The Arab Compromise to the Conflict

In early September of 1967, after the Arab defeat in the Six Day War, the Arab League released their Khartoum Resolution which could be boiled down to its central concept, the Three No’s; No peace with Israel, No recognition of Israel, No negotiations with Israel. This was after Egyptian, Syrian, Jordanian and other Arab news reports had claimed their offensive against Israel was a huge success and they would have taken Tel Aviv if only the world had not forced them to pull back. The reality was something entirely different as Israel had defeated the Arab armies on every front. Against the Egyptians, the Israelis had liberated Gaza, which Egypt had illegally held since the 1948-9 Arab War to eliminate Israel as well as taking control of the entirety of the Sinai Peninsula. Against the Jordanians, the Israelis liberated eastern Jerusalem including the Old City and Temple Mount along with the areas of Judea and Samaria, which Jordan had held illegally and moved thousands of Jordanians into the region to Arabize it and they called it the West Bank as that sounded far less Jewish than Judea and Samaria. Against Syria, Israel took control of the Golan Heights bringing an end to the constant harassment using sniper fire, artillery and rockets fired into the Israeli towns, kibbutzim and farm lands which the Golan Heights overlooked. Once more, in October of 1973 the Arab nations of Egypt and Syria attempted once again to destroy the Jewish State and after initial gains were routed once again with only the world demands preventing Israel from taking Damascus, Cairo and Alexandria. By the end of the Yom Kippur War, the borders returned to the armistice lines established after the Six Day War, (see map below).

These were the results of the first three wars the Arab world waged against Israel. Israel, in the 1948-9 was often called the winner simply because she was not destroyed. The world likes to refer to this as the Israeli War of Independence. The reality was that when Israel announced their independence, which was recognized by most of the world on May 15, 1948 (Israel announced their independence as of sunset of May 14, 1948 as Israeli day begins at sunset of the evening before and not at midnight. This war was predicted so succinctly by Azzam Pasha, Secretary-General of the Arab League at that time who stated, “It will be a war of annihilation. It will be a momentous massacre in history that will be talked about like the massacres of the Mongols or the Crusades.” It turns out that he was slightly overly-optimistic about their success. Israel was not supposed to have been capable of withstanding an assault by six Arab Armies bolstered by numerous militias. Still, Israel lost Gaza to Egypt and the greater parts of Judea and Samaria to the Jordanians. It actually took a daring assault in the final hours for Israel to have been enabled to retain Western regions of Jerusalem and a roadway connecting the area to the main body of the remainder of Israel. During all of these wars, there was absolutely no nation called Palestine and previous to this, the term Palestinian was most often used to describe the Jews. The Arabs were referred to as Arabs or as Jordanian, Egyptian, Syrian, Iraqi, Saudi or whatever Arab nations their names indicated. It was before this war that the Mufti of Jerusalem announced that all Arabs should leave the regions where the Jews were so the invading Arab armies could simply slaughter everyone they would come across. There were over half a million Arabs who responded and fled to behind the Arab armies. After their failure to destroy Israel and kill every Jew, the Arabs immediately placed these Arabs, and any others who had fled to their side during the fighting, into camps and have held them there along with their progeny demanding that they be repatriated into Israel using this as a different means of destroying the Jewish State. These are the Palestinian refugees which there is so much arguing over their having been dispossessed. We discussed this in greater depth in our article “Israel Never Placed a Single Arab in a Refugee Camp.” These Arabs are the unfortunate victims of a society which refuses to admit the right of the Jews to their own nation in their ancestral homelands. The reason the Arabs provide is simple, once lands have been ruled by Islam, they must never be permitted to fall or return to any other rule. With Israel, this becomes a double problem for them as they regard Jews to be inferior and incapable of self-rule and as a people, if they ever recognize Jews as actual people, requiring the kind hand of Islamic rule. That kind hand of Islamic rule deported over eight-hundred-thousand Jews from their lands between 1950 and around 1960. The vast majority of these Jews had no place to go as Europe and the remainder of the Western World refused to allow them to immigrate into their countries just as the world had closed their doors to the Jews during World War II leaving them at the mercies of the Shoah. Where does everyone think these Jews went? Well, listening to the youth on Western College campuses, they claim that Israel was made up of only Jews from Europe and they will refuse to believe the truth, that half of the Israeli population came from the Middle East, North Africa and other places around the world completely away from the Western World. When anti-Semites claim that the Jews can simply return to their nations of origin, well, two things, first is Israel is our nation of origin and second, half came from countries who would murder them as soon as they attempted to return as they are parts of the Islamic Arab world.

Why is it that when people challenge the right of the nation of Israel to exist, it is referred to as anti-Semitism. That is actually more easily explained than accepted. The reality is that if the only nation one claims has no right for self determination is the only Jewish nation and no other nation is decried the right to exist, then you are making your accusation based on a single point, that Israel is the home of the Jewish People. When one claims that if a Jew supports Israel, then they are guilty of dual-loyalties and one does not make the same claim against Japanese, Germans, Australians, Russians, Chinese and the rest of the world, then you are making your denial of equal rights about the Jews. There are a number of means for testing if the claim you are going to make about Israel is anti-Semitic or true criticism, simply replace Israel and Israeli with any other groups or minority. Change Israel to gay or lesbian or Hispanic and if it then sounds sexist or racist, then your attack on Israel or Israelis is probably more anti-Semitic than true criticism. Then there are the claims which are simply ridiculous if one were to go so far as to honestly think what their saying through. One obvious accusation is that the Israelis use the IDF to murder Palestinians whenever they have an opportunity. If this statement were true, does anybody honestly believe there would still be a conflict and Palestinians left to protest and carry out terror strikes? Another was the claim that Israel was to be held responsible for the Honor Killings in Gaza and the Palestinian Authority regions which Israel allows the Arab relative to full autonomy and Israel does not enforce laws or even enter the regions under semi-autonomous Arab rule. The picture below shows a sign placed at the entrance to the Palestinian Arab semiautonomous region in Judea and Samaria and it is quite strict and accurate in the warnings. There are no similar signs for the Arabs entering Israel though they are often required to pass through a checkpoint, something quite ordinary when entering a foreign nation as the Palestinian Arabs are not Israeli citizens.

The continuing rise of anti-Semitism around the globe will never lead to a resolution of the Arab Israeli Conflict. The first thing one need understand is that Israel has accepted any number of solutions which the Arabs have rejected. Israel accepted the original plan by the United Nations General Assembly, against the promises of Article 80 of the UN Charter, to divide the lands west of the Jordan River evenly which the Arab League rejected opting for the 1948-9 war to annihilate Israel and her Jews. Israel has accepted a series of offers all of which were turned down by the Arabs and immediately followed with an Intifada or increased terrorist bombings. The problem goes back to the Khartoum Resolution and the fact that the Arabs will only accept a solution where the Jews do not rule themselves, Israel is erased, and they get to decide what the eventual result will be for the Israeli Jews and other non-Islamic minorities. As for what would be done with the Jews, we need look no further than to what Azzam Pasha, Secretary-General of the Arab League predicted would be the result when the Arabs defeated the Jews in 1948, something which blessedly did not happen as the Israelis, though losing land, remained viable though precariously close to indefensible. Further, the reason the world insists that Israel recognize an Arab state cut from the heart of her lands is because all the lands west of the Jordan River belong to Israel under international law and unless Israel releases claim to the lands, there is no other means of taking away these lands. The Arabs know the laws as they signed onto these agreements after World War I and the defeat of Germany, Austrian-Hungarian Empire and the Ottoman Empire by the allied powers. The claim that only the Arab lands had new boundaries is another lie as Germany lost lands to form Poland, Austrian Hungarian Empire was torn into numerous smaller nations, and the maps of Eastern Europe looked very different after the peace was reached (see map below). Many of the claims against Israel depend on the modern lack of knowledge of history, especially history which goes back before six-weeks ago, or so it seems with many of those who protest Israel and their lack of knowledge of the history, the Mandate System, World War I and the resultant changes made in the world. Many of today’s youth could not tell you within ten years when World War II ended, let alone World War I.

German Empire and Austro-Hungarian Empire Before WWI and After WWI

German Empire and Austro-Hungarian Empire Before WWI and After WWI

Between the lack of historical knowledge and the heavy propaganda the Arab world, financed with petro-dollars, wages against Israel, it is no wonder why Israel is on the losing end world opinion. When one throws in anti-Semitism and the predilection to finding fault with the Jews and automatically siding with those who oppose the Jews and you have a near perfect storm. The one catch is that the Jews have outlasted every empire which has attempted to destroy us over the last four-thousand years. The Arabs claim that they will outwait the Jews because they are a desert people and have patience. The Jews are one of the first desert people and we waited longer than Islam had been in existence to return to our ancestral homelands and we are not leaving, ever. The Jews are probably the only peoples on the planet who can claim to having patience equal if not longer than that of the Chinese, Indians or Japanese or any other group known for longevity. Then there are those who claim where is our deed to these lands, and the answer is it is in the Torah, the Five Books of Moses, and our claim predates the Arab people emerging from the Arabian Peninsula, and that says something there. The Jews had established their homeland of Israel while the Arabs were still idolaters living in the Arabian Peninsula. In closing, all we wish to add is that Israel has returned and Israel will remain and will not fall again, ever. Or, to put it succinctly, Am Yisroel Chai!

Think About Where You Put the Jews Before Backing Palestinians

Backing the presented plight of the Palestinian Arabs, people need to think about a few other points as well. First, you have to understand that the Arab Palestinians, backed by the oil wealth of the Gulf States, present a propaganda front backed by now approaching billions of dollars in the past two decades plus. People ask why Israel does not answer and present her side. Well, first, Israel does not have the wealth required to equal the propaganda aired against her. Israel is required to remain on close to war footing at all times with the threats on her every border and this takes much of the money which could be used to counter the propaganda, but then there might not be an Israel to save. Further, all one need do is look at a map showing the Arab world and Israel and we will even provide that map below. That will also tell you something about the propaganda that Israel threatens the Arab world. That will also put in doubt the claim that the Jews are using Israel to destroy the Islamic World. There are almost, if not, two-billion Muslims in the world while the total number of Jews is approaching fifteen-million. That is approximately one-hundred-twenty Muslims per Jew on planet Earth. Another item is that both the League of Nations and the United Nations gave their blessings after the Arab League refused to any compromise on their position, which is the Jews must be ruled by the Muslims because the Quran instructs that the Jews are a lesser people to the superior Muslims, to the original promise made under the San Remo Conference that Israel was to be bordered on the east by the Jordan River. The initial idea was that the Jewish State would have occupied all of what is Israel and Jordan but the British insisted that they promised the sons of King Faisal their own kingdoms, these were Iraq and Jordan, so they divided the British Mandate evenly between the Jews and the Arabs, Jordan received 78% of the British Mandate, the lands east of the Jordan River, and the Jews received 22% represented by the lands west of the Jordan River. When the Arabs claim that all they desire is their 22% which most Western World sources interpret to mean Gaza and West Bank (Shomron or Judea and Samaria), when in actuality they mean the 22% of the British Mandate which is not Jordan, they mean all of Israel. The reason that Yasser Arafat and Mahmoud Abbas have refused every peace offer has been because they provide for there to be a Jewish State, an Israel, and not the Arabs doing as they please with the Jews. That is the reality.

Israel and the Arab World

Israel and the Arab World

The Arabs do not hide their desire and intents. They have often called for the death of every Jewish Israeli. Hamas has in their charter a call to murder every Jew. Their intent is to complete what Hitler started. One need remember that the Arab Palestinian Mufti of Jerusalem Mohammed Amin al-Husseini spent the Second World War working for and with the Nazis, sat with Hitler, met with most of the Nazis who at the Wannsee Conference decided on the Final Solution and demanded of the Nazis that they assist the Arabs with their Jew problem once they had conquered the Middle East and North Africa, with the assistance of the Arabs who the Mufti was recruiting to fight with the Nazis. This is the same Mufti Amin al-Husseini who in the first weeks of May, 1948 ordered that every Arab leave Israel and come to the safety of Jordan, Syria, Egypt or Lebanon so that the soon to be gloriously victorious Arab armies could simply invade the Zionist entity and kill every person they encountered without having to worry about killing fellow Arabs. This tells a thinking person two things. First is that it is very difficult to tell Arabs from Jews. Sure, there are some people where one would think it obvious, but you might be surprised. Second, is that most of the Palestinian Arab refugees from the 1948 Arab war attempting to annihilate Israel upon the morning of her birth left of their own free will and were not forcefully evicted from their homes and villages. When the Arab armies failed and peace, or at least an end to the active fighting, finally came over a year and half later, the Arab nations took these very same refugees which they had caused and enclosed them in camps which originally were tent cities with armed guards surrounding them with barbed wire as the Arab leaders realized that these unfortunate brothers and sisters could be used as a weapon against Israel. If nothing else, they could be used as soldiers to put at the front of any army at their next invasion, which did come in 1967 and worked out even worse than their first attempt. These are realities and truths seldom spoken of as they are called lies. Here is a link to a one-hour informative examination of the Arab Palestinian Refugee problem which does not leave either Israel or the Arab world as without some of the blame and is worth watching at least once.

The reality in the Arab world is that the Palestinian Arabs, be they refugees or living under the Palestinian Authority in parts of the Shomron or under Hamas in Gaza, are seen as lower Arabs less worthy than the rest of the Arab world. Their sole use is to wield as a bludgeon against Israel. Most of the protesters one will see at the so-called pro-Palestinian protests are more against Israel and Jews than they are pro Palestinian. This can be realized when one listens to many of their slogans which are often more about destroying Israel or killing the Jews in Israel than about concern for the Palestinians. This is made obvious simply by looking at a map and realizing exactly what their chant, “From the river to the sea, Palestine must be free,” which means the eradication of Israel. That is the bottom line of their reason for Palestinians, to destroy Israel. Many at these protests have no real idea what Israel is or why the Jews would even desire to live surrounded by Arabs who wish them dead. The truth is that Israel existed and was attempted to be destroyed and the Jews along with it by numerous peoples throughout history. We have a prayer included in the Passover Seder where it states that in every generation there will be those who wish to eradicate us, it says rise against us, but there is little difference when one looks at history. The following empires of history have sought to eradicate the Jewish People, Ancient Egypt, Philistine, Assyrian, Babylonian, Persian, Greek, Roman, Byzantine, Crusader, Caliphate, Ottoman, Spain, Nazi, Soviet Union, Arab World and currently the one saying it the loudest is Iran. This list pretty much covers the history of the Hebrews who would become the Judeans from which the name Jew originates. But this region is our ancestral homeland and the only peoples who were here before the Hebrews arrived at the end of the Exodus from Egypt were the Canaanites, a people who have disappeared in history. The closest that any people came to successfully destroying the Jewish People, before the Nazis almost wiped out European Jews, were the Romans. The Romans fought three wars against only two peoples and treated both identically after defeating them for the third time; these were the Carthaginians and the Judean (Jews). In both cases they changed the name of the region, in the case of the Judean they named it with the Roman name for the Philistines and attaching it to their province of Syria naming, it Syria Palaestina. It is from this name that the British and much of the world named the area which now comprises Jordan and Israel as Palestine, which was the name of a region of the Ottoman Empire and was never an actual nation. The Romans took both the Judean (Jews) and the Carthaginians and dispersed them throughout their empire and beyond as the Roman means of eradicating bothersome peoples. This brought the end for the Carthaginians, unless anyone has found one lately, but somehow the Jews survived, and their secret was simple, the Torah was the glue which kept us a people.

These are some of the realities of the situation and they deserve to be considered carefully before choosing which side to support, if either side. Supporting the Arabs would present the following problem, a very real and serious problem when one considers how nation after nation, including President Roosevelt and the United States, closed their borders to the Jews, and the British closed off allowing Jews to come to what would become Israel, during World War II. About the only nations who accepted Jews in some numbers were the Philippines, Bolivia, Dominican Republic, Switzerland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Shanghai, and, oddly enough, Japan; but none of these nations put much of a dent in the murder machine which was Nazi Germany as they took in a few thousand or tens of thousands leaving millions with nowhere to turn. Italy protected some Jews in their regions of conquest and Japan refused the Nazi demand that they turn the Jews in Japan over to them. All told, and this is a generous estimate, perhaps one-million Jews escaped by fleeing from the Nazi death machine. Jack Engelhard wrote of his family’s escape from Europe and eventual arrival in Canada in his best selling book, Escape from Mt. Moriah. We will simply say that their escape was not exactly a straight affair of going to Canada; it was an adventure with its share of perils. The reality is through the well financed propaganda against Israel and the lack of knowledge of history, let alone ancient history, and the Bible becoming unread by most youths, many people have forgotten or were never aware that the Jews come from exactly the location it now holds. The Map below shows the routes of Joshua and the Israelites took to establish their lands and on the right is the original home of the Twelve Tribes of Israel. In the map on the right in the top right is the city of Damascus, the current capital of Syria as well as many of the cities which are today parts of Israel along the coast and throughout the tribal lands. This was the reason that the early Zionists refused the offer to grant them the Island of Madagascar simply because Madagascar is not our homeland; Israel is where we originate and where we desired to return. Torah and the Old Testament along with the numerous commentaries all promised we would return and build the Third Temple which is also called the final Temple. But if the Jews are to be stripped of their homeland, what will the world do with probably seven-million Jews. Can anybody tell me a nation which would even accept half that number? If World War II is any example, then we know the answer, a few thousand here, a few thousand there, but millions left to the mercies of the Arabs who have sworn to kill every last Jew that they are able. Even once they would have Israel, their raging desire to eliminate the Jews from the world would continue as it is commanded in the Quran, as from Sahih Muslim Book 41 Hadith 6985 stating, “Abu Huraira reported Allah’s Messenger (Peace be upon him) as saying: The last hour would not come unless the Muslims will fight against the Jews and the Muslims would kill them until the Jews would hide themselves behind a stone or a tree and a stone or a tree would say: Muslim, or the servant of Allah, there is a Jew behind me; come and kill him; but the tree Gharqad would not say, for it is the tree of the Jews.” Whatever this tree is, the Gharqad tree, we should start planting groves of them.

Israel Through the Ages Joshua Enters to the Twelve Tribes

Israel Through the Ages Joshua Enters to the Twelve Tribes

Below, we decided to place a couple of videos of anti-Israel protests gone somewhat wrong. The first falls askance when they decide to take their protest into the diamond district of New York. What follows is remarkable. The second is quite different as the anti-Israel protest is disrupted, this time by a single young Jew armed with chutzpah and an Israeli flag. It is strange the reaction in both cases and especially when confronted by a sole sixteen-year-old young man with conviction and totally fearless. One they are overwhelmed by numbers and the second they are overwhelmed by courage, what a contrast.

The obvious truth is should the Arabs ever destroy Israel, then the Jews remaining there on those final days will be slaughtered. The Palestinian Arabs and numerous Arab spokespeople have all made this evidently clear. It is a staple of the diet used to stoke protesters in the Western World, use to mollify the masses in Arab countries as well as Iran, and a staple in the Palestinian vision of their eventual return which will be over the bodies of every Israeli, by which they mean Jew though some include all Israelis with very few exceptions which would include many Arab Israelis. The obvious alternative is for the Jews to flee. Some show their lack of knowledge when they simply claim that the Jews can all return to the country they originally came from. Well, the throngs who came after the Holocaust had no nation to take them, the Jews expelled from the Arab world cannot return to Algeria, Syria, Iraq, Yemen or the many other Islamic nations which were their families’ homes in some cases for close to two-thousand-years and most of the rest for many hundreds of years, and the Jews from the Soviet Union would not likely be welcomed in Russia, same with the Ukraine and numerous European nations would be unsuitable and that leaves Canada, the United States, Central and South America and the Far East which is not exactly a place where Jews have resided in great numbers. In all honesty, within a couple of decades we doubt that the United States would even consider allowing a large number of Jews to make a new life there and the same with much of Europe. Perhaps the Jews could all climb onto a large interstellar spacecraft and head for Planet Israel. Perhaps it is actually out there.

Planet Israel

Planet Israel

Israel is the home of the Jewish People and has been for approaching four-thousand years. Granted we were kicked out and dispersed throughout the world. We survived and we came back to claim the land which was stolen from us. The world knows that the Arabs were and are not native to the area of Israel. They originated in the Arabian Peninsula, broke out in the early Seventh Century, and spread throughout the Middle East and North Africa and into Europe from both the east and west before finally meeting a limit to what they would conquer. We saw above that Israel is not exactly threatening the Arab world or spreading and becoming a threat to all Islam. The Jews are a small minority of the world populations, approximately 0.2%, and we are not demanding a large tract of land, just our own little corner which does not even have oil. Is the world so anti-Semitic that it refuses to permit the Jews a refuge to call their own where they can simply assist nations which have had catastrophes, be they natural or man-made, invent things and share them with the world as we have done since our founding, find cures for cancer and other debilitating or fatal diseases and, most of all, study Torah and worship Hashem having a little peace at long last. Apparently, that appears to be too much to ask of this world.

Disinformation, NGO’s, Deceptions and Israel

Recently, Jack Engelhard, the author of the novel Indecent Proposal, recently wrote a column titled, A Blood Libel too Far which along with this article were the inspiration for us to put forth our two cent’s worth, or is that two Shekel’s worth. We hope to take these themes in a different direction, so please return and read our opinions and information after you have read the links, and please always read at least some of the links we provide. We are going to take the tack of giving a different look at what is the occupation under the treaties and conventions which apply to the formation of Israel, promises made and broken and what it all means under International Law, you know, the laws Israel is often berated for breaking by people who either have little if any knowledge or are intentionally fabricating their own inventions to plug their hatred for Israel and probably the Jewish People.

As we have stated a few times, the applicable references under International law are San Remo Conference which codified by an international committee on April 25, 1920, the message and spirit of the Balfour Declaration, a letter written to Lord Rothschild by Arthur James Balfour, the Earl of Balfour and the British Foreign Secretary as an answer to the petition forwarded by Lord Rothschild from what would become the Zionist Congress concerning British intentions with the Mandate lands which were to be entrusted to them. The letter also pledged what the boundaries of the Jewish State were intended (map is at the link by the dotted brown line, the yellow line indicates what remained after the Arab initiated war of 1948) at the date of that correspondence, November 2, 1917. All of these and much more was internationalized and entered into International Law by the League of Nations in their Mandate System which divided up the lands from the Ottoman Empire, German Empire and Austro-Hungarian Empire defining new nations and stewardships to the allied powers to institute the desired goals set forth within the set intentions agreed upon at the League of Nations. The Mandate System ordered by the League of Nations was adopted and made enforceable by the United Nations under Article 80 and the related Articles of the United Nations Charter. These are the applicable laws, treaties, and pertinent statutes under which the lands of the vanquished powers were dealt. We often hear that only the Middle East and the Arab interests were intruded and altered and that they were the sole losers in these agreements. All one need do is look at eastern Europe today and Eastern Europe from pre World War I and one will quickly see that German Empire and Austro-Hungarian Empire were chopped up quite drastically as well and the German colonies in Africa were also stripped from Germany (see map below). The reason that so many people fall for the plight of the poor Arab people after the world imposed such draconian measures on only them is simply because there was so much resistance to allowing the Jews to return to their ancient homelands and the inter-familial rivalries over who would rule the disparate nations that unlike Europe which had been settled and done after World War I and suffered World War II while the Arabs complained. This is easy to understand as the Arabs are still attempting to destroy Israel by any means necessary with a possibility that the Persians of Iran might make an initial attempt before the Arabs go for their fourth attempt having failed in 1948 when Israel barely had a rudimentary army and little if any air force, again in the Six Day War of 1967 where they held a hundred to one advantage in virtually every military category, and their last attempt in the Yom Kippur War of 1973 after they caught Israel flatfooted and unprepared. Since then their new tactic is the plaintive wailing by the pathetic Arab Palestinians whose nation was swallowed by Israel. That is what we will be addressing along with a broader overview of applicable, related and hopefully useful information.

German Empire and Austro-Hungarian Empire Before WWI and After WWI

German Empire and Austro-Hungarian Empire Before WWI and After WWI

The first thing which nobody ever appears capable of understanding is what war on what dates and through what imaginative manipulations did Israel ever fight an actual war with any nation named Palestine. There is an honest and easy answer, it never occurred. The next and slightly more general question is when was any nation named Palestine declared and what were its borders, leader, currency or anything else which can be verified to prove its existence beyond the letterhead currently decorating the Palestinian Authority, a renaming of the PLO so as to allow them not to be seen as the international terrorist organization which invented such things as plane hijacking, suicide bombers and a host of other terrorist tactics. We can guarantee you that anybody asking such idiotic and completely irrelevant questions of supporters of the Arab Palestinians will quickly be shouted down if not violently attacked by the supporters of the fictitious state of Palestine. Palestine was half of the name given to the province of Judea by the Romans after their defeat of the Judeans, already referred to simply as Jews (Rome spelled it simply Ju) so as to remove any reference to the Hebrews, Israelites, Judeans, Samarians or anything else which related to the people they were about to disperse so as to remove them from history. Anybody will tell you that the first thing you need to do to erase a people from the remembrance of humankind and write them out of history is you must change the name of their area and its capital. So Judea became part of greater Syria and to rub salt into the wounds of the Judeans, they gave their region the subtitle Palestinia which was the Roman name for the Philistines, which is strange that the Romans chose a name of an already dead and gone from the world stage peoples in order to make the Jews disappear from history. That is the reference the Arabs also chose in order to finish what the Romans failed to do, rid the world of the Jews, or at least the Jewish State. As for the being assaulted either verbally or physically, trust us, one of us has been foolhardy enough to ask such questions and received various levels of brutalizing, but he can handle that.

There is nothing which differentiates the Arabs who go under the name of Palestinians from the Jordanians, Syrians, Egyptians, Saudi Arabians, Iraqis and a number of other Arab nations as these were the places from which they emigrated to the region after the mid nineteenth century after the arrival of the earliest Zionist Jews who understood that their was a primary requirement if Zionism was to succeed, that was water. They began very early with water conservation and irrigation and found means of preserving water, any water, they could from the rainy season to use the rest of the year. A short detail of the history of Israel and water can be read here from Wikipedia. With an economy which was growing and far exceeding the neighboring Arab states, Arabs came to Israel for the jobs, as well as some who came to steal from and shoot at the Jews. What people do not tell is that the approximately twenty-percent of the Israeli population which is Arab have every and exactly the same rights as every other Israeli; be they Jew, Bedouin, Druze, Baha’I, Hindu, Buddhist, Muslim, Coptic, Christian or any of the numerous other peoples who are a part of the patchwork quilt that is Israel. The Arab Palestinians who reside in the regions formerly illegally occupied by Jordan after the 1948 war, renamed it West Bank from Judea and Samaria for the same reason the Romans had renamed it to make it not sound as Jewish, are not Israeli and Israel does not rule them, the Palestinian Authority, or more accurately, Mahmoud Abbas rules them. In the region, which Egypt illegally occupied after the 1948 war known as Gaza are also not Israelis and are not ruled by Israel but by Hamas under a dictatorship where the terrorists of Hamas choose the leadership and the people obey. Guess what that means, there is no occupation of the Palestinian Arabs because Israel does not rule over them. What it also means is they are sitting on Israeli lands, that part they have correct as is their claim that there is an occupation, and there is, and it originates with the Jordanian illegal occupation of the parts of Judea and Samaria (they renamed West Bank as stated above) and with the Egyptian illegal occupation of Gaza. So, the real question which requires a truthful answer is who is occupying whose lands. The reality is the Arabs are occupying Israeli lands.

Well, we hope that was a refreshing and new idea for at least some to ponder. Here is another one to ponder, what is the origin of the “Palestinian Flag” and where did it come from? The easy way to figure this out is to simply compare it with another flag which we have pictured below. Further, one need look no further than the original 1964 PLO Charter Article 24 which reads, “This Organization does not exercise any territorial sovereignty over the West Bank in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on the Gaza Strip or in the Himmah Area.” So, the exact regions they are claiming was their precious nation of Palestine were the exact regions they made a specific disclaimer of any intent to rule them as they were already under Arab rule. Once the Six Day War ended and Israel had liberated the parts of her lands occupied illegally by Egypt and Jordan, then things changed and the disclaimed lands became the claimed lands. What is being allowed for the rest of the world to believe is that the Arabs, be they Palestinian or just Arabs, have never ceased to claim is all of Israel. The current charter still has all the statements which were within the original with their removal of the disclaimer over Gaza and West Bank” (Judea and Samaria or Shomron) but they still also claim all of Israel. They teach in their schools that the children have homes in Tel Aviv, Netanya, Akko, Ashdod, Eilat and every other city within the 1949 Armistice Line also called the Green Line. There is an easy way to remember what the Arab Palestinians really mean when they say the Jews are occupying their land, and that is to remember their chanted slogan at almost any rally held on any Western World campus, “From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free.” That and a few other choice chants are in the video below, we apologize in advance for any insult to your ears that may be caused by the chants and their genocidal nature.

The final nail in the Arab claims coffin comes from the International Court of Justice (ICJ). The General Assembly voted at the urging of the Palestinian Authority observer to request from the International Court of Justice a ruling on the legality of the Israeli terror wall, the wall which reduced suicide bombings to none within three years, with the hope of gaining a ruling which would lead to its dismantling such that the terrorist operations would not be hindered by the barrier. The barrier was cleared as being perfectly legal and within the rights of Israel as the sovereign over the region, but that was just the initial good news for Israel. In addition to being cleared of any wrongdoing, there was an advisory opinion issued as a cautionary warning by Egyptian Judge, Justice El Araby, from the ICJ and who sat in judgement as part of the panel which heard the case from the United Nations General Assembly in 2003 on the legality of the security barrier erected by Israel. The Honorable Justice El Araby warned the UNGA and others that filing further ran some risks, as he stated,

“The international legal status of the Palestinian Territory (paras. 70-71 of the Advisory Opinion), in my view, merits more comprehensive treatment. A historical survey is relevant to the question posed by the General Assembly, for it serves as the background to understanding the legal status of the Palestinian Territory on the one hand and underlines the special and continuing responsibility of the General Assembly on the other. This may appear as academic, without relevance to the present events. The present is however determined by the accumulation of past events and no reasonable and fair concern for the future can possibly disregard a firm grasp of past events. In particular, when on more than one occasion, the rule of law was consistently side-stepped. The point of departure, or one can say in legal jargon, the critical date, is the League of Nations Mandate which was entrusted to Great Britain.”

With this advisory opinion, we will simply let things rest as it ends any honest threat as Justice El Araby warned; the International Law is not your friend against the Israeli claim. For one last item, if you wish to wish to understand where the Palestinian Arabs came up with such a complete and long history in the area of Israel, read the Old Testament and then any of the myriad of historical writings of Jews and the Jews love and remembrance of the land and their longing to return becomes evident and if you replace Jew, Jewish and Zionist with Palestinians you get their history except Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas asserts, “We said to him [Netanyahu], when he claimed the Jews have a historical right dating back to three-thousand years B.C.E., we say that the nation of Palestine upon the land of Canaan had a seven-thousand-year history. This is the truth that must be said: Netanyahu, you are incidental in history. We are the people of history. We are the owners of history.” Seven-thousand years ago, the Arab world was contained in the Arabian Peninsula where they still sacrificed people, often babies, to their plethora of gods. Some claim one of them was called Allah, we are not experts and do not know, but you can bet they had one named Baʿal or Al-‘Uzzá, Manāt, Rahman or any of the reported three-hundred-sixty idols of many gods and goddesses said to have been kept in the Kaaba itself. Palestine is the Arab attempt to erase Israel, nothing more and nothing less, but Israel intends to remain the Jewish State and under International Law they could be legally expelled from the land and sent back to Egypt or Jordan or wherever their names place their origins, but the world does not desire the Arabs to be sent from whence they came, they want the Jews, and not sent anywhere, just gone.
