Middle East Peace Made Impossible by Israel

Yes, you read the title correctly though I cannot take credit for that phrase. That has been the attitude and agreed policy of the Arab world as declared by the Arab League in Khartoum, Sudan on September 1, 1967 (one day before my birthday, what a lousy present) when they unanimously approved the Khartoum Resolution. The most famous quote, if only due to our usage of it, are the three No’s, No peace with Israel, No recognition of Israel, No negotiations with Israel. When Egyptian President made peace with Israel in direct negotiations with Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin, the Arab League soon afterwards removed Egypt from the Arab League. Egypt was subsequently readmitted as the Arab League cannot really claim to represent the Arabs and not include the Arab nation with the largest population. Having Jordan also make peace with Israel did not exactly help the Arab League as evicting every nations for breaking the three No’s rules would have left the body denuded of much of the Arab nations in time, and they realized this. Their hope when they drafted the Khartoum Resolution was that in a few years, after they had rearmed and initiated fixes which would make their militaries more effective, then they would all come together and bring about the destruction of Israel. This was their reaction to the June 1967 Six Day War, where the war was initiated by Egypt and Syria, at that time under a form of alliance and conjoined leadership under Gamal Abdel Nasser, which started with war rhetoric in almost every broadcast as well as massed troops along the Golan Heights and the across the entirety of the Negev-Sinai Peninsula borders.

Israeli intelligence had come across battle plans that denoted a presumed time for the initiation of hostilities and Israel planned accordingly. Very early on that morning the Israeli Air Force launched their preemptive strike, an action permitted in the Rules of War allowing any nation the right to act offensively when facing certain and immediate threat by hostile nations and still considered as a defensive move. The Israeli intelligence went as far as to denote for the pilots which planes on the airfields were dummies and which were actual aircraft. Pilots were told to memorize the positions, especially of the dummy aircraft as they were rarely moved, and to strike any aircraft that was not in any of those positions. Reports on the effectiveness of the strike vary on the percentages of the Egyptian and Syrian aircraft destroyed, with numbers ranging from two thirds to over ninety-five percent, with the main thing being that in this one strike the Israelis had won the air war and now had total air superiority. What is important to remember for the debate raging today over Judea and Samaria (West Bank) is that Jordan was not one of the initial participants. Upon King Hussein bin Talal hearing the glowing reports coming over Radio and Television of the Egypt and Syria grand victories, he paid attention. The further news that they were crushing the weak and pathetic Israel forces with the Egyptian and Syrian forces to meet in the center of Tel Aviv imminently, he could no longer resist. Well, King Hussein bin Talal also wanted to share in the glory of being amongst the destroyers of the Zionist Entity, Israel. The Israelis pleaded, begged him not to believe the lies and propaganda and to remain neutral. King Hussein bin Talal thought that assuredly the Israelis were losing, why else would they plead so pathetically for him to stay from the war. Jordan attacked on the second day of the war. Israel diverted one division to meet the Jordanian attacks, sent some air cover, and armored troops. The rest, as they say, is history and Israel retook, liberated is a better term, the Judean and Samarian areas that Jordan had illegally occupied since 1948. Yes, you read that correctly, Jordan occupied, Israel liberated, the land was supposed to be part of Israel since the agreements made between 1920 and 1925 and formalized in numerous treaties, conventions and declarations. Got that? Good.

The Arabs, or at least the Egyptians and the Syrians, did not have to wait very long for the rematch, which came Yom Kippur morning of 1973. This was probably the greatest and most favorable of conditions for an Arab victory, which appeared inevitable with their initial gains and the Israeli confusion. With the majority of the military and nearly all reservists at Synagogue for High Holiday Prayers and nobody answering telephones, listening to the radio or watching television, how were they to gather the troops? The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) had to resort to jeeps traveling from Synagogue to Synagogue with loud speakers mounted declaring the emergency. As the soldiers scrambled to get their gear, they faced another problem, where was their unit joining up? IDF soldiers began forming their own units with the others who were available even to the point of arming clerks and other non-combat soldiers and headed for the front lines in whatever formation they could establish. With time, they formed up units and Command became aware of what facilities and troops they had and where they were located and began reorganizing into actual strike groups. After taking horrendous losses and losing large numbers of troops, the remainder was gathering but too late for those already facing dire situations on the front lines. Some units fought to the last man but most, faced with no alternative but surrender or die, surrendered. The forces gathered under emergency conditions though somehow held a secondary front with some tall tales told, some even presumably verified. The IDF prevailed and the end lines of the conflict did not change. At the end of the conflict, Israeli troops were within a few miles of Damascus and closing on Cairo and Alexandria. Under pressures from Russia and Israeli “ally” the United States, Israel returned all the way back to the Golan Heights and the Suez Canal.

The official position of the Arab League is stated by the Palestinian Authority leadership. The Arab League meets with Mahmoud Abbas, and before him Yasser Arafat, and the rest of the Palestinian leadership on a regular basis where tactics and other necessities are discussed. Usually the most pressing issue is the one any normal person would not expect, the need for more money. The Palestinian Authority received billions of dollars and Euros of aid from the United States, European Union, United Nations and numerous individual European nations all on top of what the Arab nations such as Saudi Arabia gift to them. They have received sufficient funding that made Yasser Arafat a billionaire, has made Mahmoud Abbas a billionaire and kept him in power against all odds simply because he has bought the support of sufficient numbers of commanders in the security forces and other leading figures in the Palestinian power structure. Many of these people are multi-millionaires and some approaching, of not breaching, into billionaire status. Proof of the excessive funding of the Palestinian Authority is evidenced by the planned meeting halls, barracks (one must plan for safety in one abode), and living quarters (rather lavish living quarters) all for Mahmoud Abbas to be built near Ramallah (pictured below). The complex is expected to cost thirteen million dollars and include four thousand square meters of building space sitting on twenty-seven square meters of land including parking lot. The structure is to be referred to as the Presidential Guest Palace. Nothing too ostentatious about that title, is there? Abbas in meetings with the Arab league usually runs into difficulties when he has been meeting with the Israelis in events referred to as peace negotiations. He has regularly informed them there will never be any peace and that he is simply leading the Israelis down the garden path collecting concessions and land while step-by-step pushing the Jews westward into the sea.

Mamoud Abbas planned masion estimated cosr of thirteen million dollars but will end up costing far more after required kickbacks

These words are just the beginning of what Abbas has said in Arabic, when he speaks in English, the worlds are inconsequential, as he has explained to the Arab League and to the Palestinian people. He warned them that when he speaks to them in Arabic the Westerners do not listen or understand as they are too lazy or unconcerned about Israel to go to the effort of translating these speeches and he is free to speak truth. On the other hand, when he speaks is English he simply says sweet words that they want to hear and smiles as a smile and sweet words will win their affections and empties their pockets. He gives the West exactly what Islam demands of him, Taqiyya (defined below in graphic). He uses these deceptions to steal their money just as Muhammad did to the caravan merchants and is constantly moving Israel towards a position in which they will be unable to defend their lands. His only aim is the eventual Arab conquest of their lands from the usurper Jews, the Zionists who stole their lands. To hear what Abbas really says one need only go to MEMRI web site and search for videos, news articles and whatever else you might want to find out what is said in Arabic. These clips, televised speeches and articles, more often than not, never seem to appear in newspapers or discussions amongst Western politicians. The few who do mention such items end up needing twenty-four hour a day protection and live their lives in hiding or close to it with some requiring untold protections such as Geert Wilders and Ayaan Hirsi Ali.

Back on subject, as the title says, Middle East Peace Made Impossible by Israel is a true but hopefully not valid statement. The problem is not that Israel will not accept some compromises, she had made offers considered generous even by President William Jefferson Clinton and, in this case, Yasser Arafat walked out of the meeting in Paris, returned to Ramallah and launched the Second Intifada. In that case, President Clinton had met with Arafat receiving what he demanded for making peace. Arafat gave him a presumably lengthy list of conditions, a group of which he knew Israel would never accept. He made one vital miscalculation, he was offering peace, real peace, or so he had stated. President Clinton then met with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and by the time everything was said and done, the deal was accepted by the Israelis. Arafat walked out because he had been caught and had miscalculated how far exactly the Israelis were willing to bend to reach a peace agreement. Conditions Arafat saw as back breaking unacceptability were in fact hard and difficult sacrifices, but in the end, peace made the Israelis to bend past their breaking points for peace. There were a few more offers made which were called the Taba Summit. The efforts terminated, which coincided with the Inauguration of President George W. Bush and the elections in Israel, with the changes in leadership and Arab intractability leading to its failure. Israeli negotiator Shlomo Ben-Ami stated about the efforts, “We made progress, substantial progress. We are closer than ever to the possibility of striking a final deal.” He perhaps was correct, but closer to what will always produce a negative response, as the other side is unable to make any peace that leaves you in existence is a fruitless accomplishment. On the other side, Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erekat stated, “My heart aches because I know we were so close. We need six more weeks to conclude the drafting of the agreement.” There exists a problem with Mr. Erekat’s words, almost all of his words, as all one need do is negate the meaning of what he states when he says peace and replace them with the ideas of total victory and the elimination of the Jewish State. The one credit people need to grant the leadership of Hamas, they mean what they say. There is an agreement between the Palestinian Authority who never removed from their Charter the stipulation that they exist to eradicate Israel. The difference is that Hamas goes one step further and simply means to eradicate Jews everywhere.

The means by which Israel makes reaching any peace impossible is that Israel exists as a Jewish State with a majority Jewish population and governance which holds to Jewish values, which is to say Judeo-Christian values as the differences between the two are minor when one weighs their politics and relations with other nations. The Arabs will accept an Israel with a majority Muslim Arab population and claims that the Jews would be safe as Israel is a democracy. The truth is the existence of election and rule by majority votes does not guarantee safety if the majority deem one group no longer acceptable to live on this Earth. With an Arab Muslim majority population Israel would be very similar to the description in James Bovard’s book, Lost Rights: The Destruction of American Liberty (1994), on page 333, where one reads, “Democracy must be something more than two wolves and a sheep voting on what to have for dinner.” In this case the Muslims would be the wolves and Jews the lamb. That is quite unlike Israel today where the Jews and the Muslims are equal citizens within Israel. Claiming that the Israelis have anything to do with the rule of the Arab Palestinians is false as they are ruled entirely by the Palestinian Authority and the reason they have not had an election in over a decade is because Abbas knows he would lose his office and the gravy train that comes with that office. The fact that if he did not leave fast enough before the election results and loss of security forces protecting him would also mean he would lose more than an election. The interactions between Israeli political entities are through negotiations. Security is applied solely for two reasons, first, to prevent terrorists from succeeding in any plans to harm anyone including the settlers who legally reside where they are under current international law, and second, whenever Palestinian Arabs are entering Israeli lands for protection of Israelis and to assure they have a valid reason. For all intents and purposes, the crossing out from the Palestinian Authority controlled area whether into Israel or Jordan is the same, they are basically entering another country. This is even more natural for Jordan as a number of Palestinian Arabs still maintain their Jordanian passports and have citizenship identification proving their being Jordanian citizens. Still, Jordan considers them Palestinian Arabs even to include those they forced to move into the areas after they illegally annexed the lands after 1948.

Israel is not going to meet the final two demands the Palestinian Arabs, the Saudi Arabian Peace Initiative and every other dealing with Israel contain. These both have the same end in sight, no more Jewish State. News flash, there is but one Jewish State just as there is one French State, one Japanese State, one British State, two Chinese States, two Korean States and twenty-two Arab States oops, well, you understand. The truth is the Jews in Israel have nowhere else they can go. Half, approximately, of the Jews in Israel have either one parent or both parents who came to Israel after facing either harsh treatment or threat of death from the rulers of the Arab state in which they lived throughout the MENA* area. These nations are not about to take back a single Jew, especially those born in Israel. The same is true about the European nations and Russia; they too will refuse to repatriate their Jews and especially their progeny. That leaves the United States and here too there would be a great problem as there is a record of how the United States acts when faced with near to one thousand Jews fleeing a tyrannical nation bent on their eradication. This action was taken by Franklin Delano Roosevelt regarding the ship the MS St. Louis. May 1939, also referred to as The Voyage of the Damned, which was also the name of the 1976 dramatic film based on the book written by Gordon Thomas and Max Morgan-Witts of the same title. To end the suspense, President Franklin Delano Roosevelt decided, after Cuba refused to permit the Jews from exiting the ship, that the United States had no obligation for the rescue of these refugees and they can find safety in Europe. One must keep in mind that the leaders of both Britain and the United States knew fully about the Holocaust and decided that by allowing it continuation it would weaken Germany, as resources would necessarily be diverted to murdering Jews instead of fighting allied soldiers. The claim was these were tactics, allowing the mass slaughter of approaching if not exceeding twelve-million innocent people simply because they were different or handicapped. The list of those to be exterminated is an easy one to compile, Nazi Germany targeted Jews, Roma (Gypsies), mentally challenged, handicapped, political prisoners, Polish, Russian and some simply because they upset some high German official. The Jews of Israel would receive the same treatment today if Israel fell and they were facing annihilation. Not to worry, we know this and that is why when forced to we fight with every ounce of our fiber, all our lives depend on that. The Arabs can lose as many wars against Israel as they instigate, as Israel is not going to take their lands and the people living there. That was part of the reason for returning the Sinai Peninsula, Israel did not desire taking in the people or defending the lands. Israel is not expansionary. All Israel desired is that which was promised us, which includes Judea and Samaria. We do not desire being refugees in another land, we just want the land and freedom to rule ourselves we were promised. All the Arabs want is that promise rescinded and the Jews removed by whatever means necessary.

Will President Trump Really Demand Same Old Concessions of Israel?

President Trump is definitely not Barack Hussein Obama as he does not even set any red lines to turn pink as he backs away digging a ditch deeper and deeper and never figuring out he should stop digging. President Trump does not believe in red lines, he just acts. He has proven it time after time. The first sign that things were going to be drastically different came early on at the United Nations. Nikki Haley was President Trump’s voice of change at the United Nations presumably laying down the law that the United States is done with Israel bashing in the General Assembly and elsewhere at the United Nations and will no longer allow the world to continue ignoring the war crimes committed throughout the rest of the world. Syria just found this out in probably the only language Bashir al-Assad and his ilk understand. The destruction of the airfield used to launch the planes used in the chemical attack with fifty Tomahawk missiles was overkill and that was the point. This was more than a message to Syria; this was a message to North Korea, to Iran, to Libya, to Venezuela, to the terror organizations throughout the world and to any dictator who was thinking of popping his head up and murdering, even potentially Putin. Unfortunately this was also a wake-up call taken by Hamas, Hezballah, Fatah, PLO, Islamic Jihad and all the smaller groups often overlooked but no less violent.

It is that those last groups and the message they received which will be the real problem. They realize that the way to persuade Trump is to show him dead babies and children, lots of dead babies and children. We can expect that there will be another round of violence with Hamas and Islamic Jihad or Hezballah or both as well as trouble with Fatah, PLO and the Palestinian Authority Security Forces, actually the PA’s armed forces, and the one thing we are guaranteed to see will be dead babies and children, lots of dead babies and children. The pictures will be plastered across the media, the newspapers, television, everywhere. There will be these images even if they need to stage them or, if necessary, murder them themselves. The blame will be aimed at Israel and many in the media will reinforce the story line even to the point of editorializing and expanding on the story line with great flourishes and emphasis on the horrors of these dead children. All the children shown on the media will be from the side of the Palestinians with none being shown from Israel. Many will be asking why this has come to be. The answer is simple; Israel spends millions upon millions of shekels on shelters for the people, armoring schools, kindergartens, children’s centers and required that all new residences have a bombproof room built into every apartment or home. The first concern in Israel is the safety of the people while the military remains out in the open for as long as there is any threat to the people. On the Arab side they have tunnels and command centers dug in well under ground where the terrorists hide coming out inside people’s homes firing rockets into Israel and then disappearing back underground hoping to get there before the Israelis can fire on the launch point of the attack. When the Arab terror forces do attack, they will do so from behind civilian cover using children as their bullet proof vests knowing that the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) will not engage them if doing so endangers civilians, especially children.

Those who have witnessed previous wars between Israel and the terrorist forces surrounding her know the story and understand what happens. Unfortunately, the majority of people watching the news broadcasts will jump to the exact conclusion the terrorists desire, that the Israelis are slaughtering children needlessly. Hamas, Fatah, PLO, Islamic Jihad and Hezballah have all been known to shoot from atop apartment buildings using the balconies as their launching pads while ringing the roof with women and children in the hopes that Israel will return fire without checking to see who might get harmed. Where this can occur as not every target which is launching rockets into Israel can be checked out before returning fire, but Israel does so whenever possible and even at times when doing so means they will miss the opportunity to return fire on that target. Israeli pilots when engaging a target must check with an information officer who also checks with an IDF Human Rights Officer who is a lawyer specialized in human rights and these officers will have either a drone or spotter aircraft checking the target and only if it appears that there will be no civilian casualties is the go ahead given. Israel drops leaflets and sends radio broadcasts and SMS messages as well as cell phone calls to all the civilians in a region where they are going to be operating telling them where they can go to be safe. The IDF does this knowing that the terrorists will also either leave the area or set up ambushes for the IDF soldiers sent to clear the area. As insane as this appears, the IDF still manages to operate with a high degree of proficiency despite such warnings telegraphing exactly where they will be about to operate. They often do such warnings simply to get into an area where surveillance has indicated there exist entrances into the tunnel entrances knowing that it is worth giving away where they are coming if it will allow them to gain entrance to the tunnel systems where the command and control operations are hiding and where the stores of rockets and often launch positions are also concealed.

This is not the only problem the IDF soldiers face. Hamas places their top commanders, leaders and central command and control operations center in the basement of Gaza’s largest hospital. This is known to the world but the media will never utter a word about this because doing so would mean that their reporters would be thrown from Gaza if they were lucky and worse if not. The other dirty little secret never discussed is that all reports, pictures and media the networks and news services send from Gaza is first approved by Hamas officials and any failure in following these prescribed procedures results in reporters being expelled from Gaza and no more coverage from the scene. The media outlets do not want to have such occur as the best pictures are made available by the Arab stringers who provide the media with the pictures they use in their reports. They also receive most of their stories from other stringers all of whom are actually Hamas or Islamic Jihad information and propaganda officers. This is how stories such as the shooting death of Mohammed al-Dura, the twelve year old boy who French television news showed huddled behind cement barrels (video below revealing hoax as presented by DePaul University) with his father and presumably shot be IDF troops during a shootout with PLO terrorists. The story proved to be Pallywood and not reality and the entire story unraveled over the following months which included a high profile slander trial against the reporter who revealed the hoax by the French Television 2. There is an entire system producing such events to try and make the IDF appear as child killers, indiscriminant murderers, and simply horrific criminals and the system is referred to using an innocuous term of Pallywood. One of the major contributors to this is the Tamimi family where the father uses his children as props often sending his young daughter to curse, spit, kick and generally abuse IDF soldiers in the hopes to find that one soldier who loses his cool and even just push the girl as she is well versed in taking the fall making it look like she was struck viciously. The Timimi father was invited to talk to a third grade class in the Ithaca, New York Beverly J. Martin Elementary School on human rights and Israeli crimes in particular against Palestinians. As if the job of the average IDF soldier was not difficult enough and besmirched in the media sufficiently without any real objectivity.

With their new understanding of President Trump’s sensitivity towards any horrors involving children, we can expect this information to be utilized and stories of Israeli brutality and their general disregard for Arab children to increase exponentially. But even this aside, there is another hint of coming events which we find to be an even bigger threat. This was something we feared and warned that the Prime Minister must do everything in his power to inform President Trump of the futility of following down the “Two State Solution” road in our article Advice for Netanyahu When Visiting Trump before the two men first met and then how the refusal by Prime Minister Netanyahu to even speak about the “Two State Solution” being a dead end with President Trump and instead boring in laser-like on Iran, a problem President Trump was already on the Israeli side to begin with, instead would lead to another trip down that road in Israel and the Netanyahu-Trump Effect. Rumor now has it that President Trump is about to impose a requirement that Israel once again make concession to the Palestinian Authority and Mahmoud Abbas in particular in order to reengage and get the peace process moving ahead after being moribund for the past decade and a half. The reason is easy to understand. No matter what Israel gives to Mahmoud Abbas, he cannot accept the deal and remain alive. Without the IDF along with the Shin Bet and other Israeli intelligence networks protecting Abbas from Hamas, ISIS, Islamic Jihad and even others in Fatah and the PLO, the other two groups which he presumably rules. One need understand that Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas is also the Chairman of the political party Fatah, the terrorist organization PLO as well but still needs an entire company of soldiers surrounding him in order to survive the day and they require the IDF and Israeli intelligence to prevent any serious threats from reaching those soldiers. Further, Mahmoud Abbas has made a simple promise, that he will never accept any deal less than the complete eradication of the Jewish State, the Zionist Entity as the Arab World calls Israel. Abbas is just one person in the entire Arab opposition to Israel and his assignment is to carry on the Yasser Arafat role of pure opposition to everything Israel. The only real difference between Arafat and Abbas is Arafat sported a two day beard growth and often wore a revolver strapped to his side (even when addressing the United Nations, the only person to manage to do so), Abbas wears a suit and tie and is clean shaven.

The entire Arab World and their relations with Israel can be traced to Khartoum, Sudan and the Khartoum Resolution and its “Three No’s” agreed upon and sworn to by the Arab League and all the Arab leadership. These “Three No’s” were “No peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel, and no negotiations with Israel.” When Egypt made peace with Israel the Arab League was troubled as what could they do as Egypt is the most populous Arab state. Well, the Arab League temporarily voted and Egypt was suspended from the Arab League in 1979 after signing a peace treaty with Israel and then Egypt was readmitted in 1989. There was an even more violent reaction to the Camp David Accords where Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin and Egyptian President Anwar El-Sadat signed a peace treaty in 1979. United States President Carter was present at the signing and given large amounts of credit despite his insistence that the peace be negotiated into a grand peace including the establishing of a Palestinian State which Egypt not only could not force to happen and was not even interested in trying and President Carter’s constant insisting almost crashed the treaty. Fortunately Egyptian President Anwar El-Sadat was not to be deterred as he realized that his country would only gain from peace and would not be denied and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin was equally driven to make the peace work. Egyptian President Anwar El-Sadat paid the ultimate price as a Muslim Brotherhood member and soldier in the Egyptian military broke from formation during a pass in review and rushed the Presidential stands shooting Sadat assassinating him. Fortunately the peace survived beyond him and despite being a cold peace, that peace continues to exist and under President Sisi there has even been increasing coordination concerning the terrorists and criminal enterprises present in the Sinai Peninsula. Jordanian King Hussein followed Egypt’s lead and made peace with Israel in 1994 and surrendered their claims and previous illegal annexation of Judea and Samaria which they had renamed West Bank to remove the links to Jewish and Israeli history.

It took another two years for the concept to arise that the lands Jordan had occupied illegally and Israel liberated in the 1967 Six Day War should be stolen from Israel again and made into an Arab State for some invented group of Arabs named the Palestinians. This was brought about coinciding with the first Intifada and was fully accepted by the world which has been anxiously attempting to take as much of the lands left for Israel, the mere 22% of the original lands of the British Mandate, and turn them into another failed Arab State. The entire world is aware that the sole purpose of such a state would be identical to that of the Hamastan State in Gaza, and that is to launch rockets into Israel murdering as many Jews as possible until the State of Israel has been erased from the world and the Jews no longer allowed to determine their own futures being returned to living at the permission of some foreign state being chased from here to there around the world stateless. This will once again enter the world stage as President Trump attempts to buy a peace which can only be purchased with the Jewish blood of the entirety of Israel in sacrifice after sacrifice. After Israel regained the lands illegally occupied by Jordan in the Six Day War, they should have been incorporated into Israel and the Jordanian citizens residing in these lands sent back to Jordan. If Israel cared to be benevolent, then they might be given the value of any property they had occupied and that should have been that. Israel absorbed almost nine-hundred-thousand Jews alienated from their homelands in the Arab world and the Arab world should have been made to accept the less than eight-hundred-thousand Arabs who had fled Israel in 1948 fully expecting the Mufti’s promise to have been realized and return in a few weeks after the Jewish infestation (we believe that is how he referred to the Jews in Israel) had been eradicated. The Jews managed, with the grace of Hashem, to survive that war despite losing some lands to Egypt (Gaza) and Jordan (Judea and Samaria and half of Jerusalem). Once these lands had been reunited with Israel in 1967 the Arabs residing there in these areas should have been returned to their countries of origin from before the 1967 war (Gazans to Egypt and Judea, Samaria and East Jerusalem to Jordan plus Golan Heights to Syria). As far as Israel surrendering lands for another Arab state, such a concept should be pronounced dead on arrival as every time Israel has retreated from lands they have sooner or later become a haven for terrorists and criminal activities. This is what occurred in southern Lebanon (Hezballah), in Gaza (Hamas and Islamic Jihad) and after some time now in the Sinai Peninsula (ISIS, al-Qaeda and criminal gangs). Should Israel ever be forced to surrender Judea and Samaria (East Jerusalem has been annexed and reunited with the remainder of Jerusalem and the Arabs residing there have been granted a limited form of citizenship lacking only the right to vote in national elections for the time being), then at best the PA will be replaced by the PLO or worse by Hamas, ISIS, Hezballah or even Iran. This inevitability must never be permitted to happen and any demand for Israel to make further concessions, even if it is giving Abbas one shekel, should be rejected and fought with every ounce of energy available as the entire concept of a “Two State Solution” must be put to rest permanently.

Two States for One People Solution

The world through governments, leaders, politicians, statesmen, reporters and editorialists all tout the “Two States for Two People” as the agreed upon mantra for the solution of the Arab Palestinian-Israel Conflict. As an example, under the heading “What is the two-state solution?” New York Times journalist Max Fisher defined the two principles as being the same: “The two-state solution would establish an independent Palestinian state alongside Israel — two states for two peoples.” Would but such be true the conflict would have very long ago been settled. Unfortunately, this is the side taken by only one of the sides in the debate, the Israelis. The Palestinian Arab leadership has a very different set of parameters for a solution. Perhaps a short list of their favorites would be in order. There is their “River to the Sea, Palestine must be free” solution in which there is one Arab state named Palestine founded upon the graves of over six-million dead Israeli Jews. Even then the Arab Palestinians would have another set of problems, what to do with these Jewish bodies and what to do with the Jewish bodies which have been interred within these borders throughout history back into antiquity. One need understand that when the Arabs claim there must not be one Jew on their precious and pure lands that includes on top, alive or dead, or beneath it no matter how long dead. When Israel surrendered Gaza they were forced to reinter their dead which only added to the calamity and sociological shock suffered by the Jewish communities which were uprooted even unto their dead friends and relatives. Imagine being forced from your home, your place of work being destroyed and having to dig up friends and family from their resting places and rebury them locating them sometimes a great distance from where they resettled making their graves now difficult to visit and tend. That was part of the horror of the plan to solve everything by simply giving the Arab Palestinians the Gaza Strip so they could prove how they could be productive and live peaceably beside Israel. Simply stated, that experiment was a dismal failure.

The New York Times once again in an article, “The Two-State Solution: What It Is and Why It Hasn’t Happened,” would have one believe that the Palestinian Authority government fully supports the idea of “Two States for Two People” solution to the conflict with Israel. But what do Arab Palestinian leaders have to say on the Two State Solution? Back in July 2011, Senior Palestinian Official Nabil Shaath slammed the French peace initiative because it called on them to recognize the Jewish State, so he told ANB TV that the French Initiative had,

reshaped the issue of the ‘Jewish state’ into a formula that is also unacceptable to us — two states for two peoples. They can describe Israel itself as a state for two peoples, but we will be a state for one people. The story of ‘two states for two peoples’ means that there will be a Jewish people over there and a Palestinian people here. We will never accept this — not as part of the French initiative and not as part of the American initiative.

Additionally Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas also was quoted in 2011 stating, “I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. I will never recognize the Jewishness of the state, or a ‘Jewish state.’” Both of these were statements directly contradicted what French President Nicolas Sarkozy stated in 2012 where he clearly underscored this difference between the statements made by Palestinian Authority (PA) leadership and the generally accepted beliefs of the Western World when he posited,

It is not enough to have two states; there must be two states for two nations. I know very well that there are two ways to destroy Israel: from without and from within. This is why the two-state solution is not enough. We need to have two states for two separate nations. One for the Jewish people and one for the Palestinians.

There is an additional slander which claims that Israeli complaints about the PA instigating violence have no basis in credibility. This has been the mantra of many reporters, editorialists, and largely European political leaders. This can be proven ridiculous simply by playing this now infamous video of Mahmoud Abbas and others speaking in the language nobody outside of a select few Westerners are capable of translating, Arabic (see videos below). These two videos are but a small example of the horrific statements almost always stated in Arabic knowing full-well that the European and American leftist and mainstream medias will pretend they are unable of making heads or tails of such statements only quoting that which these leaders of the Arab Palestinians feed them in English. We wish we could attribute this to their being lazy except with the proof of what was said already translated by MEMRI, they have no excuse other than a severe anti-Israel and thus anti-Semitic bias. Finding the lies could not be easier either, simply visit CAMERA and read almost any coverage they show about Israel and the Palestinians. Be prepared for news you may not have seen before and for much of what the nightly news has fed you to be upended with quotes and references.

Now prepare yourself for our small dose of food for thought. In the December of 2000 as President William Jefferson Clinton was desperately attempting to solve the unsolvable Arab-Israeli Conflict he held a series of meetings. The crux of these attempts to bridge the gap between Yassir Arafat and Ehud Barak led to an interesting turn of events during the desperate days in Paris. President Clinton met for hours with Yassir Arafat finally getting him to actually state what terms he would accept believing the Israelis would never in a million years meet these demands. They were for Israel to turn over 90% of the “West Bank” (Judea and Samaria) and all of the Gaza Strip as well as half of Jerusalem to become the Capital City for Palestine. Late in the evening President Clinton visited Ehud Barak and set forth the terms which Arafat had given him. It took some time and arm twisting but in order to make peace Ehud Barak agreed to returning 95% of Judea and Samaria along with all of the Gaza Strip and dividing Jerusalem. Once receiving Barak agreement, President Clinton sent word to Arafat’s delegation that they were to meet early the next morning for a joint session to negotiate face-to-face. Yassir Arafat smelled that he was a rat trapped by his own admissions and ordered secretively for his car to be brought around to the front entrance fully packed, door open, and driver ready to hit the gas as soon as Arafat was in the vehicle. When President Clinton presented copies of the agreement to the two leaders, Ehud Barak reached for a pen while Yassir Arafat bolted out the long corridor. Immediately afterward, Madeline Albright dashed after the fleeing Arafat in an ungainly and borderline hideous limping gallop never closing the distance. She cleared the door to have the cameras of the news reporters recording over her shoulder the black limousine circling out of the drive with Arafat seated in the back seat. A subsequent offer was tendered from Taba later that week which was not even dignified with a response and thus ended the Presidency of William Jefferson Clinton. But wait, there’s more.

Next comes along President George W. Bush and the ending of his term. He has successfully forced Prime Minister Ariel Sharon to turn the Gaza Strip over to the PA in exchange for some sweet words and fourteen promises written in a letter as an understanding between the two offices. This was supposedly an agreement between governments and this one won overwhelming affirmation from both houses of Congress garnering a total of comfortably over five-hundred votes from the combined Congress. These were the fourteen conditions under which the release of the Gaza Strip was performed and their refutation could have led to Israel retaking all of Gaza or some sections thereof. President Obama did indeed crumple up this agreement and trashed it completely with his assisting the passage of UNSC Res. 2334 during the closing days of his administration. This act will likely leave an unpleasant taste in any world leader’s mouth and be seen as a dire warning against accepting the world of any American President for the foreseeable future, especially one would hope Israeli leaders if no others. So, in late 2008 President George W. Bush and his Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice were pressing Israel once again to make the necessary sacrifices for peace. Again an Israeli Prime Minister, this time Ehud Olmert, made the supreme sacrificial offering of dividing Jerusalem and again over 90% of Judea and Samaria with land swaps for the remaining lands. This time they were dealing with Mahmoud Abbas, presumably a more reasonable and honest broker simply because instead of wearing fatigues and having a revolver strapped to his side, Abbas wears a business suit. Well, the apple did not fall far from the tree and Mahmoud Abbas proved to be a suitable (all inferences to a pun intentional) follow-up to Yassir Arafat as he officially received the offer and never even bothered to reply or make a counter offer. Instead he simply closed the negotiations with no further communication except to threaten to take the entire matter to the United Nations and the Court of The Hague and internationalize the conflict.

Division of lands between Israel

With the ample assistance proffered by President Barack Hussein Obama, Mahmoud Abbas has done exactly that, internationalized the conflict such that any European nations, the United Nations in any of its near infinite capacities and anyone or anywhere else can jump in and demand Israel make concession after concession receiving nothing but threats and violence in return. The world is internationalizing the conflict quite adequately with city after city in Europe and numerous colleges conducting some level of boycott against Israel, often all Israel claiming all of Israel is responsible for there being no solution. Technically, from the Arab point of view, they are correct; the fact that there is an Israel which makes the statement that it is the Jewish Homeland, that is sufficient to make peacemaking impossible as the Arabs of the PA and the Arab World demand the end of Israel as Jewish. They will accept an Israel provided the Arabs rule and the Jews, if permitted, remain as Dhimmis, second class citizens with restricted rights who may be executed at any time by whim of any with the authority to do so, often meaning any Muslim. Since this United Nations Security Council Chapter Six Resolution 2334 which blames Israel, particularly the “settlements” which are simply Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, legal under International Law, for blocking the path to peace, the Arab Palestinians are free to demand anything while doing nothing and the world gets to blame Israel for not appeasing the Arabs sufficiently through boycotts and calls for “Kill the Jews.” What is surprisingly illegal are any claims made by the PA and other Arab representatives as while they have legal rights to their property, they have no legal leg to stand upon claiming self-rule or requiring an independent state. The reality, as we have stated near endlessly, and are working on endlessly, is the lands all belong to Israel for use as the Jewish State and that the only means by which any of the land can become an Arab State is if Israel signs a treaty relegating our claims and rights to these lands. And one does not need believe us, but one might feel inclined to take the wording of a decision made by the Third Chamber of the Court of Appeal of Versailles in a case brought by the PA against the French companies Alstom and Veolia for building Jerusalem’s light rail system. Their final decision was also a warning to the PA that Israel has the sole claim to all of Judea and Samaria and that they would do best not to take this into any court of law. The fact this came from the friendliest court system the PA was able to find makes this all the more impressively important. Please take our kind invitation to read for yourself a copy of the Court Ruling. Furthermore, in an earlier case brought before Egyptian Judge, Justice El Araby, and the International Court of Justice (ICJ), who sat in judgement as part of the panel which heard the case where the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) sought an advisory opinion in 2003 from the ICJ on the legality of the security barrier erected by Israel; the Honorable Justice El Araby warned the UNGA and others, including Mahmoud Abbas and the whole of the PA, that filing further ran some risks, as he stated,

“The international legal status of the Palestinian Territory (paras. 70-71 of the Advisory Opinion), in my view, merits more comprehensive treatment. A historical survey is relevant to the question posed by the General Assembly, for it serves as the background to understanding the legal status of the Palestinian Territory on the one hand and underlines the special and continuing responsibility of the General Assembly on the other. This may appear as academic, without relevance to the present events. The present is however determined by the accumulation of past events and no reasonable and fair concern for the future can possibly disregard a firm grasp of past events. In particular, when on more than one occasion, the rule of law was consistently side-stepped. The point of departure, or one can say in legal jargon, the critical date, is the League of Nations Mandate which was entrusted to Great Britain.”

Things are not only not as they are portrayed by far too many in the Western Media Enterprise, but actually quite the opposite. Israel is not the occupier; the Arab Palestinians are the actual occupiers. International Law which is constructed from treaties, conferences, agreements and other contracts between men and nations is usually understood to have some leeway or allowance for differing opinions. The fact that Israel is defined on her east by the Jordan River and on the west by the Mediterranean Sea is an exception as it is delineated and spelled out with diagrams and maps in several agreements, conferences, treaties, Mandates and even Article 80 of the United Nations Charter. As the border of Israel is accepted as stated above in the United Nations Charter Article 80, the recent UNSC Res 2334 is invalid as the United Nations individual bodies cannot overrule the Charter thus in any instance where there might be a conflict, such as the statement that the Jewish communities defined as “settlements” due to their location east of the 1949 Armistice Line, also called the Green Line, is invalid as these communities are all west of the Jordan River and thus legally on Israeli lands. All of Judea and Samaria by default are Israeli lands unless Israel gives them away in a treaty, not agrees to talk about the possibility but actually agrees, until then the lands remain as an integral part of Israel. Those are the hard and true facts and the only lands that Israel signed away has been Gaza. How anybody can even think for a second after the catastrophic results of the Gaza giveaway that repeating the same motions this time with Judea and Samaria including the tactically significant Judean Heights and the Jordan Valley and its overlooking mountains has to be suffering from some severely debilitating mental disorder or actually desire to plot the end of Israel and her Jewish population. Gaza has proven that once the land has been signed away, no matter how severe the resulting rocket barrages and other acts of warfare committed against Israel, any reaction by Israel will be condemned by the world bodies and numerous governments where the best Israel can expect is half a dozen friendly nations, possibly the protection of the United States Veto in the Security Council (not an automatic despite what anybody says as Presidents change) and the great sacrifice some European nations and a few others might take by abstaining from a vote to condemn Israeli defense of her citizens from attacks. Former Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations Abba Eban said it best stating, “If Algeria introduced a resolution declaring that the earth was flat and that Israel had flattened it, it would pass by a vote of 164 to 13 with 26 abstentions.” Abba Eban, having resided for a period in New York City, was able and took the opportunity to enlighten and grant the New York Times a singular piece of literary brilliance along with a moment of fresh air in the form of actual truth concerning Israel when he was quoted stating,

“Nobody does Israel any service by proclaiming its ”right to exist.” It is disturbing to find so many people well-disposed to Israel giving currency to this contemptuous formulation. Israel’s right to exist, like that of the United States, Saudi Arabia, and 152 other states, is axiomatic and unreserved. Israel’s legitimacy is not suspended in midair awaiting acknowledgement by the royal house in Riyadh. Nor does a group such as the Palestine Liberation Organization have any juridical competence to accord recognition to states, or withhold it.
A majority of the 155 states in the modern international community are younger in their sovereignty than Israel, which was the 59th member of the United Nations. There is certainly no other state, big or small, young or old, that would consider mere recognition of its ”right to exist” a favor, or a negotiable concession.
What Israel is entitled to have in return for the increase of its territorial vulnerability is not verbal recognition but an effective security system, to be arrived at by negotiations.
Back in 1967, when the world community adopted its unanimous policy for the Middle East in Security Council Resolution 242, some members suggested that Israel should be satisfied with a solemn declaration of the right of all states to exist. They added that Israel might, if it chose, regard itself as included in that definition. At that time, hardly any responsible government in the Western world or elsewhere accepted that definition of Israel’s rights as adequate…”
