Universities Where Students Major in Feelings

 

College just ain’t what it used to be unless your major field is one of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields. These courses, for obvious reasons, still require students to know how to reason, problem solve and prove their work with complete documentation on how they arrived at their answer. The STEM curriculum is as strict and thorough as it ever was. Outside of STEM is an entirely different world where feelings are examined and every answer is valid and no proof is ever required as long as your position is correct. The reality of the problem is covered very neatly in the fact that at the United States’ largest university system, California State Universities, nearly 40% of incoming freshmen require remedial math and English courses after failing the entrance competency tests. That is 40% failing both math and English, the individual numbers are difficult to come by but if we remember correctly the numbers approached 60% needing remedial English and over 75% required remedial math after failing the entrance exams nation wide if one leaves out students enrolling in STEM course majors. What is even more disturbing is what follows once they begin to take actual college courses, for some starting in their second year, that the courses are watered down and grades often inflated in order to not deter the students from continuing to pay the outrageous tuitions and also allow the universities to collect Federal monies provided by the department of education to cover costs of required courses in politically correct course work with such courses stressing identity-politics emphasizing racial, sexual and religious fault lines and newthink definitions where words mean what you wish them to mean and not necessarily what your parents knew them to mean.

The reality is that students currently owe over one-trillion dollars in student loan debt, and hold diplomas in subjects so weak and leaving them completely unprepared for the workplace as they were for college upon arrival taking competency exams which remanded the majority to taking remedial courses just to achieve a minimal entrance level of competence. Many major employers have been required to hire teachers very often from STEM courses to provide remedial education for entrance level positions due to the lack of qualified entrance personnel. So, students graduate high school and gain entrance to a college, often their state university system as they are required by statute to accept every high school graduate with a grade point average above 2.0 or possibly as low as 1.5 or as high as 2.5 depending on the state. These students grades were inflated in high school and upon reaching college require remedial classes in order to be capable of even doing freshman basic courses. They then graduate college and apply for a job and many major employers are required to give college graduates remedial education such that they can perform entrance level jobs. Is it just us or does this indicate a problem somewhere in the education system from the very beginning to the very highest levels?

 

When there are reports of teachers in grade school teaching about alternative sexual identities and how the students should question their sexual identities, as they may not actually be the gender their chromosomes forced upon them, this is a problem. Having condoms available for the asking in elementary schools is a problem. Allowing students to arrange for an abortion through the school without parental consent or even parental notification even after the fact is a problem. Teaching sexuality and sexual positions in junior high schools is a problem. Having teachers and counselors having prescriptions for psychotropic drugs such as Prozac and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRIs) to treat ADHD or antidepressants is a problem. These are not medical professionals and the physicians who proscribe such drugs largely on the recommendation of teachers and counselors is simply dangerous and can seriously harm these young students irrevocably. That is dangerously wrong. When teachers in any level of public schools tell their students that their parents should not be permitted to ground them and that restricting their rights such as the right to use a phone, watch television, listen to music, watch whatever shows they wish, send them to their room or any form of punishment and that any student who is suppressed by their parents in such a manner can simply tell the teacher and they will see to it that the situation is remedied such that their parents will be counselled and will never try to harm them again, that is a problem. When the school tries to replace the parents in raising the children and use the power of child protective services to threaten parents with the loss of their child, that is seriously wrong. These are things which either we or people we have spoken with have experienced with public schools in the suburbs of some of the major cities in the United States. Perhaps the increasing numbers of children being home-schooled is a direct result of the degrading of the education in the public schools where instead of an education students are receiving indoctrination and instead of being taught to think, they are being instructed what to think.

 

Where we once had the three R’s; Reading, wRiting, and aRithmetic, the schools have replaced them with the three new’s; newthink, newspeak, and newfacts. George Orwell and Aldous Huxley and even Albert Camus would understand the new school systems, and that is far from being a good thing because these are three authors the students will never be recommended to read by their school. These are too precocious and controversial plus they are the wrong gender, race, religion and simply unacceptable. Most public schools no longer give assignments which require students to read literature, to read books, instead they receive handouts which are mostly political opinions and always environmentally sensitive and gender sensitive not to mention politically correct through and through. Often these handouts are to be left at schools and not taken home as that might arouse a nosy parent to read the handout and maybe become concerned. The schools do not want concerned parents, they like the parent to remain unworried and when they have parent-teacher conference they usually talk about the behavior of the child and the concerns of the teacher and the schools and possibly they will have a counselor to add their expertise. The really unfortunate parent is the one who asks too many questions as they will need to be reminded who the child belongs to, which is the school. The school must not be questioned and students who have their education augmented at home and will ask questions when what the school teaches does not quite match what the child was taught at home, well, that is when the real problems begin. That child is labeled disruptive and the parent is warned that the child has been displaying an unhealthy attitude in class and questions authority. Children must never question the school’s authority, only the parent’s authority is questionable. Lucky is the parent who has their children’s trust and whose children believe them over the schools.

 

The major question is when will this system collapse in from lack of integral support? Industries are requiring better-trained employees and the major universities are turning out protestors and snowflakes who cannot even take a discouraging word, let alone rebuke. The universities are so busy providing safe spaces and trigger warnings and addressing micro-aggressions that they have no time for actual education. There are legions of professors and indoctrinated “sensitive” students ready to react should, heavens forbid (and do not mention the concept of heaven at one of these universities, too Christian), a speaker get invited who lacks the proper temperament, attitude, world view, politics or anything which might sound adverse to the propaganda taught in their classes, there will be an upheaval to prevent their polluting these butterflies delicate minds which are as fragile as are their wings on which they have yet to learn to fly. They are told only the political correct, ecologically friendly, earth preserving, liberated views which must be preserved and protected from contrary truths as the students are taught that the ideas and views they are presented in their gentle classes is the only truth and all else which does not agree with the university leftist teachings are evil and monstrous and require being shouted down and never permitted to gain traction as once that occurs their entire world will collapse.

 

That actually might be the single truth they are being told, that once reality breaks through the painted glass windows on which the drawings of butterflies, kittens and puppies are drawn for their protection, that will start the end of their safe and warm little world and the truth that they have been robbed of an education will tear their world apart leaving these fragile adult-children shaken and bruised. They will hopefully feel rage filled form of anger that will drive them to self-teach those things they should have been taught so far back in their education that it is scary. One thing that will rip holes in their lives is when they realize they were never taught to read, only to recognize the words that their educators desired they know. Being taught whole word recognition is not learning to read, it is being indoctrinated and denied the ability to learn on your own. The learning will begin there, with the painful path of learning to read all over again, this time by simply saying the letters of each word together faster and faster until it sounds like a word you have possibly heard in a song or on a television show. Then the lights start to go on and education will finally start for real. Slowly at first, the words come and then reading becomes easier and a pleasure and then one can read the forbidden works. May we recommend the gentlemen we named earlier, George Orwell, Aldous Huxley and Albert Camus. For George Orwell we recommend Animal Farm and 1984 where in the second you will recognize some of your educational indoctrination and understand newspeak, which is nothing but whole word recognition and political correctness. And for Aldous Huxley we recommend Brave New World where you may recognize the betas of the society and begin to feel deeply for the savages and one in particular as well as his mother who sought her heaven in little blue pills and became a Soma version of a Snowblind Friend (Steppenwolf, song below). Albert Camus is a bit more difficult to recommend as he has written so much worth reading in philosophy, novels, short stories, but perhaps starting with collections of essays such as “Resistance, Rebellion, and Death,” then move on to short novels such as “The Stranger” and “The Silent Men.” From here, the classics are fair game such as “The Count of Monte Cristo” by Alexandre Dumas, which is a great adventure and “Last of the Mohicans” by James Fennimore Cooper and our last recommendation will be “Gulliver’s Travels” by Jonathan Swift. For those more into love stories or relations there are numerous novels such as “Great Expectations” by Charles Dickens and for science fiction there is Jules Verne and H. G. Wells and lastly, for the macabre there is always anything by Edgar Allen Poe. On a side note about Poe, one of the most beautiful love poems ever written is his Annabel Lee.

 

 

Also read newspapers including ones your professors warned you were evil, new ideas cannot actually hurt you, only ignorance can be dangerous. Seek out information and then reason what you read and hear and come to your own conclusions. Once you get a basis, return to school, take STEM courses, and learn skills that cannot be replaced by a robot in five to ten years. The education the university likely gave you would not even get you a job cleaning up behind a robot, which would be performed by a robot anyway. The age where robots take over jobs that do not require free thought is coming at us very quickly and when you and others out of university before you realize some truths and demand the minimum wage be increased to fifteen dollars an hour, then we will see robots all the faster as robots are a relatively high initial investment but then pay for themselves within a decade and then they keep working with minimal complaints making profits and not demanding promotions or higher pay or even a coffee break or lunch hour or overtime and work twenty-four seven with only brief downtime for upgrades and periodic maintenance. It really is no wonder that increasing the minimum wage will price workers right out of their jobs, and that is not a joke but a reality. Education, a proper and real true education is priceless and knowledge is the one commodity for which employers are willing to pay. Skills are the other commodity that will get you a position that pays well. Repairing robots will be a decent paying job, actually a profession. The only problem is within the next twenty or so years there will be robots which repair robots including repairing any malfunctioning repair robot. Then only Einstein types will have jobs and the robots will keep the more entertaining from amongst us as pets and the rest, well, that is something we had best hope the robots are programmed to care for us and like us or we will soon become extinct after inventing our replacement. Palestinian Arabs Pressing for Final Confrontation

 

We knew this day would eventually be upon us and now we see it cresting the horizon and slowly but inexorably approaching. The signs we expected to foreshadow this inevitability have come at us these past few weeks. The initial sign was the weakness of Israeli leadership as this will force a change in the top of any party desiring to have a future in Israeli politics. The Labor Party and those left of them whose only message is as it has been, Oslo, Oslo, Oslo and appeasement as the solution with love for all are lost in that haze. Likud is paralyzed by what could be defined as Bibi-hood where the party has been compromised and now serves the future of current Prime Minister Netanyahu, the Israeli version of the anointed one, the inevitable one just as Hillary Clinton was and is the only thing for the immediate future of the Democrat Party come hell or high water. That leaves numerous other parties and it will be the one that realizes the undertow growing into a swell in Israeli politics and excite this swell as it heads for the shores where it will wash clean Israeli politics and prove substantively transformational. The other sign was the immediate willingness for the aroused and instigative Arabs to take their rioting to the next level just as the suicide martyrs have taken their attacks up a level. These attacks have been the stabbing of a young girl in her bed as she slept and in the back by what can only be described as a soulless youth drenched in the blood libels and soaked with a hatred which knew only one expression, kill, kill and continue murdering until stopped by forces willing to equal the hate they face with a resolve to stop the trading murderer whose sanity had been stripped away by years of incitement and dehumanizing until he represented pure hatred with explosive results. Add to that the slaughter of a Rabbi and near death of his wife, she is still in intensive care and has awaken from her coma but is not out of the woods, in a drive by shooting attack which caused the vehicle driven by the young Rabbi to overturn with their teenage children still in the back seat. They were rescued by the one glimmer of hope in this week of tragedy, a former terror prisoner from the Israeli prison system who proved that once sobered and having their tether sliced an Arab terrorist can become a humanitarian as he pulled the children from the overturned vehicle and held them safely in his vehicle while awaiting emergency responders. He gave the children over to them for treatment for wounds, the daughter having suffered a gunshot and both children were injured in the wreck. The daughter remains in hospital along with her mother and the son has been released to adult siblings and the family has gathered to strengthen one another. This attack was one of what appears to be a growing assault upon Tel Aviv and its surrounding metropolitan area as this shooting took place in Netanya and follows the shootings in the downtown marketplace and restaurant recently.

 

The other main escalation played out starting on the Temple Mount where the Ramadan Rioting was on full display with Arab young adults and teens, stored steel bars, sizeable rocks, bricks and other projectiles and weapons used to assault primarily Jews who might have the audacity to visit the holiest place in the entire world for Jews as well as any Christians and other non-Muslim tourists who also offered their affront by walking the walkways and plazas that are the Temple Mount. The area from which these attacks would emerge and where their armory of weaponry was stored would to any reasonable person be viewed as a desecration of a holy place, but they used the al-Aqsa Mosque as their tactical headquarters, armory and retreat point knowing that the security personnel and law enforcement would not enter the Mosque during the ‘holy’ month of Ramadan. Perhaps when Mahmoud Abbas spoke of desecration of the al-Aqsa Mosque by Jews what he meant was that the Palestinian Arabs were being forced to desecrate their holy site in order to take their war against Israel, Jews and the rest of the human race to the next level upon the Temple Mount a that was the one place they could use for such a purpose which would initially remain beyond the reach of security personnel and they know the only reason Palestinian Authority (PA) security personnel might enter the Mosque under pretense of assisting would be to arm the rioters with rifles as that would be the one means of doing so which would be next to impossible to prevent should Israel request assistance from the PA and such be granted. The PA security forces have had numerous occasions to open fire at unarmed Jews visiting holy sites such as Joseph’s Tomb (Kever Yoseph), Ruth’s Tomb (Kever Ruth), the Cave of the Patriarchs (Cave of Machpelah) and other holy sites and locations the Arabs control and thus believe no longer hold any significant holiness as they have been subsumed into Islam and no longer apply to other religions or peoples. This is the reasoning behind Mahmoud Abbas consistently referring to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre as belonging to Islam and the PA as well as the continuous references to Jesus of Nazareth as the original Palestinian Martyr implying he was a Muslim, not a Jew or the Messiah of the Christians but merely a follower of Islam who when returning will be to announce the return and be the servant of Mohammad or the Mahdi.

 

What finally took the Temple Mount rioting to the final level was that after the Temple Mount was closed due to the rioting Arabs to visitations by Jews, tourists or anybody not Islamic the rioters then started throwing rocks and bricks from the Temple Mount over the Western Wall on the worshipers below slightly injuring a seventy-three-old woman before security personnel intervened thus preventing the rioters their last targets. This will likely be the next escalation and the one escalation which will eventually, sooner rather than later, result in a severe blowback. We foresee Prime Minister Netanyahu in exchange for promised peace on the Temple Mount turning over all security to initially joint patrols not only with Waqf security but PA security forces as well being permitted patrol responsibilities. This will soon lead to a few days of massive rioting where the rioters will only subsist when approached by PA security making the case worldwide for sole patrolling by the only responsible and respected PA security forces. This will open the path to the next phase of rioting which will be the hurling of rocks down from the Temple Mount onto the visitors and Jews praying below at the Western Wall, the Kotel. The height of these walls makes projectiles of any substantive size deadly projectiles and the people below helpless victims unable of mounting any defense other than a hasty retreat, which is the desired result. Once these attacks become as common as the rioting has on the Temple Mount and the Kotel is closed to Jews and non-Muslims for days and then weeks on end the claim will be made that this too is really only a Muslim holy site as the Jews abandoned it without any real effort to defend their rights so obviously it is not as important to Jews as it is holy to Islam. This was the method they used to force the surrender of Kever Yoseph and Kever Ruth and all the Christian holy sites of Bethlehem and are even doing so in Nazareth which is within the Green Line but has increasingly become a Muslim community pushing the Christians out by threat and even force such as stoning their properties and even fire bombings. The turning of other religions’ holy places into Mosques or other determined Islamic holy places such as was done with the Hagia Sophia in Constantinople after it fell and even the entire city of Constantinople as it was renamed Istanbul has been a mainstay of Islam in erasing all unIslamic sites. This is why we are starting to hear that Rome is an Islamic holy city and we can safely predict that if they should ever take complete control of the Temple Mount, Kotel, Old City of Jerusalem and the Mount Olives Cemetery, then Jerusalem will fall off the radar as being the third holiest city in all Islam, a title once held by Constantinople, and Rome, Vatican City in particular, which will become the third holiest city in Islam behind Mecca and Medina. The Mount Olives Cemetery where many of the Jewish Kings, Prophets and Prime Ministers as well as other luminaries and respected holy and secular figures would make its loss as bitter a pill as the rest of the losses coming apparently to Jerusalem if Israeli leadership does not toughen. Of course there have existed holy sites which were not capable of being Islmisized such as the Buddhas of Bamiyan which were carved out of a cliff face and were not able to be reestablished and thus were destroyed by the Taliban using many hundreds of pounds of high explosives completely erasing these massive carvings leaving two large empty indentation holes where they had stood.

 

The problem with the hurling down of rocks and eventually larger objects and potentially scalding liquids will set a point from which there can be no escape but only a stand taken. Once the Jewish public turns and demands a stand be taken and elect a government willing to listen to the people as a whole and not just the club set and high society dinner and party crowd from in and around Tel Aviv then an end will be forthcoming and it will not be pretty. The initial step will be the force holding of an election monitored by the Israelis with assists from the international community who will be invited to view the process but not interfere. Israel will take its option of disinviting certain known instigating figures who have proven their visceral hatred of all things Israel and possibly Jewish as well such as former President Carter, Ban Ki-moon, Richard A. Falk (and all others who have held the position of United Nations Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in the Palestinian territories occupied since 1967), other detestable United Nations representatives, many European Union and other continental political highhanded people, and other luminaries and they know who they may be. These elections will not be for a new parliament but for a set of representatives to represent the Arabs of Judea and Samaria in the negotiation of their return and possible eventual inclusion in the State of Israel as full citizens with complete rights. This person will represent the Arabs residing in these occupied areas, occupied not by Israel but from Israel as all the lands of Judea and Samaria are Israeli lands rightfully, legally and by right of treaties and their liberation in a defensive effort brought on by the Jordanian entry into the Six Day War late in the first day or early on Day two, despite pleadings by Israel informing the Jordanians that the Egyptian and Syria claims of great victory and closing on Tel Aviv were disinformation and outright lies.

 

Judea and Samaria, having been occupied for nineteen years from 1948 through to June of 1967 by Jordan, were finally liberated and reunited as an integral part of Israel once again as a result of the Six Day War. The war to take the Jewish ancient heartlands had begun before the British exit from the Holy Lands by Arab guerilla terror forces who arose in all parts of what was to become Israel murdering, rioting and destroying any equipment, provisions or fortifications they could in order to deny them to the Jews after independence. All of these actions before May 15, 1948 were executed with the intent of weakening the Jews in order to make them easier targets to be victims for the invading Arab armies which over a half dozen would converge in the massive invasion starting the very morning of Jewish independence in their homelands. These areas of Judea and Samaria had been forfeit when the Arab League refused the United Nations partition plan and instead opted for war thus nullifying the partition offer for all time as it was never a binding resolution to begin as it was a General Assembly proposition requiring both sides to acquiesce with the agreement up front or it would become nullified and voided should either side reject the offer. The Zionist Congress agreed to the proposal but the Arab League refused it opting for a war in which they won the lands of the Gaza Strip and Judean and Samarian lands which Jordan illegally annexed and renamed West Bank. The 1967 Six Day War and surprising and heralded victory by Israel liberated these lands and the rest, as it often said, is history.

 

The PA has been, with the complete knowledge, backing and funding of the United Nations, the European Union, individual European nations, Britain, United States, Arab States and others, running an indoctrination system in place of an education system. They have spent the past twenty years, since the September 1993 Oslo Accords returned lands to Palestinian control, indoctrinating the youth filling them with hatred and loathing not only against Israel but also Jews anywhere in the world. This has been aided by UNRWA (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East) which also funneled funding from the Western World towards these subversive and disruptive teaching and other youth involving activities including sports, training camps and numerous other activities which turned the Arab population under their rule into a seething mass of violent hate. These schools, actually training facilities, indoctrinate the children with rejectionism of the right of Israel to exist, armed revolt with the intent to take by force of arms the whole entirety of the lands from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea, anti-Semitism, anti-Israelism, anti-Zionism, Jihad, martyrdom, religious war, and the annihilation of the world’s Jews. This warfare indoctrination is continued in their media, news reports, editorials, recreational activities such as youth camps and sports teams, naming of streets and parks for terrorists, honoring of terrorists and especially martyred terrorists, dying for Allah, the denigration of Jews and Israelis as well as numerous other methods largely aimed at youths and young adults targeting the most impressionable amongst their population. Additionally, the PA leadership fully backs this horrific indoctrination of hate being fed the children much of which is reminiscent of the German and Japanese youth education and recreational activities during World War II. Both powers used indoctrination techniques which were as demonic as they were diabolically turning young children into psychopathic murder machines filled with unsubstantiated hatreds for all people not matching their idea of the perfect race. That same practice is alive and being utilized under the name of educating and caring for the youth of the PA and Hamas. The poisoned personalities are going to become the normal in PA areas as they are in other jihadi societies such as the areas now ruled by the Islamic State and areas closer to home even in Europe and across North America it is spreading. Soon Israel will need every inch of the lands presumably held solely for her state of the Jewish People guaranteed by numerous conferences, treaties and other promises. May 15, 1948 was supposed to be the first day of building a nation and instead turned rapidly into a desperate struggle to retain a homeland, a Biblical homeland finally being resettled by its indigenous population after almost two thousands of years strewn across the planet starting with the Roman dispersions and then the natural and unnatural ebb and flow of the world often sending the Jewish People ahead where others feared to initially tread. It was presumably a Jewish stowaway escaping the Spanish Inquisition on one of Columbus’s ships who was sent forth to greet and meet the interesting but strange people residing in the new lands.

 

The Arab claims to being indigenous in these lands is as false as their claims to the numerous holy sites and use of Israelite and Jewish histories as their own which is the degrading part which soils our true history with their contaminated claims. The Arabs and Islam did not arrive until the seventh century AD while the Jewish claims go back to 1100 B.C.E. or 1200 B.C.E. with King Saul and then King David, then King Solomon on down the road and before Kings were the Judges who were the enforcement of the Law as received at Mount Sinai. The Cave of Machpelah was purchased at a generous price by Abraham as a burial place for his wife Sarah and eventually his family through three generations and the patriarchal and matriarchal lineage of the Jewish People. This would have taken place closer to 3000 B.C.E. and the rest is in the Old Testament which has proven more and more to have been an accurate historical record of real events and not a set of literary moralizations used to teach children and people a set of laws for governing their society, which it also proved to be and would not be a bad idea for today with some modernizations. Abraham was not Islamic though they claim their heritage through Ishmael though even he was not a Muslim. The first Islamic was Muhammad in the Seventh Century. The Jewish people had already built the First and Second Temples; both destroyed and were still residing in numbers in and around Jerusalem and the Holy Lands as laid out in Torah and the Bible. Christianity had already branched from Judaism and had been practiced for over six-hundred years and Islam was not brought into the world directly from the lineage of Abraham as it was not adapted directly from Judaism and was initially a new means of uniting the disparate Arab communities and Muhammad knew he had to usurp either Christendom or the Jewish faith’s history and that is still in progress to this day. One of the problems is that the Quran does not compare well against the New or Old Testament as Judaism proselytizing is basically forbidden and quite a foreign process, Christianity is instructed to proselytize by telling the word of Jesus and his life, death and message and how he died fulfilling the Hebrew, Jewish, covenant thus creating a new covenant. Islam simply claims to be the final angelic inspired and dictated revelation and declares all before and after Muhammad’s Quran as invalid and void of meaning or Heaven given scripture. Islam claims the Quran replaces all previous holy teachings and is in no way a branch from the tree but is the tree. Of the three religions theoretically traced to Abraham, only Judaism is of a limited nature and seeks only to apply to Jews and largely, just those here in Israel once the ingathering is complete which means likely within a couple more generations. Judaism does not desire or demand to be applied to people outside of Judaism and suggests that any society would be sided to adopt the Noahic Code (see below). Judaism claim only the lands defined in the Bible, Old Testament, and does not desire to conquer the world or the peoples within, we simply are instructed to represent Hashem through our actions and act as a ‘light unto the nations’ inspiring people to want to live as a better people for their own sake.

That is it for Judaism, a small piece of land on which we will eventually get it correct and live as an example for others and to perform good deeds, make discoveries and share their benefits with all mankind. We have aided or made significant contributions that many are not aware that the Jews were instrumental and often they were Israelis as well. When the world has a catastrophe whether caused by nature’s forces such as tsunamis, earthquakes, volcanoes, or any other such natural disaster or human caused disasters such as nuclear plant meltdown or warfare, Israel is often the first one arriving with care givers, search and rescue, medical, psychological, and always with a field hospital. Israel was amongst the first in Haiti, Japan, Philippines, United States and other places. In Nepal the Israelis were the first in, the only full-function field hospital, and the last to leave and located every single Israel known to be in the area affected. When in the Philippines there was a reporter who went to a village the Philippine government claimed was not and had never received aid and when the reporter arrived they were greeted by the Israeli caregivers who had set up a clinic and would not leave until they had trained the villagers on the proper use of the equipment they left behind for their use. The Israelis even sent a team a year on to see how the little village was doing and they were rewarded with great affections and special treatment including a village festival feast. This is the Israel we know but which is not told and instead Israel is demonized despite what she does or because as others feel threatened because when people help and go to such lengths to make life better for every soul they meet, they believe there has to be some sinister reason behind it as people do not help in such a manner. Israelis do and so do many charitable Christian, Buddhist and other religious organizations. We believe it is because Israel is so demonized that facing this reality leaves people confused and then they manufacture some ulterior motive such as Israel is this helpful and gives so freely because they have a guilty conscience about how they treat the Palestinians.

 

Treat the Palestinians? We treat them regularly in our hospitals. We have treated Mahmoud Abbas’s mother and in-laws. We treated Haniyeh’s wife, daughter, mother-in-law, and grandmother in Israeli hospitals. Earlier this year Abbas made the claim that a young Arab Palestinian boy, who had severely wounded a thirteen-year-old Israeli boy just before he assaulted an armed enforcement officer who shot him, had died, murdered by an overzealous Israeli police officer as he was only fifteen-years-old, despite knowing he was alive and being treated by the Israelis (picture of boy in hospital below included video). Captured CCTV videos show the progressions of attempted attacks to attack on 13 year old Israeli boy at top of screen in street outside store and finally the older cousins charge security personnel, knife raised in obvious intent to stab one of the officers who responded, and he is shot.

In conclusion, these attacks have been promised to increase in numbers and severity with the added threat that suicide and terror bombings are going to return on a regular basis in Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa, Ashdod, Ashkelon and other major cities across Israel. Hamas has promised rocket and missile attacks to continue and Hezballah is threatening massive rocket and missile attacks as has a General from the IRGC while Mahmoud Abbas and the PA continue to ramp their incitement and worship of death and destruction along with their hatred of life finding life to not be special except in how it is thrown away and throwing it away in an attempt to kill Jews is considered the highest accomplishment and this is reinforced through daily indoctrinations and incitements which flood the Television and Radio, especially children’s shows, and is a mainstay of their education and recreational systems where teen and youths often act out murdering Jews as part of graduation ceremonies and other celebratory events where they often list and laud suicide bombers. Theirs is not a truly functional society and will remain as such as this indoctrination and incitement has been carried on for twenty years corrupting two generations of children with a death culture in place of a real life and ambitions to build and invent not kill and destroy. It will take decades once the system has been torn down and the PA removed and Israel reestablishing rightful ownership. The sooner Israel performs what we all know is the inevitable end of this fiasco, this farce called Oslo which died before the ink was dried on the signatures. It was highly surprising when Arafat signed the Oslo Accords that they did not immediately go up in flames. But that they did before even being photocopied and filed. End the farce now and possibly save the next generation of Arab children from the PA and its murderer factories.

When Our Traditions All Fall and Fail Us

 

Shared traditions and agreement on common goals are the glue which holds societies together. Without these familiar items as the glue there is no need to fear threats from without as the society eventually will tear itself apart from the inside. You want a current example of such a society all one need do is look to the Middle East and pick a nation which is crumbling and intertwined in a destructive civil conflict and you have your example. Syria is all too obvious as Bashir al-Assad had a view of his Alawite minority should be defended by the Druze militias acting as his personal army and all the aid he needed from Iran in arms and even soldiers as things began to go wrong. Bashir al-Assad’s father held the nation together with the glue of fear of his wrath while the son is nowhere near the fearsome leader imbuing strength and competence like his father and before one knew it he was challenged and failed. When an iron fist and the fear of it visiting your little corner of the world is all your nation has holding it together, then you better be ready to use it and use it without mercy or else you are doomed. Such nations are destined to fail from the outset as sooner or later one falls victim to the el-Duce syndrome where the people revolt against your leadership as soon as your power comes into question even if it was your alliance with one megalomaniac that collapses and the next thing you know you are strung up in the town square for a week or so. When the Soviet Union began its surprisingly rapid crumbling from the inside, a friend asked if this was real and if it was, what would be the sign to look for that would signal it was irreversible. As for if it was real, let us say I was as in shock as the next person. As for the sign signaling this truly was the end, that was the easy part so that is what I tackled using that to hedge my answer on belief. I simply told him that I would believe this was the end when Nicolae Ceaușescu fell in Rumania, and sure enough he was the last of the leaders to fall and he fell almost as hard as the European Axis leaders at the end of World War II. The other modern day examples of such failures are Saddam Hussein’s Iraq where the three main societies within have each gone their own way whether by choice, the Kurds in the north, by default, the Shia who hold the power of the governance now, and those who lost outright, the Sunni who are now caught between two enslavers, the Shia government of Iraq and the murderous hordes that are ISIS and they have nowhere to turn as neither the Kurds nor the Shia have any love left for them as they were seen as the cruel oppressors who benefitted from Saddam Hussein’s rule and are now collecting the payment for his sins. Libya is the final example where without a strong leader or the perception of such the entire society reverted back to tribal divisions and will remain each tribe to themselves against the other tribes forming and breaking alliances as it fits them without any possibility of reinstituting a central government which has reach more than twelve blocks in any direction from central Tripoli. There are even those who blame the collapse of the Roman Empire on their failure to incorporate Roman culture, rules and societal structures on those they had conquered at the fringes of their empire which eventually led to the downfall which is a concept with a share of its validity.

 

If such failure of the Roman Empire came from the fraying at its edges of the application of a singular set of societal norms, then we are today witnessing the death throes of the United States as their common heritage and societal norms are currently under assault in the courts where laws are being fortified in defiance of the traditional culture ripping things apart in such a manner as to make the separate, even disparate, parts of the society unglued from each other which may lead to the collapse of that society. The latest and possibly second most destructive tear just was handed down by the Supreme Court with their universal acceptance of same-sex marriage as the law of the land. The real culprit which will eventually topple the United States and potentially all of Western society is multiculturalism which stands that one must honor all others and their customs and no universal set of shared standards can be allowed to stand unassailable by the many and varied lesser cultures within the society. There was a time not that long ago where gun ownership was near universal in the United States and now in most of the major cities gun ownership is not only shunned but illegal which has led to rampant crime as now the criminals do not need a firearm to make them equal to any victim they choose as all they need is two other fellow miscreants to forcibly take anybody’s money by force of numbers, though there are those who prefer not sharing who simply use a weapon, not even necessarily a gun. Then there are those cultures which are forced into remission and made to hide their identity or to regress into enclaves where their numbers provide protection. The day is coming and coming rapidly to the United States shores and is awash over Europe which is pushing the Jews out of society despite the Jews having mostly adopted what was sold to them as the societal norms. The Jews have been consistently seen to be on the leading edge of every trend which came along and was considered enlightened. They were among those marching for civil rights for blacks in the fifties and sixties and have remained supporters of equality of the races through to the current times. They have been at the forefront of the march for gay acceptance and even same-sex marriage. Now that the Jews are the ones being shunned from the college campuses, and trust that which enthralls the masses in the colleges today will be the mainstays of the society ten to twenty years hence; there are already signs that there is sufficient an undercurrent in American subcultures which already hold anti-Semitic feelings which are now slowly emerging from what many would claim were the same centers from which Jew hatreds grew in Europe in the rise of the Nazis. One of the things people seem to forget was the rise of the Nazis had two epicenters and the college campuses were just as important if not more so than the reemergence amongst the rest of the areas blamed for this resurgence of Jew hatred as the ideological leaders more often came from the ivory halls of academia which was also one of the first places that the Jews were banned, from either attending or teaching in the universities. How much longer before such purges strike Western nations’ colleges and universities. It already happens on many campuses for a period every year during the heights of Israel Apartheid Week or during pro-Palestinian celebrations which have started to resemble the pogroms of Russia and the Inquisitions and other cleansings in Europe where the Jews were singled out for exclusion from the society often simply by their being expelled with only the possessions they had packed in a suitcase or two readied ahead of the pitchforks and angry mobs wielding them and other times by simply removing them permanently often burning them at the stake and other methods the crown would demand during their frenzied assault on the other, the Jew.

 

When that befalls western culture once again it will have started in the exact same place but with a slightly different target, the unfitness of the unborn. The undertaking has traditionally been referred to as Eugenics Movement. The idea of eugenics reaches back at least as far as Plato who called for the formation of a guardian race of selective breeding of those who were of superior mind and body, the mating of the cream of humanity to produce a master race. Sound familiar? Francis Galton, the half-cousin Charles Darwin, had taken his relative’s work on evolution and the survival of the fittest and applied it to be used within the human populations to breed the perfect human being and for the removal of those who were inferior. He coined the word Eugenics and eventually it became a course of study in the universities leading to a movement started around a core of its most ardent and adamant proponents and the rest is history. What is less well known is that the forefront of the Eugenics movement formed in the United States and its acceptance was so universal that it was from the United States that the most strident proponents of eugenics emerged. Such names at the front in founding the eugenics movement in their day and up to today are the poet Carl Sandburg, the aviator Charles Lindbergh, the mother of Planned Parenthood Margaret Sanger, the Perfect Human Society and an interesting proponent in current times, Dr. Ezekiel Emanuel who was instrumental in the drafting of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), or Obamacare. People might be shocked to be informed that Planned Parenthood has not always been the equal provider of alternatives for those who either desire preventive methods to avoid pregnancies or alternatives to carrying, their terms to birth of the child, a fetal mass to its conclusive child bearing as it would cause the mother undue mental stresses and interfere directly with their pursuits in life, it originally was used to sterilize those seen as unfit to have children thus forcing a eugenics program which was, as it is today, centered in minority neighborhoods. Providing you desire to seek the reality that is Planned Parenthood all one need to do is to research Margaret Sanger and her relationship with what we would today refer to as black genocide, it is not a pretty picture. There comes now another eugenics styled movement and this time the target will be traditions, the very traditions which were the glue of Western culture and society for the last two millennia.

 

The scissors that cut the pages into confetti will be forged by multiculturalism where no culture is to be preferred because we are blinding ourselves to such observations and the axe which will sever the binding making the job of the scissors even easier will be the axe taken to the Judeo-Christian culture and in particular to cut the binding of that book which professes that there are such things as good and evil, there is such a concept as right and wrong, that a life lived with proper restraints is life to be pursued, the book that once graced nearly every house and every hotel room across the United States and now a book scorned as old, out of fashion and obsolete, but the Bible is that book which we could learn where our new follies will lead, they will lead to the same place they have always led, ruination and the destruction of all that made the Western World strong. Choosing to lose ourselves in a culture of any culture of the moment is the culture we desire to raise up, but we cannot raise up debauchery and the damnation of human life as equal to the pursuit of a good life spent rejoicing in the gift that life provides and not seeking some manner of faith which demands of us surrender or die, such is a choice without a choice. We need return to our former ideals which permit those whose cultures differ to continue such practice in their private times and spaces such as their homes and houses of worship, but also we demanded they accept our cultural rules when in public. The Western culture allowed for certain irregularities such as special religious clothing being worn in public and even providing areas for prayer permitting such did not interfere with the performance of one’s job and was committed off the clock and on the individual’s own time as the whole cannot be forced to pay them for their private time spent praying and not producing things of mutual gain as that is what working at a job is, producing things for mutual gains, a cooperative effort and a central pillar of our traditional society.

 

Schools were a place where we learned about our mutual culture and were able to master those basic tenets which supported the society, and where we learned how to think and not so much exactly what to think though guidelines were imposed and what was out of bounds was ingrained. We even learned to cooperate through sports where we also learned the easy joys of winning and even more importantly how to cope with losing and thus with failure. The best amongst us learned that failure was not the end but rather a stop where we reassessed our priorities and assumptions making changes where we found things in error or lacking altogether and then proceeded on towards our ultimate goal. Further we learned, were we that fortunate, lucky even, that failures come in the thousands and that success comes only to those willing to fail and fail repeatedly and learning from each failure where we diverted from our goals and how to get back on track. Are there ideas whose failure is guaranteed and where one can never fully achieve the goal? Yes. We can never make a machine which is 100% efficient as in all things there is that degree of wasted effort, effort which does not contribute to the completion and realization of the goal. In a machine that goal is the product such as a generator making electricity; we use water, steam, explosive fuels all to drive the generator to make electricity but there are losses to friction and pushing the generator against the resistive magnetic forces induced in the coils which does not directly produce the electricity but which must be overcome. The same is true in life. Sleep is something our bodies must submit to or we will eventually collapse and possibly die. Still, it is sometimes in our dreams that the spark bursts forth solving some vexing problem which assists the project to completion. Such is an exception and even that spark was not the only dream we enjoyed or endured, and there were the periods of sleep which were used as a dedicated means of repairing and preparing the body for the next day. Another item which obviously diverts us from achieving goals but may be necessary in order to reach our goals are the failures along the way. Lessor peoples will allow failures to prevent them from trying and just surrender to their failures. That is not an intricate part of our society until recently when we found ways of rewarding those who become mired in failure.

 

Another casualty in our modern society is the loosening of the moral structure. In the lives of the vast majority of the population, and to a limited extent to all of the population not restricted to an asylum (do we even have asylums any longer to care for the elderly and the comatose?) as we all wear clothing though some wear far less than others; we all eat and sleep as nature insists on these; and we all live and let live because if large segments of the society, and it need not be more than ten to twenty percent of a society, take to being belligerent and resorting to murdering those who they fear or refuse to submit; then the society will fracture and it will soon become a free-for-all with every faction against the rest; see Libya, Syria or Iraq for current examples. What many do not realize is this is rapidly becoming the definition of Western culture. The society of the Western World has become unmoored and without an anchor with which to tie off and provide immovability, permanence and the Western World has rapidly been cranking the centerboard retrieving it from below the boat allowing the winds to blow us as they may while our ability to steer the boat has failed without the centerboard. That centerboard was western Judeo-Christian ethics and the anchor was the ideal of hard work will produce and provide for one and one’s family and charity would take care of the few who for reasons often beyond their control are unable to find a place within our society. We did not used to change our society such that everybody’s quirks or the beliefs of those coming to our shores being used as a cudgel with which to beat and force us to alter our religious and social structures which we have held dear fashioning our societal norms around and have worked just fine for us and is tried and true. Therein lies the current problem, we in the West have doubted our own culture while allowing another culture whose adherents have little doubt that it is superior to all the Western World has ever known and that the Western World must be cowed and beaten into submission, and that is termed our surrendering to Allah. Do not mistake Allah for the same as G0d in our Judeo-Christian society as Hashem does not demand surrender but instead reason, trust and faith. The easiest manner to present a difference is to look at the lineage of belief. In Judeo-Christian ethics the line of faith flows through Abraham, Isaac and Jacob while Islam and Allah follow the lineage of belief through Abraham, Ishmael and Mohammad. Perhaps this is as good a place to stop before I get into deeper troubles and this is way more sufficient amount to chew of for one day. With any luck I’ll get into this stranger side of my reasoning after a decent period of rest.
