Advice for Netanyahu When Visiting Trump

 

Most of what Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu needs to remember is that there should be a whole list of words which he should never speak and immediately interrupt and correct President Trump about should he bring up these subjects. The first is “Two State Solution.” Those words should never even enter your mind Prime Minister Netanyahu. Even should such phrase even begin to light up in your mind, extinguish that fire before it burns you and every true Zionist. Should President Trump mention that unthinkable concept simply reply quickly asking for clarification and make sure he is speaking of Jordan and Israel with Jordan as the Arab section and nation made from the British Mandate and Israel in the lands west of the Jordan River reserved for the Jewish homelands. That is far from the only phrase which must not be uttered but must be interrupted if stated. The phrase “Land for Peace” must not pass through your lips, Prime Minister and should such an accusational statement emanate from President Trump ask him immediately how much of the southwest of the United States would he be willing to grant to Mexico in return for their promising to end illegal immigration as long as you provide all services to these states such as electricity, water, sewage treatment, gas and other upkeep as required including expanding these utilities. Then explain how Israel gave up Gaza as a test case and explain how well this worked out for the neighborhoods bordering Gaza. Tell him about the ever increasing range of rockets that Israel has needed to prepare to protect itself from and how there are not sufficient Iron Dome systems and interceptors to cover the entire nation as is currently within the range of the largest Hamas rockets. Tell President Trump how Iran sometimes provides whatever aid, money, rocket engines, guidance systems, guns, mortars and tunnel technologies to Hamas and provides much of this all the time to Islamic Jihad both of which share the terrorist functions out of Gaza and have spread into the Sinai Peninsula and have become a threat for Egyptian President al-Sisi as well as attacking Israel and working with Islamic State in the Sinai. These are problems which President Trump will understand and will depict the realities that Israel faces and how they are near to identical to those faced by the United States, just far more local for Israel as the United States is the fine wine in the bottle while Israel is the cork in that bottle safeguarding the fine wine from the spoilage trying to contaminate the wine.

At such a point, Mr. Prime Minister, continue to explain how Israel is an intelligence bonanza for the United States and how Israel is the test laboratory for security and vetting systems and techniques. Tell President Trump about some of the advancements made in security vetting which can be performed by software and some simple cameras and sensors taking a mere matter of minutes to screen people almost always with under a dozen questions. Explain how the United States and Israel are facing similar threats and that you understand the difficulty of having to deal with political opposition who second guess your every move and how they will sometimes, all too often, undercut efforts intended to protect the people simply to gain political points. Press on how Israel will offer any and all cooperation in the fight against Islamic Radical Terrorism and related threats.

 

One area you should feel free to talk about to your heart’s content is the Jewish and Israelite history from Jericho to the present and how Jews have remained in this land for the past three thousand years. Feel free to tell him how the PLO was a KGB cooperative effort with the Arab League and how the idea of the Palestinian People was invented in 1964 in Moscow between Yasser Arafat and the KGB with Mahmoud Abbas right there at Arafat’s side as his second in command from day one. Feel free to tell President Trump how Abbas is simply Arafat in a suit and how the PLO has broken every last agreement they have ever signed including the changing of their Charter to remove the insistence that they destroy Israel through violent jihad. Explain that there has been a constant effort to kill the Jews since the very beginning of the coming of Zionism and explain how the first Jews came to these lands and built the water systems for irrigation and shared these improvements with the few Arab farmers. Explain how new Arabs then came and while the Jews were building the water system digging the ditches the women had to sit atop the trucks with rifles to shoot back at Arab snipers shooting the men as they worked. Explain how Syria used to have their snipers practice by shooting farmers in their fields from atop the Golan Heights before 1967. Remind President Trump of how the Arabs would riot using the exact same claim that the Jews were out to destroy the al-Aqsa Mosque back in the 1920’s before there was even an Israel. Inform him about the Khartoum Conference and the Three No’s; no peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel, no negotiations with Israel. Explain that Mahmoud Abbas speaking in Arabic calls for the genocide of the Jews in Israel and promises that the Arabs will destroy Israel in stages. Explain that Abbas regularly states that any peace made with Israel is simply another step towards Israel being destroyed. Tell that Abbas refuses to agree that any peace even if it gives him everything they claim to want will not bring an end to the peaceful resistance which is their euphemism for terror attacks and murdering Israelis.

 

Review the battles of the Maccabees, of Deborah, Bar Kokhba, David, Abraham and all the other Israelite battles which mostly happened in the Judean hills and Samaria. Explain how Judea and Samaria are the heartland of Israel and Jerusalem the beating heart of Israel and Judaism and how the death of Israel will all but guarantee the death of Judaism as a viable and recognized religion as the numbers of Jews will wilt away. Explain the destruction of Israel would be a second and final holocaust that the Jews cannot endure. Tell him with all the warmth and emotion of our love for our lands and remind him that the only place that Christians have been permitted complete freedom to practice their religion and even build churches or repair their existing churches. Explain how many Christian leaders are afraid to speak out about Islam because they worry what will happen to their threatened fellow Christians across the Middle East, North Africa (MENA) and the rest of the Muslim world. Bring up that the largest and most violent anti-Christianity comes from the lands of MENA and how 2016 was the worst year for Christian persecution and how Israel has been a safe haven for these Christians and the Baha’I who have some of their largest congregations within Israel. Explain how Muslims too have freedom of religion and free practice within Israel and how nearly a million Jews were expelled from the Arab nations of MENA and how Israel welcomed the vast majority of them as the rest of the world turned their backs and that Israel immediately incorporated these refugees into the society despite the difficulties this posed. Explain how the Arab world had victimized so many of their brothers and sisters forcing them into refugee camps with the hope they would someday be permitted to overwhelm Israel with millions of indoctrinated and radicalized Arabs from these camps. Explain how there are two large Palestinian Arab refugee camps, one outside Gaza City and the other outside Nablus, where they are located within Palestinian governed areas and ask how can Palestinians be refugees when within the Palestinian Authority or Gaza?

 

Bring up the Palestinian movements in Jordan and how they wish to take in the Palestinian Arabs from Judea and Samaria but they too are persecuted and refused basic rights by the Hashemite King of Jordan placed over them by the British. Explain how the United States could assist freeing all of the Jordanian Palestinian Arabs from the British Mandate era and empower them to assist their brothers and sisters as all that is required would be for the Jordanian King to permit self-rule for his people and how President Trump could assist in arranging for the position of King of Jordan to be made ceremonial with a comfortable salary as he seldom visits his nation preferring to spend his time abroad mostly in Europe and other places where he feels safer. Explain that Mahmoud Abbas and his cronies have stolen billions upon billions of aid dollars and that were the Palestinian Arabs permitted a vote he and his cronies would be sent packing and that their removal would be the first best step to a solution. Explain how now an Arab selling their property to anybody not approved by Abbas and his cronies will be charged of a capital crime and very likely tried by street justice which always finds them guilty and will execute justice with their hanging from a crane. Explain that the Arabs residing under the Palestinian Authority have little real freedoms and if they desire to leave and reside elsewhere that they often must leave everything behind and escape as if they were escaping a prison. Tell President Trump how Abbas is serving the eleventh year of a four year term in office which he started back in 2005 and how he refuses to allow elections all while blaming Israel for Palestinians not being permitted to vote.

It is not that President Donald Trump is unaware of these truths or the millions of other truths, he does understand. He does not require reminding that he promised to move the United States embassy to Jerusalem but it never hurts to thank him for soon making the commitment into action and choosing a site. Invite him to Jerusalem so the two of you can scout out some choice locations and you can show him some of the great Jewish historic sites in all of Jerusalem including some of the historic refurbished synagogues in the Jewish Quarter of the Old City. Explain that Israel would gladly allow the Arabs to remain within Israel as legal resident aliens and would work with Jordan to arrange for their gaining rights to vote for Jordanian legislature once their nation becomes truly free. Give President Trump all the information possible about the Jordan Opposition Coalition (JOC) (الائتلاف الاردني للمعارضة) and bring a copy of Ted Belman’s article titled “The Ultimate Alternate Israel-Palestine Solution” as an introduction to an all Palestinian Arab solution to the problems over Judea and Samaria and a real return to the original two state solution where 78% of the British Mandate Lands were granted to the Arabs and the remaining 22% of the lands which lie west of the Jordan River were set aside for the Jewish homeland. Jordan had occupied illegally parts of Judea and Samaria as well as half of Jerusalem and by every treaty and document before 1967 stated that these lands which Jordan had stolen were illegally held. In 1967 Israel did not conquer Judea and Samaria, we liberated these lands and we intend to keep them as our natural rights under International Law. Just do not mention anything which would not comfortably have ever been uttered by the likes of Ze’ev Jabotinsky, please.

As Long as They All Hate

 

We have always held that if you are going to be denounced, sanctioned, held as a diabolical daemon in the United Nations General Assembly, receive threats from the European Union and member states and bludgeoned with words of war from the Arab world and generally made a pariah; then you may as well do whatever serves your needs and to hell with everyone else. We have seen the guaranteed death of the two state solution in any number of ways. The Palestinian education, or should we say indoctrination, system has set their belief structure that the only peaceful solution left to them is the complete destruction of Israel and the death of every Jew. Just for clarification, they teach the death of every Jew, not Israeli and not just Israeli Jews but all Jews everywhere which is possible only should they conquer the world. The PLO Charter has fairly similar wordings, goals and aims as does the Hamas Charter which also calls for their conquest of the world. People laugh when they are told these things and claim that nobody is so delusional as to believe they are going to conquer the world, that’s just plain crazy. Well, yes, it is crazy but that does not mean they do not believe they will actually conquer the world. It does not matter if the leaders know that world conquest is a pipe dream, as long as the people are sold on that idea, they will fight until their dying day, which their fighting may advance by years through another senseless death in a war that cannot be won and also will not end until totally and utterly defeated. Keep in mind that the Islamic State also expects to conquer the world, Iran’s leadership sells the people on their conquering the world; the Imams in Saudi Arabia believe they will conquer the world under Wahhabism; the Imams teaching at Al-Azhar University in Cairo (pictured below), Egypt, the leading center for Islamic knowledge in the world, also sells their Imams on the fact that Islam is destined to conquer the world and it will be their version of Sunni Islam which will accomplish this; and the Ottoman Turks also set out to conquer the world and succeeded in conquering the Islamic world, or at least a good part of it. In Islam, world conquest is one of the main tenets after the Five Pillars of Islam which are Shahadah which means belief that there is only one god, Allah, and Muhammad is Allah’s messenger; Salah which means prayers are to be given Allah five times a day; Zakat which means giving alms, charity, of 2.5% of income; Hajj which is making the pilgrimage to the house of Allah in Mecca at least once during your life; and Fasting which is the fast from sunrise to sunset during the month of Ramadan. So, why not just add another pillar and admit that Islam demands that Muslims not rest until the entire world has fallen before them and all have either converted or been put to the sword. The Jizya tax for unbelievers to pay as protection under Islam is a temporary fix which in time is presumed to pass and the other two alternatives are to be implemented, convert or die. So, what does one do knowing that their problem with the Arab Palestinians can only be resolved to their satisfaction with your death and the conquest of your country by whatever means are necessary and that no rest can be afforded Israel as the land has been declared a Waqf which means that “every grain of sand is a holy piece of Islam” according to the definition of Waqf being a religious endowment of an area, in this case all of Israel from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea according to the Palestinian leadership.

So, the enemy refuses any compromise and is willing, as we have already witnessed, to send all ages of youth starting with ten year old children armed with knives who are sworn to jihad and will attack as long as they have life left in them even if mortally wounded they will still attempt to kill whomever comes close including aid personnel who are attempting to treat their wounds. That is the level of fanaticism faced currently in Israel and coming rapidly to Europe and possibly beyond into the United States, Canada and anywhere else taking in the “Syrian refugees” who have numbers of males between the ages of fourteen and forty and who are unaccompanied by a wife, girlfriend or children. These are not refugees people, this is a fighting force, an advance column which will be learned in quick order, ask the French as they are entering the first phase of the Islamic war for the conquest of France. Israel has been dealing with this war from day one when on May 15, 1948, when Israel was first declared a nation with her borders defined as being from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea, sounds familiar doesn’t it, and six nations’ armies invaded from every border with the genocidal intent of slaughtering every Jew and taking their wealth and possibly enslaving many of the women to be used to propagate more Muslim children. They promised wealth, herds of sheep, free land and houses, all the belongings of the Jew and all other spoils of war as defined in the Quran, which includes the enslavement of their defeated opponents women and the taking of children too young to be educated and have a strong attachment to any religion and might make good Muslims after being indoctrinated. That definition of the rewards for jihad against Israel and the Jews has not changed and if you die while performing jihad you go instantly to Islamic heaven where there are lush fields of grass, waterfalls, rivers, wines, and seventy-two permanent virgins who regain their virginity after you take them such that they are always fresh young, virgin, raven haired and beautiful. You cannot make this stuff up, well, apparently you can but your name would need to be Muhammad as such is beyond our imagination. Our imagination is so poor that we can only find one answer to this situation and it will not make even many of the Israeli politicians happy as they are mired in a false promise which was made at Oslo in the accursed Oslo Accords. There was the invention of two states for two peoples living side-by-side in peace and security. There was only one problem with that agreement, one side lied. The actions of Yasser Arafat, Mahmoud Abbas and the Palestinian indoctrinated generations since 1993 and even before have proven that the Arab Palestinians will not accept two states for two peoples living side-by-side in peace and security, they want it all and they want it now or whenever as long as it takes to force the Jews from their lands or murder them where they stand and take the lands which Oslo defined as to be shared; they have decided they do not wish to share or play well with others. This is the reality from which Israel has to decide what she wishes to do.

 

So, what are the choices and how can we rate them for viability? Well, we can continue to offer new and slightly different proposals for establishing the two state solution as we have been doing since 1993 in September. It was a sunny Monday afternoon on the White House Lawns in Washington D.C., the thirteenth of September to be exact, and the negotiations have continued ever since. Since that time the Israelis have been systematically driven back one concession at a time while the Palestinians refused to even ratify their acceptance of the Oslo Accords, everybody has simply assumed their accepting it formally and never checked, or cared to check. Their one necessary concession was to change their Charter so it would no longer call for the destruction of Israel and they were only pressed once where the United States State Department joined a session of the Palestinian Parliament to witness their vote to change the Charter and they took a vote and passed a measure calling for a committee to be appointed to assess a proper and acceptable alteration to comply with the agreement to change the Charter. They never appointed the committee and never changed a word of their Charter which remains calling for the complete destruction of Israel. Since then Israel had gone from the original plan where Israel retained Area C, the Arab Palestinians retained Area A and the sides were to negotiate where to divide Area B to now where there are demands for Israel to return to the borders from before the 1967 Six Day War and surrender the entirety of the Old City of Jerusalem which has numerous Jewish holy sites and all of Area C which also holds valuable and precious Jewish holy sites and historic locations and there have been hints that Israel should also surrender a path to Gaza straight across the midlands of Israel cutting the Jewish State into halves and even calls for surrender of much of the Galilee and most of the Negev Desert. The aim is obvious, make Israel completely indefensible and then destroy it in quick order after every inch which could be negotiated had been taken through combination of threats and twisting world opinion, and that world opinion had been very generous to the Arab Palestinians as they are willing to sacrifice all of Israel as long as doing so comes with a promise to end all Islamic violence in the Western world and they are willing to take their word for that. The catch is they need Israel to agree and that point has yet to be reached, but give the world and the masters at giving concessions, also called the Knesset, time and we might get there. The Knesset actually approved the gifting of Gaza to the Palestinian Authority who within a short period lost it to Hamas who has since used it as a launching area of rockets into civilian areas of Israel and for tunneling into Israel with the intent of accomplishing raids resulting in kidnapped IDF or civilian Israelis. That was how the Gilad Shalit abduction and ransom was conducted. The world also seems to be fixated on Israel controlling their border with Hamas and Gaza despite tons of goods, food, medicine and other non-military goods transferred through the operative crossing daily where any government or NGO can have non-military goods transferred to Gaza simply by shipping their goods through the Ashdod, Israel port as Israel has legitimate need to assure that no military use goods are given over to Hamas, a recognized internationally as a terror origination. What is curious is these same nations have no problem with the complete closure of Gaza’s border with Egypt where nothing passes through in either direction legally for months and even years at a time. Israel has treated Gazans in Israeli hospitals including Hamas leader Haniyeh’s daughter treated in Israel. At another time, if you trust Israeli new reports, Hamas leader Haniyeh’s mother-in-law was also treated in an Israeli hospital. And according to Reuters in their last line almost as an excuse our mention of this but, one of Haniyeh’s granddaughters was treated in an Israeli hospital. But Israel is accused of committing genocide in Gaza. They keep using that word and I do not think it means what they think it means.

 

So, we have an intransigent enemy which will only be satisfied when they are walking on our graves as they would have long ago been destroyed as who needs a Jewish cemetery in the middle of an Arab Muslim Palestinian entity, which also happens to be dysfunctional and a failed entity incapable of supporting itself and completely dependent on foreign funding just to feed its people. And we have Israel, the only Jewish State in a sea of Arab and Muslim states despite the Arab Palestinian argument that there are no Muslim nations, which is true because their claim is there is not one such nation and they are correct, there are twenty-one Arab Muslim States and they desire to be the twenty-second. The world is willing to grant the Arabs Palestinians their demands as long as these demands are couched in polite terms and do not completely eradicate Israel, at least this is quite true in the United Nations General Assembly but thus far has not survived and passed in the Security Council where a veto threat always seems to succeed in preventing such a measure of passing and has even prevented such from being presented as their voting it down would set a bad precedent, or at least that has been the reason given by the Arab Palestinian leadership. Recent developments have shown that the veto protection has become something which some have decided can be used as a bludgeon to force Israeli leadership to toe a line drawn outside of Israel. This threat has been intimated but has yet to actually been publicly deployed though the possibility that it was threatened in private discussions between high officials in both nations has been breached as having been a possibility in many an editorial. Still, the fact that one of the candidates for the highest office did spend close to or possible more than a half hour berating the Prime Minister of Israel because he had the audacity to present the Israeli position regarding the Iranian nuclear negotiations between the P5+1 (the permanent members of the Security Council which are the United States, Russia, China, Great Britain and France and the plus one was Germany and, of course, Iran) which are claimed to permit Iran to continue parts of their nuclear research and increasingly over a decade be permitted greater range of research and development with their potentially producing nuclear weapon as soon as eight years according to some and definitively after the decade when all restrictions would end (the entire deal can be read here in a translation of the Russian copy into English and reformatted for easier reading). Another little tip of something not well known, Iran had been arming Hamas in Gaza and has also been trying to find inroads to arm and aid thus bringing into their influence the Palestinian Authority and the PLO.

 

So, what can be done about this untenable situation? How about a one state solution and the Arab Palestinians will be permitted to vote in their own local elections within Areas A and B while both Palestinians and Israelis will be permitted to reside in Area C but Arab Palestinians will not have voting rights as they will be considered resident aliens within Israel. Israel gets what was promised as their minimum border according to the original intents and promises under the Oslo Accords, as that at the very least should be recognized and granted. By the way, nobody other than Israel gets a vote on that decision. Arab Palestinians will have free travel throughout Israel with checkpoints initially and as the violence ends, the checkpoints will correspondingly end. Any Arab Palestinian desiring to take advantage of an opportunity to reside outside of Israeli influences can take a buyout offer which will include a generous price for their assets such as property, business and other recognized assets plus a flight to a neutral nation and then the flight to their chosen destination, they will need proof their destination will accept them, and an additional sum as determined as a resettlement assistance. Such an offer will be available for a set period, perhaps one year, and afterwards the remaining Arab Palestinians will be considered to be resident aliens with semiautonomous rights in Areas A and B. Any act of terrorism such as attacking people with no cause other than jihad or other terrorist acts will result in deportation either immediately or after serving any prison sentence handed down by the courts. Eventually, it may become possible to allow Arab Palestinians to apply for Israeli citizenship, but that will take time and the terrorist violence will need to have ceased before such can even be considered. The Arab Palestinians will retain the right to own property and to practice their religion freely. Initially the Madrassas will be monitored to assure they are not teaching jihad or Muslim supremacy doctrines and those crossing these lines will be warned once and if their transgressing the set limits continues they will be closed. The UNRWA schools and other public education will come under Israeli control and will retain any Arab Palestinian teachers and staff but will now teach an approved version of the Israeli basic education, especially when it comes to history, the sciences and Hebrew will be a required course so that when the time arrives that incorporating them if they choose into Israeli society as full citizens they will speak Hebrew which is an aim of the education system in Israel as well as the absorption programs for Jews making Aliyah. The Arab Palestinian leadership, especially the upper levels of Fatah and the PLO will necessarily be deported as there is no path which appears possible to incorporate them peaceably into this solution. They will not be granted any remuneration as they have stolen sufficient monies over the years to cover any relocation they choose even if it be a mansion along the Riviera. This may not be a perfect plan but what exists now is far worse for both the Arab Palestinians and the Israelis. Israel cannot be expected to continue this charade where their citizens are but targets which the Arab Palestinian school system teaches do not deserve to live and are a mortal enemy and are going to murder the Arab Palestinians unless they kill all the Israelis first. That has to end as it has ruined the lives of two generations of Arab Palestinians by filling them with hatred and nothing else to base their future upon. They are taught that as long as Israel exists their lives will be worthless and the Jews have stolen all opportunities and the only path to retrieve opportunity is to destroy Israel. That is not an acceptable situation and there is but one way to resolve that, end the Arab occupation and indoctrination on what is legally under all international laws Israeli soil. Publish the Levy Report and act on it as this situation is untenable for all involved and is destroying the Arab Palestinians’ futures by selling them destruction as their only option.

Peace Farce Being Pushed Again

 

Mahmoud Abbas has been a busy beaver running to and fro pleading for anybody to press Israel and squeeze more concessions which he can gather for free and brag that he is the hero of the people. He has been pressing the French with a modicum of fruitfulness. He recently ran off to Cairo pestering President Sisi to also press for a renewal of a peace he will never accept. Abbas has no ability to accept anything less than the complete obliteration of the Jewish State, Israel, or as he refers to it, the Zionist Entity. Mahmoud Abbas has made it clear to the Arab world that he is aware that the only peace he will allow is for the replacement of Israel with an Arab state and the Jews liquidated. This is the only promise Abbas feels he need honor and any agreement with anyone else including the French, Sisi, the United States, The United Nations and any other entity are to be a ruse towards reaching the desired end of Israel and that is the only truth. But Sisi has enough on his plate and needed Abbas pressing like he needs a hole in his head. Possibly just to clear his plate of this annoyance or possibly in earnest desire to do what is right Sisi made a statement pressing for a restart of the “Peace Process.” Now the circus begins anew and Israel can only now attempt to mitigate this renewed threat taking as little damage as possible.

 

The immediate reaction to Sisi’s pressured request has been as expected. Mahmoud Abbas is delighted and immediately took to demanding that Israel prepare to restart the peace process and take the required steps to allow for the negotiations to begin. This is not what many will think it is as it is most definitely not a demand to schedule a meeting as that had been offered and on the table for the last sixty years if only the Palestinians desired peace rather than conquest. This desire for Israel to prepare for negotiations actually means for Israel to start making offers of concessions until Abbas decides which concessions he desires to accept and may even add a few suggestions of his own. He might even renew his demand that Israel permit a land connection between Gaza and Ramallah a mile wide across Israel as dividing the two Palestinian entities is unfair to any who have family in both sides. That such a grant would divide Israel in half separating the north from the south is, of course, of no consequence as only Abbas and the Palestinian desires to be considered valid and Israeli rights as secondary. That has been the basic rule of the game when the outside world intervenes and takes to pressing for progress, a word which has come to mean Israeli concessions and Abbas lies and deceptions accepted as progress.

 

But Abbas was not the only one pleased with this request. Another took full advantage of the ploy to pry concessions from Israel in a naked political maneuver hoping to gain advantage in any coming election at the potential cost of the safety of the nation. This advantage was pressed by the leader of the minority party leader, the Labor Party leader Yitzhak Herzog. This was of no surprise as Yitzhak Herzog has never missed any opportunity to direct pressures against the government and risks the safety of the Israeli public if he can make any political points. The real shame of Herzog and his jumping excitedly on this Abbas attack on Israel is made all the worse as the mood of the peoples of Israel as proven in the last election and has only deepened has been towards the Zionist and nationalist camp as well as becoming more religious. Herzog and his party are socialists and internationalist and has teamed up with Tzipi Livni and her party, which has all but collapsed, and in an attempt to mislead the public adopted the name “Zionist Union” despite being anything but Zionist and running claiming to be the peace party which could lead Israel and the Palestinian Entities, Hamas and Abbas’s Palestinian Authority, to a peace agreement and willing to make whatever painful sacrifice necessary for peace. Perhaps he is not aware that to make peace he would need to sacrifice the entire nation but if that is true then he is completely unaware of reality or is being deceitful, neither of which is a good qualification for leading the nation.

Then there is the French call for a peace conference to discuss the Israel Palestinian Peace Process where they have pressed for numerous countries to send representatives to make discussions as to what steps need to be explored for restarting the peace negotiations. It has been rumored that a number of Arab nations are sending representatives as well as many European nations, all of which are at best questionable in any list of friends of Israel. Further, the United States is debating having Secretary of State Kerry giving the French initiative the boost of their participation. There is one country which has been expressly not invited and will not be admitted even if they desired to join the confab, Israel. What devilish schemes are going to be considered that Israel is expressly excluded from a peace conference under the banner of making peace between the Arab world and Israel starting with the Palestinians where everybody is welcome except Israel? Israel should make it known that they will not be considering anything coming out of the French initiative without allowing the Israeli public and their representatives in the Knesset and the Prime Minister and his Cabinet have reviewed and seriously considered any and all consequences of the prospective solutions.

 

The one item which appears to have escaped everybody was the offers already made in the past which during the peace talks sponsored by President Clinton had been told by Yasser Arafat he would accept and after pressing Israeli Prime minister Ehud Barak to accept the night before. When President Clinton and Secretary of State Albright presented Arafat with the deal he had told President Clinton he would accept just twelve hours or so earlier, Arafat replied by stalking out of the talks refusing to return or make any further demands returning to Ramallah and starting the Second Intifada which murdered over a thousand Israelis and injured innumerably more. Since then there have been at least four more offers made which were comparable or even surpassing that deal and all have been refused out of hand. All included sharing Jerusalem between the two states as their Capital. All included ninety-five percent of Judea and Samaria with equal land swaps making up the remainder. All were thought by the United States to be sufficient to initially meet with their approval. All were rejected by Mahmoud Abbas as insufficient without so much as even a hint at what would be acceptable. All were then declared as failures by Israel to make sufficient sacrifice for peace by the media and all of Europe, the United Nations and even the formerly approving representatives of the United States.

Why Israel should even pretend to accept such overtures knowing that Abbas will never make peace and any agreement made Abbas demands that terror attacks be continued, demands for more sacrifices from Israel meaning giving up land that the Palestinians never resided on, knowing that in the Palestinian schools they teach the children that they are from cities and towns inside Israel and that they will return to their homes which in most cases never existed, and knowing that the world would gladly sacrifice Israel in the hope it would spare them future terrorist attacks, which is beyond any reasonable doubt as proven by past actions and statements. Why the world is even wasting time and effort would be beyond understanding except that it is the worst kept secret that they would sacrifice Israel for even the lie that it would protect them from future Islamic terror or subversive acts as part of a civilizational jihad. Israel need save the world from their own foolishness as the truth is that Israel is the stopper in the bottle between the Islamic world and Europe and the rest of the world. Israel may not prevent some incursions by terror but Israel does make such less likely as Israel by her existence is the first target on their list. Further, Israel provides the best intelligence by which some attacks are prevented though an attack prevented never makes any news and thus no news is good news. News of such might compromise the avenues by which the intelligence was acquired, thus no news is doubly good news as it allows for future times of no news being good news. Unfortunately, the aims of these peace initiatives are to make news which eventually will bring bad news as such news serves simply to aggravate the problems and agitate hidden terrorist potentials. The world would be better served by allowing direct negotiations to take place when the Arab leadership is willing to honestly approach a real peace and not just another attempt to destroy Israel first and Europe next. Pray that somebody somewhere comes to their senses and prevents more damage than has already been accomplished.
