance Israel provides. Everywhere on the globe willing to accept Israeli assistance, whenever there are natural or unnatural disasters such as earthquake, volcano, tornado, typhoon, nuclear meltdown or anything you care to name, the Israeli IDF dispatch units who are often specialists trained for the difficulties faced on the ground as well as specialists for those special cases. Yet, in some of these very nations are governments who in the United Nations support any and every denunciations of Israel whenever the opportunity presents itself. In people I believe some would call it schizophrenia, with nations it is called diplomacy. On one hand, they benefit from many things which Israel does and then they condemn Israel for whatever she does or does not do or those items which she is accused of and despite all knowing her innocence, she is condemned just because they can condemn her. We attempted to talk about an idea whose time will come; it is just a matter of when. If only the world would leave Israel alone and allow her, unmolested, to finally make real peace and find a means for allowing the Arabs within her legal borders a choice; semi autonomy, relocation to their former home country or other nation willing to absorb them with a healthy relocation bonus provided to assist their futures in return for their not returning to Israel ever, or another yet undiscovered solution which can never be found as long as the world breathlessly constantly attempts to use the Arab world to destroy the Jewish state calling it the peace process. We only care to place one last item before you for consideration; why is it a requirement for the United Nations Human Rights Council to condemn Israel for any reason either general or specific as a permanent part of their meeting itinerary, their permanent schedule. It has reached such a twisted point that Nikki Haley says United States may leave UN Human Rights Council over ‘anti-Israel bias’ which would only serve as a useless gesture.

A greater resolve would lead to the disbanding of what has become a less than perfect tool obsessed with destroying the Jewish state and being utilized as a tool for the anti-Semites disguised as anti-Zionists of the world, and they are Legion. Why is the world so obsessed with Israel and destroying the Jewish state and then the Jewish People if permitted the opportunity. There is one thing which makes all these efforts possibly futile, and it is what has allowed Israel to survive as they did against all odds in 1948 and again in 1967 and 1973 and continued to survive ever since. How was it that Israel was predicted in the Old Testament, Isaiah 66:7-8, to become a nation in a single day. Below are the words in context where they speak of things but in verse eight, it tells of Israel being reborn in a single day in almost straightforward language. The prophet Isaiah lived 740-681 B.C.E. which was over two and a half millennia ago and stated a reality which became true on May 15, 1948, how could one doubt that Israel will be protected as promised as well, that this is the final and permanent return of the Jewish People to their homeland promised to Avraham, Isaac and Yaakov? Israel can be the greatest gift and benefit to all of mankind as Hashem promised, she just requires she be given the opportunity. Israel desires not more land than what was promised to Avraham, the land between the Jordan River and the Mediterranean Sea, no more and no less. Give Israel a chance and she will produce for humanity as she promised. She is largely responsible for much of cell phone technology, security software and medical and science breakthroughs and if these do not grab your attention, then remember that Israel gave the world cherry tomatoes.

5. Hearken to the word of the Lord, who quake at His word, “Your brethren who hate you, who cast you out, said, “For the sake of my name, the Lord shall be glorified,” but we will see your joy, and they shall be ashamed.
6. There is a sound of stirring from the city, a sound from the Temple, the voice of the Lord, recompensing His enemies.
7. When she has not yet travailed, she has given birth; when the pang has not yet come to her, she has been delivered of a male child.
8. Who heard [anything] like this? Who saw [anything] like these? Is a land born in one day? Is a nation born at once, that Zion both experienced birth pangs and bore her children?
9. “Will I bring to the birth stool and not cause to give birth?” says the Lord. “Am I not He who causes to give birth, now should I shut the womb?” says your God.
10. Rejoice with Jerusalem and exult in her all those who love her: rejoice with her a rejoicing, all who mourn over her.

Palestinian Elections Cancelled Again and Why

There was little if any surprise when the local elections in the Arab Palestinian Authority Areas and Gaza were cancelled. We understood that the probable results would very likely place Hamas representatives elected over anyone thought to be acting under orders from the Palestinian Authority (PA). The elections were shaping up to be a vote of no confidence over the lack of any real and meaningful progress towards peace with Israel. The reality would be something far different as wherever the PA currently ruled the elections would favor Hamas and in Hamas controlled areas there would be internecine killing as well. The groups of Arab populations who live under either the PA or Hamas would be seeking new leadership and this would necessarily start at the local areas. The problem is that neither the PA nor Hamas can allow their citizenry to elect people from the other side. As each is not exactly popular whence they rule, neither would consider elections to be to their advantage. Further, both sides have good reason to suspect the elections on the other side would be tainted and that the reality would come down to who counted the votes, not who cast them. That is the real reason the elections were cancelled, neither side was willing to subject the local political base under each respective population to be allowed openly to vote for the representatives in their own neighborhoods. Had the elections gone forward there would have necessarily been bloodshed as part of the campaign on both sides in an attempt to strengthen their grip on their respective areas. Hamas representatives and candidates would be arrested in Judea and Samaria to ensure they would have no direct effect upon the elections and Hamas would remedy their problem in a similar manner just with less media attention.

Israel also has reason to be relieved as the elections were poised to give Hamas large areas of control in Judea and Samaria. Hamas would have retained their control over local governance in Gaza by any means necessary which would have resulted in murders of any remaining PA sympathizers. Similar actions would take place where the PA rules except Hamas sympathizers would have simply been jailed and not permitted to vote and the most adamant of the Hamas representatives would have met with a fatal accident. Further, should these local elections have occurred, then both sides would have taken drastic and direct actions to retain their control. The rulers in Gaza, Hamas, and Judea and Samaria, the PA, have both become quite unpopular to a large segment if not a majority of their constituents for similar reasons. Where there being no hope of any final peace with Israel, a governance of Kleptocrats stealing them blind and no peace talks by the PA being scheduled and no reconstruction instead of tunnel building in Gaza has made both segments of their populations ready to demand change. The change might also take the form of local leaders more willing to work with the Israelis than with their respective governments and possibly even demanding relief from either Hamas or PA rule. There is far too much money being siphoned off by both sides to permit any threat to their road to untold wealth. The most obvious recipients of said siphoned funds are Mahmoud Abbas, Khaled Mashal and Ismail Haniyeh respectively; multimillionaire or potentially billionaires all (see picture below).

The concept that there is no money to be made in terrorism has been proven time and again to be a fallacy. For the terrorists presumably fighting against Israel, fighting against the Jews and their Jewish State, the world is willing to spend an unlimited amount of money to undo what they believe was their biggest mistake ever, the founding of Israel. Israel was founded under the premise that the Arab forces would remove it immediately after it was founded and they got the united Arab States surrounding Israel (Syria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Yemen and various militia forces, plus the Mufti of Jerusalem’s forces, the precursors to Hamas and PA) to all attack Israel as stated yesterday with the map below. These combined forces had some initial success but were soon being repulsed requiring the world to demand ceasefire after ceasefire allowing the Arab Armies which were in disarray to regroup. Each time the results were the same, initial Arab gains due to surprise as they were breaking the truce and Israeli forces were presumably in stand-down rather than combat modes.

The Israelis still managed to turn things around rapidly and had the fighting been permitted to last longer it became obvious that the Jews would regain all the areas they had not had control after the initial burst on the morning of May 15, 1948 immediately after the British pulled out and presumably before the Israelis had gotten organized into some form of command structure tying all the disparate defensive groups together. The final result left Syria in command of the high ground of the Golan Heights, Egypt holding Gaza and Jordan occupying Judea and Samaria which they annexed illegally and renamed it something less Jewish, namely the West Bank. All of these territories were liberated by Israel in the Six Day War forced by massed troops on both northern and southern borders and the eventual joining the futile effort of Egypt and Syria despite Israeli pleas for them to remain out of the hostilities, thus allowing Israel to liberate the large areas of Judea and Samaria. The world is still pressing to force Israel back to the perilous 1949 Armistice Lines which with modern weaponry is completely indefensible while the movement for Israel to simply annex all of Judea and Samaria would leave Israel defendable with the Jordan River, Dead Sea and Golan Heights as her eastern borders (see maps below).

With an Israel midsection cut back to the mere nine miles would allow for any new Arab invasion force to immediately cut Jerusalem from Tel Aviv making any forces or Israelis left in Jerusalem facing a similarly deadly situation as they were in 1948 when the identical strike was made and only through a herculean effort were Israeli forces able to reconnect to Jerusalem in the final days, actually hours, before the Armistice Lines were set as the front lines of contiguous forces, the reason a breakthrough to Jerusalem to relieve those still holed up there and make some claim to this holiest of Jewish cities. After cutting off Jerusalem the heart of Israel could be bombarded by direct and indirect fire from atop the Judean Hills western ledge which rises fifteen-hundred to over twenty-five-hundred feet overlooking the coastal plains below. Tel Aviv and even its central district with the tallest buildings in Israel are all clearly seen from the heights. Further, even today the old adage of he with the high ground had the advantage holds some validity. The damage which could be unloaded simply using mortars, light artillery and tank fire for fifteen to thirty minutes would prove devastating even should Israel then repulse the assaulting forces. One would not need to rely on rockets or even use aircraft to devastate Israel from the Judean Hills (they are actually mountains as seen in images below).

By now the reasoning on why Israel must annex all of the West Bank including all of Jerusalem is far more clear and when one adds in the defensibility of the Jordan River and accompanying Valley, which must be climbed by any invading force including armor, the reasons become even more evident (see map from Jordan Valley to the Mediterranean Sea below). Giving away the high ground and the defensive virtual wall, which is the Jordan River Valley from which there are at most five passes allowing traveling to the heart of Israel, and it becomes even more vitally obvious.

Finally, back to the cancelled local election for all of the Palestinian Arabs under both the PA in Judea and Samaria and Hamas in Gaza and why this is simply the final nail in any potential for peace with Israel. First and foremost it must be stressed and stressed until it is fully understood everywhere, Israel had nothing to do with the cancelling of the elections. Mahmoud Abbas and the Fatah political arm of the PLO who also is President of the PA, simply put Abbas rules every possible entity controlling the PA areas, he cancelled the elections claiming difficulty in oversight in Gaza and other miscellaneous reasons. Hamas immediately followed up claiming they were postponing the Gaza elections as well. Abbas had already claimed he was cancelling the elections for all of the Palestinian Arab areas. Still, Hamas had to interject their control over Gaza as they cannot permit the PA or Fatah or any other organization where Abbas rules to make any decisions for Gaza. So Hamas rules Gaza except where Islamic Jihad and even Islamic State decide they are going to go rogue and fire rockets and mortars at Israel. This places Hamas in a tight squeeze as anything they do to end the shooting at Israel makes them appear to be doing the IDF’s job of policing any attacks on Israel. The groups who would challenge Hamas for control in Gaza already have labeled Hamas as Israeli border guards.

Meanwhile the PA rules with Hamas elected to the parliament but their representatives are not permitted to attend meetings from Gaza. There are also Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Islamic State amongst others who are all prepared to shoot it out in Judea and Samaria to unseat Fatah and take over the PA. Then there are the least fortunate from amongst the Arab Palestinians from Judea, Samaria or Gaza who simply desire peace and to get on with a normal life. They would love to increase their cash flow and be as wealthy as are the Israelis. They also know they must never utter even the slightest expression of dissatisfaction with whichever group rules their little corner in “Hell,” be it Judea, Samaria or Gaza. So we have the terrorists who if they are of rank are well paid and living high. If they are the family of a Shahada, a Martyr, then they will receive a salary commensurate with the numbers of Israelis their family member murdered and injured and how serious were the injuries. If one committed a terror act and survived and were arrested, they too receive payments while in prison and their family once they are out. This payment too is commensurate with the numbers of Israelis they murdered and injured and how serious were the injuries. These payments are often higher, sometimes by multiples as high as six times, than the salaries of the PA workers who have jobs in the governing bodies. They make more than the members of the police force and many of these terrorists who have blood on their hands for murdering Israelis are also police officers and usually higher ranking members of their enforcement services. Then there is Force 17 started way back by Yasser Arafat. These fighters, almost all terrorists, often convicted but released in one of those thousands for a single Israeli, and receive healthy salaries. If you are starting to believe that the most profitable business a family can easily build would be to sacrifice a few of the more troublesome children in terror suicide bombings or other terror attack pretty much guaranteed to end with their death, and then the family is rewarded and no longer need worry about working. Where does all this money come from to pay these terrorists’ families? Where else, the United Nations through United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) which gets their funds mostly from the United States, European Union and various European governments. The United States, European Union and various European governments also give hundreds of millions to the PA, who passes knowingly half the monies to Hamas as protection as well for them to carry out attacks, of which a fair share is given to the terrorists and their families. But these funds are paid only as long as no money is diverted to terrorist activities, is that the claim? Well, it appears that everybody involved has agreed to accept Mahmoud Abbas assurances given while meeting once each year at the General Assembly of the United Nations opening ceremonies where Abbas gives a speech to a standing ovation and the Prime Minister of Israel also gives a speech at which point well over two-thirds of the representatives walk out. What was the question about funds not being used for terror again? Trust that nobody cares in all honesty and it is all a farcical circus where nobody in Israel is amused outside of some diehard leftists.

So, who does one talk to in order to establish a viable and terror-free Palestinian State? Even dropping the terror-free part, who is the one representing the majority of Palestinians? Even more poignant, who does one talk to who represents the Palestinians who want to build a working democratic state free of Kleptocrats who steal everything that is not nailed down? The answer to all the above questions is the same, nobody on the face of the earth outside of the supporters for Israel and the few Arabs stuck under the oppressive rule of either Hamas or the PA really care. The idea of a Palestinian State is simply a visor hiding the multitude of Arabs who back the destruction of Israel and a second Holocaust despite many not believing there ever was a first Holocaust. Here is where it starts to get confusing. Also desiring the end of Israel are the multitude of European Union and European government political leaders, rank and file and many moneyed interests which include George Soros for one and many others all who share the concept that the biggest mistake Europe ever made was the formation of Israel.

They reject Israel because it stands for the Jews who represent Torah and morality and the rule of law over the rule of men. Of course all these people desiring the end of Israel view themselves as part of the men part who rule the world from above all laws. Israel represents man’s covenant with Hashem and thus represent Hashem Whose Law is absolute and stands above all mankind. There are those in the United States who would also love little more than to be rid of Israel. This includes President Obama, Socialist Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton, and a host of other extreme left-wingers and extreme right-wingers. We are speaking of the Pat Buchanan, Lew Rockwell, and the late Joseph Sobran. As we have pointed out before repeatedly, the Democrat National Convention for the past four and possibly six or longer have voted against placing any reference to Hashem or standing with Israel or that their Capital City be Jerusalem. They are against moving the United States Embassy to Jerusalem, but they have a consulate in Jerusalem to service Palestinians though it is located safely deep within Western Jerusalem, the newer parts of the city and not near the Temple Mount or East Jerusalem.

Yes, there are conspiracies which have as their aim the termination of the State of Israel and many would really appreciate following that up with making the final solution a done deed most foul. There have been such people ever since the Israelites received Torah at Mount Sinai. The first to try and harm the Israelites after they had left Egypt was the Amalekites (if memory serves me) who preyed on the weak, the feeble, the old and those who were unable to keep up the pace and straggled behind. It was this unkind opportunism amongst other deeds so foul that the Israelites are instructed to never forget Amalek and to be prepared for them in every generation. This name became the reference for anyone who plagued the Israelites and eventually the Jews. We are also warned that in every generation there will be one who rises up against us. I may not speak for all Israelis and especially not for all Jews, but I have beseeched Hashem to please make it just one. Still, the promise to the Zionist Congress was the Jordan River was to be our eastern border and still is under international law. We gave away our claim to Gaza, so that is gone for as long as they desire to live in peace.

We should also offer to allow the PA and their people, the Arab Palestinians, to make the choice we are to proffer to the Canaanites. We will allow them some lands and as long as they live there in peace and obey the Seven Noahic Codes we will live at peace with them. They may choose to leave at which point we wish them well and will not follow after them for any reason and especially not to do them harm for they left in peace. Finally, if none of these are acceptable and they instead choose war, they need to understand the full ramifications of that act. Choosing war is an absolute choice and we will war with them until every last man, woman, child, cattle, crops and stores have been utterly destroyed. This is done so that we cannot be accused of making such a war for gains of their properties, thus we destroy everything leaving nothing for us to gain. The land was already ours and they resided amongst us under stipulation that they reside peaceably and obey the Noahic Code. It is understandable that they will refuse that offer but a percentage may come to us and surrender desiring to live amongst us as we require and make themselves separate from those who desire complete war. That will be a difficult decision which will not likely be mine to make, bless Hashem for that favor. Were I to be in that position I would likely take them at their word but warn them that if even one were to break the agreement they would all pay as they had now been warned twice. But as things stand, there is no one person with whom any peace can be established. Abbas has adamantly exclaimed that the only peace he will accept is Israel destroyed and an Islamic State to be built on the ashes of the Jewish people who were slaughtered to the last one. This is the creed by which Abbas rules, this plus speaking at every opportunity declaring that the Palestinians must cleanse the land and the earth itself of the Jews such that all others may live as they please. What is the real shame is Abbas sees nothing wrong with what he demands and believes that by murdering the Jews he will reach a greater salvation. He believes that his religion demands such of him and the Muslim peoples. Those are not beliefs of a person with whom any form of peace can be attained and is the final nail in the coffin of the two state solution as almost everyone has decided to follow Abbas descending to the most base form of humanity short of cannibalism, genocide.
