Nuking the Nuclear Traditional Family

 

Merav Michaeli, who sits in the Knesset as part of the Zionist Union from the Labor Party, has once again spoken casting tradition and order asunder. This time she has done so from Australia during a Q & A television program. During a lively debate she put forth the latest absurdity stating, “It (marriage) was created back at the time when we women were commodities, as were children, as were men without property and of other colors. This is not something that we should maintain in the world when we realize all of us are human beings. It is not about love … This was a tool that was made to dominate women for the sake of reproduction. This is not something we should sustain.” This is far from a new thought that may have just come out in the heat of the moment as Merav Michaeli stated in a 2012 TED talk on the issue, where she told the audience that marriage was responsible for the abuse of women. “We must cancel marriage. Not only religious marriage, marriage is not an issue of religion. Also civil marriage. I want all secular states to totally eliminate all registration and regulation of marriage. I want to cancel the very concept of marriage.” But she has another set of ideas should we be so ignorant as to continue to have such things as contrary to the modern world MK Michaeli envisions as marriage, then children must be raised by professionals licensed through the government such that they meet certain standards. Quoting a report of her commentary on the Q & A television show in Australia from Arutz Sheva, MK Michaeli purported the following with the video below where we are concerned with the earlier parts of the program.

“The core family as we know it is one of the least safe place for children – not just in Australia but in the entire western world.” Michaeli went on to cite different studies she contended proved that the core family was detrimental to children’s health and added that “marriage and parental rights hurts children.”
Michaeli also said that children should not be automatically raised by their parents, but by the government. “A child can have more than two parents; they don’t have to be their biological parents. The person who takes responsibility for the child should be obligated to fulfill certain kinds of criteria that the State should decide on,” Michaeli argued, saying that the government should decide what values children need to be taught.
“Enough with the neglect! It’s time the government invest in our children accordingly. I have already proposed several laws regarding equal parental leave of one year after a baby is born. I have already pushed for a longer school day. The proposal to protect children and their parents is on its way. This is our most important investment.”

The people who wish to tear down society and take us back to tribal barbarism have found a new means for doing so; destroy the basic building block, the family. Hitler wanted to take the German people and the world back to the glorious barbarism of the Viking culture with some slight differences, his ideal Viking society was more idolatry and worship of a ruler god-king with him as that figure. He also believed that the government should have trained people raising the children who measured up to a sufficiently high standard. This became the Hitler youth who were taken from their parents and raised in militaristic fashion by nurturer-teachers who acted like some evil cross between a camp counselor and a drill instructor. These were to be the future leaders of his perfect Reich, the perfect society where people were superior and those who did not meet the standard were to be sacrificed for the greater good. One would hope that this is not the kind of world which Merav Michaeli desires. We pray that she does not desire a world where the government licenses people as fit to reproduce when they find love with another approved individual who was also of sufficiently prime DNA or worse. What could be worse? The government could decide exact numbers of each type of person to complete the tasks for a healthy society and produce them in factories and raise them with nurturer-educator-trainers. Aldous Huxley imagined such a world where the people did not marry because they never had children, it was against the law. This world the people simply had sex whenever and with whomever they felt like every day of the week and where permanent hookups were frowned upon as pairing up was considered unnatural, something those people on the Reservations did who kept the old ways of parochial thought, the savages. This was a “Brave New World” in which the government made just the correct number of people such that the motto to live by was, “Everyone works for everyone else. We can’t do this without anyone.” Everyone from lowest to highest wore their class colors which were; Epsilons dress in black, Deltas wear khaki, Gammas wear leaf green, Betas dress in mulberry, and Alphas wear grey.

However one defines a future where the family is no longer in vogue, the society is dysfunctional in some way and people still manage to return to the old ways. Perhaps that is the whole idea in these science fiction tales, that perhaps the way it has been done ever since the advance of agriculture, and possibly before, is perhaps the most responsible and healthiest way to base a society, using a family structure as the basic building block for the society. I realize that these philosophers have huge frontal lobes and intelligence quotas which are nearly, if not, off scale, understand what the inner working of their own psyches are and can extrapolate their broad-minded and deeply thought out Utopian societies such that they must impose them on the rest of us. Have they ever asked themselves if we really desire to live in their ideas of a utopian society or if we would rather reside in our own piece of the real world? Probably not, as they know that they know best and that the rest of us live the way we do because we are mired in the impositions and limitations impressed upon us from childhood by our Judeo-Christian societies. They will talk and talk and hopefully they will never be granted the opportunity to impose their utopian societies upon the rest of us.

Wrong Answer to Google Political Correctness

 

The new Kurt Schlichter article in Townhall titled Conservatives Must Regulate Google And All of Silicon Valley Into Submission was just wrong on so many levels and we just had to have our say. We just could not see how any honest conservative would call for government to correct what is a problem in a business situation. We are supposed to believe that competition and profit motive takes care of any such situation. The real solution is to compete using our own better business and fair practice openly competing to rectify any such problems. Using the sledgehammer of government to rectify the slide leftwards by Google, the Facebooks, the Twitters and presumably much of Silicon Valley would be exactly the kind of acts by progressives which we have spent much of our time fighting and complaining over. His first sentence states, “Google’s fascist witch-burning of an honest engineer for refusing to bow down at the altar of politically correct lies was the final straw, an unequivocal warning to conservatives that there’s a new set of rules, and that we need to play by them.” Nope, that is not the answer. The answer is for conservatives to enter this market investing capital and establish a competing company which either provides a right leaning response in that market, or better to provide a truly neutral centered market response where people can find straight answers to their queries or have honest discussions without censorship by the company providing the platform. That is the conservative answer.

 

Kurt Schlichter stated the conservative approach was to allow profits, and competition would take care of such problems. His claim then that, “For businesses, one obligation was to generally stay out of the cultural and political octagon,” may have been an old rule but political neutrality has not been true in many businesses for quite some time without people demanding a political solution. One prime example is Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream who have been extremely left supporting with their actions but there has been no demand for any government intervention as there are many other ice cream vendors where conservatives can buy such products thus avoiding adding to the profits Ben and Jerry’s owners can use on leftist campaigns and causes. His next paragraph gives the crux of his argument stating, “But the Woke Weenies of Silicon Valley, flush with cash, power, and unearned smugness, decided that they just couldn’t keep on the sidelines and make their money. No, they had to make change, as in, changing us. They violated the most important of the old rules – they chose a side.” So they decided to choose a side and work to minimize the conservative message which supposedly cripples the conservative message. The answer, let us state it again, is for conservatives or another entrepreneur to enter the market and compete by providing a better and more honest or a conservative effort, thus providing options for consumers. Yes, granted that competing against Google, Facebook, Twitter and let us even add in YouTube, would be a difficult and challenging prospect and would require finding some means of advertising campaign to get a leg up and then allow competition lead them to gain popularity and a reputation. Complaining that these companies are flush with cash and have the advantage of an established consumer base and in order to level the playing field, government intervention should be used to force these companies to play in a manner conservatives would find appropriate. Let us look at some history in the same arena of the Internet when a company called America On-Line, better known as AOL, had a near monopoly on e-mails, gaming, chat rooms and dial-up modem connections which might have appeared to be overwhelming. AOL did run into competition which eventually led to Google taking over many of these areas and then came numerous free e-mail providers and Twitter and ICQ took over chat with a better system and before you know it, within a couple of years and AOL was fighting for its survival. Why would this be any different? Yes, these companies have everything going for them but as Kurt Schlichter points out, they are making a business decision which might be a shaky and problematic decision. This should indicate an opening for new competition which could establish a foothold and then work into direct competition by offering a better and more equal product. That would be the answer.

 

Kurt Schlichter even pointed to another area where the vast majority of those within this area have taken a leftward position, the media and entertainment industry. He also pointed out that the conservatives managed to make entries and had some established companies which grew their audiences as a response to the leftward lunge by especially the news media and opinion in print media through talk radio and establishing conservative competition. That was the correct message he should have used for this situation as well. There was a time when all there was in news media on the air television were ABC, NBC, CBS and a few scattered media systems as well as local stations. Then came cable television and ninety-nine channels and even then the vast majority of news and opinion remained left leaning. As cable became more affordable, the demand increased for variety and even international news broadcasts became available and we soon had five hundred channels and an array of choices which was unbelievable when compared to what we used to have just a decade or so earlier. Today there are cable companies and satellite television where there are a thousand channels and when adding Internet television the number of channels will soon be virtually uncountable. There will be thousands of channels and while you surf there will be nothing worth watching, or so we will often still complain there is nothing worth watching. Again, technology and advancements produced an environment which permitted sufficient room for competition making the playing field even and everybody had their opportunity to try and be heard. If they offered what people enjoyed, they succeeded.

 

The Internet should be the place where this would be true for any service and if the current Silicon Valley companies desire to take a leftward lunge, then perhaps it is time for some group of startups to build a wonderful area where the weather is nice and start employing those programming engineers and technicians and mathematicians and other related fields required to build competing companies perhaps in or around the Myrtle Beach area (see image below). This could start just what will obviously be required to remedy this situation, not government regulations. Kurt Schlichter wrote, “Yet they still expect the same laissez-faire treatment as any other business even as they try to gut us politically. They discriminate against conservatives,” and they should get exactly that, as should their competitors. He adds, “See, what leftists do not get is that principles are part of systems,” which is why they should be easily competed against as they offer a less and less diverse product.

Kurt Schlichter then uses the argument of, “the period after feminism demanded total female social equality with men, but men still generally picked up the check. That imbalance cannot persist forever; eventually the people on the other side feel like suckers, so they stop playing by the old rules. That’s when the new rules arise,” which is exactly the solution here. The new rules need to be social and in competition and not in rules put in place by government. Then Kurt Schlichter takes a sharp turn back to having the government intervene with, “And that’s why conservatives now need to savagely regulate companies like Google, Facebook, and Twitter. We need to use our political power in Congress and red state legislatures to incentivize Silicon Valley to return to a system where its companies embrace political and cultural neutrality, or suffer crippling consequences.” That is wrong, wrong, and so very wrong. Then he admits the problem with his argument but stands on it again, with, “Yeah, I know that heavily regulating private businesses is not “free enterprise,” but I don’t care.” Additionally, I just feel like letting him make the argument and then refuse to demand we simply compete stating, “they didn’t keep their part of it, and I see no moral obligation for us to be played for saps and forgo using our political power to protect our interests in the face of them using theirs to disembowel us. I liked the old rules better – a free enterprise system confers huge benefits – but it was the left that chose to nuke them.” And then we get, “Well, size matters, and Silicon Valley’s giants are just too darn big. Time to chop them up like old Ma Bell. Let’s apply the antitrust laws that were made for taming just these types of octopod monopolies.” Ma Bell is a false flag as there were companies attempting to compete with them but the government granted Bell a virtual monopoly. While despite the government using the Silicon Valley services, they are not granted a monopoly and there is no prevention of competitors to step up to the plate and go for the big one, the home run of toppling one of these companies with a better product.

 

Closing, Kurt Schlichter makes recommendations including, “So how about the Algorithm Transparency Act, a law that bans these big Internet companies from putting their fingers on the scale of discourse and requires them to make available online all of their operating algorithms? Yep, that would give competitors a peek at their intellectual property, but that’s a sacrifice I’m willing to make for transparency.” I do agree with his last line which reads, “Like I always say, you’re going to hate the new rules.” True, we would hate any new rules as we would rather there be less rules. Our argument for such things will always be competition, competition, competition. As far as making their algorithm opened up to competitors, no. Once there are competitors who come up with competing algorithms such a law would become a double bladed sword and counterproductive as their algorithm would be their advantage. We are sorry Kurt Schlichter but we have to claim that the proper answer is to out compete by giving the people an honestly fair and even product which simply provides the best answers regardless of the political slant and allow Silicon Valley to go as far left as the Democrats and become unusable by the average American or the people of the world, we need remember that competition on the Internet are international so really the competitors could set up on the Riviera or even in Israel where the talent for such a start-up is plentiful.

One Single Terror Attack Very Revealing

 

At 11:13 yesterday morning a single event occurred thus revealing so much of what Vice President Biden’s trip amplified but was the mirage of a lie not telling the whole truth. A young twenty year old woman soldier was stabbed in her neck and upper body by a pair of terrorists who were intercepted by Ariel city security officials. The terrorists refused to disarm and were engaged by the security officers who responded killing the two terrorists. The young woman was transferred to Beilinson Hospital after initial treatment by Magen David Adom (MDA) where she was still conscious but in moderate to serious condition with wounds to her neck and upper body. The young soldier, a young woman, was fortunate to have survived and in Israel, as in many places throughout the world, we see her survival from such a life-threatening assault as a miracle, and we celebrate all miracles be they large or small.

 

When Vice President Biden visited Israel and also met with Mahmoud Abbas, he reportedly sternly insisted that the Chairman of the Palestinian Authority (PA) denounce the terror attack where an American veteran and Vanderbilt student, Taylor Force age 29, who was visiting the many wondrous places of religious and historic significance, was murdered along with a number of people also assaulted and injured before the terrorist was eliminated. Abbas expressed condolences over the murdered American veteran but refused to denounce the terror attack, instead pressing that he was acting beyond the PA ability to affect and they were responding to the settlements and that Israel had murdered over one hundred PA citizens while very few Israelis had died since last October. Never in much of the news reports in the United States which we were able to sample was mentioned the instigation by PA media, television, radio, social media or the support given paying terrorists families a monthly stipend if a family member dies committing a terror attack against Israelis and salaries in the thousands of dollars per month to terror prisoners serving in Israeli prisons. The instigation used by the PA claims that the Jews are defiling Islamic holy sites, planning on destroying their holy sites and holding demonic services in the al-Aqsa Mosque. All these claims are not only unfounded but truly ludicrous and beyond belief from any reason but the instigations are so pernicious and permeating the PA society at all levels often working on pure emotion of the impressionable youth who are encouraged to grab a kitchen knife or even scissors and the plan is to make life dangerous for Israelis. They care little to nothing for their own young and impressionable children’s lives as those who die will have their families paid far more than even PA government employees are paid and these deaths will be flaunted before the world in efforts to besmirch Israel and demand Israeli leaders be condemned for these unfortunate young victims lives which they flaunt while refusing to live up to their unceasing incitement.

Back to the young soldier who was attacked at a much used by both Israelis and Palestinian Arabs bus and hitchhiking stop where she was assaulted by the two young Palestinians Arabs who likely attacked her without any warning as she likely thought nothing of their approach as this was a shared use location. Her wounds were sufficiently severe and at least one stabbing wound to her neck could have easily been fatal rather than simply life threatening and her vital areas so barely avoided in the assault that Hashem was watching over her and her being spared was very fortunate. Her life is not immediately threatened but she is reported not to be completely out of danger though she is expected to recover. This makes her far more fortunate than approximately score and a half other Israelis whose families mourned a great loss as they fell to the terror wave being orchestrated by Mahmoud Abbas and the rest of the PA assets and multiple instigations and provocations. Just as the Israelis victimized by these terror attacks there are others also victimized by these viscous attacks, and those are the families of the other terror victims, these impressionable youths responding to the incessant driving propaganda being treacherously used to sacrifice Palestinian youths in the hope that each can murder at least one Israeli before being stopped. The PA would gladly trade ten young Arabs in order to murder one Israeli as they honestly believe that such a trade-off would work in their favor as they constantly claim, they celebrate death as the Jews love life, and this terror wave they are impelling is all the proof any observer would honestly need to understand the reality, but honesty and truth are another victim of the propaganda as the rest of the world refuse to understand the motivation behind the attacks and instead rush to blame Israel for, you probably can guess where this is going, blame Israel for using disproportional force. That would be like blaming police for using disproportional force because more criminals resisting arrest violently are killed than police officers were murdered by the criminals. After some of the recent events that received unimaginable media coverage when police could have been said to have used disproportional force even if a different terminology was used, the claim was the same and just as ludicrous in most if not all instances.

 

This terror attack can be used as a measure for the entirety of the propaganda versus the reality, a young lady and soldier was severely injured and almost murdered while her two assailants attempted to injure others and assaulted security officers who used their weapons to stop the attacks and preserve innocent lives; but if one asked, Mahmoud Abbas would describe today’s terror attack as an Israeli soldier was slightly wounded in an attack where two Palestinian youths, innocent youths, were murdered by the Israeli who over reacted. Terror, of course not, there was only an understandable reaction to Israeli acts which drive the Palestinians to believe they have no other recourse. There is a constant drumming of provocations, propaganda, lies, deceits, and preposterous incitements pushing the youth to believe they are defending their holy places which their own government tells them are under threat because of Jewish desecrations. Abbas then claims to the world that there are provocations because Jews are stealing Palestinian lands and are building everywhere. There has not been even a single new patio constructed since the 2012 reelection of President Obama but Abbas is not referring to building beyond the Green Line, his demand is the Jews stop building on all the lands they claim as occupied, which includes all of Israel. That is the other lie which is seldom if ever mentioned. The truth can be seen simply by visiting the PA, PLO, Hamas, Islamic Jihad or other Arab social media and translate the Arabic to a language such as English for the United States, or French in France or Brussels, or German for Germany, etc.; but apparently that is beyond the ability of the western media. The political and new media are even incapable of reading the many Internet sites which translate many of these videos and other media such as Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) and Palestinian Media Watch (PMW). Sometimes the easiest things prove to be far too difficult for politicians and media despite they are fully aware of the availability of accurate information as they prefer simply parroting that which makes them comfortable and reinforces their preferred slant on the news, the truth be damned.
