Leftists, the Israeli Nationality Law and President Trump

 

We threw in President Trump more to get your attention than as anything shockingly real. The reality where the leftists have gone berserk in the United States and Israel over things which if they were behind similar concepts or power, that would be considered normal. When anybody else is in power, then things are upside down, dangerous and just wrong. And we all know when things are just wrong; the left is out in the streets demanding their right to correct all wrongs and make things correct, correct defined as them in control and nothing less. When President Obama was elected and there were some who protested briefly, the left had a great saying, elections have consequences. Now that Trump was elected President, we learn that elections in deed do have consequences, when the left wins the consequence is everyone must just be quiet and accept their superiority and when the left loses an election we have to listen to their scare-mongering and consistent conspiracy theories which simply demand that the election be reversed and their candidate declared the winner or they will never be quiet. There may be some really bad news coming in 2020 should President Trump run for reelection, though with the treatment he has received, one can barely understand why he would desire going through the mistreatment, but he probably will simply because he believes in what he is doing and, despite what you might believe, he really does love his country. But we would rather talk about what a limited number of American and European leftists along with Israeli leftists are screaming about, the new Israeli Nationality Basic Law.

 

We thought, we wonder if any other nations have nationality laws which define the basic citizenship theme and how others can, if at all, become citizens and other similar processes. We found a little information. To save everyone the bother of going to the link, the following nations are listed by Wikipedia as having nationality laws: Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, People’s Republic of China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Ghana, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Iraq, Ireland, Japan, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, South Korea, Serbia, Spain, Turkey, Taiwan, Ukraine, United Kingdom and also the United States. Should we expect leftists in all these countries out with great indignation. For some odd reason, we figure this will not happen while the world over people are denouncing the right of Israel to act exactly as have most other nations. One question, have you ever actually read the document, and that is all it is, a document which is declaratory in its nature and does absolutely nothing to anyone, for anyone and simply states the original Zionist dream which, like it or not, is to establish a Jewish State. It actually became necessary to reestablish the actual dream that is Israel. We are not there as of this time, but in many ways, things are starting to head in a healthier future. Nobody will be finding that anything in their daily lives changed absolutely by nothing. Nobody was granted additional rights that already did not exist and equality remains unchanged in business, religious freedom, freedom of speech, and every other right with an improving court system that is a work in progress and hopefully continues under similar or the same leadership. Israel is the same as it was before the Nationality Basic Law.

What is sad is those who have simply deciding Israel is an illiberal who placed eleventh happiest nation as well as being the happiest nation in the Middle East. Yes, the Druze are a well accepted and are very wonderful Israeli citizens who live in an interwoven fabric, as do many others no matter their ethnicity. The fact that those who are screaming, sometimes accusatorial in nature, all of your protests are largely formed upon word of mouth, gossip, rumors and disaster scenarios. As a service for the public, we have seen and copied the document of the “Basic Law: Israel – The nation state of the Jewish people” so those who have yet to read the actual legislation, here is your chance to pick what in the actual law you find so offensive to protest with such exuberance. We provided a link so anyone may check and see if we reworded anything, we didn’t.

 

There is one thing which nobody ever speaks about, such as protesting with others who are truly obsessed with Israel and only Israel, except in the United States and among fellow news addicts. The truth is many protests are great excuses to miss work and possibly still paid as you are representing all the right people. You and a group of friends go to numerous demonstrations and others actually make a living going to protests where often there was free food and other benefits. Not every protester even knows what they are protesting, but whatever it is, it must be one of the worst and most serious concerns or why would there be so many people here. It’s fine as some of the same happens with right wing and conservative gatherings, the difference is in the numbers the leftists gather, they are much more fun. Israel simply fell presumably on the, to be protested over everything listing and as such cannot help but be protested by all the right, or is it correct, people. Actually, recently it has been rather hot and humid enough to make protesting less comfortable. But the true believers will be out, and we salute your zeal.

 

The truth is below and yes, we read it and do not believe it requires our commentary. We do support this law and do believe it was necessary considering the lack of stability in the area and all of the world, national, NGO, leftist protests or other pressures are going to overturn this “Basic Law” passed by a majority of the entire Knesset. That is the sole means for altering this law, not the courts as this is not just any legislation, this is a law thought important enough to go to the lengths for making it a Basic Law. Now, only another Basic Law can alter or overturn the Nation State Basic Law. Sometimes the courts, even the Supreme Court, are required to stand down and simply enforce and act in the interest and any influence which they may have felt reading the actual law. If only the leftists would simply settle down as should the minorities and work to legally make your case within the Knesset, after all, that is the body we elected here in Israel. New elections will come in 2019 or as soon as Bibi had all his eggs in place and starts a ripple which breaks those eggs one after the other. Some parties really took one for the team last elections and now they are back in the bottom representative wise, but the climb back will be made as difficult as possible as some of these parties have a future if only they were not sniped upon. Politics are the same wherever the people are truly free. Unfortunately, far too much of our world has little if any freedom to act and be whatever they pleased. Israel is not amongst those nations and has little plans on ever being anything else other than free to think and act as one pleases within the law. It is up to the people to choose their leadership with great care and after deep concentration and even a little consternation. Below is the actual law, please read and be educated by the simplest method, sources. Please note paragraph eleven which explains exact method which is permitted for this law to be altered, changed or annulled. The Supreme Court would be overstepping their authority if they attempt to annul the Nationality Basic Law as well as declaring an intense conflict with Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked.

Basic Law: Israel – The Nation State of the Jewish People

1. The State of Israel
a) Israel is the historic homeland of the Jewish people in which the State of Israel was established.
b) The state of Israel is the nation-state of the Jewish people, in which it fulfills its natural, religious, and historic right to self-determination.
c) The fulfillment of the right of national self-determination in the State of Israel is unique to the Jewish people.

2. National symbols of the State of Israel
a) The name of the state is Israel.
b) The flag of the state is white, two blue stripes near the edges, and a blue Star of David in the center.
c) The symbol of the state is the Menorah with seven branches, olive leaves on each side, and the word Israel at the bottom.
d) The national anthem of the state is “Hatikvah”
e) [Further] details concerning the issue of state symbols will be determined by law.

3. [The] unified and complete [city of] Jerusalem is the capital of Israel.

4. The Language of the State of Israel
a) Hebrew is the language of the state.

8. The Hebrew calendar is the official calendar of the state and alongside it the secular calendar will serve as an official calendar. The usage of the Hebrew calendar and of the secular calendar will be determined by law.

9. National Holidays
a) Independence Day is the official holiday of the state.
b) The Memorial Day for those who fell in the wars of Israel and the Memorial Day for the Holocaust and heroism are official memorial days of the state.

10. Saturday and the Jewish Holidays are the official days of rest in the state. Those who are not Jewish have the right to honor their days of rest and their holidays. Details concerning these matters will be determined by law.

11. This Basic Law may not be altered except by a Basic Law that gained the approval of the majority of the Knesset members.

 

Overton Window Being Slammed Shut

 

The Overton Window, in the political dictionary, refers to the range of policies on any given issue that are, at that moment, popular enough for a politician to campaign on successfully and marks the defined lines of discourse permitted by the general mainstream public media. Simply stated, the Overton Window is our presumed acceptable political vocabulary. There are a lot of words and definitions we will be giving out in this article which are currently not within or are soon to be excluded from the currently defined Overton Window. The permitted lexicon changes with time and under different political pressures. For example, during the terms of President Obama the phrase “prolonged recession” was replaced in the Overton Window by the phrase “gradual recovery.” We never heard the word fascist during his eight years and now President Trump is a fascist. What is the interesting part is the actual definition of fascist is of one supporting fascism whose definition is what becomes important and reads, “a governmental system led by a dictator having complete power, forcibly suppressing opposition and criticism, regimenting all industry, commerce, etc., and emphasizing an aggressive nationalism and often racism.” What is interesting is that fascism is one form of socialism which is usually associated with the left, so fascism would not be considered as necessarily right wing though fascists come in both types. In Europe, a fascist is considered right wing and in the United States a true fascist who is socialist would be left wing, but they would never use that term. Fascist and fascism in the current Overton Window would be defined as anybody who the Democrat Party, mainstream media and leftists disapprove of and wish to label as something undesirable. That is a more honest definition especially as when it is applied to President Donald Trump.

 

So, let us step outside the Overton Window and find some words and definitions which our friends would not include in their current list of definitions and some words they might also exclude. The first thing we need to understand is that right and left are arbitrary terms which depend entirely upon whose systems and what dates one is referencing. When the United States was initially founded, the Founding Fathers would have been considered left wing. The right wing in those days were the monarchists, those who supported having Kings, Queens and a Royal Court. In the United States today, a Constitutionalist is considered right wing despite their supporting what was the most extreme left wing set of ideas in its day. The left wing today demands that the First Amendment be rewritten such that offensive speech be disallowed and that freedom of speech need be censored so as to remove all offending words and phrases. And guess who gets to decide which words are to be disallowed? Yes, the same people who define the Overton Window which means that fascist would mean Donald Trump and anybody opposing the Democrat and leftist media ideology. There is a far better means of establishing the spectrum for governance than left wing and right wing as this one does not change with time. That is to use Statism against Individualism. Below is an example of the difference where the top is true by the definitions given by the current Overton Window which is why it is the one taught to students in Political Science. The use of right and left is popular because these terms have come to mean something completely unhinged from politics. Left wing means acceptable and right wing means abhorrent. When the political spectrum is viewed from an absolute scale, one realizes that in the United States the choices are very limited when choosing from the two political parties and their core politicians. President Trump, for everyone’s information and some people’s enjoyment, would definitely be towards the right end of the spectrum and somewhere between the political parties and the Constitution and we hope for the people’s sake he lies very close to the Constitution.

 

 

The Overton Window uses left, liberal, Democrat, BLM, Anti-fa, “The Revolution” and everything else anti-Trump and presumably anti-capitalist to be wonderful, honorable and good and uses right, Republican, conservative and pro-Trump as evil, untrustworthy or bad. When something exists with which they disagree it gains some label which defines it particular evil or simply labels it as such. Terms such as fascist, racist, sexist, homophobic and newly added Islamophobic are all bad titles. On the other side are the enlightened, pluralistic, inclusive, acceptive and other such terms all of which just drip with love and beauty for defining the wonderful people with which they agree. The problem with the media definitions is that the media is no longer the watchdog defending freedoms and liberties but has taken a political stand alongside the Democrats for better or worse. The media has decided that the future and ownership of all that is correct and proper lies with the leftist camp and the Democrat Party and that there can be no more debate. They have thus decided that there are certain terms which require redefining and others which simply must be banned. Constitutionalist is no longer permitted as a term defining any position and anyone taking a stand for what was a Constitutionalist has become a fascist or a racist. They are racist because when the constitution was signed, slavery existed and many of those men who signed it owned slaves thus you must approve of slavery thus you are a racist. What people refuse to recognize is there have been almost if not as many white slaves as slaves of color and for proof just read about the Barbary Pirates and their activities in the slave trade and what they did with the sailors who were not worth a ransom taken from European sailing ships. It was due to the preponderance of African slaves in the United States which made slavery racist. There has been the redefinition of freedom of speech into freedom from hurtful speech demanding that words which offend must be removed from the permitted vocabulary. Freedom of religion has also been changed to freedom from having to see anything religious outside a religious structure. Thus we have the winter season replacing Christmas and spring festival replacing Easter and other harmless and inoffensive terms used to hide the religious trimmings of holiday seasons. These are just the start of a litany of redefined words and terms all of which are trying to erase one side from the political scene and make only one side acceptable before the people simply by refusing to have balanced coverage.

 

What is unsettling about these efforts is they are closer to fascism than the people they so label. The media is trying to sell a statist, totalitarian, single part system to the American people with no room for opposing viewpoints. The really sorrowful truth is that they are so very close to doing exactly that. The examples abound from the events which have gone into the first year of President Trump so far. There has been no repeal or replace of Obamacare and that is just the half of it. Speaking about this failure in the Senate, Republican Majority Leader Mitch McConnell flatly stated, “If Senate Republicans can’t get the 50 votes required to get an Obamacare repeal and replacement over the finish line, they may have to work with Democrats to repair the existing marketplace.” Really, this is the answer? Does he really mean that the Republicans who promised for six years to repeal Obamacare and who passed uncountable bills doing such when they knew President Obama would veto them now are going to simply surrender and try to repair Obamacare to make it work? Why is it always the Republicans who must surrender on things and give in to the big government leftists? Let us tell you why, it is because they too are for big government and simply play with the words for individualism and freedom and liberty and all those high and mighty words any honest Constitutionalist would use but they do not mean a single syllable of what they say.

 

Then there is another piece of work called John McCain who appears to have an undiagnosed brain problem called demands of bipartisanship in a partisan battle, and his stand cannot be blamed on his diagnosed disease with which we hope he can recover, but has to do with an idea which died when the Democrats passed Obamacare. His first words to the media we heard were these, “I’ve stated time and time again that one of the major failures of Obamacare was that it was rammed through Congress by Democrats on a strict party-line basis without a single Republican vote.” Senator John McCain stated recalling history very clearly. It was when he added this little gem we see the crack in the wall and the reality coming through as he stated, “We must now return to the correct way of legislating and send the bill back to committee, hold hearings, receive input from both sides of aisle, heed the recommendations of nation’s governors, and produce a bill that finally delivers affordable health care for the American people. We must do the hard work our citizens expect of us and deserve.” So we now know that Senator John McCain will vote with the Democrats until they decide to support a repeal of Obamacare, something which will never happen. As Senator McCain will likely gain another half dozen looney-toon Republicans to his boycott of sanity, President Trump will have to find ten Democrats willing to cross the line drawn in the sand by their leadership knowing their campaign will be starved of funds and they will receive an opponent in their primary to unseat them as no such traitorous action will be countenanced by the Democrat Party, they are out for blood and they will take their own if necessitated. The Democrats have made clear they will not permit the repeal or replace of Obamacare and McCain has made clear that he stands with the Democrats on that point.

 

So, what does all of this mean for our future? First off, it means that the American people are stuck with Obamacare. What the Democrats are fully aware of, as is John McCain and the other Republicans who are blocking its repeal, Obamacare was designed to fail and by failing manage to destroy and bring down the entire Health Insurance network bankrupting every such company forcing them all to no longer offer insurance which would be affordable by any measure. This was intended to produce such an uproar that when single payer healthcare, which will work just as it has in Switzerland, Great Britain, Canada and much of Scandinavia and Europe, would be offered to repair the problem and return sanity to healthcare prices gone wild, the people would embrace anything just to get healthcare to be affordable. The blame for the prices would be heaped on the insurance industry and their demands to make uncontrolled profit and the hospitals for charging outrageous prices and the physicians and their uncontrolled salaries which are so much higher than the average American that it is reprehensible. There would be no blame in the media or from the political front placed with the real culprit, the government and its leftist agenda to have the government take over as much of the economy as possible. This has been a power grab from the beginning to take over close to one-sixth of the economy by the government and give government the control over the life and death of everybody. The government will never admit that socialized medicine means there will be a board which will decide by formulae whether or not any procedure or medication should be provided to any individual. The physician who assisted in designing Obamacare, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel, an oncologist and one of the country’s leading health care experts, says by age 75 he would opt out of medical treatments in order to not prolong his life in favor of letting nature take its course (see below). Further, you want an example of what happens when you fall outside the cost analysis charts on single payer government healthcare we just need to look to the story of one such victim of the system, Charlie Gard. There will be a cost analysis done where your past earnings potential and future earning potential is presumably figured into the equation. The reason that past earning potential is in the equation is because children have zero past earning potential and this places children under on some charts somewhere between age four and seven to be permitted similar care to somebody between seventy and eighty. Under a certain age almost no expensive surgical procedure would be permitted because the odds of the patient living long enough to have made such an investment pay off is too small. This is what doomed Charlie Gard so much so, that the courts would not even permit him to receive free treatments in the United States or, in the end, provided by the United States in Britain and still free. That, in a nutshell, is single payer government healthcare Britain style, and that was one that had been held up as being one the United States should emulate.

 

 

Then there are those items which the news refuses to inform the people of in events. Leftists have appeared at numerous college and university campuses with the intent on preventing somebody with whom they believe they disagree from speaking. Many have not exactly arrived with any desire for an exchange of ideas and do not even care to hear the individual out and see if they agree with them or not but instead came loaded for bear. They brought baseball bats, tire irons, steel rods and other weaponry. At some of these places they set buildings on fire and have even injured at least one college professor, Professor Allison Stanger, who is, or at least was, a fellow leftist. She was treated at Porter Hospital and fortunately released. At Berkley, they cause tens, if not hundreds, of thousands of dollars of damage and many of the protestors were identified as not attending Berkley. What has been even more distressing has been the demand from administrators at many of these venues for their campus security or police to stand down. Even some cities have instructed their police to stand down and allow demonstrators to damage, loot and burn down stores and properties as stated about the situation when Baltimore police commanders acknowledge to the Baltimore Sun that they ordered officers not to engage rioters multiple times on the day of Freddie Gray’s funeral but said they did so to protect officers and citizens as they prioritized life over property. Regarding Charlottesville, Virginia altercations recently, there was a report in The Atlantic where mostly counter-protestors but some from both sides complained that the police could have been more proactive in preventing violence. The concept of allowing leftists to protest with some degree of violence as well as destruction of property without any interference from law enforcement is the new concept for freedom of speech. It is odd that while certain words are to be banned as offensive, destruction of stores and property can be considered an acceptable form of free speech, depending on your political preferences, of course.

 

No matter how one looks at things in the political and public spheres, the Overton Window is being slammed shut closing off that which will be acceptable and permitted. The concept is to strangle debate by making the individualist side of the argument considered obscene and disavowed from acceptable language while purporting that all things serving the state are great and fine and that the socialist venue to the point of allowing for universal powers to be aligned with the statists be considered freedom of speech. By closing out the debate and permitting such a one sided conversation in the public sphere and only the socialist agenda to be aired publicly the political class will be restricted in their ability to persuade and debate the issues honestly. This will lead to only one place, and then everyone will learn exactly what is meant by fascist because that will be exactly what kind of rule that will result. There will be the appearance of choice but there will be no choice as both parties, the Democrats and the Republicans will stand before you claiming to be completely different but finally agree that they had reached the stage they always desired, where the government instructs and the people simply cower and obey. They will have their all-powerful state and the people will have rid their lives of controversy, as only the one approved dialogue will exist, well, until an underground movement emerges selling freedom. We must keep the hope that the love of individual rights and true freedom never dies as should such happen it would be a world warned against in a book three thousand plus years ago. It is a very good book but it has fallen out of favor of late, which is really something to be sorry over.

Who Leads the Free World?

 

The United States has for the time abrogated their right to be the leader of the free world. Despite the United States military being the most capable and well-armed and trained that the world has ever witnessed, they have been relegated to sentry duty and policing their own areas and otherwise been retreating from the world scene. The rumors that President Obama has recognized his error and is about to send some troops to fight against the Islamic State is but fifty troops who are not to engage beyond being spotters for air strikes and possibly performing training the indigenous troops will only cause the Islamic State to shift their positions more often, set up more dummy camps which look and sound on radio chatter as if they are an actual base and also doing a similar thing with tank formations in order to get the United states to waste their ordinance striking decoys just as was done in the Balkans.

 

Where next to look? Europe might be a logical place when one judges solely by history, but after World War II the United States basically neutered the Europeans such that their navies basically were relegated to the strength to perform coastal patrols and little more and their armies were basically reduced such that to field an effective army sized assault would take a combined force of much of the European Union nations which would lead to numerous other problems such as unit cohesion and command and control protocols and division of risk and other minutia some of which would still be important. Oddly enough the two nations in the free world who might have the resources militarily might be Canada and Australia but both currently have governments which would preclude their taking such grand risks. India has a respectable sized military but their equipment and training would likely need upgrading and the time to teach their commanders throughout the ranks how to utilize the features of modern command and control with which warfare becomes more effective and individual units with the right support made available in a timely manner and knowing how to anticipate such requirements through analysis would take quite some time. Much of the rest of the world are beyond consideration simply due to their voting records in the General Assembly which also would make a number of Europeans suspect as well. If one were to record all the votes taken in the past seventy-five years in the United Nations General Assembly one of the countries, the very few and possibly only nation, that had voted nearly if not perfect with the United States is Israel.

 

There are a few others which vote most often with the United States both in the Security Council and in the General Assembly. Those are Canada, Czech Republic, Israel, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Nauru, Panama, and Palau. Together the army they could raise even if the rest of the European Union nations were added as well as Australia, Japan, India and the Philippines and your fieldable force would not exactly be formidable. The only nations to actively challenge United States President Barack Obama and the rest of the nations in backing the horrific Iran nuclear deal, which guarantees Iran developing and becoming a nuclear armed state in approximately an even dozen years should they obey the terms and if they do not obey the terms and simply go as fast as they are able then, by this time next year probably the Iranians will have produced three to ten deliverable weapons depending on how much Highly Enriched Uranium they have already stored at some undisclosed location plus the amounts they can produce running all their centrifuges running full-speed in long cascades all the time. But wait, it could be worse and in many ways it already is.

 

There are other major problems around the globe and more specifically across the Arab world of the Middle East and extending through Northern Africa (MENA). Taking the lead in this troubled region are Syria and Libya, not a total surprise. Another contender would have been Egypt if not for the secondary protests which demanded the army take control and run new elections where more parties which formed as a result of the initial efforts of the Arab Spring, an idea which implicitly bore witness to the chaos which has swept other regions as well emanating from the lack of the guidance and “interference” by the United States. The leading from behind was more like leading from within the gates of the White House as President Obama was leading from so far behind the United States almost had no influence and was of little assistance after the governments started collapsing. What was supposed to be an Arab Spring rapidly became the Arab Winter. The fracturing in Libya into tribal enclaves and Islamist sects, all of which take little note of those claiming to be the nation’s government though they control only most of the capital city of Tripoli. Syria has presented the world with the spectacle of a bloodbath which has claimed the lives of approaching half a million civilians and large numbers of military and militia casualties. The entrance of an overtly strong and well organized group took such advantage to grasp large tracks of lands in both Syria and in another area where death and chaos reigned in central Iraq’s Sunni areas. This group is of course the Junior Varsity, as referred to early on when if the United States President had entered the battle in strength for a brief period in the early stages they could have struck the forming Islamic State inflicting serious damage and death and possibly have captured or killed much of their leadership returning the forces into the disarray they suffered from before being organized by the Islamic State. Now this group commands lands greater in size than the United Kingdom and will likely grow stronger and gain more followers swearing their fealty all across the central Arab Middle East. The United States response had been an extremely weak and ineffective bombing campaign where often pilots return with their ordinance still in place as their target area had no targets and their search for suitable targets were unsuccessful and they were forced to return to base when fuel ran low. The fifty man force about to be unleashed by President Obama will likely prove the greatest military farce of his Presidency.

The Middle East is not the only problem though when the problem is financial; its effects are more readily concealable. The difficulties in Europe can also be traced back to the United States as when the American public’s buying power becomes strapped, then every market in the world loses their primary market. In Europe the economic situation grew so severe in a number of states with Greece and Spain being unable to cover their difficulties and Greece even having riots over the difficulties and many police departments turning to foot patrols in the neighborhoods closest to the station houses as their vehicles were out of gas and the precinct out of funds. Some Fire Departments ran on crews who were often unpaid but had firefighters who refused to allow such an inconvenience to leave the people unprotected from fires. These were the modern heroes.

 

Meanwhile, even with the encouragement of President Obama who has signaled through unofficial channels which have included members of his administration have encouraged former allies of the United States of Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the rest of the members of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) to actively seek assistances and alliances with Soviet Russian holdover of the old ways and now President of modern Russia Vladimir Putin, though some of his actions prove his throwback to a former age and desiring to force things back to the good old days with success while the United States remains almost inert, as the United States has taken a pull back on all fronts as the United States imposing militarism was declared by President Obama to be one of the two most damaging influences causing all the strife in the world with the mere existence of the state of Israel being the other evil influence which may explain the cold treatment of Israel and her Prime Minister by the American leader and many in his cabinet and shadow cabinet of Czars. It never occurred to the Obama Administration that the United States presence in near every hotspot was as those tasked to address the situation and as repair and assist and not causality.

 

This misperception has also been expanded to the Arab/Israeli conflict. President Obama and many of his advisors, particularly Susan Rice, Valerie Jarrett and Samantha Power were known anti-Israel, anti-Zionist and probably anti-Semitic problem children. The near universal denials of the slant to Israeli against Israeli security through supporting even the most absurd of Arab Palestinian demands and claims might be causes for concern for Israel and her security and being just one more administration to take the position that it is Israeli settling their ancient homelands and fulfilling Torah that are the problem and the Arab Palestinians are an oppressed indigenous peoples despite the Jewish presence documented to reach back near four-thousand year history and constant existence in Jerusalem since David took the city thirty-five-hundred year ago. This position has slowly been eroding as more and more leaders and people throughout the world have begun to realize that Arab intransigence and demanding that Israel be destroyed and that the destruction of the Jewish State and the genocidal slaughter of her peoples are the primary desire of Mahmoud Abbas and the rest of the Arab Palestinian cause. The next realization that will hopefully hatch within their consciousness is that Israel had already given up the entirety of the Gaza Strip in August of 2005, which was soon taken from Mahmoud Abbas and his Arab Palestinian Authority by Hamas and a host of terrorist Islamist entities; returned the entirety of the Sinai Peninsula, which is easily three times the size of Israel itself; plus the Zionist Congress when working to form the Jewish State agreed to permit the British to form Transjordan (Jordan) from over three-fourths the lands of the British Mandate surrendering the lands east of the Jordan river and reaching to Iraq on the east, Syria to the north and Saudi Arabia to the south; so all told, Israel has surrendered sufficient land mass to have increased the actual size of Israel close to ten times. So, do not claim that Israel has not returned or released their claims to land; that is a total myth and quite fallacious a myth at that.

 

 

Eretz Yisroel from back in the time immediately after Exodus and before the additional conquest by King David and King Solomon with the original division of the lands between the Tribes covering both sides of the Jordan River. The Israelis and Jews in general could attempt to demand that Eretz Yisroel, the Land of Israel be made whole as was First Apportioned by Hashem.

 

 

So, with the United States Executive Branch under President Obama and reflecting his beliefs which reflect with great credit the church he and his family attended for twenty years under the anti-Israel, anti-American, anti-Judeo-Christian ethic and beliefs Pastor the Reverend Jeremiah Wright, it is little surprise that in President Obama’s foreign policy has reflected his animosities and complete lack of foreign policy expertise. This has led to the retreat by the United States on all fronts and allowed for the brash adventuresome actions by American adversaries of Russia and China, amongst others which have bordered on being temerarious, risky and posing a serious threat to any President who follows these policies and their implications if and when such a foreign policy focused President might be elected. The foolhardiness of the American populace who are well permitted to ignore the outside and greater world and simply be concerned with their domestic situations, pretend that economics were their driving passions and even appear to have fallen for an idea whose time was claimed had come and the first Black President be placed in the White House and for his catchy and easily remembered themes of “Yes We Can” and of “Hope and Change”; though there never was anybody asking what changes are we presumably hoping for? The change has mostly been quite destructive in the world’s stage and a complete abrogation of the traditional importance to the world, strategic positioning of the United States military forces, the American political model being represented as the preferred model for good governance with concern for the people over and above the concerns of the political class and as the guarantor of order, human rights, civility and against the most disastrous proclivities of mankind such as genocide, oppressions, and the many other presumed actions the United States could provide the world at large when she is enforcing those principles under which she herself presumably performs her domestic policies. Some might claim that the United States internal policies have also suffered since the start of the Twenty First Century which was preceding the withdrawal and suffering of the rest of the world from the United States reduction of both interactions and direct actions across the globe and especially in the MENA areas which have suffered the most from this abatement.

 

This is what has led to the situation where the free world had no real or active leadership. Canada’s Stephen Harper took up some of the challenge as did Britain’s David Cameron; but even combined, the two men could not equal even the most minimal actions usually taken by the United States. Additionally, the only nations who are capable of deploying troops across the globe are China and, to a lesser extent, Russia. The pullback of American forces has permitted some adventurism by these two powers which would never have been undertaken had there been a remaining presence in force of the United States. Russia adventurism has extended to as far as Syria and even negotiating got permission for a naval base in Northern Africa. China has been even more interesting as they have been adding to their territories and expending their claims to the waters of the South China Sea by building new islands stretching well into this vital commercial water causeway through which much trade by shipping takes place.

 

So, who will take up the mantle of leader of the free world? Of all the potential candidates, it is likely that one of the smallest of nations and one which many would claim they would never look to for such directions, still it is Israel which may end up with the mantle due to her location as the cork in the bottle of the Middle East which appears ready to once again explode on the world’s stage starting with Europe. The explosion of “refugees” into Europe over the past weeks is in reality an invasion and not an influx of oppressed refugees. Despite the great care and effort of the media to find groups with children and women to snap their pictures defining the refugees flight into Europe but there have been a few news sources which have shown the reality of large and even overly common numbers of men between the ages of fifteen to forty and extremely able of being a deployed army which is now injected throughout continental Europe and a large number had gathered across Germany. If Europe is going to be capable of managing the troubles to come, they will very likely look to Israel as their model on how to handle their newly found problems. There is one result from this which will serve Israel as well as Europe as Israel will be forgiven taking control of all of Israel as promised in the British Mandate but limited by the later Churchill White Papers where Transjordan was taken out of the lands originally promised and the promise to keep the remainder sacrosanct for the Jewish State for a promise of all the lands west of the Jordan River. This newly found freedom of action will permit Israel to finally take the steps which has been obvious since the Second Intifada from 2000 through 2005 which claimed over a thousand Jewish and Israeli lives and many tens of thousands injured with all too many having life altering injuries with which they have been forced to live with as their injuries were too serious for modern medicine to repair and only to make things as best as the physicians were capable. The memories and witness of the pains still felt resulting from the last Intifada has cast a pall over Israel where people are determined to take any and all necessary steps to assure that no such situation comes into the violence which has been escalating since late last winter and finally made the world news with the stabbings. These attacks have become so permeating Israel with a half dozen to dozen daily and have become the new normal which means they will soon become considered everyday events in Israel and therefore no longer of any importance for the media to grant coverage. Those who choose to mention these attacks will come under criticism for saying the same thing day after day and as the media is no longer covering these events including the daily rioting on the Temple Mount there are no new pictures and as a Jew in Israel I would face certain injury or death were I to attempt to take my own pictures and videos and as such I am not that adventurous. Still, once Europe realizes that they are in the same boat as Israel and that boat is taking on water at an alarming pace, then Israel will be freed of her shackles and freed to do what should have been done ten to twenty years ago. This will put an end to the miscreants, actually murderous swine, who have indoctrinated their children so to send them on suicide missions as their deaths are to their propaganda media’s advantage and must be born witness by the Western Word for being what it truly is, child sacrifices. Their acts are no different than the idolaters from who Joshua led the initial conquest of Israel by the Jews who had come out of Egypt almost thirty-five-hundred years ago leading to the initial founding of the Jewish State which was recently reestablished restoring what is the only indigenous peoples to return from exile twice with one approaching two-thousand years and to retain their language, code of laws (Torah) and remained a peoples avoiding intermarriage for much of their centuries of life amongst other peoples as they resided in their Diaspora. This is the miraculous nation which may soon become a “Light Unto the Nations” as written in her historic Torah and kept alive in her oral laws as well, to quote Fiddler on the Roof, her “Traditions!”
