No Time for Peace Talks and a Time for Quiet Actions

Yes, we know the song goes, “A time for peace and a time for war,” but we prefer to leave war completely out of this discussion, well, if that is at all possible. Right now Israel is in a position with which it has little experience. The world is actually taking a break from everything is blamed on Israel and instead is looking at President Trump, Republicans, Democrats, Congress, North Korea, South Korea and even Europe amongst other places not Israel. When the eyes of the crazed world look to the Middle East, they look at Syria, Iran, Iraq, Yemen and other locations not Israel. When you are being left alone, try and remain left alone. That should be the Israeli motto written on every piece of official documents. But the Jewish Home Party leader Naftali Bennett is proposing gradually ending Israeli military rule in Area C, applying Israeli law. This part is the good news which can be accomplished without any intervention, acclamation, consternation or other interference from the remainder of the universe. But Mr. Bennett just had to go and add offering full Israeli citizenship to the 80,000 Palestinians living there. We need to ask for just a little amount of clarification. Does that 80,000 Palestinians include everyone or would there be some restrictions whereby those affiliated with terrorism would be excluded? The information we have received is limited at this time, as the official declaration providing all the details was not available. As this will only apply to area C, we definitely support placing the region under Israeli Civil Law and removing it from Military Law and Governance and removing Central Command from their having total control over the entire region.

This would be the first step in normalizing Area C which under the Oslo Accords was to be placed under complete civic and security control of the Israelis while Area A was placed under complete Palestinian Authority control and Area B was under Palestinian civil control and joint security control. Since the collapse of the Oslo Accords, as they passed their five-year target for final agreement, Area A also came under joint security control at the behest of Mahmoud Abbas as he required IDF security assistance to prevent Hamas or others from taking control by coup and making his life expectancy much shorter. The Oslo Accords were arranged by a group of Israeli and American leftists behind the scenes and beyond the knowledge of the Israeli Knesset and was proposed as an agreement which was already approved and accepted by the United States. This turned out to be an exaggeration used to force the agreement upon an Israeli government which probably would never have accepted going forward with the idea had they been included from the start. Since then, the Palestinian and Arab propaganda has altered the perception of the original agreement such that much of the world believes that there used to be an Arab nation of Palestine rather than the truth that Jordan illegally held lands which under treaty and international laws belonged to Israel. The areas were called Judea and Samaria but Jordan renamed it the West Bank as Judea and Samaria has too much of a Jewish twinge in their names and Jordan claimed to have annexed the area. During the 1967 Six Day War, Israel liberated Judea and Samaria only to find that Jordan and other Arab nations had permitted thousands upon thousands of Arab refugees from 1948 as well as Jordanian citizens, some voluntarily and some by force breaking international law, to resettle in the Jordan occupied areas. There was never any nation of Palestine and the Palestinian Arabs are actually simply Arabs from the surrounding areas including Jordan, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Egypt and further even to include Turkey. When making peace with Jordan, Israel even offered to return these lands but Jordan refused to reclaim the illegally held lands leaving them to their rightful owner under international law. The real reason was Jordan also refused to allow any of its citizens to return to Jordan claiming instead that they were now Israelis. The story changed once the world involved Israel in the Oslo Accords and the Palestinian State became all the rage ever since. It became such a great thing for the United Nations that they decided to change the celebration on November 29, 1947, from the anniversary of the day that Israel was initiated at the United Nations to Palestinian Solidarity Day where the world celebrates establishing Palestine in place of Israel and allowing the slaughter of over six million Jews. They never state it as such, but that is exactly what the entire celebration is all about, replacing Israel with another Arab state, this one called Palestine which would be the first nation by that name, nothing less.

Europe has latched onto the demand that the Israelis return to the pre-1967 War lines (they were not borders but armistice lines from 1949) despite the well-understood reality by any and all military commanders that such would be the beginning of the end of Israel. The combination of befriending the Arabs, preferring not to risk losing their precious oil shipments, and institutional anti-Semitism of Europe combined to bring around the attitude that Israel and her population is an expendable casualty if that is what needs to be to keep their status quo. The third world has accepted the Arab propaganda that Israel is nothing but an American pawn colonial outpost injected into Arab lands which have belonged to the Arabs since the start of time. Slowly, one disaster at a time, some of these nations after receiving vital and immediate Israeli emergency aid after natural disasters are learning a different truth. Still, Israel should operate quietly and discreetly going the extra yard to retain quiet whenever Israel is not in the sites of the world demanding concession after concession. Being ignored is a good thing as far as most Israelis are concerned and we like not being under the microscope readying us for dissection. This is the reason it would be wiser for this idea of Naftali Bennett’s to be quietly discussed within the cabinet and once its passage is assured, brought before the Knesset for basically quick ratification in quick and quiet votes and then presented as an accomplished fact. Anything placed on the floor to be debated will be debated in the halls of the United Nations, European Union, European parliaments from Britain to Finland to Italy and everywhere in between always claiming that Israel is oppressing and stealing lands when she is simply taking what always has been hers. But the world will never accept Israel having peace and secured borders as designated under the Mandate System, San Remo Conference, Treaty of Sèvres and international law which are from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea (see map below). That is what should be and just as there were migrations between Pakistan and India, Germany and France, Germany and Poland, there should be some responsibility for the Arab nations to repatriate their brothers and sisters and leave Israel in peace. Should such ever come to pass and peace be established and Israel granted her borders, then the violence will end.

Definitive Map of Israel

There is a group which demands democracy for Jordan or for a dividing of Jordan into the Palestinian Arab nation it was intended to be and the eastern third of the country to be allowed to remain under the rule of the Hashemite family. Mudar Zahran is a Palestinian Arab as are all the Arabs who reside in Jordan, who believes fully in the original Mandate System which declared that all 78% of the British Mandate east of the Jordan River would be the Arab Palestinian homelands while the remaining 22% of the British Mandate west of the Jordan River was reserved for the Jewish State. Mr. Zahran desires to install an Arab Palestinian democracy in Jordan either sharing the lands with an area ruled by King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein with the Arab Palestinian State. As Secretary General of the Jordanian Opposition Coalition, Mudar Zahran, proposes building a city on a grand scale capable of housing as many as all the Palestinian Arabs from Judea and Samaria which could then be returned to Israel as was the initial Mandate System ideal plan. Any Palestinian Arab desiring to remain in Judea and Samaria would still be granted citizenship in his Palestinian Arab state as most are already carrying Jordanian passports and identification papers or their parents carry such. They are not Israeli citizens and thus are only a problem for Israel that has no solution. Mr. Zahran has a plan which deserves being that solution.

Mr. Zahran’s proposal could work for the King of Jordan as he would remain in power ruling over as much as one third of what today is Jordan with the non-Arab citizens remaining in Jordan under the King having whatever form of government desired and with less of a security problem as the Palestinian Arabs would have their own nation bordering the King’s in the remaining western two-thirds of what today is Jordan. Any Arabs desiring to remain under the King may resettle and do so. Mr. Zahran desires having the Arab Palestinians all reside in his new nation which could even be named Palestine. As soon as he has established his state, preferably peaceably, then the Oslo Accords would be negated and Palestine established east of the Jordan River. Those Arab Palestinians remaining in the areas ruled by Israel would be Palestinian citizens residing in Israel as legal alien citizens and would vote in the Arab Palestinian elections in Palestine east of the Jordan River.

Obviously, the main opposition to this would be King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein of Jordan and he would require some form of compensation other than being freed from what amounts to a consistent threat to his rule. The remaining opposition comes from the remainder of the Arab world and Mahmoud Abbas and his Palestinian Authority (PA) kleptocracy. Abbas and the Arab world’s protestations are proof that their desires are more to cause Israel as much unrest and terrorism as possible even if it is at the expense of the Palestinian Arabs themselves. Their hatred of Israel and the Jews spills over into hatred for their own brethren, the Arab Palestinians who they are willing to sacrifice to a life of violence without rights or representation they themselves elected. Mudar Zahran wants to give the Arab Palestinians their own homeland even, or as well as, should it result in Israel having secure borders and an end to the terror threat run by Mahmoud Abbas and the remainder of the PA. Much of the world including thus far the Europeans, United Nations and the United States as well as Russia, China, the Arab League, Mahmoud Abbas and the PA all also oppose this solution either because it solves the Arab-Israel conflict at least for the Arab Palestinians, grants Israel secure and defined borders, and allows both Arabs and Jews to live side-by-side in security and peace. Funny, are not the ideals of Arabs and Jews living side-by-side in security and peace exactly the stated goals of every negotiation being held currently in bad faith? Here is somebody proposing a solution which provides exactly that stated as the goal of the entire world and because it will not lead directly to the destruction of Israel, nobody is willing to support it. Perhaps somebody should permit Mudar Zahran to meet with President Donald Trump in Washington D.C. instead of the President making another trip to the Middle East to pursue the impossible, a treaty where Israel agrees to commit suicide and the Arabs take all the land, which is the only solution which Abbas is willing to accept.

Time is Coming for Israel and Israelis to Finally Decide

The backing down to the pressures from Jordan, Arab Palestinians, Jordanian display of a threat to the embassy, European demands, Muslims universally and the United States was necessary for reasons beyond the obvious. Questions need be asked about the handling of the placement of the metal detectors and the additional security cameras. What was interesting and possibly unnecessary were the angry demands from the United States. One might be tempted to inquire if the United States had been informed of the decision before the detectors were installed. We do not mean to intend that the United States needed to sanctify the move, merely that as one of, if not the closest, of Israeli allies would it not have been prudent to include them in the loop of important entities to notify. It is understandable why much of Europe would not be included in the list of entities to notify, as they would likely have submarined the idea before it got off the ground. It might also have been part of the strategy to inform the Waqf, the King of Jordan, the Saudis, the Egyptians and the Russians as the metal detectors were being installed and informed them this was nonnegotiable. Instead, apparently, nobody outside of Israel was consulted, informed or any prior or simultaneous notification was included. If all the above proves true, then it is possible that this was handled potentially with a clumsy plan doomed for failure. We will try not to judge the moves or motives of the situation, as that is more than water under the bridge but also over the dam and out into the ocean by now.

What needs to be readied is what to do when what is most assuredly going to come hits the fan. The Temple Mount will be completely vulnerable for the flow of weapons smuggling and even if numerous or even most of the attempts are somehow managed to be intercepted, there will be at least an additional ten percent which will succeed and possibly as much as seventy-five percent of the attempts succeeding. This will lead to an increase in shooting and stabbing terror attacks. These will cause unrest but many will be prevented by Israeli citizens as many have permits for firearms and there are off duty IDF soldiers nearly everyplace in Israel. There is a greater threat that an open Temple Mount will pose and this will only be able to be prevented by very diligent and ever vigilant intelligence work. The real problem will be the smuggling of explosives for making bomb belts and car bombs. Such weapons will not be utilized immediately as these will not be smuggled by youth seeking their fifteen minutes of fame, a new playground in their name and their family paid handsomely for as long as the Palestinian Authority (PA) terror machine is permitted to operate. Things such as explosives will be smuggled by PA operatives with a set of plans already decided and planned for years ago just waiting for an open opportunity to be set in motion. Turkey has been subjected to such attacks as depicted in the picture below. This was a single car loaded with explosives used to murder and injure soldiers in the Turkish Military. Such an attack near a bus station near an IDF base would be a catastrophic shock in Israel as these young men and women are the best and many noble of heart who would likely have joined even if it were not required. Anyone who has read about what happens when one of these young soldiers is killed by a terrorist and tens of thousands and more come to the funeral or attend some ceremony dedicated to their memory even though many attendees have no relation nor even knew the family from whence they came, but they are all struck as if the loss was one from their own family.

The reason is simple, because each loss is a member of their family, the family of Abraham, Isaack and Jacob. The Jews are a unique People as we are a People, a Nation, a Religion and most of all, a Family. This is something that the Israeli politicians need be reminded about from time to time, they are leading a family. Even those within our borders who choose to live in peace with us we consider like family. Torah teaches that we must show kindness to the stranger, as we were strangers in a strange land, Mitzraim. Torah instructs that we are to permit those living amongst us in our land three choices and to treat them according to their choice. Those who are willing to live within our land respecting our laws and following the seven laws of the Noahic Code (see below) are to be treated as an accepted person. Those who choose not to live by these restrictions but willing to leave and seek life elsewhere where their expectations would be better met, we are to permit them to leave with their possessions, family and wealth. The final group are those who refuse our ways and the laws and demand we accept their rule over us, these are the ones who desire to war with Israel and are to be granted that desire and we are to war with them until they are vanquished or fled from our lands.

Should the Arab Palestinians choose that they desire to have war with Israel, they should be accommodated. Those who choose not to fight and prefer to live in peace should be accepted as alien residents with basic religious, legal, and ownership rights just as if they were a Jew living in our lands. But as far as our neighbors, they should be treated fairly and we should not meddle in their affairs and neither should they be permitted to meddle in our affairs. This goes for all nations both near and distant. Further, those nations desiring peaceful and normal relations should be treated with respect exactly in the same measure as they show Israel. Nations desiring adversarial relations should be spurned and relations withheld. As far as supporting the King of Jordan in not upsetting his Arab population such that they do not arise and depose him, that should be left to Jordanian governance and people and be no concern for Israel, especially in our internal actions. As far as the Waqf is concerned, they may be permitted to care for the Dome of the Rock and the al-Aqsa Mosque but their jurisdiction should end at the doors to these Islamic shrines. Such is more than fair and far better consideration than anything Jewish is granted by any Arab Muslim nation has given any Jewish holy site. Should Jordan refuse such a proposal, then perhaps the time has arrived for the Waqf to be returned to Jordan where their mischief can eventually be forgotten.

The Hashemite King claims that only he offers Israel peace and friendship but his actions and demands are not those of a friend. What is of even greater interest are the offers made by the Jordanian who is Palestine leader Mudar Zahran, currently the Secretary General of the Jordan Opposition Coalition (JOC), who propose the deposing of the Hashemite rule and the installation of a democracy allowing the Palestinian Arab majority to free themselves. Mudar Zahran and the JOC have proposed that they also incorporate the Arab Palestinians from Gaza, Judea and Samaria who wish to live under their own rule without any restrictions in their own nation. The JOC has proposed changing the name of Jordan to Palestine thus ending the PLO and PA claims to Israel and granting the Jews sovereignty from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea, as was the agreement in countless treaties. This is a group that the Israelis should allow to progress to its logical conclusion. Israel should support and work with the JOC and the United States to divide Jordan into Palestine and Jordan allowing the Hashemites to continue their rule with those who desire remaining with the King and the State of Palestine for the Arabs from Jordan and those presumably exiled within Israel and elsewhere. The JOC has expressed their desire to unite the entirety of Arab Palestinians in their rightful nation formed by the British out of 78% of the Mandate leaving the remaining 22% for the Jewish State with the Jordan River as the border between the two nations. Theirs is an idea to get behind and is the most uncovered and undiscussed solution to what has been an unsolvable situation. We wonder why this is the best-kept secret the world never wants to see the light of day? Perhaps it is because it leaves Israel intact, undestroyed, healthy and free from threats. Imagine that.

Lamenting the Palestinian Lack of Statehood

Two world leaders have come out recently lamenting their failure to solve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Their words, or the way my ears heard and eyes read their statements made me feel they were more lamenting the lack of a Palestinian State and the fact they were unable to diminish Israel greatly, if not completely, in the making of such a state. Of course the two were President Obama and Secretary General Ban ki-Moon. As we have beaten President Obama’s anti-Israel, anti-Zionist and anti-Semitic feelings to such an extent as to make a bronze statue to the man, let us instead play with the soon to be ex-Secretary General’s statements and the lack of validity or value in them. Actually one almost has to feel for the man, who had ruled through a decade of opening auditory lamentations against Israel at opening ceremonies for the General Assembly, ten years of “International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People” and the complete series of Durban World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance which could also have been called the let’s pretend that Israel is the cause of all the world’s problems from hunger to lack of water to the endlessly revolving around the sun going nowhere conferences. Still, the poor man from South Korea is listing the inability to form a Palestinian state as the main failure of his time at the United Nations and not the complete meltdown of the Middle East, the loss of two nations, Syria and Libya, into roiling cauldrons of suffering and death, and the rise of anti-Semitism worldwide to epidemic levels and the beginning stages of destabilization of near the entirety of Europe all accomplished with the inept leadership, or lack thereof, of the United States and most of Europe where liberal progressivism has run unchecked all but succeeding in their aim to end borders and encourage loss of definition of the word nation. Actually, the decline of Europe may be seen as credit to his ability to actually accomplish some great achievement during his decade as Secretary General. Well, we all should vie to feel good about ourselves and see something as an accomplishment even if it may mean the end of civilization as we know and define it.

Secretary General Ban ki-Moon stated, “It has strengthened radicals and weakened moderates on both sides. Making matters worse is a dangerous vacuum within the international community as crises elsewhere claim the attention of world leaders.” Imagine the chutzpah of the man stating the obvious that there exist “crises elsewhere claim the attention of world leaders” and finding that a deficiency as it will establish “a dangerous vacuum within the international community” in which Israel skates free from the constant pounding he must feel they deserve for not committing suicide at his behest. Ban ki-Moon’s self-flagellation came on cue at the United Nation’s annual “International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People,” held every November 29th which just happens to actually be the day when the partition for the formation of Israel was decided, the even division of the lands between the Jordan River and Mediterranean Sea granting the Arabs the choice lands and giving Israel lands consisting of over two-thirds being Negev Desert yet still the Arab League refused the settlement and instead made plans to invade Israel on the very morning of her independence. That day, Israeli Independence Day and the first day of the initial war to annihilate the Jewish State which took two years to fail, though it did manage to wrest the lands of Gaza, Judea and Samaria (Gaza and West Bank by Jordanian naming), was also renamed by the Arabs as Naqba Day, the day they failed to murder the Jewish homelands. The Arabs should thank Israel and the Jews as we have given them two of the Palestinian Arabs biggest holidays, Naqba Day and United Nation’s annual “International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.” But let us get into the minutia of these supposed failures.

Ban ki-Moon and all the Palestinian Arabs and their multitudes of supporters from around the world and loudest on Europe, well, next to the flame fanning by the Palestinian Arabs themselves (especially recently but it finally rained) all could have at any point followed through on their desires to force the issue and bring everything before the World Court for final arbitration and let the best side win. Of course they would never think of holding a factual and legal hearing for reaching a decision knowing that their lies play so much better in the world media and across the many platforms where the world stage is carried out. Demanding the destruction of the Jews is the longest running show on the world’s stage and yet such has never succeeded, but not for lack of trying. The world need understand that Israel is going nowhere as we are here to stay, period, end of discussion. But if you insist, please do take your show before the World Court and plead your case. You can invite Mahmoud Abbas and his cohort of criminals who have made a business of robbing their subjects blind squirrelling away billions of dollars and Euros, the Arab League, leaders from Europe and around the world and give each their hour on the stage to conduct their version of events, promises and that which must be because they wish it and then Israel will simple, silently present her case using actual documents. The first document will be the San Remo Resolution followed by the Treaty of Sèvres and the Treaty of Lausanne all topped off by Article 80 of the United Nations Charter which states that the Mandate System set up by these previous treaties will be enforced and recognized by the United Nations as will all treaties made under the authority of the League of Nations. But we understand that it is far more satisfying deriding the Jewish State day in and day out than it is actually living up to promises and solving the problem that just keeps on giving. How else would the world bodies and leaders dump on Israel if there were no evil designs to accuse the Jews of having committed?

The favorite statements are the ones where the claim is that the Palestinians only desire the lands gained by Israel resulting from their defending themselves from Jordanian invasion where Israel liberated the lands occupied by Jordan for the nineteen years since the 1948 War to exterminate the Jewish State which should have been the end of any discussion. This is the lie and every last political charlatan tells ad-nauseum to the point that this particular Big Goebbelsian Lie has become accepted fact, but it will never stand up to close scrutiny which is why the plight of the Arab Palestinians will never be taken before an actual tribunal. Mahmoud Abbas has stated repeatedly, as had Yasser Arafat before him, that the Arabs will never recognize Israel as the State for the Jewish People. This is simply his repeating the findings of the Khartoum Resolution which included the “Three No’s”: “no peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel, no negotiations with Israel.” The truth of the intentions of the Palestinian Arab leadership now, past and future can be interpreted from the textbooks with which they train their children for total war against Israel and the Jews and steep them in a continual immersion of hatreds and fill them with lies. But please do not take our word for this and instead take some time at your leisure and read a concise report which includes actual copies of lessons and other important inclusions in these texts named A 25 Page Exec Summary: Jews and the Jewish State in Schoolbooks Used by UNRWA: De-legitimization, Demonization and Indoctrination to War.

There is one final set of refutations which need be presented. The first is the numbers of refugees. From 1948 through 1967 the total number of Arabs who became refugees, many simply leaving on their own volition and at the behest of the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Mohammed Amin al-Husseini (Arabic: محمد أمين الحسيني‎‎) who promised them that Israel would be destroyed by the invading armies from at least a half dozen Arab nations within a few days of their 1948 invasion intended as a genocide of the Jews and they would gain a share of all the Jew’s treasures, came out slightly under one-million and the number of Jews becoming refugees thrown from their homelands in Arab and Muslim lands where many of their families had resided for hundreds if not over a thousand years (not including those from Europe after World War II who are a different almost one-million) also totaled just under one-million thus nearly equal (there were approximately seventy-five-thousand to as much as two-hundred-thousand more Jews but about the same numbers resettled in Israel as there were Arabs losing their lands for numerous reasons). The difference is Israel welcomed their brothers and sisters to Israel and settled them and they and their families live productive lives as full citizens of Israel as do the Arabs who either remained or managed after the 1948-9 war returned to their lands within Israel escaping attempts to lock them away as political weapons in refugee camps by their Arab brothers and sisters. Then the Arab League demanded a separate entity to care for the Arab refugees and their own rules which allowed for the refugee status to become a caste label passing from parent to child on from generation to generation forever. Had the Arabs cared as much for their fellow Arabs as much as the Jews did for their fellow Jews there would have been no refugee situation. On the other hand, had the Israelis done as the Arabs had with their fellow Arabs there would likely be just as many Jews as refugees today as there are Palestinian Arab refugees.

There are other lies told and accepted around the world. The next biggest is that Israel is carrying out a war of extermination, a genocide against the Palestinian Arabs. How the numbers of Palestinian Arabs went from under one million to approximately five to as high as seven and a half million while being exterminated by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) begs the question of how such could happen. Is the IDF really that incompetent that there are five to ten times as many Palestinian Arabs today as their were in 1948 despite the supposed attempts by Israel to wipe them out. Trust there is absolutely no plan to murder Palestinian Arabs as a whole except to defend Israel and Israelis from assaults by terrorists. There is also the claim that the Arabs have not been permitted to vote in Israeli elections. This is both a falsehood and misdirection. The Arabs who reside in Israel are Israeli citizens and are permitted full rights including the vote and there are Arab Israelis elected to the Knesset, the Israeli Parliament. The Palestinian Arabs have not had an election since 2005 as in Gaza Hamas rules in a dictatorial manner and will not permit elections for fear of losing their hold to Islamic Jihad, Fatah or other forces and in Judea and Samaria Fatah has refused under Mahmoud Abbas to hold elections as they also fear losing power. One has to remember that Mahmoud Abbas is President of the Palestinian Authority (PA) and the Chairman of the Fatah Party and also the Chairman of the PLO and only permits election in the Fatah Party by the Executives who are all Abbas appointees thus guaranteeing his being renamed as Chairman and refuses to risk his other positions. So, one might ask why the Palestinian Arabs are not voting in Israeli elections. The answer is simply, they are not Israeli citizens but PA citizens residing in a semiautonomous area within Israel having their own form of self-government. Allowing them to vote in Israeli elections would be the same as permitting Canadians vote in the United States elections because they reside in North America too. Further, has the PA desired to actually have a state they were offered 94% of the West Bank, half of Jerusalem and all of Gaza by Ehud Barak in 2001 at the Taba Summit which were the culmination of almost three years of negotiations which finally failed and then a similar offer was proffered by Ehud Olmert in 2007 which was also rebuffed by Abbas et al and thus could have had their state simply by agreeing with these which have been the most generous offers to date. The main reasons that Abbas has refused these offers for a Palestinian Arab state is simply, he also demands that between five and eight million Arab refugees be permitted to take up residence not in their Palestinian state but in Israel with full citizenship and financial assistance in order to make reparations for their refugee status and suffering at the hands of their fellow Arabs. What many people are unaware of is that there is a large Palestinian refugee camp outside Gaza City and another outside Nablus, the PA operational capital city. Both of these camps like the others separate Arabs from Arabs with those outside the barbed wire free citizens while those inside the barbed wire are refugees. In all too many cases there are members of the same family residing on opposite sides of the barbed wire with one part free and the other heavily guarded as they are held by fellow Arabs as a weapon with which to destroy Israel, the real target of every Palestinian Arab policy. Their desire for a state is for the destruction of the Jewish State of Israel and once they have destroyed Israel and genocidally murdered every Jew, then the land will likely be turned back to wildlands such as those visited by Sam Clemens in 1887 before the British began importing Arabs in numbers to prevent a Jewish majority population coming into fruition allowing for the formation of Israel.

Division of lands between Israel and Semiautonomous Arab Zone

Division of lands between Israel
and Semiautonomous Arab Zone

The final item is how best to solve this situation with the least amount of upheaval and ending the continued and ever more dangerous violence due to terrorism and rockets raining down on Israeli towns, cities, kibbutzim and other civilian areas. The fastest and likely most likely to succeed would be for Israel to annex all of Judea and Samaria setting up a semi-autonomous area where the Arabs who desire independence from Israeli rule would elect their own governance but without an actual state. Those wishing not to live within Israel should be free to find some place they would feel more comfortable and Israel provide for a period fiscal assistance which could be utilized to resettle with an understanding that acceptance of the financial assistance would preclude their ever returning to reside in Israel. Those Arabs residing within the autonomous zone but preferring to become Israeli full citizens would be required to go through a set of courses and prove proficiency with those teachings and need sign a loyalty oath. They should have been known to them that should any member of their family ever aid terrorism in any form they would lose their citizenship permanently and potentially face deportation. Anyone committing or aiding the commission of a terrorist act would subject their family to a hearing where it would be determined how many would face deportation for knowing of the attack and not preventing said attack. Israel would review all materials used in classrooms and schooling and curriculum would be required to have the same standards for subjects as are demanded of all Israeli schools. Israeli history with its Zionist roots and the British manipulations of the situation would be taught as is in other Israeli schools. The same matriculation exams would be given with the same expectations for student accomplishment would be used for graduation and all other uses as in Israeli schools. Those Arabs preferring to reside as a citizen in the semiautonomous zone would vote in Arab elections and forgo voting rights in Israeli elections. All would be granted voting rights for the city within which they reside as well as any community governance. Only Israeli citizens would be permitted the vote in national Israeli elections just as only citizens of the semiautonomous zone would be permitted the vote in their general elections. All residents within the Israeli lands would be held to comply with Israeli laws and would be tried in Israeli courts for any breach of Israeli law. The semiautonomous zone could also set up their own courts for only those citizens of their semiautonomous region. Any legal difference between a citizen of Israel and citizen of the semiautonomous zone will be heard in an Israeli court of law and by the law. Finally, Areas A and B could come under the control of the semiautonomous zone while the bulk of Area C will remain an integral part of Israel (see map above).
