International Committee of the Red Cross and Anti-Semitism

 

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) has decided that Jews who reside in a general region they have decided unilaterally is to be Judenrein and any Israeli services in that area are to be forbidden or minimized to the point of uselessness. The region has a Jewish population approaching if not exceeding half a million. But that is but half of the problem as that region also has a sizable Arab population who were also served by Israeli services. But the ICRC has decided that it will enforce a BDS type of policy on all of Judea and Samaria. This includes an area which according to even the Oslo Accords is to be civically, militarily and governance under Israel and is know as Area C. It is only Arab and Islamic propaganda which refutes this and it is easily verified through a simple reading of the Oslo Accords. But since when has international law, treaties or any other legally binding rules, agreement or laws ever stopped the anti-Semites. It was the ICRC which forced Magen David Adom (MDA) to completely alter their official logo simply because the Arab and Islamic world threw up a fit over the large Star of David which they stated was racist against Islam. Of course, there is no problem with the crescent used by the Arab and Islamic branches of the Red Cross, just the Israeli emblem was found offensive. The emblem below was a compromise reached after years of conflict and a threat by MDS to simply leave the not so fertile ranks of the ICRC otherwise Israel was to be forced to utilize simply a red diamond with no reference to the Jewish emblems. So, the history of the ICRC and MDA has been a fairly rocky one and perhaps it is time for Israel to go her own way and start to simply ignore the world gone mad.

The current problem is that as far as the ICRC is concerned, Israel is to be banned from providing services to anybody beyond the 1949 Armistice Lines when Jordan occupied lands which were legally a part of Israel. Ever since Israel liberated these areas, the world and most of its international organization have been pressing Israel to leave these lands and give them to terrorists so that they can launch rockets at their hearts’ content into central Tel Aviv. This is the latest assault by the ICRC in their attempt to push the MDA ambulance and other life-saving services from the regions that they desire all Jews be removed. What they are ignoring is that the MDA also saves countless Arab lives in these regions as well. Are the Arabs also to go without ambulance service? And what happens when Arabs start to die because the MDA was not allowed to fully man ambulances throughout this region? We can tell you exactly what the ICRC will say and then the European Union, United Nations and countless human rights NGOs will all say. They will start on how Israel has cut back on ambulance service in Arab areas and are allowing Arabs to die. Israel will be castigated as heartless in allowing ambulance service to be cut back so that Arabs are no longer receiving timely medical assistance which could very well mean the difference between life and death. The fact that the ICRC policies and demands were responsible for the cut in the number of ambulances and emergency services which produced the situation in the first place will be ignored and it will be only because the Israelis (read Jews) are so heartless and are intentionally limiting these services to Arabs. The fact that these restrictions are also affecting Jews will also be ignored completely as Jewish lives lost are not something to get all upset about, only other than Jews matter to these international organizations.

 

But none of this is new. The European Union and United Nations and the numerous organizations and NGOs that they bankroll have been playing the double gambit for years. They demand, for example, that SodaStream build their new factory somewhere within the Green Line (1949 Armistice Line). Then when over five-hundred Palestinian Arabs lose their positions with the company, there are calls to boycott them for not employing the Palestinian Arabs. This is an old ploy which has been the calling card of the anti-Semites for centuries. Way back in those fun times around and before the Middle Ages the Jews were forbidden from owning land. Since the Muslims and Christians were not permitted to lend money and businesses needed some means of trading goods other than bartering, the Jews were often what were called moneylenders. Then the Jews were persecuted for charging interest. Further, many courts would not prosecute anybody who owed a Jew money because it was the Jew’s fault for lending to one who could not pay. This is the same game on a different board and different times, but it is the same old game of force the Jew and then condemn the Jew for doing what you demanded. This is the game being played by the ICRC as they demand that MDA pull most of their ambulance and rescue personnel from the regions the ICRC has decided does not belong to Israel and they are looking at it now as denial of decent service to half a million Jews. But when Arabs also end up being affected, then it will be the fault of Israel for this lack of emergency service just as it was the fault of SodaStream for most of their Arab workers not being able to gain the security approvals in order to work inside Israel. Of course with SodaStream they wanted these Arabs to have free entry into Israel along with all the Palestinian Arabs despite their not being citizens of Israel. This is the same ICRC which was less than thrilled when President Trump refused to allow the caravan of illegal immigrants entry into the United States when they reached the border. For some reason, it appears that the entities which are always harping about Israel also seem to have difficulties with the United States whenever a Republican is in the White House but these same groups never appear to have any problems with China over Tibet or the Arab world over their human rights abuses.

 

Israel will continue to try and mollify these groups such as the ICRC, United Nations, European Union, various presumed human rights NGOs and countless governments from Europe to the Americas to the Middle East and North Africa to whatever extent is not proven to be lethal, and even sometimes things which prove lethal such as the Oslo Accords and Gaza Disengagement. What might be a more prescient and wise plan of action would be to simply distance Israel from these groups and inform them that they no longer hold any sway over Israeli policies. Even many Israelis look at such a plan and exclaim that Israel must not isolate herself from the rest of the world. That is not about what this idea is. What it is about is those nations and organizations which have a proven track record of hatred for Israel to the point of anti-Semitism as they single out Israel and set standards that only Israel must meet and that no nation could ever possibly attain and then castigate Israel for not meeting those standards. There has been a small move in this direction with certain United Nations agencies, but only when done in concert with the United States thus far. Israel need act on her own against these blatantly hostile entities. No nation would put up with half of what Israel faces with only the United States even coming close. The ICRC though has a particular problem when it comes to Israel and this latest foolish demand for Israel to refuse to properly service a region which by international law she is responsible for such services, that is a criticism just awaiting the right time to lower the boom. The reality is that should the world continue on its dizzying drive into anti-Zionism, anti-Israelism and anti-Semitism, it will not be too much longer before Israel really will be a nation apart. This is not what Israel or her people wish, but it sure is beginning to appear that it is what the world desires.

 

For proof, all one need do is look up United Nations votes on condemning Israel, look at the European Union and its preoccupation with criticizing Israel, United Nations agencies and their condemnations of Israel, the ICRC and their continued harassment of MDA, the numbers of NGOs whose main emphasis is attempts to cripple Israel through BDS or other means and the growing anti-Semitism riding alongside growing anti-Zionism and anti-Israelism across Europe and now taking root in the United States including in the House of Representatives. How much longer will friends of Israel be capable of preventing the foaming at the mouth rabid hatred for the Jewish State. Nothing Israel could do and remain the Jewish State will turn back the coming tsunami of hatred and bile from the rest of the world. When regularly the United Nations General Assembly votes over one-hundred nations condemning Israel no matter what the reason as the reason is not what matters, what matters is the condemnation of Israel for any and every possible reason. The root of this problem is that anti-Semitism has become an international plague infecting virtually every corner of our globe. The infection is growing at an alarming pace and it shows absolutely no sign of abating any time in the coming future. If anything, this growing tidal swamping appears as if it could easily overtake every nation even in the remotest parts of the world. When investigations are performed on anti-Israelism and anti-Semitism and it is found that almost one-third of those who have measurable levels of either or both anti-Semitism and anti-Israelism and also make the statement that they have never knowingly met anybody who was an Israeli or Jewish, then there is a problem without a cure. In all too many ways, it appears that the only means to combat this raging insanity is by divine intervention, and that may be exactly what will happen. Looking at history and what has happened to every empire which has persecuted the Jews, one would think that the world might have learned that hating and persecuting Jews is not exactly a promising path for success and continued existence, but no. If anything the world has decided to double down and double down again, then now considering going all in on Jew-hatred. This has proven to be a horrible idea in the past and will probably work just as horribly in the future as some things just do not appear to change. Let us pray that the human race decides that hate, any and all hate of one people by another is wasteful and never productive, and let us hope this awakening comes really soon before the world topples over the edge of no return.

Israeli Democracy Under Siege

 

The fact that Israel is a parliamentary democratic state is beyond debate. The problem is that leftist anti-Zionist and often both anti-Israel and anti-Semitic political forces supported by foreign interests and financing call that democracy into question whenever Israel does not follow these foreign demands. These efforts were all too often supported by the Israeli Supreme Court which had an identical political leftist ideology. This is a situation unique amongst the governments of the world as in no other nation are NGO’s financed by foreign governments and permitted to claim that they represent the target nation regardless of their financial support. Israel has attempted to pass legislation demanding that any NGO receiving over half of their funding from foreign sources register themselves as foreign agencies and not pretend that they are grassroots Israeli interests. Many of these NGO’s take on names which imply that they are purely Israeli when they most definitely are anything but that. J-Street pretends to be a pro-Israel NGO while opposing the elected government. The New Israel Fund is almost totally financed out of Europe and the Americas and in turn finances numerous other NGO’s claiming they are purely Israeli as they get their funding from the New Israel Fund which acts as a clearinghouse for these efforts. Each time Israel has attempted to address this issue, these NGO’s, the European Union and numerous European nations scream that Israel is destroying its Democracy and becoming a religious totalitarian regime. What they really mean is that their pet NGO’s will be revealed for what they are, foreign lobbyists attempting to steer Israel in the desired direction of numerous foreign interests whose last interest is the health, well-being and future of the Jewish State.

 

Speaking to this problem, Eytan Meir, the director of external relations at Im Tirtzu, proclaimed, “Rather than respecting the wishes of the Israeli public to determine their own policy at the ballot box, foreign governments are bypassing the democratic process by funding organizations that work to change the country from within. There is no parallel to this phenomenon in the democratic world and this is how we have a situation in which millions of European dollars pour into radical NGOs that work to promote the BDS movement.” One may ask, if not the good of Israel, what is it that these foreign interests are attempting to foist upon the Jewish State? Their main claim is that they are supporting the Israeli democracy defending it against those interests who desire to retain the Jewishness of Israel. What they mean by that is they are pressing for a bi-national state where the Palestinian Arabs, instead of being ruled by their respective governance, the Palestinian Authority in Judea and Samaria and Hamas in Gaza, are instead granted full citizenship in Israel along with five or so million Palestinian Arab refugees. One might ask why they would demand such a thing, and the answer is an easy one. They are attempting to demand that the Jews in Israel become a minority and that the Arabs take control of the region thus ending the Jewish State. They are abhorred that the Jews are currently ruling themselves and desire to be rid of the Jews entirely. They know that once the Arabs are given control of the region of Israel that they will soon thereafter be rid of the Jews one way or another. We know already that half of the Jews in Israel are refugees or their children are from the Arab world and have absolutely no possibility of returning to Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Syria, Algeria and the other places from which they were dispossessed. On the other hand, those who are directly from the numerous nations of Europe equally would be refused return and those from the United States and Canada whose citizenship has expired would also have nowhere to turn. The Jews of Israel would be facing the exact situation which they faced under the Nazis when in early 1939 an unidentified immigration agent was asked how many Jews would be allowed in Canada after the war. He replied, “None is too many.” This was also the answer to the Jews during their desperate times when they were being rounded up and sent to the Concentration Camps and every nation they turned to had the basic answer that none was too many.

 

This is the target aim of these NGO’s and their foreign financiers, the end of Israel as the Jewish State and, as a consequence, the end of the Jewish People as many have noted that should Israel fail, the Jews would within fifty years become so small a population that they would be all but extinct. This should not come as any surprise as anti-Semitism in Europe and in Canada as well as the United States and throughout the rest of the world has been on the rise for the past fifty years. If it were not for the advantages of the discoveries and inventiveness of Israeli society, many more nations would join the Arab boycott of Israel. The problem is they desire to have the software, medical advances, agricultural advances and the various other things which come from Israel but wish to have it without Israel being the Jewish State. These interests know that if they are able to force Israel back to the pre-Six Day War borders that Israel would be vulnerable to attack and as Israel no longer has a military advantage as great as it was in 1967, that Israel would be in grave danger. This is even more obvious when one looks at the encroachment of Iran into Syria and Lebanon and their insistence that they will remove Israel calling it a tumor, a cancer and other derogatory names all implying it as a disease. The Iranian leadership claims that Israel and the Jews are to blame for all the wars everywhere in the world claiming that the Jews make obscene profits from these wars and this is why they are behind all the wars. Iran is a threat beyond Israel and would be free to invade Europe once they cemented their conquests they plan for the Middle East. Of course, this threat does not matter as long as along the way the Jews are wiped out from Israel. This is part of why so many European governments support so many NGO’s and groups which promote the BDS Movement attempting to economically strangle Israel without being overt in the process.

 

This brings us to the greatest false claim of the anti-Israel movements, especially the BDS Movement. These groups claim they are protecting the interests and economic well-being of the Palestinian Arabs. One example of the falsity of these claims comes from the moving of the SodaStream factory from the Shomron where it employed numerous Arabs alongside of Jews to within the Green Line where they had to let their Arab employees go, as they are unable to travel into Israel. On this subject, we quote Mendi Safadi, who heads the Safadi Center for International Diplomacy, Research, Public Relations and Human Rights advised a reality check stating, “Every Palestinian who works in Jewish settlements in Judea and Samaria earns around $1,200 per month while the Palestinian minimum wage is $250 per month. When a factory closes in Judea and Samaria, 80% of the workers are Palestinians and they lose their jobs, as was the case with Soda Stream.” The BDS Movement does nothing to assist Palestinian Arabs and in fact damages many of them removing their ability to make a decent wage. But this may actually be another part of their desire to cause problems for Israel. When these people lose their employment in an Israeli company, they may eventually get to the point where their best hope to have a decent life is to turn to terrorism which is the highest paying profession for the Palestinian Arabs. This is known as ‘Pay to Slay” and provides a permanent income for the family of any Palestinian Arab or even Israeli Arab who murders Jews; the more Jews they murder, the higher the family is rewarded. Further, if the IDF tears down their house, the Palestinian Authority will build them a new one in the same place. There have been terrorists who admitted that the reason they committed their acts of terror was for the cash payments and they did not care if they died as they would go to heaven and their family would be taken care of.

 

Results of Pay to Slay is Dead Israelis Including the Children

 

Now we would like to address a fallacy which is so often repeated that it has become fact for all too many people. The fallacy is that Israel prevents the Palestinian Arabs from having elections and does not allow them to vote in Israeli election in which they have a right to vote because Israel occupies them. First, let us talk about Gaza. Israel pulled everything and everyone out of Gaza in 2005 and has had no interference except in response to being attacked by Hamas and other terrorists from Gaza. Gaza was given over to the Palestinian Authority who lost it to Hamas in a 2007 coup. After Hamas, a universally recognized terrorist group, assumed rule in Gaza, this was when Israel imposed a blockade which even the United Nations recognized as legal. Aid still flows into Gaza in the form of dozens of tractor-trailers each day which carry everything from food to building supplies and medicines. Hamas takes everything and doles it out through friends who are getting very wealthy. They retain the building supplies and use them to build tunnels into Israel, bunkers within Gaza and fortified positions for their rocket launchers. Hamas has a dictatorship and their upper echelons choose who will govern. They, for all intents and purposes, are their own nation completely independent of Israel and allowing them to vote in Israeli elections would be the same as Taiwan allowing mainland Chinese to vote in their elections, though the numbers are somewhat different. Now for the Palestinian Authority (PA) which occupies Israel lands west of the Jordan River in parts of Judea and Samaria, or are people going to claim that Judea is not Jewish. They also are independent of Israel and in Area A, the area where the PA is in total control, they are completely ruled by Mahmoud Abbas and his government. Area B is also under PA civil control and is under mutual PA and Israeli security control and is the region where any border, were one to be agreed upon, would be drawn. Area C, according to the Oslo Accords, is under complete Israeli control and was intended to be annexed completely by Israel once a peace was reached along with whatever parts of Area B were to become part of Israel. The idea that Israel must return to the pre-Six Day War borders is an idea supported by the Muslim and Arab worlds and adopted heartedly by Europe and has become another lie taken as fact. People really need to read the agreements starting with the San Remo Conference and the rest after World War I, that is the World War before any Holocaust and when Israel was proposed and its border set in the east as the Jordan River. Mahmoud Abbas is in thirteenth year of his five-year term and is in no hurry to hold elections. The Arabs under the PA would vote in those elections if only Abbas was not fearing that he would not live very long if he were to lose the election, which he would.

 

The problem is that there is no heir apparent should Abbas, who is over 80 and in very delicate health, drop dead. When he does finally leave the mortal coil, there is going to be a struggle between the numerous separate parties on who will replace him and the ensuing potential for violence will probably translate into a multi-faceted civil struggle where the people will pay the highest price. When this violence breaks out, we predict that the European Union, United Nations and all too many nations are going to warn Israel against interfering while blaming the violence upon Israel. Holding contradictory positions when it comes to Israel is one of the balancing acts which is popular in many places of our world. Eventually, Israel will be forced to intervene and then set up some form of governance within the territories so the Arabs can actually have somewhat normative lives. The one solution which has been proposed which would permit for the Arabs to finally have governance which does not steal them blind has been setting each small region surrounding the numerous cities and towns under their own governments often led by the largest family in that region. This was how they were ruled before the British left and the Arab armies of six Arab nations invaded to try to wipe out the Jews. When they left the region, they placed the Mufti of Jerusalem to form some form of local governance with Jordan ruling the area in Judea and Samaria, the lands they illegally occupied, and Egypt with Gaza which they ruled and occupied illegally. One has to go back to the League of Nations Mandates which are enforceable under Article 80 of the United Nations Charter, and then they would realize that Gaza actually belongs to Israel and everything west of the Jordan River was to belong to Israel and Arab nations illegally occupying those areas did not alter that despite what the world loves to think. Once Israel has settled the squabbles and set up a workable form of governing for the Arabs, they will probably be granted legal resident alien status while Israel roots out the last of the terrorists. The officers and security leaders from the PA will probably be exiled and may find themselves back in Tunis, Tunisia. This time they will not be permitted to return no matter what the world demands. With the Arabs of the Shomron under stable governance which is more interested in their welfare than lining their pockets, this will be even more true as Israel will have annexed these lands and be the overseeing force, then they and Israel can open factories and other infrastructure and their lives will improve greatly. Even the Europeans will have to end their incessant screaming for the Arab plight to be addressed and blaming Israel despite Israel not having direct control. Israel will then have indirect control and the leadership of the numerous Arab communities will have to have clean governance otherwise Israel might decide to replace them and place somebody else in charge of running the area. Israel will provide all of the necessary infrastructure and that in and of itself will be a great benefit. Then the only problem will be Gaza which is a terrorist sanctuary at present. Any terrorism which emanates from the former PA region will result in the terrorist and their immediate family being exiled from Israel and not permitted to return under pain of death for the one who committed the terrorist act, or some equally undesirable result.

 

Then with Gaza, should they continue to export terror attacks and sending rockets into Israel, it will not take long before Israel cleans out the terrorist leadership and infrastructure from Gaza and either make a deal with Egypt where they resume their control of the region or Israel take control of Gaza and run the area until it can be turned back to the people of Gaza to elect their own government with the one proviso, no terrorism unless they desire Israel to have to return, something which is always unpleasant to have to endure. The other threat is in the north with Hezballah which has almost taken over the Lebanese government and military. Hezballah is a direct actor under the command of Iran. This makes Iran directly responsible for any attacks Hezballah might make upon Israel. Israel knows that once the areas of Judea and Samaria are cleared of terrorist influences and the Arabs have decent governments ruling them and their lives improve, that front will be taken off the threat board leaving mainly Hamas and Hezballah, both direct agents of Iran. This makes the solution to these two obvious, let Iran know that they will be held directly responsible for any and all attacks from either entity. This will put the onus on Iran to keep Hamas and Hezballah as well as the minor operatives such as Islamic Jihad, also controlled by Iran, in check or face possible retaliation from Israel. This will hopefully serve as sufficient a threat to prevent further terrorist activities from these groups and the same threat can be applied to Syria which has also become another pawn of Iran as well as Iraq. For those seeking to find the real threat over the Middle East need look no further than the nation which has been sweeping across the Middle East taking over such nations’ governments as Iraq, Syria, Yemen and soon Lebanon while controlling terrorist groups of Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Hezballah plus their military arm for international actions the IRGC. Iran’s leaders have often made mention that they see themselves as the renewed Persian Empire and as such the rightful rulers of the world, just as Cyrus declared that he ruled when he swept across the Middle East, North Africa and into Europe as far as Greece. Iran has also, beyond threatening Israel, threatened to take control of the Saudi Arabian oil fields, Mecca and Medina as well as the United States. But the Europeans see Iran as money of which they can partake for as long at it lasts and thus refuse to join the United States in sanctioning Iran and have even set up get-arounds for companies to trade with Iran and receive their payments through a third company so as to not be targeted by the United States sanctions. So, Iran is the darling of Europe for as long as the cash flows while Israel is the devil incarnate but they still desire the developments and discoveries which come from Israel.

Methodology of Leftist NGO’s and Their Enablers

 

Some are amazed at the apparent support that exists for the farthest leftist causes and how they inundate companies resulting in sufficient influential force to have these companies alter their business practices. The greatest example of this has been the BDS (Boycott, Divestment and Sanction) efforts against Israel. Such charities as Oxfam have been pressured to forcing a choice upon their chosen international representative, Scarlett Johansson. The problem is that the well-known actress, Scarlett Johansson, was also in advertisements for the company SodaStream, which at the time had a factory in the Shomron which many claim is rightfully belonging to the Arab Palestinians. Scarlett Johansson chose to remain the representative for SodaStream and stepped down from Oxfam. There is a further development on this story. When SodaStream built a new factory, they also bent to the pressures and built the new factory within the Green Line. This resulted in hundreds of Arab Palestinians losing their jobs. That BDS pressure sure is helping these Arab workers, but they are just collateral damage in the war to destroy Israel. Destroying the Jewish State by claiming to assist Arab Palestinians more often than not harms these very same people causing them to become unemployed from Jobs which paid higher wages than any other including Palestinian Authority positions including their Security Forces. The only higher paying jobs for these people are to become terrorists and murder Israelis in order to gain an early retirement income from the Palestinian Authority. Perhaps this is the real reason for the BDS Movement; force Arab Palestinians into unemployment until they become so desperate they are willing to kill innocent Israelis in order to generate a permanent income for them and their families.

 

The latest target of the BDS Movement has been the real estate listing service, Airbnb. They have censored their listings removing those beyond the Green Line which belong to Jews as well as those in the Golan Heights. We would like to quote NGO Watch found in the article titled, “The New Israel Fund encouraged the Airbnb boycott of Israel.” NGO Watch noted:

“This change in policy was a clear result of a coordinated and well-financed campaign targeting the company by NGOs involved in BDS (boycott, divestment, and sanctions) campaigns against Israel, led by Human Rights Watch (HRW) and Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP), in concert with the UN Human Rights Council (HRC), at least three Israeli groups, and the Palestinian Authority. The funders responsible for this campaign include a number of European governments as well as the US-based Rockefeller Brothers Fund.”

So, this is how these numerous groups on the far left can organize to apply so much pressure on companies, governments, charities and other organizations including international organizations. This amount of organization is impressive and gives the appearance that these groups have hundreds, thousands and far more in some instances. Their tactic is to inundate their target with e-mails, snail mail, phone calls directly to top officials’ numbers when they are able to procure them and press releases to every media source on the planet castigating their target for their obvious questionable actions, support, locations or political leanings. Their tactics actually use their most active and dedicated members to assume numerous identities in order to magnify their pressure. This can be accomplished through simple subterfuge. One easily adopted methodology is for members to apply for numerous e-mail accounts using different names from the many numerous free e-mail services. By attaining a second e-mail address, one can then apply to another service using both of these e-mails as identification. Then they can use three of these e-mails to gain three additional addresses from their first e-mail provider. Now they have seven with which to get additional addresses all under different names and one can see how with the numerous free e-mail providers, one can accumulate a great number of e-mails all under separate names identifying the sender. Then, when they need to pressure anything which has crossed the targeting of their NGO or organization, they send a single e-mail from each of the addresses amassed with a different message. These messages do not need to be elaborate, though a small number will be more fervent than the rest, and send these to the targeted entity which will soon get the feeling that they are facing a massive populist movement with potentially millions of supporters. These NGOs who master this ploy maximizing their effectiveness are rewarded with additional funding from government and the numerous arms of the United Nations and other supportive groups, as noted in the above NGO Watch quotation.

 

Do not even bother to ask whether this is proper or legal, as such is of little concern when there is a cause to support and force upon some unsuspecting victims. It is the cause and only the cause and whatever it takes is all fair in love of cause and the war to impose it upon the public. Unfortunately, the laws which might be applied would be a stretch as they would need to apply racketeering laws, fraudulent representation or some related or similar laws. The people would play the innocent victim of the state attempting to intimidate them in their efforts to make changes in the world and make it a far better place. Any such attempt would result in a media feeding frenzy which would only serve to further amplify the efforts by these dedicated leftists. Well, don’t rightist groups also use these tactics? Even if this was so, there is a huge difference between most right wing groups and the left wing groups, especially the ones on the far left, and that is a little thing called intersectionality. Intersectionality is a very interesting idea which further amplifies the voice of leftist groups because of the way it links them all into mutual support. Even finding a group of right wing people who share sufficient ideas to form a group is difficult, as we found when attempting to put together a campaign for office. The difference between right and left can be simply described. For two right wing groups to coordinate, they will be required to go through every last political position and should they not agree in total, then they will split and each go their separate way and not coordinate or only loosely coordinate. This does not lead to right wing groups working together and part of why there are so few right wing large demonstrations; you just cannot herd that many right wing groups together and have them play well together. Intersectionality is a weapon which works mostly on the left.

 

There are some exclusionary properties to intersectionality. It normally is used in order to enlarge demonstrations by bringing in supporters from varied groups to support one another and to make every demonstration appear to be more highly active and supported than it is in reality. This also works when supporting political candidates. Take the Women’s March as an example. They were also supported fully by BLM (Black Lives Matter), anti-fa, Amnesty International USA, an SEIU chapter, the Mothers of the Movement, the National Center for Lesbian Rights, the National Organization for Women (NOW), the National Domestic Workers Alliance, and the Muslim Women’s Alliance for starters. In the end it was reported that there were over four-hundred supporting groups filling the ranks of the march to highly impressive numbers. But there are some lines which must not be crossed, and anything outside of those lines is shunned and often banned from supporting these preferred movements and from receiving support from this core group included under intersectionality. The shining examples of such ostracized groups are any which support Israel. With groups such as the BDS Movement, BLM, Muslim Women’s Alliance and numerous other ardently pro-Palestinian Arab groups along with others which simply denigrate Israel as the greatest oppressor in all of history, eclipsing the empires of the past from the Babylonians to the British, there is no room for any Jewish group which has not sworn to the destruction of the Jewish State. This came to a head in the 2017 Chicago Dyke March where a group who displayed multi-colored flags with a Star of David was denied permission to participate in the parade. That was topped this year with numerous Palestinian Flags being displayed and, of course, the Jews denied again participation. Israel has received a permanent black spot as far as the inclusive intersectionality leftists are concerned.

This has become a major incident concerning the Women’s Movement as Teresa Shook, one of the original co-founders of the Women’s Movement, has declared her ire at the anti-Semitic leanings of the new leadership and demanded they step down as they have been completely ineffective in preventing hate from seeping into the movement. Teresa Shook took to Facebook and stated:

“As Founder of the Women’s March, my original vision and intent was to show the capacity of human beings to stand in solidarity and love against the hateful rhetoric that had become a part of the political landscape in the U.S. and around the world. I wanted us to prove that the majority of us are decent people who want a world that is fair, just and inclusive of Women and All people. We proved that on January 21, 2017 (and in the U.S. this past midterm with a diverse electorate).

Bob Bland, Tamika Mallory, Linda Sarsour and Carmen Perez of Women’s March, Inc. have steered the Movement away from its true course. I have waited, hoping they would right the ship. But they have not. In opposition to our Unity Principles, they have allowed anti-Semitism, anti- LBGTQIA sentiment and hateful, racist rhetoric to become a part of the platform by their refusal to separate themselves from groups that espouse these racist, hateful beliefs. I call for the current Co-Chairs to step down and to let others lead who can restore faith in the Movement and its original intent. I stand in Solidarity with all the Sister March Organizations, to bring the Movement back to its authentic purpose. As Women’s March founder, I am stepping up to bring focus back to the Unity Principles on which our movement began, and with the support of all of those who marched and have continued to march, I pledge to support grassroots, decentralized leadership promoting a safe, worldwide community devoid of hate speech, bigotry and racism.”

The results of this should be interesting but we hold out little hope for Teresa Shook to regain control over the movement she helped to birth as the new leftists represented by Women’s March organizers, from left to right, Bob Bland, Linda Sarsour, Carmen Perez and Tamika Mallory are going to simply push her aside as inconsequential and blame it on her support for Israel when their real reason is that she is a proud Jew.

Control of the future of the Women’s Movement and the face-off mentioned above will be a telling result which will indicate whether or not the Jews have any future on the left. There is far more at stake than demonstration rights and inclusion with the intersectionality group, also at stake is the future and control of the Democrat Party which is rapidly falling into the hands of others just the same as the new leadership in the Women’s Movement. This has been a long time building and was obvious to any observer whose eyes were open and they were not sleeping at the wheel. The left has become weaponized and their sites are currently merely on Israel, but from there it will be a short hop, without even requiring a skip or a jump, to anti-Semitism. The reality is their singular targeting of Israel and no other nation for harming the rights of supposed minorities, despite recognizing that Israel supports the LBGTQ rights, claiming this is merely to hide their sins against the Arab Palestinians which Israel does not rule or have any legal influence upon, is a form of anti-Semitism. They do not even require the hop; they just need be honest which is something we expect to surface in the very near future. The Jews living in the United States reside in a fool’s paradise and are blithely unaware of the target which is being place on their heads. We have seen this exact playbook almost to the letter in too many historical settings to miss seeing the future and the difficulty which will soon start to become even more evident as the Jews start to become confused because none of what will happen will make sense to them. They will claim that they mean those other Jews and will live on in denial until, once again, it is too late. There is another side to these coming realities, and that is that Israel has to wean herself from all United States aid and start producing all her weapons and munitions within her own borders and do so with some urgency. Dark clouds are on the horizon.
