Berlin Street Assault on Kippah Wearing Teen Sign of Epidemic Anti-Semitism

Below we will include a video of a Kippah wearing teen taken by the victim, which explains the shaky and disjunctive shots, being assaulted and whipped with a belt by another youth. We will begin with an interview taken in Hebrew by The Times of Israel. The Jewish Kippah wearing youth was quoted telling of the events, “It happened right here, next to my home, when I was on my way to the train station with my friend. The truth is, I’m surprised something like this happened to me. I’m still in shock. We came out of our home, my friend and I, wearing our Kippahs, and walked down the street. We weren’t talking with anyone else. Three people came from over there” (points down the street from where attacker came) “and started cursing us from over there. We didn’t talk to anyone, didn’t answer them. So when they kept cursing us, my friend asked them to stop cursing, and that got them angry. So one of them ran at me. I immediately felt it was important to film, because I didn’t think we could catch him before police arrived. I wanted to give police something to go on.”

Levi Salomon, spokesman from Jewish Forum for Democracy and Against Antisemitism stated, “This shows that Jewish people are not safe here either.” Well, if by here he means throughout Europe and not just Berlin, then we are forced by events to agree. This is not reserved just for Europe as similar reports have come from South Africa, Australia and even North America. Even some of the most innocuous of protests where one would expect inclusion, the Women’s March after the Inauguration of President Trump a year ago January anti-Semitism reared its head at numerous locations across the nation. The most obvious was the rejection of a group of women who supported everything the march represented but their being Zionists lead to their being refused and rejected by the organizers of the Women’s March. There are dozens of stories such as Can You Be a Zionist Feminist? Linda Sarsour Says No and By Rejecting Jews, Intersectionality Betrays Itself plus ADL CEO: Boycott of Scarlett Johansson’s Women’s March Speech was “Contemptible” as well as I’m Glad the Dyke March Banned Jewish Stars additionally here in Three asked to leave Chicago LGBT march over ‘triggering’ Star of David flags (see picture below) and lastly also here in Everything You Need to Know About Anti-Semitism in the Women’s March Movement. Here are examples of the people who claim that they are for everyone’s freedom, well, I guess we need to add as long as they hate Israel, anything less makes one instantly into some kind of monster to be shunned and refused even the smallest sympathy or respect normally offered a human-being. We are talking about people on the all loving, all hugging leftern-most left of the far left wing, the ones who define the feminist wing of the Democrat and other leftist Parties and the ones who define who is to be seen and treated as a rightful female personage. Apparently Jews or anyone who has a love of Israel, any Zionist inclinations, are less than human and are likely just what Linda Sarsour was raised to believe from the Quran, Zionists are the apes and pigs as explained by MEMRI and further it is explained that the Jews are said to be turned into apes and swine for generally disbelieving in Allah’s revelations. Ms. Sarsour has not travelled far from the teaching from her youth as she refuses to permit Jews because they support the Jewish State and goes further to blame Israel for the sins of the Palestinian Authority and Hamas who are the actual oppressors of the Palestinians she claims reside in Israel. The Palestinian Arabs are separate from the Israeli Arabs and live under self-rule. Israeli Arabs have full and equal rights with Israeli Jews as do Israelis of every religion from Baha’i to Buddhist to Christian and every other religion including Islam in all its variants, something not even true in the vast majority of Arab states where they prefer one version of Islam over the others.

The serious problem is the rapidly rising anti-Semitism which is mostly occurring under the media radar often going unreported by the national media and only found in local print and radio and television news. Synagogues across the United States and especially Europe and South Africa have security around their grounds most often armed whenever they are expecting a larger observance such as in the High Holidays, for Bar Mitzvahs of large families and every event where the numbers of people is substantial. In France, the government has placed the military guarding Synagogues and Jewish schools round the clock seven days a week. Germany has admitted they are unable to provide the coverage which would be necessary to provide for the safekeeping of Jewish schools and synagogues. French new President Macon also promises to continue armed guards at Synagogues and Jewish schools as reported in this article, “ France’s Macron vows to fight anti-Semitism online and off.” In neighboring Germany we read, “Police must guard every synagogue in Germany, says Merkel, which shows the seriousness of anti-Semitism there. Then we come to Sweden where even the New York Times is awake to the problem covered in their article, “The Uncomfortable Truth About Swedish Anti-Semitism.” The question which will be coming down the pike and soon require addressing is how can the United States protest every Jewish school and Synagogue should things start to approach the same levels of anti-Semitism as is being experience across much of Europe and other areas around the globe. Such a need would be a formidable challenge logistically and financially. This becoming necessary in the United States and Canada would bring on challenges beyond imagination as these two nations have more Jewish citizens than Europe by multiple of three-plus.

Anti-Semitism is rising around the globe while Israel continues to face challenges to her existence beyond anything faced before. Recently, Iranian Army Commander Brigadier General Kiumars Heidari has warned, Iranian Armed Forces “are much more powerful than before” and that “the date has been set” for Israel’s destruction, as he spoke in Tehran ahead of Iran’s Army Day. Iran has further claimed that Israel is now in direct confrontations with the Islamic Republic of Iran. This was over the Israeli strike against the control center which controlled the explosive armed Iranian drone was intercepted shortly after it entered Israeli airspace obviously on a mission to destroy targets in Israel. Iranian forces have recently been gathered closer than previous on the Israeli Golan Heights on the northeastern border with Syria. Add on the Gaza rioting and threats to breach the border as threatened by Hamas leader Sinwar that, “‘We Will Tear Israelis’ Hearts Out.” (see video below) Sinwar further threatened that the rioters, “eat the livers of those besieging (Gaza),” using an Arabic idiom that means to take revenge on someone. He has also explained about the violence that, “The March of Return will continue. It will not stop until we remove this transient border (the Gaza-Israel border).” Another of his threats is that, “March of Return affirms that our people can’t give up one inch of the land of Palestine. The protests will continue until the Palestinians return to the lands they were expelled from 70 years ago.” His claim here is the erasure of Israel completely followed by their cleansing the Jews from the population just as the Hamas Charter states along with their intent to murder every Jew on the planet.

These riots and rushes at the border fence with attempts to cut and breach the border fence are predicted to last six weeks in total and climax around the 11th to the 15th of May coinciding with the announcement of the moving of the United States embassy to Jerusalem (see above map and insert). Part of the aim is to influence the decision by President Trump and if Hamas, Islamic Jihad and friends in terror manage to cause sufficient violence and are able to cross the border marauding through southern Israel, there is their hope that this might deter the announcement. Hamas and friends are aware that they have numerous allies who will pressure President Trump from within the State Department and the Middle East departments which are peopled by Arabs and not that many Jews, like none. The rioting and the anti-Semitism in the Middle East and across North Africa is simply the level of hate which areas within Europe are approaching. There are those predicting that there may come a time where Jews will only be accepted residing in Israel and any Jews residing outside of Israel will face levels of anti-Semitism well over the top. Additionally, the nations of the United Nations will almost to an entirety will have turned on Israel and possibly have removed Israel from her United Nations membership and revoked the recognition of Israel claiming that they have dissolved the nation of Israel. Fortunately, the world will have sufficient other problems that the world will not be placing their armies on the Israeli border threatening her destruction. Eventually, this unbridled hatred will wane and Israel will gain acceptance. This will come about due to some simply facts. One is that despite how she is treated by the numerous national governments, Israel is often still the first to have people on the ground giving the necessary aid to people after a natural disaster. Israel is a nation that produces great advances in virtually every area from computers to agriculture to physics to medicine on and on. Israel has given the world everything from the technology for cell phones to instant messaging to drip irrigation to the cherry tomato and even more here and here. Israel will win the minds and later their hearts and it will become have relations with Israel or be left behind. Well, that is our hope at least.

The Coming Destructions of the $15 Minimum Wage

There are a number of Democrat run and owned cities which feel they have found the solution to poverty caused by those working merely for the paltry $7.25 per hour; the new dawning of the $15 per hour minimum wage. These cities see no problem with doubling their minimum wage and believe that the businesses, such as burger and other fast food restaurants and retail shops will have no choice as they will be unable to move from the city. They have missed another alternative that those unable to move beyond the city limits will face, total disappearance as they find it impossible to sell their merchandise at the inflated price required to pay their remaining help the overly inflated salaries. Where the minimum acceptable wage is already around $10 per hour the increase will still cause hardships for the retailers and manufacturers. Their higher priced goods will cause financial distress for those residing within the city limits without the means to get to the suburbs where the prices will actually be lower. Even the real estate will lose value as it becomes more difficult to rent their retail and manufacturing spaces and the cities slowly fall into disrepair as the people find they have little if any choice but to leave the city. With what jobs currently exist being initially cut just to remain viable, the economic base for these cities will be cut from under them. The loss of jobs will lead to decreased business which will again lead to more job loss in a slow death spiral. These cities will slowly turn into husks collapsing under their bureaucratic foolishness. They are signing their death warrant in their misguided attempt to right a nonexistent wrong.

When I first entered the job market the minimum wage was all of $1.25 per hour; yet nowhere in the entire area around the city where I resided could one find a job at that wage. The minimum wage by 1975 had risen to the unbelievable heights of $2.00 per hour and even that was not high enough to affect work in my home city. The reason was simple, nobody would accept such a wage nor could any employer find workers even for digging ditches at such a wage. My first job was washing dishes at a diner which paid more than $1.50 and was among the lowest paying of jobs. As it turned out I was a poor dishwasher and was fired within the first few weeks. From there I found work stocking shelves at a chain shoe store which paid even more and eventually became a commissioned sales person where minimum wage never became a consideration. Still, even friends who took construction work actually digging ditches or, as I did one summer, building railroad tie walls in a new community development were paid well above minimum wage. I know that across the nation there were many places where the minimum wage was the guideline for minimum wages of employment but that was always a starting salary. Anybody working at a minimum wage who was still making the minimum wage within six months or a year was usually soon to be seeking a different line of work as they were not up to par. Minimum wage was a test salary which was offered largely as one learned how to work at their chosen job and once they proved proficiency their salary would rise above that minimum rate. This fact was one of the truths I found wherever I moved was that any employee worth their salt made minimum wage only for the shortest of periods and once they proved their worth they received a more decent wage. Are there those who make minimum wage to start and will continue making that level no matter how hard they work? Yes, but these are a very small minority and few of them are raising a family on their salary. Those who only make minimum wage for extended periods of time will not benefit from a $15 per hour minimum wage as those will be the first people who will be let go. Often those making minimum wage for prolonged periods of time often are kept on the payroll not because they are price efficient but because their employers realize they are doing the best they are able and they remain employed more for spiritual or social reasons than economic ones.

History of the National Federal Wage Rate

The reality is the world is a hard and cruel place with little sentiment, though fortunately there is more sentiment just not in the workplace. In the workplace every salaried individual must fulfill a simple parameter; they must make more money for their employer than their employer pays them. Businesses are not for generosity or charity, even those in the business of charity as even they must show a profit for every employee. Their secret is the majority of their employees are largely volunteers and thus can easily take in more than they cost. Businesses need to make a profit or they serve no purpose and would soon go out of business without a profit margin. Let us take an example of a business which makes exactly the money as it pays out in salaries. How long would the owner and his family survive if this was the case? Owners only receive a salary from profits after all expenses are paid and thus employees must make more than they cost or the owner has no reason to remain open. Further, what is the owner to do when the rent for the store space comes due, the water and electric bills, the gas bill, taxes on the property and on sales, and how do they pay for the insurances for their employees such as medical (Obamacare does not come cheaply to the average business) and unemployment and payroll taxes etc. And then there are the other incidentals an employer has such as the Christmas party and cupcakes for employee birthdays and of course meals for their own family. If it is a large company then there may be stockholders who also demand profits otherwise they will take their investment capital elsewhere.

These are the most basic of reasons that the $15 per hour minimum wage is going to bust many of the cities employing it. There are probably a select few cities such as San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Chicago and a maybe others where the minimum employable wage, not the minimum wage but for that location it acts as the minimum wage, is already over $15 per hour. These cities could make the empty statement that they are raising their minimum wage to $15 per hour knowing that virtually every employer, especially their main employers, already are paying $16, $17, $18 or even more just to find worthy candidates to fill their positions. The problem with their taking their minimum wage above the national average is it places an upward pressure on smaller and less affluent cities to follow suit when their economic situations cannot support such a wage scale. It is all well a good for the major cities where there are no shortages of employable people compared to the job base to make offers to raise their minimum wage to less than the going rate as they and their employers will not suffer. But as this is not about their minimum wage, it is about making a case to raise the Federal minimum wage to $15 per hour, which the Democrat Party has been pushing, which would have disastrous results especially for rural neighborhoods and farm laborers. Small towns would find the higher prices near impossible for families to meet and employers would run their businesses as lean as humanly possible possibly leaving numerous former employees unemployed. These communities would soon be faced with taking their economies off the grid, so to speak. They would most likely turn to a barter system which is untaxable and makes things relative and neutralizes the minimum wage as what is the worth of bushels of wheat in exchange for a new roof on the barn? Soon these communities would drive out any competitors who could not accept bartered goods such as the chain stores which run only on dollars and cents. No, the $15 per hour minimum wage argument is mostly being pushed in Democrat controlled major cities such as Seattle, where their Federal Court Judge heard a case and has attempted to nullify President Trump’s immigration vetting delay from terror ridden nations. These cities already have virtual minimum wages well above that $15 per hour and thus are only going to hurt small Mom and Pop stores and other smaller enterprises or workplaces with low profit margins such as miniature golf courses, etc. The whole reason behind the minimum wage argument is to give false hope to young employees who see such a higher minimum wage as their salvations not realizing that it will only bring about a bout of inflation until the new minimum wage will be equal in buying power to the present minimum wage and will only result in the American worker becoming more expensive and thus chase more jobs overseas. This is a bad argument and can only harm America, but what do the politicians care if they can garner a few extra votes in November?

China’s Tiangong-1 Space Station Falling Down

China has finally confirmed suspicions that their Tiangong-1 Space Station will fall from orbit at some point in 2017. The lack of any specific date, location or other normative information about how, where and why the space station will return to Earth or whether any parts are expected to reach the ground or even where any reentry might occur further reinforces the rumors that there is a problem with the station and the Chinese no longer are controlling its movements. The rumors started when the station was recently decommissioned and the Chinese astronauts were returned home early without any replacements being sent to the station. This had initiated the belief that the Chinese space station was damaged in some way but the fact that they are unsure as to where, when and not controlling how the rather large satellite space station would be reentering the atmosphere and whether the entire station will burn up in the atmosphere does present at least a small threat of landing on land and potential for it striking a populated area. Perhaps it is going to pay, well, at least give some a chance at immortality should they find themselves underneath the falling remnants of the Tiangong-1 Space Station.

China’s Tiangong-1 Space Station

China’s Tiangong-1 Space Station

The Chinese have been utilizing the Tiangong-1 Space Station for approximately the last five years. The similarities between the United States Skylab and the Chinese Tiangong-1 Space Station are startling. Skylab remained in orbit for six years and the Chinese Tiangong-1 Space Station is predicted to make it approximately five years. Both stations were deserted and left lifeless at the mercy of nature simply waiting for gravity to work its unavoidable result. It remains to be seen if the crash of the Chinese Tiangong-1 Space Station will strike an inhabited area, the center of one of the Earth’s oceans or what we usually describe as the middle of nowhere. Skylab caused minimal damage falling in one of those middle of nowheres, namely the Australian Outback and the oceans around Australia and northward into the Pacific Ocean. For now we can only guess as to where Tiangong-1 Space Station will come to Earth. One thing which we need to remember is that Skylab was an early space station made from a part of a Saturn-V rocket booster modified with floor platforms built inside (see montage below). Skylab was never planned on being a permanent station and in consideration of costs there were no thrust boosters which had the power to allow for making a planned reentry. There were orientation thrusters which could have reduced the station speed bringing it to earth faster, but that would have probably led to larger pieces reaching the ground. Modern satellites are required to have a reentry system and a plan for bringing it down over water and choosing an angle of entry which will allow for the maximum amount of the orbiter to burn up in the atmosphere. Yes, ending a satellites life is rocket science. What one wonders is why they do not use the Hollywood method for satellite removal and fire the rockets sending the satellite either into the sun or out towards Jupiter or simply out of the solar system. Perhaps the out of the solar system would need to understand the gravity of such a solution while aiming for the sun or Jupiter is using the gravity of the situation.

There should not be any great fears as over two thirds of the planet is covered with water and large areas of the land are sparsely populated. For those who live in large cities and have been convinced by the eco-fanatics that there are no open areas left on the Earth may we suggest you search for pictures of the steppes in Russia, anywhere in northern Africa and the Sahara Desert or the great plains of the United States, particularly in Nebraska or any of the numerous rain forests anywhere from Washington state to the Amazon. When the United States lost control of their primitive space station Skylab on July 11, 1979, and the seventy-seven ton orbiter rained down on the Thornton farm and house in the Australian Outback, another place of sparse population; that, it turns out, was very fortunate as there was one large section which did reach the ground largely intact, the station’s oxygen tank as well as there were numerous smaller pieces including a smaller oxygen tank, a set of nitrogen tanks which powered the attitude thrusters, a refrigeration unit, and a structural ring from the outer hatch piece which is labeled “Airlock/Danger.”

Skylab Oxygen Tank Largest Piece Striking Earth in Australian Outback

Skylab Oxygen Tank Largest Piece Striking Earth in Australian Outback

Skylab is one of the few NASA satellites which had pieces strike the Earth which they made little effort to claim and collect the debris. There was a $400.00 littering fine assessed by the town of Esperance, Australia submitted to NASA which was never paid; but there was also a $10,000.00 reward to be awarded to the first person to turn in a piece of the satellite at the offices of the San Francisco Examiner provided it was done within seventy-two hours (three days) from the reentry of Skylab which was awarded to seventeen year old Stan Thorton from Esperance. Hopefully the paper made a large deal as they probably doubted anybody in Australia would have heard of the offer, let alone fly to San Francisco to claim the prize. Hopefully Stan had a nice vacation in San Francisco paid for in mid trip by the San Francisco Examiner. Must have been nice and well-played Mr. Thorton.

The Russians also has their own space station named Mir. Mir was launched in two stages on February 20, 1986 and April 23, 1996. It finally crashed to the Earth on March 23, 2001. Mir was brought back under a controlled system of three steps using a booster attached to the station. The explanation can be read here. Today we have the International Space Station (ISS) which was a collaborative effort of the European Space Agency, Russia’s Roscosmos, Canadian Space Agency, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (see symbols below). The ISS is presumed to be a long term station expected to serve on into the future and has been slowly added to over the years. How long it remains of use will depend upon planning with a mix of luck as a disastrous collision with any of the following: space debris, meteor, asteroid, comet or other natural space projectile; would be a disaster. The ISS has been an extravagantly expensive project and the cost was the likely reason we did not start building the double wheel luxurious space station like the one seen at the beginning of the movie “2001.” Perhaps some day such a station will be built and it will likely say Sheraton Space Hotel at the docking station. We may as well face it that private monies will be what conquers space and initially only the wealthy will be able to afford space vacations and the rest of us will have to find employment to get into space, and the work will be as dangerous as it will be strenuous. Much of this future will not be happening in most of our lifetimes unless the miracles expected in biology in the coming near term are true and readily accessible to the average person. Otherwise we can only dream of our exciting vacation on one of the moons of Saturn.

The ISS has delivered some exciting discoveries, most intentional and some simple accidents happened upon through the actions of everyday life aboard the station. One example of an inadvertent discovery has been told of when astronaut Donald R. Pettit mixed salt, sugar, and coffee grounds in an inflated plastic bag and the different small pieces clumped rather than simply floating independently proving the theory of accretion as a vital and necessary stage for planetary formation. The discovery resulted from Pettit playing around on a Saturday morning only to have Stanley G. Love, whose training in planetary science involved asteroids and collisions, working spacecraft communications in Mission Control in Houston, Texas, who immediately realized the implications of this simplistic, gee-whiz demonstration. “Don!” Love exclaimed, “Do you realize you’ve just solved the middle stage of planetary accretion?”
