Has the World Gone Crazy Again?

 

If aliens to the Earth have arrived in the last few years gathering intelligence to decide and judge whether the Earth is worth being approached or left to mature, they would likely have some serious questions. Actually, the longer they might have viewed the Earth, they would likely have realized that what is happening is simply an infection which has always led to disastrous results and is flaring once again. This viral infection first showed its ugly hate in Pharaoh’s Egypt, which was soon to have a change in the ruling class. There was the little matter during King David’s rule when the Philistines, when they sacked the sanctuary of Shiloh, captured the Ark of the Covenant. They initially celebrated this great victory only to start to suffer plagues in their capital city. They decided to send the Ark to another city and the ills went with the Ark from city to city until the Philistines returned the Ark to the Israelites along with the proscribed sacrifice for repentance. There was the Purim attempt to murder the Jews of Persia at the crucial point before the decline of Persia before the Greeks. When the Greeks took steps to attempt to destroy the Jewish faith, they were soon destroyed and conquered by the Romans. The Romans probably were the most beneficial in their treatment of the Jews though they did this as a punishment, the scattering of the Jews throughout their empire and even beyond sold as slaves. This was intended to destroy the Jews just as it had the Carthaginians and an unknown number of others who were destroyed and removed from history. But Rome too was doomed to fall just as all who had persecuted their Jews, but Rome’s destruction was slow and painful. More recently there were the two main persecutors, Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia, both presumably gone. The persecution of the Jews has spanned Europe, Africa, Middle East, the Americas, Oceania, and even parts of Asia. For a more accurate view, a survey was performed by the ADL in 2014 with access to a 2015 update showing world antisemitism by continent and links to individual nations (example map below).

Our aforementioned alien would be reporting that apparently the prevailing opinion appears to be that every problem can somehow be traced to Israel eventually. All the violence of the Middle East, Israel is to blame. Worldwide terrorism, Israel is to blame. Even further insanity prevails as anti-Semitism is Israel’s fault as well. Some of the tenuous and strained relationships are used to find some remote reason or historic allegation proves that Israel is at the root of whatever evils are found no matter where they may be in the world, there will be those who blame Israel or possibly just Jews generally. This special virus appears throughout history but there are periods where it starts to spread more deeply and widely throughout large areas of the world. The modern era is the first where this virus can now truly spread worldwide without any limitations, or are there. Were you to ask the average person on the street in any Western nation, they may rate their country as not being particularly anti-Semitic and would probably believe that the United States was amongst the lowest area for anti-Semitism, and that would be a good assessment as the United States had a lower than average at nine-percent, the same as Denmark. But there were others who performed better in the 2014 survey with United Kingdom rating at eight-percent, Vietnam at six-percent, Netherlands at five-percent, Sweden at four-percent, Philippines at three-percent and the lowest rating at next to none is Laos at a mere zero-point-two-percent. We must unfortunately state what many already know, many of these, especially the European nations, have increased drastically in recent years. The reality is that the levels of anti-Semitism worldwide is rising with some regions having unprecedented rise in such hatred since the end of World War II and other regions having lesser increases but still definitively higher levels of anti-Semitism are measured virtually universally. Historically, the rise in anti-Semitism virtually always arises when the world is soon to tip into calamity, violence and rising oppressions. We need to remember that what starts with the Jews, never ends with the Jews. It is as the infamous assessment made by Martin Niemöller, a prominent Lutheran pastor in Germany, who stated the following,

First, they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out—because I was not a socialist.
Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out— because I was not a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.

 

Despite this truism being well known and that the history of anti-Semitism being on the leading edge of some of the world’s worst periods, the world still has yet to find the means of preventing this malignancy from inflicting the world. Now we see it rearing its ugly head and spreading without much of a care by most of the world where simply ignoring the new version of anti-Semitism, anti-Israelism and anti-Zionism, from spreading throughout our societies.

 

The most obvious rise of anti-Semitism has been within the Middle East and Europe. There are those who have attempted to blame the influx of refugees from Syria, Iraq, Lebanon, Pakistan and Afghanistan for this rise, but these refugees cannot be blamed for everything. The attempts by numerous nations to outlaw Shechita (Kosher slaughter) and circumcision was performed completely independent from any refugee input. These came strictly from the historic attempts by Christian rulers and governments to attempt to force the Jews residing within their region of control to convert or at least prevent the practice of Judaism. This form of anti-Semitism is so ancient that it can easily be traced to the Romans, ancient Greeks, Persian and Babylonians. There can be no means of describing the laws banning these Torah requirements which all Jews must obey as anything other than anti-Semitism, outright anti-Semitism. Sure, these European countries have modern sounding, politically correct reasons and explanations for these laws, but they are aimed to target the Jews making their lives more problematic or even forcing them to emigrate to a more accepting climate, though the spread of such laws is making less and less nations Jewish friendly.

 

The latest flurry of anti-Semitic acts and the ensuing refusal of any proper criticism or adverse reactions came from the United States House of Representatives. Ilhan Abdullahi Omar of Minnesota, a Somalian by birth and Rashida Harbi Tlaib of Michigan, of Palestinian descent have made a very big splash than the average freshman Congress-critters. Ms. Omar made the first splash when a history of anti-Semitic tropes of hers were discovered on Twitter and other social media. But her problems did not end there as she doubled down with similar style anti-Semitic comments upon her arrival in the Congress. Not to be outdone, Ms. Tlaib echoed such sentiments with condemnations of Israel as well as the Jewish People. But that is not the worst part of this story, the really pathetic reaction by the Democrat controlled House of Representatives is the story here. And as if that was not enough, there was the pronouncement by the Speaker of the House and leading Democrat, Nancy Pelosi claiming, “I don’t think the congresswoman is anti-Semitic. I wouldn’t even put those in the same category.” And Ms. Pelosi did not leave it there rejecting any allegations of anti-Semitism in the Democratic Party adding when queried, “We have no taint of that.” These worries of signs that anti-Semitism was being normalized began when the Democrats in the House of Representatives were unable to denounce obvious and blatant anti-Semitic comments, statements and positions taken by their two now infamous members who along with Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who supports her two fellow freshmen Representatives, have taken the spotlight and appear to be the new face and the future for the Democrat Party. Of course, the Jewish Representatives are all apparently too focused on the evils machinations they portend they will soon unravel from the Trump campaign and the Russia connection which they are so desperate to produce. None of these other events have even made a blip on their radar, though they had to have noticed the debate over whether or not to denounce anti-Semitism, which they did placing anti-Semitism at the tailing end of their list of other forms of hatred including Islamophobia. The refusal to report, sanction or otherwise notice the new Judeophobia (anti-Semitism) within their party is frightening, but not the most frightening of items.

 

There is one last item concerning the spreading Judeophobia which is positively frightening, and that is the lack of concern amongst the Jews in the Democrat Party. If one were to poll Jewish Democrats as to the Judeophobia sprouting within their party and its turning against Israel making supporting Israel into a partisan political position, you would likely find well over ninety percent would feign or actually honestly claim that they do not know what it is you are referencing. They will claim that they will continue to support the Democrat Party, continue to vote for Democrat candidates, continue to donate to Democrat political candidates and donate to the general Democrat funding. For them, they can see no wrong, hear no wrong and will speak no wrong about their precious Democrat Party. Their defense if one proves that there is a Judeophobic stripe running through their beloved Democrat Party, they will point out that it is not coming from their Representative. Then you also point out that their oh-so-wonderful Representative also made little or no effort to push for a letter actually condemning those who were practicing Judeophobia and instead simply caved to a general statement against hatred. Well, who actually is not against hatred other than those who actually hate, and even these often are unaware that what they repeat is hate or simply stating facts. This is most often the defense the Judeophobe will employ, that they are simply stating well understood facts which they have been told about all their lives. This was definitively the weak apology from Ms. Omar and Tlaib.

 

The rising levels of Judeophobia have reached epidemic proportions in the Middle East and Northern Africa and threatens to do similarly in many regions within Europe and throughout the Western World. As this pandemic Judeophobia continues unabated, it may have the unintended effect of doubling the Jewish population of Israel as Jews flee the coming persecution. Unfortunately, the most likely result will be about twenty-percent of Jews in afflicted regions making Aliyah or leaving to friendlier climes, which eventually will be Israel as there will be no other friendlier region left, and the remainder wondering what is happening when the Judeophobia reaches its ultimate form. The one positive in this situation is that there is someplace where every Jew will be accepted providing them with a place of last refuge. This is the reason and hope which Israel provides the Jewish People, a safe harbor in a far less than friendly world. We can only pray that all the Jews will find their desire for such refuge long before they have no other choice as it will make their transition more tranquil than coming with thousands of other Jewish refugees who have been stripped of all wealth and left for Israel to come and retrieve them before something unthinkable should be enacted. Israel absorbed closing in on eight-hundred-fifty-thousand Arab Jews evicted from their homes, many of which were hundreds if not thousands of years of their family residing in these lands, across the Arab and Muslim worlds. Israel went and brought the Ethiopian Jews and is in the process of approving more to be brought to Israel and also brought many sects of Jews from India and every corner of the globe. Israel stands ready to accept and provide a home for any Jew in need of rescue. We pray that no Jews are held hostage for ransom, as such would be tragic and set a horrific precedence. Judeophobia is a viral disease which becomes a world plague periodically and almost always is the precedence for some horrible upheavals of human history. Judeophobia is a warning signal that the train is about to leave the tracks if remedial actions are not taken to address the onset of this affliction before it becomes irreversible. The initial signs are that this will be yet another time the warning signs are to be ignored and the world turns itself inside-out all because when they came for the Jews, nobody cared as the Jews are an insignificant group of no concern to those who are not Jewish. History had proven this to be one of the worst positions taken repeatedly and apparently, we have not learned from our past. That brings us to a closing quote from George Santayana, “Progress, far from consisting in change, depends on retentiveness. When change is absolute there remains no being to improve and no direction is set for possible improvement: and when experience is not retained, as among savages, infancy is perpetual. Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it.”

Trump Should Let the People Decide

 

We all know how President Trump loves poking Democrats whenever he has an opportunity. Some of us know he enjoys the same sport against certain Republicans. Further, it should be known that there is a group which President Trump trusts implicitly, the American People as a whole. These are the ones who placed him in the White House with hope that he would perform as advertised and not as his checkered past might indicate. Thus far, they have not been let down. That is why President Trump needs to trust this same group to end the witch trials going on in the United States Senate under the guise of the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings where Advise and Consent has become Deride and Accuse. The drama, or caricature of a drama, has been playing out in the Senate chambers and across the front pages of numerous newspapers. In many instances, what has been written bore little in common with what was actually occurring. Topping this bill were the headlines touting the bravery of “Senator Booker Releases Secret Kavanaugh Emails In Defiance Of Senate Rules” when in reality those Emails were cleared for public release numerous hours before his defiant claims, but why let a few small facts get in the way of aggrandizing a potential 2020 Presidential nominee making hay while the sun shines. Every word uttered by a Democrat Senator was repeated breathlessly as if coming from Socrates or the Oracle at Delphi. The Republican Senators were either ignored or deemed inconsequential, which if by that they meant not critical enough, they got that one correct. But they had nothing to add to the broadsides launched by their Democrat colleagues. So, now the entire fight appears to be coming down to how a small number of wayward Republican and vulnerable Democrat Senators will vote on the Kavanaugh confirmation. What is a President with questionable influence to do?

 

Well, there is something President Trump could do which would have the Democrats and media, but we repeat ourselves, up in arms and crying foul. All President Trump needs do is ask Senator Graham to table the nomination until January and announce that he will meet the Democrat demand that he wait for the midterm election results before having Kavanaugh confirmed. He can state unequivocally that this election will be about the confirmation of Brett Kavanaugh and other people whom he will nominate to judgeships in the future and their right to a fair and impartial hearing based on the facts and not last minute grandstanding and accusations which could have been aired early in the proceedings and been properly vetted instead of all the shrill partisanship we have seen in the past two weeks. President Trump can state that he will allow the people to decide and that he will stand by their decision. This would give President Trump two large pluses for his side. The first is that this would call the Democrats’ bluff and make the election all about Kavanaugh, something the Democrats actually fear despite grandstanding on the demand that the confirmation should be held after the midterm elections. Second, it takes the focal point of the election off of the President and places it instead on the Senate confirmation hearings which would permit both sides to use whatever snippets they believe best depict their side or most color the opposition in a bad light in their campaigns and takes away from what did President Trump Tweet today as the central point. Let’s face it, if you were President Trump and you were looking at a choice between him or Kavanaugh in campaigns about who would you trust, Kavanaugh wins hands down compared to Trump. Besides, it would show that the President trusts the people over the Swamp, as it has properly been labeled plus it would not only take the wind out of the Democrat’s sail, it would expose them further as rejectionist as we can be as sure as we are that the sun will rise tomorrow that there will be the same Democrats out in the media crying that Trump is trying to divert the election from himself onto Kavanaugh and how this is totally unfair as it denies the Democrats of their vote on this important position immediately, as the constitution demands.

 

Remember that these are the same people claiming that the Constitution would favor a longer deliberation even if it took the nomination to beyond the election granting the people a chance to vote on the nomination. Have the vote before the midterms and the Democrats claim that President Trump is rushing the vote due to the coming Blue Wave and push the vote till after the election and President Trump is trying to make the election all about Kavanaugh while ignoring all the other enormous issues which need to be discussed. Talk about damned if you do and damned if you don’t; this is the perfect example of just such a situation. Calling the Democrats’ bluff is the surest means for exposing their duplicity and will be evidence that all they desire is to be seen opposing everything Trump. President Trump would be well served to make a habit out of granting the Democrats exactly what they demand whenever it is guaranteed to have them then take the opposite side and demand that the President not do as they had demanded. There will be numerous times this will present itself as one of the many options and this is one which will also assist with draining the Swamp. This is actually the greatest; some might say sole, saving grace and accomplishment of President Trump’s election thusfar. Trump has opened can after can and jar after jar and emptied the contents of worms and other unseemly things throughout government, the media and the numerous arms and appendages of the government and revealed to anyone paying the slightest attention exactly how rotted to the core the entirety of the Federal Government has become and how the people need to awaken and take back their control and put Washington on a strict diet until the power is back with the States and individual cities, counties and other local governances. This is something citizens of all stripes and parties should be able to agree upon, that the centralization of power in Washington D.C. is an abomination which threatens the freedoms and liberties which Americans have fought, bled and died to protect and are now slipping away with only the slightest amount of time remaining to start to reverse this deadly trend. Some call it the Swamp while others the Deep State, either way it is entrenched and its roots have grown deep.

This should be a people issue where it is favoring empowering each and every person and taking power away from what can only be classified as oligarchs ruling over their individual fiefdoms which has become what the individual Departments and even individual subcommittees which are assigned specific jobs which somehow never reach any conclusion other than their requiring additional funding the next year. This is how the Federal Government has mutated, as it was never intended to act and behave in this manner. The design under that document that many leftists declare old and no longer usable in this modern times, the Constitution, was constructed with care by some of the most progressive and intellectual political minds of the era in concert with, and here is where the critics hit the nail on the head, some rich, established, privileged, unelected, white men whose main objective was to empower the people and, if anything, handicap the central Federal Government such that it would remain a secondary power to the local governments when it came to the lives of the people within the borders of the United States. This concept has been given short shrift as elected officials continued to take power from the states and local governments and move it to Washington D.C. where the bureaucrats eventually got a taste for power and politicians grew lazy allowing the individual agencies to flesh out the applications and consequences of their ideas by passing legislation which assigned the application to render the desired, or undesired, results from a vague concept to various named agencies and too often added, “and any agency which finds applicable use,” to the legislation. This is what spawned a very aggressive growth industry, which found itself capable of taking a single piece of poorly defined legislation and generating hundreds if not thousands of regulations of which many were beyond even the wildest of applications never dreamed of by the Congressional legislators. This gave rise to special departmental groups within departments who were tasked with applying these regulations and who, some many years later, are still in the process of setting up the application and if only they would get a twenty percent increase in funding they might be able to next year only ask for fifteen percent increase with little if any progress to show for it. What is difficult is the solution, something that Congress is want to take the necessary steps towards slimming down the various out of control agencies, which is all of them. The problem is these government projects become income streams to the State and local government through which campaign donors, relatives, friends and people of influence are provided with their payback or investment for their support. This is one of the reasons the same road is repaved every two years taking exactly two years to complete and the connecting roads where the potholes abound are basically ignored or patched on rare occasions after a car fell into a pothole which thought it was a sinkhole. That is simply the most obvious example that most of us have witnessed. Another item is they are always building new bridges or highways and seldom repairing the older ones allowing them to collapse such that a new bridge or roadway is required. There is a reason for this as well. Where you will always see signs dedicating the Senator or Governor What’s-his-face Bridge but never this Bridge Repaired by signs because people get upset when you mess with traffic to repair the bridge but are pleased when the new bridge or roadway is completed and can finally be utilized. Ending spending means people will lose their cozy little jobs somewhere down the line and this is never good for reelection. Reelection counts on additional spending for things which have already passed their use-by-date just because it employs, by then, a few hundred people, and that is worth ten times more votes than saving tax monies. When have you heard somebody campaign with a specific agenda of cutting twenty-five percent of the budget and getting elected? If such a person exists, we are willing to bet they did not deliver or even make a valiant attempt at fulfilling that promise. That is because as soon as they got to their newly elected position, they were taken aside and told how things work.

 

We bet many people would love to know why the government continues to throw good money after bad time and time again. Well, it is easy to find the reasoning. Imagine you had a job, say Congressperson or Senator, and you could invest your money, even up to ten thousand dollars you do not have on trust, into any stocks you desired. I know, so what? Now imagine that you knew that in six weeks Company X was going to receive a ten-billion dollar government contract. Now, you take this knowledge and buy as much of Company X stock as you are able and then one week later after the contract has been voted upon, passed and the public been told via the news, this was big news, the company that before this contract was worth maybe one-hundred-thousand dollars will now greatly expand. Their stock price quadrupled and now you sell your stock and take home a tidy profit. Now let us assume you can do this for a number of years. One would expect at some point you would be charged with insider trading. Well, that is where you would be wrong because the House and Senate saw their way to making the elected figures and the top people in their staff all immune to insider trading laws. That is how a Congresscritter is elected and goes to Washington with maybe a quarter of a million dollars (if that) and after two years is worth fifty million dollars despite their salary being a paltry $174,000. This is the reason that they spend millions of dollars to get elected to Washington D.C. and also why the swamp will be so difficult to drain, the Representatives, Senators, senior staff and friends use these offices as money making ventures at the peoples’ expense.

 

Hopefully, if you are an American, you are fairly upset with this lucrative set up used by your elected representatives to line their own and close by people’s pockets with your money. Well, the first step is to organize a nationwide project to change the way things are done. You first target will be that exemption from insider trading and the appointment of somebody to enforce insider trading laws against elected representatives and their close associates, staff and friends. This might be called the Insider Outing Group which would want 503 C3 tax-exempt non-profit status. Then you need to get 220 Representatives and 61 Senators to sign a pledge to end the insider trading exemption for all involved and currently covered and their dedication to making this stick permanently. Further, you might start petitions in every state to pass legislation calling to amend the Constitution making such acts by all elected representatives and those around them both illegal with Federal prison time and an impeachable offence. Once their money train has dried up, then and only then, they might be persuaded to act honorably and finally actually cut spending and not just cut the rate of increase of spending. That is another slight of hand used by politicians. They take what the budget as planned with a certain increase, often thirty percent, and then cut the increase in half making it fifteen percent and then claim they cut spending fifteen percent. This way they claim a fifteen percent cut in spending while actually increasing spending by fifteen percent. The really deceitful would claim they cut spending in half in that situation because as long as they can convince themselves what they say is true, that is half the battle, as they know the people will rarely check and call them on these lies. The only way to strip Washington D.C. of their free-spending addiction will be to take the personal profit production out of the equation and then one would still need to force discipline on the elected representatives or replace them regularly. There is some truth in the saying that, “elected representatives and diapers need regular changing and for the same reason.” President Trump took a step in the right direction, but may not have gone far enough, when he instituted a policy where for every new regulation instituted, that department was required to nullify two existing regulations.

 

It would have been more productive and might have mattered if he had made it five regulations out for every new one put in. Unfortunately, it will take a form of revolution from the people to bring the government under control. It really is a self-perpetuating and out of control monster and it will eat the country into the poor house. President Eisenhower warned in his farewell address about the need to watch over the Military-Industrial Complex, he should have said Government-Military-Industrial Complex. Just as President Washington warned of the evils of political parties in his prescient farewell address, so was Eisenhower and between them they may have targeted the two main problems the people will face against them taking back their nation. We can only hope that the people of America are capable and able of recovering their lost power and becoming the masters of their destiny as was the hope of the Founding Fathers. One thing we often hear in rumor is that there was a strong affiliation between Biblical Law and how the Founding Fathers wrote the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution with often reference to Deuteronomy limiting the wealth of kings in their possessions. We did run across something peculiar from Dr. Andrew Porwancher, a core faculty member of the Institute for the American Constitutional Heritage at the Oklahoma University who has researched Alexander Hamilton going back to his birth and other peculiarities and posits that Mr. Hamilton was Jewish. We will leave that as is and, along with this link, each can assign whatever value they care to on these items. Whatever the beginnings of the American adventure, it has taken ill and is in need of resuscitation and requires that its bleeding of treasure through the deficit spending have a tourniquet applied and have it stopped while there is still hope. The world would become a poorer place without the United States and it would be quite painful to watch as she committed suicide.

State Department Deep State Aiding Palestinian Terrorist Payments

 

Nobody at the State Department nor those from the White House will accept the allegation that they are aiding the payment of Palestinian terrorists and their families. They will talk about the humanitarian crisis and their aid being restricted for feeding, housing and other essential aid usage by the Palestinian Authority. This was directly contradicted by a letter sent by nine Democratic members of the House of Representatives’ Foreign Affairs Committee’s subcommittee on the Middle East which they sent to President Trump. Their complaint began with the fact that, “all U.S. assistance, including lifesaving humanitarian aid, has been frozen since January 2018.” Their insistence continued with the argument, “We are deeply concerned that there seems to be no information available to Members of Congress as to the nature, scope, or duration of this assistance review. We support the need for oversight of our assistance programs…. However, it is unnecessary to withhold funding while conducting this review.” After lamenting the reported humanitarian crisis in Gaza, something no amount of aid money or provisions could possibly help as all aid goes straight to Hamas or to Hamas via UNRWA, they got to the meat of their complaint with, “We have heard from many of our non-governmental organization implementing partners…who will be forced to shut down in the coming weeks if funding is not released.” Their letter demanding the White House explain their actions and lack of funding ending with, “The Committee has previously requested information in writing…about the West Bank and Gaza assistance review, and has not received detailed information in response. Therefore, we request an update as to the current status of the review…and a timeline for the conclusion of the review. We also urge the immediate release of US bilateral assistance to the West Bank and Gaza.”

 

Now how about we translate their stated positions into normal language and strip away the equivocations and speak straightly. These concerned Representatives appeared largely to be concerned about aid going to Gaza. In theory, there should not be any aid from the United States going to Gaza under any legal context, as Gaza is a terrorist entity. Gaza is ruled by Hamas, a terrorist group by almost all definitions, and they are backed by Islamic Jihad who are in the running to be as bad if not worse than Hamas. These Representatives know very well that every dollar of aid which eaches Gaza will be spent on weapons of war and infiltration tunnels into Israel for the exclusive purpose of murdering Israeli civilians and kidnapping some to hold for ransom. Hamas and Islamic Jihad have stated this as one of their main goals for the future. These Democrat Representatives also are aware that currently there is a one sided attack still being engaged by these terrorist entities in Gaza flying incendiary kites and balloons into Israel despite a supposed ceasefire agreement arranged through Egypt with American support. Finally, they are completely aware that Palestinian Authority (PA) President Mahmoud Abbas has repeatedly insisted that the blood money for murdering Jews will continue to be paid to terrorists and their families even if it takes every last penny of aid money and that these payments are to be made as the first and foremost payments of the government before even the salaries of government workers and security forces (the PA army).

Basically, these nine Democrat Representatives who are presumably specialists on the entire situation in the Middle East are most concerned that the terrorists who desire or have murdered Jews in Israel, placing sending aid money to Hamas and the PA to pay for more terrorism as the their top priorities, placing these funds at the top of their concerns over anything else occurring in the Middle East. Funding terrorism against Israel comes before assisting the American allies who were the tip of the spear which brought down the Islamic State, the Kurds, or relieving the plight of Syrian refugees in camps along the Jordanian and Turkish borders with Syria, and above aiding the refugees from the ethnic cleansing in Myanmar crammed into refugee camps in Bangladesh. One could look at the Middle East and decide that it is a continental crisis factory where Israel is possibly the most stable area in its entirety. We can only suspect the worst concerning these representatives and their ulterior motives.

 

Further, this coming on the heels of the announced releasing of dozens of millions of dollars to the Palestinian Authority’s preventive security forces only makes the entirety of this all the more suspicious. The PA Security Forces have committed acts of terror shooting at and killing Israeli civilians, though they are usually acquitted of any charges for political reasons. PA Security Forces have opened fire at IDF soldiers and paid a high price in return. The list of PA Security Force personnel killing and attacking Israelis is rather extensive. What might be shocking is that these PA Security Force personnel who have murdered Israelis now receive close to or more than their regular salary for their act of terrorism and get these funds for as long as the PA has any funds to spend. The blood money paid under the guise of family aid for the martyrs might be the only funds which are actually paid out before Mahmoud Abbas further enriches himself and his family. Terrorists have admitted to carrying out terror acts seeking to be killed so their family would get funds and be better off. If we have knowledge of these incidents, then you know that members of Congress know all about them as well, which leads to our questioning the real motives of these representatives in demanding that funding be released and their specifying that it be made especially for Gaza and the PA Security Forces. In both cases, they are explicitly requesting that terrorists receive American aid monies. There are reasons that President Trump has been reviewing aid to the PA, and it is not to cause people to suffer, the PA and Hamas do that well enough with or without American tax money.

 

Still, it is worrying that the State Department can simply send funds under the guise that there are emergencies and they have received pleas from the PA for relief and thus released these funds. It appears that this was accomplished without any permission from the White House and definitely without the President giving any authorization. It would be interesting to have the order for this release of funds traced up the structural charts of the State Department and find out exactly who and in what position this order originated. If it was anybody other than Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, then somebody should be stood before Secretary of State Pompeo and made to give the reasons and from where they believed they had the authority for releasing these funds. Their story had better be very convincing or they should be fired. But that is the problem, Civil Service employees are next to impossible to fire. The only thing more difficult in being rid of than an employee in the United States government are cockroaches, especially those residing within the core of a nuclear power plant. This is one of the deepest problems facing the United States, a virtual army of bureaucrats answerable to nobody, overseen seldom and often without a direct chain of command, incapable of being removed from employment except in rare cases of extreme malfeasance, able to destroy people and even the policies of the President of the United States. Once at a sufficiently high level, they run their own little fiefdom, the only form of employee where if it takes five of them to do the job, easily handled by one employee in the real world, yet all five get commendations (it usually takes eight to ten or more) and yet their numbers continue to grow making them even less manageable and given even less guidance or oversight. Should any President make a policy that for every promotion given in any department not directly commanding soldiers or direct law enforcement field agents, two government workers would need to be terminated, providing they were elected to two terms, the problem might be halved.
