Iran and Hamas Make-Up and Reunite in Terror War

Hamas had insulted Iran and basically enjoined with the Iranian Enemies fighting against Syrian strongman Bashir al-Assad while Iran and Russia were supporting and arming Syria and their terror allies from Lebanon, Hezballah. This little parting of their ways Hamas was cut-off from their suppliers of rocket engines, largest and most capable rockets and tunneling expertise which had been provided by Iran or Hezballah agents. The IRGC (Iran’s Revolutionary Guard Corps) are the Iranian forces who are deployed to train groups and facilitate terror across the globe through providing expertise in rockets, ambush tactics, explosive construction, tunneling expertise, bunker construction and advice across a wide variety of subjects which assist in maximizing effectiveness and destruction of properties and killing of often civilian innocents in addition to military and security personnel. Their initiated conflict with the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces) cost Hamas much if not all of their infiltration tunnels which the IDF destroyed through selective placement of explosives collapsing the numerous and varied main and sub-tunnels which had reached across the Israeli border and to exits near or within numerous Israeli kibbutzim and military staging sites to utilize in a planned Rosh Hashanah massive terror assault, an assault which was prevented by the tunnel demolitions saving untold numbers of Israelis across the entirety of the Gaza border and beyond had all their plans succeeded. The leadership of Hamas has been attempting to make their apologies and reestablish their friendly relations and restore their lifeline for arms and expertise which had been lost when they sided against al-Assad, a close Iranian ally and critical state if Iran is to maintain their Shiite Crescent from Tehran to Beirut and other Mediterranean port cities. Syria is also important as the Damascus International Airport is the main point for Iranian and Russian supplies, especially advisors and armaments, to be transferred to Syrian military forces and to Hezballah, the terrorist entity which has gained control over Lebanon giving Iran an ally capable of threatening the northern borders of Israel. Now with the reunion of Hamas with Iran, the Iranians have reestablished their alliance with terrorists who can threaten Israel on her southern border even from the Sinai Peninsula when Hamas is able to establish communications with or place assets in those tactically sensitive areas. This is just as major an arrangement for Iran as it is for Hamas.

This reemergence of the Iran-Hamas relationship may have been the reason behind the recent Hamas demonstration in their largest ever military training exercise which was concluded with the launching of a rocket into southern Israel, the third such rocket launch into Israel since this past summer’s open conflict between Hamas and Israeli security and military forces. Israel finally responded with a bombing sortie which Hamas reported caused little damage and no casualties. This has been the history of the military responses by Israel to Hamas launches of rockets intended to strike civilian targets. Hamas launches a series of rockets over time into Israel aiming for civilian areas often striking near homes, schools, medical clinics, shopping centers and other places where civilians gather in numbers with only the hand of G0d preventing serious injuries in all too many instances finally forcing a response from Israel who launch a reprisal strike often on an empty building or in an empty field causing virtually no real damage and certainly not effecting Hamas terror functions and abilities. Every so often Israel will strike an actual Hamas sensitive target such as a rocket machining facility or a weapons storage shed, many of which are placed adjacent to Civilian structures often sharing a common wall such that any such location targeted also causes civilian damage which Hamas utilizes to express outrage which is immediately picked-up upon by European sympathizers including many political entities from the European Union such as their past and present foreign ministers, Catherine Ashton and Federica Mogherini respectively, and numerous Ministers of Parliaments from all too many European nations which is soon followed by massive leftist demonstrations within Israel and across Europe all coordinated by anti-Israeli, anti-Zionist, anti-Semitic Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) which receive their operating budgets from several European national governments and precious little funding from other sources. Often these NGOs receive funding from a central NGO which is totally financed through some single European national government. Such organized conspirational financing where questionably financed NGOs echoing the identical complaints made by European government or European Union Ministers or officials simply amplifies the denouncements of Israel which are originated, established, coordinated and conspired by these European politically related and tied groups and governmental institutions and individuals. When one then follows through with the media which will quote Hamas and other anti-Israel, anti-Zionist and anti-Semitic terrorist or political entities word for word without any provisos or commentary giving them the weight and appearance of factual reporting rather than slanderous defamation yet in the very same news reporting an Israeli statement or press release is accompanied by modifiers such as reportedly, according to Israeli spokespersons, reputed by Israelis and other challenges to their veracity, then people watching such reporting are pressed to disbelieve the Israeli side while accepting without question the Hamas or terrorist statements simply due to the language and prefacing by the editorializing reporting by the news bureaus. The most disturbing examples of this problem is when similar reporting is committed by Israeli media such as Haaretz and any number of television news casts, some of which were broadcast on the nightly news as he was a well-known newscaster and editorialist who, as his father before him, translated his news fame into a political campaign and currently heads a party and who is vying to become the next Israeli Prime Minister, Yair Lapid.

With Hamas and Iran now returning to their collaboration against Israel there is an additional threat poised on Israel’s every border, the consequences of any Israeli attack on the Iranian nuclear sites or other instillations has become more tenuous and fraught with threats. This makes the negotiations of the P5+1 powers (United States, Russia, China, Germany, France and Great Britain) with Iran which just extended their deadline to reach an agreement preventing Iran from attaining breakout nuclear capability all the more vitally important. The threat is that these extensions which now have extended the deadline for reaching a conclusive treaty more than a year and approaching a year and a half which simply provides Iran that much additional time to not only complete their research but to also actually build some nuclear warheads to place atop their constantly improving missiles which are approaching ICBMs which would be capable of reaching anywhere in the world. This is important as even with their current abilities the Iranians can use either a North Korean plan, which I am sure after the SONY debacle they would gladly assist the Iranians, or use their own plan which they have practiced in the Caspian Sea with formidable results, topics explained more fully here. I guess the rule here is to never antagonize any potential enemy whose potentials to destroy your civilization are unknown and potentially capable of rendering your nation back to the times and technology of the American Civil War or worse, the stone age before electricity. Unfortunately for Israel, the United States and eventually for Europe as well, the Iranians may soon have produced, if not already producing, a fairly sizeable nuclear arsenal consisting of various weapons sizes and types to include EMP devices, neutron bombs and any other one might imagine since nobody really knows for sure how many nuclear sites the Iranians are operating or their locations and capabilities. What we do know is that the International Atomic Energy Agency (AIEA) has reported that the Iranians have not been completely cooperative nor have they permitted any inspection of known research sites such as their Parchin Military Base where it is suspected research was performed on nuclear triggers for warhead development. This also raises one problem that most concerns Israel, what if Iran has developed nuclear weaponry which they provide to Hezballah or Hamas to use against Israel. Such a weapon could be driven into the heart of Israel, the center of Tel Aviv, and detonated potentially before the vehicle could be intercepted. Such a weapon if smuggled into Samaria or Judea (West Bank) it could be transported to the Temple Mount and detonated there in order to lay the blame on Israel bringing unimaginable denunciations and hatreds down on Israel without waiting for any research to prove the origins of the device. Even after it may have been proven not to be an Israeli device but was suspected, or proven, to be a device of Iranian origins, there would still be those Europeans, amongst others, who would continue to blame Israel denouncing the Jewish State mercilessly ignoring any proof of Iranian perfidy or Israeli innocence. The Arab and Muslim worlds would go ballistic blaming Israel for the destruction of the Temple Mount and the historic religious shrines of both Islam and Christianity. This might have one blessing in that it would finally have Islamic leaders bemoaning the damage to Christian shrines and not just showing concern for Islamic losses. The reuniting of Hamas with Iran will be hazardous to Israel and likely problematic for Fatah and Mahmoud Abbas as well and potentially worse for Abbas than Israel as eventually Hamas will take control of the areas claimed by Abbas and Fatah. As a matter of fact, the sooner he realizes his oft stated dream of an Arab state, the sooner that Hamas will demand elections in which they are guaranteed to replace Abbas and control the new parliament, or should Abbas continue to refuse to hold elections, especially as he has done for his own position as chairman, then Hamas will simply repeat the act which gave them Gaza, a coup, a coup as bloody as any resistance makes necessary. This is the importance of the renewed Iran Hamas reunification of relations and the future should Iran become a nuclear weaponized power, because the P5+1 nations led by the United States fail to be effective in their duties, something which President Obama does not appear to appreciate the vital importance of nor the deadly consequences for any failure.

President Obama faced the Ebola epidemic panic by being intimate with some nurses who were treating Ebola patient. But this was not the end of his bold moves as he made an inept appointment of an Ebola Czar. One must wonder whether President Obama realizes that the Surgeon General should be the government official who is answerable for the addressing and ameliorating the methodologies and procedures being employed to in the battle to contain and eradicate this serious and potentially fatal disease and its spread. Perhaps somebody from the media might want to inquire how acting Surgeon General RADM Boris D. Lushniak feels about being supplanted from his authority as the leading healthcare official of the United States. While at this they might also ask where he has been since the outbreak of Ebola with the first case of a Liberian man in Dallas, Texas.

United States Secretary of State John Kerry had his government-provided jet suffer mechanical failures and was forced to take commercial transport from the negotiations with Iran in Geneva. One has to wonder why he was made to suffer this discomfort of having to travel like any regular first class passenger. Having never afforded first class travel, I can only fathom the comfort he was subject to. Further, Secretary Kerry also blamed the lack of peace between Israel and the Palestinians and the Israeli inability or unwillingness to surrender to the Palestinian demands in order to make said peace for the emergence and spread of ISIS across Syria and Iraq. Apparently Secretary Kerry was unable of understanding the inferences and conditions demanded by Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas when he all but bluntly stated that the only agreement he could ever accept had to include the complete eradication of the Jewish State of Israel. Then again, perhaps Secretary Kerry fully understood and basically saw no problem for Israel committing suicide in order to please and satisfy the Palestinian maximalist demands.

Talking about ISIS (pronounced in our circles as is-is in the same manner as President Clinton who prophetically stated that, it all depends on what the meaning of ‘is is’), there was a new propaganda message for the Western World released with three new spokespersons in order to send personalized messages in three languages, English, French and German. Each spokesperson had a personal message for the leader of their respective national leader, English for British Prime Minister Cameron, French for Frances President Hollande and German for Chancellor Merkel. There was the prerequisite threat to plant the ISIS flag on top of the White House, can they not think up anything original, the White House threat is really getting tired but then if your aim is to one up al-Qaeda, then hitting the one target they failed on would become your number one aim for gaining immortality and further righteous blessings from the extremist Muslim world. We have also heard that former Iraqi pilots who served under Saddam Hussein are now training ISIS terrorists to pilot MIG 21 and MIG 23 jet fighters which were captured with the Tabqa airbase in Syria. Rami Abdul Rahman, one of the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights commented, “They have trainers, Iraqi officers who were pilots before for Saddam Hussein. People saw the flights, they went up many times from the airport and they are flying in the skies outside the airport and coming back.”

Not to be outdone, the United States has taken selected volunteers from the Iraqis fighting against ISIS to the Barry M. Goldwater Air Force Range in Arizona and is training them to become pilots using old British BAC 167 Strikemaster training jets. Additional reports claimed that these pilots were selectively being trained on the Boeing A-10 Thunderbolt II close support jet fighter more familiarly called the Warthog by those who appreciate these formidable aircraft for their specialized abilities virtually unequaled by other close support aircraft. These pilots once trained are presumed to be taking the fight to the Syrian battlefields with ISIS. What may be troublesome to those who have fought against the retirement of the A-10 Warthogs from service by the United States Air Force and who have even suggested these aircraft be transferred to the Marine Corps, a suggestion which has received some degree of agreement from some within the Corps as the A-10 Warthog would provide service well suited for the Marines’ mission statement as a front line expeditionary force which often finds itself tasked with establishing the initial base for future operations often in conjunction with the Army. Might the training of these pilots on A-10 Warthogs be in preparation of transferring these aircraft to these fighters in the Middle East? There’s an idea that could not possibly go awry, could it?

There was a meeting in Cairo, Egypt this past weekend to gather funding pledges under the pretext of rebuilding Gaza replacing or repairing homes, clinics, schools and other public and private structures and infrastructures making life whole again for the Gazan residents. There were countless pronouncements that there would be sufficient safeguards to prevent the previous reallocation and misallocation of building supplies and funds to rebuild the Hamas, Islamic Jihad and other terror structures, bunkers, infiltration tunnels, tactical tunnels, command and control bunkers as well as resupplying rocket and other weapon supplies and stores. These statements of intent are only necessitated because this is exactly what happened the last time that Gaza was presumably rebuilt by the generous contributions from the world after the last conflict where they also made similar guarantees. Those guarantees were made in response to questions as to what use the funds pledged would go towards, would it be as in the past when many of the funds and building supplies from the last reconstruction of Gaza after the Gazan war launched by Hamas against Israel and a good part of the provisions and funds were diverted by Hamas for their own use. What the gathering should have been named is the ‘Let’s make it less painful and completely rearm and rebuild all Hamas’s weapon, rocket and armament stores and rebuild their bunkers and tunnel systems so they can restart their next offensive against Israel in minimal time.’ I realize it does not sound as altruistic or have a catchy phraseology, but then neither did the real title which was, ‘The Cairo International Conference on Palestine Reconstructing Gaza.’ Time will tell how much of the building materials and funds end up diverted to rebuild and resupply terrorist infrastructure and how much of the reconstructing of Gaza is left incomplete to be reused for future funding drives.

There have been reports that President Obama and the United States negotiation advisors have reached a decision concerning the upcoming continuing less than optimally productive Iran nuclear program negotiations between Iran and the P5+1 nations of United States, Britain, France, China, Russia plus Germany. One might recall that the last negotiations resulted only producing an agreement to extend the terms already in place from the last agreement and set a new deadline for six months into the future. The fact that this set the date as November 24, 2014, which just happens to be after the midterm American elections and which could not have been exactly what was desired by anyone such that any agreement might be used as a part of the campaign by Republican candidates. This delay may have been necessitated by the conclusion which has been reported unofficially, which makes sense as if it were to be reported officially before the midterm elections, what good did the postponement for six months provide, as the reports claim that the United States negotiators are ready and willing to meet the Iranian demands most of the way in exchange for their assistance in combating ISIS. Never mind that Iran is already engaged in fighting ISIS as they are assisting their ally Iraq which has already come under assault by ISIS terrorist forces. The rumors claim that the United States may be prepared to permit Iran to retain and operate as many as ten-thousand centrifuges while Iran demands the right to operate nineteen-thousand centrifuges. The Iranians are also demanding their Qom enrichment facility be left intact. The Qom facility is ensconced deep within a mountain making it unassailable by even most of the most powerful bunker-buster bombs and whose inner workings and operations are imperceptible to satellite and other conventional observation making them only assessable by direct inspections presumably when the IAEA inspectors are permitted by Iran, not the most dependable method. The last time the United States attempted to make unprecedented concessions to Iran they ran into a surprise as the British were astonished at the American offer and the French were apoplectic driven to use their veto to prevent what they viewed as a total surrender. Will there be another example of sanity shown by either the British or the French, we can only wait, hope and pray.

Explaining Mixed Messages Out of Saudi Arabia on Iran Deal

Much has been made over the initial comments out of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where officials stated hopes that the deal on Iran’s nuclear program could be a step towards a comprehensive solution and hoped it could lead to the removal of weapons of mass destruction from the Middle East. This statement was based upon the information that Secretary of State John Kerry had fed the Saudi Royals on his misdirection tour of Saudi Arabia and Israel on his way to Geneva in order to basically surrender and bow to virtually every whim of the Iranians. Secretary Kerry had given both the Saudis and the Israelis a complete litany of lies and fabrications telling them exactly what President Obama knew these presumed allies of the United States had stated they desired to be included as instrumental in any agreement with Iran. The crafting of the statement was designed more to include the statement concerning the removal of weapons of mass destruction from the Middle East, which is code for the denuclearization of Israel and destroying the Israeli nuclear weapons arsenal.

But later, Nawaf Obaid, an advisor, told a think tank meeting in London “we were lied to, things were hidden from us. The problem is not with the deal that was struck in Geneva but how it was done.” This was followed by statements from Saudi officials that they had been deceived by their American ally in the agreements and will pursue an independent foreign policy in response. The Saudi call for independent policy comes after an interview appeared last Friday in which Saudi Arabia’s UK ambassador, Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, stated that his country would not “sit idly by” should the Americans and the Western powers fail to stop Iran’s nuclear program. All of this comes at the same time as Russian President Putin has been talking with Saudi and Egyptian leaders arranging a sizeable weapons deal for Egypt and potentially signaling that these former allies of the United States may be seeking alternative relations as their trust and policy differences with the United States have led to straining the relationships. The full ramifications and fallout from the horrendous agreement between the P5+1 and the Iranians allowing the Iranians to continue to enrich Uranium, progress towards plutonium production by completing the heavy water plant at Arak and also continue in their research towards manufacturing ICBMs in a coordinated effort with North Korea continues to increase as more and more of the truth is revealed. The Iranians and North Koreans had the audacity to announce the further continuation in their cooperation on military matters within days of the finalizing of the deal over the Iranian nuclear program.

Other information which has been revealed recently has given even further signs damning the agreement for being even worse than many initially believed, which seemed impossible but still was managed somehow. Some of the revelations include that the agreement will not become enforced until the turn of the year. The Iranians even announced that the formal summation released by the White House misrepresented the actual agreement and that had the agreement actually contained the terms the White House released they would not have made the agreement. So, should one believe the Iranians or President Obama and the White House on what was included in the agreement that is the sixty-four thousand dollar question? Some decisions are difficult to decide and in this case we have the Iranians and the fact that they may have interpreted the agreement differently than did the Western parties as well as the possible truth that they might be simply using the concept of Taqiyyah which instructs Muslims to deceive in the service of furthering the interests of Islam or to believe a White House that has issued so many lies, and that was simply about Obamacare, that many now have doubts over anything coming out of Washington DC, likely a healthy idea. This entire fiasco over the deal with Iran, the falling out of the United States with longtime allies across the Middle East, Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai holding any agreement over continuing stationing of American military until after the elections basically placing his reelection as a condition to assure the ratification of the treaty, the continuing collapse of the situation in Iraq as the Sunnis respond against the persecution by the Shiite majority after the departure of the United States and allied forces, the disagreements with the current leadership of Egypt demanding that the Egyptian military provisional government return dethroned President Morsi and his Muslim Brotherhood to power against the will of a sizeable majority of the Egyptian people, the continued deterioration of the situation in Libya as this past month there have been open fighting in both the Capital of Tripoli and the city of Benghazi between government forces and tribal militias, the continuing civil war tearing Syria apart and threatening to spill over the border into Lebanon and the continued pressuring by the Obama Administration on Israel while supporting the Palestinians on virtually all fronts has some, even in the liberal press, reporting on the difficulties and his seeming inability to address any of these problems. This is simply a partial list of President Obama’s difficulties in the Middle East and does not include the disastrous rollout of Obamacare with the website and everything else that includes and a litany of other problems reflected in his diving approval numbers, but that is for another time.
