Israel and International Laws and Treaties

Almost every article we have the displeasure of reading while performing research all seem to be missing or not understanding the rights and guarantees as well as the limits placed upon Israel and its Arab neighbors and citizens under International Laws under the various treaties reached after World War I and subsequently with the establishment of the United Nations under their Charter. We figured we would touch upon some of these misconceptions and misrepresentations which apparently abound. These include the litany of rights Israel is bound to provide its citizens and what limitations can be placed and by what criteria. They also present a solid and set boundaries for the Jewish State which apparently have been completely ignored by much of the world including, unfortunately, many Israelis and their politicians. What makes matters even worse is that there is virtually no discussion which includes these facts when addressing the steps which are available which can be taken to resolve all the issues simply by applying these International Laws which are bound to be enforced by the United Nations.

One vital bit which is often misrepresented are the set boundaries for the Jewish State under the laws and treaties including the San Remo Conference, the Treaty of Sèvres, the Mandate System and enforceable under Article 80 of the United Nations Charter. The original borders laid out under the San Remo Conference, the international agreement which took the Balfour Declaration and legalized its intents under International Law defined Israeli borders as currently exist with Lebanon in the north and with Egypt along the Negev-Sinai border and parts of the Golan Heights as the border with Syria and the Jordan River as the eastern border with Jordan. Under the expectation there would be a population exchange which did occur, but only in one direction, the eight-hundred-thousand-plus Jews expelled from the Arab and Islamic world (see map below). There were no Palestinian Arabs and no Arab state west of the Jordan River. The problems arose after the Arab forces which attempted to destroy the Jewish State upon her founding realizing territorial gains where Gaza was illegally occupied by Egypt and Judea and Samaria (Shomron or West Bank) was illegally occupied by Jordan. These regions were left open for Arabs from the surrounding nations to relocate, which many did, simply added to the Arab populations with Jordan relocating thousands of Jordanians into the region they illegally declared to be included within the borders of Jordan. Jordan applied not only political control of the area, but also provided Jordanian citizenship to the Arabs who resided in the West Bank. Were Israel to be treated as any normative nation, the Arabs in the West Bank and Gaza would have been relocated to Jordan and Egypt respectively once Israel liberated their regions freeing them of their occupying powers of Egypt and Jordan.

This was what was applied when India was split making Pakistan as a neighboring Islamic country. Millions of Muslims left India relocating to Pakistan and millions of Buddhists and Hindus left the area renamed as Pakistan for India. Similarly, areas of Germany, Russia and Austria-Hungary which were formed into new nations including Poland, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia, Romania and Lithuania were made to absorb their native populations back within Germany, Russia, Austria and Hungary respectively as part of the new map in Europe after World War I (see maps below). Exchanges of populations in order to retain national identities and populations has been the rule of thumb used in various resolutions with about the sole exception being the Jewish State. Much of Israeli history has been an example of how the world treats the Jews as an exception to the rules everybody else are held with the decisions always falling on the side which, for any outside and truly neutral observer, say an alien from another star system, would appear to have singled out one peoples for specifically strict and stifling application of completely unique application of political and geographic applications apparently with the intent of the destruction of this people and anything they build. This has been the case since the conquest under Alexander the Great and the Hellenistic Greek Empire continuing through the Roman conquest and continuing in the modern times with the British and the United Nations and other world powers and entities into the present. Apparently, Israel and the Jewish People are being demanded that they accept any Jews the world decides they do not desire remaining within their borders while also being forced to surrender lands to any and every claim which comes down the pike. This logic of accepting an ever-increasing population while retaining ever smaller areas of land is ridiculous and something being solely applied to Israel, the Jewish State.

German Empire and Austro-Hungarian Empire Before WWI and After WWI

German Empire and Austro-Hungarian Empire Before WWI and After WWI

Under the agreements by which the Jewish State of Israel was reconstituted has some very easily understood rules, restrictions, applications and defined legalities which include set borders and the rights which must be granted to citizens both Jews and Gentiles. By strictly applying these statutes, which the United Nations is obliged to accept and enforce as their commitments under the Mandate System, Israel could end all the many various attempts to delegitimize the Jewish State and reorganize, restructure and reestablish Israel as an Arab nation where the Jews would soon find themselves once again without a country. The International Law requires that Israel provide those residing within their borders, the borders defined above, with religious rights, social rights, freedom of movement within the same restrictions as Jews, economic rights, legal rights, residential rights, commercial rights and virtually all the rights permitted the Jews with an exception. This exception is where the world would go absolutely bonkers without having a leg to stand on under International Law. Israel may provide political rights to those who are not Jewish as they decide serves her best interests. This exception was applied to the Arab citizens of the annexed parts of Jerusalem. These Arab citizens were granted the right to vote in Jerusalem elections and those of smaller neighborhood political entities. These Arabs will not be able to vote in the coming national elections on September 17th as these are restricted from their limited autonomy.

The same could be applied to the Arabs of the Palestinian Authority once their current political structure is reconstituted allowing these Arabs to vote for their own leadership for the first time since the 2005 election of Mahmoud Abbas. Israel has not denied these Palestinian Arabs the right of voting for their own governance, Mahmoud Abbas has refused to allow elections knowing he would lose his position and then possibly his life if he did not depart quickly enough. These Palestinian Arabs would finally be electing their own leaders and be liberated from the oppression of the Palestinian Authority and Mahmoud Abbas. But their election of their own local leaders could be where their restricted political power would be permitted. Should any Palestinian Arabs relocate to another area within Israel, their right to vote in local elections would need to be decided upon by the Knesset and the courts but under International Law they would have negated any political rights by relocating. They would retain all other rights which are guaranteed under International Law with the exception of political rights. This also means that the Palestinian Arabs would not be permitted on any national ballot or list of any political party though they would be permitted to run in localized elections where their limited political rights would allow them to vote. This would grant the Palestinian Arabs semiautonomous political rights in selecting their immediate governance while remaining under Israeli laws. Of course, they would always retain the right to leave and emigrate to any other nation in the world which is willing to accept them. This is a far more workable solution than the other most obvious alternative, driving them into Jordan across the Jordan River and into Egypt across into the Sinai Peninsula. Such a solution would break the rules imposed under the British Mandate, a solution put in place by the British with the intent of preventing the Jewish State from ever being realized, but would remain within the rights Israel retains as the results of the lands liberated in response to an offensive war brought against Israel in June of 1967 and the Six Day War.

While completely complying with the various treaties, conferences and other legalities, Israel could extend her border to its rightful place, the Jordan River, expel and exile the leadership of the Palestinian Authority and all members of any of the various terrorist entities legally barring them from entry within the Israeli borders due to their taking positions as enemies of the State of Israel and sworn to her destruction. This is no longer applicable to Gaza as Israel released her claims to this region though at any point where Hamas, Islamic Jihad or any other entity within Gaza launches rockets or other attacks upon Israel, then Israel could retake Gaza and expel the terror entities extending Israeli rule over Gaza while providing the Palestinian Arabs residing within the same rights and conditions as they would provide to the Arabs residing currently under the Palestinian Authority. In both locations, Israel would be replacing dictatorial regimes with smaller entities which would be of a democratic nature with regularly held elections which would be overseen such that they would be fair and free elections where all would be permitted to run and vote from within the defined region. Both Gaza and Palestinian Authority Arab communities would be permitted, if desired, to elect a single governance over their respective areas. This would permit the Arabs to have immediate local governance and a regional governance if they so desired, though the larger the area governed, the greater the opportunity for returning to the same governance as is currently causing the vast majority of their difficulties.

Once Israel would annex either region, their utilities and infrastructure would be repaired, upgraded and improved making their lives healthier and far more pleasant. These are areas the current governance sees little reason to perform regular maintenance, let alone improvements, has led to some health problems from contaminated ground water, lack of sewage treatment, inadequate electrical generation, lack of clean drinking water and various other problems currently being ignored. Once annexed, these problems would be resolved with proper repairs and upgrades being provided. In exchange, Israel would expect that their laws be followed and terrorism to come to an abrupt halt. Well, we may be dreamers, but our eyes are open and we realize that terror would continue but, hopefully, at an ever-decreasing rate. Israel would likely find it necessary to change her laws regarding terrorist acts. The main change would need to make terrorist acts potentially punishable by exile after their prison sentence has been served or as simple as exile being conducted immediately upon conviction. Israel would have every right under current International Law for any of these options with the option of declaring the Jordan River as her eastern boundary being the necessary first step.

There would be some degree of pushback. Within Israel such pushback would come from the left side of the political spectrum and would take every step of this before the Supreme Court often using judge shopping to find the perfect panel which supports their political agendas. This is only in Israel to the best of our knowledge, but a Supreme Court decision on these matters could be in turn taken before a larger panel of Supreme Court judges and overturned. (We know, first the mess currently swirling around how justices are chosen and other procedural items need be ironed out, but all in good time.) The European Union, United Nations, UN Human Rights Council along with other UN agencies, numerous European countries, more than just numerous NGOs and who knows how many other entities will all be clamoring and demanding that Israel cease and desist from these actions. This can be stated in a more concise manner which the left uses almost every time they do not get their way and another policy is initiated instead by their normal complaint, ‘What will the world say. They will be so upset and will take serious exception to such actions.’ Our reply is actually quite simple, ‘They already complain about anything we do which is in our best interests. The world wants us destroyed now and whatever we do will not make it any better as long as we continue to exist as the homeland for the Jewish People. They want Israel replaced by another Arab dictatorship and the Jews made homeless once more so they can persecute us and we will have nowhere to go where we could be safe.’ An even simpler means of saying all this is to simply inquire how any action Israel does in her own interest changes the rejectionism suffered under current conditions. Israel will be denounced simply for existing and desiring to continue to exist. As long as we are being denounced, it is best if we are denounced for building our nation and making it a safer place for ourselves and any tourists visiting.

While we are acting in our own interests, Israel should immediately take complete control of the Temple Mount making it open to everyone and allowing all the entrances to be used universally and none reserved for any single group. Israel should also take control of Hevron and the Jewish Holy Sites in that region including but not limited to Joseph’s Tomb (Kever Joseph) and the Tomb of the Patriarchs and Matriarchs (Machpelah) where Abraham, Sarah, Isaac, Rebekah, Jacob and Leah are entombed again making the site accessible by all with equality and any other religious sites including those of Christianity and making them all more readily accessible. The first step in this process will be the most difficult, and it will entail the Israeli leadership actually fully understanding that Israel has equal rights and should not bow to international pressure and instead pursue the agenda which is best for Israel and allow the world to do what they will. Whatever their initial reactions, with time they will adjust and adapt to the new reality and since Israel would have International Law behind these actions, even if they brought Israel before the world court system, we have the treaties and other agreements which would allow for a slam-dunk easy win for the Israeli representatives. Even the United Nations could be taken to these very same courts and be forced to allow the application of the terms and borders laid out in the Mandate System agreements. When the International Law reinforces your position, that is a position of strength which used to its fullest would greatly enhance and improve the positions which Israel will soon be forced to take when the world has their inevitable conniption fit.

Inside the Head of Mahmoud Abbas, His Mind and His Concept of Peace

Mahmoud Abbas has two items in his mind, his definition of a just peace and keeping the cash flowing into his and his family’s pockets. He has a great gig going as he simply refuses to accept any peace which permits the Jewish State to continue while knowing that as long as he holds out, there will be an enormous cash flow from which he diverts his unfair share. Israel has nobody to blame but their own errors in expecting that the PLO could be reformed and reach a lasting peace with Israel. These conclusions were in straight defiance of the things claimed by Mahmoud Abbas and Yasser Arafat before him. They spoke of conquering all of Palestine in stages making a peace and then breaking it demanding more land after each time. But peace is the last thing on Mahmoud Abbas’s mind as he is making off great raking in the slimmed funds right off the top of the monies from the EU, the UN and until recently, the United States and numerous other nations in Europe and the Middle East. Abbas can travel anywhere in the world freely and be received as an honored guest often shown far more respect that Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu would receive visiting the same places and people. Mahmoud Abbas sits in the catbird seat almost invulnerable to any accusation for he has been crowned by the EU, UN, numerous NGO’s, several UN Agencies, politicians near and far as the peacemaker and the sole promise for the Middle East. No title has ever been less appropriate.

There has been one central pillar to Mahmoud Abbas and his vision of peace, namely that President Trump and his Deal of the Century and anything else President Trump cares to present will be dead on arrival. Abbas has sworn to refuse any and everything proposed by President Trump. After all, is not refusing to consider any peace proposal how one becomes the peacemaker? But still Mahmoud Abbas has declared that he is open to any just peace which he defines as receiving his 22% of the British Mandate lands. Check the map below which depicts the British Mandate and the intended division as per treaties and conventions including being enforceable by the UN according to Article 80 of their Charter. This division gave 78% of the British Mandate lands to the Arabs as the country of Transjordan, subsequently changed to simply Jordan, and 22% for the Jewish State of Israel with the Jordan River as their border. This is the 22% Abbas is referencing when he claims he is ready for a just peace where he receives his rightful 22% of the British Mandate lands. He is referencing all of Israel as denoted in the 1964 original PLO Charter where they laid no claims to the West Bank under Jordanian rule or Gaza under Egyptian occupation but their claim was the rest of Palestine, simply all of Israel. Their claim has not changed, they just increased the size of what they demand to include what is today all of Israel. This is the demand of the man they title peacemaker and laud him wherever he goes in Europe, the United Nations and much of the developing world where he is viewed as some form of hero.

British Mandate as prescribed division between Arab State of Jordan and Jewish State of Israel

British Mandate as prescribed division between Arab State of Jordan and Jewish State of Israel

As recently noted, but worth another stating, the PLO has decided that no Arab has the right to leave their region seeking to make a new start anywhere else. They are holding their population as hostages just as they did to the Arabs who obeyed the Mufti’s order for them to come behind the Arab lines such that the soon to be conquering Arab armies could simply shoot everyone they found. When the conquering Arab armies failed to conquer quite as well as planned, they took the occupied regions of Gaza and the Shomron (West Bank) and locked the Arabs who trusted them to win annihilating the Jews into camps to be used as bartering chips claiming all of the land of Israel. This is the true origins of the vast majority of the Arab refugees who they claim were cleansed when they were called out by the Mufti of Jerusalem and they obeyed and such is their reward. Theirs is to await the final redemption of the lands from the Jewish usurpers. When the Arab world delivers on the promise of the Mufti, the total destruction of the Jewish State and the cleansing the region of everything Jewish, then these refugees in the camps are presumed to be permitted to return and enjoy the spoils, that was the original promise. As far as the world is concerned, these Arabs are the sole refugees from this conflict completely ignoring the over 800,000 Jews forced to flee the Middle East and North Africa who largely made Aliyah and came home to Israel. These Jews as well as those from Ethiopia and India amongst other remote locations, put to a lie the claim that all of Israel is made up of European Jews. Granted, European and North American Jews make up almost 18%, while Russian Jews make up another 16%, plus African and Asian Jews are just over 25%, while lastly the native-born Jews in Israel make up 39% of the Jewish population (see table below). With the rising anti-Semitism seemingly being world-wide, one can expect even more Jews making Aliyah and coming home if for no other reason, Israel will take them while the rest of the world would rather not touch them.

Table Depicting Countries of Origin of Israeli Jews

Table Depicting Countries of Origin of Israeli Jews

But as far as Mahmoud Abbas is concerned, there was no Jewish history anywhere in the Middle East, all Jews come from New York, Los Angeles, London and the other major cities in Europe and North America. Judaism, to Abbas, is a religion and not a people or any group with a rightful claim to have lands anywhere like Islam which is the only form of rule suitable for planet Earth. You see, Mahmoud Abbas is a Muslim and thus believes that the world is broken into two regions, Dar al-Islam, the world under Sharia and thus peaceful and good, and Dar al-Harb, the world to be conquered by Islam and thus the world of war where evils are to be conquered and purified by Islam. This is behind his inability to allow or accept to grasp the idea of the Jews having their own state. Jews are to be hounded and chased from place to place never feeling safe or secure and without normative rights and definitely no privileges. The Medina Quranic verses are not very favorable towards Jews. The Medina Quran was written after the Meccan Quran and thus its verses overrule the earlier ones under the concept of Abrogation. A brief description of the two Quranic writings can be viewed here. There is no concept of any Jewish state despite all of the evidence, something the PLO and the Waqf have both attempted to destroy by digging presumably new water pipes on the Temple Mount leaving tons of dumped and broken pieces of Jewish history which is sifted through by a team of dedicated workers. They deny any and everything found linking the Jews to the land such as this recent find in Shiloh. And as far as the Jews returning to the lands from whence, they came, does this include the return of the properties of the Jews exiled from the Islamic world?

If anyone is ever planning on reaching some form of peace, currently the best method would be to grant every Arab the choice to emigrate to another country after receiving a generous payment for all properties and a relocation bonus which could be quite a handsome amount. This was the plan presented numerous times throughout the history of Israel and somehow it always gets ignored. It would be ideal if somebody were to overrule Hamas and the PLO and provide protection for those who desired to take the offer for relocation such that they could leave in safety and in an orderly manner. Such an offer cannot be enforced by Israel simply because the world would rise up with great indignation claiming this was just another form of ethnic cleansing when it is actually the second half of relocating those on the wrong side of the agreed upon borders. There were over 800,000 Jews exiled from the Arab and Islamic world and this would be the second half where the Arab refugees are accepted into the Arab world just as Israel took in the exiled and instant refugee Jews. But then we run into the same problem, Israel is not treated like any other nation. For Israel, her decisions must be approved by the rest of the world simply because the world has claimed the right to instruct Israel in what she may and may not perform. This is simply refusing to solve a problem which will only end in one means, a war where the casualties are unimaginable as should the PLO, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Hezballah and Iran continue on their present course, they will educate their populations steeped in hatred of Jews and Israel specifically and then have a general attack by the populations rising up. This would consist of the Arab population of the PLO area, Gaza and southern Lebanon aided by IRGC and Iranian units in Syria all attacking Israel with rockets and literal waves of civilians surging across the borders in an effort to displace the Jews. When these waves are intercepted, then the EU, UN and the rest of the chorus will raise their voices decrying the offense to humanity. But they are the ones forcing this inevitability upon Israel, and just as bad, upon the Arab population and largely its youth as this human wave attack will be populated. Allow the Arabs to freely decide whether they wish to live under Israeli rule west of the Jordan River or wish to be bought out and given a substantial investment in their relocation aiding them and making them desirable to other nations. This or the final fight will one day come and the world will wonder how such a thing could happen, and they will be shocked and feign innocence. And that claim of innocence is the last straw which will forever break their credibility, as if they have all that much now.

Why the Middle East Peace Process Will Continue

The Israeli-Arab Peace Process, aka Middle East peace, aka Palestinian Peace Process and likely a plethora of other monikers are all equally misleading and just an arrogant lie. There never has been an actual peace process. The Oslo Accords of 1993 were simply a reason to bring back Yasser Arafat and his terror henchmen to eradicate the Jewish State. Oslo was initiated by a group of Israeli leftists, the Netherlands operating as the European enabler used by the State Department, and State Department officials working to destroy Israel for their Arab oil masters. The description just given is not intended to claim that everybody involved in the Peace Process do so with ulterior motives other than establishing peace. The actual expected goals of the peace process is to cut Israel down by taking a piece this decade, a peace that decade and piece after piece until Israel is unable to defend herself and is eradicated in an orgasmic genocidal assault by Arab terror forces and armies who will simply finish their intended purpose in fighting the Zionist Entity best described so succinctly by Azzam Pasha, Secretary-General of the Arab League who stated, before six Arab armies invaded the nascent state of Israel in May of 1948, “It will be a war of annihilation. It will be a momentous massacre in history that will be talked about like the massacres of the Mongols or the Crusades.” This idea was known to be the state of things as they prepared to leave their Mandate allowing those residing within to fend for themselves. Jordan was already established as Transjordan, and the Arabs had six national armies and several militias and terrorist forces ready for the expected annihilation of the Jews and their state. The British went so far as to confiscate every firearm and weapon the Jews had managed to stockpile and transfer them to the Arab militias arming more Arabs and disarming Jews. This attitude by most of Europe has never changed and they are still on the sidelines cheering for the end of Israel.

The latest example of the animus targeting Israel comes from a United Nations forum headed by Norway consisting of the fifty-four-nation United Nations Economic and Social Council which considered a resolution that says, “the Israeli occupation remains a major obstacle for Palestinian women and girls with regard to the fulfillment of their rights.” Norway, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Ireland, Luxembourg and Malta joined with China, Russia, Iran and Venezuela and 29 other nations in supporting this targeted resolution. There was also another resolution that was passed mentioning “social repercussions of the Israeli occupation” more generally. Israel was the only country named as a violator or trouble spot by the Council during the session, according to the UN Watch organization. Only Canada and the United States voted against the resolution while the United Kingdom, Germany, Brazil, Mexico, Romania and Ukraine were among the nine nations that abstained from the vote. This is one of a myriad of examples of the world stirring the pot blaming Israel for every ill and difficulty faced by the surrounding Arab World, specifically the Arab Palestinians.

This farce known as the Peace Process has been continued despite all evidence that it is useless as the Arab Palestinian leadership, be it the PLO, Palestinian Authority (PA), Hamas, Islamic Jihad and even Hezballah, all consistently exclaim their intentions to destroy Israel and even kill every Jew on planet Earth and that they have absolutely no interest in peace other than the peace of the grave for the Jews and their state. The PA has refused every attempt at peace even to include the occasion where President William Jefferson Clinton received from Yasser Arafat his minimal demands which he would accept to make peace. President Clinton then met with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak twisting his arm and bending his ears until he agreed to meet the entirety of Arafat’s demands. All were gathered the next morning in Paris, France, as Prime Minister Ehud Barak and advisors, President Clinton, Secretary of State Madeline Albright and advisors along with a herd of media were waiting for the signing of this monumental agreement hammered out by President Clinton specifically to meet Yasser Arafat’s every demand. Yasser Arafat appeared coming down the steps, walking straight across the rotunda, out the entry foyer and into his waiting car which sped him to the airport where he flew to Aman, Jordan and subsequently initiated the Second Intifada in place of peace. This was likely the closest any United States President ever came to actually reaching a peace between Israel and the Arab Palestinians as President Clinton had gone to sleep content in the fact that he had done all that was necessary to reach peace. Under President George W. Bush, another Ehud, this time Prime Minister Ehud Olmert, agreed to what has been termed the most favorable peace offer ever made to the Arab Palestinians and it was rejected outright. Also, during the terms of President George W. Bush, Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon agreed to remove every last vestige of Jewish and Israeli presence throughout Gaza providing the PA with an opportunity to show the world their great ability to run an actual governance and economy. Within a few years, Gaza was surrendered by the PA to Hamas in a bloodied coup and is today controlled and ruled by Hamas with Islamic Jihad with both terrorist groups coming under Iranian influence, Iranian control. The result of this sacrifice by Israel, like every other concession Israel has made for peace, fell on deaf ears only to be met by further terror, death, injuries and violence.

There have been two glaring truths which the United Nations, European Union, Non-Aligned Movement (group of over one-hundred developing nations often voting in unison with the Arab world), the Arab and Muslim worlds, Pseudo-Human Rights groups, United Nations agencies and the multitude of anti-Israel, anti-Zionist, anti-Semitic NGO’s have all gleefully ignored, that Israel has made all the concessions seeking a real peace while the Arabs have continued to demand that the Jewish State be dissolved and the Jews placed under Arab rule to do with them as demanded in the Quran. For those not that familiar with the Quran, we offer our article as an introduction, Which Quran, Mecca or Medina? and provide the truth, the Quran allows Islamic rulers to provide the Jews with protection in exchange for their paying the Jizya, and when this proves inadequate to tolerate the insult of Jews living within the Islamic World, the Jews are given their final choice, convert or die. The eventual result of destroying Israel and allowing for Arab Islamic rule to take over the lands, is the extinction of the Jews who were unable or simple refusing to leave Israel despite any hardships. The eventual intent of the Arab Palestinian leadership is the genocidal removal of the Jews from what they consider to be their world.

Star of David Ornate

The Arab Palestinian leadership has reached the pinnacle of obstinance with the coming “Deal of the Century” which is being proposed by President Donald Trump. Mahmoud Abbas (Yasser Arafat in a suit) denounced any and all preferrings originating from the United States as long as President Trump holds the White House. Yes, there is definitely a “hate-hate” relationship between Mahmoud Abbas and President Trump. Mahmoud Abbas is able to denounce any and all peace offerings simply depending on the support of the anti-Trump Democrats in the United States and the anti-Trump Europeans to continue to support Abbas and protect him from any harm which could result from the efforts by President Trump. These anti-Trump forces have all the agencies of the United Nations, the Human Right Commission, the United Nations General Assembly, the BDS Movement, numerous anti-Israel NGO’s, the European Union, and, of course, the Arab and Islamic Worlds to utilize in their efforts to support and continue the terror assault on Israel and her citizens. So, this all begs the question, what are the actual intents of more of the world than even we feel comfortable in recognizing. Well, the initial answer is that much of the world as well as including specifically Mahmoud Abbas, the PA, Hamas, Islamic Jihad, Hezballah, Iran and most of the Islamic World have absolutely no desire for peace with Israel but rather peace of the grave for all Israel.

The real problem facing Israel disguised as the Peace Process is the desire of the majority of the world’s leadership and power brokers to erase what they regard as their greatest mistake, the granting for the Jews self-rule in their ancient homelands. One can see how Britain along with France and numerous others starting almost immediately after the San Remo Conference in taking lands from the British Mandate intended for the Jewish State and gifting them to Arabs. The first such move was the taking of the Golan Heights and Britain giving them to France to incorporate into the Arab nation of Syria and denying them to Israel. The next move was to take seventy-eight-percent of the remaining British Mandate lands and making them into Transjordan (now Jordan) placing it under the rule of the Hashemite Arab Muslims. From this point, things begin to become absolutely absurd and are only believable by studying history of the region since the 1850’s when the initial Zionists started to arrive followed soon thereafter by waves of Arabs seeking employment or by stealing lands (farms) from the Jews who had built irrigation and drained the swamps. Those seeking employment or willing to cooperate with the early Zionists were welcomed. The others, under the influences of the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem Amin al-Husseini, gathered starting in the 1920’s rioting destroying Jewish businesses, homes and murdering Jews while the British largely stood aside observing only firing a weapon when the Arab gangs threatened the British troops, and one shot fired into the air or ground was all the British were required to shoot to end the violence. The violence was rarely, if ever, terminated by firing a single shot as long as the Jews were the sole targets. But what about the modern era, what has developed?

President Trump has held his economic introduction announcing the extent of monetary assistance he is willing to provide in order to improve the lives of Arab Palestinians. Obviously, President Trump must be unaware that the Arab Palestinians receive an inordinately huge percentage of economic aid provided all needful people as displayed by the graph below. As evidenced, the Arab Palestinians have received between three to ten times the economic aid provided other needy peoples. All this infusion of monetary aid has never come close to doing anything beyond providing the funds to continue the terror war against Israel. But President Trump and the presumed others who are promising this economic infusion into the PA and Gaza will not need be delivered as the PA, PLO, Hamas, Islamic Jihad and much of the Arab world have refused the aid claiming that they cannot be bribed into accepting the Jewish State. Most of the economic aid will find its way to these terrorist groups anyways. Even if this promised money is not given under President Trump, it will be granted over time by the United Nations, UNRWA, the European Union, numerous European nations, NGOs around the world and other state and non-state actors will be sure to provide funding beyond their wildest requirements. This was evidenced when President Trump cut United States funding of UNRWA as they refused to modify their curriculum from initiating terrorism and violence against Israel and Jews to a curriculum more conducive for promoting peace and President Trump also cut the funding to the PA removing an amount equivalent to their investment in the “pay to slay” funding of terrorism and the Europeans and United Nations immediately stepped forward and filled the gap in funding as the terrorism must continue. President Trump has asked the “question which must not be asked” when he postulated that Mahmoud Abbas, Hamas and most of the Arab Palestinian leadership do not desire to make peace and instead intend to continue their terror war against Israel and the Jewish People with any and all funds received. Now that the “question which must not be asked” has been hatched and all have had to realize the truth, that the Arab Palestinian leaders will never accept peace unless it destroys the Jewish State placing the Jews, considered to be inferiors to their Islamic masters, allowing the Arabs to hold their rightful place as rulers over all of the lands. Thus, their chant across the Western college and university protests of, “From the (Jordan) River to the (Mediterranean) Sea, Palestine must be free.” Many Western leaders agree with the sentiment of those words and are agreeable to working towards such an end.

This explains why no peace has ever been attained. Contrary to the pro-Arab and anti-Semitic world’s claims that Israel has never made any moves or sacrifices for peace, the evidence is vastly different. Israel returned the Sinai Peninsula to Egypt for peace. Israel left Gaza for peace and received rockets, incendiary balloons and kites and continual rioting along the Gaza border. Israel provided in the Oslo Accords to divided the region granting the Arab Palestinians civil control over Areas A and B while Israel was granted control over Area C. Currently, the European Union has been building unauthorized illegal structures throughout Area C and labeling them as Arab Palestinian communities in an attempt to cut all of the Jewish communities off from the rest of Israel leaving them to wither on the vine. The United Nations joins the European Union in condemning Israel should Israel destroy these illegal structures. They insist that these are viable and Arab communities with all the rights of a recognized community, despite the fact most of these communities are not used as residence for anyone and only some come into use for guided tours of the deprivations the Arabs live under because Israel refuses to give them water, sewage systems, electricity, gas, proper roads and other utilities for these illegally built communities. They pay Arab Palestinians to sit around these structures providing a show for people, usually media and political visitors, who are brought through to witness the play which unfolds as the propaganda for blaming Israel as if she was actually depriving the Arab Palestinians a decent life. All of this trouble simply to provide cover for the terror war designed to eventually destroy the Jewish State. But this farce continues to function like a well-oiled machine backed by the UN, EU, Arab and Islamic Worlds, the world’s dictatorships and other anti-Semitic forces. The Arab Palestinian terror masters do not have to do anything but continue to murder Jews and destroy every and anything Israeli and they will have sufficient support from most of the world, eventually including the United States despite what many believe, and the cash will continue to roll in.

Now there has come one last item which, if it does not trigger a reaction, will finally reveal the fraud that is the Arab Palestinian cause. It has come to our attention that the PA has forbidden Arabs to voluntarily leave the PA controlled areas. At political symposium in Jericho, Saab Erekat stated, “…we will not allow resettlement or formation of refugee committees for that aim, while holding on to the settlement of their cause in accordance with international legitimacy resolutions.” The PA is demanding that UN Resolution 194 which states, “refugees wishing to return to their homes and live at peace with their neighbours should be permitted to do so at the earliest practicable date, and that compensation should be paid for the property of those choosing not to return and for loss of or damage to property which, under principles of international law or equity, should be made good by the Governments or authorities responsible.” Israel opened their doors in the first decade of Israeli existence for those Arabs who had fled at the behest of the Mufti to return. The Arab League leadership refused to permit these Arabs from returning placing them into refugee camps where they and their prodigy have remained in limbo ever since. This demand is a smoke screen which is glaringly obvious as they are refusing to permit Arabs from leaving their locations, be that in Gaza, Areas A and B, and the remaining refugee camps, thus how can UN Resolution 194 be carried out if Arabs are forbidden from moving, period. Their demand, which will become a rally cry screeched over any statement describing the true reality, will be possibly, “UN Resolution 194, show the Jews the exit door.” Then, with boosts from their enablers, they will claim that Israel is refusing to allow Arab Palestinians from returning to their homes, which mostly have not existed since the early 1960’s, and the world will ignore Erekat’s declaration that no Arab will be permitted to leave the PA ruled areas and Hamas has the same restriction in Gaza. So, as usual, the Arabs are causing the perpetuation of the terror war and victimization of their own population and then are echoed by their enablers when singing their old tune that the Jews are restricting Arab freedom of movement. Lastly, this new restriction was put in place just in case the “Deal of the Century” which President Donald Trump is revealing might include resettlement of the Arab Palestinians, often returning them to the country from which they had left to move to the areas becoming the Jewish State of the years and rejoining their families and tribes which mostly remained behind. So, Arab Palestinian leadership restricts the movement of their citizens which the world blames Israel for this restriction because the Arab leadership will claim they were forced to take these steps because Israel must be blamed because the world knows how those Jews can be. Well, if given truth serum, then maybe many in the world would speak the truth, otherwise they just blame Israel, the nation of the Jews.
