An End Must be Forthcoming

 

Recent events are setting in motion a slowly roiling undercurrent for a solution which will be a permanent end to the troubles between the Arabs and the Israelis. Actually there are a number of such solutions each with its own support base and it is only a matter of time before one proves triumphant setting the others to the dustbin of history as having been futile attempts resulting in their failures. One solution has been especially evident as Ramadan nears an end. There was the horrendous slaughtering of a thirteen year old sweet girl, a dancer who had recently had a recital and was murdered while sleeping in her bed in her home stabbed in the back well over a dozen times by her cowardly assailant who had gained entrance to the Kiryat Arba by seriously injuring one of the security guards who attempted to stop him. Hallel-Yaffa Ariel was the young girls name and she was far from the first of the Ramadan victims of Arab terror. The Arabs cry and plead for open travel so they can visit friends and family during their month of Ramadan and every year the Israel government removes almost all the checkpoints, opens the barricaded roadways and grants passes for Gazans to enter Judea, Samaria and Jerusalem and all is sweet and wonderful until some Jewish child or children are murdered. Last year it was three young men and this year a young girl stabbed in the back more than a dozen times in her bed while she slept. But let us define some of the varied rising expectations for the future as all but the last of these groups feels quite sure that their solution is close at hand.

 

The first is the European Union from the three presidents; President of the European Parliament Martin Schulz, President of the European Council Donald Tusk, and President of the European Commission Jean-Claude Juncker; their High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini to all the numerous other ministers and national representatives who not only sat through the recent speech given by Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas where he read off a litany of false accusations and degrading slurs against the Israelis with the most disgusting of them was his using the old blood libel which had often swept across regions of Europe itself, that the Jews’ Rabbis were demanding the government and Israelis poison the Palestinian Wells. This was after Abbas and his minions who lead the terrorocracy with claims that the Israelis, the Jews were attempting to use the al-Aqsa Mosque for Devil Worship and other degrading offering and were planning on destroying the Mosque to erect the Third Temple which would not be built at the location of the al-Aqsa Mosque which sits on an added portion of the Temple Mount added by Herod (see video below). Abbas finished his litany of blood libels and demands for the death of all Israel because when he demands all of occupied Palestine he does not mean two states side by side, he means Palestine founded on the Grave of Israel whether that comes from a slaughter of the current state of Israel outright or the flooding it with five to ten thousand Arab refugees and then slaughtering the non-Muslim population starting with any Jews unfortunate enough not to have fled; either path leads to the same end, Palestine instead of all Israel and the potential for a second Holocaust. Then the Ministers of the European Union gave Abbas a rousing standing ovation lavishing upon the man who had just slandered the Jews with blood libels and then called for Europe to assist in their annihilation their most hearty and warm approval possible. We are not talking mild and polite applause for a few seconds but rather rapturous and enthusiastic applause rising to their feet and all but throwing confetti into the air celebratory applause. We can only describe this with a single word, disgusting.

 

 

That is the picture of the European Union and what is even more frightening is that it is fast becoming the position of the majority of college and university students and their professors across Europe and North America. This is an indicator of the future in Europe, the United States and Canada just as it was the indication of the future of Germany in the early 1930s. There has been some shove back lately but whether this is a temporary reflex reaction or a final reaction of a societal reflex reaction of conscience, time will tell. If history is any judge the pushback is but a hiccup which will pass with a brief collective holding of the campus’s collective breath. The tide of anti-Semitism has been climbing slowly but ever so surely for decades, just the levels remained lowest where the main concentrations of Jews resided which included many college and university campuses, the northeast down through the Nation’s Capital and along the retirement communities into Florida, in and arc from Pittsburgh through Cleveland on to Chicago and along the West Coast from San Francisco to San Diego. There are pockets of Jews in most major and secondary cities where they reside in neighborhoods mostly sticking to their friends in a fairly closed group usually politically liberal. In the vast majority of these communities they know of almost no anti-Semitism and many believe that the news stories reporting cases of anti-Semitism are aberrations and that those Jews who get worked up over it are making mountains out of molehills. This is quite true providing your entire life is centered on your groups of close friends and the few people with whom you work who would never think to utter even the slightest slur of an anti-Semitic nature anywhere near work, they enjoy receiving a paycheck and work in a field where Jews are respected and well-represented.

 

But what do these nice people know about the world outside their circle, the world of bricklayers, cement pourers, meter maids, sanitation engineers, high tension linemen, snow plough drivers, or a million other more physical position or factory workers and service jobs, the jobs either low paying or considered unskilled and not requiring eight years of college and a higher degree even a doctorate? The answer is little or nothing unless they own such a company employing such people and even then their interactions are limited. Some of us have worked in such positions while gathering an education and can tell that the level of anti-Semitism over the past half-century has steadily risen and at an ever increasing rate. Those friends they know who they discount as alarmists are actually the grounded ones whose feet are firmly planted on the ground and often mired in mud where they either meet those we refer to as the less fortunate or have solid data they know to be valid and do not simply discount the uncomfortable as an anomaly easily dismissed. The honest truth is that as the United States was a couple of decades trailing behind Europe in anti-Semitism and Europe was miles behind the Arab Muslim world the differences between these groups is narrowing at an alarming and very disturbing rate no matter what many Jews wish to believe. French Jews had some alarming wake-up calls this past year and have started their own exodus with many heading either to the United States or Israel. Their realizations will become more and more frequent as time passes and more widely dispersed and encompassing. Mathematically one could compute a date by which every Jew still practicing their religion or considering themselves to be Jews even though non-practicing or those who are feeling persecuted as those around them believe them Jews and treat them as some form of outcast monster rather than a fellow human being and will end up forced to flee to Israel. There was a time when Jews would claim there was no manner of turns the world could take as they had reached acceptance and even the Almighty would be unable to gather them back to Eretz Yisroel, to Israel. Now many will tell you that day is coming, perhaps in our lifetime or perhaps somewhat later, we would bet on sooner than most believe. What does this mean for Israel?

 

What this means for Israel is there is no alternative but for Israel to be the homeland and safety zone for the Jewish People. This time as the world turns against the Jews they will have a place to go and this will mean there will be close to twelve to fifteen million Jews residing in Israel, possibly even more. This will also mean that Israel will need land enough to support such numbers and that will require all of the lands promised by the San Remo Conference and the League of Nations, the United Nations and numerous other treaties stemming from World War I and the aftermath. The Arab Palestinian will need to choose one of two alternatives, reside in a state controlled by the Jews on all of the lands or move east of the Jordan River or to another Arab country, one of the over twenty already in existence and many very lightly populated. There has never been a nation named Palestine, no Arab or Muslim nation has ever chosen Jerusalem as their capital city, and the entire reason there are even people claiming to be from Palestine which was an ancient land with Jerusalem as their capital city is in order to steal the Jewish homeland. While you may feel that believing these lies told by the Arab Palestinians who are almost all recent arrivals who only arrived after the Jews set up the infrastructure and economic promise of jobs and a better future that it really does not matter, perhaps some of their other lies might make you less comfortable. The Arab Palestinians claim that Jesus was an Arab Palestinians and will be Muhammad’s assistant in the end times. They claim that Moses was an Arab Palestinian, Noah was an Arab Palestinian, Adam was an Arab Palestinian, Eve was an Arab Palestinian and the Bible, both the Jewish Old Testament and the Christian New Testament are inferior and inaccurate copies of the real word of Allah and as poor and corrupted copies of the Quran must be destroyed and totally replaced with the Quran. They believe that Allah is the true and only G0d and that Hashem and the Christian G0d, who are one and the same, are false gods insignificant and inferior to Allah. Just for the record, Allah is the god of Abraham, Ishmael and Muhammad while the Judeo-Christian G0d is the G0d of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. That is right; they are really not the same deity and only one can be the true and lasting deity and if the Arab Muslims win over the Jews in Israel it will be but a matter of time before they will replace the Judeo-Christian G0d with Allah and that will also spell the end of the bible, both New and Old Testaments and the world as is known in the Western world.

 

 

The reality is the current within large areas of the Israeli Jewish population there is beginning to be a growing irritation and animosity over the murderous ways of the Palestinian Arabs. Let me assure you that the Jews have nothing against Arabs who wish to share our economic wellbeing and live amongst us peaceably and accept that Israel is the home for the Jewish People now and from this day forward, actually from May 15, 1948 forward. The Arab supremacists Palestinians who desire to rid the world of Israel, many of all the Jews as the Hamas charter calls, are willing and empowered by the murdering of Jews like thirteen year old young woman and dancer Hallel-Yaffa Ariel stabbed over a dozen times in her back while sleeping in her bed this past week. There may end up some commentator eventually who will list the three or four times an Israeli Jew murdered Arabs in cold blood and these events have happened and are aberrations and anything but the norm and those perpetrators are in prison and not celebrated but scorned by the Jewish population no matter their reasons. The murderer of Hallel-Yaffa Ariel was shot dead as he resisted arrest and his family will be paid and paid handsomely because of his act of cold-blooded murder and this past week since his brutal act the Arabs have been having great parties in the West Bank celebrating this wondrous event with well-wishers congratulating his mother and sweets, candies and sugary pastries being handed out. For hours after this murder there were horns honked in Ramallah in celebratory revelry. Hamas and Islamic Jihad members and many Gazans also celebrated in similar manner. We can expect streets to be named and soccer contests to be held in his honor. Teachers will give lessons over the coming weeks praising and lauding his brave and heroic acts of assaulting a sleeping girl and stabbing her in the back repeatedly. How is a grown teen man stabbing a thirteen year old girl in the back a brave and heroic act? How is a grown teen man stabbing a thirteen year old girl asleep in her bed a brave and heroic act? It is anything but a brave and heroic act. It is an act of supreme and unparalleled cowardice. But the Arab Palestinians are celebrating is a grown teen man stabbing a thirteen year old girl asleep in her bed repeatedly in the back not even risking her awakening as she might fight back as the ultimate in bravery and laudable action and will teach their children that this is a level of act they should aspire towards. The mother and sister of this cowardly murderer, this assassin of a sleeping girl attacking from behind like the weasel he was are praising their relative and urging others to emulate his great patriotic act.

 

The world has quietly condemned this act in respectful tomes while demanding that Israel take great care not to allow things to grow out of control and to assure that there are no Jewish acts of revenge. There have been almost zero acts of revenge after near countless such acts from the Arab Palestinians. We mourn and pray for this to be the final senseless murder of one of our children and pray that our Arab neighbors choose to live with us in mutual respect and in mutual benefit each assisting the other. We unfortunately realize this is unlikely but it is what our prayers will ask Hashem to allow filling our Arab neighbors’ hearts with the milk of kindness and filling their minds with understanding and their souls with love for their fellow human beings and for our peoples to live together in peace. There will be a few who will speak in anger and voice their frustrations but there will be no acts of retribution and no acts of revenge. There will be mourning and we as a people will pick up the pieces and try to carry on despite the sadness in our hearts. A family will sit Shiva and mourn as prescribed by our laws and traditions. Friends, relatives and even strangers will visit the family’s home bringing food and sitting and saying nothing, not a word until spoken to by the mourners so as not to intrude rudely when they choose to be alone with their thoughts and their mournfulness. They will be polite when time has permitted a level of sanity to return to their minds and some warmth returns to their stunned hearts. They will actually try and greet all and ask of how they knew their daughter and thank those who tell them they know not their wonderful daughter though they feel close to her from all they have read. Those who say they came so as to assist with anything that needs tending and they will be thanked and invited to stay and share of the food and perhaps they will be privileged to hear parents or relatives stories of the young girl and what a fascinating joy she was to all she met. There will be sobbing, wailing and quiet sucking of breath between periods where we forget to breath, but the body reminds as its needs continue despite all else. Things will fall back to normal with the gaping exceptions when one expects their loved one and remember that joy has been stolen from them and for a moment their world will try and collapse in on itself but they will steel themselves because we must always go on. Every year parents will do what no parent should ever need to do, light a Yahrzeit Candle for a child and remember her each year it getting that little bit more difficult but she will never completely be gone as there will always be those stories of the joys she gave others and that is the greatest gift of memory one could ever pray to have for their own memory amongst others. Hallel-Yaffa Ariel, may your memory bring a smile as the one you were always giving to others to their lips so your joy added to the world can continue.

Who Will Pope Francis Blame When ISIS Slaughters in Jerusalem?

 

Pope Francis, during his visitation to the Holy Lands, was sure to make a very public statement over the plight of the Palestinian Arabs as he made a highly publicized stop at the exact section of the security barrier where Pope Francis claimed to make a prayer for a unified Arab Palestinian State emphasizing the proposed relationship to, as scrawled on that very section of the barrier, the similarity of the Warsaw Ghetto’s walls and the Israeli built security barrier, a separation object that is largely a fence but along certain stretches is required to be an actual wall such as within heavily built up areas so that it also keeps bullets and explosives from being easily launched into Israeli areas safeguarding both Arabs and Jews of all religions and all others from terrorist assaults on their lives and which has resulted in a highly effective tool in preventing homicide/suicide bombers, homicidal vehicle attacks and sniper attacks of various varieties bringing such attacks down to becoming a rarity compared to previous attacks before the barrier was constructed. Further, Pope Francis made it publically emphasized that his trip began with meetings with Mahmoud Abbas and the Arab Palestinians which he made sure to enter from Jordan flying initially into the Jordanian capital city of Amman specifically to avoid any possible meeting with Israeli officials. The Pope went further as he make a long procession, almost a victory parade, accompanied by numerous Arab Palestinian leadership from Bethlehem to Jerusalem emphasizing in his remarks the plight and flight from Bethlehem of its once predominant Christian population making heavy implications that such a sorry state of affairs had everything to do with Israeli ‘occupation’ and the hardships caused by the Israeli government, meaning the Jewish People, completely absolving the Arab Palestinians and their history of antagonism and persecution of the Christians causing the massive flight in fear for their lives from threats and actual terrorist aggressions.

 

This was followed by a visit to Israel where Pope Francis had a totally different persona becoming somewhat aggressive and antagonistic demanding the Catholic Church be granted their inalienable rights to ownership of large areas of Jerusalem with special emphasis on newly made claims to the building which houses the gravesite of King David claiming the room above King David’s tomb was a possible Christian Holy Site where the Last Supper had recently been claimed to have taken place moving it from the previous traditional spot where there were no contentious claims to this aggressively contentious place where it placed this Christian site above and over a highly Jewish site and further the Pope demanded rights to offer prayer services, a privilege granted and almost immediately abused by attempting to hold such prayers specifically on days where Jews had particularly offered up prayers from the site and taking assurances to hold these prayer before the scheduled Jewish services thus intentionally making the site void for Jewish prayer. The Pope was far from done with his assault on Judaism as well as launching additional assaults on Israel and Israeli claims within the Holy Lands in general at times appearing to insinuate obliquely that the Jews were without any religious claims as they were no longer recognized as having any religious rights having been supplanted and superseded making void any Jewish religiously made claims having been replaced by Christianity.

 

This particular claim made by the Pontiff has ramifications beyond the replacement theology where it is postulated that the Jews have become damned as replaced as the chosen people by the Christians, the Pope would claim the Catholic Church, and no longer favored by the L0rd and cast forth from Jerusalem specifically and without claims throughout the Holy Lands. Pope Francis has, by renewing the replacement theology of the past, set the precedent that Hashem can and has broken vows and promises made to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses, King David and others which identified the Jewish People as those chosen to carry His Message to the rest of the world has been abrogated and transferred to the Catholic Church which makes the supersessions claimed by Islam claiming that the Christians have themselves been cast off as were the Jews making the Muslims not only the replacement in eyes of Hashem but also the final chosen peoples to carry forth the messages of Hashem and, going one step further, the ones chosen to rule all of humanity going even further afield of a similar claim indigenous to the Christian faith as Judaism never held that the world would be their inheritance, they claimed only a rather insignificant measure of land strategic only in its central location to Europe, Africa and Asia being the region where the three continents converge and having ports which can connect the two main trade routes which have since been serviced by the Suez Canal.

 

The reassertion of the policy of the Catholic Church having replaced the Jews as those having a covenant with Hashem has left the Catholic Church also subjected to being replaced as the chosen of Hashem which is exactly the claim made by Islam. Carrying the replacement and the sole holy religion has also seen both Catholicism, in the more native guise of Christianity, and Islam to thus interpret such to authorize their sovereignty over the entire planet in order for them to properly prepare for the return of Jesus which had been carried one step further by the Islamic extremists claim that their religion being the sole religion Divinely inspired as the replacement, the final replacement of both Judaism and Christianity not only should rule over all of Earth but also be the sole religion practiced by all mankind. This has been carried out to the letter by ISIS as well as being the stated end goal by Iran, Hamas, Hezballah and various other claimants to being the sole pure remaining practitioners of Islam as defined by Muhammad and is behind a very real threat being made by ISIS and a number of their adherents. The agents for ISIS in Judea and Samaria (West Bank), why that redundancy is required by all that is politically correct makes me really desire to cease the practice, and I shall endeavor to do so going forth, are requesting for a list of all the Christians residing in (East) Jerusalem and their addresses to be given to those ISIS representatives by the faithful of Muhammad, note that not all are claiming faithful to ISIS following the practice of deference when outnumbered and until gaining sufficient numbers, somewhere around twenty percent, before becoming more forceful and soon thereafter, around thirty-five percent, taking rule by force and demanding total and complete allegiance followed by choice of becoming part of the faithful as defined by ISIS to the sword, otherwise death. They want these lists as soon as possible such that they can make the necessary plans and make sure they have the necessary power and people to carry out an ethnic cleansing of the Christians residing in Eastern Jerusalem. They have not requested such a list of the Jews residing within the area as they likely believe that those entire neighborhoods are easily known and identifiable.

 

This list will necessarily be assembled with an assault plan in mind by which the vast majority of the Christians residing in Eastern Jerusalem will be forced from the area implied by the sword and not by choice but such will probably be a logistics driven decision. The ISIS planners will take the precaution of having sufficient deployment of forces such that each unit will have a flanking unit on either side or at a close proximity allowing the massing of forces should any resistance be mounted such that they can quickly and without sacrificing their intended missions gather sufficient force to swarm any resistance counting on numbers to turn the tide of battle. Such has been the tactic used by ISIS as well as preparing the area for their assault before-hand. Not possessing sufficient artillery ISIS instead uses vehicle bombs and homicide/suicide bombers to soften their intended targets instilling confusion and disorganization amongst their intended target before they follow-up with swarming the target neutralizing any recovery minimizing their target any time to regroup and form a coordinated counterattacks or even an organized defense with overlapping fields of fire and the other considerations usually carried out well in advance and practiced including tactics of the enemy being interjected at unannounced times to test procedures for just such scenarios. The target in this instance is basically a cleansing operation intended to either clear an area of any opposition or make clear that certain types residing within an area should necessarily depart before they too face the determined business end of an ISIS representative’s weapon. Their announced target date for this cleansing of the population for Allah is the final day of Ramadan which falls in July 16, 2015.

 

The first determination which must be realized by Israeli police and military forces is whether to act as an intervention in force early on and prevent the organization of ISIS forces, wait until they have gathered so as to maximize arrests, intervene as soon as the assembled ISIS forces pose a threat or to simply ignore the threat and only respond to calls in an usual manner leaving the Arab Palestinians pretty much to their own ability. The final option is actually an option not supported by Torah and Jewish Law as we are directed to protect human life as even the lowest amongst us, the beggar, the infirm, the stranger and others we might normally divert our attentions from are still lives we are commanded to care for and keep safe. The concept that each life is potentially an entire nation thus if one saves one life it is as if one has saved a world. That basically means that Israeli defense and law enforcement forces must be prepared for and the one which is most feasible resulting in there being no loss of life be the ones sent for further considerations. Another consideration should be by which of the tactics that prevents any innocent casualties would allow for the most ruinous of setbacks for ISIS and at the same time making their claims of bringing the reincarnation of the Caliphate into question. There needs to be one more principled consideration, the threat to Israeli personnel and citizens, not to claim that any one life is of greater importance than another as that is beyond our ability to reason and is best left to the Creator who knows all things, Hashem. There is one consideration which must be made initially; which is whether or not this threat posed is valid and thus worthy of making and practicing for such an eventuality. Most ISIS threats issued have proven to be real and worthy of notice, but that does not necessarily mean that this attack threat must automatically be considered valid. This threat might be being presented to gauge the level of Israeli response to threats in order to more closely study the anatomy of such a response. Whatever the reasoning behind such a threat, Israeli leadership can be assured they will be held totally responsible for any casualties outside Israeli personnel. Any other nation would be the recipient of sympathy and offers of assistance with the aftermath with support in repairing any damage, aid money to augment responses training in preparation as if there is a singular attack response which would be universally applied to every attack and resolve all problems and serious planning for special situations such as a visit and speech by another head of state.

 

The importance of responding both effectively and forcefully against any initial attack while not going to an overboard approach cannot be overestimated in this instance. Should Israel present an overly cautious and overt response to this particular threat, then ISIS planners would have an effective but simple approach to fomenting fear within Israel by simply pretending to plan an attack and allow the overt, heavy-handed Israeli ramping-up of security measures. Fortunately, for actual events such as parades, speeches and other events or places where people congregate such as train and bus stations and malls; Israel does a fabulous and renowned level of successful security to meet the requirement necessary for each location and expected crowd. Since all ISIS would need to do to estimate the Israeli response to any situation would be to go study any previous similar situation and view the control of the threat level caused and they would have their answer. Pushing a threat against Israel on her own soil and thus giving her home field advantage will simply make everything that much more difficult for ISIS. In this instance Israel will be required to bring to the table an actual threat assessment and response plan as should ISIS actually follow through on a mission to slaughter as many civilian innocents, almost especially any of the numerous minority populations, as Israel is held to the highest expectation of levels possible in the world. Israel is the only nation expected to be capable of providing on a consistent and near universal level security superior to any European nation, any Western nation and even particularly the United States. Israeli security is expected to match when provided for the most insignificant of those amongst us a level of public security roughly the equivalent of that provided the Queen of England, and Israel has thus far throughout her brief but situation filled history met that challenge almost universally; Baruch Hashem. Anybody wishing an actual example of similar situations and the difference between Israeli response and another nation with proper expectations of being capable in a security situation such as a hostage crisis, simply compare the handling of the 1972 Olympic Games abduction of the Israeli team in Munich where most of the Israeli team consisting of six Israeli coaches and five Israeli athletes were taken hostage and ended up murdered along with one German police officer while five Black September members were eliminated in the regrettable failed rescue attempt where the plans for the rescue operation were poorly executed and all of the requested aid did not arrive on scene until two hours after the stand-off and siege began leading to the conflagration that murdered most of the Israelis tied up in the helicopter which was detonated with a grenade thrown by one of the terrorists compared to the Entebbe raid by an elite IDF unit responding to the hijacking of an Air France flight and the holding of Israeli and Jewish passengers and crew numbering over one hundred victims at Entebbe International Airport in Uganda, a distance of over 2,500 miles (4,000 km) in Operation Entebbe, as it came to be known, on July 4, 1976 (giving Israelis a reason to celebrate on as high a level as the people in the United States could on that nation’s bicentennial celebrations) where all but four of the one-hundred-six hostages were rescued with the IDF team suffering five injured and a sole fatality of one of the team commanders and older brother to a future Israeli Prime Minister, Lt. Col. Yonatan Netanyahu, and all of the terrorists either killed or injured along with almost half of the approximately one hundred Ugandan military troops providing security for the terrorists. Israel had offered assistance and even to handle a rescue attempt with the German government who not only refused the Israeli offer but informed Israeli government officials that any Israelis sent to Germany would be refused entry at the airport and returned to Israel as this was a German operation and Israel had no right to interfere. Perhaps the Germans should have turned it over to the Israelis and thus make Israel responsible for the results.

 

But what is it they say about history, it is what it is and physics has not yet figured out how to alter history, only politicians and the media have such power. That is why when the history is written about the July 16, 2015 ISIS Ramadan assault intending to murder every Christian possible throughout Eastern Jerusalem the only credit or blame for this intended catastrophe in the manner of the cleansing of Mosul, the destruction of the two-thousand-eight-hundred-year-old capital of the Assyrian empire, Khorsabad, including its seven gates and the city with its most highly regarded sixty-four foot wall erected around 713 BCE by King Sargon II during his reign and nearly completely demolished in the beginning of the twenty-first century (or the fifteenth century on the Islamic calendar), parts of which have been preserved in museums in Baghdad, Paris, London and Chicago; destroyed thousands of books in libraries across the lands they have savagely rampaged with some of the books such as the rare books in Mosul are irreplaceable and singular remnants of wisdom and writings from ancient to the modern times; reintroduced slavery on a massive scale and especially the selling of woman as sexual slaves to the highest bidder, some women have been returned for receipt of a percentage of her resale price; burned, drowned, prisoners alive; shot, and beheaded people sentenced to death for even minor offences or taken prisoner; crucified Christians; blown apart prisoners shoved into a car with anti-tank missile; taken sledge hammers to ancient sculptures, vases, pottery destroying ancient displays in museums; and promised to bring this parade of horrors to every corner of the globe should they be allowed that possibility. This is the assembly of monsters across continents with fellow travelers identifying and subjugating their will all in a similar vein such as Boko Haram in Nigeria, Cameroon and Chad; and other equally offensive and revolting acts all threatening to replace the comfortable lives of the decadent Western world should they be given that chance. That is their promise and where is the response from the supposed civilized world? They are either leading from behind or covering the back of the leader leading from behind all in all leaving Israel to fight the world’s war and stop the advance of those who desire a return to the tenth century, a backwards jolt on either calendar, especially the Jewish calendar which is in the fifty-eighth century.

The Thirty Days of Ramadan

 

While there are thirty days in the Muslim holiday of Ramadan as of the writing of this article we are merely approaching the midpoint of the holiday and have but a dozen days’ worth of news to pull from; thus, this is more like the Twelve Days of Ramadan. Perhaps it would be worth it for us to recall back in the days of the Second Iraq War and the War in Afghanistan where the allied troops were warned by the commander of the combined forces, the commander of each nations’ forces, and likely had the reminder driven home by every level right down to your squad leader. Then, additionally, whenever your squad was to perform a patrol the warnings were given in reverse starting with your squad leader to your platoon officer to your company commander and potentially to your battalion commander and, should one be extremely fortunate, your brigade commander to whatever was appropriate to the size of the mission and numbers of troops being dispatched. The warning would quickly sound like a broken record (for those who have never seen a turntable, let alone a record player, a broken record would have damaged tracks causing it to skip, backwards in this case, and repeat the same thing until nudged forward) warning the troops not to eat when Muslims were able to see your actions as this would be insensitive to their fasting during the daylight hours and eating after sundown. Be extraordinarily polite when dealing with a Muslim and be respectful of this holiday of ultimate importance in Islam, and whatever one did or whatever the circumstance nobody, they would usually emphasize this by adding, and I mean nobody, then continuing with the admonition, should discharge their weapon particularly aimed at a Muslim as such action would be desecrating and disrespecting this holy month of Ramadan. For some untold reason these rules of respecting Ramadan by restraining from any use of force was not part of the observance of those the allied troops in Iraq and Afghanistan were observing as they continued their usual ambushes and planting IEDs (improvised explosive devices which served a similar purpose as mines and were simply more ingenious in their construction and camouflage) or other steps of violence against the infidel troops besmirching not only their sacred lands but their sacred holiday by presenting themselves as targets forcing them to shoot at them during Ramadan.

 

Getting down to the serious discussion, Ramadan began on Thursday, the 18th of June, but with Islam using the same changeover of days like the Jews the start is actually the evening before at sunset and will continue until Friday, the 17th of July ending at sunset. Thus far it has been a busy first half of Ramadan despite the allied troops has almost completely disappeared from Iraq and being pulled out from Afghanistan. It was kicked off in Israel with the regularly scheduled rioting, vehement protesting any anti-terror activities such as checkpoints, despite their numbers being decreased for the entirety of Ramadan while concurrently issuing additional travel permits so that Arabs from Gaza desiring to worship at the Temple Mount could do so if they placed any importance on such activities being performed there. These passes were not honored for one entire day in response to rocket attack made the night of Tuesday, June 23 on Israel during Ramadan out of Gaza. The ramifications concerning Ramadan violence took a serious turn for the worse on the second day of Ramadan which was June 19 when Danny Gonen and a friend stopped their vehicle as they were leaving a spring they had visited to assist an Arab man who flagged them down appearing to be in distress. It was then when the Arab man upon approaching the vehicle opened up with a handgun shooting both young men and murdering one of the young men, twenty-five-year-old Danny Gonen, who died as a result of his wounds soon after being airlifted still in an unconscious state to Tel Hashomer Hospital. His friend, whose name has been withheld, received moderate to serious wounds with gunshots mostly to his arms and legs and was taken by ambulance for treatment at Tel Hashomer Hospital. His condition after arrival and treatment at the hospital was reported as moderately injured but stable expected to recover.

 

Just two days subsequent on June 21 a Border Patrol Officer was stabbed repeatedly by his Arab attacker with his most serious wounds resulting from a stabbing wound to his neck. Before losing consciousness the Border Officer managed to shoot and fatally injure his attacker preventing him from injuring others at the scene of the Damascus Gate in Jerusalem. The officer regained consciousness after treatment some time on Monday and is expected to recover from his wounds. Police Commissioner Yohanan Danino paid him a bedside visit on Monday morning and was quoted to have told the officer’s family, “They told me what happened to him after the stabbing, it enhances his heroism.”

 

The next day, Monday, June 22, the body of a farmer, David Bar Kapara aged 70 years, was found in his orchards. David Bar Kapara was murdered by what was described as Arab laborers who illegally entered Israel seeking employment and who were likely told that David Bar Kapara and not having found work they struck out and murdered an elderly man little capable of posing any risk to his attackers, a craven and cowardly act. These individuals, when caught, should be charged with having committed a brutal and horrific act, murder of the most serious kind, premeditated as they likely demanded employment threatening David Bar Kapara, a seventy-year-old farmer who was the most innocent and helpless against such an attack by so many attackers and then beat him to death. They could have simply stopped at any time while he would have survived but instead continued the assault like animals in a killing frenzy. They deserve to be treated as the rabid animals their attack closely imitated with its depravity and brutality resulting in cruel murder on a defenseless elderly farmer without any provocation and resulting merely because of their frustrations, a motivation hardly the equivalence of their horrific actions.

 

Then come Friday, June 26, there was an assault on an IDF manned checkpoint in the Jordan Valley. The initial investigations have revealed the perpetrator stepped from his vehicle and proceeded to open fire on the soldiers without managing to hit any of them. A short but decisive gun battle ensued resulting on the attacker’s death and no injuries of the soldiers stationed at the checkpoint. This is being treated as another Arab terror attack. The terrorist was armed with a modified Carl Gustav automatic weapon pictured below. These attacks and attempted murders with one target having suffered fatal wounds have represented the unfortunate upswing in terror attacks both in severity and frequency with these attacks having taken place solely in Israel.

Come Saturday night an ambulance and its driver were shot upon while returning from Ofra driving on the recently opened new highway adjacent to Beit El in the Binyamin region of Samaria, north of Jerusalem. The terrorist was standing next to his car with its engine running when, without any warning, the terrorist brandished his weapon and opened fire hitting the vehicle three times but injured nobody. The terrorist then proceeded to fire at the next vehicle right behind the ambulance. After apparently missing striking both vehicles the Arab shooter decided to call it a night and climbed back into his vehicle and sped off out of sight. The ambulance driver was quoted revealing that, “We get a lot more attacks at the entrances to Jerusalem, where they throw rocks, firebombs, and other things at us. I was told that this was the first time they fired at an ambulance in this area.” Let us hope that was the last attack on that route from this day forward.

 

This weekend and start of the new week has seen more than its share of Ramadan violence. Still listing violence in Israel, on Sunday there were two separate incidents. The first incident there was nobody hurt or injured as the IDF and security sources prevented the attack by intercepting a woman, an Arab Palestinian, who was trying to cross the security fence from Qalqiliya into Judea-Samaria carrying a rifle slung across her back. During questioning the would be female terrorist revealed that Hamas had sent her to carry out a terror attack to shoot as many Israelis as she could before being captured or otherwise prevented from continuing her assault. Then early on Monday we suffered a far more serious attack when an Arab woman and terrorist stabbed the twenty-five-year-old female IDF soldier placed to guard Kever Rachael (Rachel’s Tomb) north of Bethlehem and south of Jerusalem. In the assault the IDF guard was wounded with repeated stabbings largely in her neck as well as other minor injuries. The soldier received treatment at the scene and was still unconscious and listed as serious when placed for transit to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital in Jerusalem. During the trip, the female soldier regained consciousness and by the time she was transferred to the hospital she was listed to be in stable condition. She is expected to also make a complete recovery.

 

There was another attack Monday night first reported in the final hour before midnight and Tuesday morning. In yet another shooting attack these terrorists this time opened fire on a car near the community of Shvut Rachel where their bullets wounded four occupants in the car in which they were traveling. Of the four injured three were in light to moderate condition and the fourth suffered serious wounds. The most severely wounded victim was evacuated to the Shaarei Tzedek Hospital in Jerusalem along with one of those in moderate condition while the other two victims were transferred to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital. These attacks were in addition to the return of rockets across the Gaza front and the barrages of rocks, bricks, cinderblocks and other various objects hurled at vehicles mostly in Judea and Samaria with recent outbreaks beginning within Israel largely thus far in central and northern Galilee. There also has been a marked increase in rockets fired by the Gaza terrorist outlets including Hamas and Islamic Jihad.

 

Israel was far from the only scene of Islamic Jihadist violence. By now it should be becoming evident that as Giulio Meotti in “Terrorists are not Barbarians, They are Enemies at War with the West” made evidently clear, this is not simply a bunch of lone wolf attacks or even coordinated attacks meant to simply scare and worry people but a bonafide war being waged by slow escalations with the eventual intent to make one last final thrust and depose every Western Government in Europe and around the developed world. These soldiers of this Jihad are slowly being placed in vital points to take out leadership and infrastructure thus causing maximum confusion and lack of leadership and then exploiting the chaos that results. In what many news services are covering as three completely separate incidents with nothing in common except that they have been declared by many government experts in the Western World are loudly and vehemently exclaiming that they have nothing to do with the religion of peace, Islam. Yet, in the weekend following a call by ISIS for their followers around the world to rise up and terrorize the world, and three responded. We have and will continue to be told that these three individuals had nothing in common with each other and these were isolated incidents which just happened as these three simply went insane each at their own time for their own reasons.

 

Tunisia is reporting that they have arrested the first of those who planned and carried out the beach terror attack in which at least thirty-eight people were killed. They have detained “a significant number of people from the network that was behind this terrorist” attack on a popular tourist resort in Port El Kantaoui. The authorities have also claimed to have identified 23-year-old Seifeddine Rezgui as the man who has pulled an AK-47 from its concealed location inside a beach umbrella and began walking along the beach shooting as he walked along the beach. During the same period there was an assault on a Shia Mosque in Kuwait City. This attack murdered at least another twenty-seven people and wounded over 200 others simply because they practiced a separate branch of Islam. Finally, in Lyons, France, Yassine Salhi, who has admitted to decapitating his boss and placing his head trophy style on the fence post at the gates to the factory, has been detained along with his wife, sister and one other person. The man beheading his boss and mutilating his body, being as disturbing as it may be, that is the worst of the story as the explosion caused by Yassine Salhi ramming and exploding his truck into the gas factory where he has been employed resulted only two injuries while the rest of the employees were evacuated with no further harm to people. This may result in having been a terror attack which also targeted the terrorist’s place of work and mutilating and decapitating his boss may also be classified as possibly the worst case of workplace violence. Even removing the French attack, the Kuwait and Tunis attacks murdered sixty-five innocent people thus far and let us pray for no more to be counted amongst the dead, and well over two-hundred injured. The fact that these attacks occurred almost immediately after ISIS leadership called for their followers to rise up and attack and terrorize those who are the enemies of ISIS and their version of Sunni Islam, a call that likely places two-thirds of Sunni Muslims as legitimate targets which has been proven by the numbers of fellow Sunni Muslims have been murdered after ISIS has taken some presumed Sunni areas where the people apparently were not quite diligent or exactly the same as the one defined by ISIS. The one item which the people need to start with their elected representatives is that they no longer jump immediately to the conclusion that nothing initially appears to be a terror attack and then dancing around the point avoiding that which is obvious to the rest of us as terrorism. They and their co-conspirators from the mainstream media must be forced to recognize that the so-called unwashed masses are literate these days and though we may not have gone to Harvard or Columbia Universities, we are thinking and smarter than many of them would believe and we can handle the truth (no matter what Jack Nicholson may declare). They need to trust the people as the people, as a group, will often come to a better conclusion than the five-hundred-thirty-five, thirty-six if we count the man at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, seem to be capable of reaching. The people would not write laws which one must pass to know what is in it and the people would write laws that make sense and not make laws because they had little else to do. I’d rather have a society designed by fifty to one-hundred land-owning farmers than a thousand lawyers, and thinking of it, was that not who wrote the Constitution of the United States that our modern day heroes are attempting to redefine to mean what they want it to mean and have a court which has recently twisted almost to if not past the breaking point. No, give me that original and unpolluted document even with the first ten amendments and allow a start-over for America, she will be better for the restart. Just as Israel would be at a greater advantage and healthier to return to their original constitution, not the one started as a conglomeration of “Basic Laws” which can be changed at whim, I mean Torah, the five books of Moses, even if it does mean no government making new laws, just using the ones written in Torah, all six-hundred-thirteen commandments.
