As North Korean Missiles Fly Tillerson Lies

We made a poor calculation, or so it seems. We had predicted, “somewhere between Thanksgiving and Christmas Kim Jong-un will announce he has had it with the American double-dealing and perversity and lies and return to firing missiles.” Apparently, Kim Jong-un did not even wait for Labor Day as on Saturday North Korea launched a set of short-range ballistic missiles and on Tuesday fired another missile, this time over the Islands of Japan. The series of missile firing came just days after U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson welcomed North Korea’s recent “restraint” suggested talks with Pyongyang may be possible “in the near future,” (Watch video below). Tillerson stated in response to the North Korean provocations that the missiles were a “provocative act” adding that the United States would continue to search for a peaceful solution. This is where we question whether or not Secretary of State Tillerson may be going off the rails concerning Kim Jong-un and North Korea as compared to his stances on Israel, Kurdistan and the Arab World’s general offensive along with Iran and Turkey against the world, specifically the Western World.

Secretary Tillerson, it has been noted in conjecture, has been the driving force driving the Administration’s suspicions and commentary against the Kurdish intentions to vote for a referendum to declare their independence from Iraq and form their formerly promised state of Kurdistan before the British reneged on their promise. The Secretary of State has also been a consistent thorn in the side of relations with Israel. The problems with Israel do not rise to the level that the relations with the Kurds have reached, but Israel has her independence already. Still, having Secretary of State Tillerson constantly promoting policies which reflect the Arabist views of the world in general and the views of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, or potentially Mecca and more appropriately, Medina, is wearing thin as it flies in the face of policies which would be to the advantage of the United States specifically and the free world generally.

We understand that the apparent assignment for the State Department is to play Devil’s advocate and oppose what would be right and best for the United States. This was evidenced when they sent a communist group to assist in writing the United Nations Charter and gave the Soviets advantages at every corner. It was further established with their strong advice to President Truman not to recognize Israeli independence, good thing he ignored their advice. Now they are advising the United States deny nationhood to the strongest and closest ally existing in the war on the Islamic State, the only group to have large success in driving the Islamic State from northern Syria, the peoples whom the United States has been arming and Israel has given tactical assistance yet the State Department claims they are unworthy of statehood as that would detract from Iraqi sovereignty and weaken Iran. We seem to remember some commentary about knocking Iran down a peg or two and rewriting parts of the deal with Iran over nuclear research into nuclear weaponry and the processing of uranium by President Trump. Apparently, Secretary Tillerson is concerned about what effect a Kurdish State might have on Iraq and Iran and very likely the Islamic State and Syrian dictator Bashir al-Assad.

These steps come in addition to Secretary of State Rex Tillerson making some antagonizing noise over Israeli “settlements” referring to legally built communities and cities according to the Oslo Accords stipulations while ignoring illegal building by the European Union along with the Arabs in Area C against every stipulation concerning this region by the Oslo Accords. It has become apparent that Secretary of State Tillerson and his State Department have decided once again to adopt the Arab revisionism of the Oslo Accords in which Israel has no right to Jerusalem, Akko, Ashdod, Ashkelon, Tiberius, Eilat, Beersheba and Tel Aviv. This had been the interpretation of the final settlement according to Yasser Arafat and has been adopted by Mahmoud Abbas and the PA and apparently also adopted by Secretary Tillerson in spirit if not in its entirety. Such sophomoric, treacherous and toxic advice can only embolden Abbas and the Arabs to avoid direct negotiations and in its stead demand concessions from Israel which Secretary Tillerson and the State Department will very likely pressure Israel to concede, as they always have, regardless of the position of President Trump or his Middle East envoy Jared Kushner and President Trump’s International Negotiator Jason Greenblatt which appears to be more open ended. While President Trump’s team has stated clearly an Administration position of no preconditions, preconceptions, or premonitions of the design of a solution, the State Department with a few worthy exceptions appears to be backing the continued failings of the “two-state-solution” directly in opposition to all other, including their own, efforts.

Secretary Tillerson also came out expressly against Kurdish independence. One would be following logic and good sense if they were to conclude from previous indications such as the United States arming of the Kurds in Syria and in warning off Turkey’s Erdoğan, who had started a general campaign militarily against the Kurds in Syria and Iraq, thus protecting Kurdish interests, that the Administration would back the concept of a new country named Kurdistan where the Kurds could fulfil their destiny free of tyrannical and counter productive interference from Baghdad. We would and have gone further in suggesting a greater Kurdistan which would span across northeastern Syria, northern Iraq and northwestern Iran and for allowing Kurds from outside the area, from Turkey, Syria, Iraq and Iran in particular, to return to their newly reestablished homelands free from outside influences or policies. The Kurds were another indigenous group which had been promised a return to their homelands and a freely established state after World War I and the divisions of the great empires of Austro-Hungary, German (which had included Poland within its borders) and Ottoman. One might be led to believe that Turkey would desire such a nation as a place they could force their Kurdish minority to emigrate and end their fears of Kurdish revolt but Erdoğan envisions a greater Turkey which would envelop the Kurdish regions and then the Kurds would be facing a similar fate than that of the Armenians under Ottoman rule. One can only wonder where Secretary Tillerson stands on the ideas of a greater Turkey or a hegemonic Iran which would include much of Iraq plus all of Syria and Lebanon (see concept map below). Greater Turkey would include areas of Syria and Iraq which the Kurds desire for their homelands and extend slightly beyond before they would run into Iranian Shiite opposition but would include Sunni areas of Iraq. Hegemonic Iran would incorporate much of Iraq and Syria plus all, if not beyond, Lebanon, Oman, Yemen, Djibouti and Qatar thus surrounding Saudi Arabia and Jordan who would be thrust together potentially being forced into having relations with Israel. The greater question would be how far along the coast of the Horn of Africa Iran might spread and whether or not Jordan would invite Saudi Arabian protection as part of the Gulf Cooperation Council (included in map).

Our guess of Secretary of State Rex Tillerson reacting to such a map as depicted would be outrage that Israel would take control of the lands actually promised her by the San Remo Conference, the Treaty of Sèvres, the Treaty of Lausanne, the Mandate System, the Conventions of the League of Nations and Article 80 of the United Nations Charter making these treaties and the entirety of their implications, promises, stipulations and implications all enforced by the United Nations. He would likely view at such a point as this that Israel rightfully belonged to Saudi Arabia as the British Mandate of Jordan had been included under Saudi protective rule, why not the remaining 22% of the British Mandate. He would question, with the support of the deep state of the State Department, the protestations expressed by the Israelis and would ignore the religious implications and what would verily happen should Israeli citizens ever come under Muslim or Arab rule. Secretary Tillerson would likely read some missive from the Saudi Royals which would be presented as their guarantee of protection for the Jews of Israel as they are People of the Book (أهل الكتاب) and as such a protected class of Dhimmis. He would infer that Dhimmis meant honored guests and a protected group as stated and would ignore the horrid rumors about the Jews being Kāfir (كافر) and thus could be subjected to the choice of convert to Islam or die without ever compromising their Dhimmitude.

Allow us to end with a beseechment to the leading advisors and their coordination impairment and the confusion, embarrassment and detriment they have caused. Please, President Trump and especially Chief of Staff John F. Kelly, Four Star Marine General (ret), clean up the imbroglio which is the President’s Cabinet. First and foremost, determine who amongst them are capable of supporting a single set of ideas and ideals and are willing to cooperate, then be rid of the rest. Next, sit them all down and play for them the main points President Trump promised to accomplish while campaigning. Then ask who would not be capable of not only supporting but actively engaging all their energies to accomplish whatever tasks they may receive to get these things accomplished. Those who appear even the slightest to delay and especially those who cough, hem and haw, be done with them and receive not their counsel. Lastly, ask each Secretary to submit plans to, first, restructure their department, second, cut their department staffing by a minimum of fifty percent, and lastly, to dissolve their department entirely and advising where critical actions could be best served. Then meet with the President and go through these plans and decide which departments need to implement which plan. Just as a starter, may we suggest you get rid of Educations Department, Homeland Security Department; half or more of the law enforcement bureaus starting with BTFE, and have the State Department reduce its staff by fifty percent, at least twice. Advice for President Trump, ignore much of the noise which erupts regularly from the State Department, as often doing the opposite of what they advise is the best move.

Trump Transition, President Obama and Israel

Just as President elect Donald Trump and his transition team will need to formulate a Middle East and North Africa (MENA) policy approach, intent and set goals as part and parcel of an entirely Trump’s American view of the world and Israel too need prepare to work with the President elect and on into the Trump first one hundred days teams, both also will necessitate a joint approach in preventing or having the means of mitigating any further actions which President Obama may plan or execute which would further poison the waters and lands of the MENA neighborhood. Making sure that President Obama makes the transition to the Trump Presidency as smooth and trouble-free as is humanly possible, especially when it comes to foreign policies must be an emphasis made understood by the current White House team. Such a message need be backed by the majority leaders currently in place, and any future one if there is a change in the works, visibly by letter to whatever means is required, even going to the media with a demand to be part of any Obama moves in the greater arena of world politics, particularly at the United Nations. As far as Israel is concerned, they are not out of the woods yet but they can see the break in the trees and the fields and a return from exile ahead. Still, they are in the woods and dangers are always lurking even this close to having survived. This is why Israel need setup an interface with Transition Team Trump through which they can give Trump and his MENA advisors any intelligence required to fill in the gaps which may exist. This line of communication must also advise Trump and his Transition Team of any rumored moves which President Obama appears ready to make particularly when it comes to Israel directly. Further, Israel need be informed of exactly where a Trump Presidency sees Israel and to attempt to sway their positions to a more friendly and giving future by making them aware of what Israel would prefer to see vis-à-vis Israeli freedoms to act in the coming years.

All of this means that the leadership of Israel absolutely must get their act together fast and iron out their intents and expectation for a Trump White House and establish solid, direct and cordial relations with fast, easy and accurate communications between Jerusalem and Washington D. C. which will make as sure as possible that Jerusalem is in the loop and understands what may be expected from them to reach any and all mutual goals. This especially refers to the first hundred days committee who need understand any necessary requirements vis-à-vis Israel particularly such that these requirements are built into the MENA policies as a whole going forward. Still, Israel need be concerned right up until President Trump officially takes control over all White House functions. Donald Trump must be made aware that it is imperative that he name his expected Ambassador to the United Nations and to Israel and have each head the transition thus being able to advise concerning the expectations for no further damage be done anywhere on the globe by team Obama in their final two months. It would also be in the future’s favor as should be envisioned by Israeli leadership to communicate with President elect Trump exactly what Israel would like to include with action on the front lines such that there is a smooth and amiable relationship in actions and hopes going forward. This is the best time for Israel to act responsibly and with targeted goals set in their sites and actually to act to accomplish their stated goals. This will require Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu to understand what an opportunity Hashem has placed before him. This is a sign that our prayers, those of Jews and Zionists around the world, have been answered and relief from the recent tyrannical acts which Israel and her friends have had to endure. This begs the question as to what are the greatest desires of the Zionist camp and how can these be best provided to Team Trump and be validated by the Israeli leadership. What is potentially sad is that arranging the participation and backing of such an agenda by the Israeli leadership will probably be the most difficult part of the path. Israeli leaders need to lead this new line of actions choosing carefully how to communicate and be heard in truth by the people with whom they are tasked to deal. The Israeli liaison team need be given an Israeli wish list for the first two-hundred day plan, if for no other reason than to indicate that Israel will not likely to be found sitting idly about and not ready and willing to press the frontiers of what is possible. Such is the onus upon Israeli leadership as there is not likely to come a more opportune time for realizing the Zionist dreams as a whole and complete Israel as originally promised in the Balfour Declaration and further ratified by the San Remo Conference, Treaty of Lausanne and set in stone by the, Treaty of Sèvres (see map below). Backed by these treaties and their affects upon established International Law and further confirmed applicable by Article 80 of the United Nations Charter, any Israeli team has sufficient backing to invalidate any claim for an independent Arab state further encroaching on lands promised the Zionists and set in stone by the entirety of world leadership as a whole.

Map Defining the Treaty of Sèvres and Mandate System

Map Defining the Treaty of Sèvres
and Mandate System

This time is the time when Israel not only needs but must act, imperatively so, and for what we Zionists were promised by a world set on restoring native homelands to their rightful owners who resided and had the reigning cultures present before Grecian, Roman, Byzantine and finally Islamic Jihadist Arabs denying and enslaving native populations taking what were then simply the spoils of conquest. The Ottoman Empire, the final form of the Caliphate, was to survive a million, two million, indefinitely into the future for all time expanding to impose Islamic law and rule over all the Earth was instead humbled and conquered by the Allied powers and thus was then capable of being returned to its indigenous owners or granted freedom to rule themselves. In the areas west of the Jordan River was an expanse of lands which remained uncultivated, devoid of irrigation and fresh water so sparsely populated that travelers wrote of the empty lands where people could ride for a day and meet but a few wandering people and perhaps a flock of goats, nothing more. Jerusalem was described as a ghost town except for its population of Jews who were ambitious sort unlike the others who appeared to depend on the kindnesses of the rare travelers for their fare which their outstretched hands appeared to demand. It was this barren and rocky landscape with the south consumed by the Negev Desert that the Jewish State was to be established while east of the Jordan under the rule of the Hashemite Dynasty the Arab State of Transjordan (today simply Jordan) many times the size was designed to be built. The proper time for the Israelis to finally and permanently claim all the lands promised them is now setting up everything as a part of the first hundred days. All that is actually required from President Trump is his recognition of Israeli claims and borders and to make good immediately on his pledge to move the United States Embassy to Jerusalem, even to western areas of Jerusalem though placing the United States Embassy to Israel in the Old City would carry significant meaning and be a very constructive move.

The main onus though, is upon the leadership of Israel. The requirement is for the leadership to, imagine this, lead. We understand that this is a new experience for them but it is of vital importance that this opportunity not only be grasped but ridden hard to forge everything which the Israeli people desire and to finally assure that all of Israel be made whole and under a singular governance. Anyone reading the Mandate System and the treaties mentioned above will immediately realize is all of these treaties and agreement include within them references or direct phrases demanding that the Jewish State protect and defend the property rights of those residing in the lands, the religious rights and grant these people a form of resident legalities which was to respect all their human rights but they were not necessarily to be granted political rights, they were not granted any right to self-rule in their own state or the right to vote in Israeli elections unless granted citizenship via whatever means the Jewish State would set. That understood, Israel could mitigate their not receiving a state of their own, could still set a semiautonomous region where the existing would be permitted local rule in each district but not permitted to partake in national elections until fully vetted and having passed a course preparing them for citizenship, and then each application would need to be given an interview and then be considered whether to grant them citizen status. Such an allowance for specific self-rule would be a first such arrangement for a newly established nation and Israel will also be within their rights to deport anybody who is tied to terrorist activities and disallow their reentry ever, period and end of that story. Whatever Israel believes is in their best and final interest is exactly what must now become the government’s reason d’etre. This is the time for action and not simply dreaming as this is that moment that those dreams can be realized.

Transition times have proven to be Israel’s time of misfortune in the past as the Islamic forces from the numerous and varied nation all demand that Israel be impeded and prevented from reaching any final deal in which Israel is permitted to continue as a Jewish state as their designs are for Israel to be subsumed by the Arabs who surround them. These nations operate under the concept that anywhere that an Arab or Muslim had trodden is and must forever remain a holy Islamic state where Arabs rule with absolute power and all non-Muslims reside as Dhimmi until the day when they will be demanded to convert or die, and both is not ruled out. This has been the demand actually made by the Arab Palestinians which is easily verifiable, just check the maps incorporated in their geography and history books and the truth becomes plainly evident (see images below). The means by which the Arab Muslims plan on destroying Israel can be divided between two approaches, direct and indirect. The direct approach is obvious, gain as much land as possible, increase terrorism and rocket firing and should Israel respond simply claim it would all end if Israel just return some area which is claimed to have been stolen. Repeat this and take Israel apart one piece at a time. The indirect method relies on inundating Israel with five to eight million so-called refugees of Apartheid. This claim of being dispossessed by Israel is as false as can be as over 90% of the refugees have never even seen Israel except on a map and certainly have never set foot on the lands they claim. Only, from amongst all the refugee populations of the world, is the status of refugee handed down generation to generation. Only the Arab refugees under UNRWA forbidden from taking on any other citizenship as they are to be denied peoplehood only if used to destroy Israeli democracy by inundating the tiny nation with sufficient refugees who will demand to vote Israel into an Arab state after which the Jews will need flee or be wiped from the face of the earth. That is the plan in a nutshell. What makes all of this so absurd is that the gest as well as the vast majority of these “Palestinian refugee camps” are located within areas under Hamas (Gaza City and other camps) rule or Palestinian Authority (PA) rule and many have relatives who reside within the towns in which the camp resides and the two sides of the family are kept separated just to destroy Israel. For this reason as their numbers grew from approximately six-hundred-fifty-thousand to seven-hundred-thousand refugees to today over five millions, a seven fold increase, these Arabs have been kept in camps which are actually apartment buildings very similar to those outside the camp with the main difference being the side of the barbed wire fencing they were built and the lack of opportunity for those within the barbed wire held there by Arab guards imprisoned by their fellow Arabs.

Palestinian Textbook Maps depicting Palestine as replacing Israel, not sharing the land in peace and security as the Europeans and the rest of the West insist to misrepresent

Meanwhile, the nearly eight-hundred-thousand Jews expelled from Arab lands and almost all came to Israel make up half the population and have played an intricate part in Making Israel all she is today. There is also an Arab population in Israel comprising approximately twenty percent who trace their parentage back to those Arabs who remained and chose to become Israelis rather than run and join the Mufti’s ill-fated army. These Arabs are full citizens, vote, worship, work, drive, play and live as they please. There are Israeli Arabs in the government both elected to the Knesset (Parliament) as well as working in the government offices. They are judges, physicians, lawyers, businesspeople, sheepherders, truck drivers, entrepreneurs, mayors, police, firefighters and serve in the Israeli Defense Force (IDF) if they choose to enlist and are enlisted and officers alike. Some Arabs work for Jews and some employ Jews or are placed in management above Jew and Arab alike. To state it as plain as possible, the Arab citizens in Israel are every bit a part and accepted members of Israeli society and can be as much a member as they choose. When claims are made that the Palestinians have not voted in Israeli elections, there is a good reason, they are not Israelis and many could have chosen such but were instead caught and imprisoned by their Arab brothers under the orders of the Mufti of Jerusalem back in 1949. This was to be their punishment and new utilization in the destruction of the Jewish State. That is the final item which need be communicated to the Trump advisors and others, that the Arab-Israeli conflict is not about land, it is about whether Jews are to be permitted to rule themselves or even to live at all on this planet. The original PLO charter and the Hamas charter both called for the eradication of the Jews, not the Israeli Jews but the Jews just as Hitler had desired. Hitler very likely was given the “Final Solution” as the manner of dealing with the Jews by the Mufti of Jerusalem who resided in Berlin during World War II and was an invitee, at his own insistence, to the Wannsee Conference where the Final Solution was drawn up and approved. The Mufti is rumored to have demanded the Nazis assist with the extermination of the Jews in the Middle East so he could rule an area free of the Jew. The Mufti probably initiated the Jews being made to wear the yellow star which had been the practice of an early sultan during the first Caliphate. The idea that the Arabs learned their anti-Semitism from the Nazis and the Europeans themselves is ridiculous as the Arab hatred of the Jews started in Arabia and was best exemplified in the Battle of Khyber where an entire town was murdered with the only exceptions being birthing age women and the trainable aged youth and it was this battle which set anti-Semitism, the unnatural hatred of the Jews, as one of the added pillars of Islam which has lasted to the modern times. This is why the pro-Palestinian often chant, “Khaybar, Khaybar, ya yahud, jaish Muhammad sayud.” The threat of Khaybar is the threat of extermination, harkening back to Muhammad’s annihilation of an entire tribe of Jews, the Qurayzah.

And here from Hezballah who are a terror group operating out of Lebanon claiming that Israel is occupying part of Lebanon which they claim that the Galilee belongs to them, these are all lands south of the Armistice Line between Israel and Lebanon and the internationally recognized border between the two nations. Israel removed every last person from Lebanon over a decade past.

The World Has Chosen, Have You?

The European Union has decided to instruct and advise the member states that they have decided that Israeli residents in Judea and Samaria, East Jerusalem and the Golan Heights must mark their goods as being unacceptable Jewish wares. There are many who see this, which some European Union Ministers have suggested in discussions, as simply anti-Semitic actions and only the first step towards a complete boycott of all Israeli goods (but not technology advances, medical discoveries, new medical procedures, new drugs, agricultural advances even those used to grow better and higher quality yields from grape vines and orchards which can only be tested largely in the ‘forbidden areas’ as that is where the majority of such crops are grown, and any other discovery which would prove to be highly productive and enhance life within Europe). The initial signs from Europe show some signs of promise and blowback as Czech Republic, Greece and Hungary have or are considering and assured of approving measures which would exempt them from this so totally obviously discriminant, criminally offensive and unparallelingly odious singling-out of Israel over all the other even more loathsome occupations such as China of Tibet which has included mass transfers of Tibetans from their lands and Chinese from their lands into Tibet in an attempt to destroy Tibetan culture and erase Tibetan history, the occupation of Western Sahara, by Morocco, areas occupied by Islamist extremists of Mali, Nigeria, Cameroon, Niger, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Togo, Benin, Chad and beyond into central Africa and ignoring the European history and wars fought over occupations of Alsace-Lorraine alternately by France and Germany, the occupation of the Sudetenlands of Northern Czechoslovakia and the conflicts in the Balkans. This European Union blatant move grounded in old hatreds and spite done solely to damage the one and only Jewish State of Israel deciding disputed ownership where the Israeli claim is backed by over three-thousand years of Jewish/Israelite rule and two millennia of yearning and the forever cherished dream of next year in Jerusalem and close to five thousand years of Jews living as a majority or minimally plurality population in Jerusalem and then there is the greatest of all proofs that the land belongs to the Jewish People which Europeans refuse to even admit is a possibility. What is that? It is the proof that every single empire which held the Promised Lands was completely unable to force the land to yield crops or anything of worth unless they allowed the Jews to work the lands and they worked the Jews through burdensome taxes at usury levels. The land always gave forth when the Jews, the lands’ promised People, worked the lands, the Promised Lands for the chosen people, as each was promised for the other and made the perfect combination. The final proof that now, when energy has become almost as precious and needful and Israel is being singled out to the extent they must rely solely on themselves, are there huge finds of natural gas just offshore from Tel Aviv and Haifa and oil finds in the northeastern Negev and possible finds near the Golan Heights (inside Green Line which the EU finds so defining) such that Israel will not be left wanting. The European Union would want you to believe that the Old City of Jerusalem, the Temple Mount, Shechem where the Tabernacle was first built, Hevron where the Patriarchs and Matriarchs of Judaism are buried, Abraham and Sarah, Isaac and Rebecca, Jacob and Leah in the Cave of Machpelah (Hebrew: מערת המכפלה); also known as the Cave of the Patriarchs, Joseph’s Tomb (Hebrew: קבר יוסף‎) just outside of Shechem and Rachel’s Tomb (Hebrew: קבר רחל‎) just outside Bethlehem have absolutely no record of being Jewish or Israelite whatsoever. My guess is when they became secular leftists their knowledge of the Bible vacated their brains along with almost all scientific and mathematic knowledge, especially the discipline of use of logic.

How much more proof is needed? Well, if you’re a Minister in the European Union Parliament your answer was likely there could never be sufficient proof. But just in case, allow us to also give some legal arguments which would be presentable and valid in any International Court worthy of such a title. The British can start with their initial promise of the Balfour Declaration which is a very important document with exact wording. Then there came the San Remo Conference attended by Great Britain, France, Italy, and Japan with the United States as a neutral observer, was held in San Remo, Italy, in April 1920 where the Balfour Declaration was formally recognized and codified into the British Mandate which led to the relegating of the lands west of the Jordan River for the Jewish State which became Israel and the lands east of the Jordan River, the majority of the lands (78%), reserved for an Arab State which became Transjordan and later renamed simply Jordan. The First Conference of London of February 1920 and the San Remo Resolution adopted on 25 April 1920 incorporated the Balfour Declaration of 1917 along with Article 22 of the Covenant of the League of Nations which were used as the basic documents upon which the British Mandate for Palestine was constructed.

Balfour Declaration and Initial Proposed Map and Lands

Balfour Declaration and
Initial Proposed Map and Lands

The San Remo Conference was accepted and incorporated into the Treaty which also abolished the Ottoman Empire, obliging Turkey to renounce all rights over Arab Asia and North Africa. Treaty of Sèvres was replaced in 1923 by the Treaty of Lausanne, which voided previous Allied demands for Kurdish autonomy and Armenian independence but did otherwise recognize Turkey’s current boundaries and had no other effects on the Treaty of Sèvres and thus the San Remo Conference Mandates remained as originally laid out. This all leads to the most recent legal and binding act when five months after the cessation of hostilities, at least in the Middle East as we are willing to bet a fair amount of hostilities ensued at Turtle Bay in New York City as the Security Council of the United Nations hammered out the precise wording of UNSC Res 242 which, contrary to the brilliant minds in the European Union could see, does not require that Israel return all Lands, the Lands or anything beyond just Lands. Israel more than met expectations when she returned all of the Sinai Peninsula and even offered Gaza which Egypt thought would be a better headache for Israel than for Egypt though currently it is rather difficult to tell. Thus far all the individuals leaving Gaza that have died either from bomb belts exploding or targeted fun fire have all been armed in some manner while this past week the Egyptians repeatedly shot while dead and alive and nude man who was mentally unstable to say the least crossing from Hamas into Egypt wading across in the Mediterranean. We decided not to include the video from an Arabic news station but a video exists for those who wish to bother looking for it. Israel even offered to return Judea and Samaria to Jordan but Jordan refused when they and Israel made their peace agreement. Further, as far as the need for another Arab state called Palestine, why did the Arab League not accept the United Nations offer in UN General Assembly Res 181 from November 29, 1947 and establish it then or even have established such a state for the nineteen years when Jordan occupied the very lands they demand today. Why is it only necessary to make this additional Arab state only because the Jews, Israel, now had repossessed the lands that are Israeli under international law and only were held by Jordan as an occupying power and nobody said a peep when the Jordanians forced the Jews living in the areas they occupied to vacate their lands and homes which were then given to Arabs by the Jordanians, now that is a crime according to international laws but as they were Jews it did not register? It was exactly like the founding of Israel and the ensuing process across the Arab and Muslim world to chase almost a million Jews from their ancestral homes in these lands where many had resided since the Roman dispersal with most ending up in Israel but never in a refugee camp left to languish for decade upon decade as have the Palestinian Arabs. There are Arab Palestinian refugee camps outside Gaza City and near Nablus and throughout Gaza and the west Bank but their own fellow Arab Palestinians refuse to receive them and allow them a normal life because they are a weapon against the Jews and Israel. Enough with the double standards and look it up and it is plain as we explained above, Israel liberated the lands west of the Jordan River, not occupied them. That truth alone negates all Arab Palestinian claims to the lands. They are welcome to reside peacefully on the lands and practice their religion as long as doing so does not include murdering Israelis at every opportunity, as that will never be tolerated as Jews will not die needlessly because somebody claims the Jews stole their land. If the Jews stole their land then what in all that are holy is their houses and farm lands if not that their lands have not been stolen as the Jordanians stole Jewish land in 1948-9. If there are Palestinians who really desire their own land in a nice airconditioned community may we make a suggestion? Just go on the Haj next year and make sure to arrive in time to claim sufficient accommodations at the location pictured below, it is Arab land, airconditioned accommodations and the electricity is free, that’s even better than they have now as there is not any kleptomaniacs pretending to be elected officials governing the area and stealing well over half of the billions upon billions if not trillions of dollars and euros coming from Europe and the United States and United Nations. The neighborhood is almost perfect as each resident has identical residences et. al.

one hundred thousand airconditioned tents Saudi Arabia to accommodate pilgrims on Hajj each has kitchen bathroom fireproof and never intended for refugees

As may be obvious by now, there exists sufficient evidence stemming from the Treaty of Sèvres which was signed by the ruling entity from the defeated Ottoman Empire and from subsequent agreements with the Arab League from between the end of World War I on through the roaring twenties (the 1920’s for those too young to have been told) all of which respected the Mandate system which included the French, British, Italian and briefly Russian Mandates which included the recognition that a Jewish State was part of the framework. If the Arabs chose to believe the British that they could and would prevent the founding of a Jewish State just as the Jews believed the British when they promised they would guarantee on the Crown of the British Empire that all lands west of the Jordan River would remain sacrosanct for all time, then we both have learned a new useless lesson. The evidence for the Jewish State, call it Israel or Eretz Yisroel; either way it is the homeland of the Jewish People and as Israel has proven by bringing home some of the lost tribes such as the Menashe from India and the Ethiopian Jews and others as they have been located, it truly is the homeland for all the Jews who desire to make it so. With the troubles in so much of the world and the increasing anti-Semitism, both on a person to person level and on a national level where national parties and politicians and even nations have chosen to be against Israel and to make of Yerushalayim a burdensome stone and in the end they will back themselves to pieces against that rock as it is a rock that will not crack nor will it move or give in any way.

That leads us back to the presumed theme of the article. The evidence is indisputable unless one adopts willful blindness and simply refuses to see all that can be placed before their eyes. There will always be those who will reject the idea of a Jewish state because to them the Jews must be a people without a land living at the mercy of others, often the mercy of the very people who would deny the Jews their own state. These people have based their entire religious beliefs, national relevance and history, based something so vital that they choose to deny the Jews the rights they would petition governments, demonstrate before world bodies and move Heaven and Earth to make a land for others, just not the Jews. The entire Arab Palestine movement with their chant of “From the (Jordan) River to the (Mediterranean) Sea Palestine must be free,” is a display of their desire to replace the Jewish State of Israel with another Arab state as it is all about destroying the Jewish State and not about the future fortunes of the Arab Palestinians. The leadership of the Palestinian Arabs know full well that should they be granted complete independence instead of their current semiautonomous governance where they would have election every four or five years if only Mahmoud Abbas would allow elections as it has been Abbas and his band of merry kleptomaniacs who have refused every offer even after making demands known once to President Bill Clinton and then had to flee in a panic as Israeli Prime Minister Olmert accepted the terms as relayed by President Clinton from Yasser Arafat. In the end the Jews will be the final arbiters of their fate and as such it is required that they retain the majority of Judea and Samaria and should retain all of the lands under their dominion. This would never mean that a single Arab would lose his or her land, home, business unless Israel were to offer each a stipend and generous compensatory buy-out program where Arabs and other minorities who would choose to move and start a new life elsewhere would receive in addition to the above another severance from the lands of Israel bonus with additional payout for each member of their household who desires to join them on their travel to a new land with the only stipulation than they never return to reside in Israel permanently and renouncing any claim to citizenship from Israel. Other than such as long as they and their family remain free of terror activities their life could improve and grow along with every other resident of Israel, but for such to start there need be three things. First is the rejection of the Palestinian Authority, Fatah Party, Palestinian Liberation Organization, or any other terror or nationalist movement which intends to replace or divide the lands making a new land within the Israeli border. Second would be deciding if they would prefer to go through a multi-step procedure to gain full Israeli citizenship or remain as an alien resident still under Israeli law but not eligible to vote but free to pursue other national citizenship. Third accept that any terrorist act carried out by anybody residing in your household with or without your knowledge could and likely would result in the expulsion of your entire family with a nominal stipend and buy-out of your property with forfeiture of any right to return within Israeli borders even to visit without first attaining a special waver from the government of Israel.

What is sad is that any nation would need to resort to such lengths in order to protect its residents and that any nations would condemn a nation for protecting their right as a nation to exist and to do so free from saboteurs and terrorists and taking the necessary safeguards to keep their people safe. The question people need to answer for themselves and not for Israel or for the Jews but for themselves is whether they will deny Jews the right to have a homeland just as do the Chinese, Japanese, French, British, Russians and twenty plus nations if you are an Arab. What is ridiculous at the highest magnitude is that a people of a faith which is one of if not the oldest religion still practiced under the same laws as they first established in the Torah and having finally returned to their homeland from antiquity before history, modern history, who had faced a dispersion at the hands of the Roman empire which was their method of destroying a peoples and was the fate of the Carthaginians who if not for Hannibal and the crossing of the Alps and great battles and wars with Rome which recorded these battles to recount their glorious exploits but other than in a history book, have you ever met a Carthaginian? The Jews survived the most drastic of punishments and banishments any people could suffer and are the only ones to remain a people and all because of one thing, Torah and its laws and traditions. It also helped that the Jews had almost three-thousand years as a people in the Middle East and the kind of identity that simply refused to die. So, will you choose to be with a people who have already defied history and proven there are miracles and Hashem does still live and has a vested interest in the actions of humankind and done so with a quiet modesty of those whose faith is stronger than all the forces which have risen against them only to perish after their short but boisterous rampage or with the much louder trumpets which will fall silent after their cacophonous fury lasts but a fleeting moment when compared to the history of the Jews. The Czech Republic, Greece and Hungary are choosing to side with Israel against the European Union, where will you decide to fall as this time once again the world gets to choose their fate before the furies of perdition come to claim their victims, those who chose poorly?
