Why the Worldly Pressure for Israel to Recognize Palestinian Governance

 

We are about to witness the way in which the world’s leftists cannot help themselves from meddling in anti-Israeli propaganda going into the Israeli elections. They are unable to report directly on the actual statements and campaign rhetoric without making interpretive alterations to fit their agenda. So, perhaps the most helpful disclosure would be to define the end goals of these left wing media outlets in Israel and across the Western World. Their most obvious of goals is to get their fellow travelers from the left in Israel into the Knesset in sufficient numbers that they get to form the ruling coalition. Barring success at this, they at least want to injure the right wing, nationalist, Zionist and especially religious parties from being capable of forming a coalition. To them, no government and another election cycle is preferable to any government which is not leaning strongly to the left. Their secondary goal is to force Bibi Netanyahu from his position as leader of the Likud Party thus preventing him from heading the Likud list preventing his returning as the Israeli Prime Minister. The final aim is to have Israel repeat the Gaza disengagement only this time giving away all of the regions liberated from Jordanian occupation during the Six Day War in the first weeks of June 1967.

 

The initial and most obvious aims can all be covered together while the final target will take being handled by itself as it is both more complicated and of vital importance. If, while reading about the Israeli Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit and his presumed intentions for bringing an indictment against Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu you felt like you were reading old news, you were correct (we avoid saying ‘you were right’ as some take that as a political statement which they may see as an insult). These are old charges which were aired in the lead up to a possible indictment of Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu right before the last elections and they had a short run when it appeared that elections were going to be forced about a year or so ago. These charges arise from investigations going back numerous years and there is nothing new except that currently there are fewer charges and investigations than there were in the lead to the last elections. What happened to bring some of these charges to a close? Well, the investigations went bust as you can only chase leads to an un-crime for so long before somebody is found and actually charged and tried or you run out of excuses other than we might bag Bibi given sufficient time to dig beyond all normal behavior. The supposed kickbacks which were to have lined Bibi’s pockets were actually lining other people of lesser stature such as, if we remember correctly, a government lawyer who assisted in finalizing the deal, a German attached to the company who was tasked with manufacturing the submarines for Israel and one or two other functionaries. Most pled guilty or, who cares, it did not bag Bibi so the media let it drop like a ten-ton-weight. Last election there were anywhere from six to eight different scenarios under which Bibi would be charged, tried and never sit in the Prime Minister’s residence again. Now there are three of four charges left and they are just as ridiculous as they were last time, but these definitely include Bibi, thus they are of vital importance as this time they got him.

 

Let’s take a cursory look at what exactly are the goods that they have on Prime Minister Netanyahu. He presumably pressed for legislation favorable to a specific newspaper targeting it to force them to charge for its distribution to the public rather than being a free newspaper which has all of the cost for salaries, printing and everything else completely not covered by advertising is absorbed and covered by Sheldon Adelson. Mr. Adelson is a quite wealth American casino owner and once a strong supporter of Bibi Netanyahu and always supportive of Israeli Zionist and nationalist causes. The legislation targeting Yisroel Hayom (Israel Today) newspaper was placed for consideration by one of the Ministers of the Knesset. Wait, so Bibi did not present this legislation? Nope, a member of the opposition placed the legislation to favor a “mainstream” (read strongly left leaning) newspaper by removing its main rival from the market. So it was not even introduced by a member of Likud or even the ruling coalition? Then how does one link this to the Prime Minister. Well, he shared lunch with the owner of the other newspaper and thus he just had to be behind the entire boondoggle. And it was obvious as Bibi was promised favorable coverage in their reporting for his efforts. Wait, the newspaper in question has dragged Bibi over the coals repeatedly and there has been little if any change in their opposition to everything Bibi. So, according to a simple reading of the newspaper in question reveals their adversarial coverage of the Prime Minister, thus it is obvious that he made some deal for favorable coverage. If that last sentence made absolutely any sense beyond there is no there, there, then please fill us in on what we missed. There is another claim where Bibi used some luring offer for better coverage by another news source which has never let up on dragging the Prime Minister through the mud.

 

There is another charge which does not include newspapers and instead granting special access via, you guessed it, favorable legislation and handling of the business of some billionaire who, gasp, gave the Prime Minister some expensive (read smokeable) cigars, expensive (read tasty) champagne and gave Sarah Netanyahu (Bibi’s wife) some pieces of expensive (read not costume) jewelry. These “gifts” were handed over during this billionaire’s visit to Israel and his dining at the Prime Minister’s official residence. We talked about this charge here where we stated, well, just go read that after reading the remainder of this article. Anywhere else in the world, such gifts presented upon dining at a national leader’s official residence or other stately venue would be considered being polite and appreciative, it would not rise to the level of a crime. Further, the media covered these gifts while reporting on the state dinner over the ensuing weeks. Showcasing these gifts is not exactly the way one would conduct some back-room deal as such a deal would require secrecy as its most important factor. We simply figure your department has been working desperately for many years to dethrone Bibi and spoil any hopes of a right-leaning government, replacing such with a far left government. But, in some ways, destroying Bibi is simply a sideshow as he is one small fish and the leftist media have far larger items in their sights.

 

The leftist media have the entirety of Israeli existence in their sights and all it takes is a single election to make such possible. The media from the left seeks one ticket to champion; often whichever one had the Labor Party ensconced within, but this time they are going with the Blue-White Party led by General (ret) Benny Gantz and Yair Lapid. General (ret) Benny Gantz has touted his party having three former Chief of Staff Generals, himself, Moshe Ya’alon and Gabi Ashkenazi. This grouping of such high-ranking former military personnel is supposed to undermine Bibi Netanyahu’s claim as the man who provides security. We can expect the media to make a big deal about the presence of these Generals working together which is supposed to place the concept that they outranked Bibi and thus would be even tougher and security conscious. Well, in our opinion that is not the case. All three former Chiefs of Staff backed gifting Mahmoud Abbas his little fiefdom by withdrawing all Israelis to west of the Separation Barrier, redividing Jerusalem and making this withdrawal the final deal made unilaterally, if required. Their claim is by doing this, the Arabs will have their state (actually three as they already have Gaza and Jordan) along their demanded borders, or very close to such, and thus all terrorism will end and Israelis will be as secure as they had been in the “good-old-days” when there was presumably no terrorism. This is a marriage of the three generals who are all long retired and had held the position as Chief of Staff with Yair Lapid who served as an army reporter and never saw any actual engagement and fighting. What could it be which would be the binding common denominator?

The group’s common denominator is the long-standing while oft denied position of Yair Lapid of surrendering most or all of the former Arab held regions in order to grant them self-rule and end terrorism. We can only guess that these people are fooling themselves and hoping their honest appearance, while stating things which are categorically in error, is sufficient to carry the day and win the elections. Should they require any coaching on how to pull off this charade, they have Yair Lapid right there as he has spent his entire political career doing exactly these misdirective statements. Lapid consistently pretends to be further right than Bibi and as the most hawkish individual in the elections while actually seeking his planned reasonable means for forming another Arab Palestinian State, this time out of the lands liberated from Jordan during the Six Day War. They know that Mahmoud Abbas has already rejected two offers which were nearly identical to their plan. But General Gantz knows the solution. There will be no negotiations as this plan calls for merging two former plans into one and then this time they will work. The initial plan they will copy will be the Gaza Disengagement except this time the lands will be the Judean highlands, much of Samaria and half of Jerusalem including the Temple Mount. Such a retreat is as unconscionable as it is unwise. General Gantz expects to combine this procedure with another similar program to address any potential terrorist activity by leaving the IDF stationed in the region to prevent terrorism as worked so well in southern Lebanon before we made a hasty and ill-prepared retreat. So, by combining the two greatest military blunders of the last century except this time with lands overlooking Tel Aviv permitting direct-line-of-sight targeting of Tel Aviv metropolitan region with Katyusha rockets, these former generals and a journalist are attempting to make Israel completely at the mercy of the surrounding terrorists. This would result very quickly into direct fire with horrific results.

Still, the media are going to do everything possible to scare the public from voting for the grouped ticket of the religious Zionist parties because one of them is too committed to the land of Israel. Further, that party claims to be the people who followed the teachings and political beliefs of Rabbi Kahane. The favorite word of the left is already being thrown at the combined Jewish Home list as racist, extremist and generally dangerous. These terms are the standard leftist response to nationalism, especially if that nationalism is for the Jewish State. Zionism is an ever greater ill and Rabbi Kahane sends them scurrying to the closest safe-space where they can color in a coloring book with the provided crayons or pet a kitten until the stress is relieved. The media will play the racist meme as well as constant berating of Bibi over the impending convictions. Yes, they will omit references to surrendering virtually all the lands which were formerly occupied by Jordan and leave Israel primed for conquest. Such a plan would make Israel between nine and ten miles wide at her central core, which was what made the first invasion in 1948 so enticing, and was a point for the next attempt in 1967. These regions are necessary to provide Israel with sufficient depth and not to mention providing a natural barrier from ground invasions while also providing good vantage points to set up radar installations. Further, according to international laws and treaties, the Israel eastern boundary is the Jordan River, and this is a crucial point. None of these lands west of the Jordan River can be taken from Israel unless she surrenders her rights as she did with Gaza, and that must never happen again.

As just noted, the Israeli eastern border was to be the Jordan River and the Golan Heights. Even before Israel was born, the British gifted the Golan Heights to France to provide them to Syria who utilized them for sniper training where snipers would regularly shoot farmers and their equipment as practice. This, in time, led to a large tract of land left as they were too dangerous to farm and the roads were too dangerous to drive. The world, led by Europe (for the present) has worked diligently to erase what they see as their greatest mistake, allowing Israel to come into existence. This was behind the gifting of the Golan Heights to Syria, the patrician plan under UNGA Res. 181. This was the plan of the Gaza Disengagement and it will be the plan for the Shomron disaster which will be called the West Bank Disengagement or the Gifting of Palestine. None of this will alter a thing as Abbas will continue to pay his people to murder Jews. Terrorism will continue apace just as terrorism existed before 1967 and terrorism existed before 1948, and finally, Arab terrorism towards Jews has existed since the beheading of eight-hundred men and the enslaving of the entire female population of the Banu Qurayza Tribe near Mecca. After the Jews had surrendered and given over their weapons, Muhammad then allowed his men to glorify their conquest by beheading every male survivor of the tribe and then do as they would with the women taking the attractive ones as concubines and the rest if of child-bearing age were to be used in a most abusive manner, they were relegated for the purpose of producing new warriors to continue the conquest fifteen to twenty years hence.

 

There is possibly only one result no matter what is done in the interim; Israel will annex the lands to the Jordan River. The leadership and known terrorist planners, trainers, financiers, senior military and other groups of interest will be deported. The remaining Arabs will need to choose from the three choices which Jewish law advises be given to those who wish to or find themselves within our borders. The first choice is to remain and obey the Noahic Code and Israeli law and the fact that these are the Jewish homelands. The second offer is to have their immovable property bought at above market price as well as an enticement with which to make moving less of a burden and make nations find the Palestinian Arabs more affordable. The final choice is ill advised as this one will result to those who choose to persist in terrorist attacks, for those choosing this, we consider them having chosen to war with us and we oblige them using all of our available and necessary force. The intention is to end the terrorism by allowing the Arabs to rejoin family in their native lands, some lands which their peoples have come here only and lived here merely for a year and then the British allowed them rights as full citizens. This underhanded practice was done to keep the percentage of Jews low but failed when the Arab world forced out close to a million Jews in the decade of the 1950’s.

 

The intent of these offers is to encourage Arab emigration, preferably return to their lands where their families remain. In order to expedite the solution, after a period of six months, ten percent of the cash offered as a relocations allowance will be deducted such that ten months down the road there is a point where the offer is withdrawn. At this point, the remaining Arabs will be left with the other two choices, living peaceably or war. These can be individual, family or even entire towns making the choice. This is the only solution which will work. Should, by some misfortune, the leftists actually win the election because the Blue-White team of Moshe Ya’alon, Benny Gantz, Yair Lapid and Gabi Ashkenazi succeed in their ruse to portray themselves as hawkish, Zionist, right-wing zealots will have fooled sufficient voters. The idea a General is a good leader for Israel was the claim by Rabin, a former general who brought us the Oslo Accords, and Ariel Sharon, the bulldozer and former general, brought us the Gaza Disengagement. There are other reasons which make Benny Gantz dangerous but which also sound like impressive credentials, but once again the ex-military, ex-security, ex-Mossad and other top ranking people are not necessarily who Israel need or even should desire to lead the nation. There is one last item we wish to give a short mention. There will be a fair amount of dragging Rabbi Kahane (ז״ל) and his memory through the mud and rancor which is sure to bubble to the surface and become a roiling cauldron of seething hatred. The Rabbi was a fierce proponent for the Jewish people and likely single-handed inspired the freedom for Russian Jews, specifically the dissidents. He coined the phrases “Never Again!” and “Am Yisroel Chai!.” His attitude towards the Palestinian Arabs was simply to use a population transfer where Israel had taken in and absorbed, not made pawns in a deadly game and victimized treating as prisoners almost 850,000 Jews expelled from across the Arab world where their families often had resided for over a thousand years. He thought that the Arabs who had emigrated to Israel in the past hundred years should be permitted and encouraged to return to their homelands, especially those who left their homes at the behest of the Mufti of Jerusalem before the war to annihilate the Jews of 1948, started on the morning that Israel became a nation. Rabbi Kahane was an inspired lecturer, speaker and learned in Torah and the Talmud as well as every other area of teaching and Jewish thought. He was assassinated by a Palestinian Arab after delivering a speech in New York. Subsequently, Rabbi Kahane’s son and his son’s wife were assassinated in Israel as they were driving. The price for our land has been high and is unlikely to ever be marked paid in full as there will always be those who wish to bring the end of the Jews. The one reassuring item is that Jews have a place to which to run when the madmen start their chants, “Kill the Jews! Kill the Jews. Kill them all!” This was a luxury over six-million European Jews were denied because the British still held our homelands and refused their entrance. Some just short of a thousand were almost all denied entry anywhere including the United States. Rabbi Kahane understood one last thing, that even the United States would be but a temporary respite from the crazed homicidal people clamoring to kill the Jews and that only Israel protected by proud and strong Jews would or could provide all of us a home and shelter from the storm.

Apparently, either your mother did not stress this as did ours or you just simply do not care when it comes to your sensibilities being bruised. Our parties were pressured and compelled and coerced by Bibi Netanyahu to the point of him coming to the final negotiations which he arranged and demanded that our leadership accept the compromise he proposed and placed before us with an attitude that we had best do as we were told. We acquiesced and took the road of compromise accepting his ultimatum despite severe misgivings. Now the American Jewish Committee (AJC) and American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) have decided to protest that additional Jews will be represented very possibly in the Knesset because these are nationalist, religious, Zionist Jews with a fair number of them believing the teachings of the late Rabbi Kahane (ז״ל), which apparently is not just an anathema to you but apparently as in against the whole of humanity. But rather have us comment about your ravings, why not just include the entirety of the two groups protestations here for all to read. Our ranting continues below, we will try to explain a few misgivings and outright false narrative of the teachings of Rabbi Kahane. Rabbi Kahane was not and never would have been the evil monster the left paints him as having been, so, if you do not have anything nice to say about the Rabbi, then say nothing concerning the Rabbi and his legacy which many of us respect and are old enough to remember what he taught and stood for.

Often, these days, when people throw Rabbi Kahane into a conversation as something horrific and derogatory, it will indicate more often than not two things; first they never read or studied the teachings of the Rabbi and second is that they are arguing against conservatism or Zionism if not both. We will be including a link to our source for the small amount of his teachings and the main driving force which propelled him forward as well as some commentary on the history of how he was treated with venom by his political rivals and adversaries, something which has not lessened over the years. The main implication when liberal and leftist individuals and groups throw Rabbi Kahane into the discussion, they are implying that those they are hanging this actual honor upon desire murdering the Arabs in order to end the Arab Israeli conflict. That is wrong as the Rabbi never taught or even intimated being those who initiated violence and spoke of passivity in the face of law enforcement and even those who would provoke his followers often with violence of their own. The good Rabbi never desired harm to come to anyone; he fought for equal justice and a rational solution to the problems still plaguing Israel today. Had people listened to what he was stating and followed his advice instead of appointing Election Commission members from the far left and then requesting they bar Rabbi Kahane’s Kach and (Kahane Chai) Party on the grounds of their being racist, unfounded and groundless accusations as Rabbi Kahane was not against anyone, Arab, Jew, Christian, Muslim, Hindu or whatever, he was strongly Zionist and demanded that Israel be given the same respect and treatment as would have been granted any other nation, no more and no less. Much of what we have stated on our posts are along similar if not virtually identical lines as to what the good Rabbi taught and to be honest, I was a member of his Jewish Defense League and in all my time with them, not once did I witness anyone initiating violence. The closest we came to violence was holding our ground and not being pushed off the Washington Mall and in the general direction of the Tidal Basin. Mind you, it was a beautiful day and a swim might have been enjoyable, just not when fully dressed and not of our intentions.

 

So, what did Rabbi Kahane teach and what did we stand for and teach. First thing is he taught Torah and Jewish Laws. He taught Talmud and Jewish History. He would apply these to the situation in Israel as well as to how they applied to our lives and interactions with others. He taught us to respect others even when their actions did not warrant being granted such respect. He stressed passivity in the face of violence until the moment that one’s safety was endangered and then only if no other avenue was available. Even the Rabbi did not condone sitting there when you were backed into a corner and you were about to be struck repeatedly by four or five people who simply desired to hurt you because they disagreed with your politics. His main point when it came to the Arabs was a simple one of exchange of populations to avoid traumas and settle differences. This was and is not a new concept nor is it radical in any way. This was the means by which much of the problems between India and Pakistan were solved except the fact that about one-third of the Muslims remained in India (this will come in again subsequently). This was the resulting reality which took place between Poland and Germany when their borders were redrawn after World War II. This has been a reality with the Russians and their borders with a number of instances. Population transfers have been a method for solving border troubles since ethnic cleansing went out of fashion, which it really has not and we may be about to witness ethnic cleansing in its finest and most complete form, just not in Israel. This idea, this very valid idea was at the heart of what Rabbi Kahane spoke when he was involved with politics. In more private settings, he also taught that one need treat every human with respect which did not mean one had to like them or even desire them but they still were to be given the respect we as Jews are to show to all people, Jew, Gentile, stranger in our lands or any other classification as that is what Torah instructs.

 

So why was he considered to be a racist? Well, because he advocated for completing the population transfer which was initiated by the Arab world across the entirety of the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) nations when they expelled eight-hundred-twenty-one-thousand Jews with often only the shirt on their back if even that. Where did the Arabs send these unwanted Jews whose families often dated back to before the arrival of the Arabs and their Islamic religion. They sent them away and did not care if they lived or died. If nobody would have taken them, they would have simply been slaughtered or driven into the sea. Granted, some had citizenship with United States, Canada, France or Britain and took refuge there as they had passports. That was a tiny fraction and the remainder looked to a world which acted exactly the same as they had acted towards the Jews fleeing Germany in the MS St, Louis, closed ports and no sympathy or even recognition that there were people in trouble, well, more accurately Jews in trouble and facing being slaughtered. These Jews were fortunate as they had an option that the unfortunate Jews on the fated MS St. Louis did not have, Israel. So, during the 1950’s, largely the first half, the vast majority of the Jews, over eight-hundred-thousand, who were thrown from their birth country and the nation in which they had survived, sometimes barely, for over a thousand and even two thousand years.

 

Now we are going to take a little side trip and talk about some facts which have been largely ignored, intentionally discarded and too often refuted as being lies despite the known facts which have been presented over the years. The difficulty with the truth was that it would make things inconvenient for the Europeans when dealing with the Arab world, something which was problematic enough. We are going to deal with this through three approximately nine minute each testimonial videos. Please do take the time to watch them and pay particular attention to those parts where the video quality might lack refinement, this happens when your records are quite old, but these witnesses and testimonials are worth all your efforts and please pass them on to others who are ignorant of the truth, the reality of being a Dhimmi Jew.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The reality about the Jews lives in the Muslim Arab world is it was anything but paradise in the desert. Everything that was perpetrated against the Jews in Europe, pogroms, ethnic cleansing, being driven from their homes and communities, forced conversions and every other indecency which the Jews suffered in Europe, the Jews in the Arab world under the Caliphate and the Ottomans suffered in equal measures. The dispossessions and slaughter of Jewish communities began under Islam in Medina when the Banu Qurayza continuing through their expulsions from the Arab and Muslim worlds. This attitude towards the Jews as accused and defiling the natural faith of Islam has continued into the present day with Israel taking the place of the Jews. The war against the Jews in the Holy Lands began almost a century before the founding of the Jewish State and has not let up since. The Arabs have made clear that the only solution to the Arab Palestinian problem is the elimination of Israel with it replaced with an Arab state and the Jews sent homeless into the world and should no nation accept the, as they claim, refuge of humanity, then they have a final solution which they will implement. The idea for the Jews to wear a yellow piece of cloth on the arm of their clothing did not start with the Nazis but was initially used to identify the Jew under an Arab leader. That is a reality they do not teach in the West as the West simply took the Arab version of their history as fact and never bothered with investigating the reality as doing such would have been too difficult and time consuming. The truth is both the Eastern Islamic World and the Western Christian World both had no use or love lost when it came to the Jews. Both civilizations used the Jew as their scapegoat upon which to place all their sorrows, woes, catastrophes and any other problem for which they refused to take ownership. In both societies, it was always the Jew which was responsible and bore the brunt of blame for any calamity.

Back to Rabbi Kahane and what he provided as the solution to the Arab difficulties within Israel. The Rabbi simply looked at the fact that the Arab world had expelled their Jews which Israel absorbed. Within the same timeframe, the Arab world had caused several hundred thousand Arabs to flee from within the Jewish areas of Israel in order to facilitate the Arab slaughter of the Jews. The reasoning was that once the Arabs (read Muslims) had left the region, then the invading armies could simply slaughter any person they encountered and be assured that they would be Jews. This was stated well by Azzam Pasha, Secretary-General of the Arab League at that time who stated, “It will be a war of annihilation. It will be a momentous massacre in history that will be talked about like the massacres of the Mongols or the Crusades.” His intentions are nothing new in the Islamic World from throughout their history and their view of the “other” will remain similar to that of their treatment of the Jew. For an example of the Islamic view of Christianity, one need look no further than the fate of the Coptic Christians in Egypt or the Yazidi received from the Islamic State. With the Jews expelled, the Christians suffer as the next targets. The Rabbi knew and stated predictions of what would become the reality should the solution not be implemented. The Rabbi simply stated that the Jews came to Israel and the solution were for the Arabs to be enticed and pressed to relocate to the Arab countries, often returning to their land of their birth. This was his response to the coming problems well before these difficulties became reality. His first insistence was for the six to seven-hundred-thousand Arab which they imprisoned in camps behind barbed wire and with armed guards initially demanding that they be returned in Israel so as to reduce the Jews to a minority and destroy Israel. He also thought that the Arabs within Israel be given an option to relocate outside Israel and provided with a monetary enticements. He would point out that this would be far more than the Jews were admitted when they were expelled from the Arab countries. Below is a video of Rabbi Kahane which is in Hebrew. First, once the election is over, the Otzma Yehudit Party representatives will separate and not be bound to the other parties. Their inclusion was mostly forced onto Jewish Home and National Union Parties. Many of us were more favorable for the Likud Party to allow the Otzma Yehudit Party onto their list if they were so intent on never permitting any votes to go to waste. Here is the real reason that Bibi Netanyahu was so insistent that there be this merger, he knew it would cause the exact difficulties and bad publicity which the AJC and AIPAC have already initiated. He made a promise that Likud and the Jewish Home alliance would not attack one another during the campaign. He knew that the media and the leftist parties along with Bennett’s New Right Party would use this merger to demean our alliance for the Likud and he was not hoping to not waste votes but to assure that Jewish Home and related parties do not reach minimum in order to be admitted to the Knesset or reach so few mandates that Bibi could simply ignore them when making a coalition. Further, if the right wing parties were crippled and unable to provide sufficient mandates to make a coalition, then Bibi will be free to make a left-centrist coalition and possibly simply enact what Gantz and Lapid have proposed, simply do for the Shomron another disengagement such as was done in Gaza. General Gants (ret) has stated that the IDF learned of a better means of removing the Jews from an area and simply gifting the territory to the Palestinian Authority and wiping their hands claiming that they got the land they demanded and that is the end of the problem. Of course, this will not end the problem, it will exacerbate the problem and Israel will start to suffer terror attacks similar to what was already occurring before the Six Day War when there was no disputed territory. The difference is that it will more approach if not exceed the levels of terrorism suffered during the Second Intifada where over a thousand Israelis were murdered and tens of thousands were injured with many having debilitating injuries which will afflict them for the rest of their lives. We may as well get the easy part before making some upset. Talking about making people upset, United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon appears to have decided better to upset the Zionists than the Arabs and Muslims after all there are a mere fourteen to fifteen million Jews and half of them are not Zionists and a fair number of that non-Zionist group are ardently anti-Israel themselves and there are well over a hundred times as many Muslims of which probably seventy to eighty percent would love to see Israel gone and the Jews along with them. Well, perhaps United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon should take a stroll over to CCNY’s History Department and ask them about some of the other peoples whose leaders decided to side against the Jews and Israel and how they fared as there were almost always under twenty-five million Jews in the world thanks to our dedication to raising moderate size families and seeking quality in our children over sheer numbers and it has worked well. Just to assist him since the only one empire that once almost persecuted the Jews, but that failed as the Queen was a Jew and the King really loved his Queen so when Esther demanded that if Haman wished to murder every Jew in the Persian Empire on the morrow, then he should start with her. This did not work well for Haman and his assistants, his sons, as they hung on the gallows they had prepared and Jews celebrate Queen Esther and her Uncle Mordechai who raised her on Torah. But alas, Persia changed their name to Iran and apparently do not remember their own history. This is proven as they are allowing Cyrus the Great’s tomb to be submerged under the waters of a dam rather than take the care to move it to higher ground; their reasoning is he ruled long before Islam so he does not matter. Iran will pay the same price as Haman if they remain blind to their past and that Cyrus was the Great because of his conquests over the Babylonians and that he feared Hashem and granted the Jews to return to their homelands and rebuild their Temple to Hashem and to make the daily sacrifices as spelled out in Torah and to remember his fair treatment.

He perhaps had heard of the amazing event which drove Nebuchadnezzar II to understand where true power resides as he had three of the Jews; Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, who refused to bow before him or his idol nor worship his gods, to be incinerated in the fiery furnace. During their trial they answered the charges in their defense stating, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we do not need to defend ourselves before you in this matter. If we are thrown into the blazing furnace, the God we serve is able to save us from it, and he will rescue us from your hand, O king. They were thrown into the furnace atop the timbers and flames which consumed them and only their prayers were heard and as the flames burned their brightest they walked from within the flames without even a singed strand on the ropes which held their robes and with an angel of the L0rd some said could be seen behind them as they emerged before it faded and vanished.

 

But Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon is a hard and stubborn man who has perhaps too much faith in the presumed power of his position. He is also likely smitten by the spreading virus infecting too many so-called people of discernment, this virus is known as the BDS Movement which demands that Israel and her people be cast low through economic measures of Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions and also demands during protests that companies which do business with the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) or any companies which are located in contested areas or who do business with such companies or whose workers live in these areas (translated simply anything Israeli as such terms are easily broadened as these have grown at times from a far more limited boycott which started against Caterpillar for selling Israel some heavy bulldozers which had been used to take down terrorist houses and for clearing a zone near a border fence, the same area that Egypt had since taken over and widened to almost a kilometer in places as they grew tired of being shot upon).
This BDS virus bears a uncanny resemblance to another virus named anti-Semitism. As these BDS Movement proponents have no such campaign against China over Tibet, occupied since 1951 after being overrun in 1950, with China setting up a puppet government which then surrendered Tibet to the Chinese. As such, the Chinese claim they did not conquer Tibet. Tibet petitioned to become a province though the Dali Lama, the one born in Tibet, not the one China appointed in his stead, has a wholly different point of view on this history despite its imaginative manner to conquer a nation.

Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon really should check with the Philistines, Assyrians, Greeks, Romans, Babylonians, Byzantines or any of the others who have persecuted the Jews throughout history, but then they are all destroyed, vanquished from the face of the earth and only spoken of in the past tense. As for Israel’s current enemies and nations or organizations which call for the chopping of Israel into pieces to be fed to her enemies in the hopes that will quench their blood lust and libels as excuses for terror and demands for the world, an all too willing world, to denounce and allow the destruction of the Jewish State, the time is fast approaching. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, let our warning be taken in heed and not interpreted as a threat in any form for I am far from able to speak for Hashem, but Hashem will speak and will protect His prize, Jerusalem and all Israel, repeat, all Israel from those who would dice and cut up the gift Hashem promise Abraham, Isaak, Jacob for their children to the last generation.

 

In case you think that gave you and the other haters who desire to undo what was their small part in Hashem’s promise that Eretz Yisroel would be born in one day as it will go from nothing to a nation in the setting of the sun and in the next morning a nation would stand, the nation you know as Israel, a member nation of that club off Turtle Bay called the United Nations which means that the other members are forbid to attack her by the rules of the United Nations but the times they have assailed her borders there was no hue and cry of halt until it became obvious they had lost, then you demanded Israel stop and return most, and now all if not more, of the lands gained in a defensive war. Apparently you are unable to read the rules of Lawfare which allows the retention of such lands as payment for such a breach of the peace and all Israel has demanded is defensible borders which is why the Golan Heights were annexed, the Sinai Peninsula is supposed to be largely demilitarized and Egypt has worked with Israel within the treaty limitations and consideration considered and variances permitted, and Israel has been deemed by almost every military analysis seen to need the banks of the Jordan River and the high grounds overlooking the Jordan River Valley and the passes through those heights as a necessity for tactical depth and control of obvious attack routes. And now, Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon takes yet another swipe at Israel the next day after all but condoning the Arab terrorists but not quite reaching the now infamous Abbas blessing of their holy blood he seems ready to at the least outmatch the United Nations Human Right Committee which condemns Israel as if it were their opening prayer.

 

These points must not be threatened from behind by an aggressor which is exactly what the Arab Palestinians would become according to their own promises we call threats using their assorted elements all numbering in the thousands if not tens of thousands and as near as we could ascertain the total approached two-hundred-fifty-thousand fighting force, an extreme threat to leave at your rear when facing untold numbers before your front, especially when the world body which should be preventing or protecting you from such an obvious aggression is sitting silently, or worse, debating on what sanctions to level against Israel should she respond to the troops massed on her borders managing another defeat. Now, one more time, as we doubt it will be the last, check United Nations Security Council Resolution which is a Chapter VI resolution making it an advisory and not militarily enforceable as they had the wisdom and foreknowledge to understand and that the wording would confuse people despite their taking near to six months working on an exacting set of words presumably to avoid such, but when one disregards the entire resolution and decides to simply condemn Israel because, well, because it’s the Jewish State and that must not be permitted as per United Nations preoccupation and obsession with the destruction of Israel by any means.

 

The time is coming when the Arabs who demand to be called Palestinians will have escalated the now daily assaults, rock throwing, vehicular rammings, knifings, shootings and rioting with an ever increasing numbers of Israelis being murdered. Palestinian was a name which meant Jews before 1950s and not appropriated until the mid-1960s when the Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) was fashioned by Yasser Arafat with an enabling assistance from the Soviet KGB. This became one of the world’s most universally recognized terrorist groups. The PLO can be credited with giving the world the hijacking of aircraft, the suicide human homicidal bomb, and the car bomb. The PLO provided training for other terror groups the world over. Eventually the world had no idea what to do with them so they worked with some Israeli politicians and other “worldly” entities and personalities, or so they viewed themselves, and transformed the PLO into a peace partner. They were even awarded semiautonomous regions with the terror master Yasser Arafat as the president and his trusty sidekick from the very start, Mahmoud Abbas the financier, accountant and manager of the Munich Olympics terrorist strike, as his vice president. You cannot make such insanity up and sell it to Hollywood as the plot for some misadventure movie.

 

What is preventing the Israeli government from acting to protect their citizens is beyond understanding and then for you, Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon, to have the gall of calling Israelis an impediment for peace. Where can you justify such when Israel tore apart the lives of almost ten thousand of their citizens to give the Arabs an opportunity for self-rule and left them millions of dollars’ worth of operating greenhouses.
The Palestinian Authority (PA) forces, actually Hamas and Islamic Jihad, immediately took to dismantling these very same greenhouses and used their pipes to fashion rockets. Soon thereafter Hamas took over as the highly trained forces of the Palestinian Authority, trained by the United States under General Dayton, wilted before vastly inferior numbers, yes, lesser numbers, and did so with blinding speed in Gaza.
Israel is still paying for in ruined lives and other traumas for that sacrifice which has gained the world another dysfunctional terror state and the PA is still claiming that they must be given the opportunity to rule themselves. Really? What did they call Gaza? We call it Hamastan and the source of rockets and other offences against our citizens in communities within rocket range of Hamastan with distance meaning the rockets are larger and their explosions more potentially dangerous to property and lives. And you have the gall to talk to us and call our cities in Area C illegal settlements, though we are permitted to build in Area C and the Arabs are not. Talk to them about their building settlements in area C. You want to call our people settlers then show us where in Area A or even Area B that we have built any structures. You claim we are not honoring the agreement but are silent as they destroy repeatedly Joseph’s Tomb and refuse Jews and Christians from praying and often even visiting the Temple Mount despite all holy sites given special mention and permission for easy and total access but there are no recriminations against their violence and destructions. Settlers, really? And exactly what term would you use to describe the European funded land grabs in Area C by the Arabs and their constructing shanty homes being constructed encircling the Cave of the Patriarchs so as to close it from Jewish access for prayer or any other reason. What is the name for actual illegal construction by the Arabs or is it you know they would not give you the time of day, let alone stop their illegal building and would laugh in your face for good measure.

 

Let us get down to basics and look at a condensed series of quotes from Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon’s address condemning Israel and specifically condemned any plans by Israel to zone lands near Jericho as state lands which is among the acts Israel has not permitted as there has been a freeze on all building beyond the Green Line since 2012, but there has been increasing terrorism both in quantity and lethality. But first your quote strung together. “Progress towards peace requires a freeze of Israel’s settlement enterprise.” And, “These provocative acts are bound to increase the growth of settler populations, further heighten tension and undermine any prospects for a political road ahead.” Plus “The parties must act – and act now – to prevent the two-state solution from slipping away forever.” In contrast, the United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon appeared to excuse Palestinian terror attacks and on the same day as an Israeli woman died of injuries she sustained in a brutal stabbing attack the day before. He referred to “Palestinian frustration is growing under the weight of a half century of occupation and the paralysis of the peace process.” Thus, Ban Ki-Moon continued blaming “the occupation” for causing “hatred and extremism.” And we’ll use this as a closer where Ban Ki-Moon protested that, “As oppressed peoples have demonstrated throughout the ages, it is human nature to react to occupation, which often serves as a potent incubator of hate and extremism.” So Arabs stabbing twenty-two year old mother right in front of her children is their just expressing their frustration and a Jew praying upon the Temple Mount was the reason for Arab rioting and what were those Jews expecting; equality, compassion, understanding and respect but as long as the Arabs object to any action committed by Jews then the Jews must cease and desist immediately from any such action or land ownership and if they end up with no state and are treading water three miles out in the Mediterranean, if that is what it will take to satisfy the Arabs and maybe end terrorism, then it must be given them without any thinking or discussion as long as it only inconveniences or results in dead Jews, then what’s the harm, right Ban Ki? Well, it seems Ban Ki-Moon is still stuck handing over the lands settled by the settlers today, and likely Jerusalem next week and then Tel Aviv by year’s end, with the rest saved for next year with the final declaration of a Jew free Palestine from the River to the Sea and all in vain as it will not save a single soul, but we Jews will survive and return to Jerusalem as that is our final goal just as it has been for millennia, given the chance, Jews return to this their home, their treasured and ancient home where there is proof in almost every corner, you just need to dig a little further.

 

This is merely our history of longing for our return to Jerusalem, because that is what we do, and will always return to our homes fulfilling Torah. The problem I have is after the struggle to force the British to leave and end their occupation of our lands one would think that we would have written our own laws and constitution already but instead we retained some of the worst of the British laws. Probably the most liberty obstructing law has to be administrative detention which the British used to place those Jews who they believed would cause any disruption whenever an important group was scheduled. They also placed Jews into prison but on occasion they would place these Jews in a special location where they could get a confession which they would then use to round up the rest of the usual suspects and this time they had a confession implicating these leaders of the communities with some being Rabbis with congregations. Right now there is a man, the grandson of Rabbi Meir Kahane, Meir Ettinger, is in his sixth month of administrative detention where after three months there had to be a hearing to determine whether or not it was in the State’s interest such that it overwhelmed the legal rights of the individual. With only the evidence of a posting which expressed unpopular views in a blog he wrote on the Hebrew website “Hakol Hayehudi” they have been holding Meir Ettinger for almost six months and knowing what we have ascertained about the vengefulness of Yaalon, Meir is likely going to receive additional extensions for as long as Netanyahu and Yaalon control his fate.

Simply put, the powers-that-be don’t like the way he thinks. Defense Minister Yaalon prefers that this grandson of Rabbi Meir Kahane be held without charges potentially indefinitely. We will know soon enough as Mr. Ettinger will have a hearing to decide whether he will walk away or be incarcerated for potentially another six months without a trial or even an indictment. This is a holdover from the days of British occupation. We were glad to be rid of the British as they used underhanded laws such as this holding without charge and then letting them go well after any action was passed. These British left-over laws with such arbitrary and excessive power was the kind of rule one finds with Kings and Queens, Barons and Countesses, Lords and Ladies and a ruling elite and the peasants at the bottom and the royals could do as they pleased to the peasants. That is not the governance Israel has and the people of Israel should not tolerate such legal shenanigans and demand that such laws be stricken from the books along with anything remotely like administrative detention. The Kahane Family has seen the murder of the Rabbi Kahane right as he left the hall after giving a speech and taking questions which were just as likely to be directed at his mastery in Torah as they would the land of Eretz Yisroel. I can remember my shock and sorrow when the Rabbi was shot dead in New York City. One of his sons and his wife, Binyamin and Talia Kahane were also gunned down right in the middle of the day in Israel as they drove and this news brought back memories from Rabbi Meir Kahane’s assassination and tears were again shed and thoughts felt insignificant in expressing the sorrow.
